Gave this dealership three stars only because I have not done business with them. Only an inquiry regarding a Jeep which I saw on line thru cars.com. The sales manger answered my question quickly regarding the availability of the vehicle. He was professional and let me know that they still had this jeep.I find that a very important part of doing business with anyone.

My test car drive was through. Salesman expert. I could not afford the pricing per month. I purchased a vehicle outright on a signature loan thru my credit union. Happily with a used vehicle.

this is the best dealership i have ever shopped with the experience was amazing and thats an understatement i have never wrote a review before in my life but for jacky jones i had to the price was unbeatable nationwide and i checked. the customer service was superb i did everything online and over the phone and i got responses immediately i live in a different state and they brought it to my front door easiest car buying experience ever pressure free ask for mr. bailey great guy just received a letter thanking me for my purchase these are great people who go and went above and beyond any of my expectations. p.s. i cant say enough

contacted dealership about car I wanted and got immediate response and continued immediate responses answering all questions I had concerning the car. Nice guy I dealt with and when we bought the car they actually worked with us and gave us good deals, in fact gave us the discount we asked for. Very happy with the dealer and the shop...No complaints

Our company had previous good experience with this dealership. This visit was just as good if not better. The salesman was laid back and no pressure. They wamted us to be excited about the new vehicle even more than we were. They like providing great customer service and they were highly professional about finding what we wanted. I will certainly shop there again.

Having purchased a new Grand Cherokee about a year ago from this dealer, I returned to search for a used vehicle for my eldest daughter. I was very pleased with the overall selection of "preowned" vehicles, their condition and pricing. Knowing the salesman (Bob) from our prior purchase I felt comfortable working with him again in order to make the selection. I was very pleased to find a Jeep Compass with low mileage which met my requirements. Bob helped make the deal workable, and my daughter was thrilled with the surprise of a relatively new car.

I was ready to trade 2001 Mercedes Benz C 320. This car was entirely to small for me and definately not a family car. I found a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer at JAcky Jones Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Steve Moore worked with us on a trade in, and we were very well pleased with our service. Treated very well. Would trade with them again. Thanks to Ed Ashe and his employees.

I was visiting the dealership late in the afternoon. Service was great ... I called the next day I done most of everything thru email and phone . Didnt have to miss work ... When every thing was said and done all I had to do was go sign the final paper work and pick up my new Doge Charger. I have never bought a new car that easy . Thanks again .... Joyce Young Marble Nc.
