Purchased vehicle on line based upon Plaza's perspective of the vehicle. When I arrived from out of town I was very pleased with how they represented the vehicle. The vehicle was nicely detailed and ready to go. David my sales person was prompt in picking me up from the airport. The only slight negative was not getting the paper work done fast. We had to go to another one of their dealerships where they had the personnel, again this was a minor issue but they would have received all 5 stars otherwise. Very happy.

Absolute horrible customer service from Plaza Jaguar. When in doubt having questions about my bill and extra charges its like pulling teeth to get a Advisor or a Service Manager to call you back.

I was alone in STL and red lights starting flashing in my Land Rover. I pulled into Jaguar dealership with no appointment and asked if they could help me. without any hesitation they got me right in and gave me a rental car to drive until my car was fixed. they took all the stress away and I was able to go to all my meetings and know that I was in good hands. I was so appreciate of all the staff and could not thank them enough. I would recommend easily with a 5 star rating.

Bought a used Range Rover from Bill Mitchell. It was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a car. With all of the internet information available on used car values, it is easy to become an informed buyer. With that in hand, Bill got immediately to a price on the car that was fair, and with a reasonable trade-in value as well. Just as importantly, all of the repairs I asked be made to the car were done at the expense of the dealer with only a small appropriate charge to me. A great experience, and an honest, straightforward gentleman to work with.

Plaza Rover is certainly not the cheapest place to service or purchase but this case of, you get what you pay for. They do an outstanding job looking after the customer and providing an excellent experience. My Sales Professional Rob was fantastic to work with. I've been getting cars serviced there for year and remain very satisfied.

Jenna Rieker was the service advisor who met me and promptly set up the 30,000 mile check-up with my Evoque. She kept me informed on the progress, and I was done well ahead of the estimated time for the appointment I had. What a great place to take your car.

This was a very good car buying experience. The sales person (Rob Jackson) was very informative & not pushy what so ever. Plaza Range Rover delivered the vehicle 2 weeks earlier than expected. Everything ordered in the car was included.& they were thorough with featers.

I found the car online. The internet specialist, Jason Gunter, was quick to call me upon receiving a notification. The service was first rate. Jason was very knowledgeable, even though normally he didn't deal specifically with this type of vehicle. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Very easy to set up a scheduled service. I elected to wait for my car this time and the waiting area was A1+++ with great coffee and drinks available. The entire facility is pristine and comfortable. During my wait it just so happened that I had a previously scheduled business conference call. The staff insisted that I use their extra office space for my privacy during the call. This was great for me and for the other customers.......no one wants to listen to someone else's boring cell phone conversation. The car was serviced as required in a very reasonable time. Even though it was a relatively easy, short service the car was washed and delivered to me in showroom condition with no "mechanic smudges" to be found. Service and sales folks have always treated me like family, actually better, every time I come in. I feel so welcome here that I drop in from time to time when in the area just to talk to the staff even if I don't need service.

I purchased my 2015 Range Rover Sport back on December 24th of 2014 from Jaguar Land Rover St Louis. The Vehicle has exceeded my expectations and the sales and service department were exceptional as usual. This is the 3rd Land Rover I have purchased, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure my experience was 2nd to none. Unfortunately, I lost 1 of my vehicle's smart keys at TSA screening in LA when flying back from vacation last month and Jaguar Land Rover St. Louis was able to replace and reprogram a new key same day getting me back on the road in style. Great Experience!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Hat's off to Plaza Jaguar service. I have had nothing but good experiences every time my car has been worked on . Alan has gone above and beyond to explain the work completed, make sure I'm in and out of there as fast as possibly and had a loaner car ready and waiting.

I recently visited Plaza Jaguar/Land Rover in St Louis to purchase a used 2010 f150 Lariat. There are many great salesman and the sales manager is incredible fair and great to deal with. This is the second time I have gone to Plaza to buy a car. The Sales Dept. is very professional and accomodating. My salesman was very knowledgable about the car and answered all of my questions. There was a follow-up call from the salesman after the car was purchased to make sure everything was all right and that I did not have any additional questions.
