We just bought a beautiful 2016Jaguar XF from Elaine Kaplan. She was very helpful and attentive to our requests. We have received several follow up emails from her offering her help if we have any concerns or questions about the new car. The entire purchase was an easy decision to make- Kaplan's dealership has been very accommodating to us over the years. The personal touch this dealership offers is very important to us. We traded in our 2002 Jaguar which had been serviced by their great service dept. We dealt with our service advisor Mike Coccoli, who was very accommodating and professional. I have had the best experiences with this dealership. Elaine is so responsive and really cuts to the chase. She makes buying a car very easy and pleasurable. I just pick up the phone and I know I'm in the best hands. Sean, the sales manager, too was super helpful not to mention hysterically funny. This is probably the best dealership I have been to. I got so tired of other places playing their sales games. These two have been selling cars for some time and they want to sell cars more than play games. I just told them what I was looking for and we all made it happen pretty quickly. Plus, if there are issues I know they are creative problem solvers and really helpful and responsive. I hear from them throughout the year, too, so it feels like we have a relationship building.

I just bought my 2016 Range Rover Evoque from this dealership, and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! John Vallante was my sales guide and let me tell you.. what a great guy! John gave me the full land/ range rover experience on track, and took the time to really show me all the range rover functionality. It was the coolest test drive, and demo! John kept me up to do date with everything going on and he actually delivered my car himself! He drove all the way from Warwick Ri to South Shore MA!!!!! He has been at the dealership for 25 years and believe me he knows everything. I HIGHLY recommend him! Aaron the finance director was also awesome! he worked really hard to get me the best rate and dealt with my crazy family. Lea the online rep is also fantastic! she was the one who brought my business to the dealership in the first place. This dealership in general was an absolute great experience.. JOHN VALLANTE is a must see for your next vehicle purchase. I went to KAPLAN'S to check out one of the pre-owned vehicles (JEEP) they had on their website. In approx one week JOHN was able to manage all aspects of this deal. He got all my info over to AARON in Business Dept and the rest was put together without any pressure. I was always dealt with in a professional manner and JOHN is very straight forward in meeting the needs of his customers. He emailed me prior to the actual sale to kept me informed about all aspects of the deal and has emailed me a couple of times this week that I've be driving my new JEEP. He is genuinely concerned that everything works out as explained and continues once the customer goes home. Actually, I was not in possession of the locking lug nut key and contacted JOHN at the end of last week and he said he'd take care of it. I was expecting to have to go to dealership to pick it up. NOPE-JOHN mailed it out to my house and I rec'v it today, Tuesday. Now I don't have to worry about - just in case I need lug key. It's nice to know that the Sales REP is willing to work with and help you! JOHN never puts pressure on you to look at the comparable BRAND of vehicle that the dealership sells. He could very easily direct you there; but he wants to fulfill your needs and really listens to what it is your looking for. This is the type of guy that you WOULD recommend to your friends.

My Sales Associate JOHN VALLANTE is the BEST in the area! This Dealership is a must for anyone looking for a "PERFECT" Pre-Owned Automobile. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the last ten years (approx) from JAKE KAPLANS. Each time seems better than the last. Recently, I was interested in a LR2 offered for sale. I researched LR and was eager to check this out thinking that it was just what I wanted. I met with JOHN and went over all the bells and whistles of this model. As I sat in this LR, it was much different from the last LR that I owned and really didn't fit what I was looking for... JOHN stated, "...YOU have to be comfortable!" That's it - He didn't try to up sell me with one of their other LR vehicles. He left it completely up to me with no pressure and followed with just a hand shake to remain in touch if needed. I checked the awesome KAPLAN'S website and found an off brand vehicle that seemed to fit my needs. I contacted JOHN about this and met with him for a test drive. This pre-owned vehicle is in perfect condition with low miles for a 2013. Once I sat in this JEEP I felt very comfortable and was ready to make a deal. JOHN arranged for me to come back in a couple of days and they would have it ready for me. This is a major high end dealership in this district; yet they are very capable of working through a deal quickly and efficiently to satisfy a customer of a pre-owned vehicle. JOHN was able to get my purchase and finance rolling. He kept me informed daily via email. I made an "easy" 10% deposit and the rest was handled in house for the purchase. Within a couple of days, AARON in the FINANCE OFFICE actually got me a very good rate at a local bank in RI that I normally bank with. I arrived at KAPLAN'S and walked in - quick meet and greet - then walked over to my newly purchased JEEP with all appropriate paperwork and ready to go! This purchase was about a week ago and JOHN has emailed a couple of time to be certain everything is OK on my end. This was a WONDERFUL Purchase thanks to YOU, JOHN VALLANTE.

She was extremely knowledgeable, provided excellent communication and provided me with the best offerings - ones that may not have been on the floor at the time. I am coming from Cape Cod which is a two hour journey, but it was worth the initial trip and for all other touch points a really wonderful and gracious driver, Mike Hiraldo, came to my doorstep. Sean Gerbert, the General Sales Manager stepped into the buying process as well and provided me with more than expected. Aaron LaCasse helped with financing and helped move the process forward. Jake Kaplan has great integrity and I highly recommend seeking them out. I absolutely love my new LR4 Silver Edition. Its a big step up from my older car.

I originally went into Jake Kaplans anticipating on purchasing a Supercharged Range Rover. I had a 2012 Range Rover I had traded in for a Lexus LX 570 six months before. Having been used to the RR I was unhappy with the feel and performance of the Lexus. I met with Elaine Kaplan and discussed purchasing a new Supercharged RR. She gave me a favorable trade on the Lexus and the numbers for a new RR were good. After thinking about it, I also considered the RR sport. Elaine suggested test driving both. When I told her I have 3 young children she suggested I check out the LR4 because it has a 3rd row. hadn't considered it before. After test driving the LR 4 I bought it. I can't say enough about Elaine's professionalism and salesmanship. She steered me (no pun intended) toward the vehicle that was right for me even though it was considerably less than what I originally considered. She truly has the best interest of her customers at heart!

I went into Jake Kaplans knowing, or thinking I knew, what I wanted. After trading in my 2012 Supercharged Range Rover for a 2016 Lexus LX 570, I went to the dealership thinking I wanted another Supercharged RR. I met with Elaine Kaplan about a RR and she gave me a favorable trade in value for my Lexus and I was going to move ahead with a new supercharged RR. After thinking about it for a few days, I was considering a sport RR. When I returned to the dealership and met with Elaine, she suggested I consider an LR4. I have 3 young kids and the 3rd row seat is a better fit for me right now. I commend Elaine for not up-selling me to a supercharged RR that I originally came in for. Elaine listened to my current situation and needs and guided me to the best vehicle for me even though it was almost half the price of the vehicle I came in for. She truly looks out for her customers' best interest and I would recommend her and Jake Kaplans with my highest regards.

Buying a car has a known stigma of not being fun and being a long day; add a 3 year old to the situation and you would think no one would be going home with a smile....or a car. Over the weekend we purchased a Land Rover from Elaine with our 3 year old in tow. Typically dealerships cater to the customer they envision driving the vehicle; rarely do the little people in the back take the front seat in the transaction. I cannot say enough about Jake Kaplan's. My son was spoken to by every staff member that passed by him, Bubble Guppies were put on the tv, he was given kid friendly snacks and was directed to a couch to rest at nap time and gifted a bear to snuggle. When it was time to sign papers Tom didnt even flinch when Brady had play dough out on his desk and was taking pictures of his creations. This may seem small in the grand scheme of our purchase but having a happy child at the end only makes the experience so much better. We have purchased many high end cars with exceptional service but we have never had exceptional service that raised the bar by accommodating to families. Thank you again Elaine. Brady has brought his Land Rover bear to PreK every day this week.

There are so many good things to say about Jake Kaplan's in Warwick that I don't even know where to start. This is the second car I have bought from them and I likely will never go to another dealership again. John Vallente is by the far the best salesman ever. My first car I bought from him, he followed up with me every single month for 3 years with an email asking if all was good and how I was doing. Every. Single. Month. This latest car, he searched for 4 months to find me exactly the perfect car/color/options at the price I wanted. Had it cleaned and ready to go the second I came in. Closed the deal in 5 minutes. No hassles, negotiations. Nothing. This place is like family now. From their amazing service to Their amazing hospitality, I'm a lifer. It's unclear why anyone would buy a car anywhere else. The people here make this dealership the best in the country. And the cars are kinda nice too.

As a young professional walking into a place as nice as Jake Kaplan's can be a bit of an experience as you typically get brushed off by many other dealerships of this stature. Fortunately, I was contacted by John Vallante before I even walked into the dealership. John had made my buying experience very comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend John if you are in the market for a new Land Rover. Now, I was still deciding on which vehicle to lease and was away from RI for 3 weeks in overseas. The deal on the new Range Rover 2016 (which John was extremely familiar with) was struck while I was away and I took the car over the day after I returned. All the staff at Jake Kaplan's was professional and I will be a customer as long as I am driving. I am greatly enjoying my new vehicle and the service after the purchase is just as good as before.

That was also true on this occasion with Elaine and Sean who could not have been more accommodating to me. The pricing was fair and the process from the showroom to the business office was very smooth My service experiences over the years have been excellent. The loaner car is always ready when I arrive and service issues are typically resolved on the first visit. Just leased a Range Rover Sport and I still think I'm dreaming! This Sport has far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the start, the service we received was amazing (Thank you John!!), beautiful dealership and fun (interactive :)) test drives made me feel so comfortable making this big purchase. John was patient and really took the time to show me how to work everything and there was no rush which I loved.The ride is pure luxury and I love being up so high. I've never looked forward to snow because I was always afraid to slide while driving...but not anymore! I feel so confident in the Sport's performance that I'm no longer afraid to leave the house when it's snowing haha! Even though this may be catorgorized as a "truck", it certainly doesn't drive that way. The highway drive is so smooth. Being able to listen to the music on my phone is also a plus.. No more tangled, messy AUX/USB cords to distract me. So, if you don't have this car, you should! I highly recommend this truck for anyone who has safety, luxury and service at the top of their list. We recently purchased a Range Rover from Sean At Jake Kaplan's Warwick. I have purchased many cars over the past 50 years and I can honestly say the staff at Jake Kaplan's is second to none. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and always acted in a professional manner. Sean the manager, Elaine Kaplan, Tom in sales who explained the vehicle upon delivery, and Aaron the business manager, who went out of his way to insure the deal was exactly the way we wanted. I was so impressed and satisfied with the transaction they offered my girl, I went back and purchased a Range Rover for myself two days (yes 2 days) later. I looked at every SUV on the market and was actually leaning towards an MKX until we visited Jake Kaplan's, The Range Rover Evoque's we purchased offer a style unlike all the others. I traded a Cadillac (that I really liked) but the Evoque gives a comparable ride if not even better ! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience(s) with Jake Kaplan's Land Rover and Jaguar in Warwick, Rhode Island. The inventory (new or pre-owned) is exceptional. Most of the pre-owned cars are purchased from, maintained by, then traded back to Jake Kaplan's. This makes purchasing a pre-owned vehicle a risk free experience. It's their car. They know the car and they know the prior owner. I have purchased both pre-owned and new. All great experiences. As far as sales, John Vallante and Sean Gebert are terrific. I would urge any potential customer to work with John and Sean-- each of whom will make your experience a pleasure. Over the years I have purchased 7 cars from Jake Kaplan. (2 Jags, 5 Rovers). Each experience is better than the last. Each of my siblings drive Range Rover. Walked into the dealership late on a Sunday afternoon, met John Vallante who provided first-class treatment even though they were about to close. I was unaware of their business hours on Sunday but it did not matter to John - as he answered questions and accompanied me on a test drive. From soup to nuts - the experience was "different" and I mean that in a positive sense. If John does not have an answer, he readily gets the answer and all of this culminated with acquiring a new 2016 Range Rover Sport. I drove to Jake Kaplan's Land Rover a couple of weeks ago. I was just early on in my exploratory process of purchasing a new vehicle. I hate the sales process of buying a car! I am in sales and I believe that the car purchasing process gives all sales professionals a bad name. Well I am happy to say my experience at Jake Kaplan has changed all of that. While walking the lot at JK I was approached by John Vallante. John asked if we needed help? I mentioned I was looking and early on in the process. John invited us into the RR Evoque he was in and took us for a ride which allowed us to get acquainted. Right off I could tell John was different. He was service and information driven and understood purchasing a vehicle should be fun. He kept true on my initial impressions. As I mentioned I was early on in the process...John's style of selling me an "investment"...which is what the cost of a new RR is...was phenomenal. He never had to leave the office to go check with someone about price. We negotiated everything online and over the phone. John identified my needs and budget and we quickly came to terms. The next step was financing and Aaron did a great job fitting my budget to my credit score needs. I could not be happier with the way I was treated. John even delivered the car to me on a Sunday as I would not have been able to pick it up for almost a week so he and his wife took a ride to Newport so he could deliver the car and they then spent the day in town. Anyone reading this or looking to purchase a new vehicle...I highly recommend John Vallante at Jake Kaplan...he gives car sales professional a good name and reputation!

I run a sales organization and have always hated buying cars because I know the "game". I took a ride on a Saturday a few weeks back to Jake Kaplans to look at the Range Rover Evoque. I was met in the parking lot by John Vallante who was driving an Evoque and asked if we needed any help or had any questions. He invited us in the vehicle and from there I know the experience would be different. John is a sales guy who gets "it". He stated..."buying a car should be fun" and it has been. John brought us for a test drive...he even took us up the test drive mountain to prove the Evoque will do things off road I'll probably never do. When it came time to negotiate prove it was simple...no leaving his office for fake conversations only to come back with no deal. John and I identified what I wanted...he gave me the initial price and after a few conversations that were fun not painful we agreed on price. Aaron in finance took over from there and he was just as great...the transition from sales to finance was seamless. John is so dedicated that I wouldn't be able to pick the car up for a few days so while he and his wife are coming to Newport on Sunday...he's gonna drop it off to me. In the end if you are looking to purchase a car without any hassles and in the interim develop a "friendship" with a great guy...ask for John Vallante at Jake Kaplan.

I just purchased my second XJL (this time with AWD) from Jake Kaplan's and I am very pleased. Why? For me it's all about the relationship, service and price. Prior to purchasing my 1st XJL I went to every dealership (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Maserati and test drove so many cars). Although some of the cars tweaked my interest I did not care for their sales process and follow up - it really was a turn off. I selected the XJL as I felt it offered a lot more of a car in it's price range, loved the drive, it's features and equally as important the people at Jake Kaplan's. I went to 4 other Jaguar dealerships and ended up selecting Jake Kaplan's. My 2011 XJL was wonderful and the sales and service process couldn't have been better. Thank you. Fast forward to 2015. It's because of John and Sean in sales, Mike in service and the reliability of my car that I selected another XJL. I did the same drill as before frequenting many dealerships, getting more turned off by their process and not being wowed by their cars (and I wanted to be). I went back to Jake Kaplan's because of the people and their fine products. I test drove the new "F" Type and almost made the switch but I decided to be practical and went with the same car as I had before only with AWD. From the test drive to the sale to delivery everything was smooth and seamless. I live 90+ miles away and was able to go their once to make my selection and everything else was done remotely for me by John and his sales manager Sean - even the financing with Aaron (who was also a pleasure to work with). All so very helpful to me and once again the team at Jake Kaplan's came through. What also was important to me and why I returned was Mike in service and the drivers that pick up and drop off your car when serviced. I always felt like they were family and did everything to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I mention this is a hometown family owned and operated dealership. How many places do you go where people have over 20 years at the same dealership? John, Sean, Mike and the others I encountered take pride in their jobs and it shows. Thank you!

I had seen the vehicle online and emailed them for more info. Sean called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. Elaine greeted me and showed me the car. I had a great experience at this dealership with John Vallante. The price was talked about through email so the process was smooth while at the dealership. I told John I had to get everything done within an hour and a half because I had to pick up my son from school and John held true to his word. I took a quick test drive, signed the papers, and the car was detailed and plates were transferred very quickly. I live in MA so I will be using the Norwood location for repair. I hope I get the same great service there as well!

I needed a new car in a hurry when my older Mercedes broke down. I had purchased two Land Rovers previously from John Vallante at Jake Kaplans and was extremely satisfied both times. It was great to work with John on the previous purchases. He was always available, responsive and he provided good advice without any pressure. The service department at Jake Kaplans is also excellent (especially Laurie). They are very good at explaining and arranging service with loaner cars etc. This time I was going on an international business trip and stopped in to see John and Sean (who was also very helpful and professional) to look at the Jaguar XFs just before leaving. While on the two week trip I worked extensively with John (mostly via email) to work out a deal and John had the car ready for the day I returned. Again very satisfied with the entire experience.

After spending a few hours questioning John Vallante , I realized he had the best car and then negotiated the best price! His demo on the off road course also convinced me. Having my own business for over 35 years, the 3 words in my title best describes the people in all facets of this dealership That I look for the most. I had an appointment with John Vallente at Jake Kaplan's to look at a pre-owned Jaguar XF. I left several hours later in the car as its new owner. Have to say it was the simplest and most enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had. John was excellent to deal with, straight forward, knowlegeable and very accomodating. I managed to leave a garage door opener in my trade in vehicle, and John hunted it down for me and had it delivered to my house. I looked at several models and he immediately had every answer to every question, whether in person or by email. When I settled on the LR2, making the deal was very easy. All were wonderful and made the buying process easy and stress free. We corresponded by email, my husband took the test drive, and we did the remainder of the paperwork by Fedex. The car was ready on time as promised, they took my husband through the features, installed his Bluetooth (which never would have gotten done if they didnt do it) and so far, everything has been great. We looked at 4 different cars before we decided on the Jaguar and felt that Kaplan gave us a fair value on the trade (consistent with other quotes). It was not the first car we purchased from Kaplan's, and it wont be the last.

I've been very pleased with my experience at Jake Kaplan's Jaguar/Land Rover in Warwick. Being in my early 20s, I was nervous about venturing in at first, but the entire staff has been warm and welcoming to me, every time. Mike in the service department has helped me keep my 22 year old Jaguar in pristine condition. I've never had any surprises with repair quotes; they've been spot on, and he's even been helpful enough to work within my time restrictions and has given me alternative repair options when parts needed to be special-ordered. The service technicians are knowledgeable and very good at what they do, returning my car washed and without a trace of grease, dirt or oil. Bill, and the other members of the parts department have gone out of their way helping me find the hard-to-get parts, as I do perform quite a bit of work and preventive maintenance myself. Maybe one day I'll be able to comment on the sales department, but for now my Jaguar's keeper thanks to Jake Kaplan's.

I live in NJ and the dealer is in RI, the negotiates were easy, transparent and direct via email and phone. John Vallante was the sale guy and he answered all of my MANY questions, provided lots of pics and even took videos of the car to show me all the details. He pushed management to get to the price I needed to be out the door and made the deal happen. Both John Vallante and Sean the sales manager were great to deal with. I never look forward to buying a new car but the team at Jake Kaplan's made it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

They listen to what you are looking for and they were able to guide me in the right direction. I decided to go in and worked with John Vallante. I walked in without an appointment and he was working with someone at the time. Immediately, the manager stepped and worked with me! Most dealers would have you stand around and wait... John came and helped me right after and worked with me on the car I was looking for. They gave me exactly what I was looking for even though I didnt think it was going to happen.... I have to tell you, one of the best buying experiences of my life. John is a straight forward no bs with no pressure on making any decision. After agreeing on a monthly payment that I was comfortable with for my new Evouque, he calls me to tell me he got it even lower with no more money down. He went out of of his way to find the vehicle I was looking for and was very patient with my many emails back and forth. I met John and he is without question, one of the very best and most knowledgeable car salespeople I have ever met, in 60 years of buying cars. John and Sean worked with us, even after I was certain I would not buy the car there. They really reached out to me and turned the deal around quickly. What an absolute pleasure to work with John Vallante. Because I live out of state John and I communicated mostly via email about my new car needs and wants. He was very prompt to answer all my questions and find me the perfect Jaguar at a fair price! John met me in Massachusetts at a sister dealership so I wouldn't have to drive to Rhode Island from Maine to take delivery of the vehicle - that's what I call going the extra mile! There was absolutly no pressure and once at the dealership the transaction was quick and painless. John took the time to program some key information in the vehicles navigation system and went over all the features of the Jaguar. Let me start by saying this was the most "stress free" car buying experience I've ever had. My sales associate John Vallante was excellent, I did the test drive, discussed vehicle price and value of my trade-in. This entire process took less than an hour of my time compared to other dealers where you spend a half day going back and forth with the finance person to negotiate your final vehicle cost. I bought a used 2006 Toyota from this dealership.I was intimidated when I first walked onto the lot. John was excellent. He made me feel at ease.He even brought the paper work to our home.I knew he had other customers who could afford top dollar and that was not who John was caring for with my family. HE STOOD THERE NEXT TO THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING, HE HANDED ME THE KEYS AND SAID "WHY DON'T YOU GO FOR A SPIN". WHEN WE GOT BACK HE DEMOSTRATED EVERYTHING THE CAR HAD TO OFFER, I SAID " I LOVED IT", AND I WAS THEN INTRODUCED TO CRAIG ROSSIE THE FINANCE MANAGER, WHO REALLY KNEW HIS PAPER WORK. HE WAS ULTRA ORGANIZED, AND HAD US ON THE ROAD, NO EXAGGERATION IN 20 MIN FLAT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY MY SALES PERSON JOHN VALLANTE AND THE FINANCE MANAGER CRAIG ROSSI WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER EFFICIENT.OH! This was truly my best car buying experience so far. I was about 2 months into a frustrating local search for the right car at the right price when I noticed an online ad out of RI at Jake Kaplan's Range Rover and Jaguar. I placed the first call to John inquiring about the car at 9:30AM Monday morning; settled on the sale price by 10:30AM; received the right offer for my BMW trade from Sean by 11:AM; received approved financing from Craig by 11:30AM; arrived at the dealership at 6:PM; and drove off in my new car around 7PM Monday evening.Three days later John sent a driver from RI to my work address in CT to pick up my new car and bring through my local DMV. The driver handed me the keys to a new Range Rover to use while I waited, and was back within a couple hours with my new registration. The level of service was fantastic and the process was flawless. Buying a car from Jake Kaplan was a very pleasurable experience. When I was initially shopping, I felt very comfortable "just looking". The product knowledge of the sales folks was top knotch. The transaction was handled very professionally and the entire staff was friendly and accomodating.

I am a MA customer who moved to Datmouth from Sherborn. I own 6 cars & purchase 2 cars every year. For a RI dealer you were the best. Herb Chambers really bad & Inskip not much better. Since I trade very nice cars w very low mileage, I expect reasonable value. The employees were very well mannered & courteous.

John Vallente sets the bar for the car buying experiience. Other dealers should learn from he and the staff at Jake Kaplans. They know how to retain a customer for life, not like other dealers and car sales persons that just worry about hitting the monthly sales quota.

John is about the best automobile salesman you will ever meet and he will make the whole car purchase process as pleasant and painless as possible. He is completely informed on his product line and faithfully follows up after the sale (on multiple occasions) to make sure the buyer is satisfied and happy with both the vehicle and the service.

Easiest lease ever. I was very impressed with the service that I received. Elaine stay after her normal working hours and after the dealership intended to close so that she could provide me with information about the cars in which I was interested. Everything was easy. The people were knowledgeable and friendly.

I have had three Jaguars all from Kaplans. The entire experience has been great. I felt that I usually got a fair price and they did try to work with me. On the service end I was always taken care of quickly and given a loaner with no questions asked. Everyone there is friendly and always seem interested to address any of my concerns. I always recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a luxury auto.

I generally do not like buying a new or used car, However my exeperince at Jake Kaplans was a very nice and plesent transaction. John took extra care to change stickers,reg. plates, personal objects as i watched the news. it was a nice experienceand I would recomend Jake to all my friends

My experience at Jake Kaplans was great.I gave them my budget and they tailored a lease for me.They also found the color and interior I wanted which was the high point for me.In the past other dealers gave you the deal but you had to accept whatever they had.Overall a great experience and I would recommend them.

I responded to an internet add and called from out of state. I was able to negotiate a discount and put a refundable deposit on the car over the phone. That made it worth the trip from Connecticut to Rhode Island. When my husband and I called to tell John we could only come on a Tuesday around 6 PM, he arranged to stay late even though he was scheduled to leave at 5 PM that day. We called when we were about ten minutes from the dealership and John had pulled the car out front and had it running for us. Since the dealership closed at 7 PM, that saved us time. We were very pleased with the vehicle and arranged to pick it up the following Saturday. Signing all of the paperwork with Craig Rossi was very efficient and speedy. John arranged to register the car in Connecticut for us and we will be getting our permanent CT plates shipped to us on Monday for receipt on Tuesday. This is well within the time for the temporary plates and would have been sooner, if we did not have some snow storms this week. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience--something I do not normally associate with purchasing a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and John Vallante, in particular.
