James Collins Ford is unlike any other dealership I have dealt with. The employees here treat you like family and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed. They will go to great lengths to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and at the best price possible. My salesman, Jason, and the manager, Daniel, have been excellent to work with. I have ordered / purchased three new vehicles from them and continue to recommend that my family and friends do the same. I will continue to give this dealership all of my sales, service, and repair business because they stand behind their work and exceptional reputation. I can’t complement this business enough because they simply treat their customers right and I believe they are genuinely good people.

Mayur Reddyreddy answered my call one day after having a bad experience with another salesman at a different location and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He immediately ordered my 2022 F-350 for me and stayed in touch with me throughout the process while we were waiting for it to get scheduled to build. He stayed on top of which options needed to be modified or removed to keep it from moving down the line due to production scheduling and stayed in touch with updates. In all my years, he was the most professional and easiest person to work with that I have ever encountered when looking for a vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough!

It was great! My daughter bought a 2020 Explorer. The guys there are amazing and work very hard to get you into the vehicle you what. You have a salesman, but they all work together. Would highly recommend.

Jason made me feel like I knew him for years literally the first day I walked in. He is very efficient, hard worker, and he knows how to make you smile. Jason & Daniel welcomed me with open arms, gave me further car advice I can take with me in the future and for the rest of my automotive car buying life. I will Always come back to see them anytime I need, I highly recommend you go see Jason, he will really make you feel like family and take care of your needs, wants,etc. Jason stayed connected with me throughout the process of buying my new Ford Edge, even stay connected with me while I was away. Daniel did such a great job with making sure I received a car with rebate & the car that I loved. They did not let up until I was completely and utterly satisfied in the end. I will Never view car dealerships in the light they were viewed in again after my time here at James Ford.

We searched for a used car on auto trader and found one we really liked at James Collins Ford. I sent a email off to them inquiring about the auto we were interested in. Lou from James Collins called me within hours of my email. We made a deal on the auto over the phone and set up a time to come and see the car and to make the purchase. Lou did a great job having everything ready go from having the car in tip top shape to having all the paperwork completed and ready to go. We spent less than a hour at the dealership test driving the car, having them inspect our trade in and signing the loan documents. If you want someone to take care of all your auto needs i would call Lou at James Collins Ford.

I took my vehicle in today to have "The Works" performed on it. The work was done in a timely fashion and only time will tell about the quality. However, all those things being equal, there are other features that vie for your business. Other competitors that I have taken my vehicle to for service, whom I haven't had any issues with, offer coffee/pastries/water in their customer lounge. The service advisors also review the results of the work done. This was not done today and has never been done to my recollection at this dealership service department. The reason I went to this dealership today is because I was off work and normally have to take it in on Saturdays and it's a little closer to my home.

I purchased my car mainly from Lou Jones. after some confusion on pricing he worked it out and was honest in my opinion as to what they could and couldn't do. as far as coming in and signing the paper work Debbie Carrier was very professional and was very easy to talk to made that process very nice. I will buy another car from here if the opportunity arises again. as long as I can deal with the 2 people I mentioned earlier.

Gil was my salesman and was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with through the whole experience. He was very helpful, made the process of buying quick, and did not try to push the sale on me or talk me into a different car. The vehicle I was interested in was priced fairly and they gave me a fair amount for my trade which helped me stay within my purchasing budget. Overall I had a very good experience with the staff and ease of buying. I would go back to them and recommend others to buy from this dealer.

I have dealt with James Collins Ford for over 13 years now in both body and service and have never had a bad experience with them. My most recent experience was with Fran and I have to tell you that not even I can tell that my vehicle had been wrecked previously due to collision. I am the most picky person about my personal vehicle. They done a great job. Fran dealt with the insurance company so that I didn't have to. When having a fleet of vehicles you are responsible for with my company, that can be a wonderful thing. She is always willing to have the staff give me a ride to or from and even offer me a loaner car when needed. Fran Dorton is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. So I give Fran and her body shop crew 100% in customer relations. Good job guys!

Fran was awesome scheduling body repair work, arranging loaner car and communicating with insurance company after an accident. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Truck looks like new. Very pleased.

In and out in under 1 hour. No waiting even without an appointment. Did a great job of walking us through the entire process from estimate to finish. Their concern for customer service was obvious and the quality of the work was very good. I give them an A+. Fran in the body shop was extremely good at her job.

After having my F150 grossly miss diagnosed and over charge by another shop (Town & Country Ford). The service dept. at James Collins correctly found the problem and fix it at a fare price, there is not enough said for excellent and honest customer service, thanks guys!

Came to James Collins Ford to purchase a new car and my salesman was Heydon Wilson. Best car buying experience ever. I would recommend him highly to everyone. As a single female I didn't feel pressured or didn't feel like he was feeding me a line. I was very pleased with him. In the future when someone asks me about my car buying experience or if they ask for a refernece on a salesman I would send them to Heydon Wilson in a heartbeat. Thanks for making the experience painless.

Fran Dorton was unbelievably helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance companies after my accident. Her knowledge & expertise were invaluable to me & my family. The rest of your staff were also very friendly. My experience was a very positive one & if I am ever in need of the same assistance, I will return to Downtown Ford.

Al Jones found us our new 2012 "Red Candy" Focus (back in June 2012) when other dealer couldn't. Al found the one we liked with the options we wanted, and NOT the ones we didn't. Deborah Carrier was very helpful in closing the 'deal'. Will always consider them good friends!Can't recall the service advisor's name the last time we had our '12 Focus in for an oil change, but they are always friendly and willing to take the time to explain things I might have questions about.I really appreciate the 'free loaner' program when warranty work was needed that took longer than a day to complete. Al Jones and the Downtown Ford group are a top notch group of people. I bought a 2003 Ford Expedition; it needed repairs and they hands down jumped on it right away. I've also had a car to drive around during these repairs. They've got the best prices in town and I'd recommend them to anybody looking to buy new or used.

After trying to work with high pressure dealerships in two other states, We decided it would be worth driving over 300 miles to get the Car I had been searching for. I would NOT refer this SORRY service department to my WORST enemy. Dropped car off in AM for minor repair. Later ONLY AFTER I CALLED MYSELF did I learn that the guy (I guess they only had one trained in replacing door handles) would probably not get to it today. This AFTER I got up EARLY on a day off, called first, to get it there early enough to get the job done. IF I had not called MYSELF they would have closed and left me wondering what happened (and without a car for work). THEN had to wait some time for them to "pull my car around" Not calling is part of their mantra. My 80 year old parent has an old Ford she got new years ago. She got a recall a few months back. SHE wanted it taken there. They said they did not have the part for the affected recall but would call and let us know...did they ever call or let us know? Hell no. To call this place a Ford dealer is a JOKE!

A little battling with the salesman and sales manager prevented 5 stars. I realize it's somewhat expected, but doesn't deserve 5 stars, either. Overall, it ended with the purchase of a fine vehicle.

Downtown Ford is an excellent facility to purchase a car. Our salesman, Gill Robbins, was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone. They were very easy to deal with, no pressure, no haggle, just get the sale done.
