I bought an 1994 F250 with 33k miles on it that was originally purchased at Jim Hodge Ford. I took it to them right after I bought it to get an oil change and they told me that when it was originally purchased there it would receive oil changes for life. They said that the truck was grandfathered in and they would give it its final oil change for free because I had just bought it and hadn’t changed it over into my name yet. Wow. Way to go guys, honoring a 27-year commitment. I’m impressed. And top notch service, great people, and she runs as good as new. Thanks again.

Tried to get someone to wait ✋ on us but no luck. It was around lunch time . My wife and I both thought no one is home. At least it was clean and pretty 😍. One person by the entrance door that greeted us at least.

Sold vehicle out from under me. I told them on a Saturday after test driving and negotiating, I was coming to pick it up. They closed early due to rain, so I couldn't. My salesman literally said he was going "to put the keys in his pocket". So Monday I headed over there. Once I arrived they were acting very secretive whispering etc. They had me sit there for 15 - 20 minutes after driving for an hour. Then come over and say I have someone else wanting it and "we have to give him a chance". after another 5 minutes or so they came back and said its sold. They must have hosed that guy, because I was getting a mediocre deal myself. Then my salesman had the nerve to try and Up Sell me! They will need a killer deal available or I won't be back.

Took my friend to get a car so he wouldn't lose his job. These guys hooked my friend up with the nicest car he's ever owned. Cannot say enough good things about Doug. Was really courteous especially when we mentioned a mutual friend. So he took care of my friend and got us out of there pretty quick. Would definitely recommend buying a car from Doug.

The salesman was new so some mistakes were made and I did not get the deal I was first told I would get. But they worked hard to get me in the car, which I really appreciate. It was very tiring and time consuming, but I am very happy with the car.

Have bought several new vehicles from James Hodge ford in Muskogee.Good ,clean and the Sales staff is great.I couldn't give the buying process a 5 because the finance manager is bad about trying to do things to benefit him,instead of the customer.

Hodge really does take care of his customers. He has the best salesmen, finance managers, and General manager. They will take care of all your concerns and strive to get the lowest interest rates. Hodge dealership also gives back to the communities. A family atmosphere. Also there is no hassel when you take your vehicle in for an oil change. Even though the oil change is free you're treated like you just bought the vehicle. They also check your car out for any problems and go the extra mile and wash your vehicle. Now that what I call service.

A dealership is only as good as the service after the sale and this is where these people completely disappoint. The service department was so rude with the exception of James that I was humiliated. I've bought 4 new cars there and first time I came in for service work was treated horrible. I will never be back these people must hate their job. They were stuck up and rude. They put on a great show at the sale but after that they could care less! Beware!!!

My 2012 Ford Mustang was recently repaired a James Hodge Ford. The quality of service I received from the General Manager and the Service Manager was SUPERB. I never would have imagined that in today's time that people really do care. Well the gentlemen at James Hodge Ford do care about their customers. I was told the repair job would take a few days considering the parts had to be shipped to the dealership. I was provided a loaner vehicle and though it took longer to repair, I was never without transportation. I received the phone call that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick-up. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by a very nice young lady. I don't recall her name but she was professional. I do recall admiring her "high heel" shoes :-). I was then greeted by the service manager who was very professional. He explained the repairs in detail. Again, in today's time who would imagine that there are people who are honest and do care about the quality of service one receives. If your vehicle needs repairs, take it to James Hodge Ford. If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle, go to James Hodge Ford. I not only had an excellent experience with James Hodge Ford but a memorable one. Thank you!!!!

Jaela Mims was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pleasant to work with. (I should have negotiated a further discount in lieu of the free oil change for life of the vehicle, as I live too far away to take advantage of the service) My fault,. I simply forgot it during negotiation.

After shopping and attempting to work with a couple dealerships here in Tulsa, I made the short drive to Muskogee and met Randy. He was not the typical pushy high pressure salesman, nor was the finance manager. I found the vehicle i wanted the numbers were both fair and not difficult to reach. Despite the ongoing construction of the new dealership building these guys had their act together and the overall experience was quick and comfortable.

I've had nothing but issues with these guys from having a deal worked out on a 2014 Ford Flex that I was on the way to pick up and learned they shipped it 3 hours away to affiliated store in Idabel OK even then I was willing to drive to get the vehicle still because I really like this one to finding out on my own that the vehicle at 40,000 miles had already had issues and had a transfer case replaced or rebuilt they gave me the run around the whole time never mentioned anything about the issue with the vehicle all the original salesman Jack Walker informed me was it had new tires and they did a alignment on it I'm glad I didn't get stuck driving 3 hours to take their problem off their hands and to top it off the General manager wouldn't even call me back his self he had the finance guy jeromy do it.. I will never ever shop with them or have any dealings with them or anyone affiliated with them this was horrible I was excited to get this vehicle instead now I'm going to do my business with someone else

Going to a dealership always take around 5 hours and half of. That time the sales man leaving you by yourself to think about things. I would not say the same about James hodge ford. From picking a vehicle, test drive , negotiations, and then sale just over two hours. Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you

We purchased a used Ford F 350 truck to pull our new fifth wheel RV. The day we picked the truck up we drove from Muskogee to Oklahoma City and back again. About fifty miles down the road we briefly smelled antifreeze but thought it was coming from the car next to us. The truck ran fine without any warning lights coming on. Little did we know that a head gasket had blown. We took the truck in for service and in less than a month James Hodge Ford did over $7,000.00 in repairs at no charge. Incidentally we did not purchase an extended warranty. Each time we took the truck in we were given a loaner car with a full tank of gas to drive until the truck was returned. The service and sales manager were very customer focused and said they would be sure the truck was fixed right. The truck is now running great and seems to be up to the challenge of pulling our 13, 500 pound RV. We definitely recommend James Hodge Ford asthey definitely went above and beyond to make our truck reliable and dismiss our skepticism of the truck.Thank you,Jim and Judy Durham

Johnny Tervell was my salesman when I bought a new car. He wasn't pushy like the old time sales people. He gave you time to think. Also didn't talk down to me because I was a woman. The service manager went out of his way when I had an older car in for repairs.

I was suprised when i met Bryan Lynn and found that he was not only helpful and very informative but he didn't push or pressure me. When we went into the office everyone was pleasent and helpful. I went to Hodge Ford after spending most of my day in Pryor looking for a good used car. Where I wont mention by name the dealer, but they have 3, turn out to be just playing games. I was walking into the car lot at Hodge Ford and was met by Randy Howard, he smiled, was pleasant and asked what I was looking for. I explained what kind of car I wanted, and it had to be within a certain range cost wise. He showed me a 2011 Nissan Rouge, owned by a non-smoker, clean in and out, drove really nice, tight, like a new car, it only had 36,000 miles. So I bought it. The dealership is renovating, so while I was finalizing and signing the papers, Randy had the car detailed and I drove away with a full tank of gas. Nice !!! Ben was the finance gentleman who explained everything clearly. This was a no BS, no PRESSURE, experience. IF you go to Hodge Ford as for Randy, he has a good sense of humor and likes dark chocolate. I will tell all my friends and will be back for another car when needed. Thank you

Facility is in process of remodel is reason for low rating of facilities.

I had just had my 2012 F-150 serviced on a Saturday morning. The Service Department associates were 100% professional, yet friendly and very helpful. I checked out the lot for a short time while I was waiting, and ended up returning to discuss a new vehicle. I left Saturday evening with a new F-150 and was very satisfied with service and sales. This is my third truck purchase at James Hodge Ford, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.I am a Ford guy and always will be!

This last experience was totally different, we love our Ford Escape and feel like we made a great deal! Just recently purchased a new Explorer Limited. Was very satisfied with my sales person, (Chris Collins) I done a majority of the work prior to arriving at the dealership, I.e. Negoatied the bottom dollar price for the vehicle, went up there with financing in hand, all that was left to do is appraise my trade. Once we arrived at 2 PM, we drove the explorer, and came back. Liked it and was ready to trade. Everyone was very polite and helpful. However the only issue I had was the very lengthy process of getting my trade appraised. My trade set there till 4 PM before my trade was even looked at. It was 5:30 before I left the dealership, that seemed a bit long to me, with all that was done prior to arrival. Overall, very pleased with my purchase, and all the staff at hodges dealership, just need a better more efficient process. I will consider buying again from Hodges in muskogee.

From the moment I arrived at the lot, I was treated with respect and felt like the salesmen truly listened to what I wanted in a truck. I felt there was no "smoke and mirrors", that prices and options were presented to me in a very professional manner and that all my questions were answered fully and completely. The salesmen went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my new truck purchase. I have purchases several new cars before and one of which was a new truck in 2012 from another Ford dealership and I must say that my recent purchase of my 2014 Ford truck surpassed them all. The staff made me feel warm and welcome and I didn't feel like I was just a another customer or just another commission. I felt as though they truly wanted to do everything in their powers to get me into the truck of my dreams. AND THEY DID!!! I am completely satisfied with my new F150 4x4 off road truck purchase. I felt like I received the best trade-in price they could give me for my 2012 F150 and the interest rate is spectacular. I loved the fact I walked in and told them what I wanted and most importantly what I didn't want and they exceeded my expectations. I initially went into James Hodge Ford dealership looking for a low mile used truck. I was already 99% sold on a used Toyota Tacoma I found in Tulsa. J. Hodge Ford didn't have a used vehicle but convinced me that they could put me into a new truck with payments being the same as what the used Tacoma would be. After seeing the sticker prices I pretty much figured I was wasting my time and his (Robert Johnson) on pursuing a new vehicle. But Robert's persistence eventually paid off and he worked a deal that led to my purchase of my new truck. Salesman, sales mgr, and financer were all very friendly, professional and determined to get my business. I'm pleased that I was able to keep my business in Muskogee.

We had been trying to localize a problem with our former King Ranch through the Service Department. Everyone in Service involved in our problem went above and beyond to resolve our problem, most especially the service manager, James.Since our truck was already 9 years old we decided to JUST LOOK at the new F-150 XLTs and maybe get a better idea of what it would cost is we were to upgrade. We certainly had no intention of buying at the time. Robert Johnson came out to greet us and even though we told him repeatedly we were just looking at the moment, he dedicated his complete time and attention to our inquiries. Our "must haves" were explicit and our "wish list" was complicated. Robert made it his mission to find us just the right truck to test drive, knowing we were in the just looking stage. We drove the truck, liked it and then went back to the dealership to get an idea of what the truck would cost and what our trade-in would be. Again we told Robert it was not our intention to purchase at the time - or so we thought. Robert and the James Hodge team met all our expectations regarding financial negotiations and WE DROVE HOME IN OUR NEW 2014 150 XLT - in the color I wanted!The finalization process (signing the papers) was expedited by Kaleb O'Brien, who is an extremely pleasant young man.All in all, purchasing this truck was an extremely pleasant experience.

James Hodge Ford had listed a particular car that I have been looking for at a price I could afford. After having visited several other dealerships that left me not wanting to purchase from a dealer. I decied to try one more time with James Hodge Ford. They were about 45 minutes from my home and after visiting with them I found everyone to be respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, not just out to make the most money they could from me. They made the experience a pleasant one and seemed to share in my excitement in owning a new car. I would recommend them to anyone and feel confident they would have the same experience.

We made an Internet Appointment to look at and buy a Lincoln Nav. Bryan Lynn called back to set it up for a Wednesday. long story short, Bryan wasn't there, and SUV was loaned out Till Friday. But what makes it worse is, THEY JUST DID NOT CARE!

Greg Freeman was very RUDE! I spoke with him on the phone and he told me he would call me back which he never did. One week later, I called back and he was very rude again and said he would call back again and of course did not. I ended up speaking with someone else and finally my situation was taken care of. My husband and I ended up buying a new Edge, 2 days later we noticed it has hail damage on it. We called the dealership and of course no one would return our calls. A week later, we were in the area so we went to the dealership, Greg is the "manager" that was there and came out to talk to us. He told my husband and I that we had been a problem from the beginning and wanted to know why we were just noticing the hail damage. We tried to explain that we didn't just notice it, no one will return our calls. He was laughing and told us that they have sold 120 cars with hail damage and we are the only ones that have come back and complained. He told us that basically we should have noticed it when we bought it. He said that we bought the car "as is" and we took the "discount" that was given because the car had hail damage. BUT we didn't sign the waiver. No one had ever told us that the car had hail damage. He did tell us that he would give us $500 which is what the insurance allowed for the damage on the vehicle. I think they were hoping we didn't notice. And the other 119 people probably didn't know either. Everyone else we worked with was nice, the salesman, Mark Verdun, was great. The car deal was done with Mark Ford, who was very nice and helpful and Job. I do believe that Job should have told us upfront that the car had hail damage but didn't. We did have a unique situation going into that car deal but I do feel that in no way meant they had the right to lie up front to us and be so rude. I will NEVER buy anything there again.

My wife and I have been buying cars for 40 years, this was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had buying a car. Brandon was sincere and honest and very respectful. We were a little off on price and he had his manager Greg come out and he didn't talk to us like we were 3rd class citizens, he was very polite and professional. We wouldn't buy anywhere else ever again.

I basically went to Consumer Reports which rated the F150 in the top 3 trucks. I hate to shop, but did a little looking, at RAM & Nissan. All the vehicles were pretty good, but it really came down to the knowledge and experience of the salesman that made the difference. Robert was low key and helpful, which made the difference. Shot me a fair price, so I took it. So far, I love it. Hopefully I can say the same throughout the life of the vehicle!

Overall was very pleased with service and staff. Only complaint was with the Todd Pittman who was very unprofessional when I came to sign my paperwork after my husband took care of the paperwork. Kaleb was doing over the paperwork with me, and Todd said, " that guy was rough. He was being an xxx so someone else came and took care of him. I was sitting in Kaleb's office and heard this. Just not impressed with him talking about my husband when I was sitting there. Made me want to not do business there, but because if precious experience with dealership we did. My husband had not done anything that Todd was talking about. I just think that is very bad business.

The overrall experience was a friendly and simple one. Little too much pressure for extended warranty purchase when I told Kaleb up front I was not interested in any extended warranty purchase. He did manage to sell me one however in exchange for lower interst rate.

I purchased a brand new SHO Taurus. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I have never had this great of an experience. I have purchased over 100 cars and have absolutely with out a doubt never been taken care of like Greg and Robert did. Greg was more knowledgable and understanding of my needs than any sales manager I have been around. Robert always takes care of me and made sure I knew everything about the car at delivery. Everyone at the Dealership was very friendly. No one was pushy or annoying like at some other car dealerships. We appreciate the guys giving us time to breathe when we pulled up to your lot. Cody was very friendly, we were only there to test drive the car. He knew exactly what we needed to hear to make our decision on purchasing the car. He knew alot about the car and if he didn't know something about it he looked it up for us. He seems so down to earth and has a great sense of huimor which was a plus because my family loves to joke around alot. So far i'm enjoying my car except the left signal light doesn't work and the tint on the back window was messed up when someone pulled the paper off the window. Cody set up an appointment for me to get it fixed. Caleb was friendly as well. He did everything he could to help keep my car payments within my price range. Those guys made this one of the easiest and funniest car purchase experience we've ever had. Thank you

I originally went to look at a 2013 Ford Explorer, which I had seen on the internet. But the salesman called and said that someone had taken delivery of that particular vehicle, but suggested that we come look at what they had in stock. We found a 2014 that had more options than the 2013, and was red, which is my favorite color. I was skeptical that we could get to the right price, with it being a year newer model, but they surprised me and did. I am VERY happy with my Explorer. I have 4 grandkids, and it is great to have plenty of room for all 4 when they go somewhere with us.

Customer for about 20 years or more, recently took my vehicle in for service and had them change a bulb in my rear tail light, that was missed during the last visit, after having a multi point vehicle inspection done, so don't know how it was missed. In either case the bulb cost $3 and I was charged $45 to put it in. I think that's a bit much, so I will be looking for a new dealership.

While shopping for my F250 I had several options for dealers due to living relatively close to Tulsa. I started my search and ended my search at James Hodge. The primary reason I made my decision was due to total delivered price and honesty regarding what they could do with pricing of the vehicle. Billy was up front with me on the new truck and offered an extremely fair price on my truck as a trade. I had conversations with three different dealerships in Tulsa and did not feel they were being honest with me and they were only concerned with finding out what another dealership had offered me. When I picked up the truck Jack did an excellent job of explaining all of the options on the truck. The Sync system is somewhat involved along with the other numerous optional equipment on the truck. Jack took the time to cover the truck bumper to bumper.I have only utilized the service department once for an oil change. I had a good experience. The truck was complete when they promised.

My old car was recently totaled and I was in need of another auto. I also wanted to downsize but didn't want a car I would have to crawl in and out of. I had an Explorer before and liked it very much and when I found the color and price I wanted and thought I could afford we decided to see about purchasing one. Honestly we were on our way to a Tulsa dealership because they offered an XL at the same price I purchased this one but we stop by this dealership and found the one we purchased. The few little differences wasn't enough to go on to Tulsa and the salesman and person who did the financing were very helpful, friendly, courteous and business like in the manner they handle our purchase.

the staff at james hodge ford was great to me and my wife. we had a great experience and the staff did everything possible to make sure we got what we wanted. They worked very hard to get our payments threw ford credit and to get us a low intrest rate. They also did a great job on the pay off of our car, not to much to carry over! very impressed with our sales man Hassan Ziyada very friendly and honest! I really enjoyed his service. This is our 3rd vehicle we have bought from James hodge in Muskogee and hope to buy another in years to come.

Worst experience ever! They refused to lower their price and refused to give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and over. They treated me like a second class citizen and Phil, my salesman, lied about why he couldn't call me back. This went on for five days. I really liked their car that I was trying to buy but I got sick of their crap and am looking elsewhere. They lost my business and the business of my friends forever because they were greedy, lazy, and treated me like filth. I hope they fail and have to close up shop. Treating people bad like they did will eventually get them a bad reputation. To the people who got lucky and had a good experience I say good for you and I wish I could have had one as well.

Wasn't for sure what I wanted, but after answering a few questions, Randy knew right where to start.I was impressed with the auto choices I had, not to mention Randy Howard's knowledge and expertise. This was the best car buying experience. I used to think that I had to go to Tulsa to get a good deal. I was so WRONG!! We shopped for almost three weeks before deciding what we really wanted. A ford was probably at the bottom of our list but when we came in a were greeted like we were family we knew we wanted a car from here. We were greeted by a Manager who did not just go out of his way but showed us vehicles and listened to what WE wanted not what THEY wanted to sell us and went out of his way to ride with us and show us the features of the vehicle (2013 ford escape). Where do you find a dealership with managers who know what they are selling?? He then had a great guy named Mark Verdun help us with all the paperwork. We were extremely impressed by Mark and Greg that we will tell everyone about our experience. Thanks James Hodge Ford!!

Negotiated a price for a truck. First they said sight unseen, then after we agreed upon a price they said upon final inspection of my truck. I have no problem with the inspection of my truck . I told them everything about the truck prior to a price reached. Drove an hour to the dealership and they changed their price. They started saying things about a trade that wasn't true, so they could lower the trade price and get me to pay more money. I will not even drive on the lot again. This was a very bad experience with this dealership.

Kevin was very considerate of what I was looking for. He did all he could to give me the best deal. He was very informative of the car I was considering to buy. All staff at the dealership were courteous and helpful. I have been to the service department since buying my car and they were also courteous and helpful. I receive e-mails offering any service I might need to keep my car in good shape. I feel Kevin or the service department are always available to me if needed. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality and amount of Customer Satisfaction that all of the above sales men exhibit. I believe that they all should get extra bonuses because of the way they treat people. My husband purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat in the (chocolate) color and he is thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of that sale. I'm just hoping that someone can talk him into purchasing me that 2010 Ford TAurus Limited that has been sitting on the James Hodge Ford lot since it was moved out there. I have test driven it several times along with a couple of others (originally I wanted the SHO model-but that proved to be a futile desire upon learning that the Umber interior is no longer offered and it is difficult to come by in the models left on the market unfortunately for me! I don't want the dark interior/exterior and no sun/moon roof) The 2010 Limited on the lot offers much of the basics that I require and desire! I have thought about other ford vehicles only to fall back on the Taurus because of certain criteria I have set for my next vehicle. I ended up buying the truck due to the confidence (which had never been experienced and I have bought a lot of vehicles) of honesty. My experience from the moment i walked into the dealership was pleasant. I told the salesman what wanted and he took right to the vehicle it was a ford which in my opinion need no test drives. I told him I need to go get money for a down payment. He said lets go write it up we did just that and drove the car home...The only thing we could have done better was to have the whole thing transacted at my residence which we all know sales don't operate that way. if is this easy purchasing my next vehicle it will be purchased from James Lodge Ford!

My husband and went to 10+ car dealerships looking to buy him a truck. We looked in Tahlequah and Broken Arrow. We didn't find any car lot as great as James Hodge Ford. We have always purchased from Lake Country for him and Murray's Nissan for me in the past. We thought we were happy with the other lots (we've bought several vehicles from both) until he decided he want to buy a Ford F-150 and now we will probably never go to another dealer! We are so pleased with Morgan our sales associate and everyone else involved with our purchase. Our only regret is not going there sooner!!

My wife and I have been looking for a good used truck for some time and we have been purchasing GM products for years. I have owned Ford trucks in the past and have had no real complaints to speak of, however growing up with Chevy trucks its hard to break old habits. We had been looking around at Chevy trucks for a couple of weeks and they are all now apperantly made out of gold, and way out of a working mans budget. Having had a good experiance with my last Ford (1986 F150) we decided to look at Ford once again. We had just come from Lake Country Chevy where we were treated more like a number then a customer. when we told them our spending limit they kept trying to stear us to more expensive vehicles stating they won't have anything in our price range since they don't like to keep anything on the lot like that. With the economy the way it is ,every dollar counts, so its hard to spend extra money you dont have. so we then left feeling belittled since we could'nt afford a new truck. When we arrived at James Hodge Ford( at 8:00 pm) we were met by Morgan Nicodin and told him our budget right up front, we were still treated with respect and made to feel welcome, showing us what was in our price range. We found an F150 in nice shape in our price range but had a few more miles on it then we wanted. After driving the truck my wife and I decided we wanted to make an offer on the vehicle so we sat down and discussed the price range we needed to be in to afford the truck. The price was soon agreed upon by both parties and in a timely manner, so we went to the finacing officer. While with the finacing officer (which was already after closing time) it was discovered that my wife had left our check book at the house. Our salesman and the finacing office agreed to stay while I ran back to the house and get our checkbook. It was 10:30pm by the time I arrived back with the check book and by now was WAY after closing time, but we were never treated as a nucience "like we should have been in my opinion". This impressed me greatly (way beyond the call of duty), especially since our experiance was not good at all at Lake Country. Because of the extra effert put out by the staff at James Hodge Ford, I plan on doing business there in the future and will recommend them to my friends. PS: LOVE THE TRUCK!!!!

This is the first vehicle I have purchased in Muskogee, OK and I have lived here 19 years and have bought 8 vehicles. I've dealt with several salesman the past 30 days of whom no longer work at the dealership for reasons unknown to me. I had given up until I received a call from Morgan Nicodin offering to sale me the car of my dreams. He was so helpful and persistent in letting me know he wanted my business. He was also very knowledgeable about my car which made a difference for me in choosing to buy it. After I bought the car Morgan still kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well with the car and he even made an appointment with me to come by so he could train me on all the bells and whistles on the car which I thought was awsome. If it were not for Morgan reaching out to me after the first two salemen left I definitely would not have bought this car, but with all of Morgan's follow-up with me through email and phone, a purchase was eventually made and he has a very satisfied customer in me. I have been spreading the word to all of my family and friends and my husband will definitely buy his next vehicle from James Hodge Ford in the near future.

Randy and Eric worked very hard to find the "just right" car for me. There was not one on the lot that was the color I wanted. They found it in Texas and had it was here within three days. The Fusion did not have heated leather seats so they sent the car to Tulsa to have them installed for me. This extra attention made me feel very important and happy with the decision I made to do business with them. I have traded with James Hodge Ford for over 25 years and have never been happier. Another great thing I like about this dealership is the excellent service I always receive from the service department where Willie Keifer is the manager.

Our visit to James Hodge was to purchase a Ford Transit. Mark was very helpful from start to finish. The unit was not in stock and he had to go get the unit for us. It was exactly what we wanted and everything he said it would be. What a great experience we had. He's just a Good ole Boy. Id buy from James Hodge again.

Awesome. Will definately buy from James Hodge Ford again. They were friendly no pressure. Let me choose a vehicle over a 3 week period with out constant follow up phone calls. The price was competitive and I absolutely love my Ford F-150.

Sales and service experience was phenomenal. Surpassed my expectations by far. I have dealt with many dealerships with the purchases of my and my families vehicles. No other was as knowledgeable, friendly or professional as James Hodge Ford Lincoln.

Great day when I drove from Bixby OK. and found James Hodge Ford in Muskogee. My salesman Mark Ford was so considerate with my needs. I am 60 years old and have bought many cars from alot of dealers but never have I felt so special. It feels so good to know they truly appreciate your business.

It's a great day at James Hodge! What can we do to make your day better is how they answer the phone, and that is the attitude from sales, finance all the way to service even years after the sale. Great customer service, friendly staff and a service department that is second to none.

I always have a great experience at James Hodge Ford! When I take my Escape in to be serviced they are always so helpful, professional, and efficient. I leave there knowing everything was completed to the highest standards. I have tried other dealers in the past and never felt as comfotable and appreciated as I do at James Hodge.

This is by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle in the state of Oklahoma and including Texas. Mark Ford was my salesman and treated me with respect and the way you would treat a family member. The experience was great that a year later I went back and bought a second vehicle. James Hodge Ford is not like any other dealerships out there they actually take the pride to provide you with the best service while buying a vehicle and also after you make the purchase. Everytime I even go to the service department for oil change or any service everyone has always greeted me very politely and eager to help me. I have been to dealerships that don't even acknowledge the fact that you're there but at James Hodge Ford no worries you are greeted promptly and with respect. Never believe the price quoted on the phone. They expect that you finance there and if you choose not to they increase the price of the car.

I just purchased my second vehicle from James Hodge Ford since moving to the area last year. Both experiences have been great. Both times I was given a fair price for my trade and got a fair price for the new vehicle. The first was a 2011 Fiesta. I was very specific with the options I wanted, and they got it for me the next day. The most recent purchase was a 2012 F350 King Ranch FX4 DRW. Again, I was very specific with the options I wanted. I went in, expecting to have to order it; they found one in Tulsa and I was driving it the same day."Z" and Brent are very easy to work with, and are helpful even after the sale. I brought the truck in to have the paint and interior treated and detailed, and they really surprised me with the quality of work and their attention to detail. I've never seen a car detailed to my satisfaction until now. I'm very picky...I was at the dealership a few weeks ago to look at some trucks during my lunch break. I was in the Fiesta, and "Z" asked me how I was liking it. I mentioned a problem I was having with the TPMS, and that I hadn't made time to bring it in to get it looked at. "Z" insisted that I let them take care of it, and they found the problem and repaired it very quickly without an appointment.I've bought quite a few cars in my life, and I've never been 100% satisfied with a dealership until now. Because of the reliability I've had with Fords, my next new car purchase will be a Ford. Because of the treatment I've received from the James Hodge Dealership, my next Ford will be bought from them.

I have bought 3 vehicles from "Zee" Hassan Ziyada at James Hodge Ford.: (1) 2011 Ford Fusion, (1) 2007 Ford F-150, and (1) 2010 Ford Fusion. Zee made the shopping experiences easy and fun. I want to thank Jack Walker for making our very first purchase of a NEW Ford, so easy and comfortable. He and your finance department were very helpful. They had the answers to all of our questions. Jack never one time made us feel pressured or rushed with our purchase. I came in on one of the hottest days Muskogee has seen, and Jack never hesitated to help. He even took an extra long time to help me figure out how to sync my phone to the vehicle. I've never been treated with so much kindness and respect at a car dealership before. When I visited, David Larremore was willing, able and happy to answer any questions that I had. He listened to my needs and understood what I was wanting to accomplish with a vehicle purchase. Based on our conversations he knew what I was looking for, such as a vehicle that was economical both on gas mileage and monthly payment. He understood that I drive on average a hundred miles a day, and needed a vehicle that could withstand the trials and tribulations of the open road, with decent gas mileage. Overall the experience was great, I highly recommend David Larremore at James Hodge Ford. They listen and care about customer needs, which is rare in the auto industry.

First the good:Excellent customer service. Brent prepared everything for me before I even got to the dealership. I viewed the vehicle and applied for financing online. I received a call the next day to confirm my information and allow permission to run my credit to get my loan approved.All I had to do was go down to the dealership and test drive the car to decide if it was the one I wanted and then sign the papers. Brent even had the car running with the A/C on to cool it off when I got there.The only complaint I have is they value the trades a little on the low side. They made up for it in my case with a great sale price on my new car.

I got a Great interest rate at James Hodge... I purchased my Truck there in less then 45 minutes. There wasn't any of that back and forth B.S.Like,, "Well let me go Talk to my Manager" Crap that you have to allways put up with at most Dealers. Like That Sleezy Dealership's with them Stupid Commercials... Well Allright!!! This is the Fourth Vehicle we have purchased From Hodge. James Hodge has allways been good to me so far.I dont have any complaints at all.I Guess the only thing I wished they would have offered was some kind of life time oil change deal with a new car purchase. But all said and done I would Recomend them over any of the Tulsa Dealers.

I spent three months looking for the particular F150 I purchased. Contacted Brent Naylor with E-Mail. Brent was not pushy, but was concerned with getting me into a truck that I could afford with the best APR. All the other dealers in Owasso and Tulsa are only concerned with numbers and the customer.
