Jay was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. He made sure that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and repaired by his mechanic. We flew into Greensboro, and he had someone there to pick us up. I had concerns about putting a deposit on a vehicle that I had not physically seen, but the process was smooth and the car has been a great purchase!

We had a very positive experience purchasing from Jay's. Jay was very quick to respond to our inquiries, even on the weekend. Rachel very efficiently and helpfully expedited all details of the sale so we could take our beautiful vehicle home (2 hours away) that day. Dealing with Jay was the best experience I've ever had with any auto dealer; used or otherwise. We got a terrific vehicle (an '03 avalanche) in great condition and the paperwork was painless, not the hours (or days)of waiting for a decision like I've dealt with at other places. Actually, I'm looking forward to going back to Jay's soon for another Avalanche soon. Better get lookin', Jay!!

they where very nice and helpful. let us look at different cars and drive what we wanted. we ended up buying a 2004 acura tl. it's a very nice car. they are also very good about taking payments and sending rec. back to me.

I have purchased many cars. This was my first time purchasing a luxury sedan. The dealer was friendly from start to finish. This dealership definitley has attention to detail and they want you to be 110% happy. They have a great one on one approach to car buying! I will definitely purchase from them in the future!

I would advise anyone, if they are in the market for a clean, dependable used vehicle to look no further. The vehicles are in quality condition and the staff is helpful, courteous and knowledgable. I have been very pleased with my vehicle and would purchase another one from Jays.

Jay has the best quality car's that you can find is the Southeast, and he will go out of his way to make sure u have a happy experience...... That's the only way to describe the envieoment. I expected high pressure, cocky attitude and man was I wrong. Jay truly hand-picks his cars not because he's personal a picky person but he cares enough about his customers not to just take in garbage and pass on the trouble to his customers.

Great dealership and great guys who run the business....very personal and customer service oriented. Makes the buying process simple and less stressful. The only negative is their replacing of equipment in the used vehicles....seems as if there is some disconnect between the dealership and their repair service company that they do business with.
