This was certainly not my first time buying a used car, but it was my first time buying from this dealership. Overall this was a much more enjoyable process than Ive experienced at other dealerships in the past. Everyone I dealt with from the mechanics to the sales staff were courteous and professional. We bought our 2012 Equinox at Jeff Lungren Chevrolet in June 2014, and have been extremely pleased with our purchase. Every person involved in the entire process made the experience easy, relaxed and even fun. We were a little nervous when we arrived, as purchasing a vehicle has always been a traumatic experience for us. However, from the moment we walked in, everyone there was friendly and helpful the entire time. I want to express my gratitude to Jeff Lungren for holding the car for us until we were able to travel to Oklahoma, from Tennessee, which took almost two months. To Justin Chizmar for explaining to us all the details of the charges, financial terms and securing a loan that was best for us. I have used this dealership on numerous occasions and I always have a wonderful experience. The facility is beautiful with a very comfortable waiting area. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced today, the employees checked on me frequently, kept me updated on the progress of the service and offered refreshments for my comfort. They also discussed options for the service with me and I appreciated the advice and suggestions that guided my decision making. I would not go anywhere else for my purchasing and service needs and I would highly recommend them!

i like my new chevy malibu. it gets the advertised 33 mpg hiway (as long as i drive reasonably) and sometimes 34 or 35. Good car. smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking. Jeff Lungren Chevrolet is a great dealership. Good service dept. No surprises. Good salesfolks too. You can't go wrong.

Go see Cotton at Jeff Lungren Chevy, he's great! Gave me a great deal on trade in (Suprised), great price on my vehicle (Suprised again), and the entire experience was more than I could have hoped for, not the typical used car salesman pitch I heard at numerous dealers in Tulsa. It's worth the drive

Buying a new car is usually a un-pleasant experience, and compliments from me are not easily earned. Jeff Lungren Chevrolet went above and beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction. For the first time I actually had fun picking out and buying a vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesman and I did not feel obligated in any way. I was treated fair and honest by all the staff members, and did not feel judged. The buying process was very informative and all questions was answered in detail. The service department is quick and courtious with trained professionals to fix any problem I have had the first time. If any one was in the market for a vehicle, Jeff Lungren comes highly recommended. My future buisiness will be with Jeff Lungren Chevrolet.
