WOW ! 2 new vehicles in 9 months ! I'm hoping for a membership to the Jeff Schmitt V I P Club. I've owned over 40 Chevys in my life time, with 12 of those being Corvettes, so I am Chevy loyal. A good Service reputation is what originally drew me to the dealership. Jimmy Brown has taken good care of me & my Chevys for years. I stopped by the dealership in December to buy a Fog Light bulb & came home with a new Camaro ! Yesterday, I stopped by to make an appointment for an oil change & came home with a new Colorado. I would sincerely like to recommend my Sales Guy to anyone looking for a used car or truck. Brandon Eckman is professional, polite & personable.

I purchased a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado from a new car salesman who was filling in for the used car salesman. The truck had only been sitting on the lot from a trade in for 10 days when I got to the dealership and had not even gone through the safety inspection. the vehicle was in good condition "as is". A few minor fixes here and there but all in all a good vehicle. After attempting to haggle with the pricing to no avail, I ended up purchasing the vehicle anyhow due to the cleanliness and running condition of the vehicle itself. The car had not been detailed but they had put it into the shop before I was able to drive off the lot with it and they installed new brakes for me. my salesman nate was excellent, he played phone tag with me every day for three days until we were able to make the deal, which I assumed was taking up a lot of his other sale time. For the short time the vehicle was on the lot to me purchasing the vehicle the only complaint i had was the price I paid which In All fairness was not unreasonable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove 45 minutes to get there for the 3 days that I had to go to get this vehicle and it was worth the drive in the end. I cannot say thank you enough to nate my salesman and doug the finance officer for their courtesy and professionalism with this deal. It has been 2 weeks since I drove off the lot and I absolutely love my truck.

Great experience in purchasing my 2016 Z06 Corvette. We had been looking for a particular color and package combo. Kyle made my experience the best buying experience I have ever had. I hadn't bought a new truck since 2000 so I was very hesitant over my decision but after Kyle explained my options I felt very reassured about making the purchase. I love my new truck and wouldn't trade it for anything. Now if I can get Ray to hook me up on a leather upgrade I would have everything...lol

My Dream came ture today , 8-16-2016 of buying a new car . And was all made possible buy the help of Matthew Roseberry . I was greeted in the parking lot by Matthew and was ask how could he help me I explained to him what I was in the market for and from there everythink was smooth selling. All the employee's whom assisted me were very polite and friendly and made me fill very welcome I knew I was at the right place. So you see Dreams do come true on 8-17-16 I'll be married to my husband for 31 yrs and I told him I wanted a new car and Matthew and the stuff made that Dream come true for me today. Had a good experience buying a Chevy Trax from Mathew Roseberry last night. He was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that we had. Henry Essick II is the first sales person I feel that is trust worthy. He saw to my needs and it felt like he did care about finding the proper vehicle for me. The only thing at this point I would say, is that the loan process is still long. The sales managers were attentive and seemed to care about easing the car buying nerves. If this is an indication of leadership setting the tone then bravo to Jeff Schmitt.

I bought a used car from Jeff Schmitt and had a bad problem with the car. After the service department look at the car for several days and couldn't find what caused the car to lose communication. I talked with the sales man and the sales manager, they found me another car and MADE IT RIGHT!!! There are not a lot of car dealerships that will do what they did...........Thanks for making things right.

Walked into the lot and not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day, however, Ryan Justice handled himself in a very professional and educated manner. He was on point when asked questions and we did feel pressured or obligated to proceed with the deal. The computer system went down while the Jeff (Fianance Manager) completed the paperwork, so Ryan and Jeff took us to the adjacent Cadillac dealership to finalize everything. The team worked a good deal and were on point with my trade. I had a loan pre-approval and it did make things more expedient, even with the computer system glitch. I have accessory parts and a dent that are scheduled to be installed/repaired nne t Monday and even give a loaner vehicle to accommodate that. So far it has been a very unstressful experience. Thanks Jeff Schmitt Team ((East)! Also need to mention Rob Shultz (Internet Liason), as he was timely and informative during my initial contact with Jeff Schmitt East!

Bought a used 2010 F250 6.4 diesel from Jeff Schmitt Chevy The salesman Brandon Eckam was very helpful. The truck was a one owner and the dealership supplied me info about the former owner as well as a Carfax to back up their vehicles history, the vehicle hands down was the nicest and cleanest vehicle I looked at. I have been looking for this type of vehicle for a few months. I traded in vehicle and they was fair with me also on the trade. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out.

I found the car I wished to purchase on line and made an appointment to visit the dealer to inspect/drive the vehicle. The dealer was a 4 hour drive away......but it was exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was offered at a very good price. Upon arrival, the sales manager that I was supposed to see (Jeff) was not even there. My arrival seemed like a surprise to them...they first denied me a test drive because it was raining outside but then they agreed after conferring with some boss I never saw. Then a salesman (more like sales boy) with only one day on the job started hovering over me and continually urging me to buy,...he was trying to be pleasant but I wanted technical information......his answer to all questions was to look it up in the owners manual. I was beginning to have second thoughts about the visit by now......the car was great...it was the sales team Charlie Chaplin like sales approach that was killing my desire to purchase.I realized I had had enough after a sales person (Ray) attempts to talk me out of a dealer option that I previously agreed to purchase on the phone for an additional $699. ......his argument was that they really don't like to do that kind of work and that I should just purchase the car and take it home and have the option added locally...it other words - just give us your money and go away. By this time I was indeed leaving (forget the car!) and unbelieveably another so called "manager" (Chris) follows me out into the parking lot and tries to tell me politely that I was a fool to drive 4 hours and not buy the car. I regret not getting the car but I dot regret walking away from those amateurs....the sad part is that I expect they think they are really good at what they do.

Continued issues with service quality, repairs are not done correctly causing repeated return trips to dealership. This visit one of the replacement parts was not replaced as it should have been and another new wheel was damaged during install. All wheels were left with grease and wax or some kind of film on them. I would think the technician would clean off the newly installed wheels once reinstalled on the vehicle. There seem to be no quality control checks within the service department. This makes the fifth occurrence of a repair not being completed correctly or completely causing me to have to return for a follow-up service visit to have the repair finished.

Exceptional vehicle searched within 500 miles of my home to find this vehicle. Internet sale was right on, told me what my trade value was and the walk out the door price. Stayed after hours to complete sale and could have driven home that night. But I needed snow tires put on. Next day they went beyond and asked if I wanted a fresh oil change. It was worth the six hour drive to buy this vehicle. They accepted my credit card and personal check.

I had the truck shut down twice during a 300 mile trip. stopped by at 3PM and within 15 min was processed, you were supposed to dig into the problem the next day. I was surprised with a wonderful call later that same day. I'm impressed!

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was inspected and I was alerted to the condition of my tires.......of which I was aware but it was good that it was brought to my attention. It was raining and I appreciated that after the service, my car was back inside so I did not have to go out in the rain to find it.
