My vehicle purchasing experience here was great. I researched the vehicle I was interested in and found that Jennings had the one that I wanted with the features I preferred. Fuad was amazingly helpful. He took me on a test drive and was not pressuring me into buying the car at all. He was helpful throughout the whole process, even when I had to bring the vehicle back to get the breaks looked at a few days later. He had a loaner set aside for me after work and I was all set to go. I would highly recommend friends to doing business here if they're interested in Chevrolet.

My fiance and I needed a newer used car to replace our older Mercury, and visited Jennings first. We found a 2015 Sonic in perfect condition. Adel Ubeid was our salesman and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We went to other dealers to see what they had in Sonics, and returned to Jennings because we couldn't find a better car, and because we liked Adel so much as well as the dealership. It just has a calm, friendly atmosphere, no pressure. We bought the car, which is amazing, and Adel worked to get us the best price possible. Right after I'd gotten the car home, I noticed a small nick in the windshield that hadn't happened on my way home from the dealership. We called Adel who set up a repairman to meet us at Jennings the following Saturday. The windshield was repaired at no charge, the nick is gone, and the repairman was as helpful and kind as could be. We are so happy with the car, the service, and the dealership that when the time comes to buy another car, we are going to Jennings.I would also like to mention Davis in the Finance Dept. He was awesome, kind, very knowledgeable and helpful.I'd give 11 out of 10 if I could!

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and service I got at Jennings. I have been to other Chevrolet dealerships for oil changes, but Jennings was my favorite. Having purchased many new cars in the past, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. My Friend Steve Kroes(who has worked at Jennings as a Technician for 30 plus years) suggested this car to me and Introduced me to Adel Ubeid, my salesman. Adel did a fantastic job, he got me the best price possible and got me a fair price for my trade-in. Glen did my financing and obtained a great rate on a 60 month loan. I am usually exhausted after purchasing a new car due to the high pressure sales tactics, the dickering back and forth and having to beg for a fair price for a trade-in. None of this took place on the day I purchased my Impala from Adel and Jennings. When I left the dealership I felt excited about my new car and really enjoyed the way I was treated. It's the first time I enjoyed buying a new vehicle. A very special Thank you to Steve Kroes, Adel Ubeid, Glen and Mr. Jennings. Mr Jennings should be very proud to have these gentlemen as employees. I had a good experience getting a car here, we took a test drive and Abu was friendly and not pushy. We drove on the highway and on the local streets, and the car, a 2008 impala, performed well. According to one of the guys here, the car has had its rotors and breaks replaced at the dealership. We had already chosen the car in advance and had already shopped around, so we were informed buyers who were ready to buy. The proof is in the pudding obviously with a used car, and I haven't owned the car for more than 3 minutes, so we'll have to see going forward (sitting at the dealership now).

The service was outstanding! Ken Schultz was my advisor and couldn't have been more helpful. I was kept thoroughly updated. My car had damage due to an accident caused by ice, it was very upsetting to have my 3 mos old car in need of repairs. Ken assured me it would as good as new when they were done and he was absolutely correct. Again, the service was outstanding, I can't say enough about my experience, they go above and beyond!! I also bought my 2016 Chevy Traverse at this dealer, I had the same wonderful experience then, from the time I walked in I was treated with the finest customer service. Debbie and Andy were great! Was not in the market to purchase a car until my previous one was totaled. That being said, going into the car buying process was something I was skeptical about. However, Jennings Chevrolet changed that right off the bat. Abu met us at the door and was so sweet and eager to help us, without pressuring us to jump into a sale. After we decided on a potential car, Abu sent it to the mechanic shop in back to fix every-little-thing that could have been off about the car- replaced dash light, replaced a ball joint, and even took it to the jeep dealership himself to fix a recall... During a snowstorm. Not every dealership is willing to do that kind of work and put in that kind of effort! Abu was MORE than helpful and we had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership, people and atmosphere. Ended up purchasing the car and am more than happy with the experience.

I found two cars I was interested in on the internet, one of which was located at Jennings Chevrolet/VW. It was quite a drive from my home to the dealership, but they made the trip WORTH IT! When I arrived, I was welcomed, assisted immediately by Fuad Ghosh, and went for a test drive. The car was amazing, just what I wanted-- but the negotiation and terms experience was also stellar. Everyone at the dealership from sales to the delightful Blackhawks fan business manager, Robert-- was straight-forward, ethical, transparent, and all-around delightful to work with. The complimentary beverages, sparkling facilities and super-fast service turned my night of browsing for the right car into a night that ended in my owning the car I wanted at the price/terms I needed. They have one of the most professional and polite staffs I have ever met or worked with. My buying experience was exceptional with regard to the how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. Chris Hallenberg took care of my order and delivery of my vehicle with such expertise, Davis handled the transaction paperwork making sure I understood everything along with pointing out additional warranties I might want to consider purchasing to protect my vehicle. I have never taken delivery of a vehicle so well prepared before, the Corvette was immaculate when I took delivery. I saw the car online and contacted Alain Bondi in Internet Sales who was very responsive and got back to me quickly. When I entered the dealership, everyone was pleasant and greeted me kindly. Alain had me work with Fuad Ghosh who was very pleasant and we connected well. We went on a test drive in the car, and I felt it was the one I wanted. We were at a somewhat different place in regard to pricing, and the manager Ray came in and we talked about where they needed to be and where I needed to be and were able to come to the middle. I then started working with Bob DiCicco, the business manager, who I must say -- was a dream. I have bought many, many cars, and he was by far the most pleasant, most personable business manager I have ever dealt with. The car was in great shape when I drove it off the lot, the entire process (including finding it on line) took less than 48 hours, I never felt pressured or ill-at-ease -- I even considered the purchase overnight with no pushing from anyone. I have not dealt with Jennings in the past, but would certainly be willing to suggest a visit to them to a relative or a friend. Try it out -- you will not be disappointed. Pleasant, professional, and customer-focused. Exactly as it should be.

After doing thorough research, I finally found the perfect car. The problem with this is that most dealerships that I have dealt with, have had very high mileage for a new model car. Alain was very prompt in answering my questions before I even stepped foot in the facility. Once I arrived, my son and I were greeted and allowed to walk around. After sitting with Alain for less than 5 minutes, I was introduced to Abu Badara; he was the nicest person, easy to have small talk with and we even had a few things in commons as far as opinions. Originally, I came in with my own finance, but actually ended up financing with them for a MUCH better rate. Bob, the finance manager, was AWESOME as well. He offered me a few options and they were better than what I expected. I am completely under budget and COMPLETELY satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service, no hassle prices and great deals. My expectations were beyond exceeded. They even trailed me to drop off my rental car and drive off in my new one!!!!! Thank you all SO very much for your service!!!!

Stop what you are doing, seriously, just stop looking for cars online and go see Fuad at Jenning's Chevrolet! After about a one month search, I was so tired of looking for a car. I finally stumbled across Jenning's and Fuad, SAVED! These guys are maybe the most fair and easy to deal with car salesmen in the entire country. Fuad got me into an amazing 2012 A4 at a very reasonable price. Their customer service and NO pressure sales approach fits right in with my personality. I don't like being bugged nonstop from car dealers. Jennings was the exact opposite. Their follow up was perfect, a call and a text message just to check in. I test drove the car twice and had a complicated financing situation (refinancing my mortgage). Everyone at Jenning's helped me through the process and made sure I ended up with the car. If you are looking for amazing customer service and a CRAZY friendly staff, go see Fuad and his crew at Jenning's!

We may a 2+ hour drive to look at a used Acadia and couldn't be happier with our decision. Adel was helpful over the phone leading up to our visit and his great customer service continued when we came down for the test drive. Most impressively, Adel followed through on the things he said he would after the sale and even shipped us a missing bolt and locking tab I discovered were missing after we got home. I'll definitely give Adel another opportunity for a sale next time we are in the market.

The car I bought was $600 less here, compared to other dealers, and had 28,000 miles less than comparable models elsewhere. Bought a used BMW from Adel. The experience was easy and great. Fair price for my trade. However, the headlight went bad the next day. I called Adel and returned the car, plus got a loaner! The headlight assembly was replaced at no cost. Technically, they probably didn't have to fix it, but they did the right thing by me and that is so rare these days. I will go back when the time comes.

I've been to places where they try to bully you into a sale, make you wait to wear you down, etc. - nothing at all like that here! I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Jennings. Josh Dessent was professional, informative, and very helpful in the process of buying a new SUV. Josh helped us pick out the perfect car! The staff was so accomodating and helpful getting our new care delivered to our house since it hadn't undergone the initialy inspection yet. My wife and I wanted to buy a used VK Eos convertable. We went on the internet and identified 6 dealers that had one in our price range. The first 4 were overpriced and did not want to budge on their price. Dealer #5 was Jennings Volkswagon in Glenview,IL. Our sales rep ,Faud Ghosh, showed us a nice Eos at the right price but after learning that we were taking it to California and would leave it there for 6 months while we came back to Illinois said he had a better idea. He said he had a similer car with fewer accessories and at a cheaper price. He suggested that since it would sit idle we would be better off with less invested. On top of that the auto dealer gave us a discount that made it an even better deal. It was the most pleasent trip to an auto dealer that I have had and I am 75 years old. Just had a very wonderful experience buying our first family car. We hear a lot of horror stories about car salesmen but Adel Ubeid just made us feel at ease the moment we stepped into their doors. He was really nice, honest and did not rush us into making a decision. Robert DiCicco from finance was also great in finding us a low rate. I also like that they have a kids' play area as my toddler was starting to get restless while waiting for us to finally finish all the paperwork. My father, who was with us when we bought our traverse, is already thinking of trading his old SUV and get a new one from them as he was very impressed with their service. All in all a really wonderful car-buying experience and would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone we know. Would have given ten stars if I could.

I bought my 1st VW Tiguan SE last week from Jennings and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My salesman Fuad Abughosh was extremely helpful and accommodating as was the finance manager Mike Fesatte who was able to get me an extremely low APR. I had stopped by the dealer over the last several months on a number of occasions and Fuad was always available to show me what he had available and he never asked meWhat would it take to sell you a car today. I hate that line and any other hard sell tactic. Fuad took the time to get to know what I was looking for and when a low millage Tiguan came in, Fuad called me and I went in. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Instead of getting raked on the price, I genuinely believe Fuad offered up the car at better than market value. If the buying experience is important to you and you want to deal with knowledgeable staff and an honest dealership, then I highly recommend buying a car from Jennings. Stop by the next time youre in the market and ask for Fuad, I am sure you will be as pleased as I am.

Fuad and Bob were both great and made for a relaxed, professional car buying experience. Also, I had been looking for a specific car/options combination and Jennings was the most dutiful and diligent to find me the car that I was looking for. As an example, we live a good number of miles away and Jennings called me when I was en route to look at a car to tell me to turn around - the car didn't have the options I was looking for. They could have let me continue on my way and try to move me to a different vehicle or settle for the one that didn't have the equipment I wanted. Instead, my time was more important to them! That is a professional dealership. A couple weeks later they did get the car in I was looking for and they had kept me in mind, called and set up a time for me to see it. Great dealership to work with; I'd highly recommend them.

Contacted this dealer through Cars.com to "chat" with them about a vehicle they had "newly listed" for sale, the person I chatted with told me they did not have the vehicle I was describing, nor did they ever have it. So I sent an email hoping I'd get someone else's response, after waiting 8 days I finally get a response from the same person I contacted through the chat, he tells me they just sold that vehicle. Normally I'd just write this off. but in this case the vehicle I inquired about was a very difficult one to find and after an 8 day response time I find that unacceptable. I would only hope all the other reviews on this dealer were honest ones or maybe I just dealt with a lazy employee.

We have had our suburban for over 10 years and were in the market for getting a new car. When we went to Jennings we had one of the best experiences every. Abu worked with us on picking out exactly what we wanted/needed and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Even the GM, Jim Walsh, stepped in to make sure we were getting everything that we asked for. When picking the car up on Saturday, it was a very easy process that they had laid out for us on what needed to be done and they were very detailed on everything. We bought the 2015 Tahoe and it is an absolutely gorgeous car that is equipped with both work needs and personal needs. Jennings was very pleasant when it came to negotiating prices and getting the upgrades that we wanted to have, even though the car has everything. We are SO happy with our new purchase and the experience that we had with Jennings. We HIGHLY recommend that if anyone is in the market for getting a new car to go through Jennings because they find out your needs and give you what you truly want.

I must say, shopping alone for a car as a female can be a scary thing. I went to a couple other dealers and they talked to me like I was an idiot. Abu was fantastic. Very nice, very easy to work with. The best part is I know I got the best bang for my buck. When we stopped at Jennings, a place I have purchased cars from previously, we were met with the utmost respect and diligent representation of their sogan. Fuad handled every question my daughter had with courtesy and seriousness (where other dealerships failed to take her purchase seriously). He was able to direct us to cars that were not only in our price range, but that my daughter would enjoy driving. He spoke honestly and without hesitation of losing a sale. He checked in every step of the financial process, and even helped explain a few detail more clearly. After the sale, he walked us to the car, installed the plates himself, and gave my daughter a run down of the car's features even though it was an hour past closing. Overall, Fuad was one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is an honest man, and one I would definitely purchase another car from.

After a few phone calls, we were traveling out of state to meet with Abu Badar, a sales representative at Jennings. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied with Abu and the SUV. The vehicle was purchased and driven home the same day.

Two words: Use Adel !!!!!! This is my second car that I have bought from Jennings and I am very happy with the process. Both times were very quick and painless. I shopped at other dealers that didn't seem to care that I was there, but I wasted my time when I should have been at Jennings Chevrolet in Glenview, IL. I found a 2011 Malibu on the internet and stopped by Jennings Chevrolet to take a look. I was pleasantly greeted by Fuad Ghosh. Together we walked the lot briefly in search of the car I described. It was a bit brisk outside, so Fuad asked for a minute while he located the car. In less than 5 minutes, he had located the car and was extremely patient as I looked the car over. He offered a test drive and when I requested a test drive for the following day, there were no questions asked. Fuad simply asked "sure what time will you be stopping by." Fuad had the car ready for me. I only mention this because the week before I was at another dealership where even though I had requested the test drive a day before and called the day I was picking the car up to say I would be delayed in getting there, the car was still not ready. I waited at this other dealership for an hour and in the meantime the staff tried selling me a new car. Fuad was considerate of my time and respected my selection. Fuad was not pushy, just down to earth. How often do you find that quality in a car salesman! My overall experience was extremely good from Andy in Service, Bob in Finance, Derek in the Body Shop even Freddie from Enterprise. But especially Fuad Ghosh!! I purchased my very first and only new car from Jennings Chevrolet back in the late 80's and told Fuad the salesman's name. Fuad was surprised I remembered the salesman's name. I will also remember Fuad by name and not hesitate to refer others to him due to his high quality service. Thank you Fuad!

While I was waiting for my 2011 Cruze to be serviced, I had a conversation with Debbie about the possibilities of leasing a new car. Debbie took the time to listen to my needs - both financial and specific to an automobile - and showed me the 2014 Equinox. As I prefer an SUV, I was very impressed with it. Initially, I wanted all the options - sunroof, NAV, rear-mounted camera, but didn't feel comfortable with the final price. Without pressuring me or giving up, she showed me a 2014 Equinox that was within my budget. We drove out to their expanded parking facility and she told me to test drive it. As soon as I did, I knew this was it. Debbie is very professional: she listens to the needs of her customers, gets to know them as people, and finds the best choice for each individual. We usually buy executive driven cars to take advantage of the dealer discount while retaining all the warrantee benefits of a new car. My Jennings salesperson, Fuad Ghosh, honored my request to test a "driver ed" car, which met those criterion but took the initiative to also show me a low mileage, one owner Prius, which still retained a lot of its original warranties (which he researched for me) and yet offered features more suitable to my need for a versatile vehicle capable of basic transport at low cost but also cargo capability. The Prius actually cost less than the dealer discounted car and I am so happy with this vehicle. Thanks, Mr. Ghosh.

Jerry Perberg was the sales agent that I got set up with, and was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all the questions I had about the car via email....unlike quite a few dealerships who only want to talk to you in person. I had hopes of only having to drive to the chicagoland area once if all went well. We initially contacted Jennings via the internet to inquire about a used vehicle. Alain Bondi responded right away and set us up with a test drive. Once we arrived, Alain put us in touch with a salesperson, Abu Bader. We decided against the used car, but Abu showed us a new 2013 Suburban comparably priced which had all the features we were looking for. Abu was very friendly and knowledgeable. Abu did a great job explaining things and was very patient as we negotiated a fair deal for our trade and the ultimate purchase price of the Suburban. After agreeing to terms we had the pleasure of working with Jennings' Finance person Bob DiCicco. Bob was real easy to work with and found us a great rate. I arrived at Jennings VW on a Saturday afternoon to test drive the 2013 VW Tiguan and drove off the lot the next Monday with an amazing deal on a spectacular vehicle! When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Armando Mariscal who immediately accommodated my request to test drive the vehicle. I am not one for being sold on anything and a pushy salesperson is the quickest way to make me turn around and walk out. I was appreciative of Armando s easy conversation and the way he answered my questions without being pushy about the features or overselling the vehicle. After the test drive I met the GM, Ken Lyon, and he too was very easygoing and straightforward while answering my questions. When we went over initial figures for leasing, I did not feel as though Ken was holding back to get the best of me, which is often the feeling one gets when speaking with a traditional car sales manager. I went to Jennings to weigh my options for trading in my older vehicle and walked out so impressed with the Tiguan and the customer service that I decided to go right back on Monday morning and sign the papers. The delivery process was one of the quickest and least stressful I have experienced to date (and I have sat through many deliveries). The assessment of my trade-in was more than fair; I did not even have to haggle or negotiate to get exactly the number I had in mind. The delivery itself was executed by Business Manager, Paula Ciolino, who was pleasant, informative and very quick with explaining the paperwork. Like Armando and Ken, Paula was not pushy about presenting the extras. She simply provided me the necessary information, answered my questions, and respected my decisions without argument. I cannot say enough about the Jennings experience from start to finish, it was delightful! The entire team is to be commended for such a pressure-free and fun experience; who ever thought car dealer, pressure-free and fun would be used in the same sentence? I visited Jenning's to test drive a new Jetta GLI. I ended up working with Amir and he was a great person to take the test drive with. Incredibly knowledgeable (I had been obssessing over the car for about a week before going in but he still managed to tell me some things that I didn't know) and friendly. After the test drive I was not pressured to make a decesion and I left feeling very confident - and that I really wanted the car. A few days later, with a little more help from Amir, I had a good deal (below MSRP) on a great car and a smile on my face. We just bought a Jetta Sportwagen and had a great experience at Jennings. Our salesman, Fuad, was great to work with. Everything was so easy. When we were leaving Fuad to finalize the sale, I asked him if that was it- if we were done working with him. Fuad said definitely not. He'd be there for us in the future if we had any questions or needed any assistance. It was true. He not only helped us weeks later with the protection package we purchased, but when my technologically challenged self couldn't set up the bluetooth on my own, he found a very kind, helpful colleague to set everything up for me and walk me through the features. We bought a VW Passat yesterday at Jennings Volkswagen in Glenview, IL. We never knew that buying a car can be a fun experience. We tried a Golf, Golf GTI, Jetta and Passat. We tried different cars and models for about 2-3 hours. Nathan Solt was the person who help us. He enjoyed helping us, he enjoyed showing us what each car has to offer. Nate is very knowledgeable, funny, and all in all a great person. It is uplifting to see a young person so full of enthusiasm for his job. For all of you who read Marshall Goldsmith's "Mojo: How to get it..." I can say that Nathan Solt has a lot of mojo. I hope he'll never lose it! We found ourselves in the market to purchase a new VW after our faithful old Golf gave up the ghost after 15 years and nearly 190,000 miles; VW makes some GREAT cars! We were contacted by three dealers after using an online buying referral service. We chose to purchase our new car at Jennings because the treatment we received was by far and away the most professional and courteous of the bunch. Our salesman, Amir Dizdarevic, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. His enthusiasm for automobiles in general and for Volkswagen and Jennings in particular, was as refreshing as it was infectious. Pleasure dealing with Abu Badar and the Jennings team. Went in with our automobile already picked out, no games or gimics. Abu even let us take it to our own mechanic! Price was not inflated and the sales team was very realistic and accommodating. Little bit of a wait here and there, but I guess that is to be expected when the dealership is so popular. Salespeople are usually hard to like and trust but I instantly liked and trusted Fuad Ghosh, his manager Brian, and Dominick who all made the experience delightful instead of a task. It was a rare experience and I am glad I decided to stopped by. I also would like to add that I had not intended on buying a car at the time I stopped by, and especially had not intended on buying a Volt. I expressed to Fuad Ghosh that I had been looking at a Prius and was decided on getting a Prius. I had been eyeing a Prius for many years and here I am owning a Volt! Ken Lyons is the biggest reason I have bought several cars from Jennings VW. My overall experience with Jennings has been top rated in every aspect. The service department is very friendly. Sales department is very knowledgable about the product. Paula in finance dept. is a pleasure to work with in completing my paperwork. I have bought at about fifteen cars in the past 32 years. Jennings VW by far gave the best deliver experience of the two cars I bought bar none. Operations at Jennings VW are done in such a pleasureable manner without the feeling that is associated with car dealers. Please let me speak about Ken Lyons. First, I do not see myself ever buying anything but a VW ever again. Second as long as Ken Lyons is Sales Manager at Jennings VW I will never go anywhere else. Ken Lyons is an honest man that treats people with respect. Ken does not plays the "Car Games" that are too often used in the industry. Ken understands that the consumer is now typically knowledgable because of the internet. Ken provides a fair price that the dealership is making money yet as a customer I walk away feeling I was given a fair deal. My husband and I have been looking to purchase a newer model Tahoe (our current is a 2002 and has been an excellent vehicle). Our search brought us to Jennings Chevrolet. My husband visited on a Friday afternoon and met with Abu Bader. On Saturday, we returned with our two young daughters so that I could look at the vechicle. By the time we arrived, both of our girls were asleep in our car. Abu was so thoughtful and brought bottled water out to my vehicle as I was waiting for our kiddos to wake-up. When the sleepy heads awoke, Abu returned with two bags of popcorn and the girls were VERY happy! We purchased a 2009 Tahoe LTZ and had a positive experience. We found the car on the internet last night and everything from the initial response to the online inquiry has been AWESOME. They addressed everything we asked without question. The car was already listed at a very fair price and they were willing to work with us on a few bucks.. (Although we had been treated so well, we really felt bad even asking for anything). EVERYTHING was upfront and no hidden fees, slick tricks or anything. Al made sure we got connected with our salesperson, Abu and we were off.... And we was absolutely wonderful... again, nothing slick and very fair and honest. Bob in the finance dept worked out a really great deal on everything from the extended warranty to the rate. We really have nothing but great things to say walking away from this experience. Last but not least, Ray was very helpful throughout the entire process as well. Went in to Jennings for the first time about 9 months ago to purchase a new vehicle. I had never been through this process before and I must say that the entire staff there made it quite easy and about as non-stressful as buying a car can be. I was particularly pleased with our salesman, Dominick Sannasardo, who was quite knowledgable, very easy to talk to and very straight forward with all his answers to our questions. I have been in several times to the service department for oil changes and a couple maintenance issues and have been very pleased with my experience with that staff as well. Recently I traded in our second family vehicle on a new Equinox at Jennings. Less than 3 years ago we bought our first new car there too. Both experiences were exceptional in terms of fairness, convenience, and professionalism by all at Jennings especially Debbie Ress who could not have been more helpful. Both times Debbie made special efforts in assisting us in locate what we wanted with the specific options and color. I originally went to a different Chevy dealership (Brendeman's) looking for a Sonic for my partner. I went there multiple times and was always ignored by the staff. I even opened the door on the car in the showroom,leaned agaist the front fender waiting for someone to at least say Boo, but the 4 people working the floor couldn't be bothered. Found Jenning's on a Sunday drive, returned on Monday and met Debbie Reis. I was driving my smart 42 that day and let Debbie know I was "just kicking the tires" but was interested in coming back to drive a Sonic or a Spark when it came out. Debbie didn't make me feel un-easy nor that I was waisting her time. We talked about my smart for a bit, I gave her my real phone number and asked her to call me when the Spark was in. A week later she called and we went in,drove a Spark around the storage area, put money down and drove home with one the next week. We even stop in just to say hi.Do you do that at your salesperson? We can not recommend Debbie and Jenning's Chevrolet enough! I would not go anywhere else and will be buying a Sonic for myself in the next year. I would love another smart but the dealership (Loeber's) is so god awfull I wont buy another. Won't even have non-warrenty work done there.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze from Jennings Chevrolet in Glenview and without a doubt the buying experience was excellent. Since both my wife and I have worked in the hospitality industry for well over 25 years each we are very conscience of excellence in customer service. I would also add that I rarely write reviews for purchases that I make as most seem rather ordinary. It only on 3 occasions that I have been determined to write a review one extremely poor experience and two that were outstanding. My fourth review this purchase I happy to say was outstanding. What clearly stands out is the customer service. It is above and beyond what you would expect. Think of a great hotel or restaurant where they go out of their way to make sure that youe every need it met and you walk away saying wow I got to come back again. We have all been to retail establishments where a good majority of the people working there didn seem happy to be there and it becomes very easy to pick up on making the experience all too often not what we had hoped for. This was just the opposite, I didn see one person that didn smile or neglected to say hello. Our salesman Dominick Sannasardo was great. Very knowledgeable along with being very attentive throughout the buying process without being pushy. Phone calls and e-mails were quickly answered. The experience was like going over to a friend house, they greet you, make you feel welcome and offer you whatever they have to give. Bought my first car back in 1978 thankfully times have changed for the better in the car buying process. And the Chevy Cruze is a great car:-)

I purchased a brand new suburban from Jennings. I had a wonderful experience! Dominick S. was my sales man and he was great! He was very knowledgeable of everything Jennings had to offer and also very personable. He definitely made the car buying process an ease. I didn't feel like I was being hassled/pushed to purchase any of the packages. Even-though they do offer great deals, and I did purchase an interior warranty. I definitely highly recommend Jennings and Dominick from the Sales Department

Very prompt responses by email and they made the sale quick and easy. I was satisfied with the value of service and price. The whole place was tidy and Alan made sure that our wait was not too long. And on another note, they serve Starbucks coffee. :)

I recently bought a used VW from Adel Ubeid at Jennings. I went in looking for a specific car and Adel was great at showing me multiple options and taking the time to test drive several vehicles with me. What I liked most is that there was no pressure to make a decision or tow buy. He let me discuss things with my wife and evern take a few days to make my decision. He was always, helpful, friendly and courteous. The pur hase went smoothly and the finance department was also helpful and friendly. When the car was delivered, it was clean, fully gassed and ready to go. I've bought 10 cars in the last 15 years. I can absolutely recommend Adel and Jennings without hesitation.

I'm a first time buyer and had looked up their inventory online prior to my visit. Very accurate pictures on the website. My parents have been purchasing cars from here for a long time, and I was referred to the team. The team was very attentive and patient. Their inventory was great, and negotiating was easier than I thought, but of course within reasonable limits. The financing process was painless and I walked away with a new car. Since the salesman has sold ehicles to our family for years, he let us test drive the cars immediately. Got right down to business. I'd totally recommend this team to any first time buyers.
