I take my car in for service every 5000 miles. They do a complimentary inspection and sell me things like air filters, etc. I went into the service department for service that I prepaid for and they didn't rotate my tires on 3 occasions even though their checklust said they did. I took it in for a brake noise and they serviced it, checked it out and said it was fine. It made the same noise again and I discovered my inside brake pads were worn out. They have inspected it 12 other times and dud not catch this. I found it with my finger. When I took it back, they said Kia wouldn't cover it and it was my fault for missing an inspection at 15000 miles. Even though they never told me about the needed inspection and they "supposedly" inspected it every 5000 miles. They charged me $200 for brakes. Brakes aren't supposed to wear out only on the inside, but I guess that was my fault too. I took it in for a flat twice, bith times they said there was no leaks and both times I ended up getting the leaks repaired elsewhere. I have my 60000 mile service that is due now and I can't firce myself to go there. On top of that, everytime I get service, Kia sends me a questionaire about the service. Suddenly I'm not receiving them anymore and I'm sure its because they changed my email in the computer. I love the service writers, good people, but I will be taking my car elsewhere after I use up my prepaid service. Don't go here if you have other choices.

My husband has little free time to wonder around car dealerships looking for a new car so the job fell to me. I first stopped in during the day without him and looked at the Enclave. I loved it and brought him back on a very busy Friday night to look at it. We had two hours to look at five different cars at five different dealerships. I explained the timeline to Dan and Du and they were very respectful of this restraint. They quickly got us the keys and I drove as they explained the pro's of the Enclave. We were in and out of there in 25 minutes and felt great about the experience. A week later, I went back and bought that car (again without my husband and it was easy). He was able to come sign the paperwork the next day. I loved my experience and would do it all again. Thank you!!

I really appreciated the personal treatment I received by the staff. I needed a ride back to my office after dropping off my vehicle and after sitting in the waiting room for less then 5 minutes I was escorted by a very kind young man who gave me a ride back to work. My car was finished in under 2 hours at which time they called to let me know I could pick up my car anytime I was ready. I loved that my car had been washed and was ready to go when I arrived. Great organization to the system. Seems to be working great! Thank you

Josh, the service writer greeted and filled out the paper work quickly and efficiently. He called right when the truck was completed. The truck came back clean, no oily/greasy hand prints and no dirty floor mats. I work in a truck dealership and know what it takes to get a vehicle through the process. they did a good job

On my way back from Thanksgiving, my car started giving me a warning and losing power. Jerry Seiner lent me a loaner car which allowed me to carry on with my work and life that day. The repairs were covered under a special policy which I was extremely grateful for, expecially since it's Christmas time.

That's a big deal to me because as a single woman, I don't always know where to take my car for the best service. I'm an intelligent woman and I appreciate that I'm not being taken for "stupidity." We loved working with Scott Carter. Buying a car can be intimidating, but he made our experience the opposite. He was great at understanding both our needs and our budget and helping us find the perfect vehicle to satisfy both demands. Everything went fine the only problem I had and this happens each time I bring My car in for service is that I ask to have My tire pressure checked and set at a certain psi for the front and a different one for the back. This never happens right it is never the psi that I asked for so before I leave I check it and then I have to spend extra time waiting to get some one to set the psi right for Me. This is not what I should expect when I have been called and told everything is done and OK.

I went in for an oil change. Also, I had a small leak in one of my tires due to a nail lodged inside. They fixed the leak without me having to pay for a new tire. It was a positive experience. I always feel that I can trust the service department in not trying to sell me more than what I came in for.

Tyler in the service department was very helpful when I came in with a dead battery about an hour and a half before they closed. He made sure that my daughter and I had transportation home and even stayed late to help get the rental car set up. I did the 30000 mile service on my Acadia. The service was great, I used the shuttle service for the first time, because the service was not a wait for thing. All was very good except the price was somewhat shocking. Lots of work was done though, I should have asked more questions in advance.

I understand it was friday and busy, but some things need improvement. First off it should not cost 60 dollars to replace a cabin air filter, 40 dollars for the filter and 20 dollars for install. OEM Parts are for sale online for under 20 dollars and 20 dollars for 10 minutes at most to install. I mean for 40 dollars more i can get a 4 wheel alignment. One of my valve stem caps was left off and i have the nitrogen fill, and the past two times i have had my service done, they washed the car, but never washed the top and the traverse is pretty short. I also understand Dealerships charge a bit more but 60 dollars for a cabin air filter is just way too much. I enjoy the service people there and have been real nice to me and i do like their service but if you don't know about the little things you can't fix it.

I had my front seat replaced due to some manufacturer defects and your service department was the best. even though it was only a 2 hour repair job they got me into a courtesy truck so I could get around and finish my daily chores. brought my 2012 sierra pickup in to replace the drivers side mirror.your service rep jeff took the truck in that very day and got the mirror that afternoon.unfortunately the replacement mirror was damaged but he got one the next day and did the repair.he went out of his way and went the extra mile for me.

Ben Gallegos was very knowledgeable regarding the car and had all the features, options, and trade-offs at his immediate recall. A real car guy! He didn't try to steer us towards more expensive options or packages. When we weren't quite happy with something he did all he could to make it right. For example, the car had not been detailed yet (or well) and he got that done to our satisfaction without changing the terms even though the price was already rock bottom. Also when some parameters changed on our trade-in they stuck to their commitments. Overall the experience was smooth and pain free and we would definitely use them again.

We bought a 2013 vehicle today at Jerry Seiner in South Jordan. We had gone to another dealership, driven the same year, model and make car. Despite high pressure salesmanship, complete with the manager coming to talk to us after we didn't buy the 'today only' deal from our salesman, and a lot of back and forth with The Banker (think Deal or No Deal with a guy behind tinted windows sending out counter-offers), we eventually got our keys back and left. My husband really wanted to go at least one more place and drive one more car. We did. The atmosphere was very different with our salesman, Dana Bedingfield. He remained courteous, even when we said we needed to think and talk about it overnight. We debated both deals, and even though the first was slightly less than the one we chose, the service perks and the low stress sale made it the right deal for us.

We had a good idea of what car we wanted (a Chevy Traverse), and had visited some other dealerships, but couldn't find the right one (trim package, mileage and price) at any of them. Then we visited Jerry Seiner, where we were helped by Sales and Leasing Consultant Benjamin Gallegos. Ben was great - very helpful, very patient and attentive to our 1 million questions, and very knowledgeable. He found us the perfect car, and he even drove out to our house with us so we didn't have to leave our old car there - thanks Ben! The work was performed well but did take a lengthy amount of time about 1 hr 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. The service specialist did tell me at 1 hr and 15 minutes that I could take the car or wait for the car wash. I chose to wait for the car wash. That was my mistake and added 25 minutes. I brought my car in for an error message I was receiving. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the error message was gone. Even though the message was no longer there, they worked to try and figure out the issue and reset my system. Message has not came back. They were fast and courteous. The best part was they washed my car after they rainy weekend!!

We went in to test drive a 2015 Kia Soul. At first, we were nervous and anticipated a pushy salesman but were pleasantly surprised to meet Mr. Ian Scott, who not only was friendly but was patient enough to keep going back and forth to get the keys for whichever Kia Soul we wanted to look at. Last year, we had the worst experience at a car dealership so we were on guard but there was no reason for it. He answered our questions, helped get us an affordable price, and was open and honest with us. If you're looking for any KIA, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ian Scott. Just look for the gentleman with a British accent!! On a scale of 1-10, my fiance and I would rate our experience here a 20! Thank you once again!

My husband and i have twins on the way and have been going back and forth between mid size SUV and Minivans and as much as i hate to admit it the minivan has won us over in many ways and right now just seemed like the better way to go. It has all the bells an whistles you will ever need plus more and it's very user friendly. Wade an Ian did a great job from start to finishing in helping us with many questions and helping us decide from the information we gave them on which minivan would suit us best and basically let us decide from there which one we really wanted to go with. They were never pushy or urged us to buy one over another, they just gave us there information on all different types and let us go from there. All in all we had a great experience and would highly recommend any one looking for a minivan to come see Wade or Ian and they can help you decide on what price and look you would like to go with from there!!!!

The service guys are always extremely friendly and accommodating. I signed up to have my tires rotates and they let me know that my tires didn't need to be rotated and would let me know when they needed to be. I was researching the Internet and found a truck I liked at your facility. When I called I spoke with someone at the "business center" but was directed to a manager to handle my questions. I was then contacted by Tom Crocker about the truck. Since I was out of town I had a lot of questions and some concerns. He took the time to get me a equipment list and coordinate the paperwork with my bank. I flew in and he picked me up at the airport and helped me finish the purchase. Jay Shockey made buying a car with a tooth ache like we were just hanging out visiting. We never felt pressure and he let me and my husband figure it out and not get tense. I never have bought a large purchase and had it feel like we had all day or we could get up and leave. He either did not realize he was selling a car or did not care if we bought it. Shockey.. just has the best possible way of handling people. I think this location is so comfortable and the team offered us drinks and helped through the process of getting things set up. I wish they had a hot dog. Shockey shared with us some personal information about working with a burn unit and we enjoyed hearing about that and we realized why he was so personal and kind. I would refer anyone to this location. Plus Kia has great vehicles and I love all the colors. We were offered to sit in any and all . We enjoyed our time here even with a throbbing toothache.

Being 72 years young, I've experienced more than a couple of vehicle purchases in my lifetime. My most recent was buying a Certified Pre-owned truck from Jerry Seiner South Jordan. I lucked out and walked up to Jax at the front desk. I was immediately impressed with his attitude and product knowledge. There were absolutely no pressure tactics in evidence while discussing my needs for a used vehicle. Jax made me feel at ease during the whole process and was attentive to what I was looking for. When I finally decide to commit to a purchase, they made me an offer, I made a counter offer which they accepted, and it was a done deal. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were professional, friendly, and didn't pressure me to purchase any add-ons. All in all, this buying experience was one of the best I've had over my life and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody looking for an honest and friendly experience for a new or used General Motors product. Oh, and don't forget to ask for Jax when you get there.

He spent a lot of time talking with us about what we were looking for. He then showed us numerous cars that fit our criteria. Chris the sales manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the entire Kia line and the company's history. Both were very up front and honest with us and we wound up getting a great deal on the car we wanted. This is the way car buying is supposed to be. David Turner helped me with my SUV purchase yesterday, he was fantastic to work with along with the whole JS team. Walking into the dealership, I had already convinced myself that I would have to settle for a 2007 or older Yukon Denali XL. I was also convinced that anything I purchased, would definitely have over 130,000 miles because I thought I would not be able to afford anything newer. I took a test drive with David in a gorgeous 2008 Yukon Denali XL with only 87,000 miles "just for fun". While running the numbers during the test drive, David reassured me that I would be able to take that vehicle home with me. Love my new car and think it is a great car for a great value. My salesman Richard Nielsen was wonderful and very attentive and not a typical sales man. Very easy to talk to and very trust worthy, a real honest to goodness kind of guy, I would for sure buy another car from him. The Sales Manager Chris Kim is a different story. I am really ticked off at him and he has lost all integrity with me. He was doing the usual high pressure sales, nice but does not mean what he says. He really wanted us to buy our car and said he would throw in tinted windows and oil changes if we bought the car. He said his offer was good till the end of the month because he wanted to sell the car by then. We went back before the end of the month to buy the car and he would not honor his offer for the tinted windows, I think that is really low budget and am really ticked off at him, in the world of business that is not how it is done. I don't appreciate you at all Chris Kim. I will say that everyone else there was really very accommodating and did a wonderful job.

Tom Crocker was wonderful; knowledgeable, great humor and hospitable. Ole was an old school guy not understanding that the wife was purchasing the vehicle. Very happy that Tom completed the transaction. We love our Encore!! My husband was somewhat disappointed with the clean up of the car. It looked like they just removed the plastic from the floor, and ran it through the car wash. The car was not wiped completely dry, and left water spots. The door jambs were not wiped clean, nor was the engine compartment. Overall the the experience at Jerry Seiner was very pleasant. Again we love Tom, great job.

I had been shopping for a 2011-2014 Sportage for a while and had a bad experience with a different dealer. On a whim, we decided to stop by Jerry Seiner Kia to see if a car we saw advertised online was still available. Wade was the guy who helped us there. Sadly, the Kia we were looking for was not there anymore, but after hearing about the negative experience we had with a different dealer, I guess he decided it was up to him to keep me in the Kia buying camp. Not only did Wade find us a car with all the features we wanted, but he was also able to get me financed at a rate way better than my own bank who I had been using for years. So put aside any hesitations you may have about buying a Kia because theyre solid cars, and skip dealing with any shady dealers. Sometime, hopefully in the near future, I'll be heading back up there to get myself a k900.

I had been to a few other dealers and when we were talking about the finance aspect of it all, it was pretty confusing to me. Tom explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Just bought a 3500 GMC Denali (2015) to replace my 2003 GMC after eleven years of reliable use. The salesman, Jon Nash, was fair and honest throughout the whole process. And pleasant to be around. My hopes is that this Duramax lasts as long without much attention as the 2003. This is the fourth GMC I have purchased new. I switched to an F-250 Power Stroke in the middle of it all, and all I can say is I was anxious for the three years I had it, and was relieved to switch back.

They didn't really have to sell me on anything-I already knew what I wanted. Wade made sure to find the 2014 that fit my requirements. He showed me all the options of the vehicle step-by-step. I had actually found a car I liked better at a different dealership and went to purchase it, but the salesman was so pushy I just couldn't bring myself to buy from him. I went back to Jerry Seiner and ended up buying the Toyota from them because it was such a friendlier and all around better atmosphere. Left very happy, and glad to have given them my business!

I bought my car and had a great experience and four days later my new car was in the shop. They told me spark plugs and that I would need to come back in for them the next day and then as I pull into work I have smoke coming out of my hood. They take it back to the shop and all of a sudden it has gone from spark plugs to a new radiot and coolant fan. So they keep the car over the weekend and I go to pick it up with new rock chips ALL over the front of it which I DID NOT buy the car like that. And I am down half a tank of gas. They proceed to try and tell me that the car stayed on the lot which is not true because I have a voicemail on my phone saying they put miles on it. I traded in a perfectly great car just because I wanted the car that I have always wanted and I have been beating myself up since I did that. No one gives you the customer service that they do when they want you to buy a car. Laekin could care less if I wanted the car or not that she sold me but JUMPED at the chance when she caught wind that I wanted to "TRADE" it in for a new one which is bull. I walked into Jerry Seiner hoping to get my car I have always wanted with lower payments than I was paying on my Mazda and it has just turned into a nightmare. Never will I ever buy a car or recommend a friend to buy a car from them. Now I have to go through the Better Business Bureau and hire lawyers since I was sold a LEMON CAR.
