This is the first time that I have gotten an oil change within a decent amount of time! Brandon took care of me from the moment I walked in the door and made sure I was accommodated with a shuttle. I went to Jerry's not really expecting to leave with anything, especially not a 2020 vehicle. Reese provided stellar customer service from the 1st initial phone call to the final drive off in a brand new car. She provided quick results and didn't leave me guessing for hours days or weeks. We found that Mike Friend, our auto sales representative, was very attentative and very helpful. He often went beyond his responsibilities in ensuring that our contract was honored, even when the mechanic shop at the dealership wanted to take shortcuts and not honor our contract. We appreciate the fact that he made sure that the requests were honored. He even washed our new vehicle, which was the shops responsibility. He also picked up and retained a replacement part for our vehicle until we were able to get the vehicle back up to Jerry's Chevrolet, which the parts department threaten to return if we did not pick it up within a 24 hr. period. I would highly recommend friends to go to Jerry's and see Mike Friend if they are in need of a car. However, I am not comfortable with their repair shop since they tend to want to take shortcuts and not honor sales contracts. If it weren't for Mike Friend, we may have end up with the short end of the deal. I encourage Jeffy's Chevrolet to keep Mike Friend on board. He is a valued asset to the dealership.Salinda Messenger

Drove 40 minutes away to this dealer because the salesman told my wife he had a better offer for a vehicle we were looking into purchasing from elsewhere. Besides the poor customer service, rudeness, and lack of consideration in one's time and effort, the salesman wasted our time by saying by backing out of his promise by saying "We can't even match what the other dealer offered." Thank you Mr. Wilson for unveiling the characteristics of the poor leadership handled at your dearlership. If you want to feel undervalued and be treated like just a number, this is the place for it!

Absolutely horrific experience for my elderly mother, this should be a joyous thing and instead she left nervous and crying. My mother who is on a fixed income purchased a $20,000 vehicle which turned into a $28,000 when Jerrys got done adding all the unnecessary extras (LoJack,ziebart pkg,extended warranty) you name it they added it so much that now my mother has to carry gap ins because the vehicle is NOT even worth the amount financed and took her trade in and $4000 in cash. I talked with the Mgr Zil and explained (less than 24 hours after the sale) mother needs a car but could we please put her in something more affordable and not for 7 years!!! He had nothing to offer to help and frankly could have cared less! Susan in Financing was very rude and had no compassion for my elder parents. I hope that no one takes advantage of their elder parents as they have mine, Karma is not kind!! DO NOT SHOP AT JERRYS CHEVROLET!! Chevrolet/GM should be ashamed to have a dealership with such unscrupulous "padding" techniques!!!

This is the 2nd time in 4 years that i have purchased a car from Jerry's Chevrolet and both times i have walked out with a new car. Both salesmen were excellent. Larry B. back in 2012 and Mike Friend this past Friday august 26th, 2016. Both of my experiences have been awesome. Jerry's was able to work with me as to get as close to what i could afford in monthly payments. I will definitely be back again when its time to buy a new vehicle.

My engine light came on while I was driving near the dealership on the way home. I stopped by immediately. The place was packed, but they took my car in quickly and realized how late it was. They said they couldn't get a complete diagnosis that late in the day, but would do so fist thing in the morning. They secured me a ride home and told me they would call by 10 AM the next day and it would probably be ready to go by that afternoon. I received a call at 9:50 AM the next day. Not only had they looked at my car, they had fied the problem! A car was sent to my home, so I could pick up my Cruze.

Purchased a key for my car. The salesman named Tommy told me it would come in from GM programmed. The remote came in ,but not the key , He told me to take the remote and hold it to the key part came in . I got an email that the part was here. Traveled an hour , waited 5 hours for the new service tech Named David Bambino. To tell me I needed to buy the key part. Even thru the first guy it was all there. They would take the part back because Tommy took it out of the plastic bag . And no consideration for my time to travel there or wait. Buy offering to purchase the $20 part for inconvenient . So they would rather bite there nose off despite there face , and lose me as a coustomer. I have a 2015 corvette and was looking for a service company . It won't be them. Is the service there losing money that bad .

In order to maintain my eligibility for the 'Tires For Life' program offered at the time of purchase, I had my truck in for the first obligatory oil change and tire rotation not covered by the dealer. I was convinced this was going to cost me a fair bit and, combined with the somewhat inconvenient location of the dealer relative to my home and office, wasn't too happy about it. When it came time to settle up with the cashier (earlier than expected I would add), I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the tire rotation was gratis being part of the 'Tires For Life' program and the oil change itself was far less than I had anticipated. Uncharacteristically for the industry, I would have to say that I got a very good value for my money on this service visit.

I made an appointment and when I pulled up in freezing temps and strong winds had to stand outside and tell the guy who I was and why I was there again. Why make an appointment if I had to repeat all the info again or not know i was arriving, I said I was here for my appointment? He said he would follow up with me inside and never heard back from him. The service advisor lady was nice, and went over paperwork with me. The cashier I felt I was a nuisance to and bothered her because I had to sign the paperwork. She didn't talk to me, thanks for coming in or anything. The welcome I could overlook, the checkout experience turned the experience from just ok to unsatisfactory for me.

I brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in for its 100,000 mile service. Tara kept tabs with me throughout the day to let me know the progress and update me on any additional items that the techs felt needed attention and get my agreement to go ahead and do the work. I like bringing the Tahoe to get serviced...initial free oil changes and tire rotation and car washes....but second time they failed to wash my car.....not sure why but it disappointed me.

The moment I got online to Jerry's website I was contacted by a sales person. They constantly kept in contact with me until the deal was done....Then there was a problem, a problem that was on their behalf not of my own fault and everyone magically disappeared! Everyone that I dealt with during the sale became unavailable. Every time I called to discuss the issues they send me to the answering machine. I go to talk to someone and they continue to give me excuses. I am so tired of dealing with this place of business and the problem still have not been solved! I walked in with a co signer and a trade and walked out with nothing.I am paying for a vehicle that I CAN"T even drive and they won't fix the issue!!!! I am very disappointed in Jerry's Chevrolet and how some of the staff treated me and still treating me as a customer..I will never do business with them again.....

I was and still am very unsatisfied with the business from Jerry's Chevrolet. The customer service was ok until a situation that was not on my part but the part of the dealership accrued and nobody wanted to handle it. I continuously get sent to the answering machine majority of the times I call and when I show up they tell me that the person isn't in to help me and they will contact me the next day and no one ever does. This has been going on since January 19th I am very upset with the way I am being treated I am so very sorry I chose to do business with this place...I am still having these issues and need them taken care of asap I am out of a vehicle and my trade I walked in with a vehicle and a co-signer and walked out with nothing PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS. Someone has to do something about this it is ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMER. I am trying to contact George Ponko please contact me about this!!!!!! I AM PISSED!!!!

Thanks to Jerrys (19 October 2015) On Saturday the 17 of October, my granddaughter and I spent some time (our first time) at Jerrys Chevrolet to get a couple of things fixed on my daughters Equinox. The first thing was that the front lower bumper piece had met one too many curbs and had pulled away from its clips on the left side. I went to the body shop to have the situation assessed and even though they were not officially open (with technicians present) they did send out a congenial and competent guy (Joe Nelson) to give me an assessment of the situation. He took a quick look and tapped the bumper back into place, loosened the license plate holder and tapped the piece in behind that, and then tightened the holder back up. We both agreed that the bumper was probably OK for the foreseeable future. Then I went to the service bay where Dan Schultz heard my request for two keys to be made. While he and I argued the merits of Macs versus PCs and had a few laughs about upcoming football games, he took the needed information and said he thought it would be about 20 minutes. Dan is my idea of a service professional: personable, interested in helping the customer, and easy to talk and work with. I didnt really keep track of the time, but within 20 minutes or so the keys were ready and so we left after having accomplished what we came for and duly impressed with the high level of professional competence we received at Jerrys Chevrolet on Joppa Rd. in Baltimore. I plan on informing my daughter that Jerrys should be her dealership of choice when she needs car help in the future.

Upon arrival usually they greet you and are ready to accept my car for its maintenence. Not this time. I was told to pull up and wait in my car. I did. I waited 15 minutes before I asked someone for assistance. Then I was told I am just a tech I don't know. I can't help you. Waited 5 more minutes before going inside to the desk where you pay for your services. She Listened and quickly got someone. Thank you to the ladies at the desk!

We had a pleasent experience we with Jerry's. The staff was kind and accomodating. The process felt quick, and they all did their best to keep us comfortable while the business proceeded. There were a few scratches and dinks in the car, and it had not been washed well, but those things are very minor, and overall did not detract from the value or the experience.

I dropped my truck off Monday evening and was told the work was scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. I received a call Wednesday morning stating that the diagnosis was complete but none of the work had begun yet. Once started, all of the work was completed in a timely manner with good communication from the service advisor. When I picked the vehicle up I found a jug of coolant left and leaking on the passenger front floor and noticed that although a message popped up each time the key was turned, no one had topped off my washer fluid. Another service advisor cleaned up the mess and filled my washer fluid reservoir. I have had several issues with door locks in the past and although Jerry's did discount my price on the door latch, they did not, to my knowledge, contact GM about this ongoing problem. The main reason I would not recommend Jerry's or any other GM dealership for service work is the prices. I can, and often do purchase the same AC Delco or other GM brand parts for less than half of what you charge and install them myself or have another mechanic do it for me. The price I was charged at Jerry's for the work I had done is outrageous.

I have removed my negative review this morning after George Ponko received my e-mail and contacted me back. They are going to fix all issues we have had with the car and they are going to make the first payment for me. George was generally concerned as to why he had not been notified of my issues and said he would address the issue. We are going to contact him with a list of the issues with the car and he is going to draw something up and sign it. When we drop off the car, we will get a loaner until everything is done. He's a generally good manager and was the only person to move along the process of buying the car, as everybody else seemed to drag it out or take their time. I still can not give them a 5 star rating because their service department has really just pissed me off. But I can give them a 4 star because of George.

I remember being told when I bought my car that Jerry's would always wash my car each time I take it in for service, but this was my 3rd service appointment, and it has never been washed, and a car was wasn't even offered as an option. It would be a nice service, and especially nice to believe that I wasn't lied to when I bought my car. On the other hand, I've haven't ever had to pay for any maintenance service yet, so I really don't want to complain. Just curious if the policy changed or if the salesman was fibbing about the car wash bit.

Everyone at the service center was very nice, helpful, told my daughter and I where the El Salto was so we could have lunch while we waited. When we came back I took my daughter inside to meet my salesman Tay. He's the best!! Awesome salesman!! I tell all of my family and friends that when they need a vehicle to go to Jerry's. My daughter will be there when it's time for her to get another car. We purchased an '88 Monte Carlo SS back in 1990 and had excellent service then. That's the reason I chose Jerry's.

We purchased a new 2014 Chevy Impala December 27th at Jerry's Chevrolet in Towson. The salesman was friendly and helpful. However, on the 1st visit to have the tires rotated and the vehicle detailed things went downhill. Do not know what they detailed our vehicle with, but the hood, roof, rear bumper and one rear door was scratched. It looked like something was dragged across the roof & hood. I called and spoke with the sales manager and he assured me that they would take care of it. Asked me to have the car dropped off on the following Monday and that he would give my wife a loaner car while they took care of the issue on Tuesday, because that was the day the detail crew would be there! My wife shows up and no one has any idea why she is there, I receive a call from the GM named Mark. He tells me that the detail crew will be there on Thursday and for us to return late Wednesday. I explain where we live and Mark says no problem, I'll have someone meet you at your home with the loaner car and take care of the issue. Ok, I said and Wednesday as I am leaving work around 8pm my wife says no one showed up or called. I call the GM Mark and he starts cussing that he can't believe that this got screwed up and he will call me right back. Mark calls back and says everyone is gone in service so he will have someone come get it on Thursday morning. I say that I'm Ok with this. So, now it is late Thursday night and I call the GM Mark to see why the car has not been returned. He tells me that he was not happy with the results and was going to have them redo it on Friday. On Friday, I meet the driver and see that there is still a scratch on the hood, the one on the rear door not even touched and the rear bumper not touched. I called the GM Mark and he can't believe that they missed them. I remarked that you were not happy with the results on Thursday, but you were on Friday! He says he will have his manager from the body shop give me a call to have them take care of this problem. I state that I am not comfortable with Jerry's taking care of it because of the issues so far and lack of communication and professionalism. He asked for another shot, I said I look forward to the return call. Now, keep in mind this is Friday, March 27th at around 3:30pm. Saturday came and went, Monday came and went, Tuesday I call the GM Mark at 6:35pm and leave a message on his personal cell phone. I went to dinner and called the store at 7:35pm and got his voice mail, called back and asked if was available and was told he was with a customer. Called back at 8:35pm to find out that he left for the evening! I told the receptionist, "How Convenient" and hung up..... Be very careful is all I can tell you!

I live a couple of hours away from this dealership (in central pa). I knew exactly what car I wanted & found that Jerry's had one for a great price. So, my boyfriend & I made the trip down ready to purchase the vehicle. While there we had a great salesman who sold me an in-house warranty stating that I would get free tires for life as long as I went to their dealership for tires. This dealer stated that I could have my car serviced for anything other than tires at my Chevy dealership which is five minutes away. Five minutes, compared to two hours is a no-brainer, right? Well, both my boyfriend & I verified multiple times that I could have my car serviced anywhere but as long as I went there for tires, the warranty was not void. Not to mention, put up with the rude employee there who worked in the business department. This woman snapped her fingers at us, as well as sighed the whole time she was doing her job. She was rude, and upset because she chose to work overtime that day & she had to take care of us. Well, turns out, I need to get my car serviced Monday. I am in the process of moving & don't have the time or extra money to drive to MD for my servicing. I called Jerry's, dealt with a very rude woman on the phone, and was informed that if I don't make the two hour drive, my warranty is void. That now I have to take my car to Jerry's for every servicing. The dealer who sold me the car no longer works there & he can do nothing to help me. I love my car but I am not a fan of how unprofessional the experience is once you sign the document stating you are purchasing the car.

So I take my car in without an appointment to get a simple light bulb fixed only to be told that I needed some major work done on my car. Not only did the service consultant, Dan Schultz, explain to me and my husband what repairs were needed, he also called to verify that we had the GMPP and we did.....YEAH! He was very clear about what needed to be done, had spoken with the technician and knew that the parts needed were already in stock. He gave me a realistic date that the car would be ready and made sure I understood and was in agreement with what had to be done. I never worry about my service work as I know it it top notch. Those technicians are experts at what they do and it shows. Prior to purchasing a car from Jerry's, I would bring my cars there for repair as the Service Department reputation is well known. After purchasing my current car from Jerry's, I won't go anywhere else. They have everything I need at Jerry's. hanks for being a top notch service center. It is appreciated. ps. Those ladies running the office are great as well!! Thanks again!

I am very wary of having my car serviced anywhere due to bad experiences with other shops in the past. Bringing it to Jerry's was, by contrast, a surprisingly good experience. They treated me and my car well, and best of all, fixed the issues first time. One of the jobs was a warranty replacement of catalytic converters. This is a bear of a job, and one of the mechanics came in on his off day just to finish the job and get me back on the road. Another job was to diagnose and fix a shake at highway speed. I have had my tires balanced 3 times prior (at other shops) and it didn't fix the shake, so I was thinking it couldn't possibly be the balance. Jerry's decided to balance them just to be sure, and sure enough, that fixed the problem -- something i had been suffering with for probably 30k miles. They have a sign that says something like, it's not done until we're happy, and it really feels like they believe in that. Which is great, and somewhat rare these days, and it's why I'm taking the time to write this review.

I went to this dealership to purchase a new equinox. The salesman I was working with was nice. I test drove an LS model and I liked it. Only thing left was price. Like I'm sure most people do, once I obtained a price for the vehicle I was interested in, I shopped around. I called another dealership and was offered an LT model for roughly $2000 less. After a couple of days I went back to Jerry's to see if they would be willing to match the price. Mike Friend went and brought in the sales manager Mark Krupinksy. I was so offended and put off by his cockiness and attitude. He told me the other dealership was lying to me and that it was impossible that they would sell me the LT for the price I was quoted. Unfortunately for Jerry's, I didn't purchase the vehicle. As soon as I left the dealership, I traveled up the road to Bob Bell of Bel Air. I was treated very well and left there with a brand new 2014 Equinox LT for the price that was quoted on the phone to me. I paid $2000 less than what Jerry's was asking. I will not recommend Jerry's to anyone just from my one interaction with Mark Krupinsky.

Great exoerience buying a new car to replace my other new car which was totaled in an accident. Both cars were purchased from Jerry's through remy favorite salesman, Mike Campbell. Car is working great, love the rear view camera!!! Also the remote start to warm up my car in the mornings.

As I walked onto the Jerry's Chevrolet lot I was greeted by an excited salesman, Mr. Larry Webb. We talked about what I heard, what I was looking for or was interested in purchasing in a settle manner. After listening to me, he explain some things about the cars on the lot. Him, my future son in-law and I walked around the lot looking and discussing the difference about the cars that I selected. After I selected my car and its color, we proceeded to do business in his office. All my concerns/questions were answered in a positive manner. He knew what the car came with, what it didn't have, and asked and answered questions about the car that made me want the car even more. Whenever I come to the Jerry's Chevrolet dealer I find him-Mr. Webb to handle my concerns. If he can't find it the time of my visit, he will find my best time to come back and that works out great. Also if he is unable to work out the unwarranted situation, he will call on a college. Mr. Webb continues to serve me in handling all of my concerns in a timely manner. My he continued to be an access to his job and colleges.

I went in with my boyfriend to get his Evo serviced. While waiting, we were looking around. I ended up really liking a car and test driving it. I made the mistake of buying on a whim... I didn't price around and bought while I was there. Knowing cars like I do, it seemed like a great deal from the way it was explained to me. I was willing to pay a bit more since I was getting a 10-year bumper to bumper warranty and free tires for life..! Or so I thought... When I went to take my car in for servicing, it was great when I got my first 2 oil changes for free (1 dealership and 1 manufacturer), but when I had to start paying for the services, they wanted to charge me $90 for a synthetic oil change! Ridiculous when I can buy the oil, filter, and do it myself for $40, right?? Wrong... I was told as long as I brought my car in for tire rotations every 3k miles, my tires would be covered up to a certain price. What they FAILED to tell me is that I have to take my vehicle there for every service and pay their jacked up rates in order to get my free rotations and for them to honor my "tires for life" deal! I couldn't believe it... I felt so swindled because even as I was signing the papers, I was told that I just had to maintain the regular services on my vehicle per manufacturer specs. I was never told it had to be done there. If you do decide to buy a vehicle from there (I highly recommend you don't), make sure that you have them knock off an additional $1k off the price and tell them to keep their "free" tire rotations and tires for life... If you can, buy from Jones Junction! Great experience there. If only they sold Mitsubishi..!!! Wherever you buy, do a LOT of research and price back and forth between dealers. Let them bid each other under the table and NEVER let them have the upper hand. Be ready to walk away and it will save you so much money... Don't get me wrong... I LOVE my car, which is a 2012 Ralliart. Service there is absolutely wonderful!!! Just that the sales team explains the agreement differently from how it's actually enforced. I tried to talk to someone about it and was always given the same story. It was the Assistant Manager in Service who actually tried to help me and make things right! If I owned a dealership, I would make him a manager. If it wasn't for him, I would have said forget it and lost the tire deal and rotations just because I felt swindled. The Sales Manager there shouldn't even have a job with his sneaky behavior and poor customer service. I got a better feel at the Mitsubishi sales dept. in Owings Mills.

This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life --- and I have bought several cars in different states across the country. I bought a brand new suburban from them --- and never felt so abused after spending so much money! Let me explain -- Buying: Our sales person lost interest in us immediately after we had negotiated the price and he had passed us on the business/finance manager. We didn't even see him afterwards -- he was too busy selling cars to others!! We waited almost 1 hour for the finance lady to free up !! She was nice enough and everything went OK -- other than we have just spent a lot of time that we could have avoided. Wanting to protect our investment, we chose to buy the paint and leather sealant package -- we have bought these with our past purchase -- Jerrys sells them a bit more expensive than others -- but we thought it would be convenient to get it all done right at the dealership. They scheduled us for next Saturday for the job and told us it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours. We drove away generally happy about our new purchase -- tired -- because it took us almost 5 hours for the whole thing -- but hey we just bought a new car --- I guess comes with the territory !! Paint / Leather Sealant: So my wife calls the dealership thursday before our appointment ( which is on Saturday) to confirm the time etc-- she talks to like 3 people --- BUT NO ONE in the whole dealership could confirm -- evidently the only person who knows the schedule is the finance manager -- and she is off that day !! NO ONE else knows anything about the appointment --- So we call on Friday and thankfully she is working AND able to confirm our appointment !! Somewhat crazy that one person controls is responsible for all the aftermarket scheduling!! Perhaps a room for future process improvement !! ANYWAYS --- we show up at the dealership for our appointment --- are immediately told that it will be 5-6 hours not the 2 1/2 hours they promised us when they were trying to sell us !!! They also dont have a courtesy car for us -- we wouldn't need it if it was just 2 hours -- but would like to have one now !! but they don't have it !! So after almost 6 hours -- we get our car back -- we would stuck at the dealership for the duration --- thankfully we bought our other car along --- so we wont be able to do all the errands we wanted -- but alt east we are not stuck at the dealership. Permanent Plates: One week before our temp plates are to expire -- my wife calls to enquire -- they tell us they already have it for a few days !! Good to know but no one called us to let us know that !! But the lady on the other end of the phone is kind enough to tell us that she will mail it to us right away -- we should have it in enough time !!! So we wait !! On the last day of the tags expiration -- we call them -- after being passed around to 3 different people on the phone and being asked to repeat our name to EACH one of them --- they tell us the plates are still at the dealership !!! We are frustrated --- this seems to be the norm with these guys !! We ask to FINALLY speak to the manager -- who goes on to defend his incompetent employees -- doesn't really seems to be too concerned about the whole episode !!! I am hoping I dont get pulled over with expired tags the next day --- cant really drive into dealership as I have other engagements ---the manager annoyed at me asks me what I suggest he should do ! I tell him I expect him to overnight /fedex the plates to me ASAP -- he after hesitating a bit agrees. ...... In summary --- this dealership has NO processes by which they operate --- if you are expecting a professional business -- this is not the place -- if you are hoping for uncertain outcomes and unprofessional work ethics --- this is your dealership !! Regret the day I purchased from them !!

I realize when looking for a car online there are certain things you just cant see. Especially when the pictures aren't up. So you call to ask about specific features right? Well thats what I did. Out of the five make or break features I mentioned and was told was on the car....After driving 45 from annapolis to look at the car, I found out the car only had two. And I only got a return call with the lies...After I called 5 hours later to find out where the answers to my question were. And I spoke to a sales manager. What a waste of my time. Oh well, their loss...They could have saved this but the lack luster sales person wasn't interested. When did car sales man make soo much money they could let sales go through the crack....Oh and if Jerry's is reading this...I was a ready and willing customer.

I purchase a SUV from Jerry's Chevrolet in 2010, I have been having problems every since. This was the worst experince ever. They cheated my out of 5,000. The sticker price one one price and the price on my contract was 10,000 more. Within the first year of having the truck, I had to have the StabiliTrak and Traction Control service every month for 6 months. Then the engine, my God don't get me started. Please what ever you do DON'T go to JERRY"s CHEVROLET!

I was trying to park my new RAV4 in a very tight parking garage Downtown. I decided to back out instead of staying there and severely scraped and dented the rear door on a square, cement column that I did not see. This was a week before the Christmas holiday and I arrived at the Collision Center about a half hour prior to its closing on a Friday evening and was very upset. Bob went out of his way to give me an estimate on the spot and set up an appointment for early Monday morning. He treated me with compassion and made me feel like I was his only customer although I saw many other cars in the shop. He kept in touch with me on the progress of the repairs and worked around my work schedule in order to pick up the car when finished. They did a fabulous job and the car looked brand new again. His handling of the repairs gave me a confidence in the service throughout the week and I was extremely satisfied with the final product. My RAV4 was brand new again. We just bought our second Cruze from Jerry's and returned to this dealership based on the great service that Mr. Bert provided last year. Mr. Bert was very professional, considerate, and down to earth. He was not pushy, and made this deal the best deal we've ever had. We looked at vehicles one evening and drove it home the next. He came right out, was very courteous, wrote us up some numbers, and we had financing the next day. He helped us set up all the features of the car and helped us with numerous questions. He also assisted after our second purchase when we had to get into our old vehicle to find a missing set of keys, and washed the new vehicle for us. He sets the example of how a salesman should treat a customer. He is always friendly, glad to see you, and willing to help you. You feel like you are at a dealership that wants to give good customer service. If you have a question about your vehicle, Mr. Bert can always get you the answers you are looking for. My husband was in today to ask about used cars. The salesperson gave him a handwritten sheet showing the prices of several cars after our trade in. While reviewing the sheet this evening we found that the advertised online pricing for the listed vehicles--was $2,000 LOWER than the prices he was quoted in the showroom. We cross-referenced the stock #'s just to be sure. Nothing like obvious lies that can be easily verified. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service. I changed the oil few weeks back at Jerry Chevrolet and they did inspect my car and check out a sign in the inspection report indicating that there might be an issue that needs my attention in the future related to (engine, axles, and/or transmission). I bought this car from Jerry last year with 65K miles and paid 14K. The next day I drove my car after they changed the oil with $43 (I never paid this extra money in oil change!!), I figured out that Jerry employees totally removed the manufacturing sealing and hose that connects the radiator with the engine. The car heat was close to the maximum and the engine was so loud and I had to stop my car in the middle of the road. My family checked out the car and they found the hose was totally disconnected and fallen in the floor and the manufacturing sealing almost 12 inches; stuck around the hose. That was so unethical from Jerry, they are the last and only person that touched my car. I called Jerry about this incident and all what they did is to tell me that I am (perceiving) things that do not happen and they invited me to come back to the shop and they repeated the same rude comments. That was even much ruder. My car survived their evil acts to their customers. The only thing I can do is to inform the public about this aggressive experience from Jerry. BEWARE! You might be the next innocent person to experience it.

Our experience with Jerry's was terriffic. My wife and I went to Jerry's to look at there new chevy 2500 HD trucks. Kevin Kyler showed us several trucks they had on the lot and he went with us on the test drive. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain all the features the trucks had to offer. Kevin was not pushy and did not try to persuade us from one truck to the other. Once we decided on the truck we wanted Kevin helped us to get that truck for the price range we were looking to pay. Tim Althoff was great to. Instead of having us sign any paper work that night he sent us home due to a possible mistake in the paper work. After a collision 4/1/12, my insurance company suggested Jerry's collision ctr for the repairs to my car. Since the person who hit my car chose to pay for the repair by check, I was a bit concerned. The check arrived, cleared; the work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The staff could not have been more supportive and helpful thru the entire process. Kudos to all of them for their friendliness, knowledge and the quality of the repair. I would definitely recommend the collision center for any repair/body work needed.

My experience at Jerry's was the best I have ever had with a car dealership. Kevin was very informative, patient and extremely helpful with me. Kevin helped me find the truck I was looking for by taking all the options from me putting it in a search database to find the vehicle i was looking for. Once we found it he drove me over to the dealership to make sure it was to spec's. All of this made all the difference for me getting this vehile. Kevin made sure that I would all the rebates that were available to me also in which it affected the price greatly by driiving it down.

Due to an accident I was in where my car was totaled I was in the processing of looking for another car. I wanted something used due to my limited budget. I had been to numerous dealerships where the online price was MUCH lower then what they were asking for once I got there. Since Jerry's is over an hour away from me I had called ahead to confirm the price. I had called multiple days for about a week and every time I did I was hung up on or put on hold and no one ever picked back up. Just before I gave up on Jerry's I finally got a hold of some one who told me that the internet price was correct and that the only extra fees would be taxes, tags and title (just like everywhere else). They also told me that everything that was listed online about the car was 100% correct and that they would print the carfax for me since I did not have a printer to print it from my house. Then things went south and fast. I arrived and told the salesman about my budget and the car I was interested in. He gave me the keys to it and let me look at it for a few minutes. As soon as I opened the hood to the vehicle the salesman came running back over asking what I was doing. I told him I was checking oil and fluids and checking everything else under the hood. I had found pieces of metal in the oil and brought it to his attention, knowing that meant something was seriously wrong with the car. His reply was "you're a woman you should not know about any of that". I was floored by his comment. Not only that but when I told him someone would print the carfax for me, he told me "we do not do that here" if you want it there is an extra fee! I left and came back about an hour later after having calmed down from that experience. I walked in this time with my fiance and requested another salesman. I told him about my budget and he showed me every car in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about every car he showed me and answered all the questions I had. We then went into the office so I could purchase the vehicle since I wanted to take it home that day and things got even worse. He gave me the final price on the car and it didn't add up. He told me there was a $1,200 fee and that the online price was just to draw people in. Having added that fee to the final price greatly exceeded my budget and I told him that. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Now every place I had been to before tried to work with me on the price to get my business but I always felt pressured. He tried to talk me into financing and I told him I refused to do financing mainly because I knew I wasn't going to get approved. But he kept pushing for it. My fiance knew I was getting upset and stepped in to try and talk him into a deal. NOTHING WORKED! I understand that you want the business and the money but that is not how you go about it. Both salesman knew I was a first time car buyer and that I was young and they took full advantage of that. By the end of it the guy told me the most he could do was knock off $200, still exceeding my budget. I told him no it is still over my budget he told me "well that is not our fault you should have a higher budget". I walked out of there. On my way out I had passed the first salesman I had and demanded an apology from him about his comment and he refused, looked at my fiance and told him to get me out of here and that I was wrong and women shouldn't know about cars. Well he was trying to put someone else into the first car I looked at and I warned them about the problem. I will NEVER go back to Jerry's. I have been debating on whether or not I wanted to report my issues or just leave it in the past. I still have not found a car and they missed out on my business. I was willing to pay for the car in full with cash and they ruined it. I feel sorry for anyone else who goes looking for a car at Jerry's. By the end of it I had requested to talk to a manager but every salesman there told me that would not be possible.

I bought my first Chevrolet 16 years ago and wanted to come back because I had such a good experience with Jerry's Chevrolet. I worked with Kevin Kyler and once again I had a great experience buying my new car. Kevin was very informative and was not pushy at all. He went out of his way to find me the car that best suited my needs and spent extra time with me explaining all of the bells and whistles that came with my car. He sat in my new car with me and showed me how everything worked which no one has ever done. We also had a GM Friends and Family discount and Kevin knew exactly what needed to be done and explained what I needed to do on my end to validate this discount. The overall whole experience was great and he was wonderful to work with. I purchased the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LT and I love it!!!

I recently bought my first car, used, from Jerry's and although I love my car, I was at the dealership for much longer than I needed to be. Our salesperson was new and the whole process took over 3 hours. They were busy especially since it was a Saturday but they should have finished with me completely before trying to help someone else at the same time. They forgot to put on my front tags on that day since the repair shop closed by the time I finally left so I had to drive around with my tags on my dashboard until I could go back. I ended up just taking my car to a local auto shop who did it for free. The financial rep was great though and he handled his end of the paperwork very efficiently. Jerry's is neighborhood friendly but I got the short end of the straw with a new salesperson.

My experience with Jerry's started out a bit disappointing. My first visit there was on Sat. Feb.18,2012. A car salesman from "used car sales" asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in. I told him it was the used 2011 Nissan Altima with only 2 thousand miles that was advertised on the internet. He asked me what was the price on the internet and how much money I had to put down. I replied with the price on the internet and told him I had no money to put down but my credit was good. He than replied that the internet price was just to get me in Jerry's and stated a higher price and told me I would at least need $5,000.00 down for my payment to be where I wanted it to be and I had no chance in buying the car. I do not recall his name, however he knows who he is. Well, "The DEVIL IS A LIAR". I filled out the credit app on line and on Monday Feb.20,2012 A car salesman from "new car sales" by the name of KEVIN KYLER called me to come in and test drive and PURCHASE the 2011 Nissan Altima that I was told by the first used car salesman on Sat,. Feb.18,2012 that I did not stand a chance of purchasing.THANK YOU , Mr. KYLER for being attentive,courteous and professional in helping me puchase the car that I wanted , Even though Mr KYLER was busy with other customers ,he still gave me PERSONALIZED ATTENTION and EXCELLENT customer service by explaining the features on the car and answering all my questions. Our experience is terrible. We were there from 11:30 AM to 6 PM and in the end, they cheated us out of $2,000. They told us the price on the internet plus tax title and fees would be one price and after we signed the paperwork the amount was $2,000 more than what they stated. They also told us they would give $800 trade in on our car but it was less on the paperwork. This place is nothing but a lie and a fraud

I purcashed a 2011 chevy impala from here on 01/26/2012 berfore i took it off the lot i noticed a scuff mark on the bumper in there defense it was so low down they probably missed it. Anyway at first i was really upset because I thought there was going to be a problem getting it fixed. But i was wrong not at all i took my car in 2 days later and it was fixed in about 2 hours good as new! Alot of other dealers once you leave the lot would probably tell you it's not their problem but not Jerry's. And Andre Roden and Paul Green are very easy going with a great sense of humor. You do feel like family at Jerry's!!

Bob did a great job. He met all the priorities needed to make this sale happen. there was one thing that could have been done to move this review to above average.mentioned that i would like a second key, and he said it would be a problem now that all the paperwork had been signed off on. Not a good way to end a transaction. The key would have made the difference. PS I would like to go on record to let you know my Dome lite does not work. I will stop by to get the dome light repair.

I went to jerry chevrolet yesterday to look for a vehicle, was greeted with the best customer service I've ever has with buying. Most dealers wine and dine you with the fast talk try to lure u into buy a car, but my sales man Jalen made me feel comfortable with my choice that I picked, making sure thats what I wanted and not something that would make him more money! I was recommended buy several friends and family members have have previously and recently brought all their cars from Jerry's and the description of the close personal relationships that the staff has no comparison to any other purchasing experience that I have had since my days of even beginning to drive which is about 15 years! While at the dealership though I came in rather late close to closing this awesome gentleman was more than whiling to work out a deal with me and was determined that I would be completely satisfied with my purchase! And to be honest words can't even describe the feeling that I feel just by one visit! I plan to purchase more cars from you guys and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that I know or even come across to make their purchase at your establishment new or used! I have now had the great experience of dealing with Bob and Jerry's Chevrolet twice. And I can truthfully say that he, as well as the dealership, epitomize the term "customer service". In my own professional life, I believe in treating each and every one of my customers as if they were the only customer I have. I deal with them honestly and openly. And, after having a really bad experience with another local dealer and salesman, I pulled into Jerry's with my goal to waste the time of any salesman that I came into contact with. And there was Bob. The first thing that impressed me was his handshake. Firm and simple. No extra elaboration. No fanfare. All the while looking me in the eye. Then, he listened to me. He didn't try to overtalk me, or point me in any direction. He actually LISTENED to my situation and needs. I actually felt like a person, not just another number on someone's sales quota. 48 hours later, I was out of my "clunker", and into a decent used car that fit my needs and budget. 3 1/2 years later, when I was ready to move to a newer vehicle, I went back to Bob. And once again, Bob got me into a pickup that met my needs and budget. I seriously recommend Bob and Jerry's to anyone that needs or wants a new or good used vehicle. Like their slogan says, "You just got to come to Jerry's"

I purchased a used 08 Acura MDX in Sept, and the experience was awful. First, I called and asked about the car before I went over. The salesman said the car was great. However, when I arrived, they said the internet price wasnt the exact price. In fine print at the bottom of the listing was a statement in plain text of a twelve hundred dollar reconditioning fee. Because I had already driven from Virginia and liked the car, I decided to pay the fee and made the purchase anyway. Second, about a month after I bought the car, I noticed there was oil dripping on my driveway. I took the car to an Acura dealer and was told an incorrect fluid (non-Acura brand fluid) was put in the power steering reservoir. I had to pay and get the system flushed and fluids replaced. However, the incorrect fluid was not the only issue. Oil was still dripping, so I took the car back to Acura. This time, they took apart the bumper and discovered the vehicle was in a front end COLLISION. I was not told that at the time of purchase. For my safety, I paid to have everything replace. I felt that Jerrys knew about the issue especially since they boasted about their extremely detailed 160 point vehicle assurance inspection for used cars. In addition, Jerry had the car for a while before I bought it. Let alone, one of the managers was driving it, so if the hose and the oil were put by the previous owner, Jerry would have notice the oil dripping. However, no leak occurred until about a month after we got it. I am not accusing Jerry for having done anything to the car, but I just want to state that the time line makes sense that Jerry should be aware of the issue before selling the vehicle to me. Like a normal customer, I called Jerrys Chevrolet and spoke with the used car sales manager in hopes to get compensation for the issues. I explained what was wrong with the vehicle, but the response I got was not much of a response at all. He claims that Jerry did not know anything of the issues, they did nothing to the car, and there was nothing he could do for me at this point. The same guy who was so nice when I first got there could now care less for my questions or concerns. I was extremely disappointed. After giving Jerry $30,000.00, Jerry was no longer willing to work with me or even listen to what I had to say. Overall, my experience with Jerrys Chevrolet was terrible. What happened made me feel that Jerry only care about my money and making the sale. Jerrys does not care about customers safety or living up to a good dealer reputation.

A truly great experience ordering a new camaro. The email response was handled professionaly and without being pushy. The test drive was comprehensive and gave me a good feel for the car rather than just a short drive around the block. The salesman, Rich, listened to my concerns and what exactly I wanted on the car. I had an request about waiting to order due to color selection, and he was very diligent in keeping me updated on the status. The ordering process was handled with competence and ease. Once I had placed the order, Rich was great about keeping me in the loop as to the status, without being bothersome. Chris, Tim and John are friendly, informed and very professional. The team took care of the requests that I had, and followed up to make sure that those tasks were completed properly. Rich is a stickler for detail, had a list of everything he and I had talked about, and made sure that it was done. The delivery was exceptional, the car was perfect. Even after the sale, Rich helped me with ordering some parts for the car. I would say that I feel like all of these people are my friends, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. All of a sudden a $9000.00 car turned into a $12000.00 car, the check engine light was on at the end of the test drive, after they took it into the shop and we came back 3 days later the check engine light was STILL ON. They never did anything about it. But even before we came back for the car, my husband called and spoke to Paul, who proceeded to start an argument with my husband and his exact words before he slammed the phone down and hung up on my husband were -well it sounds like you're not buying a car from us!! Well we bought the car anyhow, and with that check engine light being on, our car was in the service shop for a week afterwards, we were told it only needed a cam shaft sensor and after reviewing the service RO it appeared that they had to replace all kinds of things (none of which included a cam shaft sensor). After we ended up STILL buying the car from them because we liked this particular model so much, we were dealing with Nate at this point, we had a few issues that involved a chip in the windshield that should have never passed inspection, keys for the car that did not all completely work, and rust on one of the doors (my husband never noticed these issues because it was dark when he took the car out)and instead of letting my husband get through what he wanted to say,Nate Edwards continuously cut him off and then eventually said -Are you going to let me finish! To which my husband said NO and we proceeded then to talk to Tim Althoff, who was very gentle and apologetic, he was understanding and sympathetic. He was the only good experience we had with this dealership. It is very sad and disgusting that people value their customers so little, In the economy we are living in I find it hard to believe that these people make so much money that they can just treat customers however they feel like and talk down to them and be so unbelievably rude, also at the point when Nate Edwards was yelling at my husband to let him finish speaking he also bucked up and tried to get in my husbands face and then tried to take our keys while he walked away!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this dealer, and on top of everything else I am having issues with my fuel system, its a recurring issue which makes me believe that they knew about before and never did anything to fix it, oh, also they never even put new windshield wiper blades on, which is the simplest thing they could have done, and with 4 new tires on the car you would think they would have done an alignment but NO they didnt do that either and now I am having to get it done myself. HORRIBLE

VERY UNHAPPY! I drove over 2 hours to get a certain car. I had to sit around for over 5 hours while they did god knows what to the car, paper work, etc. I went to leave with my "new vehicle" and came across the spare tire cover missing. Was promised it will be ordered. I was tired of being there for so long and had a long trip home so I left with the car. As I am driving I realize they left me with quarter tank of gas, oil needing to be change, low washer fluid, low tire pressure, car filthy, etc. A week passes and had not heard from anyone so I called the dealership. Got the run around and come to find out it wasn't ordered. They promised me they would order it. I also explained how unhappy I was with the appearence of the car and told them I would have never left with the car but I was so sick of wasting my whole saturday there. They promised to take care of all the issues and would call me when the part comes in. Another week passes and I hear nothing. I call and find out the still have not ordered the part! I am livid! They again promise to order it and take care of everything. So another week passes and I hear nothing! I call and they finally have the part in. They say they are going to check and see when I can come in and will call me back. Do they call? NOPE! I call 3 days later and am finally told I can come in on saturday and get everything done. If I get there and have to sit around for over an hour I AM GOING TO BE PISSED!

At Jerry's,it's supposed to be " about you". It's more about what they can do to get rid of you. If you buy a used car there, lord help you if you need service. It if happens to fall under their used car warranty, good luck. I bought a 2001 Saturn and within 3 weeks the tranny failed. They put another one in, but would not tell me where it came from. 3 weeks later the oil pressure light came on. Found the engine burned a quart every 350 miles. They took care of it after I took it to them 4 different times. I always had to call them for information. When I actually spoke to a human, I got nothing but misinformation and the feeling I was being put off. The car was in their shop for almost 30 days combined.Four months later the tranny they put in failed. Here's where it gets good. The unit they put in was from a 1997 car. To make matters worse, the unit they put in had been contaminated by water. This last time it cost me $3000.00 for an overhaul at reputable repair shop. I tried to get some reimbursement, but the best they would do is give me what it would cost them for another "pre owned" transmission, which is barely 10% of what it cost me..At least now I have a known good transmission with an actual warranty. What kind of place are they running there? It seems like once they sell you the car, they want nothing more to do with you. I will never buy another car, New or Used from them again and I suggest you do the same.

We went in looking for a used Suburban. We called ahead and were told the vehicle was still in stock. We arrived 25 minutes later, and a couple appeared to be doing the paper work to buy the vehicle. We were encouraged to take a test drive anyway, which looks to me like they were trying to either waste our time or sell the vehicle out from under someone else who was already in the process. We walked out to the vehicle, handed the key, and the dealer got in the backseat -- no effort made to let us walk around, check it out, etc. We took a very short drive around including about half a mile on the beltway. He was agreeable to me taking it to an empty lot, and when I started checking out the 4x4 drive systems, low was not working (as far as I could tell, and I asked him if he knew about it, and he said yes); when it continued not to seem to work properly, he offered nothing, like, yeah, it's not working, or anything. When we got back to the lot, we wanted to look in the back seats and see how roomy the 2004 was, but we were having trouble getting the seats down, not knowing how they were designed to work, and he offered nothing; finally, my wife yanked on the thing and it folded forward suddenly knocking her in the head. I guess maybe he just really did not want to sell us the car, since some other people appeared to be in the process. Bottom line: it was a completely unfulfilling experience and I would never go back there.

I have to give Jerry's Chevrolet a thumbs done. Their customer service is very, vey poor. I started my process with them in Janurary. My check engine light has been coming on since January. I was told by Jerry's back in January, in order for this to be corrected, the dual exhaust system has to be replaced completely. Jerry's has beat around the bush, putting a bandaid on the situation and, the check engine light continues to come on. I have failed my emissions test because of this check engine light. The truck is in their possession for the 6th time and, I am the one calling them to check the status of the car. I have endured nothing but terrible customer service dealing with Jerrys. It's now April and i am still having to deal with this issue.I would not reccomend this dealership to my closest enemy.

He took the time to take the vehicle home so that my Mom could test to see if she could easily get in and out of the car. He also set up my iPhone so that it would be connected with the car. He called into the auto insurance agent so I would receive the proper insurance for the new car. I would recommend Brent White to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. I went to Jerry's after my wife found the car we wanted on the internet. I waited for the salesman that she spoke to on the phone and then he pushed me off to a different salesman. After test driving the car, I said we wanted it but we had to trade in 2 vehicles. I told them the price we were looking for, they low-balled me...of course. Eventually they gave me the price I originally asked for. The whole process took 7 HOURS, forcing me to drive home in a snow storm. The first day we had the car the check engine light came on and the car started sputtering. We immediately brought it back and it has been there for three days so far, and will be there for at least another two days. My wife had to wait two hours for a rental car that she requested to be large enough to fit three car seats. When it showed up, it was a small sedan. She had to argue with them to give us a larger car off the lot just so she could get home. Every time they say they will call....they do not. When I call, they give me the run-around. I traded in two perfectly good cars for a $24,000 piece of crap from a staff that could care less about me! Don't let it happen to you!!!!

I bought a 2010 Vette. I went to every Chevy dealer in an hours drive of my house but returned to Jerry's Chevrolet because of the salesman Rich Lehr. His respectful, no pressure approach sold me on this dealership!!! I was already sold on the type of car I wanted, but not where to buy it from. I was basically ignored, disregarded at the Chevy dealership in Bel Air on RT1. Little did they know they lost a sale of a car and a life long customer. I highly recommend Rich and this dealership.

Due to an accident I was put in a position where I had to purchase a new vehicle to replace my Saturn Vue which was totaled. As soon as I walked up to Jerry's Chevrolet Paul met my husband and I and helped us to understand the differences between the various models. I was interested in the Equinox or the Traverse but needed to understand the models better. I was particularly interested in the safety features and construction along with economy. Paul did not pressure us in any way but very matter of fact explained the two models and the differences. When we did not proceed at our first visit as I was not ready to make the decision he gave us catalogs to look over and did not push a sale. He also explained incentives going on so we could make an informed decision. We went back in about a week and took a test drive and decided to purchase the Equinox. Paul went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted and even went to pick it up. During the sales transaction he helped with the insurance company, the tags, and all of the little details that needed to be addressed. When I left with my new vehicle I felt that I had truly experienced a wonderful purchase transaction.

Before going to Jerry's Chevrolet, I read reviews of Chevrolet dealers in the Baltimore area, and Jerry's stood out as giving car buyers the best experience. Reviews for the other Chevy dealers were frightening, and I decided to go to Jerry's and cancel already scheduled appointments I had at two of those dealers and not go to a third dealer. My judgment, based on the dealer reviews, proved to be correct. I had a GREAT purchasing experience at Jerry's Chevrolet. I worked with Sales Professional Brent White, and he arranged a very good, even overly fair, deal for trading in my previous car and getting me the metalic-gold colored Chevrolet Equinox LS that I wanted. He explained the car's features very well, and was very interested in ensuring that I got the Equinox that I wanted. I think you can be sure of good treatment with Brent. Director of Finance Tom Walter was very good to work with in completing the final contracting and loan agreement. I would highly recommend that any Chevy car buyer go to Jerry's and only Jerry's to make a new car purchase. You will be served very well.

Jerry's Chevrolet provided a great purchasing experience for me. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Rich Lehr right through signing paper work. Rich and Christopher were attentive to listening to what type of vehicle I wanted. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for but were able locate one at a dealership out of state. After describing the one that they located, I decided that it had everything I was looking for and they proceeded to secure the vehicle for me to see and to test drive. Rich actually spent over eight hours on the road to pick up the vehicle for me. This was no easy task considering the nasty weather that the area was experiencing. This customer attention to detail and the quick turn around in getting the vehicle was outstanding. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Jerry's and each experience was great. When it came time to sign all the paperwork, Tom had everything in order and the process went quickly and smoothly. I went to the dealership to check out my options on trading in my '06 Titan on a new truck, and possibly even reducing my monthly payment. I was thinking that such a transaction probably would not be possible. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make it all happen. Brent White was my salesman and he was able to successfully complete the deal and save me $75 per month on my car payment. The dealership had exaclty the truck that I was looking for in the color that I wanted and at the price that I wanted to pay. You just can't beat that in my opinion!

I always dred buying a car because I am usually lied to about anything and everything possible. Not at Jerrys! I repeat, not at Jerrys chevrolet. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. First of all, Brent, my salesman was extremely accomidating in every way possible. Chris, his sales manager was also extremely polite and well manered. I even liked the F and I gentlemen. (Sorry, I forgot his name). I have never liked anyone from F and I before this purchase. I bought a Chevrolet equinox and it is great. I loved driving it home and can't wait to drive it tomorrow. The price I received was almost $2,000 less then the 3 other dealerships that I went to. I do realize that I bought the car the last day of there fiscal year, which probably helped with the extreme price difference. I would definetly consider buying my next new or used car from a Jerrys dealership before going anywhere else. I now have to hope that there service is as good as what I have received from there new car sales department. I have heard that they are as good as, if not better. My salesman, Brent, was excellent, as I mentioned above. You should ask for him. I would say good luck to all of the buyers out there, but luck will not be necessary if you go to Jerrys! And no, I am not related in any way, shape, or form, to anyone who works there. I just truley enjoyed the experience for the first time. Thanks.

We were shopping for Chevy Equinox in Baltimore area and Jerry's was the one that provided the most compelling online quote. We scheduled a test drive and met Mr. Gammon at that day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about features of the vehicle. The demo and test drive were very satisfied. When came to the sale, Charles was very straightforward and honest. We were not able to make a deal on the price that I offered the first day, but Charles suggested me to shop back later that month (Dec. 2010) and he may be able to help me getting that price. **BUYER BEWARE**My fiance began looking for a truck around this time last year. After weighing the pros and cons we decided to search for a Chevy 1500 or 2500. We have been to many dealerships across Maryland and in southern Pennsylvania searching and of course run into the occasional rude salesmen (which I expected to find in this business). My fiance found the truck of his dreams at Jerry's in late September this year and I couldn't have been more happy with the price. The staff was more than accommodating right up until he signed the purchase papers - then things went south, fast.Upon purchasing it was added in writing that a few minor fixes would be taken care of as the check engine light was on during purchase and during the drive home an acceleration issue was noticed. We were told it wouldnt take more than a couple days to fix - after 3 days it still hadn't been looked at yet. 10 days later the truck came home. To my complete amazement the mechanical staff at Jerry's STOLE my fiances aftermarket intake system which was on the truck when purchased!!! I could not believe it! DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSEPCTIONS!!! Come to find out that his tie rods were so rusted out that they had to be replaced immediately. We discovered this when we took the truck to our local MD State Inspection Authorized mechanic to have the front end aligned. He told me and showed me that there was NO way that this vehicle would have ever passed inspection. We called Jerrys immediately and they told us that our mechanic was a liar and the truck was fine and refused to reimburse us for the costs.Needless to say we filled complaints about Jerrys to Chevrolet as a whole about the terrible service, rudeness, and lies that we were fed during our time there. After numerous un-returned phone calls and voice mails to both Nate and Dave (the general manager) my fiance wrote a complaint about them on this dealerrater.com site as Nate said you can post whatever you want on the internet and it will not affect our business to warn others before they become victims. Jerrys finally did agree to reimburse my fiance on one condition take down the terrible complaint on the internet which he posted. I thought it didnt matter what was said. He took the post down, settled for a check which was an insult to the actual amount money he is out on this truck and is planning on re-posting it to tell the truth about Jerrys service. We are in the process of filling another complaint with Chevrolet and Baltimores Better Business Bureau.In summary: Terrible service, Rudeness, Unprofessionalism, Theft, and Lies pretty much sum up Jerrys business philosophy and I would severely warn anyone who plans on giving them any money.

I started out yesterday to buy clothes, but bought a truck instead. Just stopped a Jerry's Chevrolet to look at the 2011 trucks and only look. We were met by salesman Richard Lehr who explained current incentives gave us a brochure and thanked us for stopping in. No pressure, no pushing us into showroom. We were so impressed with Richard we stopped back a couple of hours later to talk numbers, still no pressure. The numbers were good, even better than I could hope for, so I came home with a 2011 Silverado. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years, from Cadillacs to Lincolns to Chevys, Fords, etc, but this was my first experience with Jerry's. J.D. was a great saleman. He was very informative and nice. However, the dealership itself was not good. The people who detailed my car after I bought it did a horrific job. The car was very dirty and it smelled weird. They were also supposed to fill up my gas tank all the way, however they only filled it up half way. Luckily, J.D. worked with me and he advised me to come back and they would fill up my tank again (all the way this time) and they re-deatiled my car. Had J.D. not done this I would feel even worse about this dealership but, his service has redeemed it for me. The other area I was not happy with was the financing department. I'm not sure if this is necesarily their fault or not but I did not receive my bill until the day that it was due. This could have been GM's fault, as they are the people who I financed through but I feel as though the dealership should have helped me a little more when I called inquiring about my bill. Instead, they just gave me a number to call, which in the end told me what I had to pay and where to send my payment, but they were not very informative up until that point.

I initially came to Jerry's Chevrolet because I was told that Chevy's were reliable vehicles. Kevin showed me numerous cars within my price range. I don't enjoy the new car buying process, I don't like the "how much do you want your payment to be" type questions and I don't like high pressure sales! I have walked out of other dealerships in the middle of deals before over people going back on their word.That all said, I had an excellent overall experience at Jerry's Chevrolet with Brent White. He helped me to find the right vehicle over several visits and never pushed me "to get the deal done today". The vehicle that I ended up with was not what I had in mind when I originally went in, but they were honest and up-front and helped me to find the right vehicle. When I was ready, they gave it to me. I found that not only Brent but everyone at the dealership from Sales Management team to Service have been great. I purchased the vehicle (2010 Silverado) a little over a month ago and I had a minor issue that the Management team helped me to resolve quickly. I really got the feeling that they wanted me to be happy with the vehicle and the dealership in the long term to buy more vehicles there, rather than just getting this sale.I would definitely go back there to buy another vehicle, I would definitely work with Brent again. If all other things are equal or even close, I would choose a Chevrolet so that I could work with this dealership and Brent again.

Went back for oil change. I forgot to mention the one door lock that did not work. The service rep came out and told me it would be a little longer;they were replacing the door lock - no charge. He told me where the Body shop was because I had some small scratches from the ice sliding off my car. The Body Shop Mgr.(Bobby) was very helpfull. Because of all the snow, they were really busy. He said call him in 3 weeks & they could buff out the marks - no charge. I worked in retail and customer service is where you keep your customers or loose them forever. I have never experienced such excellent customer service as I did at Jerry's. They did everything possible to make sure I left there happy and satisfied. I will definitely be back

I came to Jerry's after my car broke down, and cost too much to fix for the value of the vehicle. I was immediately treated very well, and everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly. The salesman I worked with, Brent, was honest and understood exactly where I was coming from and helped me find the best car I could get for the very tight budget I was on. He gave me the best price I could have gotten on an incredible car! I am definitely going to continue to take my business there, and would very strongly recommend Brent as the salesperson you should ask for when you go. I was impressed by the knowledge and care that everyone at Jerry's had, and was very pleased!

My experience at Jerry's was pleasant. I called before I went and told them what I wanted and asked if they could make it happen and they told me to come in and speak with Brent. When I got there Brent did everything he could to make me happy and put me in the car I wanted at a price I could afford and it was done very timely. He made me feel welcome there and he made me feel like my business was important. I would go see Brett again if I needed car assistance.

I was extreamly pleased with my service at the dealership. Was new to the whole buying a car thing and they were really helpful and went out of there way to help me. I would recommend if your looking for a new car go there. Ask for Brent White, he is terrific and extremely helpful.

The first time i walked in i was greated right away by Brent White. he was very friendly, he helped me find the perfect car, answered any queations i had or found out the answer for me, i had quotes from other dearerships but they came in the best and were honest and up front with me (which is very important to me). i needed hand controls on my car and Brent and Chris worked with me to set that up and figure out the process to get them installed and me certified. i really appreciated that also. so now i have my car with hand controls, im certified to drive it, and im VERY HAPPY.Brian Tolbert

I recently had just gotton into a small car accident, so I needed, and wanted a new car. I wanted something very similliar to my pontiac so I thought about a cobalt. I decided to try Jerry's Chevrolet, and Im glad I did. I was greeted by Brent, and he was more than happy to help find my perfect car. I got everything I needed, and all my questions and concerns were answered. I was worried about the pricing, but he worked with me to bring my payments down to an affordable price. Great overall experience...fair deal and in and out in no time..Left my radar detector and saleman fed ex to me next day. Car as described and even better. Very pleased with sales people and manger.The sales manager actually came out and talked with me out the area I was from.

I have had the opportunity to purchase many cars from many dealers all over the US and my experience of buying a used truck from Jerry's was by far the best experience I have ever had with buying a car or truck. Pricing was good and the but the best part was that I was treated fairly, honestly and not made to feel like I was just another sale that the dealer did not care about. There are too many dealers where the sales people are over the top aggressive and don't know the specifics of what they are selling. This is definitely not the case at Jerry's. I definitely plan on going back to purchase my next car!
