I tried to buy a car here and they had told me to come back later because they were busy to do a test drive and because the car needed serviced and said to come back Monday. So he called me Monday and said it’s going into service so I can’t test drive it today and he will call me immediately and let me know when I can come check it out and get it. Then the next day he calls me back making me think it’s done just to find out they sold it to someone else!?! How can they sell the car to someone else if 1 it’s being serviced and 2 if someone else is already interested and trying to get the car? DO NOT EVER COME HERE TO BUY A CAR because their just gonna sell it out from underneath you!!!

I visited this place 11 months ago, had a not so good experience but decided to give them another chance because of their second chance program they had running. I went in on a Saturday at my appointment time which the assistant of the sales rep I was working with called me multiple times that morning to make sure I was coming. When I got there I was told to wait because he was working with someone already (weird because why did she call me twice that same morning to make sure I was coming). As time continued we met with the rep Tyler filled out all our forms, and then we waited. Four hours later I decided to leave because we hadn’t received any updates besides the finance manager was “working on it” after I left a hour later I got a voicemail to rate my experience, I gave feedback received a email that said the manager was still working on getting us financed and I will be contacted once there was a update. Three days later on Wednesday I receive a call asking if I wanted to move forward with the financing process because I didn’t return the last email. I will never return to Jim Butler because I was not taken seriously, it took days to hear back from someone and I understand things happen and people get business but there was 0 apologies for having wasted my time.

As a first time car buyer, I was a little worried about the ordeal of getting a car. When I walked up to the dealership Don, immediately greeted me. We were able to talk for a bit like normal people before he asked what I was looking for. After establishing a good range we found a couple of cars that I was able to test drive. I am very pleased with my experience there at Jim Butler Kia. I am so happy that they were able to work through things and enable me to drive away with the new car of my dreams!What really impressed me about Jim Butler Kia was that when I first went on line, and requested some information to be sent to me by e-mail, it was! ! ! ! ! The other Kia dealers in town would not respond to me by e-mail, they would only just call on the phone.I work the night shift, 8 or 12 hours shifts as a nurse's aide, so I am not available to answer the phone during the day time. That is why I would request some information be sent to me by e-mail. Jim Butler Kia is the only dealership who would comply with my request. So even though it was a long drive away, it felt like to the end of the earth!I came to your dealership because you met my needs, on my terms. To me, that is good customer service!I am not yet comfortable in my new car, it seems like it must belong to someone else! But I am sure that I will feel at home in it very soon. Thank you for a very pleasant and stress free car buying experience!

Needed a new van but dreaded the normal new car buying process. We were pleasantly surprised to find a no nonsense approach to finding the right vehicle for us at Jim Butler. Our sales associate, Jim Douglas, narrowed down the number of vehicles we had to review by listening to our needs. He didn't try to push any vehicle that didn't quite fit our needs just to make a sale. As a result we now have the perfect van for us and are happy with the selling price. It was a great experience and we will be recommending the dealership to our friends and family.

I was thinking about getting a new car or SUV for several months. I noticed the Kia dealer near my home had a very limited selection and the internet prices were higher than Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl helped me by phone and Terry at the dealership. There was no pressure- just the info I needed to choose the right vehicle for me. They had exactly what I wanted and at a great price- definitely worth the drive to Chesterfield! I am very happy with my Optima EX.

Cheryl, Drew, and Justin made my experience of buying my wife's new Soul awesome. From the time I made first contact via the Website to Walking away with her new car was exactly 4 hours and I live 45 minutes away from the dealer. They all listened to what I wanted in the Soul and the price frame I wanted to stay in. They all worked hard to get it there and they were successful. Outstanding service and I mean outstanding. Took my previous car in for service, mentioned I may be in the market for a new one. They let me pick out my desired vehicle and drive it while my car was being serviced. By the time my vehicle was ready for pick up, a trade in analysis was complete and the purchase docs for my new car were ready to sign. We conducted most of the business over the phone and the actual in showroom time was less than an hour. Give Jordan a call he will take care of you, for sure! Service department is phenomenal as well, you are always informed of the status of your vehicle and never caught of guard as to services performed or price. I've bought two vehicles from this dealer and will be back when the time comes.

As the title says, this purchase today marks my 5th new Kia (in the past 7 years) and the 3rd new Kia from the Butler Automotive Group. Frankly speaking, they treat me and my entire family as if we are close family. I only wish I had room at the Thanksgiving table in order to invite each and everyone of them over! The entire staff including, Drew, Justin, Ted, Nate and Keith and Alex back in the service area were amazing to work with. I went in to the Jim Butler Kia dealership just to look around at used cars, never thought about buying a new car,( something I never have done in my life), as I was introduce to Kyle Robinson, and told him what type of vehicle I was searching for which was a used car with not many miles or had any problems that I had to put money into, Kyle left the room to see what he could do to help me out, he came back and said to me I have bad news and good news, I thought o.k let's make this quick, after I just filled out all of this paper work go ahead and give me the bad news, Kyle replied well I can't get you a used cars under your guidelines, but I was able to get you a new car and I have the perfect one for you he went outside and drove up in this beautiful black Forte Lx and said drive it tell me what you think I fell for this car instantly I didn't want to look at another car. When after the test drive, it was time to talk to Chris Brinley the finance manager, he to was a pleasure to deal with he made everything ever so clear to me I really enjoyed this experience with my Kia Family thank you everyone.

I set out to purchase a crossover SUV and finally decided on a Kia Sorrento. I live almost exactly between two different Kia dealerships. Jim Butler was slightly further away but from the moment I walked in I could tell it was noticeably different than the other. I had sticker shock and was a little wishy washy about my purchase but the whole crew up at Jim Butler made me feel right at home. One evening my sales person Drew was off for the day and I was getting close to a decision but wanted one more test drive. I was in the area about 45 minutes before they were going to close and though I would stop in and see if that was possible. Amazingly within 1 minute of walking in the door I was approached by one of the gals from the office and started to tell her my story and she knew who I was even though I had never seen her before and she had me out the door with the Sorrento in less than 15 minutes. Amazing! Another sales person Jerry answered questions for me in Drew's absence and I never felt like it was a bother to him. The finance guy Justin was amazing and I did not feel pressured at all! My last 3 vehicles have been Kia's and now I have a top notch dealer to back it. One more thing if feel is worth mentioning. I bought the car on a Saturday and wanted all weather mats. The parts people had gone home and I was advised I could pick them up on Monday. By the time I got back on Monday I had noticed my chrome wheels did not have locking lug nuts so I purchased some. I was talking to the parts guy (sorry but I don't remember his name) and asked him if the service guys could put them on for me a 2 minute job. He replied there would be an $85 charge. I told him thats crazy half jokingly and about that time I saw a light bulb go off in his head. He asked me where the vehicle was and grabbed my key and said I will be right back. 5 minutes later I was ready to go. I thanked him when I got the key back and told him I admired him for taking the initiative to do the right thing. I just spent $43,000 dollars on a vehicle and to charge me $85 a day later to do 2 minutes worth of work would have soured my opinion of the dealership. Once again they showed that they are first class operation! Thanks to every one there especially Drew for sticking with me and never making me feel like I was a pain! I never right reviews this long but feel compelled to do so this time.

We went in after we saw an ad for good deals on last years models. It was actually late afternoon, mid-week and we were "just looking". Bill was so very helpful, not pushy but accommodating, walking all over the lot to find what we were looking for. We test drove one that was a 2016, it was good but we needed a little more seating. So he brought out a 2017 Sorrento with the seating we wanted. We test drove it and then asked if there was a 2016 model like it. He said "why don't you just get this one?" We asked about the difference in price and he said that they would be able to crunch the numbers so that we could manage. They did, Bill and the finance manager stayed until 10:00 pm to make sure that we were all taken care of! We drove the new car off of the lot that night! It isn't quite a week old, but we couldn't be happier with it.

When I walked into this dealership, I was aggreviated. Not because of them, but because another dealership had given me the run around and made my car shopping experience unpleasant so far. I had a few requirements I wanted to meet and was wanting a certain style with certain options. If I had went to Jim Butler in the first place, that would have never happened. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was great. They were very welcoming, friendly, and made sure I didnt feel rushed with my decision. On top of a great sales team their finance team was awesome as well. Made me feel like family. They not only met my requirements but exceeded them. I ended up with a beautiful Kia Optima and couldnt be happier. I recommend this dealership to ANYONE Rather you or new to the Jim Butler family or Kia all together they will take care of you from start to finish.

After researching the KIA Sorento V6, I went to Jim Butler KIA for a test drive. Jordan was very generous with his time and eagerly accepted the challenge of finding just the car I was looking for. Since I am really picky about options and colors, it was going to take at least a few days. The Jim Butler staff kept in touch without pestering me. After a few days I returned to reassure myself that I wanted the Sorento. This time Jim helped me. He scoured the inventory and found just the right car had come in. The buying process was a breeze. Staff stayed late so I could drive the Sorento home. Butler KIA and the Sorento exceeded my expectations!

This was the second vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. It even smoother than the first one. Cheryl Cooper from the internet staff knew what I liked in a vehicle from the first purchase. She and General Sales Manager Ted Read ordered me this Sorento . . . . giving me first look at it as it came off the transport trailer. I was notified the day it arrived . . . . Cheryl arranged for Booby Herbert and Chris Dixon to handle the sale after the test drive and I said "Yes, I would Like to buy it". Chris handled the paper work the first night and handed me off to Justin Johnson in the finance department. Somewhere in there the floor manager and I did a small back and forth on my trade in. The next day things were completed by Boby Herbert and the Sorento went to service department where the staff did the prep and detail work. Fantastic group in the service department they took great care of the first Sorento. All in all I could not be happier with the buying experience. In one word "Awesome". Please note this is my second attempt at doing this review . . . I noticed some typos and a one star overall rating instead of the 5 star that I thought had marked.

I was very please with my experience with Jim butler Kia. Jerry made time to assist me in the buying process and answered any and all questions I had. I checked the place out on Friday evening and returned on Saturday . When I returned on Saturday , jerry greeted me, remembering my name along with my boyfriends name and what our interests were. He was very interested in meeting our needs and making sure it fit into our budget and it was exactly what we wanted . Justin the finance guy was very helpful too. I will def go back in the future to make a second purchase. As a bonus.. On Saturday, the paperwork wasn't completed, they let me take my car home , filled it up for me Saturday then when I returned Monday evening to complete the paperwork, they filled it up again. I will make referrals to Jim butler Kia! They were amazing !

Located a pre-owned 2013 Jeep Wrangler on line at Jim Butler Kia. We live in Memphis Tennessee and it just wasn't possible to go see and inspect it in person so I had to rely on photos and the judgment and honesty of Jordan and Annie to get an assessment of the true condition of the Jeep. We struck a deal over over the phone and drove up a few days later to complete the sale. Well the Jeep didn't disappoint, Jordan was spot on with his description and when we arrived, he made sure everything went perfect. We hit the road back home and realized we had forgotten the get our CDs out of our trade, we called Jordan and he shipped them to us! We had an amazing experience buying from this dealer and appreciated the professional, friendly service we got from Jordan and Annie.

I've bought a lot of cars, and I when I tell you that Jordan at Jim Butler Kia provided the best experience ever, I mean that wholeheartedly. We bought two cars from him in a week. He made the process seamless -- no haggling to get the right price for the cars we purchased or our trades, and when we purchased the second vehicle, he rode over an hour to our home to pick up the vehicle we were trading in so that we didn't have to worry with making multiple trips. We got an amazing deal, and I couldn't be happier with Jim Butler Kia and Jordan. PLUS - we also loved how transparent, friendly and accomodating that Justin (in Finance) was. Side note: my husband and I were both impressed with the amazing fish tank in his office. *smile*Highly Recommended!!!

Never use Jim Butler Kia! They are very manipulative and will quote how great of customer service they offer, when in reality, it is a blatant lie. After using bait and switch tactics and taking advantage of a first time car buyer (which we all know is very scary and nerve racking experience), they were ignorant and very rude when trying to handle the situation. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, so you to wont get scammed as I have.

Being a female, buying a car usually ranks somewhere in between 'multiple root canal' and 'being trapped in earthquake debris' on the list of things I enjoy. Dealing with Jim Butler Kia was a completely different kind of experience. I suffered none of the usual issues associated with being a woman walking into a car dealership alone, which in my past experience range from being ignored to being treated like a slightly stupid and possibly deaf cash cow. Bill Pack was my salesperson. No pressure, pleasant, friendly and informative. I came in to look at a specific used vehicle I'd seen on the internet. He didn't try to show me anything else, didn't try to oversell me, and didn't ask when my husband was coming in to look at the car or try to show me the vanity mirrors instead of the engine. When my husband did come in for the fifteen minutes it took to sign the paperwork, he was treated with the same respect. Very refreshing change from my past experiences at car dealers. I was offered the chance to do an extended test drive and take the car home over several nights. This made a big difference in how comfortable I was with the vehicle, and whether it was right for my family. Chris Brinley handled our financing. We had specific financial purchase goals and some credit challenges and he worked hard to meet them. He also took the time to go over all the figures with me when I was suffering some math failure and couldn't make everything add up correctly. Very patient and thorough. Most impressive? The dealership had a couple of opportunities to take advantage of us with a higher interest rate and GAP insurance. Chris actually lowered the rate on our final deal to get us where we wanted to be, and advised us that we didn't need to waste money on GAP at all since we had a large downpayment. I'd give them five stars based on that alone, since I usually feel like I have to take a shower in Lysol after I sit down with a dealership finance manager. That was definitely not the case this time. Overall, this might have been the easiest and most pleasant dealer car purchase I've had in the past thirty years, and I've gone through a lot of cars.

Bill answered our questions, and made the purchase a very professional and actually enjoyable experience. We feel we got a fair deal, and my daughter is thrilled! The team at Jim Butler was amazing, From the initial contact, Cheryl Brown was the absolute best customer service specialist I have had the pleasure of dealing with.She was kind, informative a and kept in contact. That was a great comfort. Bill Pack was my salesman and he was helpful with my questions and made me feel right at home. The finance portion of the deal was the scariest for me. Justin alleviated all of my fears and got me a deal that just blew me away. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and those I don't. Just the est experience ever.

I had seen a 2011 Acura TL online that was at the Jim Butler on Watson, but a friend of mine had referred me to Zack Knott at the Chesterfield location. I called Zack and expressed my interest in the TL and within seconds he had all of the info pulled up and was able to answer all of my questions.Since my week at work was extremely crazy and I wasn't sure when I was going to have time to test drive it, he not only picked the car up for me on his day off, but he brought it to my job so that I could test drive it there! If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. I was suppose to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork, but we had a snow storm, so Zack took all of my information over the phone and later that day, after the snow had been cleared, I was able to walk in and finalize the deal. The man in the finance department, Justin, had all of my paperwork printed and ready to sign - he was very explanatory about what I was signing and why and was very accommodating in finding a warranty that was right for me . The whole experience was very quick and effortless. Oh and the car is amazing, I love it!!

I just can't say enough about how much Chris Brinley and Kyle Robinson helped me get a new car. Over a period of nearly two months Chris helped me navigate a very difficult set of circumstances in order to get a new car after mine was totaled. Through the entire process he did everything within his power to do whatever he could to help me, including sending me numerous emails in which he told me to 'not worry'. He was right. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Kia Soul. (This is my second Soul and I highly recommend them!) Kyle was extremely generous with his time and stayed well after the dealership closed on 12/23 to make sure that we understood all of the features of our new car. Both of these gentleman treated me with great respect and were extremely support. I truly felt like they cared. Please go see them . . . you won't regret it!

had a flat tire on my brand new 2015 Kia Forte over the weekend. Unfortunately the tow co that roadside dispatched wasn't worth a dime. sent the wrong tow truck, and that's just the beginning. Either way, my follow up with Alex, the service advisor was outstanding. He treated me respectfully, took care of me quickly and even put me in a loaner so that he could order the correct tire. I didn't buy the care at that dealership, but I would certainly give them my business if I needed another car in the future. Alex was wonderful to deal with and I'm grateful for people like him :):)

As always, from the moment my son and I arrived until the moment we left with a brand new leased KIA Optima LX, Andrew made sure we were satisfied. I came into the dealership looking for a car that I had seen online, but it had been recently bought. The salesman Zach Knott asked more in depth of what I was looking for. I gave him all the details and he went on his way to look for the car. He was able to find the exact model, color, interior down to exactly what I was looking for. He kept me posted on how things were going as he was looking for it. He even found it pretty quickly. I can't express how excited I was to get "The car of my dreams" and I owe it all to Zach Knott. He's the kind of salesman that I would definitely recommend. Low pressure and laid back just the kind of salesman that makes you feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle. He made us comfortable with the process and was exceptional in how he conducted business. When it was time to buy our grandson a car we never gave it a second thought who we would see, Andrew. As this was the 5th new car purchased from Andrew we knew we would receive honest treatment and the respect he always shows is greatly appreciated.When dealing with finance we had the good fortune to work with Justin Johnson. About two or three months back, it came to my attention that my little car just wasn't cutting it for me anymore. I had looked at the Kia Souls awhile back but never made any decisions. My fiance and I made a trip to another Kia dealership in South County and after spending nearly 6 hours there, we left in the same car we arrived it. My experience with them was so unpleasant and I already felt completely burnt out on the car buying experience. Two days later we made a trip to Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield and I'm so grateful we did! The experience was very laid-back and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase. That evening I left in a 2010 Kia Soul and that fits my style and needs perfectly. I'm so thankful and happy that Nathan & Justin were on my side, not just trying to get me to purchase and get out the door. I truly would recommend Jim Butler to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

In January 2015, we loaded up our Kia Sportage and other car with all the personal things we didn't want the movers to haul to our new home in Florida. It was going to be a long 2 days of driving and we were hoping for no problems along the way. Only 3 hours into our trip a strange noise and vibration was occurring in the front end of our Kia. I made a quick call to Kia road assist and they connected me to Jim Butler Kia in the St. Louis metro. Alex advised me that his service Tech would only be available for a short while longer, but I thought we could make it and he told me to bring our Sportage in for a check. We did make it in time and were greeted by Keith who made us feel like he'd known us forever. He calmed our fears and said his Tech would take a quick look to see if the problem was easily detected. While we waited, the rest of the staff was very friendly and comforting. Keith kept me posted as to progress on our car. After about 30 minutes, Keith advised me that we were ready to go - no charge. The problem was loose lug nuts on both front wheels. He wished us luck and sent us down the road. Our worst fears of a major, time-delaying, expensive problem did not occur and we instead enjoyed our brief encounter with the wonderful staff at Jim Butler Kia.

I was in the market for a used Acura TL, and visited a few other dealerships around St. Louis only to walk out feeling the usual "hmmm...something didn't feel right about that dealership. Either the salesman wasn't knowledge or the place felt shady". I saw a 2012 Acura TL on Jim Butler Kia's website which seemed to fit the profile of what I was looking for. I called and talked to Cheryl in Internet Sales and told her I would like to test drive the Acura. She said come on out and she will have it ready for me. They did, it was right out the front door. When I took my first peek inside, I fell in love with the car. The experience was already off to a good start. I was greeted by my salesman Ben who first introduced me to Cheryl, and then took over from there. Both extremely nice folks, not your stereotypical hokey salesperson. Ben went with us on a test drive. He knew everything about the car, even though it was not a Kia, was honest about the background of the vehicle, and was just as nice and helpful as they come. After the test drive, we brought the car into service to wipe it down because it was raining, to reveal the real look of the paint and body condition. Again, very helpful and honest about the whole situation. I told him I wanted to make a deal on the car. We did agree on a fair price without any headache or grief, so I moved on to work with Justin in finance. Again, super nice guy and easy to work with. I already had an idea in my head what kind of rate I would get because I was pre-approved before I walked in the door. Well, much to my surprise Justin was able to get me a way better rate than I imagined. Every person I dealt with made me feel very comfortable buying this car. No BS! I hope to own this Acura for many years to come. If I happen to be in the market for a car again, I will visit them first. Great experience!!

We have purchased 3 Kias prior to this visit and I can now say this is our 4th. Working with Andrew Cohen each time has been a terrific experience. We have purchased vehicles in the past from Chevy, Ford, BMW & Chrysler and we have never met a salesperson more attentive to our needs than Andrew. On each purchase Andrew painstakingly went through the operational features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. To say he goes the extra mile really is an understatement. The quality of the cars is a given, the quality of the person is truely appreciated. To quote our 9 year old grandson "Andrew is a really nice guy"!One aspect of buying a car is the apprehension felt when dealing with "the credit guy". Not so here. Justin Johnson makes the experience painless as he explains the process and covers additional items for consideration. His approach makes for a perfect way to finalize the purchase. He too worked hard for us getting us a great interest rate on our new Optima.Although we did not use the service department on this visit we can attest that whenever we have they have been professional in every way. Everything about my car buying experience at Jim Butler Kia was fantastic. My initial introduction to the dealership was by way of Annie Lam. Annie was prompt and courteous during our email conversations. She put me in touch with salesman John Williams. John was great. He showed me 2 nice Kia Optimas. I never felt hassled or pressured at all. The paperwork was a breeze with Justin and it was completed quickly. All in all I had a great car buying experience.

This was the 2nd time I have driven 400 miles to buy a car from Ben McFarland and Jim Butler Kia, My first review was censored, so lets try this, my experiences with the dealerships in a 200 mile radius of my home, have been so bad and so irritating, I now drive 400 miles to buy my vehicles, and it is worth every mile, and every hour it takes to get there. Twice I have called Ben on the phone and twice he has had everything setup for me when I got there. This was a gift for my daughter for college graduation, so Ben had the two cars we wanted to drive setup for us when we arrived. My daughter drove two vehicles, and had a trade in, Ben and I agreed on a fair price for both of us and were on our way back home inside of 90 minutes, yep you read that right all paperwork and everything done in less than 90 minutes, smooth as silk and no car salesman games, no I will have to check with my boss, no trying to sell me extra stuff. This is a wonderful place to buy a car, the shangri la of car dealerships. Ben Lindsey was very helpful going thru the car features with my daughter, and getting our temp tag put on too. Very nice people that treat you right. You cant go wrong buying here. When it comes time for the next car, I will be calling Ben again.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Jim Butler Kia! I had been interested in a new car for months and I submitted my info on the website. In less than an hour, Cheryl called me and was very polite and helpful over the phone. She mentioned that the dealership is open until 9:00pm, so she invited me to stop by and look at the Optima. When I arrived at the dealership, she introduced me to Don who was extremely helpful. I drove the Kia Optima LX. Don let me try it out and of course I absolutely loved the car. When I returned the next afternoon, Don was extremely helpful with providing different options on two different cars and made the payment options very easy to understand. He was even extremely patient with me while I was on the phone with my insurance company for quite a while. After picking the down payment option I was comfortable with, Don introduced me to Justin who helped me understand the lease. He was also extremely helpful and I feel like I have a better understanding of my lease and what my options are after the lease is over. Back with Don, I met the service team and set up my first complimentary oil change. Don then walked me through all of the features of my new car (he was very detailed and took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the car). Also, I am confident that I got an amazing deal on my trade in and after doing some research, I am also confident that I got a great deal on my lease. The employees that I worked with (Cheryl, Don, and Justin) made the car shopping process a simple, painless, and fun experience! One last thing, Don even took another twenty minutes of his time to help me transfer things out of my old car (which, after having the car for almost 10 years and after recently moving, there was a lot of stuff I left in there)! It's those little things that really impressed me and will keep me coming back to Jim Butler Kia!

I met with John Williams and could not have asked for a better person. I looked and drove several of the Sorento's on Wednesday but due to my time constraints I couldn't make a decision. I went home and looked at the Jim Butler inventory and found a Sorento I thought I might like. I emailed John and told him about the SUV and I could be there on Friday to look at the Sorento. He had it waiting for me to test drive. With some negotiation, I was able to find my 'perfect fit'! Once again I was on a tight timeline and needed to leave before being able to do the paperwork. John arranged for me to drive my new vehicle to my appointments and return to finish the purchase. John was very patient with me in finding the right Sorento that fit my needs and budget. He never pressured me into purchasing something that wasn't to my liking. When I returned Justin had the paperwork ready and within an hour I was driving home in my new Sorento!I have to say all of the staff at Jim Butler were very friendly and helpful. Even a person working in the service department came into the showroom and asked if I needed assistance...I have NEVER had that happen at any other dealership.I highly recommend Jim Butler Kia...and if you go be sure to ask for John Williams!Margaret

I received outstanding customer service from the Steve Frossard and Justin Johnson. Steve's level of attention and knowledge was excellent and I felt well advised without having the normal hard sell that most of your competitors force upon potential customers. Steve's sales philosophy was most polite and attentive without being too in my face - overall a delightful shopping experience. He made me feel comfortable in my decision of the car I chose to purchase. In these days of rushed sales-people wanting to "make that sale" and not considering the customer it is nice to have been shown excellent genuine customer service. I greatly appreciated the professional courtesies I was given by Steve and Justin in your finance department who went above and beyond to help me get my first new car! Please know that you have an excellent staff at your store, especially Steve who represents your company in the highest manner. When anyone asks me about my car I will tell them what great customer service I received and send them to Jim Butler Kia...ask for Steve!

I walked out going to get my deposit back from the first dealer I went to and went back to get a better equipped better priced vehicle. I am very happy. I also did not get the high pressure sales pitch that I received from the first dealer. I appreciate more than anything.

Promised terms, conditions and delivery of vehicle were easy and as promised. Purchase experience has been excellent. Our visit to Jim Butler Kia was undoubtedly positive. Each salesman on the floor treated us with kindness and would always ask if we were being helped. Don is great to work with and is all around a good guy. We purchased the Optima SXL right off the showroom floor, and of course the salesmen were happy to get it outside for us to test drive first. Don worked with us during negotiations to help meet our needs and Justin in finance stepped through all of the paperwork and warranty information with us at a pace nice enough to make it clear that they respected our business. You won't feel pressured at Jim Butler Kia. In total, my family has purchased five vehicles from Jim Butler and each vehicle has been wonderful.

So....A chance encounter and my previous car situation landed me at Jim Butler. I AM SO GLAD I MADE MY PURCHASE with these guys! This has been the absolute most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had!!! Tim Everhart was so honest, very personable, all without pressuring me!! He didn't have a "car salesman" attitude and that's definitely a plus in my book!!! He knew my situation was very unique to say the least but not unusual. I had my eyes set on the Pre owned Audi A4 and he never once mentioned another car. I have so many friends who are in cars that they absolutely hate because the dealers pressured them into purchasing it! I drove off in the car I wanted so Tim, I know I have said this many times to you already but, thank you, thank you!!!! Justin Johnson... thank you so much for making the necessary "tweaks" to make this deal work! I am forever grateful because you didn't have to make this happen! Andrew Cohen is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I went to visit the dealership this past weekend to see what our options were to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new Kia Optima. Immediately, we were greeted at the front door by Andrew smiling and asking us what brought us into the dealership. With his great salesmanship attitude he took my husband and I out to the car lot to look over different recommendations that would possibly fit our budget. Our whole experience with Jim Butler Kia was a pleasure. The atmosphere and customer service were top notch. Mike McLean was who we worked with on our 2014 Sedona. We were put in touch with him via Cheryl Cooper and internet sales. Both Cheryl and Mike were extremely friendly and passionate about the Kia product. Justin Johnson was our finance guy and he worked with us to get us in and out in quick order as we were there with our young children on a Saturday afternoon. Justin, Tim and Annie have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. They truly work for your business. No markups, no haggling. Tell them what your looking for and what you can afford and they do there best to get it for you. Justin did wonders with our interest rates and payments! Their vehicles are marked fair trade per KBB. They gave us top dollar for our trade-ins and the warranties are fantastic! I purchased a Pre-Owned 2013 Kia and it is beautiful, much more car than I thought I could afford! My husband was so impressed, we went back to purchase a Pre-Owned 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. Even though they are a Kia dealer, they beat every other Chevy Dealer in town!!!! Hands down, best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. THE WORST CON I HAVE EVER GOTTEN AT AN AUTO DEALERSHIP!!!! A price was given for an SUV I was interested in; the price was actually printed on their website! The price was even discussed with their internet staff who asked when I could come out and talk to them about the possible purchase. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I arrived and the sales consultant acted as though their was no vehicle in the price range discussed. He hemmed and hawed and said he needed to speak with a manager. He came back in a few minutes and said that the price that was listed on the internet was a "mistake" and laid the blame on a "third party" company that does their internet listings. What a crock! He then commenced to switch me to a vehicle $4,000 higher with several thousand miles on it saying that this vehicle was their cheapest of that model and that it had been used as a courtesy car. I was obviously surprised and disappointed in their sleazy business practices. I even had them appraise my vehicle, which of course added insult to injury when they came up with a price way below book. It was apparent through this whole experience that when I caught these jerks playing a con game, they wanted nothing to do with me as a customer. Shame on you Jim Butler, you are a disgrace to the good dealers out there!

I was somewhat pessimistic about being able to find an affordable car and a decent trade-in on my old Audi. After some internet research on dealers,rebates being offered, and other specials, I decided to go to Jim Butler as they seemed to have the best selection of cars and offers. I filled out the online form, and Cheryl called almost immediately, and after telling her what I was looking for, I made an appointment to see Don Wright.I immediately liked Don. He was not pushy or condescending because I was a woman. I was interested in the Kia Rio and Don did not push me into purchasing a different model. I was intent on staying with the Rio, without all the bells and whistles, and liked everything about it. Don understood my financial situation, and he went over and above his duty to secure this car for me. I never thought I would have a new car again,and I'm delighted with my Rio. Don, Cheryl and everyone I met at the dealership, made me feel special. If I would have gone elsewhere I would have short changed myself. I couldn't be happier with the decision to go to Jim Butler, and have already referred friends, and have left a positive post on facebook.

I discovered the great value of Kia 3 1/2 years ago. At that time I met a great sales person of the highest character, Mike McLean. I purchased a Sorento that now has 70,000 miles and has only been serviced by Jim Butler. Our overall experience with the Sorento, Mike, and the dealership has been so good that my family has now purchased 6 brand new Kia's within the past 3 1/2 years, including 3 Sorentos, 2 Optimas, and last week a 2014 Soul. Those purchases speak volumes for the respect we have for Mike McLean, Jim Butler, and Kia style, quality and value.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wasn't even sure I would be able to afford a new car, but these people made it happen. I was only there 3 hours and I left with a brand new Kia Optima. All of the staff was so friendly, and very easy to talk with. They figured out what I could afford and what I was looking for, and that is what I got. No pressure, no games, just great customer service. This is the place to come if you are considering a Kia.

Twice we have gone in there and not found what we were looking for. Both times Brandon went out of his way to find us a car that was EXACTLY what we told him we wanted. Annie and Brandon treat customers better and with more respect than any lot I have ever visited. I hate car shopping because I hate feeling pressured to something. I did not feel pressured to buy at Jim Butler Kia. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford a new car, but they somehow made it happened! Ben was so nice when he first walked up to us, and I knew I found someone I would feel comfortable buying a car from. I appreciated that he took time to figure out how much I wanted to spend first before he showed me anything. My sister wanted me to test drive a Soul, and Ben showed me the perfect one at the right price. I was thrilled! Justin got the payments right where I asked him to get them. I loved the fact that they didn't pressure me into looking at cars that I couldn't afford, and they didn't pressure me into getting extra warrenties that I couldn't afford. Plus, they were so fast. When I bought my other car it took me about a week for the entire process, but I drove off the lot with my new Soul about 3 hours after I got there. The great customer service didn't stop the day I bought my car. When I walked in to pick up my title, Ben jumped up out of his seat to greet me and asked how the car was. He even ran out to my car because they accidently gave me my sister's title (she bought a car from them too) to make sure I had the right one. I would buy my next car from Ben and Justin in a heartbeat! Thank you guys so much!

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and were looking at numerous compact SUV's (Ford Edge, Santa Fe, and Kia Sportage/Sorento). We decided the one we wanted most as the Kia Sorento Limited. We went to many Kia dealerships in the St. Louis area but ended up purchasing from Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield. The friendliness of the associates was above and beyond! We worked with Don Wright who was very knowledgeable to all our numerous questions and we never felt pushed or pressured in any way. The car purchasing process can be frustrating and lengthy but they made ours a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this dealership to all our family and friends. We love our new car and couldn't be more pleased with the process:)

I called the dealership after a horrible experience at another Kia dealership to see if they would match an offer on a 2013 Optima I had reached with the other dealer. They did not have the exact car I asked for at the same price, but were actually able to offer me much more car for not much more money. Brandon is very knowledgeable and friendly, and was very patient with working around my schedule. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership has been friendly and followed through on what they said.

Let me start off by saying this is our 3rd purchase from Jim Butler Kia. Secondly, I actually work for another dealership in the area, so for us to purchase from another dealership is HUGE. Since we are expecting a second child, we decided to replace our Kia Rondo with something bigger. I spoke with Cheryl, and told her we wanted to come in Friday to just browse. She suggested we come in sooner because of the huge sale they were having at the time. Knowing how fast the vehicle we looked at sold last time while we were "thinking" about it, I didn't want to risk it. My husband and I came in the next night, and I was pleasantly greeted by Greg. I told him I was there just to get a value on my trade in before my husband arrived, and he immediately took action and got my car in to inspection for the appraisal. He patiently waited for my husband to arrive, and then he sat us down to discuss our needs/wants. He suggested the Sorento, which my husband was hoping for in the back of his mind anyway. I knew nothing about the specifics of the Sorento, so I asked Greg what set it apart from the Sportage I had a short time back. After hearing the differences, we decided to look at a Sorento. He went over the different options, and found a vehicle that fit both my specifications and my husbands. The Sorento he picked out for us was absolutely perfect. He was not pushy at all. He even showed us a similar model with not as many features, just so we could see our other options at a cheaper price. We went with the fully loaded Sorento. I knew the next step was finance, but no worries there. Since we have purchased two other vehicles from J.B.K. we knew it would be stress free. Justin in finance took excellent care of us. We got the interest rate we needed, plenty of money on our trade, and zero down on the loan. The best part was their up front pricing was better than my employee pricing at my work, so the price of the car was great. We were literally in his office for 5 minutes. No hard up sells, no extended this or that. It was great. I asked them if they could fully detail the car, including shampooing the seats and buffing the exterior, and they said no problem. We had things to do that day, so Greg, our salesman, gave us another car to drive for the day until our Sorento was done. Before we left, Greg made sure to show me how to lower the 3rd row seating and how to use the other functions such as AWD and the Bluetooth. I must add, I referred our good friends after our first purchase since these guys were so great, and our friends bought a new Sportage. Fast forward, those same friends came back and upgraded to a new Sorento the same week we bought ours. I don't think we will ever even browse at another dealer in the future when we upgrade my husbands Optima. Jim Butler Kia really is the best!

Having purchased a Saturn prior to this visit, I was already very happy with my purchase from Jim Butler. This was my first visit to the Chesterfield Jim Butler Kia and I found their staff to be very friendly and helpful. They listened to what we thought was an impossible financial scenario and they got us a deal! We traded in a 2008 Ford Focus for a 2013 Kia Soul base model. They gave us $1,000 over bluebook value for our car, plus no money down, plus an affordable monthly payment. My wife and I were very pleased. Andrew was a very patient salesman and Justin took care of our loan like a boss. I recently visited for my first old change and their service department was great.

This dealership is like home to us. My husband and I have had dealings with them since they were on Manchester Road..several cars later we are still buying from them. Keith ( service manager) is a big part of the relationship. He is always honest and has always taken care of us quickly, professionally and completely. We have worked with several sales consultants....all very competent. The latest consultant is Kenny Noel who we have been quite happy with. He is knowledgeable, helpful and has a calming personality (my husband and I do not care for high pressured sales people). We have left quite a few dealerships with sales personnel that come on you like gangbusters. One thing we do miss is a body shop. We utilized it on several occasions when the dealership was located on Manchester Road. However, where we live now in Jefferson County we have found a very good body shop nearby, so its not a major issue. We have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Jim Butler Kia is a wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle from if you want fast, friendly and most of all not pushy assistance. I typically hate buying new cars because it is so overwhelming. We have now purchased two vehicles from Ben Lindsey, both times being wonderful experiences. I am very pleased with my new car and so happy I was able to get another Kia. Over all it was a great experience. Andrew didn't really pressure us, in fact he went out of his way to try to find the car color, options, etc. that we thought we might like. He was supposed to go with us for the test drives, but we told him we preferred he did not go, so he didn't. He said if we were more comfortable that way, it was OK by him. He left us alone while we talked about it. When we told him if he could get $500 more for our old car, plus get the extras, he had a deal. He came back saying congratulations we have a new car. We waited a short time for the sales rep to finalize another sale and we were ready. We went in his office and he asked us to listen to another offer that they have. We listened and ended up purchasing an extended warranty that covers the car, bumper to bumper, with no deductible for 100,000 miles. It really didn't add that much to our payment and we felt it was worth it. He explained what he had managed to get for us in the line of financing and we handed over our title. One point of a little problem we had was the fact that we were not told that the title was not all we needed. We also needed a lien release, this being something that MO requires now. No one told us that and no one called us to tell us anything regarding the delay in receiving our paper work. If they had told us that in the first place, there would have been no problem as we had the release with us as well as the title. We took our new car in for the fabric protector and the guys in the service department were great. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer. We made the appointment and then dropped the car off. We even got a loaner for the day while they put the protector on. When we picked up the car, they had cleaned it inside and out also. What service! We love our car. It handles well, is comfortable, roomy and for being a 4 cylinder, it has great pick up. No problem merging into highway traffic or passing. The ride is so smooth and quite, that you don't realize just how fast you are going. Time will tell how much we love the car after a few years, instead of a few months. But so far it's great and we highly recommend the KIA Optima!

I think this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. After shopping the internet for weeks, I finally decided to visit Jim Butler Kia based on the response I received on the internet from Cheryl Cooper. She was extremely friendly and very helpful at giving me an idea of what my new Optima pricing would be around. When I decided to finally visit the dealership, Cheryl came outside in the rain and met me as I pulled up. Once inside, she introduced me to Brandon Smith. Brandon did not hit me with any high pressure sales pitch as he understood that I knew exactly what I wanted. He did not fill me with a bunch of BS and there was no bouncing back and forth over pricing. He asked what I wanted, what I could afford and he made it happen!!!! He was awesome!!!! If Jim Butler Kia had a referral program that paid for their referrals, I would be rich, because I would send everyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to their dealership to talk to Brandon!!!! I absolutely love my Optima SX and I actually enjoyed my purchasing experience!!! I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia and their staff to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Great experience. Sent a note out to 4 dealerships in the area looking for a car and Annie was the first to follow up. We scheduled an appointment and dealt with Tim at the dealership. He made the process easy and was competitive with the pricing and did not toss in a ton of BS. Tim's personality made it an enjoyable visit and Justin was great to work with on the finance side. Really a great experience all around. Would defiantly recommend Tim and the team at Jim Butler to all of my colleagues.

This review should say a lot because we didn't even purchase a vehicle from Jim Butler Kia. Our reason for not buying the Kia Sorento was due to the size and absolutely nothing else. The service we received from Kenny Noel and Cheryl Cooper was outstanding. We test drove at the dealership and went home to think about it. We decided that the trim level of the car was too much. So we called Kenny and Cheryl and told them we wanted to see another car, but that we didn't have time to get to the dealership for a few days. They did not hesitate to tell us they would bring one to our house and let us drive it for the weekend! The pricing was spot on and the service was even better...just wish they made a bigger vehicle. He worked very hard to get us a fantastic rate along with a fantastic deal. He didn't just try to sell a car; he helped us through a large financial step.

My visit was to test drive the Optima and wanted to explore my options. My overall experience was excellent. I had time to look at showroom vehicles without being pounced on by a sales rep, and was then directed to a sales rep who answered all my questions before test driving an Optima. I went into this with doubts about a 4 cylinder car but was totally impressed with how it performed compared to other brand 4 cylinders I tested. I bought the Optima before leaving and did not experience any brutal negotiations or pressured sales tactics. My sales rep Don did an outstanding job of explaining the car features and operating tools. The dealership enabled a very positive purchase.

We went just to look at the 2013 Kia Sportages. However, Andrew was helpful in showing us what was available. He worked with us to get the options and pricing we were looking for and never pressured us once. While we were waiting for finance Andrew walked us through all the amazing features that the car had and how to use them. It was a great experience and we will purchase a car from them again.

My son and I recently visited Jim Butler Kia to look for a new vehicle. At other dealerships in the past, this has not always been the easiest process, dealing with customer service that was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. My time with Jim Butler Kia over the last few years has been a glaring exception to such experiences. Andrew and Justin are perfect examples of what real customer service is all about, showing that they care about their customers and are more than willing to go the extra step in order to satisfy them. After expressing to Andrew what car we wanted, he and Justin spent a great deal of time making it happen, being overtly honest and kind to us the entire time. Andrew even gave us a thorough walk-through of our new 2013 Kia Sorento, making sure we completely understood the vehicle we were looking to drive home in. A month later, I couldn't be happier with what they did for us. For these reasons, I would highly recommend dealing with Jim Butler Kia and if you are lucky enough, these associates in particular to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Thanks so much! well we are a military family, and we had a price quote from another dealership, and we had the worst experience with that other dealership thatwe went seeking out a new dealership. we came in on a sat to make sure that they had the right car that we wanted to purchase. When we just pulled in and got out of car we seen tim. we was so polite! ( we didnt get from other dealer) test drove the car and then we (my husband and I ) spent the next week making our final decision with what we wanted. we called and asked if they matched USAA pricing and they said YES! that sent us over there to the same person who was polite, courtious, and concered about what we wanted not what he wanted. they gave us the price we needed to make everything go over so smooth! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! after 3 months of dealing with crappy customer service and lies about pricing, we actually got though it with a ease!

We knew we wanted a "new" car because our other cars were getting older and were requiring a lot of maintenance and repairs. We had selected three cars we were interested in but after researching each on the internet we decided the Kia Optima would give us everything we required in a new car purchase. We had both heard commercials on the radio about Jim Butler Kia and the rebates they were offering. So we met at the dealership one evening after work. We were first time Kia customers so we had a lot of questions. Ben was great! He answered all our questions thoroughly and after the test drive we knew we wanted to buy! However, we were in a hurry to get to our daughter's championship softball game that night and then off to her Nationals two days later. Ben didn't push us to make a decision right then. He simply asked what he could do to help us get the car we wanted. We started the paperwork for financing, quickly and easily confirmed our eligibility for rebates and then left that night with the promise to get back in touch with him. We received a couple of calls to confirm our follow up appointment and to get answers to some of our additional questions. A WHOLE week after our initial visit we returned to Kia but we had changed our mind. We still wanted the Optima but we wanted one with a few features different than the one we test drove. Ben went out of his way to find several Optimas for us to choose from with the features we wanted and in the price range we needed. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Ben was easy to talk to, really listened to what we said and at no time did we feel pressured or stressed to make a decision. We haven't had our Optima very long but so far we are loving it! We will most definitely be recommending the Kia Optima to friends and tell them to go straight to Jim Butler Kia!

I decided to start out my search for a new Kia at Jim Butler because of the quality of the website of Jim Butler Kia. It was very informative, accurately listed the available vehicles, and the prices. I was provided very good, accurate information by email from Annie Lam prior to my visit to the dealership. Once there, I was immediately assisted by Kenny Noel. The car I was interested in was ready to go for a test drive. After the test drive, the deal was done very quickly. I was then assisted by Justin Johnson in Finance, who did an excellent job in finding me the best available rate, and even got the dealership to provide a little more cash toward the deal to complete it to more than my satisfaction. Since then, I have received several phone calls from Kenny Noel offering assistance to help us with all the in's & out's of the vehicle. I am a repeat Jim Butler (Chevy) customer, and my Jim Butler Kia experience only reinforced why I keep going back. Excellent Job by everyone involved, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Our recent wonderful experience of buying two 2012 KIA Optimas from Jim Butler KIA in Chesterfield Valley prompted us to acknowledge every person who made our buying experience the very best we have ever had! Cheryl Cooper was our first contact by phone and home email. She was awesome, answered all of our questions promptly and professionally without any sales pressure. She informed me about an Optima they had that fit the description of just what I was looking for. We owe Cheryl a huge THANK YOU because of her knowledge and her upbeat, cheerful personality, she is the reason we made our first visit to Jim Butler KIA. She arranged for me to come in and meet with Brandon Smith about the car she told me about. Brandon was very professional, courteous, yet down-to-earth to talk to. We came back to Jim Butler, and my husband bought the 2012 Silver Optima, thanks to Brandon! My husband and I want to comment about the friendliness, financial expertise and professionalism of Justin Johnson. He made us feel very comfortable and worked his magic to get us the best financial deals for both Optimas that fit our budget. He explained all the financial details thoroughly and promptly on both Optimas. Justin provided us with the best financial experience we have ever had in buying cars! We also want to commend Matt Burch, Manager, in the Service Dept. He is always professional, courteous and will accommodate us with service appointments that are convenient for us since we live further away. Matt is very thorough in explaining the work that was done on our cars and even comes out to the waiting area to keep us informed on the status of the work being done and timeline when the work will be finished. The service work is always completed promptly. This is a lengthy review, but we had such a great car buying experience (two of them!), that you cannot put that kind of experience in just a few words. Promised repairs were shoddy. Repair technician had dirty hands while working with the headliner. Numerous scratches were put on the car while being serviced. Keith was very condescending when issues with scratches were brought to his attention. Sales man that could have verified the condition when purchased disappeared. Repairs were not completed in a timely manor (two days). Justin Johnson was the only person I dealt with that would even consider speaking to again.

On Saturday July 15 2013 I went to Jim Butler Kia to trade in a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze that I own. The reason I went to this dealership is that I had previously purchased a Kia Forte Koup. Unfortunately, it was smashed by an uninsured driver, so I traded it for the Cruze. I knew I was under water with the Cruze, but the Kia internet salesperson said to come in anyway as they have many new Kias which have incentives and rebates that would assist me in trading the Cruze. About 1:00 PM I arrived at the dealer and began to work with Don Wright who had previously sold me the forte. He acted as though we could work out a deal and everything was great. We picked out a Forte and signed all of the Paper work and he took the deal back to Jeff in Finance. About fifteen minutes later Jeff came out to the customer lounge and said he could not do the deal. He said the Cruze was too far under water and I would need to put some money down; which is the exact opposite of what the salesperson has been telling me. Jeff from finance said that I had been turned down by all of the banks he tried. (I had previously instructed Don Wright to tell him not to submit me to more than three institutions. As it turned out, it had been submitted to 8. I was really upset as I have been rebuilding my credit and did not want a lot of hard hits. Jeff said, oh, it is no big deal theses will all be soft hits.." I tried to explain that there is no such thing as a soft his when applying for credit from a financial institution. He continued to argue with me. So I said forget it and I left. Later that day I called the sales manager (Mr. McFarland,) and I told him how upset I was and that his finance person did not know what he was saying. The sales manager proceeded to argue with me and ended up by telling me my Transunion score was 539. Before, I went to the dealer I checked my credit scores and my Transunion was 677. I asked him how there could be such a discrepancy and he went into a long tirade about different credit scores, reporting agencies, etc. I checked it again after the 8 hits Butler Kia put on it and it went down to 647! To make a long story short, I believe that the Jim Butler Sales and Finance personnel were trying to pull a fast one and to soak for as much cash as they could get for a down payment when I was told the incentives would negate the need for money down and would cover the equity shortage in my Cruze.I would not recommend any one purchase a vehicle from this dealer as I feel I was being scammed.Sincerely,Daniel J. I was the customer with the 2001 PT Cruiser to trade for a KIA Optima hybrid. I drove that PT Cruiser off the showroom floor and I will always remember that feeling and I wanted to experience that again when I purchased a new KIA from Jim Butler. I have had my eye on a couple of other hybrids and have test drove them too. It was a difficult decision but with the incentives and a very fair price I was on a mission to find the right Optima. I live in St Charles and I visited them first but I have to say I was not impressed with customer service. In particular I was very put out when they were not able to find a white Optima on their lot and said they did a search in the "region". Without any luck they told me they would again search out of the region but I would have to give them a deposit check for $500 to do this search for me. I thought I was hearing this wrong but my husband heard the same thing. After this I was little bit shy about visiting Jim Butler but I am very glad I did. I felt everyone was courteous and friendly. For all the time that it takes to buy car as well as learn all the technical workings of the car we were even able to get a sandwich and plate of food supplied by Jim Butler. Very good I might add. Our purchase took place on Saturday, March 30 and completed into the evening as the car had to be sent for from another KIA dealership. Our salesman Mike McClean, stayed with us and went through everything on the car and did not make us feel rushed or like we were holding up his Saturday night. Last but not least, Justin Johnson was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and his knowledge his work was also impressive and able to relay the information to us the customer. These two associates from Jim butler made our new car purchase a very memorable one for my husband and I. I love my new KIA Optima hybrid in the snow white pearl. It's a beautiful car and it's so fun to drive. I am happy I came to Jim Butler KIA.

My experience at Jim Butler KIA was amazing. This was the first time I purchased a car on my own and they made it all so easy. Annie was very helpful through e-mail and had the car ready when I arrived for a test drive. Tim took over my paperwork and helped get me to the payment amount I was comfortable with. Then Justin wrapped it all up with the financing. Overall a very smooth transaction and it was only 2 hours, which is a very short time when buying a new car. I love my new KIA Soul and will recommend Jim Butler to many people!

Andrew did a great job! When I took my new Optima for a test drive, he took the time to go over everything about the car and if I had additional questions, he made sure he answered them. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the car was very good. He also was very accommodating to me to make sure I was comfortable with the car. I was allowed to take the car overnight to make sure my husband and I liked it and would be happy with our purchase. I totally love, love, love my car. It is snow white pearl SXL, tinted windows, chrome sport wheels, light, soft, napa leather interior, panoramic sun roof, heated front and back seats and also cooled front seats. The ride is smooth, great gas mileage and has a great sound system! The other thing that Andrew did was he took the time to introduce me to the service department, parts department, etc. and showed me around so that whenever I had to come in, I would be comfortable with the facility. I would highly recommend Andrew and this dealership.

I highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking to purchase a Kia. I have been putting off buying a car for quite some time partly because I didn't want to deal with the experience. My experience at Jim Butler has completely changed my feelings. I started with Annie and she was open, honest and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never felt pressured and when I had more questions she answered those. When I went into the dealership and met with Andrew, the experience continued to be a good one. Andrew found the exact car I was looking for, let me take it for a test drive, answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. He let me decide if this is the car I wanted. And I did. Next I met with Justin who explained all the financing at the level of detail I wanted. Lastly, Andrew spent time with me after the sale was over explaining all the features on my new car and said if I had questions after I left, to just give him a call. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to work with.

Don is very personable and has a true passion for helping you, the customer. Finally, I worked with the finance manager, Justin. Justin is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. When it comes to finance, to me the most important part of the entire transaction, wouldn't you want someone who is funny, down-to-earth and understanding? Justin is all these things and more. I have to give Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield 5's on everything. If I could rate HIGHER I would. I spoke to Tim before coming out to the dealer and I shared my concerns with him about my credit and my concerns on buying new vehichle. I also shared my worries about driving abouot an hour to only turn around and go home with no new vehichle. He took the time to listen to what I had to say without judgment and assured me that I would be okay. So, i drove up to the dealer and was actually created my Mark, not knowing he would play a role in my purchase. On arrival he was very kind and helpful.Paperwork was started, Tim came through on a new kia soul for me, infact I left with a better one than I was interested in at first. Mark showed me every detail on the car as we test drove it and before I left the dealer.These two guys made my car experience wonderful, I hate shoppoing for a new car, but these two made it easier. This was my first experience with a car dealer other than GM or Ford. I had done my homework on KIA so my expectations were high. And Jim Butler KIA delivered! Marvin Smiley did a great job as my sales consultant. From the beginning of the process through delivery, Marvin did an outstanding job helping us through the process in person, as well as later by phone and email. I was probably not the easiest customer as I had lots of questions and have a hard time making big decisions. Marvin was always patient and let us have as much time as needed. Justin Johnson was polite and easy going and made us feel very comfortable with the finance process which is always the worst part of any car buying experience. So far I love my new Kia Sorento and would recommend Jim Butler Kia to friends and co-workers.

My Experience with Jim Butler KIA started on-line with Annie. She contacted me immediately following my inquiry. I had extenuating circumstances and she was very understanding. She also had me fill out an on-line credit form to see where I stood as far as purchasing a new car. She spoke to the credit man (Tim) and told me that I should have no problem purchasing a car! I was shocked and was in disbelief.I made an appointment and when I arrived Annie was there to greet me along with Andrew and Tim. They were ALL EXTREMELY nice, Very accomodating, not overbearing and did not pressure me or make me feel small because of my circumstances. Jim Bulter gave me the best price on the new car, the best price on my trade in, and the best customer service. Andrew Cohen, my sales consultant, was awesome. Went to the dealership and left a short time later with a new car. Andrew was able to explain all the technology about the car in an easy to understand way. Wow!! Just wanted to say how wonderful the service was from Jim Butler Kia. Annie was so fast with the internet quotes, which was soooo appreciative!! When dealing with buying a car over the internet, some other dealer ships were taking a few days to get back with me about my questions. Annie was back with us in minutes with not only answers to my questions, but other helpful info as well. When we finally came into the showroom, Andrew was unbelievably helpful. He took so much time to show us the Sorento we bought, and answer our questions. We felt that he was very honest with us. Never once did he tell us or promise something he didn't deliver on. I can't say that about some of the other dealer ships we visited. The next morning after the sale, Annie was calling (not emailing) us to see how everything was. When I had a questions about the car, Andrew was calling me not 10 minutes later with the Answer. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Jim Butler Kia. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends and family!

This is my second time in dealing with the Jim Butler Kia crew, and was amazed that it was just as fantastic as it was last year when I almost bought the Forte Five. I remembered how friendly they were and willing to work with me (especially Justin, he's just plain memorable) so when my 2002 Jetta finally died, I went back to them. I had my beautiful new car the next day, and the exact financing I'd hoped for. Marvin was so nice to work with and so knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated the fact that he stayed almost two hours late yesterday (Friday, Aug. 10) to show me how to set the satellite radio and sync my Bluetooth. The Butler Experience Let me start at the very beginning, the helpfulness of Don Wright over the telephone and his efforts to find what we wanted while we where traveling aimlessly from dealership to dealship was without a doubt the beginning of a good day. Don called us back and told us that Jim Butler had three models that we wanted to look at. Time was short that evening so we traveled to Jim Butlers the following day. Don was not available that at that time, when we arrived Greg Goetz asked if he could help us My wife and I where very impressed with the low key no pressure and the easy going altitude of Greg Goetz. The car did not sell it's self the deal was a big part of it and his knowledge of all the amenities sold it. After agreeing on a price we met with Justin Johnson who had all his duck in a row when walked in to his office the actual time would have 15 min if we did not ask a series of questions. He was quick to point every thing out in black and white. So the only thing I can say is if these three guys are the standard of employees at Jim butler then they and Jim Butler have no place to go but straight to the Top Joe and Barb

I would definately recommend this dealer. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. I got an estimate from Annie over the phone and internet and when I arrived at the show room she introduced me to Marvin Smiley who spent a lot of time with me. There was no high pressure shown and Marvin worked with me and my insurance company on my trade in. The finance gentleman was also very friendly and did not try to pressure me into buying extended warranty. Marvin went over everything on the car with me and helped me transfer items from my trunk and glove compartment. I really appreciated that. All in all he was a big help.

I had heard about this dealership from a friend. My wife and I told Mike Mclean the KIA sportage that we were interested in. He found a match the same day. We were treated very nice by Mike, and I feel that we got a good price. I feel confident that we will have good service from this dealer because of the feedback I have recieved from the dealership.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, respectful, courteous and he made my car purchasing experience a very, very positive one. I recommend him highly, and I am very happy with my Kia Soul. The rest of the staff was really nice and helpful as well. He made me feel confident that I was making the right choice.

This was one of the best car buying experience I've ever had, and at 70 years of age, I've had a lot of cars. Andrew Cohen was impressive in his knowledge of the product and wen't all out to point out features we wouldn't have noticed. All in all, it was terrific. The service department is better than the Mercedes dealer I used to go to.We will recommend Jim Butler to anyone who ask's about the car. Thank'sAl Gaydos

The help was great. I came in knowing what I wanted but had no experience with leasing or trading in the car. I spoke with a previous dealer and this place saved me around 70$ a month. No one was pushy, and went out of the way to get the car I wanted.

This dealership is doing it the right way. Everyone I talked to was friendly, informative, etc. No pressure...very relaxed. Even the other salespeople that I observed that I didn't work with were talking to and treating customers with respect. With first hand experience of other dealers not doing those things, I can tell you it's appreciated. I'm glad I chose Butler Kia. Marvin was my salesperson after Annie brought me in via Internet Sales. Annie was great, getting everything quoted and setup in advance. Marvin made the final test drive and closing process very easy. He was extremely patient and attentive as we walked thru the buying process and just the setup of the nav system and other features in the car. He even offered to help me on his day off if I had questions today or any other day as I became acclimated with the new car. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking at a Kia.

Brandon was very helpful even after the sale. He worked with my wife in setting up all the accessories and answering all of her questions. Even some of the questions he couldn't answer, he brought out the service manager to answer them.

I am a broker myself, so I fully understand how sales work inside and out. I had Andrew Cohen at Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield, MO. Mr Cohen, without a doubt was the most unprofessional, unknowledgable, shady, rude car sales man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came in Jim Butler Kia with the intent of finding out how much my trade would be worth so that I could get out of my current loan and into a Kia Rio. Mr. Cohen was not willing to work with me and consider calculating the worth of my trade in unless I was sure on a car I would consider. I caught on immediately that he wanted a for sure sale going before he was willing to waste his time with paperwork and effort on a no-sale. One thing is for sure...he got his no- sale by taking that approach. He tried any sales approach he could to try and slither his way to a sale from me...but he was like celaphine...I saw right through him. I told him I live in reality and need an actual workable number for my trade in order for me to know what I could afford with the possible overage from my original loan. Mr. Cohen continued with probabilities, half way attempts at promises, and shady answers. When I told Mr. Cohen I couldn't give him a real answer on what I wanted because I needed to see what my car was worth (which he wasn't willing to look at and put an order in unless I committed to a car) he said, "You just have a real bad attitude and I can't work with you then with that kind of attitude." Because I saw through his unskilled sales approach he decided after feeling me out that I was just a waste of time and didn't want to help the customer after all. Mr. Cohen wants a for sure sale. After saying his little comment he decided to say that he just enjoys meeting new people even if he can't help them out because he is such a people person. Of course he also said all this while twiddling his thumbs, looking down at his desk, and not making eye contact at all. I wanted my Rio, but I refused to give him the sale so I left. Might I suggest Suntrup Kia in Manchester...I bought my Rio immediately after leaving Mr. Cohen's office. At least they hire people who understand customer service and that we are not walking wads of money walking through the door...better yet...they don't employee Andrew Cohen! Very attentive advice and service. I usually dread the car buying process. This guy kept it real easy and even fun. We visited to decide if we were going to leave a brand we were loyal too. Salesperson explained difference clearly on all models. We chose an awesome Kia Optima and we are very pleased with the whole process.

After being referred by a friend, we drove an hour to this dealership. My son's car had been totaled by the hail storm and we were replacing it with a Kia Forte Koup.The first positive thing I noticed upon arriving is that we were NOT pounced on as soon as we drove up, we were able to look a bit prior to being greeted by Andrew. After being greeted by Andrew, we looked around, took a test drive and went inside to talk. We were never pressured to make a quick decision. Andrew reviwed all our options and answered all our questions. We did not buy a car on the initial contact, we did, shop around. We made our decision to buy from Andrew days later after looking at several places. This decision was based on the honesty, customer service and price and just an overall "good feel" we had in working with Andrew. The car my son picked out was not on the lot, so Andrew made some calls and got my son the EXACT car he wanted, and even better, it has sport wheels that he did not expect. We were overjoyed by the vechicle and we paid the price we were quoted.The entire experience was incredible, I would definately recommend Andrew and this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a car.

Went to Suntrup Kia first. Website offered 5000.00 over KBB for trade. They actually offered $4000.00 under and did not drop from the msrp at all. Basically being messed over on both ends. Left there. Went to Jim Butler. Greeted by Andrew Cohen. He was very attentive and helpful. Brought the car we wanted to see to us. We did not even have to walk around. We picked out the Kia Optima SX. They came pretty close to trade in value and came down on price to meet us in the middle. Finance manager Justin Johnson was very helpful and friendly as well. Didnt have to sit and wait for hours to deal with finance department. Justin had us in and out very quickly. The entire experience was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Kia.

Wow! I have never had such a good experience with buying a vehicle. I called and set up an appointment, had a slight idea of what we wanted in mind, and wow did they go above and BEYOND my expectations to get me and my family into the PERFECT car for us at the perfect price. We drove from across the river because of a few commercials we saw, and online reviews. They gave us every detail we needed, AND MORE. working with Mike Mclean was great. He lets us drive several cars, and accomodated us far beyond what I would have expected. Even went the extra mile and showed me every detail with my new car, and KNEW what he was talking about. Nothing beats a knowlegable salesman. Justin Johnson even gave us some advice on helping in our future, which was unexpected. Everyone at this dealership has been amazing. I loved the no hassle buying experience. I felt I was offered a good deal for my trade and wasn't manipulated by the numbers game. Greg was very friendly and took the time to explain any and all my questions. Even though I came at 8:00, I never felt like I was being rushed or like they were annoyed with my presence. Justin was so great to me and gave me a great deal on my warranty. I wasnt even considering an extended warranty but he made a great case and more importantly the price was right. Thank you so much for a great experience and I will recommend this dealership to others in the future. Kudos to the salesperson for showing us what we wanted and for not trying to over sell us with stuff we didn't need. My husband was looking to buy a car and Marvin (who was on his day off) helped him, Marvin was courteous and polite, did not pressure my husband and was willing to match the other prices we got. Sadly he didn't have the car we wanted in stock so we bought from somebody else. I told Marvin I would be buying a new car within a few months and to check back with me. He always did and was very polite. I finally decided to get a car and Marvin got me a deal I could not refuse. It was better than USAA pricing. I told him what I expected and he got it for me. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The finance manager was also very nice, he got us a very good rate, there were no hidden fees, no pressure to buy the extended warranty. It was a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend them. The guys from the service department are very nice as well. I take my other Kias to Jim Butler because it's closer to home and the service is fantastic.

Dealership responded via online quote request and provided exactly what I asked for. They answered all of my questions and did not expect me to come to the dealership first. My salesman Don Wright was friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. My overall experience at Jim Butler Kia was excellent. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to others and I will be using this dealership for future purchases.

We got the price we desired for our trade in, the price we were looking to spend on our new sportage, and they had the car ready and delivered from out of state within 24hrs! Our payments were kept within our budget as asked as well.

First - Jim Butler had a great selection of cars. Other dealers did not have the inventory - so that was what brought me to Jim Butler. The next thing that brought me in was Mike McLean. After talking to him on the phone - and i will add Mike listened to what i wanted - i was confident that the Kia i wanted was somewhere on their lot. The sales experience was very nice. I was not pressured, and the negotiations were easy. Mike and team saved me a full point on my financing and offered me a fair trade in. I got all the options i wanted and drove off within hours in my new Kia Soul! I would reccommend this dealership to anyone - i shopped several and this dealership provided the experience i expected when buying a car. Nice job!

Even though our deal hasn't been approved I want to commend the staff that helped us yesterday. We are trading a newer vehicle, so we are upside down, we walked into the dealership a half hour before closing time and our credit is not steller after a foreclosure. This did not detour the staff at Jim Butler Kia. We we given exceptional service from the girl answering the phone to help us with directions, the salesman who was spot on talking to us about inventory and the most honest and forthright finance person we have ever dealt with. We drove away very impressed and my husband's comment was, "even if this doesn't work out for us....I will direct every person I know looking for a Kia to this dealership." Never once did they make us feel like we were wasting their time, keeping them late (even though we did, and I told them we could come back, but they told us "no problem")or that our hard to work deal was not important to them. Guys, I hope that you get as many pats on the back from your leaders as you should. We have shopped a lot of car dealerships and you truly are the best team we have had the pleasure of working with.

I bought a new Kia Optima from Jim Butler. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very enthusiastic, but never high pressure. The promises made in my earliest discussions with them were kept.No service experience yet (hence the 'N/A's) but when I do I'll post a review of that as well.I would recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone that wants a smooth, professional car buying experience.

Don and brandon all the way! I just recently bought a kia soul 2012 brand new and I absolutely love it! The Experience the friendliness the overall caring everything was excellent. I love my car! If you're looking into buying a kia I would for sure go to jim butler they're all nice it's hard to pick just 1 salesman. I feel like they helped me to much. They made buying a car so much fun and easy. Im a 23 year old female. Im the one buying it not my parents I feel like they didnt judge me when I walked in and the y were straight shooters. I went to other kia dealers and they didn't even want to talk to me or answer my questions. I feel like they took care of me and by the time I got the car and they showed me how to work everything I didn't want to leave because it was such a great experience. I give them 100 not a 10.

I started my search on the internet for a used car and came out with a brand new one. brandon responded back to me quickly each time i had questions. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt very comfortable. By asking me a few simple question Don was able to find me the exact car I was looking for. Don was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. His number one goal seemed to be my satisfaction with the car. I submitted a request for an internet bid on a 2012 Sorento in late January. Annie responded quickly with a very good price and we had a deal withing a few hours of me submitting my request. Don helped me complete my purchase and Justin handled the financing and I was out the door with my new Sorento the same day! A very good experience, not like other dealers. I have driven the Sorento for two weeks now and I love it!!

First time in a Kia dealarship and we were introduced ti Don. Always have the feeling your getting ripped off by salesman. Not in this case, very informative, approachable , and even though what I wanted at the time wasn't available, knew he would be looking out for us. In the meantime visited other dealarships and didn't have that feeling. Went back to Don and made a purchase! Best car ever. We went back and bought another one for our daughter. We were considering using a Kia dealership closer to our home in Ballwin, but when they didn't bother to call us back, we went to Butler. Great decision! They instantly responded to my Internet inquiry, and made our buying experience one of the best I've ever had. I'm 50 years old, so this was not my first car buying experience. We were treated very courteously and professional from the moment we stepped into the dealership until we left with our new car a couple hours later. There were NO high pressure sales tactics, no attempts at baiting and switching. The price negotiation happened very quickly. The financing was great and the business office treated us well, again, with out a lot of high pressure attempts to sell us things we did not want or need. I would recommend Jim Butler to anyone in the market for a new car, or a used car. I unhesitatingly give Butler a "5" in every category.

I contacted a number of dealerships about leasing a new car. I got many callbacks! Meg at Jim Butler was the most professional and pleasant. She did not pressure me but each week she followed up with me gently. At one point she asked if I still wanted to receive emails! I was impressed. More than a month after we first spoke I contacted her and told her I was ready to try my hand at getting a new lease. She put me in touch with Justin and he invited me in. I was worried about my credit. He allayed my fears worked out all the details. I went to the showroom and Justin referred me to Andrew. Andrew is high-energy and very helpful. He allowed me to try 3 cars with no complaints and no pressure. When I settled on the Sportage over the Sorento that I was originally interested in, he did not try to up-sell or persuade me. He walked me through all the details and showed me all the features of the car. This to date has been my best car buying experience. I do plan to purchase another car from them at some point.

I am a Jim Butler Kia customer for life! I couldn't believe how dedicated, helpful, honest, and friendly the staff here was. I've never felt more welcome and appreciated by a business before in my life. I spoke over the phone with Meg McMurtry prior to even coming in, as I was discouraged from my seemingly endless and painful search for a new vehicle, and was immediately surprised and impressed by how helpful, knowledgeable, and just plain nice she was to a complete stranger. After speaking with Meg a couple more times, I came in and ended up purchasing my new car (which I LOVE) that day! Meg had everything done already when I came in and honored everything she had promised. Brandon and Ben McFarland also worked with me, and they both were amazing as well. What a wonderful staff all together! I am so happy to say that I will never again have to go through the tedious process of trying to find a good dealership, because I've already found the BEST one...Jim Butler Kia!

We'd been looking for my 40th birthday present (a convertible) for months and stumbled upon our 2007 Mazda MX5 at Jim Butler Kia. My husband and I came to Jim Butler and met with Andrew (we were referred directly to him by a mutual friend) to look at some pre-owned cars. We are on a limited budget and needed to be clear that we were still in the early stages of looking and Andrew was welcoming and willing to take the time to show us some options. We did not feel the usual pressure expected when looking at cars. He definitely was helpful, informative, willing to take time to provide good customer service even though he knew he might not be making a sale that day. But there is a good chance he will be in the near future. Even though we did not purchase that day, we just wanted to give feedback about our positive experience. Andrew was great to work with. He answered all my questions, was very helpful in assisting me to choose a car that suited my needs and wants, and most importantly, my price range. He was not high-pressure at all, and I appreciated that so much. He did not try to talk me into something that I could not afford - in fact, just the opposite...he and his manager Ben worked together to find a car I could afford. Love my Kia. Knew I knew I wanted one after researching. From the quality, the warranty and service, I will probably get another someday but I would go back for Andrew specifically. He was so helpful, not pushy at all, got all the answers and made it fun right down to the last detail, like he was getting the car ready for a friend...or his mom! Just bought a great KIA Sorento SX from Andrew a few days ago and what I thought was going to be the dreaded car purchase was turned into a fun, easy, streamlined process. We went on several test drives, and when I found the vehicle I wanted, Andrew got me more than fair value for my trade in and a great discount on the car. Most importantly he didn't keep me waiting for a response, he treated me with class and enthusiasm, and we didn't have to keep going back and forth over price haggling. He asked me what I can do to make it easy for everybody. I told him where I had to be and he got me there with his managers approval. When I went into finance and paid with Justin, he told me that the wait was worth it (I had to wait about 20 minutes to see him as he was preparing my paperwork, and as Andrew said it takes a few minutes because it's a car not a tv lol). But boy, Justin was right! My rate Justin gave me was better than what my bank offered. I haven't been to service yet but I did take a brief tour of that department and the impression I got was it's very clean. I will update this review after my first experience with them.

Just recently purchased a new Kia Optima from Jim Butler Kia. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone. All the people I worked with and met at the dealership were very friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank my salesmen Andrew though! I've bought a few cars over the past few years from different dealerships and salesmen and the experience at Jim Butler and with Andrew is totally different. He is very upbeat, straight forward, knowledgeable and not to pushy. He answered all my questions about the car and made me feel like he cared about more than just the sale, which is so important to me! If you are looking for a new car you have to check Kia out and stop by Jim Butler Kia, ask for Andrew and you will not be dissapointed.

Meg was great to work with she is fast with information and very helpful.Andrew Cohen is loud and disrespectful,I can see why he is selling cars now instead of houses.He is what everyone imagines a car salesman to be like.He acted like he was going to throw this in and that in when Meg had told us this before.I'm sure this would have been a much better experience if I had just dealt with Meg.They do need to have more people in the finance department,took over and hour just to get in to close the deal.I have never taken that long to get to the finance guy!The best advice I can give is if you have to work with Andrew Cohen either ask for someone else or leave Jim Butler and "RUN" to another dealer!!!! Meg rocks though.

I found the vehicle on the web. Once I gave the the dealer my information, they immediatly contacted me. They were great to answer all my questions and accomidate me in my quest for this vehicle. The following day I met with Andrew Cohen at Jim Butler Kia. Andrew showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive. The vehicle was very nice so now it was time for the dreaded price nagotiations. Much to my surprise Andrew was straight forward and painless to deal with. The whole experience was short and sweet and I am well pleased with everythng. I would recommendthis dealer.

This buying experience was very good. I got the right car for me at the right price and traded in my old Mazda for a good trade-in price. Very happy with the dealer so far. This was my first experience there and I found it easy to get to the dealer in Chesterfield Valley.

I am giving this review for everybody I worked with at the dealership, but it is mostly due to Meg McMurtry. I was wanting to trade my Camaro and had contacted the dealership prior to knowing payoff on Camaro. I had to cancel extended policies on vehicle to get an accurate payoff amount. This took almost 2 months. The whole time Meg stayed in touch with real emails not those fake emails everbody gets, and she was genuine not pushy in any way. Well I finally recieved payoff amount on my trade so I sent her an email Sun night 6/26 and she responded before 9 the next morning. I set it up to meet her at 4 the afternoon. I arrived early not even really thinking that she might not be ready for our appt. She came right out, looked me in my eyes and shook my hand and was just a for real woman. Much to my suprise she had several tattoos and that just sealed the deal!! When I saw that I didnt care what kind of car I left with I knew I was going to be happy dealing with her! Shes very personable and a real person. Looking at someone when you meet them and giving them a real handshake (hers is better than most dudes,not manly just genuine) is whats important. The tats made it that much better! She rocks that dealership! Mike and Justin were good but Meg is why that I went in there, and ultimatly why I bought the car. Please give her props she deserves it!

This is by far THE best dealership ive ever dealt with. First off, Meg McMurtry did everything and anything she could to get me this car, and i totally appreciate how nice she was/is. The help meg gave, it was unreal, the amount of listening that went on and got me exactly what i was looking for in my "price range" as opposed to a previous dealership (which i wont mention any names). Secondly, brandon smith is the coolest car salesman ive ever met. he showed me the ins the ups the downs and everything in between about the car and being a first time buyer, highly recommend that dude to anyone and anyone whether youre looking to buy a car or not. Last (but not least), Justin Johnson, let me just say that dude knows what hes doing, and big props to getting me financed (which i honestly didnt think i would be). he also did an awesome job. I would never recommend buying any used cars from this dealership. I cant speak on New cars for i bought a used 2005 Subaru WRX with about 112000 miles on it the price they were asking was a bit high but this kinda car is hard to come buy so i figured i'd go for it. i found the post of the car on Craigslist and contacted the saleman and he told me the car wasnt there and he didnt know where it was. it was till a week later of me calling everyday did we find out that they took the car to get the power steering pump replaced. After they fixed that i came in and look at the car and test drove it. I thought it ran great so i was ready to make a deal. The only plus to this dealership was the finance guy i wish i could remember his name he really tried to get me the best deal which i feel i got. about 28 days later havent even made my first payment or tittled the car i went to our river property cleaned up the flooded areas and yes it was muddy but agian this is a subaru these cars are better then some trucks in this kind of enviroment finish up got on the main highway got up to 60 mpg and the car shut off. Had it towed to Lou Fusz Subaru the informed me my motor is locked up and most likely done for i asked them how this happened and they showed me my dip stick there was a little drop of oil on it and they stated there was no leakage anywhere. So the only thing i could come with how you loose almost 3 qaurts of oil in 28 days is that it was never there so i contacted jim butler and after being ignored for a week in a half the used car manger Austin told me i bought it as is that he doesnt have to help me that it was my fault becuase i didnt check my oil and it was just a bad purchase on my part. So then i tried to contact the GM Brad Sowers and he of course went and back his team up and told me that im screwed and even told me that they have our convo recorded and tried to tell me the things i siad were out of line but the fact his used car dealer raised his voice with me and told me he didnt care about anything that he could sell me a car with sawdust in the tranmission and as long as i bought it as his the dealership can just sit back and laugh. I never asked the dealership to fix the car all on thier on i wasnt looking for a hand out since i did buy it as is and i didnt check the oil (even though i dont feel like i should have to after a short time not even 3k miles of driving) but all in all Jim Butler sells bad cars and they know it thats why they hide behind their as is warranty and screws over the buyer. and i will post this on ever review site i can to try and protect other people from buying from them. And again dont get me wrong this was on used car not speaking bad about their new cars but i would imagine they work the same way.

Great experience at this store. We shopped all day and were hassled by salesman pressuring us to "buy today". When we got to Jim Butler Kia, everyone was laid back and no one pressured us in to anything! Truely an enjoyable experience!!

I have never experienced such an easy car purchase. I sent an email online and was responded to immediately, and Meg was great! I worked with two different salesmen, and both were nothing short of awesome. Ben M is not your "typical" GM, and made it a point to come and meet me. Justin in finance was awesome, too. It is definitely safe to say that i will return in the future, as well as recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

We had a great experience at Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield Valley. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and we got a great deal when trading in our vehicle for a used Kia Sportage. We would definitely use this dealership again in the future and recommend it to others.

I had gone to other Kia dealerships and had some very unpleasant experiences,I was walking in to the dealership already expecting to leave unhappy;this was not how I left. I had contacted Don Wright on Thursday to make an appointment for Friday, I already knew exactly what I wanted and Jim Butler Kia already had it on the lot. Friday when I got there, he had the car ready for me to test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. Now was the time for the trade in cost and how much my payments were going to be; I was in shock, they were giving me exactly what I was hopeing for. When I left Friday, I left being a new car owner of the 2011 Kia Sportage and I didn't feel like they "got me". Don Wright was a joy to work with and I have alreay told a dozen or so people that if they're looking for a KIA, Jim Butler in Chesterfield is the place to go. I will be back again when looking for a new car or a trade in, they are honest hard working people who try to give back the same to their car owners.

Andrew was polite as soon as my wife, daughter and myself walked into the dealership. He asked every question necessary to get us what we needed. My wife to this day only let me drive "OUR" car twice. Once home after we purchased the car and once to the store. So that tells you how much she loves it. The staff at Jim Butler Kia were truly amazing! Meg was so quick to reply to all of my emails/calls, and was always so friendly doing so. Her emails were real, and not "form" emails you get from every other dealership. She went out of her way to help us reach our goals, and not just want the dealership wanted us to do.When I came in, Ben was so helpful and so welcoming. Both Meg and Ben were very personable and made you feel right at home, even though we were there to get a car! They honored all the pricing and information that Meg had previously emailed over to us. The managers and Justin in the finance department were amazing, too! Everyone made sure we were happy.It is definitely safe to say that we will be sending ALL of our family and friends to Jim Butler Kia. We look forward to having our Service work completed there, as well as making our next car purchase.

I began my search for a new vehicle with Meg McMurtry via email. She is a valuable employee to Jim Butler's Kia dealership. She responded within hours of my first search, and continued working with me for a week finding the vehicle I was most interested in via email. Not one of her responses read like a "form letter", and trust me I received plenty of them. Meg was a pleasure to work with.When I approached the doors to the dealership, I was met by Mark Faupel, who not only opened the door but greeted me with a hello, and asked if I was there to see someone in particular. He was very enthusiastic and remembered and used our first names the entire evening. He really pays attention to particulars. Minutes later, Ben McFarland introduced himself and I was pleasantly surprised that he was not your typical General Sales Manager. Not once did I ever feel pressured, and this was at the end of the month. Whether or not the dealership made their goal for March, I'll never know, which is a plus for the customer's sake. He knew I had been working with Meg and handed me the keys to a Sportage, which is what I was originally interested in. After my test drive, he listened to my comments and suggested I test drive a Soul. He reviewed the features, specs and options, and lo and behold, we bought two identical Soul Sports (Tiger Edition) vehicles. I can see why he's the General Sales Manager; he made the entire process so convenient. Justin Johnson, the finance manager, made the financing aspect pleasant and stayed with us until 11:45 p.m. Keep in mind, this dealership's hours on this particular night were till 9:00 p.m. He explained and reviewed our paperwork which was completed that evening. He even sold us the extended warranties. Again, no pressure from the dealership.I will by all means refer Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. It's not often these days you find purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone! I was looking to trade in my gas guzzeling suv but nervous to visit dealerships because it had been a while since I bought a new car.
