I was driving an older car that I no longer felt was safe due to the distance I commute to work. Luis was so helpful and answered every single one of met my questions, helped me test drive every car I wanted. Went over safety stats on all of them. He was super knowledgeable and was the reason I went with the Tucson 1.6t... I had initially looked at a Kia Sportage. But the vehicles were very similar and the service at Hyundai was exceptional.

The fact that I have purchased 6 Hyundai from this dealership says alot. the service is excellent, the personal at Jim Click dealership has the best in the business, this includes salesman, office people, service employees even the waiting room where they offer fresh fruit, coffee any filtered water. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

They should not pass customers from an experience sales person to a less experience sales person. I realized after I go there that the dealership was preparing for a sale at the TCC the next day. I should have gone home right then but hung in there for 6 hours and nearly lost my temper. Besides the sales person the finance person failed to set up my account properly. I spoke to the person numerous times to use my PO BOX number rather than the address on my drivers license . The address on my license is an unsecured mail box 1 mile from my house checked several times a week. The unsecured mail box gets only junk mail. I found the bill on Sunday and went online and changed the billing address.

The price was explained in a way to appear to be much cheaper than it normally was, but it was still way more than the price I could afford. I was guarenteed a discount and it wasn't until a week later did they tell me I no longer qualified for it.

Rob McNamee was an excellent salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him, and he was careful to check me out with the car before I drove off the lot. He has since checked in with me to make sure I didn't have any questions. Excellent employee! I did not appreciate having to listen to the man who drew up the final papers about extra options that I did not want. He was very nice, however. Everyone who talked with me at Jim Click at the Auto Mall was very friendly and professional. An excellent car purchasing experience.

Surfing the web was a time saver since I was moving in 3 days from Mesa to Tucson and donating my car. So, I needed a dealer in Tucson who could help me buy a car over the Internet, ready for me to drive on Monday. My first email from Internet Sales Consultant, Rob McNamee, began a two conversation and I did pick out my car, sight unseen. He did pick me up at my home and let me test drive the new car, before I signed for the loan with no money down. I really like the life-time maintenance. It was one of the best experience Ive had with a car dealer since moving to Tucson in 1996 This my 11th car since Ive moved here I just went thur one of the of the worst experience on the car I traded in. It was such a pleasure working with Jaime G sales dept and Leo Finance dept. they did what they said they would do . At signing of contract Leo went over every thing so I knew what I was getting before I signed. Jaime went out of her way to get me the best deal could get because I was trading in a New Hyundai I had just in May. I couldnt be more pleased with the deal and car that I now have I buy a new car about every 2 yrs always lose a little money but enjoy driveinf new car so on my next purchase Jim Click will be my first choice Thank you Jaime and Leo

I have bought a lot of cars from Jim Click, as many as 12. I came in looking for Doug Vernon, my sales man for most of the car purchases. At first disappointed that he was not there anymore. Pleasantly surprised that Tyler, the salesman assigned to us had been trained by Doug. A real stroke of luck, Tyler is knowledgable, attentive and had great input. To put it in context, my wife and I came into help our daughter buy her first car, Tyler suggested a lease. Awesome move, he found her a car she loves. Well it went so smooth my wife and I came back a couple days later and leased a new Elantra hatchback, Tyler even found one with the roof rack we wanted. when we first started looking for a new car we researched the various makes and models, reviewing the latest consumer reports and determining the options we would like. We went to a couple of dealers and found that there is something of a "formulaic method" to which many dealers approach potential new car buyers. We were asked a few questions and shown models that matched our desires, sometimes with features we didn't need that drove the price northward. When we talked about the asking price for their car and informed them of our financial needs and trade-in value of our car we started to encounter difficulty. The salesman scribbled a few numbers on a worksheet and scratched out some figures while circling others. This made keeping track of their offer cumbersome. I felt like we were playing a shell game trying to guess where the deal will be. After several trips to visit the "sales manager" our salesmen generally returned with this "Wizard of Oz" character who informed us of either dismal finance rates and trade-in values which caused us to leave without hesitation. We were starting to have second thoughts about getting a new car. Then we visited Jim Click Hyundai/Mazda and met Rob McNamee. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see without asking more questions than was necessary and ensured he did more listening than talking which we appreciated very much. Once we decided upon the model we liked and told him the deal were wanted, he produced it! Very casual and friendly, Rob and his associates made us feel like we were among sympathetic neighbors that were just as happy to put us behind the wheel of a new car as we were getting there. The whole time spent was minimal yet Mr. McNamee stayed with us until all transactions were completed and we drove home in our new car. Because we came to this dealership late in the day, we kept a few employees late while helping us. I never detected anything but cordial hospitality from Rob McNamee and his crew. Overall, this car purchase was the best of my life and I heartily recommend Rob McNamee and the Jim Click Mazda/Hyundai dealership for your next new car purchase!

Our purchase started weeks before with my wife and I evaluating and test driving many cars. My wife tends to be quicker to purchase than I am. I was looking for a vehicle that we would have for up to ten years. I wanted something we could travel in comfortably and still be safe and somewhat economic around town. We decided on the Hyundai Tucson. It was a good value, nicely styled and seemed to meet all our requirements. Shortly after purchasing it my wife and her sister went on a short out of town trip (100 miles each way). They were both comfortable and enjoyed the trip. Our salesman, Tyler Scott was wonderful and the manager Rocky Pierson was helpful as well. I will recommend your dealership and Tyler. As a mater of fact my sister in law purchased a Tucson as well.

We already wrote what can certainly be used for our review comments on the previous page concerning our salesperson, Mr. Akram Ghannam. The finance gentleman, Glen Dean, was also very helpful in his willingness to let us know ahead of our decision what costs might be added for the warranty package we wanted to purchase. The only cost we were not aware of ahead of time was the price for the added security system. Once we update our cell phone, Akram has very generously agreed to help us set things up for the blue-tooth in the car.

Greeted promptly by Adrian who asked us the correct amount of questions prior to showing us the variety of models I was interested in. Test drive went well, then to the office. Adrian assisted us in getting the best deal and completed his part of the paperwork quickly. Got to meet a number of the staff. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and they helped me understand the process and gave me plenty of time to go over the details for myself until I was satisfied. I actually asked for the person that handled finance and warranties to go over the fine print with me and he was more than willing to. They were very willing to work on the price with me as well as my trade-in. Doug was very courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. My husband and I were there for almost eight hours, too long to buy and finance a car. That is just ridiculous. We have bought about seven other cars there and it never took that much time. Also I wanted my car financed thru Vantage West Credit Union where I have had most of my cars financed thru and I was told several times they will not finance it, you will get a better rate at a credit union I have never heard of out of state. Didin't like that. After I get my license and a registration I have spoken to Vantage West and they will be refinancing my vehicle. You should try harder to make customers happy, especially when we have purchased so many vehicles from you. Am very happy with the car but not the financing.

Rob was very patient with me and helped me when I decided I wanted a Veloster Rally Edition. Unfortunately, the release date was never revealed and information was sparse. I settled for a blue Veloster Turbo. The price on the website was not the price I was charged, even after I questioned this and showed him their own website listing for this vehicle. When I took delivery of the vehicle, the exterior and most of the interior where clean, but I later found the engine bay covered in dirt along with dirt streaks in the rear hatch and rear seat. I texted Rob along with photos of the dirt, and was told that he had "spent a lot of time with the deatailer going over the vehicle." No other efforts have been made to make this right.
