This was my first time dealing with a new car dealership I was pleasantly surprized tommy was my salesmen he was so professional but at the same time made me feel like I was in charge. He got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to be at I couldnt be happier the optima is a great carOzzie

Bought a Kia Soul 2013 in March of 2013 ,I now have 30,000 miles The service at Jim Click Kia has been Awesome , absolutely no complaints workmanship and ethics are outstanding , Marco and the Jim Click Team are proffessional ,timely and polite . When in for service they broke my seat adjuster didn't say a word and when I talk to the supervisor he stated I wasn't in your car so be careful because they'll break something and not say anything about it

I can't thank Scott, the manager, and Aaron Greenberg at the Kia Dealership, on Wetmore, for being so courteous and helpful. I came in with a problem and very frustrated and Scott was so understanding and kind. I purchased a new 2016 Kia Forte because of their thoughtfulness and could not be more pleased. I have already spoke to my friends and have recommended this dealership to them. Buying my car was extremely easy. I can't give any stars to "Quality of Repairs" because it's a new car, but I had to fill it in to move forward. But when needed, I'm sure it will be a good experience. I am a very happy customer!!!!!

My wife went down to Jim Click Kia to check on the process for turning in our Sorrento lease and to look for a new car to replace it. Scott the manager worked with her to find the right car at the right price and made the the whole experience awesome. The new Optima is the right fit for us at this time. My wife loves it. I was very impressed with Jim Click Kia and its difficult to impress me. Their customer service and knowledge is top notch. I have never been in and out of a dealership when purchasing a new car so fast and painless as I experienced with this dealer. In addition, the salespeople worked their behinds off to get the best rate possible for me. The icing on the cake was getting FREE oil changes and tire rotations. What a great experience!Pat

On 29Jan 09, we purchased a new 2008 $25,500 KIA Sportage EX with most of the bells and whistles for $17,500.Everyone we dealt with were friendly, accommodating and willing to negotiate.
