I have several Ford Trucks that I have purchased on the years from Jim Golden Ford. We have always had a great working relationship. Our trucks have been services and problems fixed in a timely manner. He has helpful service people that can figure out the problem and fix it. I highly recommend Jim Golden and his employees.

Outstanding service by Jim Golden and his staff. I was pleased with the detailed explanation of all the features in the car. I was equally satisfied with Krissy in the credit department. I did not get to meet Rick (the sales rep) but he sent me a text thanking me for my purchase and letting me know that he is available should I have any follow-up questions.

A clip on the fender of our 2015 Explorer broke. We were notified as soon as the part came in and was fixed promptly. We are very satisfied with the service and love our Explorer. We would recommend Jim Golden Ford to everyone!

I have a 2015 F250 Super Duty pickup purchased in March. The first 7,500 mile service was great. I arrived at the Jim Golden Quick Lane around 7:00am and was second in line. Service was performed in a very timely and efficient fashion. I really appreciate the detailed check-sheet showing all the items that were examined. I was on my way before 8:00.

I was visiting in Camden,Ar and needed some assistance and went in and there wasn't anyone in the front and they're was only one lady in there and they had her truck in the air. If you've been there then you would know that on the right side, the crew workers can see in the inside ,meaning there's nothing there but a large window so they seen me. One of them actually did smile but there were workers who seen me and didn't even acknowledge me! after 5 minutes of waiting.. I LEFT. How rude? these people need to be reported. Not only did I not get my car serviced but they weren't any other cars being serviced. I could understand if the place was packed and they had a lot of cars but this wasn't the case at all. Just rude!
