Aspen is truly THEE most wonderful sales rep! He kept his upbeat cool sincere attitude polite with humor with all my an my husband questions~ he will teach me all bells an whistles tomorrow! You need a vehicle ask for Aspen he is awesome sales representative an he will answer all questions an help you out. Really nice person. **** UPDATE:**** Aspen set up everything for me in my New 2021 Jeep Renegade Latitude. I did not have to do anything. He is fantastic!

Jim Hayes is THE place to shop and buy a vehicle!! Our salesperson, Brooke Reeves was AMAZING and very attentive to our preferences- without all the usual “car salesperson B.S.”. Brooke was well informed on every vehicle on the lot and easily took us to vehicles that fit our expectations. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and made the entire experience feel like business with family!! Thanks for the new friendships and for the new truck!!!! You all rock!!

This is the 618 area Jeep dealer you want to do business with. After visiting several others with little success (poor negotiations, being brushed off in general, not being taken seriously on quality of trade-in) Jim Hayes worked for a fair deal that was good for all involved. Thanks to Mina Lands and Mike Jackson for making things reasonably painless and for the excellent follow-up.

This may well be one of the most pleasant car transactions I have experienced in my life. My wife and I felt welcome, and the entire dealership seemed to work very hard to make my visit a pleasant experience. The automotive consultant was knowledgeble, helpful, curteous, and answerred all questions about the car, a 2009 Ford Mustang Convertable. When we sat down with the loan officer, he was able to fins a lower interest rate than the 3.9 we already could get at our credit union.

Jim Hayes company listed a vehicle on Autotrader.com, and in the process is not honoring the price for which he had it listed for. Which is a voliation of the "Visitor Agreement" listed on the Autotrader.com website. So, I have had to notify the Better Business Bureau, Dodge, and my local Attorney Generals office, which a complaint was filed with each company. In a conversation I had with Jim Hayes personally, he stated the he is "1 in customer service", which with my experience i don't think that is accurate. I give this company a "0", and will not reccommend them to anyone.
