The experience was excellent. I started with an e-mail and explained my situation and my expectations. Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed what I was looking for and I would not accept any HARD SELL. The next step was I gave them a price of a vehicle that I was very seriously considering...a model from the same brand as we have been driving. Gave them my trade-in value. I told Mary, "don't waste my time...if you can do better, call me. They did MUCH better taking us from a nice brand to the upscale INFINITI QX30 model...more vehicle and a better price.The deal was done. They did not push "add ons" etc. We are thrilled with our new INFINITI even though our dealer is 60 miles away...it was and is well worth the travel!!!

Weeks ago I stopped into this Infinity dealer looking for a used M56x as they seemed to be hard to find. I met Vladimar who was very nice and professional and asked him to keep a look out for one. I didn't know if I would get a call back but last Friday he let me know one was just traded in and it was exactly what I was looking with all the options. They were very fair in pricing they competed all services and detailed the car, it looked great and I am very happy. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I have purchased several nice autos and I found everybody at this dealership very pleasant to work with. I just wanted to say thanks again for keeping my info and helping me find this very nice sedan. Thanks again, Eric

I bought a car from them with a trade in. The next day the transmission and the engine mounts were shot. I had the extended warranty, thank goodness.... I dropped the car off and for over a MONTH they kept it. It was always one thing or another. No one would call me back or even answer their voice mail.I finally was able to have multiple discussions with Art who is the Manager at the bargain lot where this was purchased, (however EVERYTHING was done through this dealership), who was so stating he was making things right and that they are so sorry. BULL... So after Art calls me and over and over again because I have just been asking for my old car back and lets me done, this is crazy stupid.. Art says that he has not only put in new engine mounts but a new transmission as well. LIES LIES LIESI get the car and the next day it slips so hard that I felt like I got rear ended. I called right away and guess what??? No one will answer the phone and when I go there, no one is there that can help; I have now made it a joke that I call 2 times a week and leave messages and it has been a month and not 1 call back!! As a female first time buyer, I am disgusted at the lies that they told and the lack of being human beings. They used MY FULL and every cent of the warranty that I BOUGHT to fix something that they NEVER EVER Fixed. I

Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department logged our interactions regarding an issue with the interior paint coverings peeling off. Even worse they said they still would cover it had Lupient Infiniti logged this issue. I guess it was more important for the service rep to try and get $1000+ in service and parts from me than try to work on behalf of the customer. Thanks for dropping the ball guys.

Ugh. This is a tough review to write. My wife and I were prepared to purchase a fully loaded Q50 from Sandy Lange. She's been great--extremely communicative, super friendly, super transparent, and willing to work with our unique situation. We felt quite welcomed each time we went to Lupient. I honestly can't say a single bad thing about the experience--with the exception of the GM over there, who reminded me of Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore. We got the sense that we weren't in the "fiscal situation" for a luxury car. At least, that was my impression.So, we put the 1,000 down on the car. And everything was set to go. However, because the dealership didn't carry a Q50 with all of the features we wanted, we opted to not do a test drive. Well, as the week passed, I decided to look at some other cars to be on the safe side. What I realized, is that we hadn't done a thorough test drive or walkthrough of the Q50. So we decided to go back to Lupient and try it.Sandy wasn't there that night but Morgan was great and handed us the keys and we were on our way. First thing we noticed is that the adaptive steering felt very disconnected from the car, despite trying it in every possible mode. This was really the issue.Greg honored his promise to refund us without a blink of an eye. We felt terrible--we really liked Sandy, but the Q50 seems to be a few steps away from being a truly refined vehicle. With that being said, if you're in the market for an Infiniti THIS is the place to go. Ask for Sandy or Greg. Avoid Shooter McGavin.

I went in for a break job and a gas tank issue. On the break job, I was quoted approx. $300 to fix them. After the completed the job, the told me the break would cost double what they quoted me. To try and hide/disguise this total sales process breach (doing 2x the work and telling the customer after the fact), they told me they gave me a 10% discount. It took me hours on the phone, and a rude service tech, to explain to the whole service department that this is not how a customer should be treated. They eventually came to their senses and did not change me for more than what they quoted but believe me, it was not easy to explain what I believe to be how to provide simple customer service.

Just purchased an '12 G37xS coupe from Jamie Larson at Lupient. I had been looking for months for the right color and equipment and after finding "the one" I contacted Jamie via email. After talking to Jamie I knew I was in good hands! I indicated that I needed a 4.5 out of 5 stars on the condition of this car, and going over my concerns and additional photos he sent, he assured me there were going to be no surprises once I saw the car. Have I said I was driving over 400 miles to look at this car, for the first time? Jamie was totally low pressure and profession all the way. So I drive to MN and Jamie was spot on, no surprises and I bought the car. Kathy was able to secure very competitive financing and Jamie's delivery of the vehicle was so smooth and not rushed. He even called me in the car halfway home making sure everything was good (at 11pm). Jamie is a great salesman and now a friend.

I purchased a brand new Q50 in January. My initial sales person was friendly and very helpful. I had my first encounter with the sales manager Greg then. My wife was pushed to purchase the Lupient package which included free oil changes and cold weather floor mats (which we got with the car). We had to decline three times before they stopped asking. My wife got pregnant a few months later. I called and emailed Greg to see what my options of buying a bigger vehicle would be. After a week and a half of no response I sent another email to him stating I would never be a customer again and cced his boss. In the meantime I called the other Infiniti dealership in MN and got immediate results and purchased my new QX80 through them, they have been a much better dealership with less hassel.

From the moment we walked in to the dealership we knew this was going to be a different experience. We have purchased a number of cars over the years and I would tell you that our experience was never as easy as the time we spent with Sandy at Jim Lupient Infiniti. Sandy greeted us and actually took the time to listen to what we were looking to find. She asked a number of thoughtful questions regarding use, size, features and never once pushed us towards a vehicle. Instead, she lead us to a selection of different models and proceeded to describe the pros and cons based on our answers to her questions. We were able to test drive the new Q50 and fell in love. At that point, Sandy was able to find the right color combination and even made the paper work (usually my least favorite part) easier than ever. We actually signed the documents, were able to go pick up our daughter and by the time we got back the car had been detailed and we were able to finalize with a few signatures.If you are in the market for a great vehicle and want a no pressure experience I would highly recommend heading to Lupient and asking for Sandy!

The Sales Consultants are extremely knowledgeable about the product line. The entire process, from the time I walked in to the showroom until I took delivery of my new car, was flawless!!! Most impressive is the manner in which the vehicle is delivered to the customer. The vehicle was parked in an exclusive delivery bay to ensure privacy during the delivery process while the Sales Consultant explains the features of the vehicle.This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have ever had!!!

Sandy was the best! She went out of her way to get me into a used Infiniti after I totaled my Maxima in early November. She kept me updated on the entire process the whole time and was energetic and enthusiastic that we could get a deal worked out. Mary's attention to detail and responsiveness was a breath of fresh air for us as she helped orchestrate the purchase of our new QX80 at Lupient. During the month previous to our visit to Lupient we had visited upwards of 8 dealerships looking for a new vehicle. During that experience we became fed up with sales folks ignoring our sated preferences in favor of trying to sell vehicles we did not want from existing inventory. Mary was by far the best sales person we met during our search for a new vehicle. We really appreciated her strong listening skills, forthright communication, and true interest in completing the best deal possible for us. Even after she had "made the deal" she was eager to follow up to provide quality service to make the overall experience of purchasing and owning the QX80 truly enjoyable. This is our fourth vehicle from Lupient Infiniti and we couldn't be happier. The staff is superb, the new digs fantastic and the service second-to-none. The whole experience was exceptional. Our kids, 8 & 12, love to entertain themselves at the snack area and check out the cars (hopefully not with sticky fingers). The Lupient staff is so kind and really makes us all feel comfortable and wanted.We ended up with a new (2013) G37x and it's wonderful (our third G - had one M). Evan Henderson & Greg Pomish are fab. We'll ALWAYS go back to those guys and the rest of the Lupient team for our Infinitis. Also has a great experience when I had some routine service done. Brandon in Service went above and beyond.

I recently was searching for a hard to find VW with tdi. In one day I talked to approximately 20 dealerships. But, one stood out, I called about a 2012 touareg at Lupient Infiniti in Golden Valley MN. I live in central Illinois approx. 589 miles from the dealership. When I initially called I left a voice mail for Sandy Lange. When Sandy called back within minutes The best car buying experience I have ever had started. While talking to Sandy I felt at ease and comfortable. She knew the car inside and out even though it wasn't their make. She personally had driven the car and answered every question I had. In the conversation we talked about kids, travel, work, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I made an offer on the car and they accepted the offer. Fast foward to 4 days later I left my home at 2am and drove to Minnesota with a freind that was going to Rochester, MN. Sandy met me picked me up and took me to the dealership. This is where the experience got even better. Sandy made sure I was comfortable if I needed anything after a long drive in the middle of the night. I met Greg Pomish the sales manager, I had never seen a sales manager at a dealership. ( They are the illusive guys that sit in an office somewhere and don't approve any deals) They truly made me feel like I was family. I had an issue with getting my insurance card faxed Sandy gave me her office to make phone calls back home to get the proper paperwork. Then I met with Kathy Crupi the business manager. She explained everything had all the paperwork filled out and ready to sign, even the paperwork for Illinois. I then took delivery of my car which was spotless full of fuel and ready to go. When I left the dealership It was the first time I had bought a car and had ZERO questions in my mind if I had gotten a good deal. To top it all off Sandy checked in with me several times on my drive home to make sure I liked the car and that I was doing ok.. I guess it comes down to this, Would I drive 589 miles each way again to purchase a vehicle from Lupient Infiniti YES ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

I did an online search, and had never driven an Infiniti. Sandy answered my email quickly, also left a voice mail for me the same day. That is why I came into the dealership. I was considering getting another Nissan, which I was very satisfied with, and not necessarily planning to buy an Infiniti.She was professional, pleasant, straightforward, and I totally enjoyed working with her. Her immediate response, great customer service and the fact that you had a car that I really liked that was available made me want to buy it. I never felt any pressure, and had all of my questions answered. After running around with insurance I called over to the dealership and I mentioned that I got into a accident and had a few scratches. Jamie Larson (the best) told me to come over right away and they would take a look. The minute I got there Lisa was there to greet me and they looked at my car and said they could fix it right then and there. I watched as they revamped my car along with Jarad into looking brand new and stayed longer than they needed to. Some reviews can seem cheesey but this is one is the truth. I went into this dealership on or about the 7th of August, 2012. At this point, my trade was valued and a price negotiated. We were about $600.00 off my the trade for my vehicle in order to pull the trigger and purchase from this dealership - As most saavy consumers I needed some time to think about this purchase; my goal was lowing my payment. Yes I had a 2012 Mercedes trading for a 2012 Infiniti (lease). On the 20th of August I was contacted by the salesman, Jaime Larson, asking if I was still interested or if I had purchased anything yet. I told him no. He stated they would stick by their numbers and make the deal happen. I took an additional 15 days to think about this purchase - On the 10th of September I contacted Jaime and stated that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle if the numbers would still work. He stated he would get in touch with his sales manager and get back with me. He called me and said, "we need you to come into the dealership, we can make the figures work." I went back into the dealership, they again looked at my car - it now had 300-400 miles more - no stratches - SAME VEHICLE - nothing changed. The sales manager told Jaime to come back to me and explain that my car would bring $2,500.00 less now and my payment $70.00 more per month. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!? After 20 days my car is worth $2,500.00 less - RIGHT - I THINK NOT! 1st of all if my 2012 is worth $2,500.00 less, certainly their vehicle which was STILL ON THE LOT is worth $2,500.00 less.........no of course I didn't expect that. They are a scam. They wasted my time, tried to 'con' me into a horrible deal. If anything changed it was the fact that the Infiniti was now on their lot an additional 20 days, a new month and more aggressive dealer incentives. RIDICULOUS. I have bought 36 vehicles in my day (Am no I'm not that old) and NEVER once have I been treated so poorly.Buyer beware.

Bought an 08 c300 Benz from them & love it.... I had to get it serviced & they got me right in to fix the problem.... also gave me a nice rental car to use while mine was in the shop.... I selected Jim Lupient Infiniti over the other Infiniti dealership in the area based on my initial conversation the with other dealership last year. After doing some research on-line I saw several positive reviews from previous customers. I was not disappointed. From the minute I arrived at the dealership I was treated with a high level of courtesy and respect. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and interested in helping in any way they could. Mary did a terrific job of showing me everything I was interested in seeing to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I looked at several options and when I ultimately landed on the beautiful black FX I instantly fell in love with everyone did a great job of putting together a menu of purchase and lease options to choose from. I traded my 2004 G35 and received enough in trade for it that I didn't even feel the need to haggle over it. The finance aspect went perfectly and when all was finally said and done it was after closing time. Rather than rush me out Mary spent more than enough time walking me through the many bells and whistles intent on making sure I had everything set how I wanted before leaving. If I'm still in the area 39 months from now I'll definitely be going back to see the folks at Jim Lupient Infiniti.

Being a previous Infiniti owner I would not have thought I would be so incredibly pressured to buy. I went in purely gathering information. The sales person was over zealous and really pushing me into a decision after repeatedly saying I was just exploring options. I don't fall into this type of pressure, so it began putting a bad taste in my mouth. I was then accused of sending mixed signals about wanting to buy, even though I made it perfectly clear I was not buying that day. The sales person even went as far as to have the vehicle washed and brought up front and telling me I could leave in it that day. When all was said and done I left and a few days later sent a question by email, which I never received a response. It's apparent that I do not rate as a customer anymore since I didn't buy a car on my first trip to the dealership.I have since crossed Infiniti off my list and I'm about ready to purchase a new BMW as the sales staff at BMW of Minnetonka have been helpful and not pushed me in anyway. They actually encourage me to go home and think over the options.

I had purchased my vehicle elsewhere, only because I wanted an Italian brand that the Lupient family does not carry. But that doesnt mean I had to forgo the all the peace of mind that the Lupient team has to offer. Sure, any dealer can sell you an overpriced temporary wax job finish protection. But I wanted the same protection that the people at Boeing, Gulstream, even the President of the United States depend upon. That is why I went with the Cilajet protection package. Cathy Crupi, the Lupient Infiniti business manager, even showed me the video from Jay Lenos Garage, where Jay Leno cant say enough about the product. I figure if the Cilajet protection package is good enough for Jay Lenos rare multi $100,000.00 classics, its good enough for my little baby. Baseball season is upon us, and if you want triple-play protection, I recommend that you play with the Cilajet product, Kathy Crupi, and the Lupient Infiniti team!

Every experience we have with Connie is excellent. Connie and this Infiniti dealership offer great service - better than any other dealership -- and we've been die-hard Toyota owners. We were late for our 90,000 mile maintenance, but early for the 120,000 mile check. Although the service would have cost $900, Connie called to point out that we would have been duplicating services that we really didn't need yet. Instead she recommended some of the basics, and then bringing it back for the full treatment at 120,000 miles. When has a car dealership ever talked you OUT of ANY service that was unneccesary? I was so impressed - but then I always am by Connie and everyone we've dealt with at this dealership. Connie always returns calls when she says she will, and usually everything is delivered early!

i been to many dealers( Lexus of wayzata, and Acura) and just because i wasn't wearing a tuxedo, they didnt even bother in helping me instead gave me a weird look like if i didn't have any money. But lupient infiniti was a whole new experience, for the first time i been to a dealer I was treat as somebody really important even though i'm not. All the staff really knows how to treat people, no matter if you wear a tux or not. Steve Savitt was very helpful and helped me through the whole process of fixing my car.I really want to thank all the staff of lupient Infiniti keep up the good work and the way you treat your customers.

Second used vehicle purchased from Lupient Infiniti. Five plus years ago, purchased a used QX4 from Mike Lessner.Best car/suv buying experience of my life. The service over the years was excellent with a single exception. During those years a woman service writer (can't remember her name) was exceptional.Went looking for a newer used car this time. Wasn't planning to take one home. Obviously did ... a 2007 M35x.Was the equal of a one in Des Moines. Better price, more for my trade-in, and a great experience. Lisa did a great job of listening to what my needs and wants were and made my car buying process painless. I have purchased at least 20 cars in my life and this by far was the easiest to do as far as what I wanted, the price I needed to have and the small amount of time "negotiating". We have always had good service there. The service people are always very nice. I really like Lisa Polson, she is very professional while being friendly at the same time. We will definately buy our next car from her (We have bought two so far).there was one time that we wern't "thrilled" we took the M in for a wash and the tires were still dirty when the car came back. My husband pointed it out to the technician and he was insulted that Lonnie asked him to take it back and redo the tires.Otherwise everyone is great!

This is our first venture into the luxury SUV world. My husband checked out all of the dealers who had vehicles in the same class as the EX35. One local dealer's sales staff was so arrogant that they scattered as my husband entered the dealership. That definitely did NOT happen at Jim Lupient Infiniti. My husband came home so excited and raving on about the EX35 and Mary (the sales rep) and Kathy (the finance rep)(this was the only place that elicited that response from him) that I knew that was the SUV I wanted. When I walked in with my husband approx 60 minutes later that same evening, Mary began "selling" me on the vehicle - my response was that she had already sold the vehicle and I was just here to pick out the color's and options. I am looking forward to a long and rewarding partnership with Jim Lupient Infiniti. Great vehicle, great staff, and outstanding service - you will not be disappointed.
