First off let me say if I could rate this dealer 10 stars I would.Steve at J&L went above and beyond for me.I drove to Tyler from Houston (3 hours) to pick this car up and the communication was outstanding throughout the process.I was sent detailed pictures of the vehicle and every minor issue was disclosed to me before I left Houston. (Shifter knob was replaced and parts distributor sent it to the wrong dealership)Steve promised that I would receive the new shift knob when it came in and sure to his word it showed up in the mail a week later.Steve was able to do a sight unseen estimation of my trade-in via email with my detailed description and pictures. I was up forward and honest about my cars issues and when I got there and he test drove my car and again he was true to his word on the trade estimate. Also no one in Houston offered me as much money for my trade-in that J&L did which kind of blew my mind as I was trading in a 2010 Mercedes that was in good shape.I arrived at the dealership at 1:15 pm and Steve had almost everything prepared he was only waiting for me and my paperwork to finish up, I was out of there by and back on the road by 3pm. While I was there I was treated to lunch from Stanleys barbecue.. I had brisket with extra bark and it was the best brisket I have ever tasted.I would highly recommend J&L for anyone local or from out of town.

Hello all,I Have been in search of my first Jeep for a while now and found that cars.com is a great tool to use in that search. I have looked at quit a few Jeeps over the past few week's and had finally settled on one at J & L Auto Sales in Tyler TX. that I was really interested in. It's a 2012 JK with a little over 48000 on it, but man I'm talking about a sweet ride with lots of upgrades. Lift, tires, warn bumpers front and rear and a winch. Ok so I deal with a Salesman named Steve which was very professional and helpful with my purchase. He answered all my questions and it was a very pleasant experience. Steve had told me that they provided a 30 day 1000 mile warranty on major repairs. Well I took the Jeep to a custom 4X4 shop here in Ennis Tx. and had it looked over. They found some issues with the rear deferential, one side with a small leak and the other side loose. 940.00 repair. WOW, Oh crap! what to do? I called Steve and they took care of 850.00 of it and that was just fine with me. Well when the parts arrive and they tear into it the axel had been cut into by someone that should have not been working on it apparently. 650.00 more dollars. I'm sick to my Stomach. J&L and Steve come through without even a burp, and paid for it in full. So I would defiantly go back in the future and refer anyone in need of a vehicle, with good people, that will stand behind what they say. Thank you J&L and Thank you Steve. There aren't many people and business out there anymore that do what they say and stand behind there Word.God Bless Thanks,Troy Foreman

Have purchased many vehicles from these guys and will continue to do so. Great prices the best customer service and they truly care about making sure you are satisfied. Fun friendly and best beards in east Texas. If you want to have a good time and get a smoking deal go see the Beards. They are doing it right!

I hate car shopping. If you have ever been, you would understand why. After weeks upon weeks of searching, pushy salesman, nonstop emails and texts, I decided to stop by here and look at their inventory. Could not believe how nice and polite these guys were. No pressure at all. I sure wish I had waited for them to get something else, but none the less, I will be back.
