I worked with Mr. Rico, Service Advisor. He is very professional, great customer service & overall has been making this process very easy for me to understand. I bought a used car with cash on 1/22. I still don’t have my title, registration, or permanent plates. My temporary plates are over two weeks expired. I’ve called multiple times and no one is able to help update me on the status of my plates or when I should be expecting them to arrive. They charge you a titling and licensing fee when you buy your car, yet take zero action to ensure it happens. Buy a car somewhere else to ensure you end up with your registration at the end of it all.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location over an 8 year span. The service department is the worst service I have ever encountered, with any business, in my life. I attempted to arrange warranty work on the 2 vehicles and one additional vehicle purchased elsewhere on 10 separate occasions. Of those requests, I was only able to get in one time and that was on the first service request. If you would like to speak to a service coordinator about the scope of work without just setting up an appointment, good luck. You will be forwarded to a random coordinator's desk wherein they will not answer and you will leave voicemail after voicemail with no call back. If you do happen to get through and your vehicle was not purchased at that location, prepare to wait at least a month because they take priority to requests on vehicles purchased at their location. On one occasion I was informed they perform service on vehicles ONLY purchased from their location. If you did purchase from that location, you will still need to wait at least 2 weeks. When you arrive (extremely early as its first come first serve) you will not have the opportunity to discuss (with someone knowledgeable) what your vehicle's issue is and what you have done to troubleshoot. When you pick up your vehicle, you won't receive any information on what was found or why certain things were replaced. I have given this location 10 opportunities to show me how they operate and they have been consistently bad. Because of the abysmal Service department, I will never purchase another vehicle from this location nor will I service my vehicle at this location (which is impossible to do anyway).

These guys are great! I had a custom order from another state, and Syd kept me informed through the entire process. He went up and beyond with his customer service, and was there in person to see my car loaded onto the freight carrier with no issues. He was also a text away and the same with Pedro, their Finance Director, he even answered my texts while he was on vacation!

I had a great experience at Joe Myers Ford. I came to test drive a specific vehicle. I loved it. I bought it. My salesman, Nick Eid, was very professional and helpful. He helped carry my child’s car seat throughout the process and it was greatly appreciated. The entire process was quick and painless and now I’m in the vehicle I wanted. I would def shop here again.

I was looking to buy a new company truck and decided to call Joe Myers Ford. This is the deal, I have purchased several new vehicles from dealerships all over the United States. Joe Myers was by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a vehicle. I made one call and spoke to Chris Alligood. Thats all it took. I told him my trade ins, my goals and what I was looking for. He and my sales rep Tony put in all the work and my experience was as easy as calling and picking up my vehicle. Everything was already done before I could get to the dealership. The entire team was curtious, professional and dedicated to my needs. A job well done. I will now only purchase from Joe Myers Ford.

The experience I had a Joe Myers Ford was amazing. I spoke to my salesman Mark Laurence on the phone prior to coming in the dealership and he assured me that the vehicle I was interested in was in stock and available. My visit to the dealership was great. Mark was available right when I walked in. He got my information and we went to look at the vehicle. The 2016 F-150 XLT Sport Mark pulled around was the exact vehicle I was looking for. He did something no other salesman had done before - He walked around the vehicle and explained just a bout every single feature. From the automatic door locks, to the rear sliding window, explaining the 5.0 V8 engine capacity, the aluminum frame, the infotainment system, ect.. Everything about the truck he explained well. That was one of the best things about the visit to the dealership. The test drive went great and then we made it back to the dealership. I explained to Mark exactly what I was comfortable paying and if he wasn't able to do it, then I wasn't going to be able to purchase the vehicle. Mark took that to heart and presented a financial package that we both were able to agree on. Every aspect of the vehicle purchase exceeded my expectations.

Everything went as planned and was pretty smooth. My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM with Rick and upon my prompt arrival was notified that Rick would not be in until 10:00 AM. I was already frustrated and I hadn't even been there 5 minutes. I found a random service associate and asked them to assist me; which they did without question. He provided me a shuttle to my home while my truck was in the shop. The issue for my truck being in the shop was resolved.

Mark Laurence was an excellent representative. He was thoughtful and informative throughout the entire experience from the moment we met him. We came in unannounced late one evening and he brought out the truck we were interested in immediately. When we went to look at the vehicle, he proceeded to show us all the features of the truck and was very knowledgeable about all the features and how they operated. He was patient with us even though it was pretty late in the evening. He walked us through the pricing and when we decided not to purchase that evening, he was kind and gracious. We had a few questions and called Mark for the next few days and he always promptly answered our questions or returned our calls. When we decided to purchase the truck, Mark was again very gracious and informative. He had all of our paperwork ready and the buying process went smoothly without any surprises. After our purchase was complete, he walked us to the service center and informed us who our service advisor would be. Then we were introduced to another representative who walked us through our entire service manual and all the many features of the SYNC system. I was VERY impressed with the service at Joe Myers and specifically Mark Laurence, our sales representative. I will definitely recommed Mark and Joe Myers to my family or friends. Brought my wife's Fusion in for a standard service, left it overnight and picked it up the next day. Gerald Toloudis was very effective as usual and phoned me to recommend replacing the air filter which I agreed to. The car was ready the next day when I arrived and checkout was promptly performed. As always, we appreciated the free car wash.

One of the key fobs on our Ford Escape malfunctioned, and we had to leave the car on a Friday afternoon and all weekend. Elaine Latham is jewel. She is confident, experienced, knows the product and makes me feel at home when our car must be serviced. She arranged a rental car from the Enterprise Leasing office onsite; otherwise we had no transportation home. The rental agent, Matt, was also experienced and very helpful. I am not a big fan of the Focus we used -- it hesitated quite a bit on acceleration. An item for Enterprise to address is the fact that I could not read their phone number on my carbon copy. I did get the right number, but the operator said the number was not in service. I called Elaine, left a message about it, and she was prompt to return the call. The whole experience was much more pleasant than expected when we started on Friday. I very much appreciated the professionalism at Joe Myers.

I've had 3 visits for Service, all 3 advisors by chance were female, I believe Cindy J, Brandi, and third I forget Elaine maybe that does the night drop offs (my last service). All 3 have been extremely good in calling me to tell me when vehichle would be ready, and other issues, etc. Overall very pleased, there is a slightly closer dealership to me in Tomball, but based on the outcome of my past 3 visits (even the last 2) is why I brought my daughter's Mustang after hours with a Waterpump failure, I knew it would be taken care off. And luckily the repair was even covered by a technical advisory so it was free. Outstanding keep up the good work.

I purchased a Lincoln MKC Reserve. John Williams was my salesman and he was very helpful in finding a car that met my needs. He was very professional, yet straightforward (which I appreciate), and I never felt pressured to buy a car I didn't love. He also did a good job explaining the features available in each vehicle. Despite this being my first new car buying experience on my own (I'm 25), everyone at Joe Myers made it a low stress process. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I took my 2014 F-150 Raptor in for my 25k service; at the same time I asked the service provider for assistance to install an after market lighted "Raptor" emblem on the back of the tail gate (replace the OEM Raptor emblem with one that lights up). They referred me to the Ford body shop. i walked over to the body shop and explained my request. They were very helpful. After my service was completed, I drove my vehicle to the body shop and they installed the emblem while I waited. I appreciated them doing this while I waited. Special thanks to the body shop!

My brakes acted up on the Friday morning before July 4. When I brought the vehicle in, Brandi explained it would most likely not be ready until Tuesday. With company coming in, I was making plans to rent a vehicle, when she called late that afternoon and said it was ready. The service writer that made our appointment apparently did not save the appointment detail that we needed a loaner car so when we brought the car for the appointment, the service team was not aware we needed a loaner car. The service writer fixed the issue and arranged a loaner car! Overall the service team was helpful in resolving that issue and was able to complete the repairs.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer with 140,000 miles and needed a good checkup. One of the automatic windows had stopped working. I took the car in for repair and asked that it be checked to be safe., My service advisor was Eric Miller and he was very good at keeping me informed of the work that needed to be done, the cost, time of completion etc. When I picked up the car, Eric even showed me how good the window worked and also the shiny part of the rear brakes that were fixed. I liked his attention very much.

I purchased an F150 XLT. Tony Morgan was my consultant. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I am a female and handling the purchase by myself. He never acted like I didn't know what I was talking about because I was female. He always answered my questions with utmost respect. This was my 4th or 5th vehicle I have purchased from Joe Myers. I do lots of internet research before I go out to dealers carrying my spreadsheets. But somehow I always manage to go to Joe Myers after looking around and purchase there. You would think I would learn to go there first to save myself time, but I guess I like the hunt. :) I also liked Chris coming into the office to introduce himself. I was able to ask him some financial questions. He treated me with respect also. I can't believe they stay so late to finalize the paperwork and get the vehicle ready to take home that night. I know it was 10:30 or so when I was in the finance office. Tony stayed to hand over the keys to me and the female customer service person (I'm sorry but I can't think of her name) was there to go over everything with me. No one acted like I was a bother at the late hour. Thanks to everyone and yes I will probably buy there again someday.

I had a problem with my car and needed to get it repaired! The shifter wasn't working correctly.I was having other problems trying to figure out when I could get this done. I called Joe Myers and talked with Cindy who has always taken care of my Lincoln. I explained my problem and she immediately took care of everything. She gave me a date and time that she could have this done and would arrange a car for me until it was repaired. Cindy gave me updates on the repair and service being done. I got my car back sooner than planned! Which I was very happy about. I cannot say enough about how great this service meant to me. Everyone from start to finish was wonderful!!! Joe helped with picking out car, financing car (he went above and beyond the call of duty with that) - Jason made sure all paperwork was signed (and signed "just a few more" and signed). He did all this with a caring,professional and yes - willing to put up with my jokes attitude. Matt made sure the car was cleaned and ready (A full tank of gas? Color me impressed!!) and that everything we needed to have about the car was packaged up. Everyone all along the way made sure we understood anything we wanted to know about the car and some we didn't even know we needed to know. Will I be back? Oh yes, I will ... (I promise not to trip this time... LOL ) - a very happy owner of a Joe Meyers 2016 ruby red Mustang!!!!

I was not happy how with Ford service department, cause it was taking forever to make an appointment and when it did , they were not able to fix/complete the repair in timely manner. Elaine worked with me and my schedule and offered me a loaner car which Ford does not offer on regular basis and this is the reason I selected NO for (Would you Definitely Recommend our Service Department to your Friends and Family ). Ford should consider providing loaner cars.

You need to do major work on your website for customers to easily schedule service work. I attempted for 15 minutes to schedule my oil change without any luck. The cursor does not position in information blanks but in the line below. However it does enter in the blanks. I was able to schedule the day but was not allowed to select the time. I came to the conclusion that Joe Meyers used the same company that the government used to construct the Obama Care site. Will not waste another minute trying to navigate your website. Jim Archer

Tim replied to my emails promptly and supplied me with lots more photos and answered all my questions.When I finally got a price out of them they sold it to someone else. This was by the far the easiest and best purchase I have ever made from a dealer. I used to work for a dealer so I understand how it all works. Furthermore, I have purchased over a dozen cars. I sent an online inquiry into Mark Harris. He listened to everything I said, did not push me or avoid giving me the information required and was very prompt. Within a few hours, he was able to get my entire deal done and approved. I walked in the dealership, and was out within 1 hr and 30 minutes which is almost unheard of. On top of that, the payment he told me was exactly what I signed for, they did not bump me a penny! Mark had everything prepared to review and the vehicle was cleaned and ready for a test drive. Mark was extremely friendly and energetic and seemed truly genuine. One of the best customer service skills I've seen in the business. I then proceeded to meet with Mr.Bosley the finance manager. In my experience, this is usually where things go bad. Well, here I was proved wrong once again. He was knowledgeable, personable and again exuded that wonderful customer service that I experienced with Mark. He helped me get an even better deal on my warranty and I was in and out in record time. I will never buy a car from anywhere else! These folks were the absolute best and I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!

I was being charged for labor that I felt I should not pay. After checking with technician sales found out that I really did not need to pay for the labor. If I would have not questioned cost probably would have paid for something I did not need. In the end the consultant made it right and did take the time to check. Bradley took very good care of my pickup, and myself. The service on my pickup was faster than expected, but Ford put me in a position that was uncomfortable to say the least. My master cylinder had to be replaced twice in the time I had my vehicle, only 23,000 miles. The first incident happened around 16,000, the second at 23,000. I picked my ford 150 up from Joe Myers, after they took very good care of my issues, then drove immediately to a dodge dealer to exchange my ford for a vehicle that wouldn't break on me. Joe Myers did great, Ford, not so much.

Picked vehicle on-line, received a call from Glenn Francis about it and made an appointment to go to JM Ford that afternoon, he had the vehicle ready for me. I was ready to purchase. It took almost 4 hours from the time I entered the dealership until I left. On my last vehicle purchase, it was half this time.I took the vehicle in for service on 2/24 because of a burning smell. It was not looked at on that day. As of 2:45 on 2/25, I have not heard from anyone as to what the issue is and when my vehicle will be ready.

this is the worst place you cant take your car to be repaired. I talked with the director of the body shop Mr. cook and he promised many things with my visit to this body shop and none of it was fulfilled. I gave them a call back to fix my issue regarding my rental and they went back on their word that they never stated that. This body shop is horrible and cannot be relied on. They stated that they would have my care ready in 1 week and it took almost 3 weeks to complete.

I recently purchased a 2016 F-150 from your store. All in all in was a good experience. Nick who is I first started talking to and he was very att native to me when I got there. He was helpful. The finance manger I dealt with was a good guy. Explain to me all the different packages and helped me fit into my budget the extra protection. One thing I didn't like was before I went to the finance manger I asked how much I would be financing and I wasn't told until I got to the back. Basically I had no idea what I was paying for the truck. I also enjoyed speaking with the people at the vehicle pickup. It was a young man and a very nice lady. I can't remember their names.

Car had useless cram-on options like Nitrogen in the tires, wheel locks, window tint that I had to take or find another dealer. I to buy a car as my previous vehicle was totaled.If I buy another car I would certainly consider Myers Ford, but I would search other dealers for vehicles that did not have "forced" options.All in all, considering most people rate car buying just above a root canal I'd give Myers a good to very good rating depending on which aspect of the sales procedure you asked about.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 f150 from Josh Turner on New Years Eve night. He went out of his way to find the 2 specific trucks we wanted to look at. Both were not on the lot they were expected to be on. He had to go hunt for them. Even while we were waiting for Josh to find the trucks, every salesman who walked past us asked if we needed anything or offered us drinks. Everyone was very friendly. One truck ended up not being found but we purchased the other. Everything about the way Josh handled the sale was great. Buying a truck from him was nothing like buying trucks in the past from typical shark salesmen. When the manager came down to negotiate the price and terms he was willing to work with us so in the end, both parties were happy. Since purchasing the truck, I have had one thing that needed to be fixed, some scratches in the plastic on the dash. Within a couple days I was able to bring the truck in, get a loaner car for the day and come back to not even being able to tell it was there before. It was done in 3 hrs. I would definitely recommend family and friends to come buy a Ford from Josh based on our experience. It was the easiest, most pleasant, least stressful process we have experienced while buying a truck so far.

From the minute I drove in, the two gentlemen that took delivery of my vehicle to the service dept staff, Brian and Elaine, to my salesman Cedric coming back to check up on me.. Great experience! The facility is always clean, fresh popcorn always a treat.. waiting area had 3 televisions, so you could find a show that you like... and anyone that you encounter that works there, approaches you with a smile... I came in with my husband to test drive the F-150 we had inquired about...it was upfront with a sign on the dash that read waiting for Mr & Mrs Lopez. :) Cute touch by the salesman. The truck was great just as we expected and the price was too. Salesman was great, very inviting with excellent customer service skills. Finance was quick and then the explanation of the truck's bells and whistles was too. 100% would recommend Joe Myers Ford to anyone searching for a new vehicle!!

Ford EscapeThe staff was and always have been very courteous and understanding. The scratch was fixed very well and they checked the tires the car had indicated were low. They did a good job. Every time we have taken the car in they have washed the car, so I was a little surprised that if you fixed a scratch that they hopefully cleaned that area but didn't the rest of the car. Not a complaint only an observation.

I believe my husband's exact words as we drove up were "Here come the barracudas." Were we ever wrong! We had the pleasure of working with Justin Watson and I can't express enough what a great experience it was. He gave us several options and really listened to what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure and we really felt he was interested in what worked for us, not what was going to get a sale for him. 2015 F150, overall the service was good. It would be great if someone told me what the procedure is. I was told to wait until I was called and that was it. I had to ask and find out the procedure: such as, they would take the car, park for service, once serviced they would bring the key to cashier, and the cashier would call. I had to wait outside and track the whole procedure for myself and ask various people who came for service as well. But generally, what I liked most was the car wash :). Outside of my truck was clean. When I asked whether I could have brush guard installed,they said I needed to make another appointment for that and they would not do the discounted oil change because I came before the oil change was due and I paid the full price. it started off great when I was doing my purchase, afterwards there was some miscommunication, but overall I am happy with my vehicle. I must say that I was told that my trade in value would drop because they needed to put new tires on my trade in and replace the windshield, however as I walked the used car lot, I saw my trade in and yes it had new tires but the windshield was not replaced, so I felt like I probably should have been offered more on my trade in.

The best selection of the stores I searched.The only thing I am disappointed in is that the F250 King Ranch does not come with Heated seats in the back like the F-150 King Ranch. In the brochure book it says Heated rear outboard seats (my mistake for thinking this means rear seats).Ford needs to changes this language.

For the most part the service was exemplary. But I have to wonder if they might have missed a part of the checkup which is part of the service package which I took my vehicle in for. Namely, that although the service was the periodic oil change, fluid level check, rotate tires, check air pressure, air filter, condition of brakes, battery,... Should they have also cleaned off the buildup on the battery terminal as part of the afore-mentioned service package? Had they done this, I would have felt the service was truly complete.

The service was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful; however, I almost felt I was being pressured to finance the new truck through Ford Finance. The sales rep attempted to change my mind then let it drop after a few tries but the person who typed up the title paperwork went too far when he presumed to tell me if I were to check with my credit union they'd probably advise me to take the financing offered and then re-finance with them in three months. That was a week ago and I still get irritated when I think about it.

This was the second time in two years that I purchased an F150 Supercrew from Robert Martin and Joe Myers Ford. Robert had been very sick for a couple of days , but made sure I would get a great price and the truck I wanted. Elaine always takes good care of me. I had some issues with my Focus but the service guys were not able to replicate the shudder. I have not felt the shudder since I got the car back so not sure what the issue may have been. Service was good as they did give me an oil change, rotated the tires and filled other fluids that were low as well as washed the car.

The only criticism I have is that I expected my cars exterior to be washed. It said it was part of the oil change package, but it did not get washed.Maybe I miss read the card? Balancing and rotating tires is kinda routine. What disappointed me was that you washed the truck afterward. Well, actually, you didn't wash it, the dust and dirt was just moved around on the truck. Here's a tip, if you're going to wash the vehicle, WASH the vehicle! Don't just spray it and slap a towel or rag across it in a few place. Also, other places that do service on a vehicle also vacuum the vehicle; but, considering the way it's washed, I couldn't expect the vacuum to be much better. Not sure if I will return. You're kinda pricey, very difficult to get in and out of your location and the service isn't any better than I can get right down the street.

The Joe Myers rep kept me informed where we were in the process as I was initially told that it may take most of the day. They serviced my vehicle and it was done in half of the day. I didn't feel pressured into buying my vehicle and they were very up front and honest about the monthly payment and what my options were. Also, though the process was incredibly quick we ran into dinner time and I was offered pizza while I waited. The staff was courteous and friendly. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first car.

I bought a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Limited just one month ago, Cedric and Kenneth were the sales reps, both very good.In the beginning, I did not notice, but when I sped above 60 mph, an humming noise started inside the cabin.I went to the dealer and asked the service department and took an appointment for the next day. George was very professional and helpful, I can commend his attitude. I left the car which is just one month old in the dealer next day at 07:00AM and George arranged me a shuttle. All good. Then, he called me in the afternoon and told me they have found the problem and fixed it , apparently there was already a technical alert about that. He arranged me a shuttle pick up from my office as well.I have to thank George for all the great work. Excellent service attitude.I have a couple of questions about the problem I had, I would appreciate if Ford or Joe Myers could answer me:1) If this problem is known to occur, why the new owners are not informed and asked to get their cars checked? I was very worried when I heard the noise and thought it could be something serious and had to leave work to go to the dealer as soon as time permitted. I bought a brand new car, so that I don't have these problems.2) I can understand the policy and this might not be my right, but when the car is one month old and it needs to be fixed because it is defective, the dealer should have the option to give a courtesy car during the fixing time. I asked for it and I was told that service is not available(or car not available?). This is just a suggestion, this would go a long way for the clients to choose you vs others.I hope these feedback could help you to achieve the best of the best status in the market.

Tony Morgan went above and beyond to assist me. He made sure I was happy with my trade in and purchase prices and all deals associated, EVEN AFTER business hours. I did not once feel rushed. The process took awhile, but that is to be expected at a dealer. No one made me felt like I needed to get out, well over an hour after closing.
