This company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When you buy they don't just want your money, they want you 100 percent happy and care about your needs. There service department is all that and more. They will let you know honestly when you will need something replaced instead of trying to rack up your bill with work that wasn't needed. I feel if I ever have a problem with my car and didn't know what to do or who to call, John Deery would have my back and help me get my issue resolved. I will buy all my cars from here and will get all my service done here because they are the best.

Our buying process with our (repeat) salesman Jordan Strottman, and the financing process were absolutely professional, with honest discussions about our options. We feel like we got a great deal. We will gladly recommend the John Deery team. Any time I have needed even the most routine of service, too, it was handled similarly well - friendly , professional, and at a great price.

Good truck at a great price. Salesman Jay Anderson was a true gentleman, patient and honest with us as customers. Jay bent over backwards to sell me this truck, by coming in on his time off and let me kidknap him and the vehicle to make sure it would fit in my garage. I would definitely shop at John Deery's again and recommend it to others!

After having a horrible experience at another dealer, my fiance recomended that we talk with Lee Ayers who he has done business with in the past. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door. Since we had told Lee we were coming and were interested in a particular car, he had it cleaned and waiting at the front for us. The staff gave us plenty of space to discuss the car but were also more than willing to answer any questions we had! We were allowed to test drive the car without hassle. I had discussed the price I was hoping to get for my trade in and I was surprised to hear they were going to give me well over what I had asked for. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, it was about to 20 minutes before closing. I offered several times to come back the next day to purchase the car. ALL the staff were more than willing to stick around and help us take it home that night. Austin was very polite and took the car to get it ready for us even though it required him to stay late. When it came time for the paperwork it was quick and painless. Todd informed us of the extra options but was not pushed into adding on things I did not want. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The staff are well organized, educated, honest and helpfull! They were the perfect combination of being available and allowing space to think through and discuss the purchase. I will definitely be purchasing cars here in the future!

I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. I bought a Nissan from John Deery Motors, and couldn't have been treated better. I know I got a good deal, but that isn't what makes me go back to them. The way they treat their customers is unmatched by any other store I have been to. Service department and sales are both great to work with. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys!

I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS from John Deery Motors. I had Lee, Jason and Todd assisting me throughout the process. They are located about 2 hours from where I live. After speaking with Jason on the phone, we agreed on a price and that I would drive to their location and review the vehicle of my choice. When I arrived, I was graciously greeted and Lee took me out to view the Lincoln. He had already warmed up the car, it was still running and proceeded to provide a very thorough review of the technology in the car as well as other features. The car was spotless and in excellent condition. After a short test drive, I was convinced that this was the vehicle for me. Lee introduced me to Todd and explained that he would take care of the financing as Lee would tend to my old Lincoln for the trade-in. Todd was able to obtain an excellent rate for financing and was a pleasure to speak with during the process. I would strongly recommend John Deery Motors to anyone that is considering purchasing a new/used vehicle in the future!

I always smile when I relize it's time for service again! The truly awesome staff at John Deery Motors is 2nd to no one! When I sneak in for a 30 minute or less express service, they greet me with all smiles and always laughter! I get my vehicle inspected and clear explanation of any concerns, and feel like they know me and my car personally! I would always(and do) recommend the entire dealership to all my family and friends! Keep it up. You guys are great atmosphere!

We recently purchased a vehicle at John Deery Motors and the experience was greater than to be expected. Right off the bat I notified them our time was limited because I had to work later that night. Their answer, "No problem." The vehicle I was interested in was up front and ready for me to look over. Our salesperson answered all of my questions. We were given all the attention we asked for and when I wanted privacy (to speak with my wife alone), I was given that too. The vehicle we purchased was used and they were up front with all services done to the vehicle. All of their staff were friendly and professional. They even handled our noisy children like champs! Overall, great experience.

Over the past few years, we have purchased 3 vehicles. Every time, the experience has been both enjoyable and painless. The trade in values are fair, and they have a very knowledgeable sales and finance staff. In our most recent purchase, we had made the deal and it was to include all taxes, title fees, and license fees. After having the vehicle for about two weeks, I hadn't received my new registration for our vehicle. I looked at the paperwork, and it appeared to not have any license fees on it. I became a little concerned about this. My license fees are due, and I just wanted to rent it through the dealership. I returned and was greeted by my salesman, who politely asked me how I liked the vehicle, and asked what he could do for me. I expressed my concern that the license fees for the vehicle we bought were left off the contract. He said he remembered my specifically asking them to add this in. I was walked over to a manager who listened and asked for my copy of the contract. He looked at it, and said it appeared to have been left off, and also remembers me asking that it be added into the deal. In just a few minutes, he took my contract and got with his finance guy. He didn't add any license fees in, due to my other cars license fees being more than the new vehicle. But the license was expiring in February. He confirmed that no fees had been added, and that was their mistake for not adding it into the deal. Before I could even ask what we were going to do, he said it was their mistake and that I didn't have to worry about any additional costs, and they would take care of the license fees for the vehicle. I appreciate the excellent service and expertise of the staff. We are really enjoying the vehicle. Thank you to Joel and my salesman Eddie for a positive experience. Just like the other two times I've purchased vehicles from there. We bought a 2012 Nissan Quest LE certified vehicle.

Lee communicated with me via email due to my being a ways from the dealership. I was given information that caused me to drive to the dealership and met with him. I was wondering if I would get played, but not only did I get what I was told, I received a better payment then I expected. Everyone at John Deery was friendly & professional. It was an awesome experience. Oh yeah, I love my new car!
