My husband and I had a GREAT experience buying our new (used) vehicle at Jordan Ford recently! I want to give a particular shout-out to the sales associate who worked with us, Sonny Rodriguez. Sonny was incredibly professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We made an appointment with him to see a specific vehicle. When we got there 10 minutes early for our appointment, Sonny was outside, waiting for us. The vehicle we came to see turned out not to meet our family's needs and we looked at a couple of other cars on the lot that we had been researching. Nothing fit the bill, Then Sonny showed us this 2016 Ford Explorer and we immediately loved it. We hadn't even been looking at Explorers, but it turned out to be a perfect fit for our family. My salesman, Brandon Kelly, was really awesome! He quickly identified the vehicle availability I inquired about, sent me via email, a video of the vehicle (who does that these days???) and sent additional information needed to quickly get me approved for the truck of my dreams! I drove from Austin to San Antonio to make this purchase and it was well worth the drive. The dealership was humming (a lot of people buying cars) and Brandon stepped in to fill the role of several missing resources to ensure my truck was cleaned up, ready to go. He even encouraged me to take a test drive before leaving with my purchase. I did have a wait to finalize paperwork in Finance, but that is understandable for weekend business. All in all, it was so worth it and I truly had a great experience. Ask for Brandon - you will love working with him!!!

I special ordered a truck I built on Ford.com. Jordan Ford salesman Lupe kept me updated on the build process and handled the deal perfectly. Zimmerman and Franklin did a great job on getting the sales agreement quickly together when the truck arrived. They gave me exactly what I asked for on my trade in too which no other dealerships have done in the past. They are very professional and care about giving you the best experience they can. Franklin the finance guy did exceptionally well. It can take some time to buy the second largest purchase of your life so be patient. My advice is to do research prior to coming into the dealership so you already know exactly what you want so the sales team and you can work effectively together. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from Jordan Ford and they haven’t let me down yet.

My 2012 F150 needed some overdue TLC. The Jordan Ford team (Tony and Ramiro) were absolutely the best! Quick, informative, friendly, and all around amazing!!! I love this new process and system on how you guys report your findings and include video and technology. You guys have redeemed yourselves after my previous visits. This is how it should be done! Truly amazing. I WILL return with my future maintenance and work as needed in the future!

This is the seventh new car I have bought over my lifetime. This was the most pleasant, easiest, and simplest purchase of all. The salesperson Lee Efting was very knowledgeable, professional, always kept me informed, and not pushy at all. The same can be said for Charles Culp whom I talked to about available options. I now know why Jordan Ford uses George Gervin as their spokesperson, because the atmosphere and way of doing business is smooth and easy, just like Ice. I would highly recommend Jordan Ford, and Lee Efting to anyone looking to purchase a car.

My father bought a truck from Steve Meeker at Jordan Ford last year and had a very positive experience. I knew Steve was an honest salesman and went through him when it came time to buy my first car. I did research online and took my options to Steve, he did not pressure me or try to upsell anything. The car buying process can be daunting but was virtually hassle free. Daniel Bernat with Jordan Ford is by far the absolute best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I do not exaggerate. This poor man has worked with me for roughly six months to make certain I got into the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I got so discouraged that I began looking for vehicles over 200 miles away just to save a thousand dollars. Even with the possibility of me not purchasing from him, Daniel still gave me his input and advice on the vehicles I was looking at and gave me his opinion as to why they were or were not a good deal. With all the time and effort he has invested in me personally, I really wanted to purchase my vehicle with Jordan Ford (through him). Well today, he made that dream a reality. I never in my lifetime thought I would get into a used top-of-the-line Ford Escape Titanium for anywhere near $250 a month. And that's exactly what Daniel did for me today. It may not seem like a big deal to most, but when you are on crunch time trying to find a replacement for your emission spewing VW Jetta TDI that is supposed to be bought back by VW in less than 2 weeks, life becomes a little stressful. Daniel pulled through for me with flying colors. Not only did he go above and beyond for little ol me by providing excellent customer service, but he made me feel like family. Trust me, there is a huge difference between treating someone like family and making them feel like family. Daniel Bernat did just that for me. A HUGE thank you to Daniel! I sincerely appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. And wherever you may be working when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, rest assured I will hunt you down and buy from you again lol. Worked with Robert Zimmerman who helped me through every step of the buying process. The transaction was smoothe and hassle free. Robert was efficient and did not waste my time. I had to leave early on my first day out to visit Jordan Ford but in the interim he kept in touch with me through phone calls and text and never seemed to tire of my constant questions and particulars. He was patient, honest and informative and he helped me find the best vehicle for myself and my family. To top it off he did a great deal of the leg work before I even arrived to get the vehicle and he had me in and out of there in no time. Thank you also to Franklin Miranda for your hard work and efficiency as well. He was courteous and quick when it came to the contract and I appreciated that. I was forced to buy a new car last April because of the hail storms. I was unprepared, didn't know what I wanted. I did have a few things I was sure I wanted. Gabriel greeted me promptly and quickly found a few vehicles that fit within my parameters. I narrowed it down to 2 vehicles & it took me about an hour to make my decision. Gabriel helped me determine which vehicle better fit my needs, and guess what...it ended up being the inexpensive of the 2!!! He was very patient with my indecisiveness & for that, I am grateful. Brad Traster was great salesman! We talked to him several weeks ago with a price in mind. Cody Robinson was my Salesman, but was more like my advocate. Mike Wassaff was the Sales Manager and both did a superior job. I am a retired executive from a CAT dealership, and have purchased hundreds of fleet vehicles over the years. I was so impressed with the professionalism of Ernesto Flores. From the instant I arrived at Jordan Ford in Live Oak, Ernesto greeted me with a smile and friendly greeting! Have been dealing with this dealership over 20 years..service is now horrible!!! I brought my car in for a simple oil change and after waiting two hours I was told my car was ready, pulled out of the dealership and within seven miles car died on the side of the road, called roadside assistance and had it towed back..after 48 hours still no answer on what the problem is, I will be there tomorrow with a tow truck to go to different dealership..all of their good employees have left..terrible service

Disability community beware. We bought a used 2010 Ford E-150 cargo lift van. Even paid the absorbent price for an extended premium bumper to bumper warranty. A few weeks ago I noticed the air was not cold/cool. Got scheduled into service only to be told that because the van has the Tuscany package that the repairs won't be covered. No where in the contract does it disclose, advise or acknowledge that the extended warranty won't cover the Tuscany package that was built into the conversion van by the FACTORY. I'm left with a van that has no air to transport my son who is disabled to his dr appts, school, or social activities. With over 30 surgeries under his belt and numerous diagnosis we no longer have transportation that we can use. But we have a hefty van payment. Thank you for nothing Jordan Ford. Next time you sell a lift vehicle to a family, be honest.

I have a 2012 Fusion that I am very close to trading again. All of my cars have been Ford. I return to Ford because my information is already in the system & all I have to do is point to the vehicle I want. How easy is that? I don't get the run around, believe me, I wouldn't be coming back if I did. Technicians are friendly, helpful and ready to take care of me. My sales representative Rowdy provided me with a zero pressure experience. He is still following up to see how things are working and if all is ok. If you are looking for a new or used car or truck, then Jordan Ford is the place to go. It is also important to talk to Cody Robinson once you get there. I have bought 12 vehicles over the past 15 years, the last 3 coming from Jordan (2013 Focus SE, 2015 Expedition Limited, 2016 F150 XLT Sport). Each and every transaction was hassle free and well worth the time it took to drive from New Braunfels down to San Antonio. Cody understands his customers. He treats you with utmost respect, and truly is a dedicated car dealer. He is also a certified master trainer on the F-150 and Expedition (I don't know the official Ford term for this certification). But, it shows. He can tell you more about the vehicles than the owner's manual! From beginning to end of the deal, Cody is there the whole time. He communicates consistently, and even as I changed my mind about 50 times each purchase, he was never afraid to tell us his opinion on why one option is better than the next, all without trying to sell us something. He even mentioned that some things I thought we a "must have" certainly were not, thus saving me even more money. If all he cared about was the sale and his commission, he would have never said anything. He would rather us be happy than him make more money. I can't forget my fiance guru Jose Rosas either. He was very informative and even helped us save more money and avoid financing headaches. I came in with my own financing and never once tried to convince me of dealer add ons or other financing. He knew i had the best deal around and worked with us to finish it up quickly and easily. Overall, I could talk about Jordan Ford for a long time. I have been to almost every other Ford dealer within a 50 mile radius, and I keep coming back to them. They lost the best service writers they had to Gunn. I have bought 3 new Ford F-150s at Jordan but will not go back. Every time I go in for oil change it always takes way longer than told. Truck usually has greasy footprints on step rail and greasy hand prints on hood. Service has taken a nose dive since Coby took over. They tried to sell me an air filter I personally replaced 3000 miles earlier. Marc Cross needs to get more involved in day-to-day operations.

Took truck in to have tires rotated and oil changes...... After I picked it up I noticed it shook at 75mph... took it back and ask if they could rebalance the tires.... They informed me they only rotate but could balance for another $74.00...... Glad I bought my tires at Discount tire who rotate and balance for free... Do not buy tires or have them rotated at Jordan unless you want to pay another $74.00 if they need balanced

Took my f150 in for the works, oil change an tire rotation... I noticed after I took it in the truck would shake at 70mph.... Took it back and ask about balancing the tires and was told they do not balance the tiress only rotate them. I was told they would balance the tires for an additional $74.00... I will never buy tires or have my tires rotated at Jordan Ford .... Discount tire rotates and balances tires for free if you purchase the tires from them..... Does not make sense to me to rotate the tires if you don't balance them. Just another way to scam another $74.00 from their customers.....

This is the second vehicle I bought here. Sales process was great. Finance process was adequate, but could have been faster.The Accessories department should keep samples and product literature for everything they offer. I had the Rosen X10 DVD player installed. Had I been able to see the product ahead of time, I probably would not have chosen it. The quality is mediocre, and it is definitely not worth the asking price. I might try to have it uninstalled and return it.

2013 F-150 I went out t leave for work (4:30) am and my truck would not start, it had power and was turning over but would not fire I had to scramble to be able to get to work on time and make sure my wife and son were able to get to work and school as well. I called ford at 7am explained the situation, the service advisor gave me the Ford roadside assistance number so I called them around 2:30 when I got home from work within an hour they were at my house and of course my truck started!! I drove to Ford and I received a rental until they fixed my truck. The next day Ford called and said my truck was ready and they found a bad wire connection. Thanks to my maintenance plan this cost me nothing!!! Love it!!

This is the first time I felt like a customer and not like a villain. The atmosphere has changed since my last visit. The staff was friendly ( even smiled), helpful, and courteous. My consultant, Adrian Logan, was the most helpful consultant I've ever worked with! Because my car was kept overnight, I had to rent a car. The Enterprise Agent was very professional, kind, and helpful. Although I had a good experience, I was a bit taken aback when I was informed that I'd have to wait a week before I could bring my car in for service.

I was really happy with the service. The only thing is I thought I was suppose to get a $140.00 gift card and I only got a $70.00 gift for signing up with your credit card. Also when I called the other day to see if the flappers in my A/C were still under warranty from when I had them replaced by your company, the girl never called me back. Everything I requested was done and the vehicle was ready well before the estimated completion time. The vist went very well, as usual, from setting up the appointment with Mr Mike Cruz where he explained how the service would be completed to getting me the best possible deal on a new set of tires, which was still well below the local market prices. I have had this vehicle serviced at Jordan's since I purchased it in 2006 and have always been satisfied with the service.

I always have a good experience at Jordan Ford. The waiting room is awesome. I was there 3 hours waitng for my truck and I was able to work at one of the stations while I waited. On a side note, a complimentary car wash would be nice after the service is done. They do that for my Jaguar and Lexus.

Took my Lincoln Mkz for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the car around 10:45 a.m. They got my information and they said wait inside and we will call you when it's ready. My husband and I told them to call us on our cell when the vehicle is ready. We waited until 4:45 p.m. and called about my car, they said it would not be ready for Monday. Monday??? They had not even started on my car. Very disappointed, and not satisfied??.

The service engine light came on which indicated that service may be required. Mr. David Serna helped me and informed me that a diagnostic review needed to be accomplished at a cost of over $100.00, I agreed to the review. A review was made and it revealed that a "gasket" needed to be replaced. Further review indicated that this "gasket" was part of a recall. I had NOT received any notification of a recall by mail, phone call, or email. Mr. Serna told me that the gasket was replaced and there were no charges for that service. I had indicated that the oil needed to be changed, it was, and I paid for that service. I have always received great service from Jordan on both of my vehicles and try to keep up with services required. I would suggest that Ford should be notified of the recall and that I was not informed. I thank you for your services.

I took my Explorer in to get the brakes fixed. After waiting for a while, the service manager told me that the brake pads were not in stock even though they showed up in the inventory system. The Service Manager apologized and told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get my vehicle. He did a great job of handling a tough situation that was out of his control. He provided me with a loaner vehicle. It was a great experience despite the mix up with the inventory system.

The service rep was a young man I think named Denny (short light brown or dirty blond hair, about 5ft9in); the mechanic was Ram (compact, blue-eyed black-haired). Both served my wife and I well. They worked to stay within our budget. The only drawback was the waiting time. Overall our experience was just under perfect.

I have purchased 1 vehicle (2009 Ford Focus) and I have leased 3 vehicles since then. I don't really like the lease program anymore, so I think the Escape that we currently have will be our last lease. I became a Ford customer in 2009 with Brian Moran. He is no longer an employee of Ford. The last time I visited the dealership, I left without getting what I wanted. That never happened when Brian was there. I think my relationship with Ford is coming to an end.

Before I purchased our 2015 F150 XLT SuperCrew with the 5.0L V8 FFV engine in a 4X4, I did all kinds for research of not only Ford but also Chevy and Dodge to include driving with and without trailers. I researched various engines and transmissions configurations to ensure I would get the best all around truck for the money. After doing all my research, over a years worth, I knew I was getting a Ford. I then went to the Ford website and went to their "Build and Price" portion and built my truck from the ground up. With the print out of the truck I built, with the options I wanted and ones I didn't want, it was then that I went to the dealership and placed my order. They were able to find exactly what I wanted and they delivered it in a very timely manner. Bringing that printout saved on time and money. The staff was excellent and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy options I didn't want. Jordan Ford is our dealer of choice for buying and servicing our vehicles.

I can in for my regular service and met your service rep, Michael Cruz, he took my information and as he looked over my vehicle he pointed out that my tires had cracks in the side wall. Michael explained that these were from age because the tires were 5 years old and the tread was worn down. I asked him about new tires and he showed me a variety of tires and recommended a Michelin tire that would work best on my truck, he then explained the 'road hazard' program and although it was an extra cost I felt that it would benefit me. My injectors needed cleaning and Michael explained the process to me. I'm 75 and I have been working on cars all my life, as a hobby, but I must say that I was impressed with his knowledge of the process. I had all the work done that was recommended and bought the tires as well. I left the dealership confident that my vehicle was in good shape. One item of concern was that I didn't find out that my windshield washer fluid was empty until I needed to use it. I called Michael and told him about this and he explained that the machine that is used to fill the reservoir was broken. I told him that on my service report the windshield washer fluid being filled was 'checked' off as being done, that should not be checked if no fluid was put in. Other than that I would commend your service advisor, Michael Cruz, and I will be back. I've been coming to Jordan Ford since 1983 and have bought several vehicles from this agency.

Went in for a 'tire sensor failure' warning. Called to make the appointment and when I arrived I was greeted but the guy couldn't find the guy that I was to see / work with. I only met him when he came to find me and let me know that my air filter was dirty and needed replacing and then again when it came time to pay. Other than that, service was good; waiting area was good - although the work station that you have there makes it difficult to hear what is being said on the TV; very nice facilities.

Every one communicated and worked together making it a very good experience. I took my truck in to have the bed-liner repaired, the SYNC checked for a problem, and a service. Charles, in accessories, coordinated with Eric, service, to ensure everyone knew what to do. The service and bed-liner problem were taken care of as promised. Eric told me that he did the preliminary check of the SYNC and needed to have the SYNC technician check it out. However, he was not available requiring me return my truck on Monday. This was no one's fault as I didn't have an appointment scheduled with the SYNC technician. Overall I am very satisfied with Jordan. I bought a new car for my wife while we were at the dealership!

We purchased a 2015 F-150 and the purchasing process was so easy. That is why we continue to return to Jordan Ford every time we want a new vehicle. We've been customers of Jordan for for 15 years now. The wait time to sign our paperwork was short and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn't get was the spare key because it was not found so that would be the only negative thing I could mention, but everything else was great. We hope to return in a few years.

I purchased a 2013 Explorer from a dealer just north of Jordan. When it came time to put on the license plate I realized there wasn't a bracket. I contacted the dealer I purchased it from to get one as I did not want to get a ticket and I was told let me see if we can get you one. After one week and several calls later I was offered to pick one up and then find the rivets on my own...I called Jordan and was told come on in they would take care of it today. I had made a previous review on my purchase of a mazdaspeed3 back in July from Jordan motorcars San Marcos, however I am making ALL Jordan dealers and potential customers aware. I Quickly learned that first impressions ARE NOT everything. From the outside my car seemed amazing but didn't take but three days for it to show its lack of maintenance and reconditioning. I'm a mechanic and felt that I shouldn't have to lift a car that I'm interested in before purchasing and do a 200+ point inspection myself. There should have been a proper reconditioning process that my car had gone through BEFORE hitting the lot for sale...and I trusted necessary inspecting and repairs had already been completed. After all the car only had 34k miles and I was lead to believe the car was still covered under factory warranty. As a technician myself i overlooked minor exterior blemishes as I could do the work at home if need be and focused more on mechanical issues when taking interest in it. Upon my short test drive I didn't suspect anything serious, just slight rattles from loose sideskirts. I was also somewhat distracted from the constant conversation the salesmen was having on the phone at the time. When I get back to the dealer I notice a wire hanging down near the clutch pedal and when I asked about it I was lied to as to what it was from. The salesman's (Brodie) response was "it's a tracking unit Jordan places on their cars and will be removed upon purchase". Again, with trust I accepted his answer. We carried on to sign some papers and agreed I would be back in a few days to pick the car up, the car was to be detailed, receive a state inspection and tank filled before I arrived. As any dealer would and have it completely ready to go. Of course when I got there none of these things had been done, they followed me to different stations after purchase instead to get it all done. As I drove off in my new car and checked out some of its bells and whistles I noticed the sound system didn't seem too clear for a top of the line Mazda with Bose system and the Bluetooth setup would not go through. Like any person would with a car under "warranty" I decided to just take the car to Mazda and get it taken care of and save me the labor. As it turns out the car had NO front door speakers and an Aftermarket wiring harness. Mazda could not do repairs for aftermarket mods. They also had pointed out to me there were many other issues with the car I was unaware of, the suspension was modified as was as the engines blow off valve, some underbody components were missing, exhaust heat shields not in place and exhaust hangers not on correctly. It was also pointed out other mods were on the car before and removed. It became clear to me that JORDAN MOTORCARS DIDNT LOOK THIS CAR OVER OR REPAIR ANY EXISTING ISSUES BEFORE MY PURCHASE. North Park Mazda's service departments exact words were "this car should have never been sold in its current condition or should have been sold in auction if Jordan didn't want to do proper repairs. My car has since then spent over two and a half months in the shop for ENGINE TROUBLE, I should remind you I have only had the car for FOUR MONTHS, HALF OF MY TIME AS THE OWNER HAS BEEN WASTED IN THE SHOP. IM STILL WAITING TO THIS DAY FOR MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED. I HAVE HAD LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPENSATION FOR MY TROUBLE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!! There seems to be no rush to get my car back to be in proper condition.

I brought my Escape in for a "recall". I was told the "recall" fix would take 4-8 hours.On the statement I received,when I picked up my Escape, the time the technician worked on my car was less than 17 minutes. I am very disappointed by this. Why couldn't a technician have come to my car within a few minutes of my arrival and reset this button. Instead of me dropping my car off and making another trip to come back to pick it up. I was also without a car almost all day when I didn't need to be. This was poor Customer Service.

Oil change, filter service great! Received a recall letter for module which stated to call for appointment to have replaced because dealer had parts. Upon calling for appointment, I was told I had to come in, my car would be checked, then part ordered. I came in on September 29, a service man took info and said he would order. Never heard from him yet. On October 1, I went in for alignment (which was great service), asked after module. I was told it was ordered on September 29, that I would be called by October 6 to come in for installation. As of October 9, I have had no communication pertaining to this.

Our service manager was very proactive in keeping me updated with our repair and was always easy to contact if I had a question. Also, the quote he gave me was very close to the final bill; there were no unauthorized repairs made or other dubious charges. The entire staff is very helpful as well. When I left an item in my vehicle and stopped by the service department, a staff member ride with me to find it instead of sending me through a maze of cars on my own, which was so helpful because I was running late.

We spent about 5 hours together test driving trucks, going over options, and computer searching. He never lost his drive to make that sale, and always kept his smile. I can't say enough good words about the finance team. I'll just leave it at one word- exceptional. I have always serviced my vehicles at Jordan service department. Many employees remember me by name or by my vehicle (because my last F150 was 13 years old and always came in spotless, with excellent interior and exterior condition). That's how I treated my truck and that's what I expected and received from Jordan Ford - excellent products with exceptional service and fair prices.

Some minor concerns came up on the preowned vehicle but Jim and the prep guys at the Pat Booker location addressed them before we took delivery of the vehicle. Mr. Smith was very understanding in trying highest trade in value was all given for our used vehicle. They were only $500 shy of what I could of sold it in the open market. We a clean and clear title of any liens but the vehicle was a 2004 model Expedition in good conditions with over 170K miles on it. Got oil change and seat filters replaced, 2013 Expedition, but I have NOT been able to get anyone to tell me if the seat cooler in my vehicle is supposed to cool the bottom and back of the seat. I THOUGHT, and ones memory can be tricky, that it cooled both, but now after the filter replacement it seems to only be cooling the seat and NOT the back. Could the mechanic have caused this???? I haven't found out yet.

I drop my car to get it service because it is not working properly. At 11:00 I called Jordan Ford to seek the status of my car, unfortunately the customer service rep.. who received my car, apparently was not there.. and nobody was able to get the status of my car. The customer rep who answer told me that she was at lunch but that once she came back she would call me back and give the status of my car. I called at 2:30 Pm. again and the customer service rep.. was apparently still at lunch... at 3:00 Pm. I called again and finally I was able to speak with her. she told me that my car was in line still.. and it was not in the shop yet. I explained to her that this was my only transportation and asked for a loaned vehicle, she denied to have any loaned vehicle, but she suggested that I could get a rental in Enterprise, but I would have to pay for that rental since she did not know that the repair was going to be covered by the premium warranty I have on my vehicle. I was very discontent because It is not fair for customers to pay for rental vehicles while having their cars on line to get it service. In the premium warranty states that while the car is being serviced, Ford would offer $30 per day up to 30 days. I think that Jordan Ford treatment is outrageous to customers. This is not the first time that they do this to me. There was another instance, when my vehicle was approaching 30,000, they told me that I have to get maintenance done, and they were going to charge $530 dollars. Well,, I read the manual, and in the manual states that hybrid vehicle needs to change a filter at the 30,000 mark. well that filter costs $17 and Ford was going to charge me $513 for labor? that was insane.

I received a recall letter instructing me to contact Ford. When I called, I was told that the process would take a day & 1/2. I informed the tech that I didn't have the time to be without a vehicle. I work in Austin, so you can see that wasn't going to work. She informed me that I could bring the car Saturday, 7 AM. That's what I did. Knowing the time frame it was going to take for the work to be done, I was prepared to stay into the afternoon. So I took my crochet, a book, & IPad. I hadn't settled down when the technician calls my name at 9:45. I was floored, I kept repeating, it's done?, it's done? The best part was that I didn't have to pay. There has been other times that I have been surprised by the amount of time maintanence has taken. I leave Ford knowing that the mechanics did a darn good job. Thank you

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. I'm very happy with it. Your associate, Mr. Joe Greer was very helpful and informative without being "pushy" and I appreciated that. If I had to criticize anything would be to say that I should have been given a choice if I wanted the All Weather Floor mates since they are Dealer installed. I more then likely would have taken them anyway but I was never asked if I wanted them and to be frank I didn't notice them on the inventory. However, that is a minor item and my overall experience was great and I would have no problem recommending your Dealership to my friends. Again, my compliments to Mr. Joe Greer for making the purchase a pleasant experience and for not using a high pressure sales approach.

The 1999 F350 has aged gracefully with about 99,960 miles on the diesel. Unfortunately the engine has developed problems which are expensive to repair. I like the Ford Edge Sport. I never bought the same vehicle twice but I bought this one. The sales experience was good, but it was better the first time. I would suggest that you keep all the equipment in the vehicles so,your sales people aren't looking for it and a checklist so they cover everything so people don't have to call back with questions. All the cars in the parking lot were dirty. I have never seen that before.

I brought my 2015 Ford Fusion for the initial service call. Got there early on Friday, 8/7/15, and met by Service Advisor Mike Cruz. He was very courteous, helpful and efficient. When the car was ready for pickup he escorted me to the parking area so that I could be on my way. I always have a pleasant experience when I bring either of my two Ford vehicles for the service work.One note: I was a bit confused when I first drove into the service area. The new Quick Lane service is now operational and I presumed that the service lane with the Quick Lane sign was where I should drop off the car. The two service associates at the far right lane were frantically waving me to where they were but it did cause a moment of confusion since I was driving to the lane with the Quick Lane sign. Am I getting senile or have other customers commented about this?

I stopped by to check and see when I could get my car repaired and an estimate on the repair. The service technician told me he would check and find out. I set down expecting a long wait and a date of repair in the future. Instead a few minutes later I was told my car could be repaired today, the part was in stock, and it would only take about two hours. The actual repair only took a little over and hour and the price was reasonable. This was the first repair I had required on my vehicle since the purchase so I was very impressed. I will obviously return for future repairs.

In April we purchased a Ford Explorer from Christian at Jordan Ford. He was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and wants. He was able to find us the right car with the right payment for us. We have been very happy with the Explore and the service we have received. In June the panel and weather stripping along the passenger side windshield came off. They replaced the panel, stripping and repaired it at no charge.

as expected everyone was nice and helpful. They listened to me however within 24 hours I had a problem with the steering wheel locking up and the key would not turn. Try several things and finally called the dealership at 5:30 pm. I was passed from sells to service back to sells until I finally hung up. After 30 minutes with two people pulling on the steering wheel the key turned and I was able to start the truck.

Since I obviously don't have a "visual" of the work done on my vehicle, I can't comment on it, but I assume they did what was needed. Justin, my service rep was great though. I was impressed. One of the things that I wish Jordan Ford would do, that some of the other dealerships I've gone to in the past (with my last vehicle), is wash the car when service is a done. It's a "nice" gesture that I always appreciated. "something for free...." Just a thought.

All good except... after spending an hour and a half in the purchase process I waited almost another 2 hours for "make ready" (arrived at 1:30pm, left at 5pm). I went to the salesperson twice to see where we were at. Finally I told him I had to leave. The car was still in the wash process and not finished. I took it anyway! I had a great experience with JR and decided to come to Jordan Ford despite getting a little bit better deal at a different dealership. I am regretting that decision because that experience went downhill when 15 days after giving them my trade-in and buying a new truck my bank account is drafted for the payment of said trade-in, at the tune of almost $600. I called first thing when they opened and didn't get an answer from them until I called back at 1pm. Jordan had not sent the check to pay off my loan (the "check had been cut" the same day that I called conveniently). They did not give me a reason as to why and now I have no other choice but to wait for my credit union to get the check from Jordan before I get any kind of reimbursement from anyone.... OH and to top it off I am responsible for the interest that has been incurred these past several days on my trade-in vehicle's loan amount. Interesting enough, my friend purchased a vehicle 2 days before I did and the same thing happened to the pay off on their trade-in but they were originally told that they had lost his paperwork but some to find that it was due to an error on the paperwork causing the delay. I am NEVER doing business with this dealership again which is a shame since our salesman was a great guy.

I brought window covers and new floor mats from the parts department. I did not know how to put them on and went back to the parts department and the parts person told me to go to accessories to have them put on. Accessory told me only if I brought them from them would they put them on. I told the person there that the parts department sent me there. The man in accessories did say he could have them installed if I came back later that day, but that I would have to pay for it. Of which I said I would do. They installed them and they look very nice. The floor mats I had no problems with them. It would have been nice if I knew that I should have brought the window deflectors from Accessories in the first place, I would not have any problems between parts and Accessories. I am still happy with the results.

Took our car in to be serviced, oil change, tire rotation. Also asked to have new wipers put on. When I got home I noticed they had not put the wipers on. I called and the service department manager said to bring the car back. I did and was taken care of immediately without charge. That is good customer service even though it was an extra trip for me. Our F150 had been running rough for some time and needed to be repaired. I was negligent and didn't call in an appointment until the day before. We dropped the truck off in the morning. The service representative worked hard to get our truck done the same day. The technician even stayed late to make sure it was done. This was extremely helpful. We live near Stockdale and it's an hour drive to the dealership. Having the repairs completed the same day saved us from making an extra trip into town on Monday.

Service was good, I was a little surprised to see a charge for the use of the tools (supplies) to conduct the service. How can you charge for use of the equipment to perform maintenance on a vehicle? I found that somewhat excessive. Is this standard practice? I could see if this was a small shop but Jordan Ford is a HUGE dealership, the least they could do is assume that cost and not pass it down to the customer.Additionally I could not get on the WiFi....minor issue but I was planning on working while waiting for my vehicle.

Every time we bring a vehicle in for service other than oil change, the initial response we are given is that Service cannot even look at vehicle for 2 days!Really? Is that now the standard respond Service is suppose to tell customers?We have warranty coverage for rental car, yet we are not offered that when Service cannot even get to vehicle for a couple days. Service Dept. Used to respond better, and instead of telling us all the things they cannot do for us from the start, would tell us what they could do! Have you change personell? Now,it is not the same experience! Attitude of front line personell has changed. Once mechanics complete repairs, work is done well, but the lasting impression that is made comes from your front line staff.

The most awesome car buying experience we've had in the 25 years we've been together. This was a spur of the moment thing for my wife and the guys at Jordan Ford Used Cars (Pat Booker location)made it a memorable one and she got EXACTLY what she wanted at a price I wanted! These guys moved more cars around than could be imagined. We test drove cars new to the lot that hadn't even been prepped for sale. Chuck and his team (George our sales guy) bent over backwards and even brought a car down from San Marcos so that we could test drive it. When all was said and done, we ended up with a new vehicle rather than a used one and all because they did not stop until they really believed that my wife had what she wanted. Chuck Perry and his guys are THE best team in town! Happy wife, Happy life! Oh, and my F&I experience was not just good, but was also the best I've ever had (and I've had a few). The story: The diesel engine had a miss. I took it over to Ford and was signing it in when the attendant restarted the diesel. The shudder went away. I took it back home and the shudder came back the next morning when I started the diesel. I returned it to Jordan Ford knowing that there would be at least one week of wait time. Erin Cooley was the service manager that worked with me, and she was very good in listening to my suspicions about what was going on with my vehicle. After the diagnostics, she came back and said that my suspicions were right on. I ended up choosing to do the repairs my self and did not get any flack for it. I really appreciate that. I hate the thought that dealers always have to be the most expensive place to get your vehicle worked on and that they try to make it so that "they" are the only ones that can do this or that kind of work on your vehicle. You guys gave me the list of parts you recommended changing out, not all were critical to the issue at hand, but that some was for preventative measures. If I would have chosen to change all parts at once it would be a couple thousand dollars. Vehicle repairs always come at the most inopportune times, this made it possible to get my truck running with minimal cost and plan accordingly to take care of the other thing that will become a problem later on down the road when I can better afford them. This was the first time I have used this service department, and I will be back in the future.Thanks Jordan Ford

I was very pleased with the treatment I received the day I purchased the Focus. I love my car! I took it in for the tint and alarm and also very pleased with the customer service and product. The young lady that helped me noticed my car did not have the proper inspection for me to receive my plates. She double checked and was correct. This upset me very much! I know the law did not change within the week. I knew about the law change since it went into effect. Anyone with a car knows about the law change. I assumed because I was buying a brand new car, everything it needed would be taken care of. Why was I allowed to drive off the lot without the proper inspection on a brand new car? If I had not taken it in for the tint and the young lady did not notice the inspection, when was I going to be notified since it was going to delay my plates? It was inspected but I had to wait even longer. It took 45 minutes to inspect a brand new car! I'm sorry but I don't understand why that happened or why it took someone else to notice the inspection issue and not my sales person.

I was getting ready for a road trip and just needed fluids, belts and tires checked as the oil change time frame still had 3 thousand miles left. It was busy but my vehicle was ready in an hour. The nice thing that wasn't expected is the service was done for free. That was greatly appreciated as I am on a limited income. Also appreciated is the coffee since I didn't have time to make some before leaving.

I have bought several cars from Robert Zimmerman and have always enjoyed the experience, he very helpful and cordial. being from out of town is usually a little more complicated since you have to invest time and effort, but dealing with Robert is easy because he is willing to do everything before you get there. price, financing and interest rate have already been agreed upon (our last purchase was even better because everything was done over the phone and thru overnight mail, we got there and drove away) fantastic.

I have consistantly over the years been provided with quality service at Jordan. Mike was my rep for the visit and kept me informed on the progress. Thank you Mike!!My only concern on the visit was due to my bringing lunch and sitting in the cafe area while eating I was informed it would be closing and locked. I have spent many hours thru the years in the waiting area and found the seating in the cafe to be open, I was disappoionted to find during a remodel where seating is limited the management would cause more seating problems, in the past theyhave locked access to the kitchen/storing areas but the seating wasavailable to those waiting.

Took my new truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours and as I was leaving, I noticed that they had not rotated the tires (although the paperwork said so). Called the Service Manager since they want us "completely satisfied". Told him based on this experience, how can I even be sure they changed the oil? They could have just parked it out back and made me wait 2 hours. He said to bring it back two days later and meet with him, which I did, but he was "stuck in a meeting". I figured since they had already wasted 2 hours of my time, he would have at least left instructions to have it done immediately - nope, I was told to wait 1:15 to 1:30. I left, called his office, and told his secretary I can get the oil changed elsewhere in 20 minutes, and the tires rotated elsewhere in 20 minutes. The quality of service is unsatisfactory considering I just bought a $50K truck there. To top it off, I never heard back after that. Friends, this is why I just bought a new Mustang from Bluebonnet in New Braunfels. I recommend others take their business elsewhere too. Seems like they are really "One Team, One Goal, One Family" right up until you sign on the dotted line, then you are just a stepchild.

Go to the dealership and ask for this man, be ready to have fun. He will show you a lot, he will work with you on price range show you the inventory, I mean the whole 9 Jordan Ford has a great employee that will keep people coming because of his great hospitality.

I am a 66 year old male . I have purchased many cars over the years. My experience with car dealers has ranged from ok to down right nasty. Jordan ford and my sales person Joe Greer were by far my best experience with purchasing a car. Joe patience was unbelievable, as I fumbled my way through pickining out the right model and color . His one interest seemed to be that I ended up with a car that I was happy with. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase any extras that i did not "feel I needed. Jordan ford is well represented by Joe . Highly reccomened.

I made an appointment to get an oil change on 19 Jan 2015 at 2:00. I checked in and was told it would be a little over an hour. 1 hour an 30 minutes later I walked out in the parking lott to see my F150 still waiting to be serviced. I spoke with my customer service rep and he told me my appointment time was only a check in time and I was basically put in the que with the rest of the walk in customers. Lesson learned, if you take your vehicle in just double the time they give you to complete the job. I hope your experience was better than mine.

I took my 2008 Escape in for a recall. After they did the recall they performed a courtesy multi-point inspection and said the front brakes need replace, the value covers were leaking and the spark plugs need replaced, and the injectors should be cleaned with a decarbonization kit. I declined to have any of the work done since I know better, but inspected my car when i got home. The front brakes had more than 7mm of pad left (3mm is the min and new are about 9mm), There was no oil anywhere around the gasket, but there was some by the filler neck on the top of the valve covers. The spark plugs had less than 3,000 miles on them. There is no hesitation, no loss of performance, no loss of mileage, or any other signs the injectors need cleaned. In other words, all 4 recommended services unneeded. This is the second time the dealer tried to sell me service work that was not need and a reminder why I no longer have the dealer service my car.

Vehicle vandalized Nov 2013. Wires were pulled out of place under hood . Wires were to be checked and secured. I assumed this would mean Jordan Collision would route the wires correctly and secure them so they would not get caught in moving parts (ie: belts and pulleys ) and away from exhaust manifold. The power distribution box was also open by the vandal(s). Now those wires are burned and the power distribution box is fried because the wire that were pulled out vandals got up against the exhaust manifold. How can wires get against the exhaust manifold if the mechanics at Jordan Collision check and secured the wires as stated on my invoice/receipt. Jordan Ford is refusing to stand behind their work and do the honorable thing. They are refusing any responsibility and I must pay out of my pocket for parts damaged by their sloppy work. If the the work had been done properly those parts would not have been burned now.

I called and gave them my vehicle information, they gave be a quote for an oil change of $40, so I made an appointment and went in, after 3 hours I got my car back and the total was $65, I asked why? and they said that because they had to put extra oil in, I asked if this is unique to my F-150 or its something that happens on all F150's, he said its like that for all F150's, so I asked why I was given a quote of one price and then charged a different higher one, he did not know. No body knew and I was tired of being there so I paid and left. I will never go back.

My Lincoln Navigator wasn't rising on one side so I brought it here for repairs. They told me it was the sensor. I took my truck in to get the sensor replaced on the suspension system and instead they replaced the arm. Had to take it back in four days because on the fifth day the truck wouldn't raise up when you turned the car on. When I took it back they told me because I had driven 100 miles, I broke some bolts and the arm on the suspension. They told me it would be $1200 for a complete kit. Well after I had that done and it still didn't work they then told me they had misdiagnosed the problem on the truck and they wouldn't be able to fix it, I would have to have the entire suspension system replaced! I will never take my truck there again.

Went to Jordan Ford to trade in my sedan for an F-150. When My wife and I arrived we where greeted by Richard and he made us feel welcomed. I already had a few trucks in mind when I arrived, so Richard to us to see them. He was ver knowledgeable about the product he sold and even taught me some thing I didn't know, (which in my experience has been rare from a salesman. The last car I bought I had to educate the saleswoman on her own product). We decided on a vehicle and the rest of the [process was extremely smooth. Richard stuck with my wife and I the whole way and made sure we where taken care of. Overall Jordan Ford was an excellent buying experience. I have dealt with 2 of the other major Ford dealers in the area before and Jordan took care of me the best. Very pleased with Jordan Ford and Richard. Thanks!

I recently just bought a Ford Explorer from Jacob Elizondo at Joran Ford, by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable which made the process very quick and easy. He was personable which made me and my husband very comfortable. He took the time to walk us through step-by-step giving us instructions on the computer programming of the vehicle, helped us set up my cell phone contacts etc. Jacob soon followed up with me to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions. I know next time I purchase a car I will definitely be returning to see him, and I MOST DEFINITELY would recommend him to anyone who wants a top notch experience in purchasing a new car.

Upon first stepping foot in what's now my 2012 black convertible 5.0 Mustang, I knew I couldn't live without it. Fortunately, salesman, Mr. Christian House was able to make that happen. He was fair in price, respectful, and did everything he could to go above and beyond in regards to customer satisfaction. It's nice to see an employer hire staff that have a sense of pride in what in they do, it makes the buying process easier and a lot less stressful. I keep choosing Jordan Ford because of the great customer service. They make sure you are comfortable the whole time you are there and will even feed you if your hungry. Cody is top notch with his knowledge and skills. He made sure we got the most bang for our buck and that we knew how to use every feature that the vehicle had to offer. The finance team was just as good, they laid out several options and even got us a lower interest rate and payment then we expected. Cody, the manager, and the finance guy exceeded our expectations again. I say again because my family has bought a total of FIVE vehicles from Jordan Ford and FOUR from Cody Robinson himself. He even checks in on us to make sure we are still satisfied every couple months with the vehicle we bought! That's Great Customer Service!

We found two vehicles that we were interested in at two different dealerships in San Antonio. So we called and spoke to both of them over the phone. Jordan by far ahead of the game in customer service. When we did arrive to look at the vehicle it was everything we were told. Will did a great job in answering our questions and having things in order upon our arrival. He took the time to make sure we were happy. His customer service was exceptional. Every employee we dealt with at Jordan made us feel very comfortable. In the future we will definitely look to deal with them again. As for the other dealership, well lets just say I don't think we will need to be in touch with them.

I have been extremely disappointed with Jordan Ford's service department multiple times! My story starts with having to go to Jordan Ford because of convince. I switched jobs and was now closer to Jordan than my preferred dealership. My first visit was on a weekday morning to get my state inspection which took an hour and a half! I was frustrated, but decided to give them a second chance. Time came around for my state inspection and I called around dealerships in San Antonio And was quoted around $500 at each dealership. Jordan Ford quoted me the lowest at $450. At checkout i was charged over $530! The most expensive of them all! Mike was my service associate and said he would award my account 2 Free oil changes. Today i went in to receive my free oil change and was told that their was no record of that in my account. When I asked to talk to Mike they said "He isn't with Jordan anymore." So I paid my dues and called when I came home. They said mike is still with them and would now credit my account with the 2 free oil changes. I hate having to go back but I have to. All other service i will go else where!!!!!!!!!

Searching for a new car can be one of the most stressful life endeavors that you will ever experience! In my case, it was even more stressful being a student and looking for the car that I WANTED and I REFUSED to settle! I had been to plenty of places and of course, they took advantage of the "female" HOWEVER Simon Mulaula (remember his name) saved my life and my pocket. He was patient, not too aggressive, gave me ideas I didn't think of, explained every question (even the dumb ones), and he got me the car I wanted :) I can't thank him enough!!! If you're looking for a car, he's THE MAN!!!!

I was amazed of the service received by Luis he introduced me to 3 pf his Managers to give me the peace of mind that they were going to help me with the value of my trade, I went to another dealership and offer me more for my trade but they wanted $5000 more for the truck I wanted, Luis work very hard for 2 days to get us the payments we wanted, Chris in finance was very helpfull as well, Best buying experience ever.

Made the point over and over that the truck was soooo good that they didnt need to sale it any lower.Yet at the dealer it still is. Bought from Jordan in the past as well as 3 family members. On Sept 21, 2012, I took my 2012 Explorer in for it's 15,000 service even though it only had 13,000 miles,and to get a recall taken care of. This service per a letter was to take less tham half a day. When I showed up I was not met by a service advisor but actually had to enter the dealership. After being told that they wanted to keep the car for several days. I asked "Why, since I had scheduled the service". I was told by the service advisor that "it didn't matter, scheduling doesn't give you priority you have to wait you turn in line like everyone else". So what is the point of scheduling? I asked. Then I asked if they were going to give us something to drive. In an accusitory tone he said that "Since I had not purchased an Extended Service Agreement at the time I bought the car I was not enititled to any rental". I told him to skip the recall repair. The bad attitude did not stop at this. In leaving the advisor did not go over the paperwork with us even though I needed a new Air Filter thereby Jordan Ford lost out on a sale. When leaving my husband informed the man that his boss Service Manager MIke Davis was a personal friend we had known for many years. At THAT time Mr. Vasquez finally starts back pedaling due to his bad behavior. Too late, I would not recommend Jordan Ford to anyone at this time until they figure out what Customer Service really is.

My vehicle was taken in for suspension repair and body repair; it took two months to get my car back. When I did, I was overcharged by $600 and they have yet to "get paperwork together" to find where the problem was at. So it's been a month and a half and everyone continues to give me excuses. I have not received a reimbursement until this day. Adrian kept stressing that he was getting the parties together to come to a solution and when I spoke to a different representative, no one was even aware of the situation. Now to the service, they insisted I needed new rotors in the front because they were warped, I got my car back and my rear right rotor is making noises. To add on, the front left wheel is still clicking when I turn, pops when I hit the brakes, and pops when I put the vehicle in reverse. Even further, my air pressure sensor fault light is on; and please keep in mind my car was in the shop specifically for suspension repair. What did they do exactly for 4k that I was charged? Still trying to figure it out. I would love to take my vehicle back so they can fix the issues; why haven't I, I'm afraid I'll have to wait another month and pay more money, perhaps take the risk of being overcharged again. Take your business elsewhere people, they don't value customers how they say they do.

Meet sales associate Lee Efting, as I entered the show room, and from that moment I realized that this was the Dealership I would work with. Lee is a great sales professional, John, new car manager, is outstanding and quality staff led me to purchase two Fords from Lee. I recommend that you talk to Lee before you purchase your next Ford!!

First of all, I'd like to say this was my VERY BEST car buying experience by a long shot. As a family, we've purchased over 5 cars in the past 3 years and I've never seen customer service the way I have at Jordan Ford! My husband and I were doing some comparison shopping on Memorial Day weekend for hybrids and had already been to two other dealerships (Toyota and Kia) before stopping in at Jordan Ford. We were interested in the Ford Fusion. Ernesto was our sales rep and took us on a very thorough test drive where he explained every feature on the car, the mechanics of the hybrid technology, and he demonstrated the Sync system voice command with our own phone. Afterward, he laid out the numbers for us and there was no pressure to buy or decide. They loaned us the car to go and have lunch off site while they appraised my trade-in. I loved the Fusion, but they didn't have the color I wanted, so Ernesto personally found one for me at a nearby dealer. A few days later, it was there detailed and ready for me. He kept me informed the whole way through from the time he found it to the time he was driving back to the dealership with it and even sent me pictures! I could not have asked for a better sales person! I got the feeling that this level of customer service wasn't reserved just for me, but it's something he does for every customer. The icing on the cake came about a week later when I had an issue with the Bluetooth on the car. When I spoke to Ernesto about it, he immediately offered to pick my car up from work (I have a super busy schedule) and bring it in for repair. Who does that, especially now a days? I would recommend Jordan Ford, but especially Ernesto to anyone looking to buy a car. I am completely satisfied and am extremely grateful for excellent customer service. The finance team also did a superior bank, finding an interest rate for me that beat my banks by half! And the sales supervisor, Mack Dodd, was helpful and very courteous. Way to go to the entire team!

I purchased a Ford Ranger (2008) from Ted Saldana at Jordan Ford on December 21, 2010. I was involved in an accident on January 14, 2012 and my "new" truck was totaled! Ted was very helpful in walking me through the process at Jordan's Collision Center and even helped me get my tools etc. out of the wrecked vehicle and back to my home. After I found out that the truck was a total loss, Ted immediately began the serach for a new vehicle for me. Within one week, Ted found a replacement for me and was instrumental in getting the price right and all flaws taken care of so I could pick the 2010 Ranger up within the week! If you ever need a car, I would highly recommend buying it from Jordan Ford in San Antonio Texas and ask for "Ted Saldana" when you get there. During three separate visits to Jordan Ford Ltd. located at 13010 IH-35 N San Antonio, TX, I purchased services for my 2008 Ford F150 titled "The Works". After services were preformed I checked my oil. On my first two visits the oil levels were about a half court low. During my third, and what I consider being my final visit, I had my front breaks replaced along with "The Works Service" which again was not fully completed; the power steering fluid was not topped off sitting at the minimum level and also the oil level was this time at almost a half quart low. After my second service I was contacted by a follow-up survey phone call. I explained my issues and was told the information would be passed on and receive a follow-up which I have yet to receive.

This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. When they mess up, they defintely will not step up and own the mess up. Stay away! I was having my seat covers replaced and clarfied with the service person that it was going to be under warranty for both sides bottoms and backs. She said yes. I scheduled an appointment and the tech that does it wasn't even scheduled to work. After numerous calls with responses of it will be here tomorrow I finally got my truck a week later. I drove over an hour and a half to get there and realize they only did the backs. The service manager trys to get me out of his hair as soon as he can. He was going to call me the next day and I have left him several messages and still no call back. Problem still not resolved!!! I have worked with numerous dealerships and this is hands down the worst dealership.Got an oil changes and got my truck back with dirty finger prints all over my steering wheel.

Carried our new 2011 fusion to have checked for low gas mileage (13.7) (19>8) 2000 plus miles. Went in on Friday Jul 5. Was told they were checing into the problem. Left vehicle and then called late that afternoon and they said they were still checking, so we left the car overnight. Called about 9 the next morning and was told they were still in the progress of checking the car. Called around 11 am on Sat. and was told they had not started on the car as of yet, so we went and got the vehicle from Jordan. Will try to get the vehicle into Bluebonnet or try to get the car change on the lemond law. One thing for sure if you have a proble when you buy from Jordan ddon't expect to get it fixed. Also will call Ford on this Vehicle.

Mike did a fine job helping us out with resolving some issues with communication. He was very professional and responsive. Jimmy G in parts was able to locate a hubcap cover for us for our 1998 Villager that 3 other dealerships in town had said was unavailable. I am a woman, and have often experienced being "talked down to" or feeling dismissed by men employed in the service division of the auto industry. It was a pleasure to receive good customer service from these two at Jordan Ford.

If you want your oil changed they are ok. Anything beyond that they are incapable of. They can't even fix a window regulator right, let alone a transmission. 5 times under warranty for the trans and they couldn't/wouldn't fix it. Do yourself a favor and check for fords transmission problems. They are more concerned about selling you a hands free telephone/sound system (sync?) than selling you a reliable vehicle. At least you can call for a tow truck with both hands on the steering wheel now. BTW, I've wrenched on aircraft for 25 years so I'm not completely lost when it comes to automotive repairs

Brought truck in for a recall and minor service...took over a week for the truck to get back to me with half the work done. I had to pay $69.00 to have the truck misdiagnosed, took it in for the second time after a promise it would take a day to fix...still waiting on the third day. TERRIBLE customer service and ZERO communication !!!! Never again will I waste my time or money at this dealership.

Michelle knows her product, is not pushy, and explaines the procedure. She explains what is neeted and what is not needed. Plus the overall condition or my car, and what may need to be done on my next service date. she also knows what to expect on other models on a future buy.

Our salesman, Kevin Adcok, was very up front on all of the details of the new car sale. He was informative, and understanding of our situation. He was not pushy, or demanding, but he made his point. He worked with the credit manager, and we got a very good deal. The whole crew did an outstanding job, and we would recommend Jordan Ford, and Kevin, to one and all.

I took a car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the tires. The car was 7 years old with original tires, and although they still looked like new I was concerned.When I picked up the car they said the tires were fine but I needed new brakes (hmmm...but ok).I took the car in two weeks later to get new brakes (I drive that car about 5 miles a week) and when I picked it up guess what the recommendation was? I should get new tires!I did get new tires somewhere else. But when I took the car in for routine maint a few months later guess what the recommendation was - new brakes!Two months ago I had a problem where the car was just dead, no click, no lights, not nothing. After pulling the battery and taking it to the place I bought it, they said it was perfect (it was fairly new). After I put it back in, and I tried the car again it started.I took it to Jordan for that and I also mentioned it was running rough.$1,000 later I got my car back. The part they said I needed for the starting was around $500 but if I got the major tune up they said I needed for the rough running, it would be less.Last week the car was dead again - same thing. Opened the hood, checked the battery cables (that were tight) and shut it, and it started. It's happened the same way twice since then, so I took it in yesterday.I got a call today saying the problem was the battery cables. I asked about the $500 part they sold me 2 months ago and they said the sheet just says you brought it in because it was running rough....so I guess a tune up at Jordan costs $1,000 now???I don't trust them anymore.

Both times we've taken our 2007 Taraus in for service Richard Witowski has been superb in all aspects of the visit. He made us feel welcome, kept us informed of what was being done to the car from start to finish. He called us with updates, If it was kept over night, ensured my wife and I had transportation available if needed. Once the repairs were completed, Richard went over the invoice explaining each item in detail answering all our questions. He is why we take our car to Jordon Ford. I was referred to Jim by a friend who bought there. Very friendly dealership, no prep fees or other garbage. I could have bought closer to my house, but it was worth the trip. He showed us several vehicles, but we ended up with the one he had emailed us prior to going there. Accessories manager was very knowledgeable and was very patient. thanks Jim !

My entire experience with Jordan Ford was very positive. No games, no gimmicks, no hassle. I actually left Northside Ford after playing the 'monthly payment game' too long with them. I already knew what car I was looking for, and Cody my sales rep was fantastic. We went over the specials going on, and strictly negotiated the price of the car. In fact they gave me a very aggressive price out of the gate, almost too aggressive, I was actually bracing myself for a really hard time in finance, but the finance manager didn't try to push anything on us, or make us buy anything. He offered and that was it. Overall it was the most painless car buying experience I've had in the 15 years I've been buying new cars. I would highly recommended going to Jordan Ford if you're in the market for a new Ford car or truck.

I took my ford in for an oil change, my service person told me I needed a fuel filter, so I had it replaced. The following month I had another oil change, and again I was told I needed a fuel filter. After I paid for this item a second time, I question my repair bill, and the cost of the fuel filter was removed from by bill. This September 2010, I took my ford back again for repairs, tjis time my air condition was only blowing hot air. I was then told three different parts all broke at the sams time. That can never happen, six hundred dollars later I again had cold air. So I thought, after driving away a fourth part broke. Now I have no air for the back seats. I have called several times and no one will return my calls.

We have purchased several cars from Jordan Ford over the years, but Ernesto was by far the best Sales Professional we have dealt with. He was professional and knowledgable. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. There was no haggling. Overall, just a wonderful experience. We will definitely return for all of our maintenance and for future purchases!

Notice how I put three different people that I had to work with. It's because eventually one would drop the ball and we'd have to talk to somebody else. If you want to work with someone that doesn't want to help you, doesn't get back to you, and doesn't want your business then Jordan is the PERFECT place to go!!! Do not waste your time going there. For you San Antonians just save your time and effort and head over the Northside Ford! Brian gave us false hope, Adam never got back to us and everytime we called him it was always funny because he was always "just about to call us", and then we have hot headed John who just about hung up on me when I asked him to go a little out of his way! These guys do not care about you so please everyone don't give them your business!

Jordan Ford service department is terrible! Their leadership is marginal and probably what is holding them back from being an acceptable dealership. The service department's knowledge to repair Ford products is constantly overwhelmed unless you need an oil change or your tires rotated.
