I called about an 08 Saturn Outlook that I liked, and Antoine picked up the phone. He was personable, friendly and was easy to talk to. I couldn't make it out there so he started paperwork over the phone with me. I came in today and picked up my vehicle and Antoine was right there smiling and running around. Through out the week, Antoine would text me updates regarding the tint work they were doing. He even sent me a video of the finished product and also sent a video of the interior features of the vehicle. The girl who helped me through the paperwork was very friendly and was also working hard. Jeff Fish was great as well. I would highly recommend Julian's. I felt like family and there was no pressure. Great job Antoine. I'll be back in the future.

I bought a Corvette from www.juliansauto.comBrett made me come back, The day I came in with my pickup truck, wearing dirty clothes, the salesman treated me like royalty even though I was driving a truck with paint coming off of it. I was very pleased with that!!! He didn't judge me!!!So its been a week and I am back now purchased a vehicle I love it so much it's a red 2000 Corvette and this car is sporrty and amazing the lastowner had it for 10 years plus and what a good price.

I came into Julian's skeptical and having second thoughts, but after speaking with Ron the sales manager that helped me find the car i bought all of that went away. The process was quick, easy and hassle free i wasn't pressured to buy a vehicle. Bought my Cadillac from Julian's. Treated with great respect and professionalism. Even went down some on the sticker prise! It recently had a bad water pump so I took it to the service shop. Javier, Chris and the staff there were Amazing. To my car in right away and had it fixed the next day. They noticed they happend to break something in the process. They didn't lie or give me a hard time. They immediately told the truth and proceeded to fix it at zero cost to me. They detailed my car and it's back and driving great. After my vehicle was at the sevice repair center for repair. The repair was dealing with my transmission which would be an extensive repair. The dealership scrambled to find a vehicle that would accomodate me and my 7 kids in the meantime. They provided me with the best deal on a replacement can until I can get mine fixed. Yhe customer service eas amazing. The buying process was fast and they were genuinely concerned for me and my family. I would reccomend this family owned business to all my friends and family. Through this experience I truly learned why this business has the motto "there is no place like the showcase" customer satisfaction is their number one goal.

As soon as we arrived on the lot, our salesman, Brien was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us to the vehicle we were interested in and let us look it over and answered all of our questions. He made us feel very comfortable about the vehicle, and we ultimately decided to buy it without going home and sleeping on it like we normally would. Once we made the decision to buy, Brien showed is inside their office to start the financing process. Brien, and Mark in finance made the whole process easy, and they were a pleasure to work with. The inside of their office was nicely furnished and our daughter never complained once while she waited on their comfy couch watching tv. All of the vehicles on their lot looked great, and we were so pleased with the outstanding service we received, we would definitely recommend Julian's to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

I gave 4 stars for quality of repairs only since the recommended detail was a tad more than I thought it should have been, and the detailer did not know how to detail a black vehicle. I first went to Julians to get a Chevy 2500HD pickup truck, Brian inquired on the purpose of the vehicle to get a better idea of what I was looking to do. After a brief conversation he suggested a different vehicle on the lot and suggested I come by to check it out and text drive it. Upon arrival I found the dealership very pleasant and organized. Brian had excellent customer service and knowledge on the vehicle he suggested. We took it for a test drive and I was very impressed. We then went to the financing part of the buying process and I was unable to get approval. However, I had my co-signer with me and they suggested I try and get them financed. After a few hours they came back with a good offer. We told them we had to go over the deal and the next day we agreed with the deal. The process was started. Later that evening Brian called back and gave us an update on the offer and it was even better than we first agreed on. Brian has gone above and beyond in regards to communication and professional service. Even though the process has taken a little longer than originally expected I would not hesitate to recommend Julians auto showcase and especially Brian to friends and family for their next auto purchase. Thank you again for everything.

I recently bought a used car 2013 Hyandai, from Tom Brown at Julian's Auto showcase. Everything about this dealership is first class! From the beautiful inventory (all cars are immaculate and ready to drive. It was the first dealership that I went to, therefor I felt, obligated to "shop around". Hands done...no other dealership can compare to Julian's, from sales to service! I highly recommend them to everyone.! I am the wife of an ex-used car manager and received the highest possible care that I could ever ask for. Honest, fair and more than satisfied with everyone! The service department is installing a hitch for a lift that I have for my husband. The salesman came to the service center and took me home, so that I don't have to wait at service center. Brien was an absolute gem! I am not car savvy by any means! I am honestly a car salesman's dream since I am very easily talked into things and have zero knowledge of the process. Brien however, was very patient with me and talked me through it all. He genuinely seemed to care that I get the best deal there is and that I get the car I wanted. I haven't had the chance to meet Brien in person due to work, but he answered any and all calls and texts. He followed up with me to make sure I had everything I needed. My Fiance and I went to Julian's Auto Showcase due to my Daughter in law buying a car from there and it running well since then. The gentleman that we spoke with was patient at first, then because we looked at several cars, got a little frustrated. We committed to buying a car after that to assure him we weren't "Just looking" as I had already done that prior to that day. The cars they have are generally in good to very good condition, as they had some later model cars but were in pretty good shape overall. They do have an incentive referral program, which is nice. They also offer an extended warranty for the vehicle, which is wise because anything mechanical can break down. I opted with the platinum protection plan(better options) and has worked out well so far! I would defiantly recommend buying a vehicle, seeing their fleet & the condition they're in!

I had a great experience. I came down and I met Jon the Salesman from NY. He handled everything from helping me pick out a car and the helped me out with financing when other dealerships said no Jon said "YES". He helped me with getting me insurance and registration which is always time consuming, but not today. Very speedy process. I feel I will be very happy with my 2010 Dodge Nitro. I was very happy when I was picking my car up and filled out my first review as requested by Julians. When it came time to receive my car and I noticed some issues that I did not notice before, the manager Mark created an unfreindly atmosphere. Stating that he was in trouble for selling the car to low and if I didn.t like it his boss would cancel the deal that they already cashed my check. Mark stated that he had five other people interested in the car after I bought it. Is this a place that I would do business with again, well I think you all know that answer is NO! I will say that the salesman Mike Quealy was very pleasant to deal with but definitly not the Manager.

Mark was a very knowledgeable and helpful "salesperson." Actually, he was more of a guide and mentor. He answered all questions and made the process seamless and dare say "enjoyable." The other members of Julian Auto Showcase were equally helpful, understandable, and even patient with a teenager being impatient to leave. In actuality, we did not plan to purchase of PT Cruiser for only "looking", but before we knew it, signing a "brand new" vehicle. Again thanks Mark and the rest of the "guys" at Julian's.
