I've been searching for several days for the right car to replace my current clunker. I found KDK through an AutoTrader search. I drove from Western Kentucky to KDK for a Ford Raptor. They had the best price around for a great truck and were legitimately willing to negotiate. RJ was absolutely phenomenal to work with - quick to respond and as helpful as any could ever be. When I got there the truck was detailed and ready for me to take for a test drive, which went extremely well. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars in every category was that Phil was kind of hard to understand over the phone and was semi-challenging, to me, to work with. However, he was incredibly polite and professional, and when he handed the reigns off to RJ things went swimmingly. Overall, the entire experience was well worth the 16 hour round trip drive in less than 24 hours.

Unlike a typical dealer where a salesman comes to greet you outside, you will need to look over and decide if you want to take the next step to go inside and discuss the vehicle you want. The dealership on our visit was only manned by John. He was very accommodating, but was shuffling between customers and working out deals between different people. This was very awkward since he would be talking to one customer at a desk then answer your questions while you were standing near the other potential customer. The price was very fair for the vehicle, but a deal could not be made due to certain options not on the vehicle. This was a different way of shopping for a vehicle and although unconventional, the vehicles seemed to be looked over and inspected thoroughly and at a decent price .

Ive bought 4 cars total now from KDK. The only reason i keep coming back is because of the manager, John Cirner. He is always extremely busy due to the high volume of business this place does, but John is always attentive to our needs and very courteous. On top of that, if we find any issues with the cars we are going to purchase, John always gets it figured out. KDK has great cars too but John takes it over the top. He does a really great job.

Three days after I picked-up my 2006 HHR, I discovered it had a slow leak in one of the tires. Actually, it also had at least 3 bubbles in the sidewall on the inner side of the tire, but you couldn't see them. No problem, John took care of it and got me a great replacement tire! I searched for quite some time for all different suv's and crossovers, only to come up with this particular dealership. We drove for an hour and were not disappointed! We felt that we were not pressured and were given full freedom to look over the vehicle we were interested in. We test drove it without any pressure and without an escort. John Cirner, the sales manager, is the furthest thing away from your cliche car salesman that you can ask for. He is very professional, not pushy at all, and really cares about his customers. He answered all of our questions regarding the car thoroughly and helped us arrange our financing which was a better deal for us opposed to what our own credit union offered. BTW, this is our 2cnd car we bought from John and we wont go anywhere else as long as John is there. He is worth making the trip for if you are looking to buy a car. KDK has a great selection of cars and a very comfortable atmosphere as well. You cant go wrong here. Give them a look.

My husband and I purchased 3 vehicles from KDK , we became faithful customers since 2011. I purchased a Honda Odyssey, when I drove the vehicle back to NY , it failed the state inspection due to the oxygen sensor. I called kdk advised them of my issue and they ordered and sent me the sensor. We later purchased a luxury vehicle, upon driving the vehicle to NY we noticed a slipping in the transmission, we immediately had the vehicle inspected by the luxury dealer in town and discovered there was an issue with the transmission. We called kdk and faxed them the paperwork, they contacted a shipping company that came to pick up the vehicle, they had the transmission repaired, gave us the repair receipt and offered to have the vehicle shipped back to us. We preferred greyhound , and we drove the vehicle back to NY. I'm constantly referring friends and family to kdk.

We had been shopping for a truck for over a week. We had been to many dealerships and seen many trucks. The truck we found here is exactly as it was described. They hid nothing from us. Is it perfect no!! (IT IS USED). It is perfect for us. There is no high pressure sales. The prices compared to many others are more than fair, We are glad that they have the internet sight to show off their inventory. We had to drive and hour and half to get this truck, it is so worth the time. The employees were very friendly and not pushy, like almost every salesman we came across. Now, due to it being a used vehicle it had a few things that need to be fixed and they helped us with finding someone very reasonable for that. So I am not new to buying cars online but typically I fly to the dealership and inspect the car prior to purchasing. This was my first experience of buying a vehicle and having it shipped to me without seeing or test driving the vehicle. Needless to say I was very nervous, especially because the price was so much lower than other vehicles with the same year and mileage. I meticulously looked over the pictures and reviewed the CarFax. I also read many of the reviews listed on the cars.com site and this was the deciding factor to make me buy. I could not be happier with the purchase. This was the easiest most seamless purchase that I have had. All my questions where answered immediately and honestly. They worked extremely hard to find the cheapest shipping price for me (and quick). It was a great experience! The car was better than described, they tend to not over describe the car I am guessing to make sure that you are not disappointed. I do want to remind you that you are not purchasing a new car and you should expect some wear based on the year. With that being said, I feel my car was excellent for the year, miles, and price. It runs smoothly, does not have any lights on, and everything works as stated in the online description. Granted I have not put a lot of miles on it at this point but I could not be more pleased thus far. This was a big risk as you can imagine, but I asked a simple question and feel that I received an honest answer (would you purchase this car for your family site unseen). Without hesitation, I got a simple yes and that he had actually considered the car for his family but decided to wait another year to replace their current car. I encourage you to give the dealership a chance with an online purchase. They seem to display all the characteristics you would hope for in a family owned business; honesty, integrity, individualized customer service, and pride in the work they do. This will be the first website I check when I need another car because of the experience. The only negative I can list is my daughter is claiming the car as hers.....but nothing related to the car or the purchasing experience.

I bought a car for my daughter to travel to and from college. John Cirna was very helpful!..I live about an hour from there place. So, I sent an email with questions. He replied really quick and followed up with a telephone call. There were no surprises. The car looked as it did on line. There were no hidden fees. The staff was very helpful. It was almost 7:00 p.m. and they were about to close.However, he did not hurry us at all. We were able to take a test drive, complete the paper work, and drive it home. Bought a 2008 Saab 9-3 from KDK last September. Since I had just got a new job a family member bought the car for me. Read the reviews on here and was a bit skeptical over the great reviews. Walked in the door and was immediately offered something to drink while I waited to test drive the car. John handed me the keys and was surprised he didn't want to ride with. Very hands off which I liked. Came back and told him I'll be in touch. Called in latter and placed a deposit down. 2 days later I drove away in my first car ever. Almost a year later it's been running great has 86k miles on it bought with 74k. With the frequent maintenance such as oil changes and filters it's been a great investment. I'd recommend and have recommended KDK to my friends who look at used cars. I was expecting an aggressive salesman but John was very laid back and helped me through every step of the way. Didn't negotiate or ask to pay less because I knew the car was priced where it should be at and from reading the reviews on here I don't think anyone should be mad they don't negotiate...the cars are literally at bottom price. They do a great business over at KDK! Thanks a lot!

Interested in a car they had on there lot however we could not agree on the trade value on my vehicle and thus not deal was done. Ended up buying from another dealer, later model lower price and was given exactly double KDK trade in value. It confirmed to me that KDK tried a low ball value for the trade....while I don't hold that against them it would have been a mistake to accept that value.

Went there to look at a used 2003 Honda 5 speed stick. Took the car for a drive and made them what I thought was a fair offer and they would not take it. I later found one at another dealer with 40000 fewer miles on it for $500 less and I made the other dealer an offer and they took it. I see they still have the Honda on their web site. But they sure did have some cool cars on their lot.

I had been searching for a used Subaru for a few months when I came across KDK. I flipped through the photos and decided I wanted to test drive it. I drove up to KDK and fell in love with the car. I went right before closing so I took the credit application and John's card and headed home. I went back the next day to have my old car valued for a trade-in. I wasn't able to get approved through their department but I was given a purchase agreement and put a deposit down on the car. The next day, I signed the loan paperwork at the bank and called John. A few days later, KDK called me to verify when I was going to pick up the car and said they would see me when I got there. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone that works at KDK was so polite and kind to me and my family each time we were there. The owner is very nice, as is everyone else. It was super hot the day I went in but the office was nice and cool with some jazz music playing and plenty of magazines to flip through. When I walked through the door, I was automatically greeted and was asked if I would like some water or coffee. About a minute later, I had an ice cold bottle of water and was told John would be with me any minute. John and everyone at KDK greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. I felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. I would definitely recommend KDK to anyone looking for a car or anyone who wants a good car buying experience.

My husband wanted a truck as a second vehicle to use for weekend projects. Not planning to drive it every day , we were focused on purchasing a mechanically sound vehicle rather than for looks. The first truck we drove had a noise that I didn't like. When we told the salesman helping us I noticed that they didn't just park it back on the lot but pulled it right in the service bay. This gave me more confidence that they weren't just a small lot trying to take advantage of people but that they actually cared about providing good vehicles. The second truck we drove ran, sounded and handled great although cosmetically it had some rust (they stated this online). We ended up purchasing this truck - we can always have it painted! The purchase process was fast - we were paying cash (check). Something to note - if you use a credit card they pass along the fee. I believe they also offer financing but we didn't inquire as we wanted something we could pay for right away. My husband is very happy with the truck!

Shortly after purchasing a 2001 Rav4 "As Is" I started having what I thought was transmission problems. I called and they apologized and they told me to bring it in. They serviced the transmission and took it to the Toyota dealership to have it checked out and it was the ECM all of which they replaced FREE OF CHARGE. They have really changed my stereotype of a used car dealership. Not once did they ever mention you bought it "AS IS" which would be the normal response. Thanks again for being a stand up dealership. I would highly recommend them!

As the old saying goes; "The best time to buy a convertible is in the winter" With that being said KDK proved that over and over. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, they had both cars that I had called ahead about, pulled out and cleaned off (snow) and ready to drive. No questions on which one we could take first or how long we could drive them, just go and enjoy the test drives. It became very clear early on which car we wanted and it was time to talk to KDK. Before we even went to KDK, I had done my research and knew they had the lowest priced optioned cars that we looking for in 500 miles radius, that I was looking for. So I kind of knew the price was the price. However, where I was surprised. The electric top was not working and in BMW's that can be an expensive item. When I asked about the top, there was no song and dance other than, "we'll get that fix and there is no extra cost." That was a welcome relief, because in past with other dealerships it has been a fight to get tires on a car that are clearly worn out. Overall a very positive experience and when it's time for another car, we will be driving to Brunswick Ohio to KDK. Thanks guys....

I've been searching for a quality used car for my mother and had several buying alerts attached to my saved searches on cars.com for a few different models and makes, with a sweet spot of price, mileage, and distance from my location in the northeast. When the notification that one was available outside of Cleveland at KDK, I looked at it with my usual skepticism, expecting no carfax, accident damage, title issues, or heavy wear and tear. What I found when I clicked the link was far from it KDK has free carfaxes on every car they sell, and the one I was eying had an impeccable accident-free service history with a clean title in the south far from our salty northeast roads. They provided dozens of pictures of the car, including the drivers seat cushion which typically sees the most wear, and even that looked almost new. It all seemed to good to be true. I called Phil over the phone early in the morning and unlike so many other dealers, the call was answered promptly. I told him I was interested in trading in mom's one-owner car, and would send him pictures so he could possibly assess a value. After texting the pictures over, he asked if I could take some of the undercoat as well to make sure it had no rust issues, which actually gave me more confidence in KDK as a dealer so I was happy to provide them. After a five minute wait, he had given me a value which he was comfortable with which I thought was more than fair, and we put a $250 refundable deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Again, this sales process seemed to easy and good to be true. The next day we drove down in the trade-in to check out and buy the car. When we got in it was parked right next to the door, gleaming and polished. It honestly looked brand new, despite being several years old. We met with John and he allowed us to test drive the car around the suburban Brunswick area. The car not only looked new, it smelled new, and the engine compartment had to have been steam cleaned it was so dust free all the plastics looked perfect. There were a couple tiny imperfections on the interior that gave away it wasn't absolutely brand new a quarter inch tear in the leather on the door sill, a small coffee stain on the second row carpet, and some small maple seed pods in the sunroof rail. But nothing a good 20 minutes and some cleaning products couldn't fix, and seriously I could have done more damage to the car driving it home myself. This was a clean, clean car. As I learned later, those minor imperfections aren't of concern to KDK they have such a huge volume of cars that their concern is more that they're getting good cars to begin with at auction or trade-in, and they sell them for such low margins, that their turn over is incredible. Most cars are there only a matter of days, and with the volume they have I'm amazed they're as clean as they are. Ours even had fresh wax build up on the interior door handles and the water beaded up immediately, not sure if that was KDK or the previous owner, but the paint looks showroom new. They agreed to the trade-in value established before we got there, and we signed the paperwork and paid for the car, easy. On our over 200 mile ride home, every system worked flawlessly. From the blind spot monitoring system to the four zone heating, everything functioned. We have told all of our friends about KDK and highly recommend them. It's the kind of dealer you drive by locally and see newer late model cars and always check to see if one catches your interest, but then you see the price and shake your head because it's too high, except KDK's prices aren't, and their cars are somehow in better condition. I seriously wish all dealers operated like them only buy quality cars, buy them in huge quantities so that they can make their money on volume, and then have a legitimate no haggle buying process. Don't second guess these guys. Check everywhere else, and you will always come back to KDK. We'll be returning when we need our next vehicle.

I was looking for a nice little Ranger Truck. Found it on the internet at KDK Auto Brokers. I flew into Cleveland from Louisville KY. Phil had one of his employee's pick me up at the airport. His employee was a great guy, drives likes he's from L.A. (smile). The truck was much better than was listed. Being from Kentucky I felt right at home at their place. John the owner is the Best of the Best. You will not ever buy a car or truck from a better person or Car Lot/Dealership. Honesty is the only way Phil and his staff works. I wish they would move on down here to Louisville cause they would have to stay open 24/7 to keep up with the demand down here. Test drove 2002 Chevrolet Silverado. Very nice truck, clean. Minor problem with steering. Porter/mechanic? seemed concerned and said it would be checked. Meet with salesman, somewhat cold and seemed to busy to discuss the truck. Would not negotiate price at all, I didn't even have a chance to barter or make an offer. Very disappointed with not being able to make a deal. The truck has been there for over two months according to one of the employees. Thought they would deal, guess I was wrong.

I found a few cars on their website so i emailed an inquiry as to if they were available. Big surprise. No response. So i drove to lot of which no where to park. Walked the lot a while. I was in the market for a truck. Nothing brand new, not looking for a house payment. Just a good quality used truck for a good deal. Crazy thinking right? I started thinking that as well. I looked and looked and looked, and it seemed people wanting gold for junk. Trucks you could see were abused or high milaged. Vehicles that would have you in the shop on a normal basis. I am picky and many dealerships feel if you want to pay $10,000 for a truck that is fine but the truck will be worth $4,000 if your lucky. One day I stumbled across KDK. Started looking at what they had to offer, and what I had seen made made me do something I never thought I would, but one thing I do know is if you wait to long or play to many games, what you want will be gone. Right in front of me was a 2003 f250 xlt with 95,000 miles and pictures to cover every part of the truck showing no rust, or dents. Detailed pictures showing a truck that was taken care of. So, back to doing something I never thought I would do. I called KDK and spoke with Phil. After getting my questions answered with no problems I bought the truck online without even going in person to look at it. I do not live in Ohio. I am 5 he's from them and didn't have time so I took a chance. Something everyone has to do in their life. Then I spoke with John who kept me in the loop all the time. Like I said I am picky, so I can be a thorns in someone's side. Then I spoke with RJ who lined up the shipping of my truck. KDK went above and beyond. They even took money out of their own pockets to make sure I received the truck on Christmas eve. I had no idea it was coming and I get a call from the hauler saying its in route.. Try runs perfect, looks great and I have no problems buying without looking from KDK. I have 4 children. 3 are working on driving. KDKDK has my business. A big thanks to Phil, john and RJ.

Recently purchased a BMW from KDK and am very pleased with the entire experience. The vehicle is very nice, but the people are better. There is no pressure here, just a pleasant and laid back approach to doing business. We were serious about buying and as soon as we decided on the particular car that we wanted the entire purchase took less than an hour. After we had done all the paperwork a warning light and message came on for the cooling system on the car. I was worried that we would have to leave empty handed-not knowing what the problem might be. Phil had the coolant filled up that night and told us not to be concerned that they had a very good BMW tech who would take care of it. He reassured us that they would fix whatever it was and that everything would be working properly. Best of all, he meant it! My son drove the car home and two weeks later, at a time that worked for us, they had him bring it in to their shop and they fixed it just like they said they would. It was a refreshingly simple, almost old fashioned way of doing things. It was also a good example of how nice it is to do business honestly, with a handshake and no games. We paid them their full asking price, which was the right thing to do as it was a fair price. They did the right thing and kept their word, making good on their commitment to take care of the problem and making sure we were happy and the car was working as promised. Many thanks to RJ, John, Phil (senior and junior) and to Tommy who fixed the car! It was a pleasure working with all of you.

I called and spoke with RJ, their Director of sales about the MDX they had for sale. The MDX sounded like the vehicle I was looking for and I told RJ I would be out in a little while. I'm sure they have heard that before. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile by John Cirner, their Sales Manager. The showroom had a warm cozy feeling. John Cirner introduced me to John the owner, who greeted me with a big smile and a firm handshake and offered me donuts on hand in the showroom. John C got the keys to a 2007 Acura MDX and said take it for ride, which I did. I came back 20 minutes later and told John C I just loved the MDX. He showed me some of the features it had which surprised me. We went back inside to get warm, got some coffee and sat down at John's desk. I told John that I've wanted an MDX for a few years and was thankful I could finally purchase one. I got a little personal with John and told him that I have terminal cancer and I would enjoy driving the MDX till God calls me home. John's facial expression immediately changed to compassion for me that brought tears to my eyes. His concern for me was genuine and sincere. After we talked for a while John introduced me to Mike their Finance Director who figured the best way for me to purchase my MDX. See how quickly I assumed ownership of my new car. I met Phil the owners son (I think he is co-owner with John his Dad). What struck me about KDK is the honest, friendly, family feeling I had about everyone I met. I pick up my MDX in a couple of days. I have already recommended KDK Auto Brokers to family members and shared with them the great experience they have given me. I recently purchased a beautiful used Acura RL from KDK. I showed up about an hour before closing on a cold snowy night. I asked to test drive the car and the gentleman took a picture of my drivers license and said have fun. They pulled the vehicle up front and let me drive out unassisted and was able to get a great feel for the vehicle on normal roads. After purchasing and signing paperwork, all of which was very quick and stress free, I got my new vehicle home. The next day an airbag light came on. I called KDK and explained what happened. They asked me to come out so they could look at it. They scanned the codes, informed me that the seatbelt sensors were bad, and that they were already ordered and on their way. I dropped the car off soon after and got a call later that night that everything was taken care of. This was excellent service considering the car was sold "as-is" and truly believe they went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was as positive as possible. When its time to buy a another vehicle, this will probably be the first place I come and look. Very satisfied.

After extensive research and several hours spent driving to dealers trying to sell overpriced cars with issues the overall sales experience at KDK was great. First of all they really went out of their way to be nice to us offering fresh brewed coffee and water - I know this isn't much, but comparing to other dealers it is. When shopping for a low budget used car, don't expect any wonders to happen, there are no miracle deals out there. However, KDK offers really great prices, because they turn vehicles around fast and with a low mark up. There is a no-nonsense approach, their prices are below the dealer average and they know it, so there is no big margin for negotiation. As with all used cars, they have some great ones and some that are not so great, you buy what you see, so be prepared to look well. However, any concern I addressed was dealt with professionally, when I didn't like the car I had made a deposit on, they readily showed me others, no questions asked. I ended up buying a nice 2008 Escape for my daughter - the model I came to buy. They have approx. 150 cars on their lot, so there is some to chose from. As used car dealers go, you get to deal with a lot of shady characters, because that seems to be the rule of the game - here I felt treated honestly and very professionally. It was well worth the 3 hour trip from Detroit. I will recommend them to others.

They are the first place we look, other dealers are looked at as a reminder of what great prices they have on there vehicles. The bank always asks us where we are finding such great deals. Whenever we here of someone interested in a car we always recommend KDK first. Our son just recently bought a car from them and they are tickled pink with the purchase. We are now anxious to pick up the new purchase from them with complete confidence it will be a joy to drive knowing what a great deal we got with no pressure. Dealership is over two hours away from my house, so I was very specific about the questions I asked, particularly when it came to rust. The truck I was inquiring about was 14 years old, but the website pictures made it look to be in excellent condition...which is why I asked at least a half-dozen times if the truck was in as nice of condition as indicated. Phil repeatedly told me the truck was "solid" and there were no "major" rust issues. So I took him at his word, secured the financing from my bank and made the trip from North Pittsburgh to Brunswick. I did not expect a show truck, but WOW, the "solid" truck had blisters all over, especially around the windows. Looked like somebody just spray painted over them. Both rocker panels were rotted out; the driver side filled haphazardly with bondo, the passenger with a patch that still I was poking holes through. Doors, fenders....rust. To top it off, the rear tires were never going to pass PA inspection. (over 800 dollars right there).I went to talk it over with my wife and to add insult to injury, when I called Phil to let him know I was going to pass on the truck, I got RJ, who couldn't care less about the issues I had with the truck and just said " have a nice day". I will RJ, in my new truck, from another dealer, bought with the money I first brought to you.

I went to search for a car at KDK and it was great! I pulled up and started looking around and realized they had a hot dog stand! I was hungry and we all sat and ate hotdogs like old friends! All the sudden we were all laying money down and betting who could make their hot dog disappear the fastest! Nothing short of quality customer service. The moment I walked in I was greeted very nicely and an employee took me directly to the car I saw online. All the vehicles in the lot are quality cars (BMW, Lexus, Audi, Honda etc) with very reasonable prices. I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L and took it for a couple of test drives. The employees were very patient with me as I wanted to make sure I wanted to make that purchase. I am happy I bought my vehicle at KDK. They are friendly, easy to work with, and will go the extra mile to help and make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. I was even allowed to take my vehicle to a dealer for an inspection. We three--mother, daughter, father--endured several months slewing through the muck of dealerships existent in Northeast Ohio, searching for a dependable, well-maintained full-size truck. May I be allowed a moment to say that aforementioned search, why was it not commenced and ended with a visit to KDK Auto Brokers. We bought last night a 2001 Ford F-150 Triton V8 SuperCrew Cab and it is a phenomenal vehicle. The owner(s) previous to my family sought and gained regular maintenance for the truck; nary a scratch to be found on the body and not a scintilla of rust. The price agreed upon is equitable and there was no haggling. What we perceived to be a fair price for the truck is the price John offered us. The staff is otherworldly in their knowledge and humanity--thank you John and R.J.; I may sound superfluous; but rest assured, my words are not hyperbolic. This independent dealer is the best in the area. Absolutely. I am laconic in surrendering my Jeep Cherokee Sport I've owned for 15 years; but to gain this Ford F-150 as replacement from KDK ameliorates my sadness completely. I cannot recommend KDK any more fervently than do I already.

Tonight, we three--mother, daughter, father--ended our truck search quite pleasantly at KDK Auto Brokers. I drive a 1999 Jeep Cheeroke Sport, 6 cylinder, 4-L engine that has traversed this country from Provincetown, Massachusetts to Death Valley. The moment arrived though when it was ripe to find a new vehicle as with a 2-year old daughter I wanted a safer, dependable, rouged truck that was maintained with great perspicacity and resolve by its previous owner(s). Many dealerships, many vehicles identified, than dismissed for myriad reasons: price, quality, etc. as a result. We found KBK via an online search, spoke with R.J.--a great gentleman--then went to the lot where they had both trucks that piqued our intereset pulled out for us to inspect. Both trucks are well-maintained, not a fleck of rust anywhere on the bodies. We decided on the Ford F-150 Triton V8 Lariat after a test-drive; and the price, the customer service--thank you R.J. and John--were and are impeccable. After visiting other dealers with high pressure sales it was very refreshing to find that I could walk around and look at vehicles at my leisure without being pressured by a salesman the whole time. I was able to open vehicles and compartments without needing to get a key. I was even able to look under hoods and undercarriages. When I was ready all I had to do was tell John Cirner my salesman what vehicle I was interested in and he let me take it for a test drive by myself. Very friendly and laid back. Went looking for a good used car. KDK has many great makes and models at very reasonable prices. The salesman are very professional and pay attention to detail. I bought a 2003 Jaguar on Monday. When preparing the car.....they found it needed front brakes and went ahead and installed them at no charge. I went back on Thursday to buy a car for my daughter......same experience. They are doing work on this car for parts only cost so I can rest easier knowing my daughter and grandchildren are driving in a safe car. Thanks for taking care of me.......I'll be back!

What a change of pace to be able to browse a dealership where there isn't constant pressure from a herd of salesman chasing you around. John, the Sales Manager, is a no nonsense down to earth kind of guy. Great to work with! Amazing experience at KDK, purchased a 2005 Passat for my son. I had two open car loans which left me with very few options in purchasing a vehicle for him and of course being a college student, he had a minimal down payment. After being scammed by several dealerships (even traveling as much as 200 miles to see garbage), we found KDK through cars.com - thank you. No pushy salespeople, very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, but more importantly...HONEST employees. I wanted a reliable, safe and of course sporty vehicle for my son on a budget. SO many options to choose from and we got exactly what we were looking for. Test drove as many vehicles in our budget as we wanted. All MINOR repairs were taken care of before we even mentioned them (ex: brakes). WHO DOES THAT???? This is a very fair up front place. They have a nice selection of cars and trucks. No beating around the bush here. They tell you how it is. John the Sales manager is down to earth guy. I couldn't believe when I saw the Acura CL with manual transmission and low miles on the internet. I called and spoke to Phil about the car but, I did tell him I was hesitant to buy sight unseen. Phil told me that I wouldn't be disappointed and I'm so glad I listened to him. I've had the car five months now and it runs excellent. The transaction was so easy as RJ overnighted the paperwork and I returned on a prepaid envelope. Shipping arranged by KDK was excellent and the car arrived in Nevada when promised in spite of the bad weather the midwest was having. I did not have any problems and would not hesitate to buy sight unseen from KDK. I did feel bad for RJ though as I called him a more than a few times with questions. If anyone has doubts about this first class business let me say they are without a doubt trustworthy.

I am 19 years old and this was my first time purchasing a car, as my previous one I had inherited. My sister had purchased her car through the guys at KDK and it seemed like a great place to go. I had seen a 2010 Nissan Altima online and loved it, in which I scheduled a test drive right away. I loved it even more in person. It had some minor scratches and a stain on the headliner that I was not fond of, but John and the guys at KDK were excellent. They did not argue or question, just said that they would have it fixed for me in which they did. There was no pressure on me, and John was very personable and helpful throughout the whole process. He even was able to get me new tires for the car at his cost, which really helped. A car accident with my car totaled put me searching for a good value for a vehicle I wanted, could afford and depend on. My internet search brought me to KDK with 5 vehicles that met my targets. Spending a couple hours at the dealership test driving all, I settled on the one I preferred. The sales people, non commissioned, were there to help me, advise me on the various vehicles and added a couple that just came in. My selection had a couple mechanical issues that KDK took care of, and I am enjoying my "New" 2001 Infiniti. The staff was excellent! Everyone helpful, courteous, honest and not pushy. I have been recommending friends to be sure and give KDK a hard look. Their inventory is extensive, priced fairly, with some older models, with various mileage making a decision somewhat difficult, a very good thing! I know this doesn't sound like a used car dealer, and it isn't your typical used car dealer. Make sure you investigate this dealer, you won't be disappointed.

I was given the keys and had the car out for about 45 minutes on my own. When i returned John simply said how did it go and how can I help. We negotiated a bit and struck a very fair deal. No heavy pressure or hard sell. Just respect. KDK is a smaller, family run operation that is very professionlal and yet personal. I have watched their car inventory for some time. The have some excellent buyers and get some excellent quality used vehicles and then offer them at fair prices. For their size they seem to constantly turn their inventory whicn means a good flow of new vehicles coming onto their lot. If you are looking for a used vehicle KDK is definitely worth a visit in person, or online at their web site.

Shopping for a good jeep with low miles and in good shape isn't easy, as they sell very quickly. Using autotrader.com as my lot lizard, I was lucky enough to find a Special Edition 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the family owned and operated KDK Auto Brokers Inc. I mention family owned and operated because that is the experience you get. Its a comfortable atmosphere, no pressure, straight up experience, with a lot of good cars and reasonable pricing. For example, I ended up purchasing the 2004 Jeep, with brand new tires, brakes pads, and rotors for $6295.00, even though the NADA guide listed it's retail value at $8100.00. That is $1805.00 below what they could have offered the vehicle for. I used the difference to purchase their 3 year warranty which can be used at any Jeep dealership in the country. What made the whole process seamless and enjoyable was my Sales Manager John Cirner. John addressed all my questions despite me dragging him out on the lot multiple times to address all my concerns. John processed my paperwork very quickly. Everyone who has previously purchased a car, knows that once you buy a car, it then becomes a hostage crisis to get out of their. As a first time buyer, I was nervous going in despite the amount of research I had put in to the car. I had heard horror stories of dealers trying to get one over on a person who may seem to be vulnerable, but this was certainly not the case when dealing with John at KDK. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with nothing but respect from not only John, but all employees that I came in contact with. I never felt overwhelmed, or like I had been schemed, duped, swindled, bamboozled, or even worse, hornswoggled. Being a woman, some dealerships have a tendency to talk down to you. The moment my friend and I walked in John made us very welcome. He asked who was buying the vehicle and I said I was. I'm typically not the kind of person to jump online and do reviews of anything, but KDK impressed me so much, that I will gladly take the time. I walked in on a Saturday to look at a vehicle I had researched online. Everyone was extremely accomodating and got me all set for a test-drive. I liked the drive, so I agreed to purchase the vehicle pending an independent inspection on the following Monday. They actually took the vehicle to get inspected for me to save me the trip. When it was done there were a few issues that were found by the garage that looked it over. Rich immediately told me, "Great, we will pick it up right now and get everything fixed." I was stunned. Not only that, he had his crew work late to make sure I was on the road (safely) that night after work. They have even offered to take care of anything that might happen during the first few weeks of ownership. Rich, John, and their entire crew are first class. I like the fact that the owner lists his personal phone number on his website. I called the number, got vm, and hung up, leaving no msg. Phil called me back promptly. To me, listing your personal phone # means you are not hiding from anyone or anything and therefore, must feel comfortable with your reputation. I went there after finding an ad online for a used truck that they had, 2000 Ford F150. I called them to see if they had it still, so I went to look at it. They had it pulled out front for me and warmed up! The salesman asked if I had any questions, I told him no, just give me some time to look it over, and he left me be. After several minutes he came out with a license plate for test driving, got a copy of my license, and said to take a drive if I liked. For a used truck they had already put some excellent work into it, new tires, brakes, exhaust, completely detailed. As soon as I came back, I told him I'd take it as long as they took care of a few small things I noticed and it was not a problem. The financing was approved, buying process went smooth. They are professionals here. Nice facilities and nice people.

I waited about a month before I wrote this review. Wow is all I can say. I looked for a vehicle for two years for my 16 year old now 17 year old son. I had a budget and it was hard. I was almost scammed twice online, went to horrible dealers, shady car salesmen and just overall dream crushers. I was beginning to give up. I then stumbled across KDK and decided I should at least try one more. I went in thinking the worst even after reading all these glowing reviews. I could not have been more happy with the entire process. I keep telling myself that something bad has to happen I swear. From John in sales (who has my same sense of humor), to Mike in Financing to Phil (who answers the phone himself at all hours!) and his Dad the Patriarch, the whole place is like an extended family. Weird I know. Whenever I had an issue, it was immediately fixed. No argument, no debate, no hassle. Just great people honestly. If I am ever looking at another used vehicle I will always start here. I will always refer people to them first as well. Oh, he ended up with a sick F150 with tons of muscle...things happen for a reason!

While I was on premises Phil (one of the owners) pulled in with a used car he just purchased and I knew I had to have it. Coming to KDK I was on a tight budget and had no real expectations of finding a car within my price range. After looking around (With two small children in tow), I finally found a car that I fell in love with. However, it was still slightly out of my price range. I talked with John, who went out of his way to get me the best price that I could afford. While we waited, they brought us water and suckers for the children. The staff is friendly and seems committed to their craft and helping people find what they are looking for. There was no pressure to make a purchase and the atmosphere was friendly. Even after making the purchase they went out of there way to correct a few details that where wrong with the car in order to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you KDK and thank you John!

Saw a few trucks online and decided to stop in and see what shape they were. The pictures online matched the vehicles and were not misleading. The salesman was very busy but made sure we were comfortable while we waited. The owner and other workers were very helpful and nice as well. We wanted to test drive a few vehicles and he wasnt bothered by it in the least. Gave us the keys and said "take your time." felt no pressure to buy and the saleman wasnt hovering. Ended up buying a 03 silverado. The check engine light came on the way home. I called them back and they said bring it right in and we will take care of it. Not having bought an extra warranty they could of told me to kiss it, but stood behind thier product and fixed it for free. Will be shopping here again.

I recently totalled my car and am super strapped for cash. I also have never gone through the car buying process before but my parents always got their cars from here so I figured I'd check it out. I fell in love with a 2007 prius but wasn't going to make any decisions without my dad looking at it first. I went up later that day with him, and the guys explained everything with the car. They didn't try to pressure me into buying it or anything, just basically made sure I knew what I was looking at. When I finally made my decision, they walked me through the whole financing process and gave me tons of estimates on my payment. John was incredibly patient with me when it came to the decision on a warranty, which was really nice. If I ever find myself in the market for another car, this is definitely my first stop.

I had been serching for a car for my daughter for two months without much success. We had a ceiling of what we could afford, and the selection was sparse. I came across KDK on Cars.com when I searched for a Mazda 3 in our price range. Lo and behold they had one! I called them to inquire if it was available and it was. THe time of my call was 5:45 pm.....I told them I would like to come in so my daughter could drive the car, and that I probably wouldn't be there until 6:45 (15 minutes before they close. They had the car ready when we arrived, and allowed us to test drive until almost 7:40. My daughter loved the car. We worked with John Cirner to make the deal happen. He, and the entire family at KDK were absolutely nothing short of outstanding. I will be shopping for a car for my son within the next 60 - 90 days, and there is not hesitation on shopping and purchasing from KDK.

I saw an ad for a nice looking 2005 Ford Focus and thought Wow! This car looks good, low mileage, I should check it out! Sure enough, the next day I'm looking at the car, and had a test drive after we found out that I would be able to be financed. The car ran great, the price was very reasonable and they were able to work with me to get a 3 year warranty with my new car. The staff that I spoke to and dealt with were all very friendly, knew what they were talking about and were very personable. I never once felt out of place or pressured into buying this car, or any other car on the lot. Before purchasing, I was able to let the dealership know a few things were in need of fixing and the dealership had what could be serviced at that time completed right then and there, before I signed any papers! All in all, I was astounded at how KDK ran things and was very happy to buy from them and have already recommended them strongly to a few others in the market!

This is my second vehical purchase from Kdk. They are no pressure, have a great selection, fill your first tank, offer different levels of warranty to fit your needs, and take care of there customers. Coffee and donuts were offered while I waited, but I was in and out in 1 hour. My car had trouble the fist day and they fixed a $350 throttle body for free. I'll be back!

I was in the market for a 7.3 diesel for almost two months. After repeatedly going to see the truck I was looking for and being disappointed, I came across one at KDK Auto. The pictures looked great online and the price was over 2 grand less than comparable trucks I'd seen. I learned the hard way that pictures can be deceiving. I asked them to give me additional close up pictures of the truck and the underside. This wasn't a problem and was done quickly. They also offered a phone walk around which I appreciated- told me about some scratches, ding, etc. The truck was from the south and showed as such. We worked out most of the details over the phone and email. When I came to pick up the F-250 everything was just as I was told. The staff was great- no nonsense and the truck was just as described. I was very happy with the entire process. I will keep them in mind in the future.

I came back several times over a week looking at one particular car and was treated very well every time even though I hadn't committed to buying the car. When I finally brought a mechanic with me (my son) and asked if he could take the car and inspect it I was once again treated very well and was told "sure" . My son found on oil leak and upon returning to the lot and telling them about it they put it up on the rack and along with my son found the problem and said without hesitation that they would fix it for me. They were friendly and pleasant all along the process! I'd definitely go back again!

In from Va. Have been looking for a Lexus 330 in our price range. Wholesaler at home tried to sell us one that looked beautiful but when inspected needed repairs costing $5,000.00. They didn't even care. Came to OH to regular dealer. Who had a car within our price range but it had a weird shutter upon acceleration, acted like it was no big deal. We said pass. I am glad we did because today I found exactly what I wanted a year newer for the same price in excellent condition. Plus John and staff took excellent care of me. Also great sales room beautiful to wait in. Will recommend them to everyone I meet. I

Avoid. I told the dealer I would write a review so I didn't want to lie. We drove 2+ hours from PA to view a 'clean carfax' Honda SUV that was promised to be in 'ready to drive home' condition. Within 2 blocks of the test drive the vehicle began to shake and slow slightly. I had my daughter pull it over to let it idle. Within a few minutes the check engine light came on. We made it back to the lot and I gave them back their keys. When called on it, my daughter and I (2 females) we were told to get off the lot twice as if we weren't leaving already. We drove quite a distance to see a vehicle that was not only misrepresented, it broke down ON the test drive. When we got it back to the lot, I advised them to give it a push back to the space to avoid further damage - their reply was a lot can happen in 3 hours. They are so right. A lot can happen in 3 hours. Like a child injured on the drive home from their first major purchase or like a check engine light intentionally thwarted. Really? As if the child of a mechanic wouldn't recognize a cycle scam. Given our experience I believe the positive reviews on this site are shills. Avoid.

I consider myself to be internet savvy and was very measured when doing my online search for a used Camry. After narrowing my search down to 3 area dealers I went with KDK because of their pricing and Carfax reports. They had great pricing on all of their inventory and it seemed that most were 1 or 2 owner dealer trade-ins- which was what I was looking for. After corresponding over at least 6 emails I felt very comfortable coming in. The process when I arrived was quick and easy. The car was as I'd expected and the staff was very friendly. While shopping for a used car on a limited budget for a picky 16 year old girl, this was the best car dealer we had visited (and we had visited a lot). We were recommended this dealer by our mechanic who had heard good reviews out of the place. After months of searching and looking at the same few dealers (one whom had treated us horribly), we thought it wouldn't hurt to look here while we were in the area. Right away, we were greeted by John C, who offered us beverages and took care of us right away. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we had, and he pulled up a list of cars for us. He had us look at two right away, both on the lower end of our budget. The first car we test drove was the one we were interested in, and knowing it had just came in and not yet been serviced, we were able to take it to our mechanic to have it looked at. Other than a few minor issues, it got a good report. Back at the dealer, we were assured these small issues would be taken care of along with any other service their technicians check while inspecting newly brought in vehicles. We also knew that another service would have to be done on the car in the near future, and we were offered this service at a much lower place than any regular mechanic would do it for. Very pleased with the car and the service, we wrote a check for the full amount of the car and will pick it up in a few days. Definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family! Even while busy with other customers, we were taken care of with respect and in a timely manner. Very happy with KDK!!

Great Experience at KDK. My son says this place is like a car toy store! Saw a Toyota Tacoma online and being a Saturday, I drove there to look at the vehicle. I was looking at the vehicle, taking my time and really thorough before being approached and told that if I needed any help or had any questions to just ask. I decided to test drive the Tacoma and when I asked to do so, it was no more than 5 minutes before they had a copy of my drivers' license and the Tacoma was parked at the side door, running and waiting on me! I took it for a nice drive and took my time, testing every option on the Tacoma. I returned to the dealership and although we could'nt make a deal at this time, I WILL be going back as soon as I sell my current vehicle and/or our income tax return arrives and I WILL be purchasing if the vehicle I am interested in is still available. I was VERY happy with the "No Pressure" sales approach at KDK and they are all laid back and give a person elbow room and time to look over thier inventory thoroughly and are more than happy to answer any and all questions. They all seem to be very honest, unlike so many other dealerships I have been to recently where the salespeople are more like Buzzard's looking for a quick meal of your wallet!! I will DEFINITELY return to KDK ASAP!! THANKS, Guys!!!!!

Found a used 2003 Ram 2500 2WD Hemi Quad thru the internet at this dealership. It wasn't quite what I was looking for but condition shown in the pictures looked nice for the year. I never buy sight unseen so we drove 65 mi to check it out since we read such nice reviews. Upon arrival the truck was priced $1000 more than the website posting. As we checked out the vehicle- it was unlocked- we noticed some slight damage to the bed that had been repaired only meagerly but didn't show up in the pictures. That's why check it out in person! It wasn't a perfect vehicle but was 10 years old with low miles and we were going to use it on our mini farm anyways not to impress anyone else- it was really pretty nice overall. No salesman came to bother us as we crawled around and underneath. Went inside and located the salesman we emailed got the keys and we took it on a long test drive. It was nice to drive it a while in order to know what you are buying. Usually other dealerships have a set two mile route and that's about it. And, if it doesn't have a warranty, they should let you drive it a little more than usual! They were quite busy and made the deal with the owner John who honored the internet pricing and actually we were able to negotiate a better out the door price since we had no trade and were paying for it upfront. And yes, very casual experience, no mind games as they want you to decide to buy the vehicle, not them. Donuts and coffee- just ask for the real cream- but my favorite was the Reeses mini peanut butter cups!

My wife and I were looking for a particular type of vehicle when we came across a 2004 GMC Envoy XUV that would fit our needs exactly. We found 4 of them in a 100 mile area and came across KDK Auto Brokers only 5 miles from where we live. The XUV was the lowest priced and lowest mileage of the 4. This happened to be a Sunday and their hours were Monday through Saturday. We had set up an appt. at a new and used dealership that day to look at another vehicle and thought we would stop in KDK's lot to look at the Envoy. To our surprise, they happened to be open. One of the lot guys stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help us. We told we were interested in the Envoy. He said he just had started it and took us inside to talk to someone. There were other people in the showroom and we ended up talking to David (service manager). After talking for a short time, we asked if we could take it for a test drive but it was low on fuel. David went and put gas in it. Long story short, came back and was approached by a gentleman,John Klima who happened to be the owner(working on a Sunday) and told him we liked the vehicle but had set up an appt. and would let him know on Monday. He said that was fine. Needless to say we have since purchased this vehicle. My wife and I have purchased around 50 cars in our lifetime and I don't have any reservations saying John, his staff from the young lady that answers the phone to David, John(sales), and RJ that this dealership is by far the best we have ever dealt with, bar none!!!! Their professionalism and service exceeds anything we've experienced. We are pleased in how we were treated and any issues that came up were resolved immediately. Their service is outstanding. Just bought a car at KDK Auto Brokers. It was a great experience to buy a car from a non pushy salesman- John Cirner. John treated my son and I great and gave us a fair deal on a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. Also the showroom was very nice and had great chocolate chip cookies. The next time I buy a car I will visit John at KDK.

My father and I went to go test drive a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr and ended up buying it not only because the great conditon and quality of the car but also because of the great quality of the service. Have no problems with the car but im sure if I did come across one KDK would be more than happy to assist me. As I purchased the car it had about a quarter of a tank of gas in it and before I left the lot the car salesman took it and filled it up for me and thought it was a really nice gesture. I am pleased with my overall experience and would recommend KDK because of my satisification and overall service.

We recently left a deposit with RJ on a car from out of the area. After an unexpected situation arose and we weren't able to make it in within 3 days- which is their policy- he had no problem giving us more time and holding the car on our word. When we arrived we were very pleased with the car save for some scratches on the body. John, the salesmen when out of his way to pull one of their detailers off of a car to help out. After about 40 minutes of buffing and polishing the car looked great. They went over and above to make us happy and make a 12 year old car look nearly new. Very positive experience!

This place is a joke. Seen a few cars online so I stopped in to check them out. The pictures of their cars hide alot of things and the cars are poorly serviced. The salesman kept talking in circles. This place makes me hate shopping for cars!!!!

I recently drove over 7 hours from PA to OH to view/purchase a vehicle from this dealer and I couldn't be happier I made the trip! I was looking for a specific car and wasn't happy with the selection I found in my area and the car at this dealership had everything I was looking for only problem was it was 400+ miles away. After long deliberation and wanting to be 100% satisfied with the large purchase I was making, I decided to make the trip. After first arriving on the lot, I quickly noticed that unlike other dealerships, no one pounced on me as I was checking out the car even though I was obviously interested. Even when I walked inside no one greeted me for about 10 mins. Personally I hate pressure sales, but at this point I was really starting to question where was the customer service (& my decision). There was a lot of hustle and bustle inside, it was a Saturday and everyone who worked there seemed to be occupied with other customers or other things. I was finally greeted by the owner who asked what car I was interested in and pretty much handed the keys right over with very little discussion (he copied my license first). The test drive went well, the car drove great, but there were a few minor repairs needed. When we went back to discuss further, we sat down with the sales rep and that's when the experience and attentive customer service began. It was explained that the dealership is family owned & operated and prides itself on having a no pressure environment, but when you're ready to purchase they're ready and willing to assist. We expressed our concerns, the repairs needed and EVERYTHING was addressed right away. The sales rep was attentive, transparent, knowledgeable, concerned, flexible, honest and one by one I met the rest of the staff too. They have a head mechanic on site who was great. He brought the car in right away after I expressed interest, to service the car and repair the issues on the spot. There was one small thing they couldn't fix, but offered to order the missing part and ship to my house the next week (all especially impressive in my opinion since they're selling used as-is vehicles). Most importantly after doing a lot of research(& the condition) on this car...the price was a steal! I haggled a little bit but the original sticker price was more than fair. Overall I drove home very satisfied and if in the market for a car again I will check out this dealer's inventory again despite the drive. They're definitely worth the look, offer quality cars, good service and great prices. (Thanks TJ!)

I had been looking for a Good Used SUV for 4 months now. I stopped by KDK and they had a BMW X5 on sale. Lower than K.B.B.Im super excited about it! I feel soo confident in this purchase because they helped me obtain a 3 year warranty. That is important when buying a vehicle with high mileage! I feel like a Got a Great Deal and still leaving the lot protected! Good Job Guys!

My son and I were looking for a used small GM truck. Found a nice one at KDK. The 1998 we drove was by far nicer than all the newer year model's we test drove. Negotiating and buying thru emails from out of town was a snap. When we picked up the vehicle everything was quick, easy, and the vehicle was exactly as we expected. We had one issue which was probably my fault. Last name on my title ws spelled incorrectly as you typically never really look at your last name just expecting it to be correct. When I couldn't get the licence plates thru the BMV the personnel at KDK turned the paperwork around quickly. In two work days I had the corrected title in hand. Thanks Phil and the great personnel at KDK in resolving my minor issue. I can't ever remember receiving such great service. My son and I have receive many great commplements on this nice vehicle.

I would rate the in person experience at KDK as absolutely wonderful. The day I went to the lot looking for a specific car I had seen on cars.com it was raining. One of the gentlemen from KDK offered to hold my umbrella while I looked at the car, service like that is something you remember, as quality customer service seems to be a thing of the past. They were very cordial and I was pleased with the car I purchased from them. If I had to say there was one area that needed improvement it would be their phone skills. When I initially called to inquire about the car, the person who answered the phone said "hello", and nothing more. I thought it would be more appropriate to say the business name when answering the phone as it seemed a bit unprofessional. Overall, I am very happy with the condition of the Saab the price was very competitive and I would consider buying from them in the future.

Car salesmen at this location must be afraid of the heat.. Its 5pm Sat an hrs listed Are till 7pm were the only people on the lot an not one person came out to approach us to see what we were looking for or could they help us... Must not sell cars on hot days!! One of the questions are did I purchase a car? Kinda hard to purchase one when the salesmen aren't trying to sell any cars.

I was looking for a Surburban & wanted a used on in pretty good shape. These guys had one. I drove 225 miles to look at it & make a deal with them. They worked with me to make the deal and I drove home with the Surburban. Yes, I do have to to fix a few things on it, but I knew that before I purchased it. I also knew that it it was a as people say a gas hog. My Crown Vic wasn't much easier on gas & didn't have 4-wheel drive or half the space. The guys at KDK were great!!!!

I found a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 on cars.com and call the guy a few hours before I drove up there to see if the car was still there and a first he said no. But then he said o wait you mean the 05 for 2750 yea we still have that one so I ask a few questions about the truck. I said ok I was just calling to make sure you had it cause I didn want to drive the hour and a half to look at something that wasn there. Long story short drove there he sold the cars days earlier and he still has not taken it off the websiteNot Happy!

I bought the SUV over the phone, I thought I can trust these people. They told me that they replaced the tires and they are brand new, I got my $18000 suv and the tires are not new. Be aware, if you want to buy a car from them make sure you inspect it very good.

I was in the market for a new car and I came across a '08 Lincoln MKZ, 39,000 miles, fully loaded with AWD. I contacted RJ, sent pictures of my trade in and explained that I still owed on my car. I was given more than what my car was worth, as it was in rough condition. I then set up an appointment to give the Lincoln a drive and all for the following Saturday. I made the 6 hour drive from Maryland to Brunswick, OH and arrived at a clean, friendly establishment. I drove the vehicle, liked it and gave RJ all the docs needed to complete the deal. Process did not take more than an hour. I drove back to Maryland happy with my purchase and with my service experience. Thanks again to RJ and the other sales associates, technichians and managers at KDK for making my buying process seamless. I surely will look to them first for the next go round, 6 hour drive and all Adrian
