I just purchased my second car from Kearns, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. About 4 years ago I needed a city car. One that was nice looking, with a good price tag & could parallel park easily in downtown Milwaukee. The Saturn and I had some great times together, and she still runs like a champ, but after 4 years my priorities have changed. Today I need more room for my luggage, my dog's kennel, my yoga mat and my friends. I traded in my Saturn for a Mercury Mariner and the process could not have been more smooth. Jon G, Dale, and Grant all made sure I left happy! If you're looking for exceptional customer service, great deals and people you can trust, Kearn's is the place for you. Oh, and I'm a chick and they don't try to up sell you - their #1 goal is to make you happy. #customerforlife

Informed the sales person (Deadwood) that my mother had terminal cancer and that we were only looking, not purchasing a car. I told him she did not have much time left but that she was insistent on looking at cars. I asked him to humor her and let her drive whichever car she seemed interested in. From there, the calls started rolling in. He continued to call through the weekend until he finally talked her in to coming in to the dealership one last time. She was at the dealership completing this deal for nearly three hours. Salesperson and general manager claim she seemed "real sharp" during the whole process. I informed them that she wasn't even supposed to drive with all the medications she was taking. Again, their response was "she seems real sharp." She passed away 11 days later. The only time she drove this car was the two mile drive from the dealership to my home. I resold the car for a $6,000 loss after the dealership said they "would get back to me" on taking the car back. I never heard back from them. This whole experience was disgusting. I can only hope that one day these fine folks will be taken advantage of the same way they took advantage of my mom.

Kerns was very nice place to go to. I didnt feel any pressure from salesman. There was no bulshit. It was honest,pure,customer service. They made it really easy for me to come in and feel comfortable.

Bought truck from Kearns... very pleased. Had to get truck fixed which the extended warranty covered all the cost. However when asked about the warranty package I purchased covering a rental no one could give me an answer Thank goodness I have a friend that has a spare vehicle I was able to use. To truck in to shop to be repair. When truck was dropped off by my husband my bug shield was not broke. Pick truck up after a week in shop not only to find that the bug shield is busted but not all the bolts got put back in. The bug shield must of got busted by ice said the manager. I guess we can send you a $10 gas card to keep you as customers. GUESS WHAT PEOPLE ... we will no be returning to KEARNS for anything. We were thinking about getting a vehicle from there within a couple of years but now Heck no.

I was happy to find what I was looking for in my own backyard, after feeling I was going to have to go all over the state of WI. Actually, I found more than what I wanted. I arrived here to test drive a used Subaru Impreza, and instead ended up with an even nicer Mercury Milan with even more features like heated front leather seats and fewer miles.

This dealership took the time to make sure we were getting the right car that fit our needs. The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt pushed into making a purchase and were willing to work within our desired price range. I would recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle.

I was in a jam and needed to find something in a certain price area. Pat was amazing and kept in contact with me until I could make it in to look at the truck I had interest in. Everyone was so helpful at Kearns Motor Car Co. I never felt pressured into buying and they made sure to keep me in my price range for a monthly payment. Jeff was an excellent sales associate. Dale did a wonderful job at finding me the best financial rate. Excited to start driving my new Pontiac Torrant! P.s. 'Deadwoods' jokes could use a little work. ;-) Thanks guys!

Kearns was willing to do whatever it took to get me in a newer and nicer car. Pat gave me several options, all fitting within my budget, and still offering the features I was looking for. Dale explained all of the financing very clearly, and even gave great recommendations for warranty options. I will definitely be coming here for future trades/purchases!

I liked this place because of the guy i dealt with. Im a first time car buyer and a woman. I brought my brother and uncle with me, but Brent was helpful but not annoying. He was really down to earth and helped me get a really good deal at a fair price. i would definatly go again.

I bought a car from this dealership and the service was FANTASTIC!!! I worked with Tim and Dale and they both were a true pleasure to work with. Dale went out of his way to ensure I was informed on every level of the buying experience. This was my families second vehicle bought from Kearns. Have been dealing with Steve and his crew in the excellent service department with my old truck for years. They always took care of me. When it was time to upgrade to a newer truck, Brent, Dale, and John worked with me and got me the best price and financing. They got me the truck I wanted at a price that worked for our family. At 57 years old, I have purchase several new and used cars. Dealing with Kearns, was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. What a bunch of wonderful people. They don't just want to sell you a car, they do whatever they can, so you will come back again. I told them what I was looking for, and they came through in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
