Our salesperson, Jenna was absolutely great during this entire process. She was always courteous, listened attentively and allowed us to do our due diligence when we wanted to compare prices at other dealerships. She was never pushy (like many salespeople can be) which we really appreciated. While filling out the paperwork, she also provided my husband and I with ample time to discuss our options. Paul Ayoub was also great when it was time to sign all the paperwork. He was patient as clearly explained the process. Days after our purchase, Jenna called to ensure we were still happy with our purchase and encouraged us to contact her again with any additional questions. So, overall great customer service and a good deal for our SUV! I highly recommend this team. 😊

I’ve been dreaming about getting a RAV4 for years now and my husband surprised me with taking me to the dealership to pick out my car. I was greeted immediately by the staff and they sent over Alan to help us. Alan is so professional, helpful & funny! He helped us with our trade in and gave us the best offer for our used car. I must of made Brian travel the lot 13 times before finding MY car...2013 Toyota Corolla... It was then that Brian went above and beyond to make that car mine. RICH MANASS - best scion salesman ever - professional/knowledgeable/patient/reliable we traveled to san diego from imperial county to buy a scion - though we had wanted to buy locally in imperial county, we found the service at the local dealer lacking in all we needed. my son went to kearny mesa without making an appointment after seeing online that they had what he wanted - the sale was wrapped up and he was driving off in his new scion in less time than what it took to get there. since his purchase he has returned to add/enhance his car - which is the scion philosophy. we were so happy with the sales process and experience that my daughter returned a month later to buy her toyota. their staff is friendly - their parts department well stocked - their shop incredible - waiting area terrific! thank you KEARNY MESA SCION/TOYOTA for making my family's buying experience a terrific one!

The Sales team at Kearny Mesa Toyota is awesome! They had me in and out in less than 2 hours to do my transaction and there were no theatrical car sales moments between the Sales guy and Finance guy. Bottom line is that Howard Sheehy (internet sales), Brian Geary (sales guy), and Darrel Calloway (sales guy) all know how to sell a car without the drama that usually happens when dealing with a dealership. I contacted several dealers and visited a few dealerships (including Kearny Mesa), before deciding to purchase through Kearny Mesa. Howard was consistent in his contact with me via email and eventually was able to offer me the fantastic advertised price (they only have certain cars that come up in this pool during the month). Brian took me for a test drive and was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Darrel took care of me once I decided to purchase based on the price Howard quoted. Darrel was one of the most professional car sales men I've ever dealt with. He was focused on getting my deal squared away and me in and out with my new car without any hassles. The finance guy was pretty great as well. He did not try to linger and push upsell products I did not want. Everything was on the up and up and he was amazingly fast in processing the paperwork. I've purchased 6 cars in my life and the Kearny Mesa folks are truly a notch above the rest. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, you should definitely check out this dealership. I recently bought a new car from this dealership and was very pleased. The salesperson, Peter, genuinely listened to what I was looking for and respected that - something I didn't get at other dealerships. He highlighted different features I was looking for but didn't bog me down with add-ons I wasn't interested in. When it came time to buy I had several quotes from local dealerships. Peter and his managers respected that I had done my homework and gave me a very competitive deal. Finally, when it comes to inventory, they were the best in all of San Diego! They had several cars in the colors I liked, and were willing to negotiate on those too. When I was buying a car some dealerships in SD apparently were only willing to negotiate on models with black paint... It might look nice, but I don't want to melt in my car, and it seemed dealerships know I'm not the only one like that. Great staff, great inventory, great prices... Overall, great experience! I needed a safer, dependable car. I wanted to car shop but with my credit being iffy, and having no cash to put towards my cars needed repairs, I was overwealmed. I went in based off a collegues high recommendations. He told me to see Rico B. I went on the KMToyota web site, was impressed with the inventory and decided to follow through. I am so glad I did! Rico was honest, professional, and very understanding that I needed what would work financially for me. He listend and with a great sense of humor, and tactfulness told me to be positive, that the dealership would work with me. I am so happy I got a new car! They truly listend to me about my concerns of a high payment and Frank, the sales manager was so sincere and considerate of my situation. Go here and buy a car! No pressure sales, nor any bad attitudes. They didn't treat me any differ then those shopping on the new car sales lot.
