Very clean, nice dealership. Customer service is POOR! Stay away from the used car part of the dealership. The salesperson actually bragged about how much he makes! They promise you an Amazon gift card if you take a test drive....don't worry, you won't get one. They argue over who gets the commission. If you have been there before, make sure you tell them who you worked with. Very unprofessional! I have purchased multiple cars there in the past but will no longer be back.

Kelly Automotive group is impressive- I have bought 3 Saturns and now one Nissan from them and we would go no other place. Their sales force is very good but I was totally impressed with Jaret Seas, a young veteran who has served his country well and is now putting that learned discipline to work well at Kelly. We would go no where else

We just purchased a certified used 2013 nissan altima from Kelly Nissan and it was a wonderful stress free experience. The sales consultant was Mohammed Khan and from the time we met on the the lot until we drove off in our Altima it could have not been better. Mohammed entertained all my questions and concerns and never did I feel any "sales pressure" which would have sent me away. Mohammed showed me what I said I was interested in walked me through the details of each vehicle. As a senior citizen I was not familiar with all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle but felt very comfortable as Mohammed demonstrated each one of them until I had a full understanding.. Love the car.. Thank you Mohammed and thank you Kelly Nissan..

After months of searching for a pre-owned car and getting the run around from multiple dealerships about credit and money down. I came in to Kelly and ended up leaving with a brand new car instead of pre-owned! I could not be more pleased with my experience and I am recommending this dealership to everyone I know! It is nice to know there are still people out there who work really hard to get you what you need!

My friend referred me to Kelly Nissan so I went to check it out. As soon I got there, I was greeted by Mohammad Khan. He was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable. I told him from the beginning that I am not buy today. He did not care whether I buy or not. He took his time and help me out. He found the car I wanted and it had everything I was looking for. He offered me a great deal that I could not pass and I end up buying the brand 2015 Nissan Altima. Thank you Mohammad Khan for your help and Kelly Nissan. I will definitely recommend Kelly Nissan if you looking for great experience and friendly sales people.

I had been in contact with this dealership for many days. My schedule at work as an RN made getting there for a test drive hard to schedule. I finally made an appointment to test drive 2 cars. The woman on the phone assured me everything was set up and that I would arrive after a 12 hour night shift to test drive and possibly buy a car. She even gave me her "private" cell number and I was told to call her when I arrived. I did as I was told to do. I called and someone else answered, it wasn't a private cell but a cell for the dealership. Then I was met by a salesman, not the one that I was told would be serving me. I test drove the first car and was told that the second would drive the same. Insinuating I didn't need to test drive the second!! Would he have said the same to a man who was buying a car, I asked myself. Well I found out why he said that to me. Even though I had set this up days ahead, they had lost the keys to the second car. We waited around for 45 minutes and eventually left without the test drive. I have never heard from the dealership with an apology or an offer for another test drive. I did call the original woman who contacted me and explained my anger at my treatment. They build you up before you come and then drop you when you arrive. Very poor treatment indeed. I thought I would be treated with dignity and respect. I received neither. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Oscar was an excellent sales men. He was knowledgeable and proactive . He made my experience one of the best ones so far. I would recommend this dealership as well as my salesman Oscar Santiago. He showed me everything about the car and service department area.

these guys are a cut above. stopped in for an oil change on my xterra. Bill Pallo told me they needed to buy my xterra for inventory. they made me a fair offer and I drove off in a sick frontier at a great price with a 7year warranty! I tell everyone who asks to go to Easton for their next car and ask for Bill and Mike Disora.

I'm glad that I went to Kelly Nissan of Easton. They took care of me from the moment I got there. I was very please with the service of Mohammad Khan. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He did not push or force me to buy. He was polite and respectful of my needs. He showed me around and told me how to buy a car when I am ready. He provided me with all the information so I can take it with me to show my wife. I will be coming back once we're ready to buy.

I arrived i had an apt with craig, I was greeted by Wilbert Chevez. We then met craig he told us that we would be working with him. He was great he had an answer for all my questions. We went straight to the point adn he helped me buy a new altima. Very helpful. I will never buy anywhere else. I have sent several people to kelly Nissan. Wilbert & Craig were great.

Wilbert Chevez was straight to the point demonstrated the vehicle in and out. he is not just there to sell you a car. he has been great to me has kept in touch with me. if i ever need anything i now where to go! I've sent several people to him already and he was able to help them! Great salesman

My salesman Bill Pallo was wonderful. He helped me with every decision i had to make. He sat with me and made sure i knew everything about the Altima before we even talked about purchasing. When it came to the numbers everything was very easy and in front of me. The sales manager Mike made a point to come over and introduce himself. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had never before had a dealership give me so much information without having to ask for it. Bill didn't push me and never made me feel uncomfortable. When I did decide to buy the Altima Mike S. handled the paperwork and made everything very easy. He reviewed every piece of paper i was looking at and gave me a bunch of great options for buying the car. All in all it was a great experience. I will tell everyone i know to come see the guys at Kelly Nissan.

Go see Ken. Ken made sure he spent the time to listen to our goals when choosing our next car. All the buying options were presented to us and Mike, used car manger, was willing to work with me to help fit our budget. From the moment i arrived at Kelly Nissan everything was great. I was greeted by Wilbert Chevez from that point on everything was easy. He showed me all the features the car had,and let me try them instead of just presenting. When we started the numbers he didn't play games. I told him were i wanted to be and he did his very best to get me there. Which was great this dealership does everything in a great way. I left with a brand new car!!!

I did not expect that car buying experience can be this good. If you want a great experience and service, you must give Kelly Nissan of Easton a try. They really do have great people working there. My car salesman, Bill Pallo was the best. He went above and beyond to help me get the right car. The finance manager, Mike Salavati explained everything regarding the transaction. Got everything done fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

I had a very positive experience at Kelly Nissan of Easton. This dealership knows exactly how to treat their customers. I felt very welcomed and respected. My sales person, Wilbert Chevez took really good car of me from the beginning to the end. From his quick consultation, he found me an exact car that has all the stuff I needed. I am very happy with my purchase of all new 2015 Altima. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Will Chevez to all my friends and family. I will be coming back here for my second car.

What can I say? I was assisted by a great individual named Maureen who went well beyond what I expected from any sales representative. She was very helpful throughout this whole transaction. From start to finish, she was very thorough with explaining the details of this sale! She made me feel very comfortable and address questions/concerns I have had even AFTER the sale. When most companies would say Thats your problem shes stepped up to the plate and made things right!!! I cant thank her and Kelly Nissan enough for making this experience a delight!! Now I understand why Kelly has been a company that my family has used over a decade for car purchases! You will NOT be let down!

I purchased a used pickup from Kelly Nissan of Easton. It has been more than three months and the dealer registration has expired. When contacted the salesperson, Ms. Vooz, claimed that there was a problem with the title. If there was a problem we should have been notified so that we could contact Penndot and find out why we had no title or registration. She is giving us the run around. She was very rude and disrespectful during the negotiations for the vehicle and continues to be the same way when my daughter tried to get information.

Visited the Kelly showroom, and test drove a car however what turned us off from buying a car at Kelly was while test driving the car all we heard about was the sales person personal life story. Didn't go there to hear that. Was a big turn off.

Pros: -Knowledgeable staff, very attentive, welcoming, etc. Just overall "good" feeling about giving this place your business -Upfront pricing, no haggling needed! -Follow-through and follow-up after purchase Cons: - Only major issue was that our sales associate was double-booked in closing our sale and another, so we were passed off a bit and left to sit a couple of times. Nothing out of the ordinary though given the circumstances. - Car rattled once I drove it off the lot. They took it back the next day and fixed the cosmetic issue that was causing wind resistance. Secured us a lower financing rate for our trouble! - Not their policy to fill used cars' gas tanks before selling them. Just a minor thing, but would have been nice. -A little pushy on the add'l warranty, but that's also to be expected esp. on a used car. Overall, would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used car in the greater Lehigh Valley area and my only regret is that I didn't start with them in the first place!

Me and my husband have been searching for a car for 2 years due to our bad credit. We went to Kelly Nissan and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They tried to put us in a 2008 Sentra that didn't work out but they never stopped looking for another car to put us in(unlike every other dealership we went to that sent us away to a buy here pay here as soon as they saw our credit). They found us a 2011 Nissan Altima with only 4K miles on it and got us approved quickly. They had to detail the car before we got it and they gave us a 2012 Sentra as a rental until we got our new car. They are great!!! WE never thought we would be able to get into a car that nice, we are so happy with our experience and we LOVE the car!!! They have a huge selection and awesome prices. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

We bought a 2002 Dodge Neon from Kelly Nissan in Nov. They were reasonable with the price, and even added a 30 day warranty at my request (the car was listed as/is no warranty). The car was nice and clean. A little trouble with communications when getting the loan set up, but that was mostly the banks fault. So far, the car is very good. Would recommend Kelly Nissan to friends and family
