First experience buying car over the internet. Looked at plenty over internet and glad I choose Ken Pollock. Nate Bevan brought car to my house and went over everything and left it for a day. Loved the car and Jeff and Nate are great to work with. Transition went very smooth and dealership seems to really care about their clients.... Thanks Again...

Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Enjoyable experience. The entire Ken Pollock team was very helpful, honest and easy to work with. They were fair in the trade they offered for my previous Escape. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent buying experience. Nate Bevin was professional and friendly, working with us to help us get the best deal. We had our four young children with us and he even helped entertain them while we signed paperwork. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Truly a pleasure to buy from.

Fantastic Ford Dealership!! Bought my 2016 Ford Fusion there and just has my 1st oil change and service. They do treat you like family!! Pay a visit to Jeff, Scott, Bob, Bill, & Nate and have them sell you a car.

The entire staff was pleasant, outgoing and put the customer first. My wife commented to the owner that she never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. First rate organization. We drove for 2 1/2 hours to get there and would do it again.

I have had very, very good treatment here and my experience with the sale team Bill, Nate, Mike, Kerry and the host of others at Ken Pollock has been well, very pleasant. They walked me through every process of the sales. they asked me questions and generally wanted my feed back. The facilities are clean and if they're having a catered lunch. You're definitely invited.

Like most people I researched the vehicle online before visiting the dealer, so I had a pretty good idea of how much vehicle I could afford and about what I could expect to pay. Thanks to the sales team I drove out with more vehicle for less money than I ever expected. Can't say enough positive things about the leasing experience and the MKZ.
