Ken Stoepel was a great dealer to do business with, Ben Gardener is excellent at his job. I went earlier in the year to inquire about getting a new vehicle and in my financial situation then didn't get the opportunity. Ben remembered me when finding a great deal on exactly the kind of car I desired. Months later he gave me a call and worked me step by step into my new car! The financial advisor say down with me and gave me a fantastic deal with an outstanding warranty and gap coverage with a more than reasonable APR. Finally Ben went above and beyond to assist with getting a part switched from my old car to the new one which required him to take me to work on the morning all the way in Fredericksburg and pick me up after, all the while with a smile on his face and happy to help. The genuine service from Ben and Ken Stoepel makes them a fantastic choice!

Andrea pretty much met us at the door. We had been looking online and were interested in a Ford Explorer. She asked about the options and color we were interested in. She did not try to upsell us with options we had no interest in, just LISTENED to us. Although the dealership did not have the color we wanted, we went for a test drive. She was then able to locate a vehicle for us and was able to have the vehicle at the dealership in just 2 days! Although we loved our Ford Taurus and never had any problem with it, due to our current needs we feel certain the Explorer will suit us perfectly. Thank you, Andrea!

I bought a new 2017 Escape (fully loaded / cash). It was recalled twice within a few weeks for two different problems. Service scheduled both times with early morning appointments. First time was impressive and fixed within a few hours as described.Second time, I was advised they were very busy and, I offered to reschedule, was advised "no problem" be ready in a few hours. Around 5 pm I called and was advised someone would call me back in 15 minutes with a status report. No one called. I checked a few minutes after 6 pm and the receptionist advised the service department was closed but she would connect me with the sales manager.The sales manager, very apologetic, chased down the service advisor and he indicated they had not gotten around to fixing it but would get on it first thing the next day.The following afternoon I was called and told my car was ready and available. When I picked it up it was covered in bird droppings! I found this offensive since I took great pride in detailing my vehicles each week and placed it in the dealership's care in pristine condition.When the service advisor delivered the car I was astonished regarding the condition and asked, ".you guys could not even wash it.? He replied that they did not wash their Fords but only their Lincolns. "Seriously, it is covered in bird crap????". His response was, " Next time buy a Lincoln"! Talk about feeling inadequate about my purchase decision!!I own two new cars and replace one every year. I can assure you my next new car (up in November) will not be a Ford or a Lincoln.

First do your research. Go on line and get all the information you can. Make a decision as to which car you want. Then call Ben Gardner at Ken Stoepel Ford Lincoln. Ask him to help you find the car you want in the price range you are looking for. When he calls you back saying he has found it, meet him at the dealership and buy your new Ford. That's how easy it was for us. I never knew buying a car could be such an enjoyable experience. And Ben was great. He worked hard to get us the right car at the right price and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy.

Was traveling Friday, Labor Day Weekend, and my right headlight went out. I found the replacement at the Buick dealership, but they couldn't find time to replace it for me. Even though I have a Buick, I tried this Ford dealership. Service Rep., Kevin Ortiz, worked me in immediately. The mechanic actually had to remove my front bumper to replace the headlight! I was able to get back on the road with minimal time lost. Totally enjoyed my experience with this service department. So much better than what I experience in Austin.

I am over joyed that I went through the Ford Dealership just "LOOKING" when I met Gary Washington.Asked him about the used trucks. He told me about the Blue F150 that had just come in on a trade.I was in a hurry to get some where else so I tool him I would be back. When my wife and I came back I asked if they had sold the Blue PU. It was on the rack being serviced so we drove a New Sport 150, I might have bought it but the seats were uncomfortable. I drove the Blue 150 and feel in love with it.You know I bought it and I am one "Happy Camper". Gary and I hit it off right at first. We both are from Kansas. I was on a road trip and my car refused to start at a gas station. I received a tow to the service center and I was so very lucky that I broke down where I did. The employees at Ken Stoepel Ford were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Kevin Ortiz in particular took care of me like I was family, and I cannot emphasize how much he helped make an extremely stressful situation into a minor inconvenience! I would gladly return to get my car worked on here, even living in Houston!

I did a lot of research on local dealerships and saw that Ken Stoepel received outstanding reviews. After going there I can see why. I went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted. At NO time did Gary Washington try to pressure me into buying a more costly car or something I didn't want. A gentleman by the name of Mike took care of my financing and he was amazing. The Ford Expedition is extremely well built. My husband and his show dog were in a very nasty rollover accident last Sunday night, and they are both fine. He was sideswiped on the passenger side by a man in his lane, coming head on. My husband avoided the head-on, but was hit, spun, and rolled. It appears that the back tire was knocked off. He had to be pulled from the back. God was certainly watching over them both. I do not believe a lesser vehicle would have saved them. I am extremely thankful.Yesterday, we went to Ken Stoepel Ford here in Kerrville, where we have purchased two previous vehicles. Ben Gardner was our sales consultant. He was very personable and really listened to our preferences, our problems and what we wanted to do. He found us a super deal on a 2016, hail damaged (but repaired) Expedition. We are pleased.In a side issue, I had a question about my new Explorer, purchased from Stoepel. Ben went the extra mile to research until he was able to find a fix for the problem. I considered it unsafe and frightening that, when I unlocked my vehicle, ALL the doors unlocked. Someone could have reached into the passenger side as I was entering and grabbed my purse or parcels. In the worst case, a car jacker could have opened a door and jumped in. This should be addressed to take care of women like me. Kudos to Ben Gardner for his great service to find a fix. I feel safe again.Thanks again Ford Motor Company for building a strong and safe vehicle and having great employees.

Ben Gardner was my salesman and I was so impressed with him the first time I met him. We went one year ago and we test drove a ford fusion for my daughter. He was so knowledgeable about all of the cars features and safety features that Ford offers. I had never spoken to a car salesman that could give me that kind of information. I ended up liking the fusion and my daughter didn't so I ended up buying a car for myself, but unfortunately at another dealership. At the time they didn't have a vehicle with the color scheme I wanted and Ben tried really hard to find the fusion for me. I was so impressed with him that I told him even though I didn't purchase it there, that I would come back and get another car from him for my daughter. A year later she decided on a Ford Titanium Escape. She loved it! We checked other dealerships and their salesmen could not stand up to the high standards that Ben showed us. They would just open up the car and say "look it has leather and lots of truck space." Then I would ask about their safety features and they couldn't tell me anything. So I thought of Ben and we came back to Ken Stoepel Ford. He's enthusiastic about his job and it shows. I want to know what the vehicle can do and that my daughter is going to be safe on the road. Next we have our second daughter turning 16 in a few weeks and we already know where to get her car. Also, the excellent service from the service department is untouchable to any other dealership. Cameron is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond making your time their fast and efficient. The high standards you have their just don't measure up anywhere else not even in San Antonio. At Ken Stoepel Ford you feel like family. If you buy a vehicle they will take care of you and your car's needs. In a bigger lot your just buying a car and they don't care if they see you again. Escape was accurately listed on their website. When I walked it I was greeted immediately. Everything was quick and no hassle. Didn't have to wait very long for someone to appraise by Honda and it was nice that they didn't pressure me to purchase that day after giving me the appraisal.

I never felt pressured, and I never felt like the dealership just wanted to make another dollar with me. While driving out west in my 2016 Explorer it decided to stop north of Junction TX. After a wrecker brought me to the closest dealership I met Kevin Ortiz "service manager." After speaking to him he went and discussed my issue with a mechanic Phillip. Immediately he new the issue and asked for it to be brought around. Basically while I walked over and had some lunch and walked back to the dealership I saw my vehicle driving through the parking lot. Approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours after I had arrived there I was back on the to Louisiana. If you are faced with a similar situation please ask for this TEAM.Thanks again Kevin and Phillip.Jeff

I made an appointment to have the S.B. effected and due to living 90 miles away was provided a vehicle to conduct the many errands that we do when we get to the city. I know that the 'loaner' came out of Kevin's pocket. The TCM fix was not successful and we had to return a week later. Since the work to fix the problem required a longer time period, Kevin Ortiz did "back flips" to get us a car for the three days required. Our car was ready on time when we returned and both times Kevin helped us transfer our things. He was more than courteous and helpful--He was concerned that our car get repaired and that our other needs be met. I could not ask for any better service.

Hats off to Ken Stoepel Ford. My husband and I were pulling our 5th wheel to Kerrville and all of sudden the hose that goes to the turbo blew. It is almost noon and a 4th of July holiday. I called Stoepel Ford in Kerrville, Texas and spoke to Tommy Terrell. He told us to park our RV and bring in our truck and he would took care of us. We were prepared to rent a car and stay a couple more days. As soon as we pulled into the service bay Tommy met us and within 5 minutes he had given our truck to Phillip to repair. When Tommy came to update us we told him we hadnt eaten. He said, let me have our driver (Lou) take you to find something to eat. Within 15 minutes we were at a great place to eat. We ate and Lou picked us up and our truck was ready. Now how is that or service? Thank you Tommy, Philip and Lou.

I was devastated to learn the amount that I would have to pay on car repairs. I spoke with Mr. Smith, Service Manager, who was very kind and helpful. I explained my financial situation and immediate struggle to Mr. Smith, who then waived the amount. Kevin Ortiz ensured car repairs and explained the issues in a way I could understand. These two gentlemen are truly amazing! Some day soon, God willing, I will be able to pay it forward (at Ken Stoepel Ford) and do for others what Mr. Smith and Mr. Ortiz have done for me.

Been a customer of Stoepel for many years. Called about a recall on airbags mentioned on TV, but found out about another recall needed attention. Mr. Ortiz explained to me that I should wait until a letter is sent that will show airbags need replacing; however, he recommended getting the fuel tank issue taken care of. Mr. Ortiz was very friendly and I was very satisfied with his explanation of what had been done.

Our daughter had a car accident about 3 weeks before purchasing this car. We looked on several different sights and had also called Gary. After sending a relative out to inspect several different dealerships in Dallas with no luck and a lot of lemons, Gary called us with a potential vehicle. It was inspected and found to be in good condition both on the outside and with the engine (it passed all of Ford's criteria in their internal inspection) a test drive was made and we went for it. My 2011 f250 6.7 had a catastrophic engine failure. The guys at ken stoeple were amazing throughout the whole process, ensuring this unfortunate event went very smooth. They even picked me up in San Antonio. When I came back to pick up the truck when the repairs were finished. They called me daily the 4 days they had the vehicle giving me updates and sending pics of the progress. Also ensuring that a brand new motor was put into my vehicle at no cost at all to me. I would recommend anyone to go the extra distance to to make sure all your vehicle issues were handled here they are great. Once again thank u to the the service department at ken stoeple ford, and especially the gentlemen who I dealt with although I do not recall his name. My truck was even detailed when I picked it up, don't rip yourself off go to hen stoeple

I dropped by the Service Department without an appointment with a "just out of warranty" issue with my 3013 Edge. To my pleasant surprise, Tommy Terrell immediately diagnosed the problem and had a technician replace the part within just a couple hours. Further, he was able to cover the cost of the repair under the dealership's customer satisfaction program. He asked me what would make me happy, I told him, and he made it happen. Just another example of the great treatment I have always had from the Ken Stoepel sales, service and QuickLane departments. Great folks to do business with!

I had a 2015 F-250 King Ranch with only 1500 Miles on it, and it left me stranded in Kerrville Texas for 3 days. I dropped the vehicle off at the Ken Stoepel Ford House. The whole staff at this dealership is amazing. They furnished me a rental car (No Charge) and they also picked up the 3 nights of motel bills that I occurred while being stranded. This dealership went beyond its means to do ever thing they could to make things right.. I want to recommend Ben Gardner of Ken Stoepel Ford, to any prospective car buyer. Ben was super helpful , polite and above all honest! I live approximately 4 hours away and I asked Ben for his honest assessment of the used car that I was interested in. He was spot on !! He sent me pictures, had the car ready when I arrived and answered all of my questions. I was really impressed with his professionalism and pride that he has in his dealership. It was a great experience!

We are new to texas and visited Ken stoepel ford in kerrville.i expained my situation to Ben our salesman.he let me take a Ford fusion to my wife at home. No go. So we dicussed what she and I wanted. When we pulled up I said o.k. the wolves are lurking. Got out and much to my surprise, we weren't attacked! Our salesman was Ben. Sam Hernandez was very friendly and honest through the whole truck buying experience. Very professional on the truck deal but still fun and entertaining to my 3 kids. Tommy was our service rep. We will meet him for the first time tomorrow. We were informed that we had a blown engine, he worked constantly until the motor was completely replaced. Following up repeatedly with texts and calls to inform us of updates on our F250. He arranged for us to be transported back to the dealership and made a very hard process as smooth as humanly possible. We appreciate his time and efforts to ensure that we were taken care of. Was easy and fun to buy a car. I had always let my husband do the buying before, and since being widowed I had not bought a car. I felt the people were totally honest and knowledgeable. AND they had the car I liked! I especially appreciated the help getting my Bluetooth set up at the end. It would have taken me a while to figure it out on my own!

We purchased a truck in Las Vegas and started having issues with it on our way back home. We stopped in this little town where Ken Stoepel Ford is located. (Kerrville, tx.)Not only did they go out of their way to accommodate us, they got us back on the road in a matter of hours, not days. Everybody was super friendly including Tommy, our service advisor, David the tech and Lou who drove us to and from our hotel.We've never been treated this well before at any dealership, especially one where we didn't buy a vehicle from.Thanks to everyone at Ken Stoepel for helping us out and treating us like family.

I was on a limited timeframe driving to the dealership with 2 young kids. I had asked in advance that the visit was kept to shortest time possible.They were excellent. All paperwork that could have been done ahead of time was complete & there was no messing around once we got there. No 'pushy' sales people and no hard sell. Just a great family business that understands 'service sells'.I would definitely recommend checking with Andrea before purchasing anywhere else - not only do they have great service, they can often provide the best pricing too. I will be back!

We contacted Ken Stoepel Ford about a vehicle that we were hoping to purchase by the end of the year. All of our questions were answered and within a week, we were driving out of the dealership with a brand new Transit Van- we've just been in the driveway playing around with all the features and putting bikes in and out to see how it all spaces out. My wife and I knew Ben before we went to the dealership to look at Pick-up trucks. Ben knows his product very well and was able to answer our questions. When we found a truck that we wanted the negotiations went quickly... there were lots of rebates available and a large discount from the dealership. Our good fortune to have come in when we did. We got a fair price for out trade in, and when we sat down to sign the forms to buy the truck, there was no high pressure to add on needless stuff. My husband and I went to Ken Stoepel on November 30, to buy a vehicle. We wanted to keep it in Kerrville, This is where we met Ben Gardner, nicest young man ever, he greeted us,wasn't pushy at all. Asked us what we were looking for, wasn't on the lot but Ben found our perfect vehicle, he asked us a few questions as to what we wanted and he found it for us. I can't fathom the thought of purchasing a car from a different dealer because of the service I receive at Ken Stoepel. Although I would like to drive something other than a Ford, I do not want to utilize any other service center in town or SA. Therefore, I'll continue coming back for all vehicle needs.

I just wanted to make sure I shared a story regarding one of your managers: Michael Rodriguez.On Friday, November 27, 2015 I was fortunate to have been helped by him. I was driving back from El Paso, Texas to Corpus Christi, Texas in my 1 year old Ford Escape. While leaving Junction, my "flat tire" light went on. I was able to pull into the next rest stop. I ran the diagnostic report, but unfortunately could not access it due to no WiFi or internet availability. I got out of the car and could not see that the tires were flat. I called the roadside assistance card that I had been given when I purchased the car in Corpus last year. They eventually directed me to your Kerrville location and said the service department closed at 7. It was about 5:15 pm. I slowly drove to Kerrville. By the time I got there, it was dark, cold (about 37 degrees), rainy, and 6:05 pm. Unfortunately, your service department closed at 6pm. As I entered the sales area, he was leaving. He stopped and asked me how my day was and I said not well and shared my story about the long drive I had had and still had to get home. He saw that I was upset and told me to have a seat while he checked on some things. He proceeded to calm a clearly distressed female, checked the air pressure of all of my tires and discovered all of the tires were very low. He then reassured me by telling me the various reasons this could have happened. When he saw that I was still distressed, he proceeded to direct me to drive my car across the street so that we could put air in all of the tires. It was cold, windy, rainy, and I have to admit my mindset was not the best. He walked across that street, filled all of my tires with air, checked if the tire light was still on, and then directed me to drive around the block and drive back to the dealership to see if the light would turn off. Needless to say, the light turned off/reset once I drove around. He was waiting for me at the dealership to verify the light went off and that I was ok. Words cant express how grateful I am for his kindness, patience, compassion, consideration, and good Samaritan nature. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. He helped a worried, stressed, single mom on her road trip. I am grateful God placed one of his angels on my path to help me on my trip that had unexpected hiccups.

Ben went above and beyond when helping me find a vehicle. I told him what I was looking for, with a few acceptable variations, and he looked for it until he found the one I wanted. He was persistent without being too pushy. He called me multiple times over a month or so with vehicles fitting my somewhat broad description, and when I turned the first vehicles down, he kept looking and didn't give up. When I finally found what I thought was the right vehicle, Ben encouraged me to test drive it and answered all my questions thoroughly. Ben is honest and enjoyable to be around. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle!!

Much smoother than I have experienced with prior automotive purchases with other dealers. I was defensive when I first entered the dealership, as it turned out, that was not necessary. This was the first time I did not feel "used" when I left. I am very pleased with the salesman I worked with on this purchase.

I needed to replace a company vehicle that I was turning in and had my eye on the Ford F-150 Supercrew XLT. When I pulled in Gary Washington met me in the parking lot and showed me around. I got a good idea of what was on the lot and the different options in about an hour. I told Gary I would be back in a couple of days after I did a little more research. When I came back I knew exactly what I wanted and we finished the deal in less than an hour. The team was able to beat the best True Car estimate. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Best auto purchase experience ever in 50+ yrs since 1st car. Walked in at 5:30 PM looking for a new or used SUV within my budget; next day Gary W took the used SUV to my Mechanic to check it out after my wife tested it out; that evening we signed the papers with a good percentage rate Tom H had found for us.Everyone was very helpful, courteous and welcoming without a hint of push or vulterism as I have experienced elsewhere.Oh, Yes; I do recommend these people.

My buying process had a few problems at first. And after the purchase there were a few problems which I was not happy about. But the reason I gave the dealership as high a rating as I did was they did there best to correct each problem and have continued to work with me after the sale. The service department has continued to be courteous and fair. I will probably buy my next vehicle there. The lady that sold me the care is honest and worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied.

Mr. Washington helped us out from working with us to assisting our daughter in obtaining her drivers license. Any time we have had any requests such as can you show our daughter where the oil, windshield washing solution and antifreeze is - Mr. Washington has proactively acted and directed our daughter to a member of the maintenance department to explain and show her where things are. To top it off she was notified about a 4 point inspection that relieves our stress when she goes to school. As we are so far away from Texas this has really made us feel great about purchasing a car there. We are so happy with him, that we have also suggested to our son to buy his car from there too when he returns from overseas duty. Mr. Washington, thank you for all your help from training to purchase.

Our sales rep, Benjamin Gardner was instrumental in making our experience at Ken Stoepel Ford a wonderful journey. It was our first visit to the dealership and Benjamin caught us in the parking lot looking at trucks. His knowledge of the product and his professionalism and attitude was the reason we ordered a new truck. He kept in touch with us regularly during the waiting period and when our new truck arrived, he texted us a picture of it still on the cargo truck. He was just as excited as we were! We were at another dealership and called to and spoke with Nathan B on the phone. We told him what we were looking for and he went out to the lot to make sure he had it. He called back told us he had it and we showed up and the Explorer we wanted was ready. We were also looking for an f150 and their price was unbeatable on both so we said why not. My mom bought her Kia from him a few months ago and insisted that when we went to look for me, we had to go back there and as for Ben, and I see why! He genuinely cares about his customers. He isn't just trying to make the sale- he wants to put you in something that is perfect for YOU! And that's exactly what happened. Such a fun experience! I saw a Mustang that I wanted to purchase at Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. Since I live in Austin I wanted to be sure that the vehicle would not be sold before I could get to Kerrville. The staff kept me informed each day for several days that the car was still available, and when I got there I bought the car! Took my 04 Ford Truck for brake work, had more issues after repair. Always something else when took back. Took to reputable dealer found out Ken Stoepel not servicing as told. Might be ok for sales but Service is not honest nor dependable!

Tommy Terrell in the service department always greets me warmly and tries, as quickly as possible, to address my problem and take care of it. Everyone in the Lube Center is excellent. They are also fast and efficient. It is a 90 mile round trip to go from my home in Junction, TX to the dealership in Kerrville, TX. If it were not for the great service, I would not make the trip.

This was the first time I did not come away from the experience not feeling like I had been misled in some way. The Internet manager and I set a dollar figure over invoice in advance and there was no trickery involved in the deal.

We took our F450 in because the wrench light came on. Tommy in service was excellent. He even took us back to show us everything that needed to be repaired. He went to bat for us with the extended warranty company. Unfortunately, he did not have much success but he went above and beyond on our behalf. He was very good in keeping us informed of the status on the truck.

Our 2012 Focus had some shifting issues and then just stalled in a right turn and had to be restarted. I drove straight to the service desk and Mr. Andre Miller greeted me with a smile and asked if I could leave it with him and someone would drive me home. They found a service bulletin on the issue and made the necessary repairs.Customer relations when there is a problem is a high priority in my book and Mr. Miller's professional, courteous, and accommodating service will keep me coming back to Ford and specifically Ken Stoepel Ford for future service and for the new vehicle purchase when needed.Thanks again Andre.John Spreen

How well my sales person, Peggy, listened to my needs and showed me exactly what I asked for. She was professional and very easy to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to look at cars. It could not have gone better! I am very happy about my purchase.

They took my car on "no notice," and gave me a ride to work right away. Even though they were very busy and needed to keep my car several days, they got to it as soon as possible, and provided me with a rental car. Everything they said would happen did happen.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. Andrea, the sales consultant, was very informative and helpful in making my decision to select the vehicle best suited for my family's driving requirements. I had been driving a 1999 Malibu and the 2014 Escape has a lot more options and displays on the dash. She spent time explaining various features on the instrument panel to me and made sure I understood how to operate them. Tom, the business manager, was helpful in reviewing the various warranty options with me. I was very impressed with the people and facilities at Stoepel Ford.

In Aug 2012, I was looking specifically for a 06 Ford Explorer in a certain color, etc. I am from Round Rock, TX and found a listing online for one at Stoepel Ford. I called and they agreed to hold it a day until I could get there to look at it. The sales people were friendly. I took the Explorer out for a test drive. Upon hard accelleration uphill, the check engine flashed and the car shuddered (the flashing light indicates that the catalytic converter can be damaged if you continue driving while it flashes). Letting off the gas, it went away. We went back to the dealership and they put it in the shop. They found the #4 and #8 cylinder had bad coil packs and replaced them. I test drove again, bought the car and went on my way. The issue repeated it self again later that day. After pulling codes, it showed the #8 coil pack. Turns out they changed the #3 and #4 packs. Over the course of the year, my check engine light randomly comes on and the codes show a problem with the catalytic converter. I know buying used cars is a crap shoot, but what I wasn't expecting was a service department that couldn't get it right and ADDED to my problem. The biggest disappintment however was the change in service after my name was on the dotted line. The friendly staff assured me it was a great car because a saleperson's father was the only owner and it was garage kept. I asked, before buying it, if I could get some history on the vehicle from him. They said that would be fine. All my emails and calls were avoided/ not returned. Some history on it could have shortened the diagnosis on some other issues and saved me some money. I give the dealership a poor overall rating because they did everything they could to sell me the car, then did a 180 degree by ignoring me afterwards. They quickly fixed the car to make sure I didn't leave without it, yet did the work wrong. I feel like I was part of a bad auto dealer movie scene. Shady experience.

I purchased a 2012 Ford FX4 in July 2012 that had 5000 miles on it and supposedly had been used as a Demo.When I took delivery the console was full of Whataburger wrappings and trash. Apparently it was used as a trash can by the "person" driving the "demo". It had a couple of small dents which the salesperson said thay would have repaired. After several attempts and a number of calls it was repaired but the paint was scorched. Sometime later I was at a local business and when returning to the truck found a lady taking pictures of it and she stated that the truck had been her son's. Mrs.Stoepel, I presume. In January I took it to Discount Tire as the tires on the vehicle were somewhat worn. the tire manager told me the under fenders had been cut previously to allow for large mudders. This was completely foreign to me. I went to the dealership, spoke with Mr. Stoepel and was told that "we do that all the time and no one else has complained." In my opinion, a vehicle should not be sold as "new" even though it was a demo for the owners son, if the truck had had under fenders or any other factory installed part cut away without disclosure. Mr.Stoepel said he was "sorry that I felt that way".

Helped my Dad purchase a used town car. Overall the experience went well. There were a few problems. Was told the vehicle had new tires. He should have said new "TIRE". The one I looked at was new and I didn't think I needed to go around and look at the other three to confirm. My bad. My Dad had to drive back 3 or 4 times, the 60 miles for the extra keys and manual. Other than that, they were MUCH BETTER in every way, better vehicles, better prices, than north park here in S.A.

Bought used car through the internet. Sales person was very helpful working with me before sale over the phone and later when I arrived in town to take possession. She has since been available via email for many questions I have had learning a new car with lots of features new to me.

They were very willing to let us drive it as much as we wanted to and were eager to make a good deal. This dealer doesn't normally deal in Mercedes so they knew very little about how the vehicle operates but they were willing to let me explain it to them since I had already driven one at a Mercedes dealer. We bought the vehicle for a lot less than we would have had to pay at MB of SA. They also gave us a reasonable price on our trade in.

My review and feedback is based on my experience with Ken Stoepel Fords Service Department. The professionalism and courtesy extended to my family and I by your staff is beyond anything I have ever experienced by any service group I have ever worked with. To be clear, we were on our way to a funeral, an already stressful situation, and then broke down, albeit by my hand, in Kerrville. I called the dealership in Houston where I purchased my truck and was instructed to take it immediately to the nearest dealership. Ford dispatched a tow truck to take my truck to Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. I had to leave my wife and father at the gas station where my truck was towed from because we did not all fit in the truck. Your service team, led by Tommy, sent a driver to collect my family and bring them back to the dealership where they could wait comfortably in your waiting area. They assessed damage to my 2012 Ford F-250, coordinated with Ford to ensure everything was done according to their requirements to ensure my warranty remained intact and then spent quite a bit of time explaining all required repairs to me until I completely understood what was going to happen.Tommy and company then organized a rental vehicle for me. They knew that rentals were in short supply so the called around and put me on waiting lists until they found something for me. They had National send the vehicle directly to your dealership to pick us up. I have to tell you that I was pretty upset with myself as the issue with my truck was a direct result of my pumping unleaded fuel into my diesel truck which was aggravated when the tow truck driver put the truck in neutral to load it on his tow truck. This engaged the fuel pumps which quickly changed the picture for us from a repair perspective. Tommy, however, quickly moved to help me keep things in perspective, advising me that the issues with my truck could be fixed no worries and that I could trust him and his team to take care of that. Tommy further said, that we should continue our journey to be with our family during a very difficult time.Long story short, we went on to Midland picked up some of my family then went to Dallas for my cousins services. We paid our respects and were there to provide moral support for my cousins husband and children who will now have to go on without her. We returned to Houston without issue and all I had to do was simply wait for my truck to show up, which was something else Tommy organized for me. A driver to bring my truck directly to my house and that same driver returned the rental I had been driving. My truck was returned to me before I even made payment, further demonstrating that your service department was entirely focused on repairing my truck and helping us through a difficult time. My family and I will be forever grateful for the professionalism extended to us by your service department. Tommy in particular has my gratitude and respect for the kindness he extended to my family and I.My truck is running wonderfully and Tommy was right, the truck was a truck but family was is everything ~Mario Aguirre April 2012

Ken Stoepel Ford provides a friendly environment with employees that are ready to help you with whatever you need. Upon my arrival at Ken Stoepel Ford on June 22, 2011 I was met by Alfred Hernandez who was very helpful and polite. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to see. He found the Ford Escape I was looking for and showed me the features and explained the vechile to me, we took the escape for a test drive and he answered all the question I had. He was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process and even after the sale. I have told many people about the dealership and their staff and have sent a few people there. I have a one friends that actually bought her Ford Explorer there from Alfred as well. So overall I was very happy with the dealership and the saleman that worked with me. I have and will continue to shop there and send my friends and family as well. This ford purchase is my second purchase.

On a vacation trip and saw a new expedition on a lot in Virginia. I got on theinternet to see what kind of price I was looking at for the options I liked. In about 10 minutes Sam from Ken Stopel Ford called me. We had talked before but I was not ready to purchase a new vehicle at the time. We set up to meet as soon as we arrived home. On October 11, 2011 we purchase or third expedition from Ford. We also have a 2007 Freestyle that the dealership is trying to get me to trade in.Thanks Ford and Ken Stopel.

When we located this one in San Antonio, 600 miles from our home, the sales person, Andrea, did everything she could to answer our questions, supply us with the photos we requested and was very honest and factual. The car was much more than we had found anywhere in our search so we made the drive down, traded in our former vehicle and drove our lovely new car home.

I recently moved to Texas from Florida. I was in need of an oil change and the places I had contacted were extremely high compared to the price for the same service in Florida. I started searching the car dealerships for discount coupons. I couldnt find one for Ford. I then picked up the phone book and called Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. Michael Rodriguez was the person I talked to. I explained the situation to him and also had told him that having it done at a car dealership was a last resort. (Car dealerships in our area of Florida dont have the best of reputations, so we avoid them) Mr. Rodriguez is a Sales Consultant, he has nothing to do with the service department, yet he took his time to talk to me. He calmed my fears of dealerships and assured me that their Quick Lane Service Center would do an excellent job with my needs and at a price I would be very happy with. I thought about it for a couple of weeks. Then I called Mr. Rodriguez and took him up on his offer. He scheduled me an appointment and I wasnt disappointed. The service was excellent as promised and the price was very reasonable. The folks that work in the Quick Lane Service Center were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I dont need to look any further, I have found the place that I can trust my Ford Explorers needs to. When it comes time for a new car Mr. Rodriguez will be my first call.

I brought my car in for an oil change one weekday morning as I was in a hurry for work. They also had a coupon on a website for an oil change which was great ! They got me in and out quickly and even noticed a low tire and quickly fixed that.This was a wonderful experience with very nice employees. Thank you Ken Stoepel Ford!!!!

My experience with this dealer was positive and I can recommend it. My recommendation is that you do your research (edmunds.com, consumer reports, etc.) and contact Mike Rodriguez at internet sales. In my experience I did all of the negotiating by email and when I came in to the dealer I had a deal in writing, In my opinion and that speaks well about their honesty. I have purchased several cars over the internet and sometimes when you go to the dealer you find out about other fees and things the dealer "forgot" to mention or they were "confused" about. With this dealer I was able to clarify any confusions before I came by to purchase the vehicle. After the sale the service has been great and the items I was promised were delivered no problem. I will definitely do business with this dealer and Mike Rodriguez in the future.

We could not have ask for a better salesman than Jim Sottosanti, very customer friendly, professional, kept us informed on all matters...he is the best ~ Tommy was great too ;-)Think ya'll could have done better on the final price, and gave us the employee family discount, (Jim tried but was denied). In the long run, we could have bought a BRAND NEW 2008 Ford Escape, with 0 miles for what we got this for. Having to put $500 down (requested from lender)and paying $1000 extra for leather seats, then NOT getting employee discount was frustrating. Would buy from Jim again, but be a little more choosey on package deal...oh well live and learn !! Thanks Jim for all you did to please us !

I bought a truck from this dealership and was extremely happy with the sales experience and their service department. Because of that positive experience, I recently came back as a repeat customer to buy the only 2008 Mustang Bullitt on their lot. Again, the sales experience was very positive. Michael Rodriguez was my sales person and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fully explained every question I had about my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership if you are considering the purchase of a new Ford vehicle.

We went to this dealership in November to buy a 2008 Focus. After waiting in the sales office for two hours for the salesman to go back and forth and wait on other customers, we FINALLY agreed to payments of $450. Even this was a little high for us so the salesman told us he would not have the first payment due until January to give us a little bit of a cushion on the high payment. We agreed to this. When we got to the finance office to sign the paperwork, the payments had been mysteriously raised to $465. The finance officer said he must have "misunderstood the information given to him by the salesman." To be even more sneaky, the first payment's due date was December NOT January like we were promised. Nothing we agreed to with the salesman actually made it onto the paperwork. We were deceived the entire sale. They said anything to make the sale and nothing that was said was put into writing! Do NOT buy from this dealer-take the extra time and go to San Antonio-it is WELL worth it!
