The entire process was easy and painless, I didn't get pushed into something I didn't want or couldn't afford, they told me all the pros and cons, what was covered, what wasn't. Before I left they even detailed that beauty for me as a send off gift. My salesman Cameron was stellar, customer service was spectacular and I have no complaints whatsoever with my new purchase! The dealership is nice, buying process was good, but the oil service center employees were rude and had bad attitudes. I have worked in a retail environment for several years and you just don't talk to people the way they talked to me, we were four minutes late for an appointment and all they said is well will get to you when we get to you sorry next time be on time.... wow! I would say it's good to buy a car here and just don't do the service contract.

I was out looking to replace my 2001 Dodge Dakota. Went to several lots and decided to stop an Kendall Ford in Meridian. That's where I met Tyler Hirschey (Sales Consultant). He was very helpful, friendly and went out of his way to find me the right vehicle. He found a blue GMC that was at another site, thinking that this would fit me. After It showed up at Kendall and taking it for a drive the truck was just not for me. When I told him that he was very polite and said no big deal, we will keep looking... Bought a lot of cars never received a fair offer for trade, until Kendall Ford. No negotiations were nessasary because price was fair as was trade. Honesty will get you a lot more business than lies. Kendall Ford is an example of that. It is worth paying more to get good service but it is not nessasary here.

After a frustrating shopping experience at another Ford Dealership we decided to try Kendall Ford. I called and made an appointment for someone to help us, we were told that Jeff McConnell would be our Sales Consultant. I drove 200 miles to buy a used, rare 2004 Thunderbird Roadster from Kendall in Meridian. They negotiated a very fair deal. Driving a distance to buy a car is sometimes a gamble that there might be hidden problems or costs to deal with. This turned out not to be the case with Kendall. I worked with Jeff remotely to complete most of the paperwork prior to arriving at the dealership. Jeff made the experience quick and painless and kept the time necessary at the dealership to a minimum. This is probably the best experience buying a car that I have had in 20 years. I thank Jeff and Kendall Ford for making the buying experience almost as much fun as owning my beautiful Thunderbird.

Do not expect to find the stereotype car dealership at Kendall Ford. We purchased. a 2012 F-150. Not only was he patient, he was interested in getting me into a car that was suitable for my needs and price. He got me approved quickly and found out ALL my options which ended up with me leasing a car. Tony took the time to listen and was able to educate me about all my leasing questions and the incredible benefits I have with working with Kendall and being a Ford customer in general. Once I decided my car the financing part was quick, easy, and delightful. Car dealerships give me anxiety. There are a million things i would rather do than haggle over a car all day. However, my experience at Kendall Ford was quite refreshing! From the start Cameron Iacovelli greeted us and showes us online all of the vehicles that matched our needs. We were able to buy our dream car. We had bought it before they were able to fully detail it, so we were able to bring it back the next day to get a full detail and a brand new windshield replaced all free of charge! The salesman we worked with was very genuine and even called back to ensure we were happy with the detail and the all around service. I highly recommend Kendall Ford and know to ask for Cameron Iacovelli!

I was treated very quickly and nicely while having my oil changed. The waiting area was incredible, with coffee, magazines and even snacks. The general manager sought me out to introduce himself which he said he tried to do to all new customers. I have to admit that your service is more than outstanding! I recently planned a quick trip out of town driving my 2013 Explorer. The timing of the trip was just short of my regularly scheduled service maintenance of the vehicle. When I called Kendall Ford to see what was required to have the vehicle checked over before leaving on the trip, they said to bring it over for a free check-up. I don't think ever in my 40+ years of driving has that service ever been offered to me. I will never again go anywhere for vehicles or service except Kendall. Total peace of mind working with these great people.

While I did not take advantage of the snacks offered, I was pleased to have them offered. The quality of the snacks was superior. I live in Kuna which is much closer to Kendall than where I received my service before, however, had a very poor experience with the previous owner of this dealership, which cost Meridian Ford not only the purchase of the truck but also the service up to now. I purchased a new 2016 F250 super duty, and my sales gal was great. The whole process was great. When it was time to pick up our new truck, it was filthy inside and out. You would think that if your business was to sell cars and trucks for a living that it would be clean and shining. After all it is a new truck. I was told that it would be detailed inside and out and ready to pick up two days later. When I went back to pick it up the out side looked great, but the inside was still dirty. So this is the new norm on how to deliver new cars and trucks. This dealership might want to hire a quality and inspection person before they call the customer to pick up their new rig. So one has to wonder how can this dealership be so good at making the sale and fail at delivering the final product!

This is our second car buying experience at Kendall. We were just as satusfied with the friendly service we received and attention to detail as last time. We worked again with Rich Stout and were impressed with his knowledge about the Ford line of products, including trims and engines. He left no question unanswered. We gave him our requirements and he scanned the inventory daily until he found us a truck that exceeded out expectations within our price range. My experience with Kendall Ford was great even tho' the time frame in which to solve the matter was extensive. My drivers side door handle would not open the first time you pulled on it after it had been locked, and since the first three times I took my truck in and they could not get the handle to repeat what it had been doing was very frustrating. I ended up taking it back a total of 5 times to have the same problem looked at and finally fixed. The staff was very helpful and apologetic to the situation. The staff at Kendall Ford have always been very helpful and considerate. I'm just glad they finally got the problem solved.thank you1

Used 2000 Toyota 4-Runner SR5 for our daughter to drive to work and school. Great. Quick and professional. I was there at 6:55am and right at 7:00, they got my Truck in for the First Service at 5,000 miles. Big window where you can see what is going on, and there was no standing around and talking in the shop. Rotated tires, changed fluids, topped off the rest. The works, and i was out of there in under 30 minutes.

We Bought a Certified Pre owned 2013 Ford Fiesta the Sales guy, Erick is probably the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, also JC in finance is outstanding. after having the car about a month the back door refused to close and there was an issue with the transmission. I dealt with Stu in the service Dept. who informed me the two issues are under a recall. (not sure why it was not fixed before we drove it home), they had our car over a week when we got our car back the front passenger door window switch was now broken. Now I am waiting for the dealership to get this part in...0-10 for the service department. will not use again.

2013 certified preowned f150. Salesman (Tyler) was great to work with. Not pushy and did his job well. Same with numbers guy and gal who did the paperwork signing at the end. Seems like a really good company.Service hasn't been as smooth. All but one guy working the counter seem uninterested in helping. They don't even acknowledge you having walked through the door and standing there. Twice. And I have some factory warranty left and then what is offered with certified pre owned, and i pointed out an issue that needs to get fixed only to have it shrugged off. Headliner is sagging down and not attached at the window. No mention of setting an appointment up to fix it even though i brought it up

2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Staff was excellent - extremely knowledgeable of your product (features, performance, reliability, and resale). Jeff McConnell was an exceptional salesman and took the time we needed to help us with our choice. He, the sales manager, and the business manager (and likely some detail staff) all stayed two hours after closing to help us with the deal. At the last minute, I decided to take the Explorer on the sales floor - they GLADLY moved all of the cars out of the way and made sure we got THAT SPECIFIC Explorer (identical to the one we tested in all ways, but it was the one we decided we wanted). List Barclay was perhaps the very best business manager that I have worked with in all the years I have been buying cars for my family. She was low pressure but so informed that I ended up purchasing much more from an aftermarket support standpoint than I have in the past. Finally, but certainly not least of all was Erik (did not catch his last name) the sales manager who wanted to make sure we were totally comfortable with the deal and the double trade we were doing (we traded a Subaru and a Camaro) - most helful SM I have ever worked with!Thanks again for the great experience. We will tell our friends!

I felt better about bringing my truck in this time. Service techs didn't seem too pushy. I already knew I needed several items to be worked on with this being 100,000 miles check. I keep meaning to call them back because I have a few questions. I was charged more than what I had thought. I do not know if my PCV valve was changed as required for this check-up. Unsure if my engine coolant was changed as part of the A/C recharge. Having trouble processing rebate for The Works package. A few other questions, but I need to call them. Only wrote it here as a reminder to myself... on my notepad now. haha. I think everyone did an great job! Thank you.

Fast Lane Service for scheduled maintenance has been great as well. My only complaint is the dealership's new car wash. It's horrible! Honestly, you might as well wash your car with dirty water...it would probably come out cleaner.

I think your $29.95 quote with a $34.95 charge is bad business. When I questioned it, I was told that the quote is a corporate-wide average. Get real. That was a really dumb answer-- or if it's true, then it's a dumb policy. You should really give accurate estimates in the interest of good customer service -- and never give an estimate that you know from the start is wrong.

Arian, the service lead, was efficient and very professional. The entire Quick Lane crew did a nice job on my 2014 Focus. Oil change plus tire rotation and other minor services (fluids check, tire check, etc.) all went well. Free WiFi is nice.

I took my 2014 Ford Focus in for an oil and filter change. Service was professional and expedient. During this visit I expressed concern with performance of my clutch. I was informed there was a recall regarding the clutch. The service department ran a series of tests on the clutch and determined it needed to be replaced. Parts were ordered and two days later I had a new clutch. Car performs great. Service was exceptional and my experience was pleasant.

There was no lengthy haggling, the sales staff were very helpful and got me right to the price I was looking for, and even let me take it home to make sure it fit in my garage before I bought it. Overall I've always had a great experience at Kendall. The staff is always super friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. The quick lane isn't always very quick but the waiting room they provide is stocked with snacks, water, magazines, tvs, and comfy chairs to sit in. Plus the driving service they provide while you're waiting on your vehicle is excellent and the drivers are so kind and friendly.

Ann and I had a very pleasant experience with Kendall Auto in Meridian! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Kindle Auto (Eugene). Carter was very responsive in returning calls, answering questions and treated us very well while at the dealership. He picked us up at the airport since we were coming from Palm Springs. Donna was amazing and very patient with us throughout the process of figuring out the financing, warranty, etc. After we got home, we had second thoughts on the extra warranty for several reasons and felt insurance was not necessary. Donna returned phone calls, was extremely patient with us and still made us feel like valued customers! She became a friend overnight as far as we are concerned. AND, we love the truck and this comes from a Tundra owner!We felt the facilities/showroom were adequate, clean and sufficient but not outstanding - we are used to the Lexus dealerships.

I purchased at 2015 Ford F150 pickup. This is the first vehicle I have purchased since 2002. I tend to keep my vehicles until they are "tired" and ready to go to pasture. I generally do not like the car buying experience as I have experienced high pressure sales tactics in the past. This was definitely NOT the case at Kendall. I sent a request through the email to Kendall expressing interest in a particular vehicle. Within 15 minutes I had a call from a representative from Kendall. Matt Stacey is an excellent representative for your company. Matt showed me what I wanted to see and explained things that I needed to understand. He took the time and effort to walk through the electronics package with me and was patient as we asked questions. Donna Sassen was extremely helpful in the finalization of the financing package. I bought a used 2007 Lincoln MKX from a road side car lot. The next day there was a couple puddles of oil on my driveway. I thought the worst and brought it in to get checked out. It turned out to be the drain plugs were lose, the dealership tightened them, refilled my fluids and ran an inspection of the car. They made recommendations for radiator flush, power steering flush, new tires and gave me comparable quotes for each of those. They got me in right away and were very understanding of my situation. They really put my mind and buyers regret at ease. I will be going back for the recommended services and maintenance.

Used 2013 Ford F350 Lariat. Excellent condition and beautiful. Salesman, Brad, was super in all aspects and not pressure. If it was not for him, I might of purchased another truck elsewhere. Truck was serviced and cleaned up and it looked great. I brought it back for some chip repair and it was done well and quickly. After driving it I found it shimmied at 42 mph, I called Brad and he got me an appointment the next day and it was done while I waited. The only complaint I have is the price seemed high for a three year old truck with 58,000 miles on it.

I thought hey I would take one more chance. I sent an email, and less than 30 min later Chris had called me to discuss what I was looking for. I went right over to meet with him. He had a clear idea of what I looking for in regards to price.we found my new car quickly. We were at the dealership from 4:30-9:00 getting paperwork done. Although it was our first new vehicle purchase it didn't feel like it due to all of their help and friendliness. I give this dealership 10/10. I had an excellent warranty service experience when I had to bring my 2015 F250 in to Kendall Ford for overheating issues. My service adviser, Darrell Everton, worked around my schedule and was able to get me in as soon as possible. He kept me constantly updated while the service technician was diagnosing the problem, called me when the issue was identified and part was ordered, and was able to get my truck back to me on time. This is my third Ford Super Duty Powerstroke having owned a 2006 and 2010 previously, and only the second time having to come in for warranty work. I'm continually impressed with every new generation of the Powerstroke engine, and will continue to bring it back to dealership service to keep it running right.

Everyone was really friendly, especially the gentleman that helped me out with payment and such. They were quick, which was appreciated. I've never had anyone change my oil so quickly so it makes me wonder how thoroughly they checked everything. Maybe they're all just really fast. My only complaint is that I was told I'll need to get my break pads changed on the rear next oil change probably and then the front ones after that. Then I was told at Les Schwab that yes they are wearing but my front ones will wear quicker and need to be changed first before the back ones will even need to. So that's confusing to me, not that big of a deal I just don't know who's right. I appreciate the great customer service though. I'll likely be back.

Going into Kendall we only new we needed third row seating. We had no money down and were unsure what to expect with our low credit scores. I purchased my Ford from Meridian Ford and was having it serviced/oil change there in June 2014. The oil was not replaced and a knocking sound was evident when I drove away. I brought it back and they did in fact forget to replace the oil. Accidents happen I get it, but the gentlemen said he would credit service vouchers. Since I live in North Boise I don't have my truck serviced there too often, but brought it back yesterday for a oil service and trailer hitch issue. I told Bert about the credit and then upon check out, paid $342 for a new connector recepitical and the oil service. I completely understand paying for the new connector, labor, parts etc., but expected the oil service to be complimentary.

I was told I wasn't following recommended oil change schedule (3k miles for 1st one and every 5k after that) but the book and for site both said change it when SYNC tells you too. SYNC told me to around 12k miles so who do I follow? Also was told that I had an axle leak and that service should call me to set up a time to fix it. I never got a call and it is not mentioned on any of the the Quick Lube paperwork. Other than that the Quick Lube set up is a nice option to have and everyone was nice.

C-Max-Hybrid. We had a very excellent experience. There was never any extra pressure. The sales staff was very, very informative. We already owned a Honda Hybrid, but it was too low to the ground and very hard to get in and out from that car. Chris T. took all of our aches and pains and showed us how much the C-Max would fit our criteria and. . . get spectacular gas mileage! We didn't even know Ford made such a great car! Now we feel so comfortable, it isn't funny! The car is quiet and rides like a much bigger automobile. I still take the keys out of my pocket just out of habit, but I plan to work on changing that!! Kendall Ford is amazing! Before we hit the road to drive home, Chris went over everything we needed to know to drive safely. We are still learning, but we were treated very, very professionally!! Chris responds to all of our questions professionally as well as quickly! It was amazing that our trade-in was sold to a person within one hour of our leaving the dealership. I went in to get The Works package done and with a clunking noise that was occurring when I went over bumps. They got everything fixed except for the clunking noise and fixed my axle seal before it became a bigger problem when they called me to say it was all finished. When I got there, they somehow found the problem with the clunking noise and quickly took care of it by going above and beyond BEFORE I arrived to pick it up. The team that worked on my car were all great!

First of All we love the vehicle and the people that work the service department are great. However the way the service department is ran is les than desirable. We have had both of the rear shocks go out on the vehicle with less than 25000 miles. On both occasions I had to go to the dealership twice for each shock which is a complete waste of time. Once to "verify" that the shock is bad, and then go back to get the shock changed do to the dealership not having one on hand. This is a huge inconvenience I couldn't even swing by and have a technician look at it real quick to verify, I had to make an appointment for that and it took over an hour and a half just to tell me what I already knew. I am in the market for a new truck, I like Ford and was looking at them until my experience's with the service department. I will also recommend to people I know not to purchase a vehicle from Kendall Ford for that reason as well. In all I have wasted around 10 hours of my time on my days off to make un necessary trips to the dealership. Very unsatisfied with how the service department is ran. I will be taking my future business to Dodge.

The staff was great, my service writer, Josh, excellent! Even though my Ford Expedition is a 2000, I felt I was treated just the same as anyone with a new vehicle. In fact, I had paid Kendall to flush the transmission 6 to 8 months prior, and in the prior visit to this visit, I was told that I needed a transmission flush, because the fluid was dark. I explained on the prior visit that it had been flushed recently and after confirming that nothing was done at the quick oil change service section to fix this issue. On my most recent visit, more thorough work was needed, as such, my Expedition went in to the normal shop for work and I dealt with Josh. He also told me that my Expedition needed a transmission flush. I explained that I had paid to have that done once before and had also been told in the last service that it should be done. Josh immediately offered to have that work re-done at no charge to me. The fluid is nice and clear now and I am very pleased. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, but how a mistake is remedied is a great measure of sincere customer service. The fact that my service writer took care of this is one of the reasons I will continue to use Kendall Ford and recommend them to my friends and family.

This visit was much better than the first. the first time I was not happy at all. you had the truck for 9 hours and did nothing at all except take it on a test drive which it did not need. I called at 430 they said it would be done by 530. when I got there nothing was done. what is with the first in first out. you could have told me much sooner that you needed to order a part. Kristin handled the process in such a manner that I never felt rushed nor did I feel pushed in to getting something other than what I wanted. The financial dealings were meticulously, and patiently explained to me by Donna. When I took possession, the young lady that explained the "bells & whistles " to me did her best to help me understand . She could see that I was overwhelmed and told me that I didn't need to worry about taking it all in at one time that I could come back until I was comfortable with the operation. ( I was so excited about getting the car I don't remember her name) The reason that I came to Kendall Ford was an experience I had with the Service Department. I had a Ford Freestar with a blown out brake light. As you know it has to be taken to a dealer to be changed. When it was done I was told there was a charge ! I said that I was not charged when I had it done in Peoria. They said then there would not be a charge here. I liked that. There should absolutely not be a charge for a design error on Fords part. Anyway, I am a satisfied customer :)

I purchased a Ford Focus. 2nd car in a year at your dealership. That says it all. The only complaint is , after everything is said and done the paperwork takes a longtime.

2015 C-max energi. I traded in my Focus Electric, which was the best car I have ever driven, but I will likely not have a place to charge it because of selling my house. I had to have something with a plug because once you have gone electric you can't go back. The salesperson, manager, and finance person were all excellent to work with and made the deal happen!

We purchased a white crew cab short bed F 150 truck. New 2014 model. Chris was the salesman and did a great job. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Donna in financing was wonderful. She also had a wealth of knowledge and did her job very well. We were there 5 hours and appreciated the hotdog and soda lunch that was provided. During regular service on my 2013 Edge the wiper blades were replaced. On a trip to Oregon the following weekend I discoveredd that the drivers side wiper would not attach correctly. Tuesday morning the staff at Quick Lube replaced the defective wiper within a few minutes of my arrival and I was on my way within 10 minutes, no questions asked.

My husband and I came to Kendall with a hot mess of a situation, severely upside down in our car. We had purchased a focus from Lithia Ford in November 2013 and felt like it was the worst experience we could have had. The sales people were rude and pushy, kept us there for hours not telling us what they were doing. Not a good first time car buyers experience. Kendall Ford, specifically Jeff, Chris and Eugene offered us the exact opposite experience. Were we always treated with respect, were kept in the loop of what was happening and most importantly drove home that day feeling relaxed and happy. The staff was very helpful stayed late until around 10:30 pm to complete the deal. Took the extra time to explain all the process of the purchase, vehicle functions, financing. Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating. Buying a car is usually a dreadful experience, not because of the negotiating or selecting a vehicle, but from all the paperwork and attempted up selling that is involved. There was no pressure at all, and we selected those things we felt were most important to us. The paperwork process was not only painless, it was actually enjoyable (can't believe Im saying that!). The explanation and demonstration we received about how to operate all the features on the vehicle was great -- they were patient, complete, and highly professional. We could not have been more pleased.

After five weeks of trying to purchace a new Ford explorer I found one I wanted at Kendall of Meridian online. It took about a hour of email and phone calls to make the purchase. Price was not great it was better than great. They held the car for me for two weeks with a small deposit. Upon arrivakl at the dealership I was greated at the door and it took approximatly a hour to complete the paperwork,get the car delevered to me completely detailed and get a tutorial by John Mcdaniel on the many features of the car.Couldn't have been a better experience.Three days later on a Sunday as I was about to leave Boise for home I notice a small puddle in the drive way coming fro the car. I went to the dealer early Sunday morning and found a mechanice ther at 8:30 am working on his own car. He opened the door for me. I told him of my plight. He said service was closed but sales popened at ten. I returned at ten. The sales manager Eric greeted me at the door and ask how all was going. Explained my problem. He looked at the car found it did have a leak of trans. fluid. long story short. He gave me all the options from fixing that day with Mike who offered to do it on his day off. Part wasnt in stock. o They offered me a diffeerent car if I wished. Whatever I wanted. Never did I hear we cant do that.All I ever heard was we will take care of it. I chose to have it fixed on Mon. They had it done by 1:30 Mon I was on my way home with a car buying experience better than any before. Thank you Staff at Kendall. I shall never buy a car anywhere else.

I thought on previous page I shared my story. I have a brnd new car that was purchased in Pocatello Idaho. My car went completely dead and allied roadside service which was very prompt and goo. Thy couldn't get the front hood down so they had me take my cr to Kennell ford nd while I was there they checked my battery and it was no good. Thy were so polit, helpful nd immediately was ready to take are of it. I had to leave and come back but they made sure I hd. Phone number in case my car wouldn't start o I could call. There were three gentlemen I worked with and all three were wonderful to me. I will efnitely bring my car for all service and any other problems I my have. As I waited they were also very courteous to everyone that came in.

I took my Equinox in and they said the catalytic converter was in need of being replaced. That would be 3 of them in 2 years. We decided to trade it in on a Ford Focus. The car is fine so far. The salesman was helpful, BUT, there was no followup to see how we were doing with it. I did call the salesman for a different reason and at that time he asked how I was doing with the Ford Focus. I felt he should have called within a few days to see how it was.

I bought a used 2005 F150 from Kendall Ford a year ago. While getting an oil change, staff informed me of a few key maintenance issues, one of which was falling tests. We got my truck in to get serviced quickly. Staff was very helpful answering my questions and respectful of price and time to complete the process. That being said, they also have me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to rely on others while my truck was in the shop. Very professional and helpful at all times.

I had an excellent experience. My salesman, Travis Becker, was very good to work with. He knew the truck, it's features and the inventory. He never pressured or up-sold me on any features I didn't want. He worked a deal very quickly and fairly while beating the competitors web advertised price. Brittany in the service department upgraded my new truck's tires with the help of a stock tire trade-in credit (stock ones had less than 100 miles on them). She helped me find the exact tires I wanted with the features I needed, found them locally and installed them quickly. She made it a fun experience to get the new tires on the new truck. The waiting room had a comfortable waiting area with several big TVs and good free coffee.

I walked onto the used car lot expecting to be treated like bait fish for the sharks but the sales manager was anything but a shark! He was extremely personable, very professional, and there was NO PRESSURE! They agreed to take care of a couple of issues I found with the truck and even that experience (with the Service team) was exceptional!The entire experience was amazing and I would not hesitate to come back when we need another car! I had an appointment on a Friday to have work done that was identified during an oil change. During the service at 5:40 pm they found the bearings on one side needed replacing. I needed to drive my car from Boise to Seattle, 500 miles, on Sunday. The service department did not have time to do the work on Saturday. After discussing if the car was safe to drive 500 miles, Bert Ellis and Rob (unknown last name) were able to fit my car into the schedule. The work was completed Saturday afternoon and I drove to Seattle Sunday with no problems. Thank you Bert and Rob and your service technicians for the wonderful customer service.

So I have to say, Kendall Ford of Meridian has exceeded my service expectations in several different ways and Josh Jackson(service tech) is the real deal when is comes to knowing and applying his craft. Maybe you could hire a couple more like him over in the oil pit, that way I wouldn't have oil stains all over my garage floor. I love my new 2015 F250 Lariat 6.7, but I've been dealing with "hesitation" issues from day 1! Josh Jackson is the only reason I haven't lost my mind... so at 20k miles, they're replacing my Turbo(s). Got to say, never had any of these problems with my Ford gas engines.

Worst service dept. I have ever delt with...go to dan weibold ford if you want a professional working on your trk. Mr bird the service manager was a joke....feel free to contact me on my experience with a $58,000.00 f250 6.7 POS. Every one knows the 6.7 has issues I upgraded wheels and tires one size larger but was told I had to return the truck to stock before they would do any warranty work, how ever my fathers trk, same shifting issues were taken care of, also damaged his hood while in there shop mr bird gave him the run around for weeks before paying for the repair...i also had a fuel filter installed there on my trk which they installed wrong , which sprayed diesel fuel all over the engine. For these reasons I have chosen the rating scores very low and will not recomend them to no one.

I go in and work with Don about buying a new 2011 F150. Sticker price is 28900. I take a test drive and then we start talking numbers. I have no trade in and my own financing. I offer 25500, sign the little worthless paper and he goes back to the sales office. 5 minutes later he comes back with 29600. Who goes up from the sticker price?! I laugh at him and leave. I don't understand how business can stay afloat with practices like that.
