Do everything in your power to work with John Zale. He made the car buying experience fun and truly cared about my wants and needs in a vehicle and helped me get what I wanted in my price range. I traded in my old Mazda for a new one and couldn’t be more excited! Most honest car salesman I’ve come in contact with. I sure hope he’s still around when it’s time to purchase my next one!

This is my second lease from the dealership! They are honest, upfront and are great to work with in buying a car. My salesman, John Moore, was very knowledgeable and no pressure!! Andy, the general manager, is very personable, knowledgeable and made me a great deal! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

John Zale made finding my perfect vehicle a breeze. He was very friendly, attentive in my specific needs, and he will be in it with you for the long haul. I test drove many vehicles on a few occasions. John treated me with just as much respect and patience, even when I changed my mind-deciding to not buy a car. I use Kelly Blue Book and it all worked smooth! I finalized papers with Kenneth and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. Andrew was polite sharing options. I am not an easy customer, 😁 as I am used to the Curly Shuffle on most car buying experiences. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️satisfied!

This was an unusual car buying experience, it was actually a pleasent no pressure transaction. Richard Schoon went out of his to find and get the car I was looking for and communication between us was excellent.

Being new to Valparaiso, we were happy to find a dealership where we felt comfortable, not pressured and felt like the sales and financing staff were helpful and had our concerns in hand. We actually bought a more expensive vehicle than we planned and are very happy with the experience and the end result.

I recently brought home my third consecutive vehicle from Kennedy, a 2016 CX-5. I not only love the car, I love the dealership. Bob Jurkowski has been our salesman from the beginning, and he has always been fantastic. He's always so patient with me when I'm indecisive about what I want, and is always very thorough in answering my questions and making sure that I fully understand all of my options so that I can make an educated decision. Andy has also been great in every purchase that we've made, making sure that we are happy with the outcome, and he goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Every time I return for service, everyone at Kennedy is friendly and not only follows up with me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase, they even ask what is going on with me and how my family is. I highly recommend Kennedy if you want a nice car that you can be happy with for years, and great customer service every time you return.

I had decided to buy a new car and had been to Kennedy before with an older Mazda. I also knew the financial manger Ken Freeland and felt that they would give me the best deal and trade in on my previous car. I was recently widowed and this was important to me. I also was interested in having a quality maintenance program. The salesman was extremely helpful and took time to answer all my questions and at delivery he walked me through the manual and did an on hands set up in my car, I had a little "noise" and took the car back and was immediately helped and back on the road! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I never felt pushed or hurried, they gave me all the info I needed to find the best car to meet my needs and budget. I am now driving a fiery red Mazda 3 and loving it!

Purchased my used Mazda6 from Kennedy Mazda and the process could not have been smoother. I dealt with Robert (Bod) Jurkowski and Richard (didn't get his last name). Both were just regular straight talking fellas, there was not a hint of pressure. The car was prepped thoroughly and immaculate inside and out.

I stopped in Kennedy Mazda on Monday just wanting to look at a Mozda CX-5 touring addition for myself. Robert Jurkowski was waiting to meet me just as he said on the phone. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and by the end of my visit I knew I was going to buy a car from him. The next day I brought my wife into the dealership and we drove off in a Mozda CX -5 Grand touring addition at an incredible price. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a new car.

The sales team is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had specific options and timelines to meet, and they went over and above to accommodate our requests. The easiest part was the purchase price. We had such a positive experience with this purchase we returned 3 months later and purchase the Mazda 3. We love both vehicles and the service that is provided.

The transmission was going out on my old car and Dodge found a glitch in the warranty and wouldn't stand behind their product. My old car only had 67k miles on it, I will never buy another Chrysler product. I tried several other dealers and couldn't get a decent deal from any of them. I went to Kennedy Mazda and was treated with respect, kindness and a fair deal. My experience was wonderful with them and the service department is great as well. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them and I have spread the word around that they are exceptional.

I was debating 2 different models. John was very patient with me, and went over everything before we even started the first car for the test drive. A lot of changes in 12 years! Then we tested the 2nd car, reviewed the differences between the two. There was no pressure to buy right then. Made up my mind and the process of leasing was made easy. Within 4 hours, I drove out with my new car. Went back a couple days later with questions. John got in the car with me and answered all my questions. It was a good experience all around. Can't vouch for the service department yet. Hopefully, they are just as good. The service department makes or breaks the dealership for me.

We have purchased 6 vehicles from Kennedy Mazda over the past 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience. We tried buying from another place in Valparaiso, but quickly realized our mistake and ended up back with Andy, Richard and the rest of the staff at Kennedy. We are customers for life and we will not purchase a car anywhere else!!

Kennedy Mazda, Valparaiso If you are looking for a new car, there is no other place to go. I am a strong supporter of a Mazda. I now have a CX 5 grand touring SUV, and I can honestly say I have not been happier. At Kennedy Mazda there is no pressure, very friendly, they give you a sense of family. Willing to go the extra mile to be sure you are happy with your new purchase. I recommend Kennedy Mazda to all my friends. Yes they go to there also to purchase a Mazda.

It says a lot when I say it was the best car-buying experience. I've purchased cars every 5 years but my last car was 11 years old (living in Chicago and didn't see the need for something new). I looked around at area Mazda dealers and was ready to purchase when my car died in Michigan. From the start, the people at Kennedy Mazda did everything to ease my stress and make things easier. The Sales Manager, Andy, was great to work with, and I felt like the trade-in and purchase price were much better than the other dealers I had engaged with. They even helped me through the process of transferring the vehicle from Indiana to Illinois. From start to finish, this was such an amazing experience, when normally it is fraught with stress and uncertainty. All thanks to Kennedy Mazda and Andy Thompson!

A no pressure very friendly dealership. I would go back for another purchase some day. Great car no trouble with it yet and I have 13,000 miles on it. Much quieter than my other car which is a Nissan Rogue.

Worse dealership in NWI. I've never visited such an unprofessional organization. The sales associate Ryan Bonner used profanity towards me after a frustrating process to buy a used vehicle. I will continue to tell everyone in the Valparaiso community about my horrible experience.

I bought my first car on 3/2/15 from Kennedy Mazda. I was very pleased with my experience. All of my questions were answered, and I was not pressured to buy a vehicle. The salesman I worked with was very personal and we enjoyed nice conversation while we waited for the whole process. I would recommend them to everyone!

I was completely satisfied with not only my purchase but the help I received. They did everything they could to earn my business. I would definitely recommend anyone stop and at least check them out if they are looking for a new car. We've done business with them before and they have definitely earned our business over all this time.

Because I do not live in the Valpo area I made contact with Kennedy Mazda through their website and also sent an inquiry through Cars.com. Bob J. replied and we exchanged several emails; however, he did NOT answer my questions. He sent pictures and provided very little info...I asked about the price of a car that did not have a price listed and he just ignored it...also ignored my other questions. He never followed up. Guess he did not want to sell a car!

Have always been a Mazda owner (except for one or two others, but always went back to Mazda!). I moved to the Valpo area a few years ago from a large city with a great Mazda dealer. I thought I couldn't find another one, but I did with Kennedy. Started going there for service and then bought two new cars and one used car within the past 3 years. Always treated with respect and never pushy. Service Dept. is great! They treat their customers well.

It was such A nice buying experience at Kennedy. The Sales woman Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and the New Car Manager Andy could not have been better to me and my family. After shopping Art Hill (what a joke the sale person was rude and pushy) it was nice to talk to Lisa who had been selling Mazda's at Kennedy for years and knew what she was talking about. Go to Kennedy and Buy a new or used car. You can't beat the service!
