I came to this dealer on scheduled visit due to a check engine light issue and routine maintenance. As soon as i walked in the service center the service advisors greeted me and started helping me right away. Within minutes they had my vehicle visually inspected and ready for the technicians. After about an hour wait, due to high volume of customers, they came to me with the issue of the check engine light and explained the reason for the issue and showed me the cost after parts and labor before deciding on fixing the issue. They even went out of their way to contact my extended warranty company to see if it would be replaced for reduced cost. They did a great job on how quick they got the car back to me the only issue i had was that the technicans all take lunch at the same time and i had to wait an extra hour of repair. The staff here is great and dealt with my no sleep attitude very well and recommend them

I've been taking my Beetle to Kerry for service for 6 years now and I have always been satisfied. The staff is very professional and friendly. Wait times are doable, so I never have had to leave my car. It's nice to need a repair and actually get the problem solved.

Received basic tutoring on how to use some of the electronic features of the VW Beetle. For example, I did not understand the locking mechanism for the doors. Thought it was broken. Was taught how it works. Young man (whose name I didn't get) was gracious enough, smart enough, to NOT say "you dummy" or something to that effect. With his pleasant smile and humorous approach to these types of things, he is retaining customers for the business. There was no charge for the tutoring.

we took my wifes Tiguan in for a rattle in the front end, they found some other thing that needed attention but did nothing without my O.K. it took two trips but they didnt give up until the problem was solved. i felt we got value for our money ans the staff, from the service writer to the manager treated us great.

Went in for the scheduled $80k maint... Same as Kerry Nissan, the website lists specific mileage service for around $100, but by the time you've gave them your keys it's up to almost a $1000 (JUST for normal routine maint.). To keep my warranty I have to take it in for recommended service (and it's a good thing you know, keeping up on it) at a dealer, but I'd almost rather pay a few thousand for a broke down car to be fixed than shell out a grand each visit. Also requested to have them look at the non-working cruise control; the usual VW issue with cruise controls that just stop working/don't work... Never happened. Picked it up near the end of the day and the guy forgot to ask about it, and after asking the tech he basically told me what I told him needed to be done when it was dropped of (basically resetting a computer that controls it). Said he'd cover the diagnostic test, but after dropping a grand on maint., that should be covered at no cost (diagnostic AND fix, since it's only a reset). Not a huge deal, but for spending a thousand bucks it kind of is. I like the 'peace of mind' of using a dealer, since they know the vehicles and use the specific recommended fluids, etc., but that peace of mind is gone when realizing I'll be paying interest for months on routine maint., especially when they forget a request. I probably wouldn't be as irked by it if the website scheduling was transparent and true to the service requested. To go from $127 to $980 is quite a change... The $80k svc is actually priced at an oil change, and an inspection, not the actual recommended maint.

I have a relatively new Golf TDI and took it to Kerry for the service as part of a Scheduled Maintenance Plan Contract that I had purchased through another VW dealer.Despite stating that the left headlight had burned out on the overnight drop-off card I had to remind them that my left front headlight had burned out at about 25K miles - which I felt was strange, and when I enquired whether VW covered the early burn out of a headlight I was told that I was free to contact them and ask.They also informed me that there was a bubble on one of my tyres - and again I was told that I was free to contact VW America them and ask if there was a warranty against road damage.Surely as the dealer Kerry would have access to someone who they could talk to on my behalf - and ask them if they could call me and discuss the situation - rather than me having to negotiate the VW phone tree looking for someone.Finally, as VW had sent me a voucher for $500 to be used in a VW dealership I tried to purchase the VW Care Plus package from them - guess what Kerry does not sell them - it seems that each dealership can decide whether or not they will sell VW Care Packages!IF VW is trying to win back Americas trust - having dealers like Kerry is certainly not helping them at all

Justin got me in quickly, and was very thorough when explaining that the light wasn't the radiator warning. I had just purchased this car from Jake Sweeney and was just getting to know it. The light was the indicator on the trip dash, where you can scroll through via wiper handle to see all kinds of information. And it was defaulting to the temp of the engine reading.They were quick and thorough and polite. Just what I like!

I came to get my oil changed and my recall taken care of. A simple software update. I was there for 2 hours and the recall wasn't even taken care of. In fact, they didn't even mention to me that they didn't perform the recall work. I had to look over the document they gave me when I left to realize it wasn't done. 73 dollars for an oil change is excessive as well. Apparently volkswagen replaces the oil pan drain plug every time you get your oil changed. Am I the only person who has never heard of this practice? Every other car I've ever owned has worked fine and used the same drain plug for the life of the vehicle. Sounds like a way to make an extra 5 bucks to me. Overall... I am not satisfied. I won't be returning for anything short of total vehicle failure. I hope it's due to recall faults. That'd be icing on the cake.

Somewhat helpful. Wish things would be explained prior to getting to the dealership on issues concerning my car. I live over and hour away, and don't have time to continue to bring my car back to the shop in order to have tests ran. Customer service at the dealership was good. The guy who helped me was very friendly.

I can always count on quality service at Kerry VW. I have worked with Cory on several service visits and I've always been impressed with his knowledge of what needs done when I bring my VW in for service. On my last visit I had routine service taken care of ( oil change, tires rotated, top off fluids ) and a small recall item was checked, but not needed. This was all completed and I was back on the road in about an hour. The group at Kerry are all "TOPS" in my book.

I bought a 2012 gli in February that had the recommended service coming up. In addition to having that done, a recall was performed as well. The techs also noticed an issue with oil leaking at the turbo and valve cover gaskets which were replaced under warranty.

First off, no one ever answers the service phone. Made an appointment online. Day of appointment got an email saying appointment was canceled. Called and had to have a sales person go down to the service department and call me. Said they had nothing in the books with my appointment. Finally got it straightened out and went for my appointment.Three year service check was just fine. Supposed to wash car and vacuum, but they do not do it.Not a satisfied customer.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the Kerry VW Service crew. I have been a customer for a number of years. I like to do my own auto maintenance work if it isn't too difficult and time permits. In such instances, the whole team has been supportive with advice and excellent parts support. Allen Savage is absolutely top notch with a wealth of knowledge on parts. He has kept me out of trouble on more than a few occasions. Dustin is an ace on maintenance, and has caught a number of problems early-on that saved us from more expensive repairs down the road. Jason is truly gifted in interpersonal skills and communicating with customers. We love our Jetta Tdi, and are about to roll over 210,000 miles on it. This would not have been possible without the support of the entire Service Department Crew at Kerry VW. They have never violated the trust we have put in them. Thanks, guys - you are the best!

I found the car I wanted on the Kerry website. George was helpful and made sure we covered all the car details, pricing and financing details. The deal was based on bringing in Edmunds true value pricing, so highly recommend bringing that along. I did decline most of the service and extended warranty because the dealer is not convenient for me, but the extended warranty seemed promising.

THE GOOD ... The service work on my Passat TDI was fine. I appreciate the shuttle option .... helps me get my car worked on quite a bit. ... The shuttle driver (barely 18 yrs. old) was polite. THE BAD ... The shuttle driver ... I tried to ignore the 4 or more facial piercings in and around his mouth (apparently, called "snakebites"). It would be nice if they would clean the outsides of my windows. Other dealerships wash cars and even do a quick vacuum inside the car ... but none of that at Kerry VW. After work was completed, my car smelled bad for days (smelled like the smoke from when fuel injectors are cleaned).THE UGLY ... This shuttle driver was basically brand new at driving a stick shift. He stalled the car at least 5-6 times (within 5 miles) ... sometimes in heavy traffic. I quickly tightened up my seatbelt and became a driving instructor for my scary ride back to work. Minutes later, I called to alert VW service dept. ... the service rep said and they were already aware of the "new" driver" issues and thanked me for being patient (they KNEW how bad he was at driving a stick and they still had him doing the driving). Guess who picked me up ... it was Snakebiteman for another scary shuttle ride back to p/u my car. Kerry is THE UNACCEPTABLE ... I thought I was a lifelong fan of VW until the TDI emissions scandal. I HATE how VW mislead me and everyone else.....I bought this TDI thinking I was making a smaller footprint on the planet but I was fooled. I still love my Passat TDI (except for the exhaust). I doubt I'll ever buy another VW again.....

My service was going to take 1 1/2 hrs. They were done to the minute. It was amazing.They explained everything in detail and had me out the door. I chose to wait on my car rather than drop-off. The lobby was comfortable enough to sit, wait and read my book. I would 've given this dealership 5 stars, however, when they email me for service reminders they give me the phone number of their Mazda dealership instead. And their website to schedule service appointments is a tad annoying to use.I really like this dealership and service center.

I have always had a strong feel for VW's, I have owned I believe about 6 or 7 over the years. The early models would give me some head aches however then later models are a different story. I now believe of all the models I have owned I can say all your models just keep getting better. I now have a VW Jetta that is the best as car now. I have a 2002 diesel now and love it. As long as I can I will own the Diesel. I also like all of your cars including your larger models I like the Diesels , also manual transmissions cars.

2009 VW CC had warnings concerning Steering Column Lock defective and Parking Brake button error. Although I had to wait 4.5 hours (my choice) they drove to Fairfield to get a part, and kept me informed about every step. Lobby was comfortable (TV, coffee and donuts),but no women's magazines, restroom dim but clean. Overall, very good experience.

It was early in the morning, a warning light came on, the engine would not rev up. I turned around and headed straight for the VW dealership service center. Not only did they get my car in right away they also drove me home in the courtesy car and came back and got me when the service was done. Very professional & courteous.

Phone system confusion. Phone lisiting for Kerry VW has auto attendant options for Kerry Toy, Kerry Maz, Kerry Hyn, Kerry VW : after selecting Kerry VW another auto attendant gives options for New car sales, Used car sales, Other, and Parts (Other???). after selecting Other, another auto attendant asks to leave a message because no one avail to take call. This happened twice hours apart in the same day! Next day I selected sales and sure enough George answered. Explained situation and he promised to hand my number to service dept. Never got a call back. Fourth call I got through the tangled auto attendants. Easy to see from the road the VW dealership is the smallest in physical size but it's a complete after thought in the phone tree. Anyway, the first auto service seemed fine and personnel did a good job. Just have to decipher the phone tree.

I arrived early for my appointment but the service center was able to start the assessment right away. He identified the need to complete 2 recalls & reported they could be done during this visit. He stated that it may take up to an hour to complete the diagnostics & another 50 minutes for the recalls. He reported the cost for the diagnostic & explained further costs if labor or parts were over & above the diagnostic cost. The entire visit was completed in 1 hour, with engine light problem related to the idle.

The service department doesn't know when any of their loaners will be back, so it's close to impossible to schedule a time to drop the car off. Sure, you could use their shuttle service, but if your work is greater than 10 miles, your out of luck. A bit frustrating since I would figure that VW would try to give current customers better than normal service due to the news of the diesel emissions scandal going right now. Overall, I think they have a good bunch of service techs and mechanics working on these fine machines, but the organization could use work. Extremely happy with my Golf still, but the service department needs up their professionalism.

I came in for a scheduled oil & filter change. While I was there, the technicians discovered three other problems that needed attention. They informed me of these problems & were able to fix one of them. One reappeared on the drive home and the other will need time to observe the leak rate.

I am very pleased with the service I received, they were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. When I signed in they told me there were a couple of factory recalls to be addressed, asked if I would like them completed that day as it would only take about an extra hour, I told them to go ahead. Only one was able to be done as they needed to order parts for the other one, they already ordered them and would let me know when they came in. Already there and it is only 3 days later. I definitely would recommend Kerry Volkswagon to anyone.

We needed a set of tires for our VW Jetta, and received an estimate of $492.00. When I brought the car in, it turned out the technician had not looked at the car, which had a fancy set of wheels that are a different size (which you sold us when we bought the vehicle in 2010). The new bid for a different size tire (apparently the extra rubber for a bigger tire is pricey) was not to my liking. It was $572, which even with the guilt card issue by our friends in Germany would have left me with a $72 tab. I don't recall if tax was included. Anyway, you guys wouldn't come down on the price, and I thought I was being taken advantage of. The service manager did go talk to the big boss and there was NO flexibility. I have seen FARGO so I can guess the nature of the conversation. Probably the Bengals came up. Anyway, I went to Firestone and got a similar tire for $430, warranty, free rotation, you get the picture. I guess I'm not in such a great mood over this encounter, since I spent a couple of hours going back and forth to Florence and didn't get our tires. I did, however get some software updates, God knows what it does. I guess we have negative feeling about VWs, since we're left with a vehicle that even you won't take, and we have no clue as to what kind of a settlement we will finally get from the company. We paid a lot of money for a high performing, fuel efficient, very clean vehicle and now 5 years later we find it is none of these. I realize that Kerry was unaware of the dishonesty perpetrated by the VW Corporation, but I feel you have a moral obligation to stand by your customers and repair the damage. The fairest solution would be for you to take the car on a trade in at its value before that guy at the University of West Virginia (research assistant professor Arvind Thiruvengadam) caught VW with their pants down. If you'd like to trade the VW card for a regular MC card, we'd really like that. I sure hope we don't have to spend 500 bucks at Kerry VW in the next 12 months.

Took my car in for 30K standard service. I called twice in an attempt to schedule it, left 2 voice mails & no returned call (I ended up stopping in at the dealership to schedule it). When I dropped my car off, the service writer said my car was eligible for a recalled water pump & they could do it while it was there, I really appreciated this, however the car took an hour longer than anticipated. When I finally got the car back, I went to leave but noticed the check engine light was on. The service writer stated it wasn't like that when he brought the car around & that there was no one available to read it (I literally watched the mechanic hand the keys over to the service writer, who then turned them over to me, so I found that hard to believe). The service guy was very apologetic (which was appreciated) & was quick to get me a loaner (also, very nice). My car was quickly fixed first thing the next day. I say it's average because honestly, I just expect issue like this when I take my car in, it's a surprise when things go off without an issue. Don't let it be missed, the service guys were very nice, apologetic & were quick to try & make things right to the best of their ability. I feel that loaner cars should be comparable. I drive a 2013 GTi & was given a Nissan Versa...

I moved to Burlington from Rhode Island recently and decided to take my 2004 beetle in for a quick check and oil change. The morning I headed up just five minutes away my car was operating just fine. After the oil change and "free inspection" of the transmission seals and a few other things the car needed I headed out to Florence and the speedometer suddenly stopped working. Yep had no idea how fast I was going. I called the service department immediately to discuss the problem and had to leave a message something I always had to do. They were hard to get a hold of. Once they called me back they suggested I bring it back in after work. I stopped In and left the car with them overnight. I received a message the next day at work telling me they suspect the speedometer had nothing to do with the inspection but they needed to do a "diagnostic" that would cost over $200. Up to this point they had quoted me over $2400 just for service and that was BEFORE the speedometer mysteriously stopped functioning.. I felt like the Kerry conglomerate had no concern for me or my safety at this point. I have been a very loyal VW customer as I have two beetles the 2004 and a 2013 beetle convertible I plan to buy once the lease is up in 2016. I picked up the car in disgust and will take it elsewhere. Believe me the 2013 won't see the inside of that place either.

The service center bent over backwards to find the cause of the engine light, even giving me a loaner car to use while they had my car. Jason, from service kept me up to date with what they found out about the problem and what they were doing to fix it. Over all I am very pleased with the service they provided me. I have used them for all of my volkswagens and trust their work.

This dealership is over an hour away for me to get to and it's totally worth it. From buying my car to service, it has just been the best experience. They got me in the exact car i wanted, didn't waste time trying to get me something else that was easily available or what they wanted to sell. Cooper was very helpful and found the perfect car for me in very little time. I had a general idea of what I wanted coming in and we ended up going back to the very first car he showed me. Once I had done all the paperwork and set my insurance policy for the car, they detailed my new Jetta Sport and had me driving home in that new car smell. Showed up 1 hour before closing without an appt needing an oil change. They took me in and had me on my way within 45 minutes. While waiting I had some friendly conversation with guys in sales. The waiting area and showroom are always top notch with cars to check out and clean facilities. This is the only place I will take my car. I know VW has gotten a bad rap lately, as they should, however, it is not the fault of these gentlemen, they are true professionals........

Brought 14 Jett a in for service. Had been told 1 1/2 hrs, and it only took 1 hour. When I got in my car they didn't reset inspection light so I had the guy come back out and do it and when I got back in car later in day it was still on. Had to look up how to fix it. Also they did not change sticker in my window to let me know next service date.

Can't imagine using VW beyond required visits. Service was performed in timely manner and staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I gave only nine stars because I left my mobile number to be called (I wasn't going home) if there were questions and also said I was pretty sure the timing belt and water pump would need to be replaced, so no call to ask about that was necessary. When I returned to the service center, I was told the employee had tried to call me at my HOME number to tell me the mechanic said my TIMING BELT was starting to dry rot, and they would have to replace it. They would have to order the part. Car was ready late the next day.

I have some pretty weak credit and Paul Nunnally and Mike Kirkwood worked tirelessly to get me into something new. I cannot express how appreciative I for all the work they did to help me get back on my feet credit wise. Paul and Mike are very knowledgable on the whole VW line of cars, ask a question and they will have an answer and then some. The sales process was smooth and very pleasant. The only issue I have had is in dealing with the Finance Department at Kerry. At first things went very smooth, but then I had some questions that I needed to ask about payments, paying off my old car and some smaller questions. It took 2 days, 17 phone calls and 2 messages left with the operator, before someone finally answered the phone. They then told me information that was so incorrect that I was appalled. Getting in touch with the Finance department and the information that was given to me when someone finally did answer was the only issue that I have had in my buying experience with Kerry VW.

I recentley leased a 2015 Passat Sport TSI 1.8 liter from Kerry Volkswagen of florence and WOW these guys really cared about helping me and not just "selling" me. They were kind, patient, genuine and very professional! My driver window would not go up when there was a lot of dew on windows took car back 3 times before they replaced that window. The back driver side window started doing the same thing and on 3rd trip they said I had to take window tint off that's what was causing it. I had window tint taken off 2 2weeks later same thing happened decided to replace the motor but will not replace my tint. Seats are yellowing where the suede and leather meet said they would replace 65% off cost the rest was my responsibility. Car is a 2014 Passat tdi 14 months old and seats are turning yellow due to wear and tear. I had my windows tinted right away so that the light would not fade my seats. When we bought this vehicle my husband picked top of line in the passats so we would not have these issues. It's obvious we shouldn't have bought this vehicle paid way to much money for all the trouble we have had. I would not recommend Kerry VW to my enemies!

One piece of advice..... RUN! Stay away!! go to north land VW! These people will RIP you off!!! They sold me a CPO TDI Jetta, Turns out that it was not a CPO, which they tried and cover up, Had to get a Lawyer to get it registered with VW as a CPO... Just to find out that the car was previously wrecked!!! The horror story doesn't stop here.. I had to take it back to them to get a speaker replaced and a dent taken care of. They burnt a whole in the paint with a buffer and left all the polishing compound on it to try and cover it up. They had my car for a month getting it fixed, when they returned it the paint look like a 5yr old finger painted it. When i confronted them they yelled at me and told me to get out of there dealership "Stealership". You could not pay me to buy another car from ANY KERRY owned stealership. 5 months later and my paint is pealing off and there is a pice of my rocker panel still unpainted

We bought our first BRAND NEW 2012 vw jetta TDI 1.5 months ago. I washed this vehicle for the first time two weeks ago because it was the first time it was nice and sunny out! Took it out to wash it and realized there were milky white spots under the clear coat of the trunk and on the side of my doors. I took it to Maaco and a well known detail shop in lexington, ky. All agreed that it was under the clear coat and it could not be fixed, in their opinion it was a manufacturers defect. SO, I took it to Kerry VW had three different people look at it (one was the manager) and his exact words were "thats not normal, thats a manufacturers paint defect". He then told us to contact VW customer careand report a case, we did that, took pictures, etc. He told us that it had to be handled with them since it was clearly a manufacturers defect. WELL, the regional manager (ERIC) called us after seeing the pictures and hearing the feedback from Kerry VW. HE told us that" they would offer to paint the trunk and we are lucky they are offering that." He also said that " they think it was an environmental issue"....which is clearly wasn't because it would have eaten away at the paint rather than been under the clear coat. Then he said they thought "it was a bad wax job", so which was it VW...in your opinion? I proceeded to tell him that we have everything documented and pictures of the vehicle. You cant see the paint defect in the dark, only direct sunlight, which is why we didnt notice it before. It looks like white leopard print. I told him that we had an attorney, which we do, and he said..."go ahead and do that, we will just push it through loopholes and it will go on forever". What happened was i paid 24,500 for a NEW car, not a defected car, therefore, if VW cares about their customers, my car should be replaced. At the very little.....completely repainted...but then again....I didnt pay for a "repainted car". DO NOT buy a car from this place, or this region of kentucky for that matter. They dont care about helping you, they are rude, and their regional manager could care less about customer car or satisfaction. I pay $450 for a jetta TDI that looks like a black leopard! I will be sure to not drop this. BEWARE
