I had my 2017 Kia optima dropped off from a tow truck last Friday. I was told I would know Thursday what was wrong with it. I know it's the knock sensor out. They called Monday about it. She said I was #15. I was told I get would get a call Thursday to let me know what was wrong. I was at work. No call yet. So I called she said this Thursday I will know something. She said I was #10 now. I called today I'm #7 Sherry said it can take 3 weeks. I said you told me I would know last week on Thursday. She said I have to pay for a rental. They should give me a loaner. I work I need a car. Now I have to pay to rent one. I don't have the extra money to do it.

We were the market for a new car, but was unsure of what to settle on. We went to another dealership (which will remain unnamed) and was immediately turned off by the saleswoman. We left feeling defeated. My wife insisted we go to the KIA dealership and I'm so glad we did. The salesman Kenny Hadel was so efficient. He greeted us at the door, even though he wasn't the person we spoke to on the phone. He proceeded to ask what we were looking for and did not immediately turn us away from looking into other vehicle options. He took us around and showed us what was on the lot and allowed us to make the decision about what we needed. He made us feel welcome, comfortable and jovial. The experience was a memorable one and would recommend anyone to him and the KIA dealership sales team.

I just recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima for $11,000... It is a great looking, feature packed and fuel efficient eco car that runs smooth as butter. I couldn't be happier with it especially considering its price range. Carole helped me the whole way through. I got in contact with her several days before the visit to make sure everything would be set. She took great care of me then and did an outstanding job during the purchase. She offered a hot chocolate, and I accepted, but I refused the cookies she offered. When she came back, she brought me cookies and insisted that I take cookies because she could not imagine drinking hot chocolate without cookies. Haha, she is extremely nice and considered and not at all pushy like you expect from a car sales man who just wants to sell a car. I would definitely recommend her to be your representative.

I set up an appointment earlier that week and we went in after I got off work and met Carole. Super friendly, she was very friendly and respectful. Pulled the car around for US to test drive and after an hour of talking about the vehicles in our price range we decided to continue looking just to be sensible about it. We have two babies under two years old and we had to be sure. About 5 min after leaving I get a good luck text from Carole on the car hunt. After going to 5 or 6 dealerships, finding a few other cars we liked but were put off by the pushyness and cockiness of other dealers I texted Carole back and informed her we would be returning. She asked if we wanted to start the paperwork as we were in route and it saved us a lot of time. We got there and Carole brought us snacks for the kids and a few waters for us. We began to haggle a little (mainly Carole getting us a deal) we eventually came to an agreement and I signed the paperwork. I got this suv for 7800. Its a 2009 with 58k miles on it. I drove it home the next day after it had been detailed and my wife couldn't be happier. The kids are nice and cool because the ac is amazing, the ride is smooth so it puts the little ones to sleep. The next day I realized one of the brake lights were out. I replaced it and the electronic stabilization control light went off, the cruise control started working and no more blown breaklight. The vehicle is amazing, my wife and kids are ecstatic and I know we have a safe reliable car for all our excursions. So to you Carole I say thank you. You made our experience pleasant, you helped me protect and care for my family and you saved us money. So from the Jeffers family We would like to say thank you.

Logan Wilcox was great help when helping us purchase our vehicle. We told him number we wanted to stay around and he did exactly that. We had a trade in vehicle that we expected would put us under quite a bit and Logan was able to get us a dramatic amount more for the trade in than expected. Went to this dealership to buy out a lease. Once we were there we were talked to by a sales person and his manager. We ended up buying a new Kia rather than the one we had leased. Just one week later, I found out that the interest rate was 1.9% with a 2,000 rebate or 0% with a 1,000 rebate. The dealership promised me that I was getting the best deal that I could ever get on my purchase!! Yet a week later the offer was MUCH better. When I contacted the dealership, their reply was that they did not know about the better offer coming up. I have a very hard time believing that. They are not to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time. They promise to help people with bad credit . They "gas" people up over the phone, once you get inside they do not do what they said. The manager is rude and nonchalant . He never once apologized for anything . I would never recommend this place to anyone .

First time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. The sales person Carole Mendoza was awesome. She was very helpful in helping me to choose a vehicle my daughter loved and she was very funny and professional at the same time. The transmission in my car was rebuilt twice. I purchased it new and it stop pulling for the 3rd time! I was hit by a drunk driver, bed written for 2 years. I was self employed over 10 years with a gross income in the 6 figures. I filed bankruptcy 3 times to save my assets. Prior to that my credit score was in the 700's. There was no way any bank in my area would give me a chance to rebuild my credit. I prayed & a friend referred me to Sharaz. I told him my situation and that I was embarrassed. He listened and said if I can't help you then no one in the country can. He said I can get you in a new car, go to the website and choose what you think you can afford. I faxed him the documents then I received a phone call from Sharaz stating that the car just left the dealership and would be delivered to my home the next day. I have never purchased a car in my state that quick. I called Sharaz on Friday & was driving the car on Sunday!! DeAnthony Bright and Deion Williams delivered the car exactly when DeAnthony said he would to my home and not a minute later. DeAnthony explained all the paperwork with no problems. To my surprise the interest rates were low and the car payment as well. There is no tracker on my car, no strings attached and the car didn't have a scratch no where or extra miles except for the drive from the dealership to my garage! Deion explained how to operate the car. The young men were dressed professionally, well educated, kind and definitely knew about the KIA cars. You can't ask for better service. Sharaz Hassen I thank God for you & KIA Country of Savannah. The car drives great excellent gas mileage, plenty of leg room, trunk space & great looking. It have so many features for the price. You will love the 2016 KIA Forte 5 EX FWD. I would highly recommend these guys and the dealership to anyone. Sharaz you are indeed a man of your word! In one appointment Carole was able to give me all options and I purchased my original Cadenza. Once my move is over with I am sure I will be contacting Carole for a new Sportage in the next 4 months. I inquired online about trading my minivan for a new Sorento. I said that I needed Bluetooth, a third row, and that I didn't want to pay over $35,000.00. I also explained that I was a little upside down on the van. I received an email the next morning from Carole. After a pleasant back and forth (never any pressure) through email, we decided to test drive that evening. Carole was waiting when we arrived, she showed me exactly what I asked for. I ended up getting a great deal on my trade and I bought a brand new Sorento with a great warranty package and payments exactly in my budget!! Everyone at the dealership was so nice and the best part was that Carole listened to me! She never once tried to show me a car I didn't want or couldn't afford. In the past, I've always hated getting my van serviced at a dealership. I've felt talked down to and taken. Not the case at Kia Country of Savannah. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented and helpful. I live close to New River Auto Mall in SC and happily make the 45 minute drive to Savannah instead to assure both me and my van are treated well.

This is one of the worst dealers to deal with, they buying of the car is the easy part.. but when it comes to management, fincance, title clerks and all the others, I find them useless, they have no clue on what they are doing, takes 3 months to get tags transferred, and also caught them in a fraud situation where they paid my current buy out versus the buy-out at the time of sale, Definealty fraudulent things going on here. I wont be returning even after owning 5 kias, but this was my first from this dealer and last.

Very friendly staff; and their pricing on oil changes/tire rotations, etc. cannot be beat! I was spending around $70 at Jiffy Lube for a synthetic blend, and at Kia, it's only about $35. Today, I got my oil changed and tires rotated, and it only cost $39 (they also added on a $10 coupon).

WE stopped in to look at a 2016 Sportage model car. We had no idea we could work a deal due to the lease we had in for a Volkswagen Jeta. We stopped buy to look at the new Sportage models. My wife was leasing a 2014 VW Jeta, and we were not sure if could get out of the lease in order to buy another car, but we had to do something as my wife had broke her back 2 years ago and needed a car easier to get in and out of. We new we wanted heated seats, and automatic transmission but we were blown away at the comfort items included with this car for the price. The car drove GREAT and was so easy for my wife to drive. Ms. Carole Menddoza was so helpful, never pushy or over bearing, and treated us with respect not common in todays world. We were able to make a deal thanks to the Finance manager, and drove our new car home!!! All the staff was polite and friendly, in a very natural way, not forced. Even Parts Department when I asked to buy the little Kia stuffed toy mouse for my wife, just gave me one!! Thanks to all for a very great experience.!!!!

When I came in to describe the problem, your service advisor Pat Foran, knew exactly what the issue was from my description, found that my car was still under warranty and set up an appointment to have the problem corrected right away. When I brought the car in, Pat asked a gentlemen to give me a short ride to work around the corner. I can't remember his name, but he was very courteous and pleasant. Pat called a few hours later when the vehicle was ready and the car is driving like new. Great service by your department all around and a well-informed service advisor. A great combination!

I brought my old car (2014) in for is normal scheduled service and just was looking at the new cars. A very nice sales rep, Eric Miller helped answer questions about the new 2016 Sorento's and the more I asked and looked I liked. I asked Eric what he might do to trade me out of my old car into a new 2016. I had my mind set on what I would do, nothing more nothing less. Eric worked very hard and after much discussion and back and forth we settled and a deal that was good for me and the dealership. I walked out the door with a new car, lower payments and happy. Nothing gets better than that. I have a very happy wife now that she has a beautiful new Sorento in the exact color she has always wanted! You know what they say, "Happy Wife, Happy Life"!

Horrible experience! I felt sorry for the sales guy. We walked in their with loan approval in hand and no trade in. We were told the car was in one accident when the CarFax said it had two. I was told to travel over 1 hour to Savannah because we could make a deal work at a price point I made clear but got there and they couldn't even get close to it. Sales manager talked down to us as if we didn't know what we were talking about. The car had so many issues with it and they wouldn't even cut us a deal on pricing at all. Bubbling paint, rust, oil leak, Squeaking engine, dents, scratches, etc. Ended up getting in an an arguing match over features vs another car we were looking at. Paying over $30,000for a 2012 with so many problems is ridiculous. Apparently they don't care about getting used cars sold. Good luck selling it at that price. No wonder it's been on the lot so long! We are buying the same year, make, model vehicle with NO accidents, NO rust/body/paint issues, 2k less miles and all the same features but navigation for 5k less elsewhere. All they care about selling are new Kia's. My advice? Shop around and make a deal elsewhere or overpay and be disrespected here. Not only did they lose this deal, they gave lost this and any future deals from us as well as from friends or family. My positive review is reserved for the dealer that knows how to treat potential customers.

Well let's see I got a call from a gentleman named oveigh who said yes we ran your credit application and to come in to talk numbers well I went in didn't talk to the salesman I was talking on the phone with they had to run my credit a second time while I was there and basically told me the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone that they had not secured financing and money down. If I had known this prior to coming in I wouldn't have had a problem but I was told the complete opposite of what I was told on he phone so I don't like lies just to get a customer in

I got a flat tire while in Savannah. I take it to them to have it replaced because they don't give you a free spare. I give it to them on Sunday. They tell me that they will have it done by Tuesday. I come in on Saturday and they forgot to put the tire on the car. I had to wait for 30 minutes to find out the tech didn't put it on. They finnaly get it done that day and they decide a 10 dollar "customer discount" is good enough for what they did! They were 4 days late!! To just change a flat tire!!

Long Story Short: I went to a Toyota Dealership near me pushy Salesman and I hate that, then to a Hyundai Dealership elsewhere. I liked their cars but wasnt impressed with their Salespeople. I decided Id visit Kia of Savannah. I previously owned a Kia and love that car. There I met Darren. I wasnt sure how to take him as he wasnt pushy just knowledgeable. He showed me several cars both in and out of my price range then asked if he could show me used. I said yes knowing that I really wasnt in the market for new anyway. He showed me about 4 then he showed me my Sophia (Kia Sorento). She was a 2014 model, low mileage and my dream SUV I admit I was concerned to drive her as I felt I probably couldnt afford her, but we drove her anyway. I was in love but KNEW it was a Car Dealership after all and I thought I had to play hard to get. It was late on a Saturday afternoon (like close to 6PM their closing time). I was introduced Bob the new General Manager. He personally took the time to meet with me and talk for like an hour in his office. I was further impressed. He asked me what I liked about the car and what I didnt. He explained financing options and we talked pricing. I told him a number I wanted to pay monthly and he said lets see. (Im pretty sure he knew Id budge and I knew he would). I told him I wanted Sunday to think on it and he didnt push back hard. Trust me, the first person at the first dealership (Toyota) has called me 5 times today I didnt take any of the calls INCLUDING the ones to my Work number. Instead, on Monday, I called Bob the General Manager at Kia and said, Ill take it. I reiterated my monthly requirements and he said, I got this What SOLD ME initially is that I told Bob I liked the car and said, here, heres my Business Card which has ALL my contact info. While I was sitting there he typed me an email with his own Contact Information including Home Phone and all. He smiled and said if you have any questions tomorrow call me I was impressed. I SO wanted to ask him stuff on Sunday but I didnt I played Golf instead and on around hole 17 I decided to BUY the car in 2 parts 1] he wasnt pushy (I had had 2 calls during Golf from Toyota Rep (none from Bob) and 2] I realized if I had called him he would have picked up. (THAT ALONE SOLD ME ON THE DEALERSHIP).I called Bob around 9 something Monday morning and got his Voice Mail [understandable] and left the message It is sold I just bought it. He immediately called me back, said let me work on it and Ill see you around 4PM. I got the CAR I REALLY WANTED but wasnt even looking for at almost my monthly request YES I had to give some and KNEW I was going too but in my giving some it was because Bob said he WOULDNT let me get the car without the Gap Insurance that I NEVER knew existed. Since it was used I did take additional coverage so I went from my original Ill pay THIS ONLY price to my Yep, I had planned on going there not ONLY because we agreed on my terms but because I wouldnt turn down the added protection I got.I love this place and WILL ALWAYS be their Customer.Chip

Our salesman Darren was awesome. The sales experience was great. The horor began when we were in the dealership. When we were being shown around and walked by the office I was floored by the loud filthy language coming from a very unprofessional office worker that was pointed out as being the tag and title clerk. She was dressed like she was on the beach, not for working in an office. That made me wonder what kind of people Kia allows to work thete. She did not fit in with any other person that we met there. She also was very rude 2 weeks later whenI called about my tag. I have never been talked to like that before. Because of her, we took our daughter elsewhere to buy her car.

i bought my son a brand new 2015 forte. and now with 6000 miles on it the airbag light came on. i called kia of savannah and asked for the service department. i spoke with Kevin. when i told him the situation he said to drive the car into the shop. i told him i was not comfortable having my son drive the car with the airbag light on. because when the light is on the system may not be functional. he then told me" we drove for years without them and didnt see a problem" and he "knows people who drive all the time with the warning light on". does he not know that there is a law that cars have them for a reason?. i said well for my sons safety i didnt feel comfortable. to which he replied " well if that's the way you want to play the game!" i was shocked that someone would feel that safety is a game? it actually makes me think do they short cut stuff because of the game? how many other people has he put at risk by telling them it is safe to drive with warning lights on?

When you are in the buying mode they tell you you can get a loaner when your bring your car in for service. This was the main selling point for me. Loaner transportation when your car is in the shop was the determining factor why I bought the car from this dealership. My time is money and I also need to get to work to make my money. The loaner car story from the salesman is a total lie, so don't believe it when you hear it. Their customer service is terrible to put it lightly.

I am 72 and have bought many cars so have experienced the typical high pressure approach normally encountered in the buying process-I can say that this outfit did not do that. They explained all options but did not try to strong arm me into the extras that most dealers try to foist off on buyers. I really appreciated that since I happened to have my wife with me and didn't want to resort to the profanity that I normally reserve for the high pressure sale techniques. I honestly have to say that this has been the easiest car purchase I have made in my life. I searched high and low for a Kia Soul with a standard transmission. They got it for me, granted we went through some hoops to eventually get what I was looking for. The fact that they were willing to go that extra mile really did make a difference. Granted I didn't buy on my first visit there, this didn't make any difference to Brian Buxton. He understood where we came from and was understanding. We thanked him for his time and his service and told him if we came back we would be doing business with him. Several weeks later the car we wanted was on their lot. But unfortunately was sent to auction because well no one drives a manual anymore. They were willing to recall the car and have it shipped back for us. We agreed on a price on the condition that nothing cosmetically or mechanically was wrong. I stipulated this primarily because you would be a complete idiot to buy a car sight unseen. But the distance that Brian and the dealership were willing to go to earn my business is beyond commendable. I can honestly say that if you ask a question and he doesn't know the answer he will admit that and find out the answer for you. In a world where things have all been blurred in a shade of grey for better or worse you'll get your answers you need only ask the questions. This is a very approachable dealership with very good and down to earth sales people. I'd hate to admit it but I will be occasionally stopping by if only to say hello due to their straightforward attitude. You may not like everything that you hear but I would like bad news face to face instead of being lied to. It is also worth mentioning that they understand what it means to deal on a handshake, if you make a deal you both agree to follow through. I can commend them for that in a world gone soft. I will say that Brian Buxton was the only person I dealt with in any depth, so my personal bias would say to see him. From someone that is not easy to please I will say I am more than satisfied with his willingness to help.

I bought a Kia Optima 2015 from them. We agreed on a selling price and after I signed my papers, I noticed they sold me the car for $1400 more than the agreement. While it was my fault for overlooking it the response I got was a bunch of run around. They finally fessed up and told me that they made an error in their math but since I signed the papers, it was my fault. Then my car was missing the data chip which is needed to use the nav system. I was going out of town the next day so you can imagine my disappointment. I was told by the manager that for the inconvenience that they would send me a book in the mail of coupons for free service for 3 years. As you can imagine, I never received it. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a Kia...Drive to Charleston. Don't waste your time and money and these guys. Most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I should have know better when there were two other people at the dealership arguing with their dealer.

Demagio first met me and showed me the used Kia Sportages they had available. Then I looked all over the State of Georgia and into South Carolina for a better deal for 3 weeks. When I returned, they still only had 2 used Sportages available, so Demagio was patient and worked with me to empower me to select a new model with just the specific details I was looking for. I worked the deal out with the bank, they gave me a reasonable price on my trade-in, and I am extremely pleased with the ease of my deal, end-to-end. Demagio had to wait 3 extra weeks, but once I was ready with a down-payment to sweeten the deal with my bank, he and the Kia Country team had my entire deal complete within a couple of hours and I was out the door! I have rarely been this pleased with any dealership or vehicle purchase.

My name is Kia (all jokes aside) Pigford, and I am very disappointed with the service of Brian Buxton. He is NOT doing what he suppose to be to help the public when they need. I was recently in a wreck with my car and needed it to be repaired, and they have sent the wrong parts twice! Mr. Buxton has refused to pick up phone for me to speak with him. I also know my car needs an alignment very badly and the only place I can get it done is here in Kia Country of Savannah. Where I am upset is that I have a rental that I was ONLY planning to have for a week, it now seems like it will be two more weeks I will have to pay out of pocket.That is NOT fair to me, due to I DIDN'T send the wrong parts to begin with.In my opinion this is poor customer service and hope that in the future it will get better, I will spread the word to all my friends who have a Kia that they may need to upgrade to a different car and dealership.

I have yet to receive any repairs, so I gave them a N/A on this aspect. Overall, this dealership was AMAZING! They got me into the car that I wanted at a fairly affordable price. Where others had failed, they were successful. Brian and JJ Walker are extremely nice and made the experience fun! Even my husband, who hates the car buying experience in general, said that he was more at ease because he didn't feel pressured by the staff or haggled into a car we did not want. I gave the facility 4/5 only because they are rennovating their facility and the restrooms were outdoor trailers (and it was chilly!) But otherwise quite nice indoors. Mr Ringer... This review and it's content are long overdue, as I have now purchased three vehicles from your dealership within 2 years. My wife and 2 of my daughters now drive KIA products and are immensely satisfied. These vehicles are dependable, comfortable, well equipped, economical cars that come with an unmatched warranty. Not only has the dealership been desirable to deal with, but they as well as KIA Corp went well above what was expected when my wife's vehicle was the victim of squirrels eating the wiring harness. This was a very involved repair that was very time consuming in regard to part acquisition and the work itself. Throughout this process, your dealership provided us a vehicle to drive for 6 weeks and KIA picked up our monthly payment as well. This was not an issue that was Kia's fault...but they still exhibited excellent customer service. Your service rep Greg, did a fine job in keeping us informed and walked us thru the process as it moved along. My thanks to him as well as the techs that performed the actual repair...as the car has been perfect ever since. In other areas, I would like to give Brian Buxton, our salesperson....very high recommendation. We have been dealing with Brian since our first purchase and have returned to him for the other two purchases as well. Brian possesses a friendly and easy going nature about him and he walks you through the sale in a no pressure sort of way that leaves the buyer informed and comfortable with their decision. He has a keen knowledge of all of the products that he promotes and makes a point of finding the answer to any question that he may not immmediately know the answer to. He presents all options to you for purchase and explains all of the details of each vehicle you may be interested in. He is not reading out of a book nor off of a screen when he explains options and features and reviews of specific vehicles...as he has an intimate and practiced knowledge of his products. It is rare in this day and age to experience the level of customer service and satisfaction as indicated above and I would like to express my thanks to all of your staff for our overall experience. My experience at KIA County of Savannah was by far the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I was ambushed upon arrival which did not allow me to look and weigh all of the different car options available. Once I found a car, waiting for the credit report to return took an hour and waiting to sign the papers took even longer. Upon finally signing the papers I realized my name was not correct therefore we had to start the signing portion over again. All was finally done and I was able to leave thinking all was handled only to receive a letter three weeks later stating that the company that was supposed to finance my loan rejected me. Before purchasing the car I told the dealer that I would only purchase the car if I was owner and my uncle was co-owner, that is what I was PROMISED and I left the dealership that night with paperwork stating I was the owner. However, in order for the company to finance the loan I had to allow my uncle to be the owner which is the opposite of what I was promised. I tried reaching the Savannah dealership many times to figure out was had gone wrong and it took five messages before my call was returned. The paperwork had to be filled out once again only to have them mess up my name AGAIN therefore starting the paperwork for a FOURTH times. All paperwork was signed and then came the issue of my temporary tag, because of the fiance issue taking so long my tag had expired and obtaining another from the dealership resembled pulling teeth. The finance department was very rude and very unprofessional not to mention deceitful. Not only did I have a horrible experience I was also LIED TO. I will never recommenced KIA county of Savannah to anyone nor will I ever purchase another KIA because of the bad experience and unprofessional atmosphere surrounding KIA. KIA will do anything to get you to buy a car, their word means nothing.

The staff was sensitive to my apprehensions of signing up for my very first car payment (lease). I am very budget driven and Michele made sure that was communicated to the folks up in the "tower." From the moment we stepped out of my old wagon onto the lot, we felt at ease with no typical SHARKY behavior from the staff. As we left to test drive other cars, they were confident that we would be back and boy were they right! Michele stayed well past her quitting' time and sacrificed much of her commission to make the right numbers happen. Michele is an asset to KIA of Chatham Parkway and even though her colleagues feel that her easy going tactic is her weakness, she came out strong and proved that treating customers like family and understanding the value of every dollar is what counts!

Through all of the maintenance visits and one visit for a service bulletin, I was treated very well. They have a comfortable waiting area even with free fresh popped popcorn.The service personnel take care to keep vehicle clean. We liked the Kia 06 so much that we traded it in for a new 2012 Kia Sedona EX becauseof the quality of the vehicle and the professionalism of the employees at "Kia Of Savannah". All we were asking was a best and final price on the three vehicles we had it narrowed down to. We were not able to receive what we asked for. We were okay with the price quoted for the trade if they were able to come down on the vehicles sticker price, and he came back with full sticker price. He repeatly requested our payoff on the vehicle we were trading. You do not need to know a payoff to know what you are willing to sell a car for. The voodoo math this associate used makes car buying a confusing process when it does not have to be. We had a simple request for a final and best price that was not fulfilled, infact, they came back at full sticker price. We not upside down on our trade and we had equity in the trade. It is a shame they were unable to to handle a simple request as we were prepared to buy today.

The price was thousands less than the dealers in Florida. Pat was very gracious on the phone and worked up a deal for me that was unbeatable. When I got there Josh took over the sale and everything went as smooth as silk! No high pressure and very down to earth dealership. I only wish I lived closer so they could service the car too. Scott was excellent to work with! We communicated via email for 1 week, working out all of the details to make sure I got exactly what I needed in my vehicle at the right price. He even communicated with me on his day off! He answered every question I had and took extra pictures for me to make sure I knew everything about the car before I made a commitment. Knowing I was coming from out of town (4 hours away), he went out of his way to help me find a hotel on a very busy Savannah weekend. The dealership covered the cost of the room, which they do for buyers traveling more than 100 miles. On the day of my transaction, Jack took over with showing the car, test driving, and paperwork. He programmed the GPS for me, synced my phone, and even plugged a couple of excellent Seafood restaurants into the GPS for us. I LOVE this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone there!

And when we got to the dealership JJ Walker was pleasant and welcoming and not pushy by any means. They made fresh popcorn for our grandson to enjoy while we were finalizing the deal. I was stunned with the amount of options that the car came with for a base model, and how helpful JJ was in setting up the technological features for my wife. We shopped for months to choose the car that we wanted and decided on Kia based on the cars that they have available. We showed up to Kia Country really excited and ready to spend our money! Right off the bat the prices that were listed online were over $7,000 different from the prices on the cars. Suddenly, the cars we were interested in that we had been researching were in a totally different ballpark. We felt tricked and upset right away. We were working with Patrick and he was unfriendly and not interested in our business at all. We worked with him, test drove a few cars that he said were in our price range, and then decided on two that we really liked. We went in to talk numbers and he came back with numbers that were totally out of the range we had given him. He told us that our range was not possible and that was the end. We only talked numbers for about 10 minutes before we left. He did not try to compromise or make us happy at all. We went to lunch and talked and decided we really did like the car so we went back to try again. We were very willing to compromise and ended up deciding we would be willing to give them almost the full listed value for the car (and MORE than the online price for that car).We returned and talked numbers again. Even though we were paying cash and were offering them almost the full original price they did not try to work with us at all. We reluctantly had to leave again without ever even really negotiating. We bought another car and had a great experience at New River Auto Mall but ended up with a car we wanted less than the Kia purely due to our horrible experience. We have been looking around for months, have worked with various dealerships along the way and have never had an experience nearly this poor. VERY disappointing!!!

I'm happy with the terms of the sale that we came up with. I would do business with them again. The only complaint I have is I took delivery of the vehicle when it was dark and raining. When I got home the following day (I live a hundred miles away) the inside of the vehicle was not properly detailed. Other than that small caveat, I'm perfectly satisfied with the dealership and Jack.

The Ford dealership was very helpful and could give us a good price. Giles, however, wanted to look at the Kia to see if there was a car there-with an affordable price- that we liked. I am happy that Giles is the type that has to "look one more place" before choosing. I am glad he did. David was great-very good buying experience. He was informative and very helpful. I wish I would have never brough the car back for detailing because that experience was very disappointing. I feel like I wasted my time and gas bringing the car back. In all fairness, I did not express my displeasure when I got into my car as I really didn't want to wait any longer for them to do the job correctly the 2nd time when it should have been done correctly the first time. The inside of the car looked similar as to when I brought it in. The stick shift was not wiped down, neither were the cup holders. You could wipe the dust off under the steering column. The seats had some issues and I was told they would be taken care of when I brought it back in-but this didn't happen. In addition, it appeared like the mats weren't even taken up when it was vaccumed because there was a leaf under the mat, and there was hair on the seat. I guess my idea of detailing isn't what you actually get. However, I would still reccomend David to anyone who asked me. I can't say enough good things about him. However, after the sale needs to be improved.

The other dealership made us realize that we were much more satisfied with the appearance of the dealership, the efficiency of the staff, and the inventory on the lot. Our salesperson kept in constant contact with us until we made our final decision. This was the first foreign car we have ever purchased so we are in hopes it will meet up to the expectations we are hoping for. We purchased it for our 16 year old daughter. It started with Scott Downer on the Internet .Who was very timely answering any questions I had online. I was very pleased with my purchase at Kia Savannah. Margaret was friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at (Optima SXL), if there was something she did not know about the car, she found out, she did not make anything up. She really listened and tried to find the best car for my needs. Once I stumbled on the SXL, the car sold itself. I felt comfortable during the test drive and knew I could walk away if I wanted to without that negative energy you get with a lot of dealers. If you are looking at Kia, see Margaret. We had already decided to by a kia based on our internet shopping. I called the internet sales rep and told them that our credit union would only finance 80% of MSRP. I was told by Darrell that, that was not possible but he could possibly get me 92% of MSRP. When I got to dealership we were helped by Brian who was VERY nice and knowledgeable about the car. When we told him we had been quoted 92% MSRP he said that was not a problem and showed us the cars. We were also told that we would go by internet price which was significantly lower than the price on the sticker. During the conversation with our sales person, We were told that he could probably make us a good price on a standard transmission because they were harder to move. We decided to look at a standard thinking that we would get at least 92% MSRP and possibly even better since they were hard to move. When we got down to the cost we found out that basically we were just told we could get the car at 92% of MSRP but in reality the internet price was the best we could get. Darrell said that he only told me that to let me know that there was no way he could do 80%. Since we were not eligible for the military discount, and after adding in $750 standard shipping price the internet price was only $20 cheaper than the sticker price. Also we had to pay an additional 40 for a cord to hook up the ipod to the stereo system. This would not have been so bad if we had known before we were trying to set up the ipod before driving off the lot with our car. We had to go back and get the cord after telling our sales rep how important the music was. We didn't make a stink at the dealership. We already knew we wanted the kia. We felt like the payments were in our price range and we got a fair % rate on our loan. We are happy with the Kia and look forward to driving it but feel very let down by what felt like a shady car sales experience.

They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on their lot but was more than willing to locate what we wanted and get it to us within 3 days. I actually live 15 minutes from Columbus Kia Auto Sport and test drove my first Kia there. The salesman was friendly but the price was far more than I was ready to pay. After speaking to Scott in Savannah, I realized that the Optima was in my price range afterall. When I spoke to my Columbus salesman, he wanted me to give him the price Savannah was offering as he did not want to lose me. It was at that point that I decided, if I was going to buy, I was going to buy from Scott. His integrity sold me... so I bought two Kias from Scott on July 4th!

On February 10th 2012 I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from Kia Country, 1 Park of Commerce Blvd. Savannah, GA 31405, for $28,450.80 at 2.9% interest ($2366.78) for $395.15 per month for 72 months. On June 25th 2012 I took my Kia Optima in to Kia Country for service (oil change, tire rotation and detailing(wash, wax and vacuum) whereas I was told it would take about 3 hrs and they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. They called about 11am and I had my friend drop me off to pick up my car, went in and paid approximately $30.00 for the detailing and when I went to get in my car I noticed mud and dirt still on the outside of the vehicle and when I got inside the vehicle I looked in the back seat and noticed that there was what appeared to be water and grease/dirt on the back passenger seat and floorboard. So I went back inside to the Service Department counter and told them that I wasnt pleased with the detailing and was wondering if they even waxed my car due to the fact there was still mud and dirt on it to which she replied I know for a fact they waxed it. She then called the detailer to the Service Department so he could Fix my car, upon waiting for him to come to the Service Department I went out to look at my car and opened the back passenger door and thats when I noticed grease/dirt along the bottom side of the seat, so I opened the front passenger door and also found grease/dirt on the seat as well. So, after waiting approximately 30 minutes the detailer brought me my car and showed me the seats as well as the back floorboard and I asked him how did the black grease/dirt get on my seats and he stated The vacuum hose is very dirty and must have gotten on the seat when they reached over to vacuum the drivers side, he then proceeded to hand me a can of upholstery cleaner in case he missed some spots. On June 26th 2012 a co-worker, customer and myself were outside when we noticed scratches and swirl marks all over my car. On June 27th I took my car back to the Service Department and spoke with the Service Manager about the scratches and swirl marks and he stated they would Fix them and to bring it back at my convience, I told him I would bring it back 1st thing Monday morning July 2nd and asked about getting a loner vehicle and he said that wouldnt be a problem. On July 2nd I went back to the Service Department and talked with the Service Manager he sent Brian out to view the scratches/swirl marks then we went back in and signed a loner agreement and they told me I should be able to pick it up that evening, however they called and stated they needed to send it to a body shop to repair the scratch on the passenger back door so I needed to come back in and resign another loner agreement and due to fact that July 4th was a holiday it may not be ready till Friday. On July 6th the Service Manager called about 3:40pm to tell me my car was ready for pickup however, I didnt receive the message until 7pm when I woke up to get ready for work. On July 7th at 7:30am I went to the Service Department and picked up my car then went to a friends house so he could look at it and again we noticed that the scratch marks and swirl marks were still all over the car. So I went back to Kia Country only this time I figured I needed to talk to someone else so I went to the front Sales Manager and explained the situation to him and he told me to take my car to the corner of Hway 80 and Alford Street to Mikes Detailing because he was really good. Upon arriving to Mikes I explained the situation to him, he looked at the car saw the swirl and scratch marks and he stated that he may or may not be able to fix it but he would try, but it would be very tedious work and he would need to keep it all day but there was no guarantee. So I went back to Kia and explained what Mike said to the Sales Manager and the sales manager stated he said that so you wouldnt get your hopes up and just in case he couldnt Fix it. By this time I was crying, stressed out and in emotional turmoil over the situation I didnt know what to do I just knew I couldnt see paying $395.15 a month for a car that the Service Department scratched up and put swirl marks on. So I decided to trade the vehicle in but lost out in the process because as of June 7th I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima for $31,286.88 at 3.9% interest ($3474.07) for $434.54 per month for 72 months, so I basically lost the 6 payments I had already made, have a higher car payment, accrued a higher interest rate and a increase in my insurance premium all due to the fact of negligence on the Service Departments behalf when their Mission Statement is Quality Vehicles, for a Quality Price, and Quality Service. I am very disappointed in the Service Department at Kia Country of Savannah Georgia.

I wanted to surprise my wife with car for her birthday. I visited the dealership and was greeted by JJ Walker. Since my wife was very specific to me about what she wanted in a car, JJ immediately showed me something very comparable to my specifications. He answered every question and kept me abreast of every step of the process. He even took extra measures by having balloons on it when we came to pick it up. JJ showed us the service department and waiting area. He was very instrumental in this entire process and assured us by allowing us to contact him anytime we have a question about anything. I was looking for a affordable gas saving car just to commute back and fourth to work. I made one call to Kia country of Savannah and spoke to Scott Downer and we went through his inventory and on that one call he found the car for me. I sent him my credit he got me approved and I booked my flight from New York to Savannah. I went to the dealership twice before I bought my new Sorento. Each time I went, I was always approached like I did not belong or was a waiste of time to "help" look at vehicles. I am a 26 year old nurse, who would show up in scrubs, who does have a tendancy to look younger than I am. I was driving a 2010 GMC Terrain, fully loaded, and wanted to trade my "practically" new vehicle in but seemed to feel like more of a pain. Not one single employee spoke to me nor looked at me and smiled as I sat there and waited to sign papers, as I sat there and waited to have the car "detailed" the following day. By the way, mentioning detailing, I FINALLY left the dealership around 9:45pm after I purchased the vehicle around 6pm, and when I had to return the next afternoon, WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY NEW VEHICLE DETAILED AND LUGGAGE RACKS PUT ON, I was told it would be 30-60 minutes and it took THREE+ hours! my car was vacuumed out and run through a "carwash". the interior was still dirty and there was a scratch on the exterior of the vehicle that was not there before. I thought James was a nice man and did help us. I thought he was a little too eager and desperate to sell a car though. We did not feel welcome by any means, and when my husband arrived to purchase the vehicle, he was not even helped AT ALL to find me. I still love LOVE my Sorento, more than anything I have ever owned!! I am just confused by the team work and loyalship that is going on at this dealership.

The first team member, Margaret, was not so helpful however she did come outside right away and checked back on me later. Mr. Rivers was very nice and showed me the inside of the car but Mr. Diggs gave me more information than any other employee. Mr. Downer helped me with my USAA savings and any other questions I had. This dealership has a decent team and I'd go back again.

This was the quickest, easiest, most stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had. I applied for a loan online and spoke with Scott to tell him my needs, and we talked about my trade-in as well as the possible models that would get me close to the car payment I needed. When my husband and I arrived at Kia, Bryan greeted us when we stepped out of the car and introduced us to Scott. Scott talked to us for a couple of minutes then Bryan took us out to show us a few models in my price range. We selected a few to test drive and he got the keys. Bryan was quiet during the test drives, but I felt like it gave us a chance to really check the car out. Once we found the car we wanted, Bryan took my paperwork over to the finance person, I assume, and about 10 minutes later he had numbers for us. We had a few concerns, but they helped us get where we needed to be and the deal was done! A little while later, I signed all the paperwork and we were on our way! I have already recommended Kia Country of Savannah to four people, because this is how car buying should be!!!Thank you!!!

Margaret was very personable and gave us her full attention while we were there. (Can't say the same for the Chatham Pkwy Toyota salesperson!)She knew what we wanted and she made sure we received it and at the price we were willing to pay. We knew this would be difficult as we were comparing the Sorento to the Toyota Rav4. But she did it and we are very happy with our Sorento.Also, the tech person who programmed our phones into the Sorento (can't remember his name, late 50s? Wore hearing aide)was super nice and very helpful in explaining how to use the car's digital equipment.

I have bought two new cars from this dealership within 6 months time. The staff is friendly enough, but I understand that they have to befriend you to get a sale and it's not truly a friendship but more of a business deal. I did not go to this dealership because I was looking for a friend but because they were the cheapest within 100 miles. The first car I bought was a 2012 2.0 turbo Optima SX with premium package. Prior to going to the dealership, I knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and thanks to Autotrader I knew what I would be getting for my trade, so no haggling at all. Had my own financing and with all that it took 3 hours from the time I arrived until I left. Kinda long for my liking. The second car we bought was a 2012 Forte Koup SX for my wife. This time we were not sure what she wanted so we test drove three prospects. Again used Autotrader for Trade in and had our own financing, but this time they beat the rate. The whole transaction took right at 4 hours. That was understandable because of the test drives. Only thing that would have given them higher marks, if they threw in the first oil change for free but they would not budge.If anything really needs improving at this dealership it would be their service department. Unfriendly and uncaring.

Scott Downer and JJ Walker were absoultey great to work with. I purchased my Kia from their Internet Sales and came in from Virgnia to pick it up. Scott worked hard to me a great deal. After, what I was expecting to be a total let down...I had one of the GREATEST BUYING experiences of my life!! I put two months of research into my purchase, about the Kia Soul. When I walked in to Kia Country of Savannah, I was expecting the typical car sales pitch and run around. To my delight and satifaction, it was the BEST decision I ever made!! The saleman (JJ Walker) made the process painless. Mr Walker even went out of his way to come to the Fire Station, where I work, to bring paperwork to me. The vehicle I had intended to leave with that day, a Dune 2012 Kia Soul Manual transmission, was sitting on the lot. I had inquired about adding cruise control, and Mr. Walker then offered the 2012 Kia Soul with an Automatic/Slap Stick. I was not real sure about it, but after Mr. Walker explained the benifits of the selectability...I was sold on it. The vehicle that I purchased is: 2012 Alien Green Kia Soul. (LOVE IT!!)The "Business End" of the experience was very low stress and easy to work with. While the name of the gentleman, that aided me with the large amount of paperwork, escapes me...he made it a realy great experience. There was no fighting about add ons or any hidden fees...just right to the point! I am taking the car for the first service, today. I waited to write this review, because I wanted to included Service side also. From what I have experienced so far...this is going to be a long term relationship, with Kia Country of Savannah.I am rating Kia Country of Savannah 5+ Star rating and ALL other Dealers (Both Kia and Non-Kia) should take notice of how they treat the customer!! After a few tough years, my credit was less than ideal. I came to Kia Country of Savannah with no expectations, and left with a brand new vehicle and a whole truck load of respect for the entire Kia Country team. Jack was the first salesman I spoke to that properly qualified myself and my family. He found out exactly what we needed, down to the types of headrests to hold my infant daughter's rear facing mirror. In the end he was able to offer me a brand new Soul at a price that fit perfectly within my budget. (and also got me a lower payment than 2/3 of the decent used cars I had checked out!) After my excellent experience with Jack, I was sent to Mr. Frank for final paperwork and could not have asked for a more friendly and courteous representative. He was able to work out a deal so that I left the same night with my new car. On top of all of their exceptional service, I have to mention that I was not finished with my transaction until well after their closing time, but did not realize it until after I left. I never once felt hurried or rushed, and as an ex-salesman with 10 years experience, I appreciate that more than most. This is only the beginning of that truck load of good things I have to say, but I'll sum it all up by saying that, Jack, expect to be seeing my mom in the next few months - I won't allow her to go anywhere else for a car.

Great overall experience, with the exception of promised interest rates that were never possible. It was still the best APR, but was misleading. Remember that the financing manager is the only person able to quote rates and financing options. Sales person was very friendly, helpful and always available when we called. The price was excellent for the wonderful car we bought. Great value, and loving the new car!

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I live outside of ATLANTA and got financing approved over the phone and internet. I also had a trade in that I still owed money on. I described the condition of the car over the phone to Scott (internet sales) and he said he couldn't garantee a payoff but said he thought they could at least be close. When I got there the new car was cleaned up, full of gas and ready along w/ the paperwork. They paid off my car completely plus $100 towards my purchase. They also provided a nice hotel room that night free of charge because I traveled over 100 miles. It was well worth traveling to Savannah to purchase my new KIA Soul. Love the car! After searching several places online for a used or new Soul, I ended up on Auto Trader and there was an ad for Kia Country of Savannah. The price was close to what we had been looking for to buy a used vehicle. Even though we did not qualify for the rebates, the financing options from Kia coupled with the discount from them made it possible for us to afford our new Soul, equipped just the way we wanted. The online sale was handled by Scott, then our dealership sales person was Josh. Both were very nice and made the whole experience a pleasure. The finance matters were cared for by Gene, an extremely friendly and professional Finance Manager. We took advantage of the free overnight stay and were put up in a large suite in the Hawthorn property, a few miles away from the dealership. We had driven over 300 miles to get there, and it was nice not to have to drive back the same day. The car was exactly as represented, the payment was precisely what had been quoted. Car buying does not get much better than that! We heartily recommend to anyone who is shopping for a good deal on a new Kia or a good used vehicle, check these folks out. You will be glad you did!

I needed a new car badly! When I arrived at Kia Jack was at the door (he knew I was coming from a phone call) remembered my name and greeted me with a huge smile. Jack showed me the cars I was interested in, didn't push me into going over my budget and let me test drive 3 different cars. Before I signed on the dotted line Jack went over the entire book with me, told me about my service schedule and all of my safety features. He was even super patient while I was on the phone with the insurance company. My wife, son and I traveled from Western North Carolina to buy a 2011 Kia Soul Hamstar Edition with my 15-year-old son; no one around us could match the deal that Jack Lanier gave us.We were nervous about travelling 300 miles one way, but it was worth it in the end. The quote we received over the phone was the deal we got, no strings attached and no hidden fees were added on, the bottom line was what we were told and expected it to be.Jack made my son feel great, he included my son throughout the whole process, and especially when it came to going over the vehicle and the use of all its features, he helped my son set up his blue tooth and radio.The car was ready for us, the paperwork process went off without a hitch, and we were on our way back home in no time.We will be travelling to Kia Country of Savannah for our next vehicle and we will be asking Jack Lanier to be our sales consultant.

This was the best buying experience I have had. We actually started talking to Jack 10 months ago and were very pleased that he was not a pushy salesman. We explained we were just shopping and he was glad to show us whatever we wanted to see. Since that time we have been in contact with Darrell (because of the website) numerous times and he has been very good about checking in with us to see if we were still interested in purchasing a Kia. Both of these guys have been VERY patient with us and we GREATLY appreciate their patience and kindness. There is a dealership much closer to us than Savannah but because of Jack and Darrell we decided to drive further just to purchase our new Sorento. We drove away very happy customers with exactly what I wanted!

My husband had been wanting the Kia Optima EX ever since seeing it at the Columbus,Ohio Auto Show. He knew that he wanted dark cherry with all the bells and whistles. When we finally got ready to purchase we were told by our local dealers that they didn't have the car and probably could not get it for at least 4-6 months.We got on-line and found Kia Country of Savannah--and there it was my husband's dream car. I was very hesitant about purchasing a car from Georgia given the fact that we live in Ohio, but from the moment I spoke with Mr J.J. Walker (our saleperson)I knew we were in good hands.Mr Walker was excellent in facilitating this long distance purchase. He was always available when we called, walked us through the needed paperwork, faxed documents that we needed to sign, and helped to coordinate our travel from Ohio to Georgia.When we arrived at the dealership, meeting Mr Walker was like meeting an old friend, he was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Other members at the dealership were equally as nice-especially Frank from fiannce, and Scott. My husband got everthing he wanted in his car and at a great price. We could tell that providing good customer service was something that Kia Country of Savannah prided itself in doing. We had no intentions of buying a car when we got there, we were just looking. Jack greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our car. We informed him that Scott had helped us online the day before, he was also very nice and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and the price we were looking to pay, he matched us with the best car that suited our needs. We ran some numbers. Mike gave us more on our trade in and worked with the numbers to get us in the payment window we wanted to be in. They then gave us more time to think about it. We decided that we wanted it and they helped with all the paper work required. Frank was very helpful and funny while the long process of paper work was completed. on the way out to take delivery on our new car they all came and shook our hands a personally thanked us for our business. Overall it was a very good experience with no pushy sales or unfriendly staff. I will be buying from there again and would highly recommend them to al my friends and family

This was my first time buying a new car on my own, so I was very hesitant and very cautious. Upon arriving at KIA, Todd greeted me VERY quickly. He was friendly, professional, and not overbearing. He really knew his product, and, when we got down to it, was able to answer my finance questions as well. We did not buy on our first visit (nor did we intend to), but over the next week I had several questions for Todd, who had given me his cell number. He came in on his day off to get information for me, even though I told him I could wait until his next working day. I know I would hate to do that with my job, so it really impressed me that he was willing to go to those lengths. After purchasing my beautiful Forte, Todd took the time to show me where all of the controls were, and even programmed my Bluetooth (which is a good thing, because I doubt I would have been able to do it on my own.)I was VERY impressed with my experience with KIA customer service. Hopefully the car will be as wonderful as the staff at KIA is. I've had my Forte for 5 days now, and I love her!

This was my wife and I's first visit to Kia Country of Savannah and we were not only impressed with Dealership, but also the Sales personnel. Brain Smith was our main Sales Consultant and was absolutely outstanding. His concern and needs for us during our purchase of a 2011 Kia Sorento was comforting,relaxing an assuring no matter the questions we had during the purchasing phase.after closing the sale Brain personally came out and assisted my wife setting up the wireless Bluetooth features. Gene in financing was very professional,explaining the various options on an extended Warranty, which we added to the purchase. Scott from Internet Sales was a big help buy having Brain taking care of us, stopping by to see how everything was going. Great experience, and sure the Servicing wiil be the same. Great job Guys! Scott got us started over the phone and Jack took us around to find the right Sorento for us, and took us for the test drive. Everyone stayed late to accomodate our schedule and they went above and beyond to get us to a payment we were comfortable with. Lorenzo is not professional in any way. We ended up not buying from this dealership at all, and actually drove to another state to make our purchase. He's not nice, or positive in anything he says. When we left the dealership saying we would contact him, he called us every day after never leaving a message. So finally when we did answer his call, we informed him of our purchase from a friendlier, more enjoyable dealership, he hung up on us.
