I have bought two cars from this dealership. I love my 2020 forte and my husband is enjoying his 2021 Rio (he just got it). Service is wonderful. Everyone is nice and helpful. As a woman, I have never felt bullied or pressured to buy. Both times were very pleasant experiences. Everytime I have come for service, I have been happy with the experience. Christina is an awesome salesperson. If I need a third car, I'll be back!

Car salesmen are always nice when you are looking. You find out their true colors when dealing with adversity. I recently went to Kia of Bedford to look at a vehicle. I was working with Zach and Tony (finance manager). Zach showed me the vehicle, and the first question I asked was if the car was in an accident. Zach replied that it was not, it had a clean CarFax. That was a great start. We were going through negotiations, but were still a bit apart. I liked the car, but the price we could not agree upon. Tony asked if he could pull my credit so that we knew what type of financing I qualified for. My credit score was a 770 - and I asked him specifically not to run it through any banks before we finalized things. He agreed that would be fine. We were getting ready to leave, and Zach said that he wanted me to talk to Tony again. He mentioned his grandfather owned the dealership and we could make this happen. We got closer, but never got there. Tony says verbatim: "I will not let $500 hold up this deal". He gave me his cell number to call him if we were good to go. This was closing time for them anyways. I went home, and looked up the carfax on the vehicle. It WAS in a minor accident - problem 1. I did call Tony back and told him if we got down to where we discussed, we were good to go. He said he would have everything started first thing. Next day, I didn't hear anything from him first thing. I texted him at 10:30am - he responded he was working on getting things finalized. He then texted me at around 11:30am to see if he could submit to 2 banks. He said they wanted to know who they would hang their hat on. After that - no response again. Texted him twice more to figure out what was going on. 4:30pm I get a call back from Zach explaining they could not get the deal we had discussed. He said the numbers wouldn't work. I asked him why Tony submitted my information to two banks if he didn't have the numbers finalized. No response. Tony gets on the phone - I asked him the same question. He fumbled around an answer. Basically - I knew that either the numbers didn't work, or they shopped my deal. Fast forward two days - and the car was officially off of their site. If you are someone that cares about your credit or customer service in general - stay away from this place. If they couldn't get the deal done - fine, but don't start submitting my information to banks for no reason. Also, don't answer questions you don't have the answers for. Zach telling me there was no accident on the vehicle is a blatant lie - whether intentional or not. Further proof of awful customer service was me emailing the sales manager - whom, of course, never responded to my email. Dealerships are dime a dozen . Stay away from this place.

I wasn't sure if it was the right time for me to buy a new car because my husband was sort of against it but I thought I would go and look at a new Kia. I met a sales associate named Ewan and he did an excellent job at answering all of my questions as well as being highly knowledgeable about the features in the vehicle. He showed me all of the usual stuff but it was his attention to details which allowed me to learn all of the new technology like power lift gate and smart key with remote start, wow what a car. He kept telling me the Sorento is "next level" and while I'm still not sure what that means, it was his great attitude and professionalism that will have me coming back. Also, because I wasn't sure if I could afford a new car or if I should buy or lease, he had me sit down with the financial guy, Bill. Before I could look at any of the cars they took my information. I told the dealer what I wanted and he was very polite but he was new so he said he was going to get help from another salesman. I told this other guy exactly what I wanted and he did not listen to me at all. He tried to convince me to get a lease when I had clearly stated that I wanted to buy a used car. I sat inside the store for a while before I even got a glimpse of the inventory. Still no one would show me the used cars I was interested in. I ended up leaving and not returning. The second salesman continues to call and text me about the car.

I took my car in for recall repair. They had all the parts needed to make the repairs. Their facility's restrooms were spotless. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had at one point got up to walk around the dealership and was approached to see if I needed anything.

I went it to purchase a NEW car, the salesperson Tony Dandid, tried to take advantage and write up the sale at a more higher interest rate than agreed, car had ketchup stains, dent on driver door, no fuse panel. Was not able to exchange the vehicle, my paper work was and still is not correct, and they have yet to pay off my trade in to the finance company that had my old car. The General Manager gave his word that this would be taken car of and it has not. The finance company is still taking payments from my account. Driving the exact car that I purchased but NEW as a loaner, have yet to hear from anyone about status of my vehicle. Frustrating to purchase a car and not be able to drive it nor enjoy it!!! This was my 3rd new car sale and this has been the worst ever!!!

I drove from Pittsburgh PA to buy a Used Nissan Pathfinder LE from viewing it on their website and drove 2 1/2 hours to find out that it was in fact not an LE, I talked to 3 customer service and one salesman and was also told it was an LE. After talking to a manager I was not compensated for my travel expenses and the salesman Nathan said as I was leaving "good just let them go!" Very poor customer service! I would never go or recommend going to any KIA dealership again!

I have purchased 3 cars from KOB. My sell representative was Milo for each purchase. He is friendly, knowledgeable and he presented me with varies options. He has never uses sales pressure tactics. Milo makes sure you are comfortable with your purchase and the purchase price. He will take time to explain all of your questions without it being an imposition. I have recommended all of my friends and co workers who are looking for cars to purchase them from him. I can not express the impeccable service I received from him and the finance manager. I am relocating and when it comes time to purchase another KIA. I will cross back into Ohio to purchase my car from Milo of KOB because I trust he will continue to do the best for me as a customer

My wife took my Soul I for the Brake light/mechanism recall repair. She also had an oil change while there. The work was done within the time estimated. She then drove the approximately 10 miles home. Within 1/4 mile of home the car started acting up. The car wouldn't drive in anything except 1st gear (standard shift). Within 20 feet of home the car stopped completely. She called the dealership and had to pay for a tow (2 hr wait). By this time it was late afternoon so they arranged for a rental car. The problem was that the new part had failed. This ordeal took up a great deal of my wife's time and caused her to have to cancel an important appointment. Through all of this the service person, Jim Ozello, was calm, supportive, respectful and did everything within his power to mitigate the situation. Great kudos to him! The problem appears to be resolved

Brought car in for recall item and was only allowed to schedule this service during limited times they allow for servicing of recall items (no weekends allowed). Also was given a quote for repair of items that were different that items listed as in need of repair by 2 other mechanics. Declined to have service done at Kia and was told I would receive a customer satisfaction survey in the mail. I was never sent a survey even though they have a correct email for me, as evidenced by the emails they send advertising new car offers and encouraging me to trade my car in.

The first time I visited KOB I was just hoping to find another car to replace my previously owned car. I had my previous vehicle for 15 years. I had no thought about getting a brand new vehicle, but of course I looked at them and took one for a trial drive. when I returned from that drive. the salesman told me I had been approved for the purchase of a vehicle. I thought I can get a used car but It turned out I was getting a 2013 Kia Forte that I test Drove. I loved it and drove it home that day and I wish I had kept it. I now have a 2014 Forte 4Dr. but I find that I like the 5dr Forte better. The people at KOB were and still are very courteous. To be greeted with a smile by new people and a wave and a big smile is from people you met three years ago is awesome. The facility is very clean and comfortable even with the snow, ice and slushy mess of this year the facility is still clean. I love KOB and the service people. Nobody walked around like they were Mr. or Ms. I'm better than you, with the exception of "Hi I work here can I help you." KOB is GREAT. and so is the staff.

I was in the market for a pre-owned certified vehicle. I had had my eye on the Kia Sportage for quite some time. I had heard of the reputation that Kia of Bedford had and decided to check them out. From the moment I walked into the Dealership, I was acknowledged and asked if they could be of assistance. from my salesman Eduardo to the finance gentleman, Bill and all the nameless others, I was treated with respect and courtesy. They talked with me for quite a while and we all agreed on a great deal for all of us on a great vehicle. I was very pleased and delighted with the whole experience. (they even gave me a Happy Birthday balloon!) I was recently there for a repair to my tire and rim that resulted from a misplaced manhole cover. The service I received was the best I ever had and Greg was very kind and sympathetic to how I was feeling. Overall, Kia of Bedford, I would recommend them to everyone-they are my 'car guys'. Whenever I take my car in to be serviced I am in and out very quickly and the service people are always very courteous and polite. The atmosphere is always clean and well kept. By the time I sit down and have a cup of coffee everything with my car is done.

Everyone was very nice and friendly but as I waited for the paper work and all that stuff, I noticed that the people sitting there waiting, really looked bored and didn't want to be there. A little more offerings maybe in the beverage area, whether a vending machine or add like a diner where at least they can maybe sit, relax, have a bite to eat... I am sure you all get your share of kids in there too and in my many years at dealers, you will be there AT LEAST 4 hours. Just need to make better time for the customers. Other than that, very nice.

Simply but, Jim is one of the best Service Consultants I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, friendly, concise, and explains exactly, step by step, the particular services being performed on your car. He constantly checks in with you while your car is being serviced, and his explanation regarding the Multi-point Inspection after the service on the vehicle has been completed is excellent. He is a pleasure to work with.

When I walked in to Kia of Bedford, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was like no other car dealership I have ever been in before. The facility is astounding. Everything is clean, organized, and all at your beckon call. After realizing I had stepped foot in the nicest car dealership ever, I was approached by Zack Kraisner. He politely asked if I needed assistance and did not pressure me at all into looking at or test driving random cars I was not interested in. Better yet, he answered all my questions about specific cars I had in mind. He ended up putting me in my dream car. I went to Kia of Bedford to Lease a new vehicle. Before even looking at vehicles the sales person asked me for my social security number and I wouldn't give it to him, he walked away and as we were walking out the sales manager Tony Ivery came. We leased the vehicle and traded in ours. 3 weeks into the process I called Kia Finance and they said they had no record of the transaction that I had to call the dealership. So I called and left message after message with Michelle in Finance department. Didn't receive a call back until 4 days later just to be told I had to speak with Bill who NEVER called me back. I had to call Kia Corporate to even get on the phone with someone at Kia of Bedford. Thats when they told me the lease option didn't go through and we would need to purchase the vehicle at $100 more. I told them I was not interested and that I would turn in the Kia and come and get my vehicle back. I made an appointment so it didn't have to take long. I get there they tried with 3 different people to resell me, I told them no for 2hrs. I asked for my car back. To come to find out they lost my title and plates so I couldn't drive the vehicle off the lot. I called the cops and the cops allowed me to take the Kia until they found my plates and registration. That night Kia of Bedford repossessed the vehicle while I was asleep with my child's seat and stroller in it. I was unable to leave out of town because of them... THEY DID EVERYTHING WRONG POSSIBLE AND NOT ONLY AM I LEFT WITHOUT A CAR, I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE VACATION BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE OUR CAR SEAT!!! WORST CAR EXPERIENCE... I WILL BE SUING THEM AND PLACING IT ALL OVER INTERNET!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

They hustled us in every way possible. They did not listen to what our needs were or what we were looking for in a car. They sat us down and asked for our drivers license. The ruse being that they wanted to copy the information into their data base. The sales person to the license into another room. I do not know what he did with it. . We kept asking questions , but were response was going to other directions without answering any questions. Being fed up, we asked for the manager and asked that all the information collected from us be destroyed and that we be removed from the system. We, that DID NOT happen. We received a letter a few weeks later thanking us for our "recent application to us for vehicle financing" and that additional information was needed. We DID NOT complete any application. The staff at KIA of Bedford was /s trying to dupe us.

TERRIBLE is the only word that can describe this dealership. Even spoke to the manager and he made it seem that it was my fault that no information was posted on the web about a particular used car. Manager took my name and number and promised to return call with information, but never a return call. After two days, I see the car on web for $1,000.00 MORE and still no information about it....what a scam....don't waste your time with this dealer....I guess they don't need to sell cars...wonder if the owner knows what is going on...because they sure are loosing internet based customers who are willing to travel and purchase if they could only obtain SOME information.

I obtained car and pricing information online and confirmed pricing, make, model, features of the vehicle prior to going to dealership as they are located 1.5 hours away. I printed up the estimate info and spoke with Lauren who confirmed all the details. Of course, when I got there it was not the same pricing. Allen and Mike tried to tell me something different until I showed them the on-line pricing I printed. Then they tried to say that Lauren was 'in training' and that price that I got from their website was for a different model and didn't include tax/title...blah,blah,blah. Liars!! Not my first rodeo!!

The new facility is very big and super clean. Very easy and fast with locating the vehicle you want to see. This was my first time buying a car and the salesman, Zack Kraisner, greeted me with a friendly approach but did not force me into anything (like most salesmen do). He was very understanding with my financial situation and made sure the payments were in my ballpark of what I could pay. Negotiating on the price was easier than I could have ever imagined; he gave me an incredible deal. My experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend people to buy/lease cars from here; especially first time buyers! My salesman was, Zack Kraisner. I dropped my car off for repairs2 weeks ago. the warranty they had me purchase covers nothing and they don't know what's wrong with my car but is doing all this work and charging me for it. Had I known this was going to be the case I never would have taken my car there. I am purchasing rentals in order to get to and from work because I cannot get a loaner car from them. On top of kia doing work on my car, which was basically an $800 tune up, they sent my car to Suzuki to work on because they couldnt find out what was wrong, but did work on my car for no apparent reason.

lets just say, its like the 70s there. no one cares about you after you drive off the lot. they added a 2000.00 plus service contract to my deal after repeatedly tell her no extras. it only took 23 phone calls and you ready for this 108 days to fix almost, two more calls argue with 2 people to get my 130.00 in taxes return. out of 40 yrs no one has tried to nail me for those stupid add ons. I never buy there again, watch your self there.

Milo at Kia of Bedford was amazing. He spent 7 hours with us Saturday while we looked for a safe reliable car. We have a tight budget and not the greatest credit and Milo did not make us feel bad about it at all. We ended up with a newer very low milage car at a payment we can afford. He let us test drive 5-6 vehicles before we found the one we ended up with. He stayed 2 hours past closing to help us finish up with everything. I can not say enough about Milo or Kia of Bedford. I will be going back next time we purchase a vehicle and hoping Milo is still there!

Tested car from park lot to dealership around coroner. Not allowed to go to Highway. Big Will was sales man , All good with car no problem,Didn't make it to highway chek engine kicked on. Sun roof leaking , Seal around windshield to fall out. Run from this place. Made appt to back in 2 week to service. After 2 weeks no appt no service was provided.... RUN from this place...............

I was very excited to get a Kia Soul! I went to Kia of Bedford because they had one I had seen online. It was late on a Sunday, they had told me a certain monthly payment for 60 months and I signed a buyers agreement saying no amounts would change and I was to go back on Tuesday and follow up with the final paperwork. I went back on Tuesday only to find that while reading the paper work my loan went from 60 months to 75 months after they had kept me waiting for over 2 1/2 hours. After the fact they refused to give the deal we had originally worked out, so I left. Now 2 months later I received yet another letter from a bank saying they had run my credit 4 days prior. They ran my credit so much that it went down 94 points. They were rude, made the buying experience horrible, wasted a day of work for me, and 7 hours of that day sitting and waiting.

My wife and I purchased a new Kia Sportage a few days ago. It is a great car. When we came in, Marty Winick quickly found the car we were looking for and got us set up for a test drive. We got a great deal on our trade in, and Marty and Kim Young made sure the deal closed quickly and according to the terms they had earlier laid out. They also worked hard to get us great financing. Love those guys almost (!) as much as the car. My wife and I look forward to seeing them when we bring the car in for service and thanking them again.

I purchased a vehicle from Kia yesterday and I wanted to let you know about my experience. I submitted a pre-approval credit application online earlier in the week. Within minutes, Regina from Kia had contacted me. Regina scheduled an appointment for me to meet with one of your sales representatives. She was very professional and diligent. When I arrived for my appointment, my salesperson Tony was already prepared for my visit. Tony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My credit situation was not the greatest, however Tony and the finance team was able to provide options to me. Tony walked me through the financing process and made it easy for me to understand. We then went on a test drive. During the test drive, Tony explained several features that the vehicle had. He answered all of my questions honestly and straight-forwardly. We then returned from the test drive and we agreed to the terms of the pricing and financing. A member of the finance team (whose name I cannot recall) verified all of my information. She then prepared all of the necessary loan and purchase documentsquickly. Once the documents were ready to be signed, another member of the finance team (whose name I cannot recall) met with me to finalize the deal. He explained each document thoroughly and with confidence. He was able to answer all of my questions. He had a great personality and was fun to talk to. My new car was cleaned and detailed, and was ready and waiting for me as I finalized the paperwork. I drove home in my new car in less than three hours of my arrival to the dealership.
