My husband wanted to purchase a Soul. He called the dealership spoke w/Jim Keith. When we arrived Jim had the Soul parked up front, we took it for a test drive, made the deal & then we went to Hamilton Place Mall. Jim texted us when the car/deal was ready and we returned to the dealership. Signed papers & we were on our way. Jim was great to deal with, he was knowledgeable, non-pressure, charismatic and a nice person. Jim is not what i think of when i think of a car salesman. When we signed the paper work Matt was very open about all of the fees and additional products every dealership tries to sell you. We have spent 8 hours in a dealership in Florida, I've dropped my husband off & he called me "hours" later with and with out the deal. Buying a car in Florida is painful. This experience was wonderful, the entire deal from introduction to handing us the keys might have take 1 hour. Everyone is professional and courteous. Great Job Kia of Chattanooga. If you in the market for a Kia, go see Jim Keith.

I was in a bind and HAD to get a new car. My salesman was Jim Keith and he was amazing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! He did everything he could with the dealership and different banks,(until he found the right bank),to get me in the car I wanted. He went as far as personally going to my bank and talking w them. He literally did everything he could to help me out. He's the guy to get you in your car. Most dealerships would've turned their back on me,but he invested a lot of time into me and worked so hard.I'm so thankful. He's the best and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone! :)

Loved our experience buying the Kia Soul! Ever have a salesman say, "I want to do what ever we need to do to get you in the car you want?" Well, he did that, and then some. Ricky walked us through every tiny thing about the amenities of the Soul, from safety features to syncing phones for hands free operation. He and Brandon even went to pick up our vehicle for the trade-in, as we had been talking to another dealership for way too long that day. Our teens weren't invisible to him either. When they had questions, he answered those. He focused on all our family, and we all really enjoyed our time there. The money side of things, which I hate, and my husband handles because that's his gig, went well also. Ricky and the Kia Chattanooga team honored what we asked for on trade in, and he won us with that desire to make us happy customers. We are indeed, happy customers! On behalf of the entire Prince family, and our newest addition, Malachi the Soul, thanks Ricky Burnette!

After I drove all the way to Chattanooga I was given a run down and everything on how there was no way I could purchase a 2016 Kia Soul. After the frustration of having tried with Kia of Cleveland, of which I left a proper review. I was out raged by what this gentlemen, Brandon Morgan, fraudulently told me. He told me that he was an e-sales manager and a big deal there, that he didn't have a quota and sales were not important for him so he would "cut me a better deal" than a sales resprentative. As I've seen on here, his title is "sales" only. It made sense though after my experience with Kia of Cleveland when he said that the two are owned by the same franchise owner. Since any and every other car dealer I have talked with has at least tried to help me, it makes no sense to me why these two dealerships in the friendly south refuse to. I've gotten assistance from dealers all over the surrounding area and would much rather give any of them my money once a deal arrives for me.

I had a wreck and I drive for home health and my car was totalled. I was unsure of their type of car I wanted so I did a lot of searching on the internet to get an idea of what I wanted. I looked at Kia of Chattanooga and was approached by Dave Wilson, he was very nice and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and needed for my work and he showed me several small suv categories. I found a Kia Sportage 2017 but due to some credit issues did not expect to get anything like that or at least one with 50,000+ miles. I filled out the online application because they can look at 30 lenders instead of my back for one lender. I was needing a car and did not have a lot of time to look. I received a call from Dave Willson the next morning saying that he had spoken with Clyde Dempsey the finance officer and him told Dave to tell me we will do anything to get you in the car today and would accept a lower down payment from 2500 to just 1500 and would hold the check until I got paid and could come take the car home today. I was so surprised regarding the efficiency of the company and Dave and . Dave never was pushy and he answered all my questions if he did not know the answer he found out for me. I did not at any time feel that I needed a man with me to buy the car. I got a Kia Sportage LX 2017 new model with only 12 miles on it and drove it home that day, and could not be more pleased with the car and the experience. I would highly recommend going to Kia especially the woman. It is women friendly. that should be their new slogan.

Hank was very friendly and courteous. I went to Kia because of the deal that was advertised on the radio. What I wanted was not in stick but something caught my eye on the corner of the lot. Turns out it was a manager's special. Hank immediately got all of the information for me. He answered all of my questions and did not over sell the car just to make a sale. I had spent several weeks looking around at different dealerships to find a car within my budget. I went into Kia of Chattanooga and the salesman said he didn't have anything right then, but would if I could come back at the end of the week. My only complaint, which is partially my fault, is that the payments were more than I was expecting. I assumed I would only be shown cars within the budget I gave the salesperson. The finance process was so rushed I never saw what my payments were until i left the dealership and read the paperwork. Like I said, this was partially my fault for not reading everything but I was simply told to sign here, and here, and here... I'm very happy with my car and am glad I bought it. There was an after purchase promise from the salesman due to the confusion of the monthly payments, which was not fulfilled.

We saw the car that we wanted on the Internet. When we arrived, we were told by a salesman that a trailer hitch had been added to the car that we were interested in and that the price would be about $1,200 more than what was listed. We had also not been told that the car was being used as a demo. Wade Ledford took over and went the extra mile to provide quality customer service. Without him, there would have been no deal. He's the best!

I spent the whole day car shopping at buy here pay here places for my daughter, one place wanted 300 a month for a car that the power windows didn't work the rear view window was barely hanging on. The passenger door didn't unlock. I called my mother in law and she said let's go to kia forget this place. Kia gave my daughter a brand new 2016 kia rio. David was so nice and kind, even tho at first I was not, I came in hot upset and defeated. He was very nice and made us laugh. He made my daughter's dream come true and answered a moms prayer. My daughter is in a safe, new vehicle!! Her payments are extremely affordable and she only had 500 to put down. If I can give anyone advice go to kia. I didn't think she could get approved and thought she needed way more to put down. I'm so very thankful we went to kia! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! :)

I wasn't expecting to purchase, just look and talk. I saw a SUV online that I thought would be good for me, pre-owned, not a lot of miles, and in my price range. My sister and I drove up from Chattanooga, we parked and immediately Lawrence comes over and takes me right to the vehicle. He gave me info on that SUV and a couple of others, next he got the keys and then off for a test drive. It went well. We get back and everything went fast but smoothly from there. At this point I'm still just seeing what they have to say and not ready, but after talking to Andy and getting the payments I was looking for, it was a good deal and decided to go ahead and purchase. I was in need of a vehicle and I truly believe this was meant for me. The whole process was smooth and they were very nice to work with. So if you are in need, go check them out!

I just want to say I been to several dealership's in the area and this onee just topped them all. As soon as we pulled in a member by the name of David Wilson met us as I was getting out of the car. He asked what we were looking for and what we were interested in. We told him what we wanted with specifications of three rows, lots of room because we are plus size parents. And have three daughters and they range frrom 15 to 3 and have several nieces we have alot and wanted things with there likes. Now there was alot of factors and I was expecting to get problems like the others but David was on it. He started with kia, s but ended up getting us a Dodge Journey. Every body was very friendly and semmed like the whole staff of the company was up and working uust to make sure our needs were met and we didn, t leave without the best deal and best car they could find. And sure enough they did. Also myfamily is very christian people and found out that every one theree was also. And presented themselves as professionals and Christians also. I would recomend them to every one I meet from nowon and I'm sure they will be the only ones I buy from now on......

April did an excellent job, none of the typical games were played like at so many other dealers. She answered any and all questions while being kind and courteous. Never once were we ever pushed or pressured to make the deal. Plenty of amenities at the dealership and a friendly atmosphere as well. Matt did incredible explaining all of our options for financing as well as additional warranties and service options. All of this while being patient with our 18 month old running amuck.

I was in an accident back in October of 2015. My Nissian Rouge was totaled which I purchased from Kia of Chattanooga 6 months prior. After being out of commission for 3 months I had time to do some research for the new vechile my wife and I were going to purchase. I looked at several dealers and several models of cars online, gave my info, and dealers called me. But my wife and I couldn't get to the dealership to actually look at the cars, bc of her busy work schedule. I saw a Kia Soul for a great price and they offered a $500 off coupon on any new or used car from their website. I clicked save this car and received an email early the next morning. I spoke with Allie on internet sales, she asked if I could come in and see the car. I told her that I couldn't get there because I didn't have a ride. She offered to send somebody to pick me up and drive me to the dealership to see the car. Less than 10mins later I got a call from Brandon, I gave him my address, and he said he was on his way. 30mins later Brandon was at my apartment complex with a newer Soul bc the one I was interested in was getting touched up. We got to the dealership, he brought out the Soul, and we drove around gave it a real world test drive. Brandon was super friendly and easy to talk to. My wife was shocked I called her and said they picked me up. I fell in love with the Soul, and the dealership honored our $500 off coupon. Brandon dropped me off at my apartment told him I was interested and I gave him a check to hold the hold the Soul. Told my wife about it and we went to the dealership the next day to pick it up. She loved Brandon as well, the financing process was easy and didn't take long. The staff was friendly as well. We soon later drove off the lot with our new to us 2013 Soul. Kia of Chattanooga had the best prices, customer service, and a solid selection. Seriously who else would pick you up at your house to help make the car shopping experience easier. Kia of Chattanooga does. We will go back.

I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul + to replace my former vehicle. I could not afford a lot of features at the time and I got a great deal on a Plus model with a manual transmission. I enjoyed driving it for three years, but, at the age, I got tired of shifting when stuck in traffic on the interstate. Whenever I would come in for an oil change, Kenneth Burke would greet me with a smile and ask if it was time for an upgrade. I had told him what I wanted in my next car and he kept an eye out for one that matched my desire. Last week, when I came in for another oil change, he greeted me and told me that they just got in a certified pre-owned 2015 Soul with only 6500 miles on it and it included about every option available including keyless start, panoramic sunroof, Infinity sound system with navigation, cooled and heated leather seats and steering wheel. Best off, it was clear white just like my 2013 Kia Soul. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. Kenneth Burke is a great salesman who surely kept his word. I'm sure I'll be back when it comes time to trade again. Thanks Kia of Chattanooga!

I was in love with my 2006 Kia Optima but I wanted newer technology so I had been researching cars for over a year. Kenneth Burke had sold 3-4 cars to friends of mine so I met him out on the Kia car lot and he could not have been nicer. He expertly and patiently explained the three vehicles that I test drove. I wasn't treated as if I were a girl who didn't know anything about cars. I was treated as a customer and a friend. He didn't try to just sell me the highest thing on the lot. He really listened to me; to what I knew I absolutely wanted and he listened to what options I could live without. He displayed a strong sense of faith and family, and will be someone I will keep in touch with for future purchases; and I have already recommended him to friends and family. Also, Matt, in Finance, is a great guy too! He is new to Kia of Chattanooga so we both learned a few things while processing my paperwork...all with kindness and patience. I don't usually write reviews so trust me on this; go to Kia, ask for Kenneth and then ask for Matt. Both great guys!

Let me preface by saying my credit was nearly non-existent. Armed with that knowledge before-hand I took a shot in the dark and filled out the online credit application thinking there would be no way I'd have a chance. I had a little cash to put down and a used trade in and the vehicle I wanted was a Soul. I figured they would politely respond with something an email along the lines of "Thank you for your interest, but we can't help you." I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call (which I had missed as my phone was silent) and a text from Kenneth Burke. "This is Kenneth at KIA of Chattanooga, call me when you can talk." First thought, "Wow, actually taking the time to call me and then text to tell me they can't help me. A nice personal touch, not nearly as cold as an email."I called and identified myself, he was polite and seemed genuinely glad to hear from me; the whole time i was waiting for the hammer to drop and for him to tell me "I'm sorry, we can't help you. May God have mercy on your soul and your credit score." Much to my pleasant surprise he instead said, "The reason I wanted to talk to you is we have you pre-approved for a pre-owned Soul."I was absolutely floored! I made an appointment to come in the next day(a Saturday) and he detailed what information I would need to bring. When I got there and met Kenneth, I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake. We sat down, discussed options, then I was allowed to test drive the vehicle (Which I loved). After further discussion it turned out the payments (with my credit score) would be much higher than I could afford. I was disappointed, but Kenneth smiles and says "Take a breath. We can actually get you better rates on a new car, if you are interested." Again I was floored, a new car? Me? I thought surely this was a prank show and waited for the cameras to appear. At this point it was late in the day and I had my wife and kids with me, so I asked him to see what kind of deal we could work out and let me know.He called me not long after I got home and told me with the trade in and the cash I had to put down I could get a new Soul (NEW!) with payments within my affordability range. I was still uncertain about buying a new car, it just seemed like a big step. So, I asked him to give me a little time to think about it. I discussed it with my wife because this needed to be her decision, too. That Monday I texted Kenneth asking questions, getting details, asking more questions, and then a few more questions. He was always friendly, never seemed irritated by my indecision or questions. After I felt I had all the information I needed to fully make the decision, I truly felt I was getting a good rate on a new vehicle. with my sad credit. That Monday afternoon,we went back to get our new car.When we got there we were again greeted by Kenneth with a warm smile and he said "If you want, you can go look at it again to make sure." The car had been freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. After saying we were ready, we went to the business office and sign the papers where we met Clyde Dempsey. He thoroughly explained all of the extended warranty options, and how it would affect the car payments. He explained the finance rate and answered all of our questions. The whole process took less than 20 minutes as he was thorough and clear in his explanations.I never felt pushed, I never felt hounded. Everything was presented in a "Here are you options: You let us know what you want to do" fashion. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner even though (as I have mentioned numerous times) my credit was not good. I have been to other car lots where they seem to act as though credit = respect. That was not the case at KIA of Chattanooga.So, to Kenneth and to Clyde, thank you both for an awesome experience.

I got my first Kia in 2007 and since I love it so much and have never had ANY trouble with it, I decided my next vehicle would also be a Kia. April was the best! Even though I already knew what Sorento I wanted, she got the price and payments I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership much quicker than I expected and April took the time to make sure I had what I needed and she even sat with me in the car before I left to show me it and to help sync up my phone to it. Her, nor Stephen (who did my financing) were pushy or put any pressure on me to do anything. Kia of Chattanooga is great, and April was terrific. April is the most amazing car sales person we have ever dealt with! She worked with me over the phone on her off time trying to find the vehicle I wanted with the options I had to have. She was so sweet and determined to find me the best vehicle more than any dealer I have ever dealt with. She found a 2016 Sorento with way more options than I required and even got me the price I needed with the payments I needed and did all of this within the time frame I required which was 2 days. Oh and the finance manager Clyde was willing to work with us also to get everything in our price range and payment range. I have never seen anyone work so hard to make a sale and not be pushy or put any pressure at all on me. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go see or call April at Kia of Chattanooga. She is hands down the best in the nation! If you are in the market for a new or even used vehicle I can guarantee you won't find anyone that can match her!!!! I don't usually do reviews but I felt she deserved it and so does Clyde and Kia of Chattanooga!

The last thing I want is a pushy salesman who has his own agenda ($) on the mind mixed with a few flashy package deals which are hardly that-a deal. I bought a new Soul six month ago from Tony but decided it just wasn't for me. I wanted a convertible. So, I called Tony up to see if he could help me find one even though it wouldn't be a Kia. He helped me find something better than I even had in mind. Tony drove all the way to Atlanta to pick it up for me (he even had to sit and wait over an hour for them to make a new key). All I had to do was go pick it up at Kia after it was all shiny and full of gas. I got more for my trade-in than I had anticipated AND Nathan found me a much better interest rate!

Standing ovation for the team at Kia of Chatt. Spent a big portion of Saturday with Hank Brown, Clyde Dempsey and Lee ? (sorry failed to get a last name). Super nice guys to work with. They understood what we were trying to accomplish. No unnecessary pressure. My general impression of a car sales person is usually "the lowest form of life". That is definitely not the case with the guys we worked with here. Completely satisfied with the inventory & final overall cost. The entire experience was enjoyable. I don't think I have ever been able to say that about any prior vehicle purchases. Would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a Kia purchase.

I am a young woman who did my research online and came to a dealership to buy a car alone. I knew I wanted a Kia Sorento, but I was a little intimidated about coming to look without having a second pair of eyes, especially after my experience with the Nissan dealership about two months before, where the woman waited all the way until she had pulled my credit score and started looking at paper work to tell me the car I wanted had been wrecked with 10k worth of damage. So needless to say I was a little wary when I showed up at kia, but in all honesty though this was quite possibly the best dealership I could have chosen! The staff were all extremely friendly, my salesman Wade was such a help and looked at every car I wanted to look in even though it was 19 degrees and so cloudy and windy. I had a really smooth process from start to finish, and to top it off I absolutely love my car, it's a 2014 Kia sorento, and for the price I never could have come close at another dealership. Also, when I bought the car, they said it showed there was a spare key, but they never could find one. So, they are completely replacing it for me, which in of itself is no big deal, but I didn't even have to ask them to do it, they just did. So, I definitely had nothing to give but five stars, and my dad just purchased a Kia Soul there last week because of it and had the same experience.

When we walked in everyone was hanging out talking and after a few minutes the crowd scattered and looked at us like we weren't worth their time...then here comes Doc. From word one he was down to earth, like talking with my own family, not pushy, rude, or what I was expecting as a first time car buyer at all. He got everything on the ball and rolling, even if I didn't select the car he had hoped for me to get. No questions asked. What is crazy is this whole time we are processing I never once looked at the car........not because of the dealer, because I trusted what Doc was selling me and by the Grace of God, after Jen finished me up with the paperwork, I was in LOVE with the optima. Jen was extremely helpful with advice about refinancing later down the road to drop my rate and help establish my credit and I am very grateful because most employees in a dealership could care less about you as long as they get a paycheck so those two really stand out to me and the dealership is blessed to have them for sure. The other sellers could learn a thing or two from Doc...they wouldn't have lost a sale to him if they reserved their judgment and spoke to us. I'm sure glad we got Doc, though I do feel bad he was late getting his lunch to get us rolling out in our new 2012 Kia Optima. :D Brandon did an awesome job showing me how to use the Bluetooth and other components in the car, it was all a first for me and he made it simple and was a crack up! I have already recommended dealership and specifically these three people to a few future buyers I know and hope they come your way Doc. :)

A couple of years ago I bought a Kia Soul from Kia of Cleveland and I really loved the car and found both the purchasing process and the maintenance visit as enjoyable as that kind of experience can be. About a month ago a pick up ran a red light and hit me and totaled the car. The car flipped onto the drivers side but I was not hurt. Before it was known to be totaled it was taken to Abra for repairs. A gentleman named Charles Neff with Kia saw the car in the Abra lot, put two and two together and contacted me. I had purchased the original Soul in Cleveland so with no effort on my part other than a couple of calls and some texts Benny Hamby and Tony Walker worked everything out and I was able to pick up a new car a day later after work. They did an incredible job and made replacing the car so easy - which was so wonderful after having had to deal with all the aspects of the wreck -police reports, rental cars, insurance, etc.. Because the Soul had done such an excellent job in protecting me from harm I really wanted another Soul. And they made it happen. These three and all the others at the dealership not only did their job but went above and beyond.

After contacting the internet sales department I went into Kia of Chattanooga and was greeted very nicely, shown the car I was interested in, offered water, and even shared a few jokes with the staff. However, I was passed along to the person's partner and things began to change. Once my financing was being processed the story completely changed. The rep became rude and would not listen to me or try to "comfort" my concerns or offer any type of help, another rep came and took the keys away from me for the vehicle I wanted to purchase to allow someone else to test drive it (who also purchased the vehicle after I was told to go home and discuss it with my husband), and was offered a horrible trade in value for my car even after showing the rep what I found on the appraisal value for my car. I was approved for this vehicle but at a monthly price over what I wanted to spend which is why I was told to discuss it with my husband. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the relaxed atmosphere or the fact they advertise on J103. This is not a good dealership and you are better off going somewhere else.

My wife and I agreed it was time to purchase a new vehicle, so I began doing my extensive online research. I first made a list of reasons why we needed a new vehicle and I came up with a few rather compelling needs, which became my key objectives of this process. Some key objectives I knew I had to meet were safety for my wife and kids, reliability, best in class warranty, and the cost of the vehicle. I knew for a fact that there were certain manufacturers that I would not even consider due to previous experiences and personal standards. At first, I never even considered Kia in my initial research because I was under the impression that their vehicles were cheaply made. As I began doing online side-by-side comparisons of mid size SUVs and crossovers, Kia's Sorento kept coming up at the top of the list. I then narrowed my list down to two vehicles, the Sorento and another, and really focused on which of the two met my aforementioned compelling needs/objectives. It ultimately came down to the warranty and the price that would lead me to the Kia Sorento. The next decision was to figure out where I was going to purchase the vehicle. I live in Hamilton County and I am a firm believer in keeping my tax money in the county where I live - so, this was the easiest decision...Kia of Chattanooga (KoC). So, I researched KoC and found numerous positive reviews and figured, "why not?".My wife and I got up on Saturday morning and drove to KoC. When we arrived my wife and I cracked a joke about the "sharks", or sales people, being ready to attack as soon as we got out of the car. We were greeted by a fairly young man and my first thought was, "this guy is awfully young and probably doesn't know much", but I later learned that I judged him before giving him a chance. He introduced himself as Jon Whiitaker and proceeded to listen to our needs. He took us over to the Sorentos and began telling us facts about the vehicle. We test drove a couple of vehicles, even a sedan, but went right back to the Sorento. To shorten the story considerably, we eventually chose the vehicle we wanted, in one of the colors we wanted, with more features than we wanted, and at a price and payment within our budget. I was very pleased with our salesperson, Jon Whitaker, and I was thoroughly impressed with his overall knowledge of the vehicles, even if I thought he was "too young". I would highly recommend Jon because he was very patient, flexible, understanding, and willing to be himself and not a stereotypical "shark" of a salesman. In closing, I was very pleased with my overall experience at KoC/Jon Whitaker and would highly recommend them if you're looking for a vehicle. Oh yeah, my wife loves her new 2015 Kia Sorento.

I was apprehensive from the start with purchasing a car. My credit has taken a nose dive in the past couple of years due to unforeseen obstacles, curveballs life has thrown my way. So, I was nervous about going to a dealership and being declined. It's not that I was worried they'd laugh in my face or anything, but I really didn't want to resort to a "buy here, pay here" car lot, with the absurd interest rates and high mileage vehicles. So, I looked around at different dealerships' inventories online, researched the right car for me and was drawn to Kia of Chattanooga. Like I said, I was reluctant with the whole process. But I was greeted by friendly folks from the start. John Woodall set me down and started the whole process. When I explained my situation, he brushed it aside and only cared about doing everything he could to get me into a car. He, Charlie Durham, and Mike Pomeroy did everything in their power to get me financed. That was about a week ago. I'm enjoying my 2011 Kia Sorento and couldn't be happier or more grateful for everything everyone did at Kia of Chattanooga. From the sales team to the guys in service and detail. I'm truly grateful. So bottom line, if you're in my same situation, with bad credit or just looking for a friendly, professional dealership, I can't stress how stress-free the folks at Kia of Chattanooga made my buying process. And I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with my Sorento. I've gotten so many compliments from people and it looks and drives great.

I visited Kia of Chattanooga to look at a slightly used Optima. I was on the lot for approx. 3 minutes when Hank approached me and ask if anyone was helping me. Immediately I could tell he was a very friendly, but not aggressive sales person. We looked at a couple different cars, not really finding what I really wanted. My dream car was a red Camry with leather seats and loaded, but I couldn't find one at any of the Toyota dealerships, so I was willing to settle for something else. As I was walking the lot with Hank, I spotted a VERY NICE, low mileage RED Camry. I ask Hank if by chance it had leather interior and a sunroof and LOW mileage. He's reply was YES. I couldn't believe it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't have time to test drive it, but immediately called my husband and told him he HAD to go to Kia and see the car. He and Hank drove it to my work and after a very smooth process, we drove the car home. My parents own a Kia and are very happy with it. Although I didn't purchase a Kia, I got the car of my dreams. I was looking to trade a older Kia. I stopped elsewhere and was upset by the "OFFER" the dealership gave me. I decided I would go talk with Hank. To my delight, my trade was treated with respect. I found 2013 Soul with low miles and Mike got the deal done with a GREAT RATE. (I am a banker so that was a huge consern of mine too). Today, my blast of a ride, gets unbelievable MPG. I was referred to Hank Brown by a very trusted friend. He was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly. He listened patiently to all of our concerns and addressed each one of them and answered or got the answer to our multitude of questions. Purchase of 2015 Kia Sorento. My husband and I have been talking about purchasing a new car since early this year. We owned a 2005 Kia Sorento since early 2006. We never had ANY problems with the car other than replacing tires, light bulbs and a battery, great car! We thought about downsizing since we are " seniors " but decided to stay with an SUV. After visiting the Kia lot on a Sunday ( dealership closed ) and looking at both Sorentos and Sportages, we decided to come back during the week to speak with a salesperson. My husband researched the Sorento and other makes of SUVs online and came to the conclusion that since we had such good luck with our 2005 and prices were comparable we would stay with a Sorento. On Friday, May 30th, we returned to the Dealership. We were warmly greeted in the lot by Karen Cross who brought us into the showroom and introduced us to Charlie Durham. She then took us out to the lot to show us their inventory of Sorentos. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to Kias and pointed out many features of the Sorento. We settled on a Sorento EX 6 cylinder and then went on a test drive. During the drive she showed us many of the features of the car, we were very impressed both with Karen and the car. Back at the lot we looked at other Sorentos with different features and also at the Sportages but had basically decided on the one we drove if the price was right. Back in the showroom Karen offered us water and then proceeded to fill out paperwork and price the car. Charlie Durham then worked on what the car would cost with incentives and our trade-in and after some bargaining with my husband we settled on the price. We decided to finance through Kia and worked with (?) Mike to work out the details. After signing considerable paperwork we had a brand new Sorento EX to drive home. All in all we had a VERY pleasant experience. At no time did we feel any pressure to commit to a purchase. Karen Cross was extremely easy to work with. She retrieved many keys for different cars to show us interiors and different features that other SUVs had. Karen moved cars in the lot so we could get a better perspective of them. She took pictures of the bumper guard we wanted installed so the correct one could be placed on the car. In the showroom she brought us bottles of water even though we had declined her initial offer. Charlie and Mike were also very friendly and knowledgable. When we were ready to head home everyone we passed in the showroom offered congratulations on our purchase. Karen accompanied us outside and helped us with the Bluetooth feature and also reminded us of other features the Sorento had. Almost too many to remember but I'm sure we'll get used to them. Kia of Chattanooga gets an A+ rating from us. Everyone who has seen the car is very impressed and we would recommend this dealership and especially Karen to friends interested in purchasing a new car. One last thing I forgot, the warranties on this car are impressive and are another reason we chose Kia. Hank Brown is a friendly guy. He was nice toward me and my grandparents, who came along with me. I ended up with a double rebated that lowered the price of the car. He showed me how to work the details with the car (bluetooth, etc). My car dealer was patient with me because I had many questions with this being my 1st new car purchase. Would recommend Kia and Hank Brown to a friend.

So we went in just to test drive a 2014 Soul. We hadn't really planned on buying a car that day; we were just looking. But the car was amazing (seriously, it has ALL the bells and whistles. Have you ever just had fun when looking at cars? No pushy sales pitches or questionable behavior, just fun? We did. And John knew his stuff, too. We laughed, we joked, and we went for a test drive. I ultimately chose the Soul, because the interior is an SUV but the exterior is a wagon. I love it. Also, we got a really, really good price for our trade-in. So we negotiated with John (who was more than fair and so honest and upfront about the whole process) and John took us to Clyde Dempsey to finalize the deal, and he was also forthright and fair. In fact, Clyde was downright generous. After we finished the financials, John gave us a step by step on all of those bells and whistles, because it is a LOT to take in if you were driving an *ahem* older car like myself. Thank goodness he is so giving with his time. No one at the dealership was pushy or obnoxious, and we very comfortable talking to everyone. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this dealership, for the cars of course, but more so for the staff. I can tell you this- they will have my business for life!

Hank allowed us to compare price, make and model of cars without any pressure of purchasing a car. He answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of helpful information. We proceeded to other dealerships and didn't get that same first impression of wanting to help guide us in our buying experience. We decided then we would stop looking at other dealership and go back to our first stop and choice of dealership. First impressions of your Sales Team is an important part for us when we buy a vehicle. We had a very smooth, non stressful transaction of purchasing a vehicle from Kia of Chattanooga. Special care for the Special needs My husband and I have two special needs children. We were searching for a van to accommodate their changing needs. We arrived at Kia of Chattanooga where Jon Whitaker readily assisted us with that need. After reviewing the Sedona online, we chose to check it out. Jon was patient with us as we test drove the vehicle. Once we decided to apply for the vehicle, he assisted us with the paperwork. When it was our turn, we saw Mike Pomeroy in order to sort out the financing. Mike helped us find the best price and rates to fit our needs. He knew how much we needed a van and made sure that that need was taken care of. Within a few hours, we were able to drive our Sedona home. Before we left, they detailed our van, helping it to shine bright. Unfortunately, on our way home, the "check engine" light came on. I called Jon the next morning to let him know of the problem. Once again, he quickly stepped up to the plate. Since our van wasn't able to be worked on, Jon put us in a rental car; that way our van would be ready to repair beginning the next morning. The staff in the Service Department made our unfortunate visit very pleasant. My husband and I have been to several auto dealerships over the years. However, we have never had such a fantastic experience as we did at Kia of Chattanooga. Each person went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable. We didn't feel pressured by the usual phony "try-to-make-a-deal" salesperson. We love the genuineness of everyone. We just want to say thank you for all your support and assistance. We greatly appreciate it!

He was never pushy, had answers to our questions, made sure we had space and time to discuss our options in a personal manner, and provided great customer care. After browsing the selections, test driving a couple, and discussing options with Clyde Dempsey, we finally settled on a 2012 Kia Soul. We have had the vehicle for one day and can honestly say we love it. My family loves it, our neighbors love it, and we have had several compliments on it from strangers! Thank you Kia of Chattanooga for once again showing just how bad your customer service sucks! I will never buy another vehicle there nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there. Here's a tip for you...customer service doesn't stop when the signature goes on the paper. You have repeatedly lied, ignored me and my complaints, and been rude and inappropriate. This last lie cost me 2hrs wages and $10 in gas. I guess my next phone call is to the BBB. I'm officially over it! I don't often get this mad anymore. Congratulations! You have exceeded the limitations of my medication.

Ive bought 2 cars from this dealership and I will not be back. On December 6, 2013 I bought a used 2013 Kia Optima. It was late and didnt really get a good look at the exterior of the car, but heck, it was still basically new. Within a few days I noticed fish eyes in the rocker panel paint. Kia still owed me a second key so when I went to pick it up I had the Service Manager look at the paint which I thought would be covered under the warranty. Service Manager informed me there was nothing he could do, because someone else had painted the car. I got with Hank and informed him and showed him what my problem was. He took me to a Sales Manager to see what could be done. He explained the situation to him. I explained to the Sales Manager Tthat the Service Manager said it had been painted and it was not covered under the warranty. I next asked him if the car had been wrecked? He said he didnt know. I then asked if I could have a copy of the car fax. He printed off one, looked over it then handed it to me and said "The car fax says nothing about it being wrecked". I asked how could we find out. He stated that he didnt know. I asked if there was anything he could do about it. He looked at me dead pan and said "What do you want, Money? Thats what everybody wants" I said no, I just want what I paid for. He next said "Thats the chance we take when we buy a used car". I said a $25,000 dollar used car. Then he said would you be willing to pay for half of it. I said I guess I have no choice. I next looked at Hank and asked him if the car was a certified used car. Hank said he didnt think so. The Sales Manager then sent Hank out to take pictures then informed me that the paint guy would be around in a week or two and he would show him the photos. Today is April 2, 2014 and I havent heard a word from them. But I guess he was right, its a chance we take for buying a used car. Another thing I want to point out is that I never recieved a customer survey for buying a car from them as I always had when buying a car in Chattanooga. As God is my witness, Hank was standing right next to me when the conversation occured. I would also like to point out that the car fax he gave states on 10/31/2013 14,676 Offered for sale as a Kia Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I still have the car fax that indicates it. I would like to point out that Hank done a great job and was completely professional making the sale. I have no issues with him.

I have a 2005 Kia Optima, which I love, by the way! This is the second time that the remote buttons stopped working, after I changed the car battery.You fixed it last time, but it was under warranty. I went ahead, and replaced the batteries, in both remotes, and that is not the problem! I found that Kia has to reprogram, and only you can do it! Reserch online says, that most dealers will do it for free, but you want a minimum of $50.00, for 2 minutes work! So of course I said forget it, My wife and I was in the new car market, so guess what, last week we got a new Ford, instead of the kia, that I wanted! It's nice to see a car dealer that cares about their customers. Everything about our experience there was great and Jon was more than helpful in choosing a car best suited for our needs. We came in wanting to a certain model of Kia and after talking with us Jon suggested we drive an Optima. He could not have been more right in the selection of the car as it had everything we wanted and more. After all the driving came the part that everyone hates, finance. Nothing could have been easier than what Brandon had for us. We got the car we wanted and at the price and payment we wanted. My wife and I were concerned when we received a phone call the next day from Brandon, saying he had gotten us a better deal, now I have never heard of dealer keep looking out for their customers after the sale of a car. We went in a he had gotten us a better deal on the car and made our payments lower. While we were there we were going to get another key as our only came with one as it was used. Brandon said that would be no problem and he would get us another key for free. Needless to say my family will be back to Kia of Chattanooga as they are there to make your car buying experience a great experience.

My stepson needed a used car and had no credit and asked me to help him, and our second day looking at used cars took us to KIA of Chattanooga. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We found two Nissan's we liked and drove them both. I am almost positive I asked the salesperson about the doc fee that dealers add on for more profit and he said twice that the only fee was tax, title, and tags. We really liked the Nissan with the miles under 80,000 and the price reasonable. We told the salesperson lets look at the bottom line. We headed inside and sat down for credit check and other paper work. He says I'm going to pay the doc fee and the price came down 499. We'll take it.Everything was going real good and the salesperson gets up and goes somewhere and comes back and says we offer a bumper to bumper warranty for $800 for three years. He told us what all it covered and we took it and it added twenty something dollars to the finance charge. They didn't tell us that but I figured it up.So far we had a great experience but things soon changed when we went to see the finance lady. She was very sweet and showed us what the payments would be and I said goodness what happened. It really seemed high for the price we financed. I asked to see the screen and there was a 499 doc fee. I said there was not suppose to be a doc fee and she said he nocked 499 of the price for the doc fee. Yes he paid the doc fee then added it back. I decided not to pitch a hissy fit and said that still seems high. Let me see the computer screen again. For a ballpark figure you can expect to pay 10% in sales tax in TN. Looking at the screen there was a very large number and I asked what it was and she said that is your warranty. What!? That is twice what he said it would be. She calls him in and he says I misunderstood what she said. I said cancel the warranty. That took the payments down about fifty dollars a month. That night I went to bed and reviewed everything in my mind that had happened at the dealership and got mad, got up, got on the computer to check and see if this was a trick and if it had been used on others. I could not find where they had done this to anyone else. I went to the BBB and they were not a member but had several complaints against them but most were settled. I keep thinking about everyone's actions during the process and it looked like a planed rip-off. Now I'm upset and I'm sure they had done this little trick to others. They opened at nine in the morning and I was there to meet and greet them with my hissy fit to be pitched. When they doubled our payments on the warranty that became well over five hundred making it a felony fraud. I got over there that morning and saw the sales manager and we went to an office and we discussed the warranty first where it had doubled. He didn't know I caught this and he said you should've read the paper before you signed it. I said I did and caught it and he asked what the problem was and I said how many have yall ripped off this way. I can assure you I'm not the first but I hope I'm the last. Buyer beware of all the tactics. They have new ones all the time. Take the time to read the paper work before you sign anything at a car dealer. There are many that are hoping you'll trust them and they will add on stuff.I can't recommend the dealer but I sure did like the Soul that I sat in while waiting on the process.

I bought my vehicle at Kia of Cleveland but I live 2 hours away towards Johnson City, TN. I am only able to bring my car to be serviced on the weekend and when Kia of Cleveland changed their service hours I switched to Kia of Chattanooga. First I was looking for an affordable small SUV. My mom wanted to get a car that was not only affordable but that also had a warranty that she felt would show the car was dependable. After I did several searches online I felt Kia was the way I would go. I got a call from Eric to come to dealership and see if they could help us with the purchase. We decided we would go after he did call back and tell me of a deal he could give her. We went to the dealership and everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. We looked at the Kia Soul, my mom got in it to make sure it was easy to get in and out of, she has had double knee replacement and needed a vehicle that was not to low and not to high. The Soul was perfect and she loved the color. We sit down with Mr. Hill and to complete the credit application. He was very personable and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed our visit with him while we waited to talk to Mr. Dempsey. We went to Mr. Dempsey's office and he went over different options on the contract. We finished our purchase and drove our new Kia Soul home that evening. We were there less than 2 hours. It was a great experience and would recommend Kia Of Chattanooga and our salesman Eric Hill to anyone that is in the market for a car. In fact we have already told friends and family about the way we were treated and have recommended them go see Eric!

Horrible experience today! We were even planning to be repeat customers, despite the fact that they sold us a junker not even 6 months ago. Went to trade in this Junker and they only offered half of what we paid. Again,...purchased less than 6 months ago. Ken lies to customers. What a shame! Tried to give him a second chance and he just couldn't redeem himself. And management doesn't care!! They had to know how upset we were when we left, but did they try to call??? No. Tried to call and speak with sales manager,....but conveniently nobody was available. Will NEVER do business there again.

The sales experience was refreshing from start to drive out. Salesman was friendly, helpful and informative but not pushy. He acted more like you would expect from a real estate buyers agent (more concerned that I was getting what I needed/wanted and would be happy with my decisions) as opposed to your stereotypical car salesman, only interested in making a quick buck and moving on.I had a price point that I wanted to stick with and I actually walked away on my first visit. Eric and the dealership kept me in mind and called me some days later to discuss a new promotion that would bring the payment terms down where I wanted them. I was resolute about my desired payments and they respected my resolution enough to let me walk the first time and respected ME enough to call me back in when they knew they could make me happy.Great Experience!

I will NEVER send anyone to Kia of Chattanooga. I was all set to buy a Kia Soul, but when I was with Mike discussing financing he began showing me prices that had never been discussed. Apparently it is difficult for Kia of Chattanooga to add in fees (documentation, tax, tag, and title). When I left Mike had the nerve to get an attitude about the fact that I wasn't happy with the new price. Maybe it's the lack of technology in the building, but I still don't understand how you don't know what the documentation fees will be. I ended up going to Ed Voyels Kia in Smyrna, Ga. where I got awesome, friendly, knowledgeable service, and was told a final price with all of the fees included before I even spoke with the financial manager.

Brian was very helpful during our visit because he was able to not only specifically answer our question regarding the fuel reimbursement program, he was able to ensure we were enrolled correctly. During two previous visits two other Service employees (I did not get their names) were less than helpful regarding this question. Also, Brian was able to address a concern (engine knocking) and reviewed gas types and grades, and also explained we'd need to being the car in during the week for further inspection. Thank you to Brian, not just because he's doing his job (which is what all employees should do), but also because he does it in a friendly, professional and clear way.

I knew what I wanted and Michelle listened to my needs. She asked some additional questions to better understand what I required. Michelle came up with a few options and met my requirements. I left a few hours later driving a new 2013 KIA Sorento. I want to thank Michelle for listening to me, asking some questions and finding a solution without playing "sales" games. I was honest and upfront with her when I walked in and told I her I would buy today if she could work with me to meet my requirements. I wanted to purchase a new Kia Rio5 so I went to this dealership. I told the sales guy what I wanted and he said they didn't have any of those in stock and how about a Forte instead. I again said no, I want a Rio5 and asked if he could check to see if they could get one from another Kia dealership for me. He went inside and came back out in less than a minute and said no one else had one. I left and went to The Cleveland Kia dealership where they found exactly the car I wanted which I bought! I will never set foot on this lot again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!

I first requested information via internet requesting car and pricing information. I received the information promtly. I next visited the dealership and was greeted in a very friendly manner offering assistance. The sales representative (Ricky Burnette)was extremely helpful in answering my questions and accommadating in showing me the cars I was interested in. The Sales rep was never "pushy". The sales rep also offered to help locate any car that was not on their lot. Once I made a decision on the car I wanted to purchase the sales rep went to work immediately not only to give me the best pricing but made the purchase easy and smooth. I then met with the finacial rep (Mike Pomeroy) and he explained all of the financial details of my new car purchase including best ways to protect and maintain my new vehicle. He answered all questions and explained the details. Very pleasent experience low pressure. The sales rep Ricky Burnette had my new car waiting for me and explained the details of the car before leaving the dealership. I also was told to contact the dealership if I have any other questions or issues. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! My overall experience was excellent. We went to Hyundai and Nissan the same day test driving cars and no matter what we ended back at the Kia dealership the cars just do not compare in quality and feel the Kia vehicles gives you. We looked at the Hyundai Accent and The Nissan Versa and the Kia Rio. The Kia won hands down...No contest. Also, Ricky gave us the keys for the Rio and said go have fun take it for a test drive and did not come with us. This was a plus, it allowed my wife and I to have a conversation with out someone asking us questions and making you feel like you can not talk openly. The other dealerships we had a sales persons with us on the test drives. Kia of Chattanooga knows that their cars and service sales itself. I bought a mini van for 7000.00 that is only worth 4,000.00 max. I was pressured, they took the keys to my trade in and kept on and on about what a great deal it was. I told them I wanted to research it and the man insisted it would be gone. I hate that the ripped me off for 2,000.00. Ricky worked hard to find the right car that we were looking for that provided us with the payment we we able to work with. I am sure we weren't the easiest customers to work with but Ricky never gave up and never made us feel pressured. He knew this was my daughter's 1st car and he knew how important this was for both of us. He made sure the tank was full, oil changed, and he personally paid for a complete detail on the car. A week after the car was bought, the battery died and Ricky paid for a new one to be installed. From my conversation with Kenneth the sales manager on the phone we learned that the friendly folks there would help us get a new Kia. John was a wonderful salesman. He walked me through the cars, explained the options and differences between packages available on the car models I was interested in. He was patient while I haggled for a better price. The only reason I did not give the overall experience a 5 is because of the gentleman in the finance department. While not rude, he seemed uninterested in explaining things to me or even being there, which struck me as unprofessional. I had decided to leave to check on other financing options and John allowed me to take the car home for the evening to mull things over. I'm glad I did! After driving the car one evening, I was sold. I came back the next day and worked with another gentleman in financing, who was more courteous and was easier to deal with.

So, I rate Chattanooga Kia OUTSANDING, but this rate program crappy!Sean & Clyde did a wonderful job of putting us into a 2013 Sorento. We are very pleased. John Woodall worked with us very well. He showed us around the lot and let us test drive any optima we picked. Once test drive was underway he explained how all the features worked and ask us if we had any questions about the optima. John was very knowledgeable and made us feel very confident about purchasing our 2013 optima ex. He was very patient with us as we worked out the great deal on the optima. At all times John was very courteous with me and my wife and made us feel as though we were talking to an old friend. Clyde Dempsey was our finance manager and he explained every thing in detail and made our purchase go very smoothly. My experience with Kia of Chattanooga was great! Ricky Burnette was welcoming at first step in the door. At first there was a problem with credit but Ricky did not stop trying to get me in a car. Clyde the finance manager was awesome as well! He worked a deal that was to me a miracle and a blessing. I truly appreciate all the hard work and attention given to me during this whole process. I have had several car issues in the past but now I can have peace of mind for me and my kid. There were no extra fees and they did not try to up sale any products during the process (except the extended warranty which is reasonable and worth at least hearing about). Despite the long road trip to get there for me, I will return for my next Kia.

Initially, I went in looking at cars only. I didn't really think that I would be able to buy a car. My husband and I had recently bought a used car, which had problems about 4 days after we drove it off the lot. Unfortunately, the dealership would not allow us to return the vehicle or do anything about its issues. Kia didn't have what we needed, but Jamie showed me the rebates that were available, took my number, and he said he would find us one that we really liked. He called ~ 2 days later to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me, but he hadn't been able to find any around our area, yet. I was able to tell him the four features that I really wanted to on a van, and that was how he based his search.Within the next week, he called to let us know that there were two he found in Atlanta with the features we wanted, and if we were ready to buy or trade in, he and the sales manager were willing to go get it. When I came in to discuss financing, he explained the two Sedonas that he had found for us. He planned to leave the next morning to go get it. When I got home, my husband and I discussed that we wanted to get a different color (Silver) because it was what we liked better than what we picked (Red). He was super nice and very willing to work out having the DVD player put in it, as that was the only feature we wanted that the Silver one was missing. He went to get it on Thursday mid-morning. We unfortunately weren't able to stay and complete the financing that evening. The next day, went in to complete the paperwork, and it was extremely easy. When I sat down with Clyde, he already had the paperwork ready to go for me to sign. He was helpful with giving us a deal on our extended warranty, he also called a couple of different finance companies to assure that we got the best interest rate. Also, he spoke with my husband over the phone in order to explain some things that my husband had questions about. He explained everything I had questions about and was very patient. Making the trade-in and sale was made much simpler by the people that helped us out. We had a fantastic experience!!!

I cannot say Thank you enough to Jamie Ryan for all of his help. I had orginally found a car I was interested in and my dad went the next day to check on it. When he got there, he didn't see the car and asked a sales person. Needless to say they were not helpful at all. So I called and Jamie answered the phone. I told him the situation and that my dad was standing in the lot. So as soon as we hung up the phone, he was out on the lot helping my dad. The car we were after had sold, but Jamie went above and beyond. He called first thing the next morning to let me know that there was another one that had come in and he wanted to let me know first thing so I could come look at it. We went to look at one at Kia of Cleveland and we were not impressed at all. While we were in Cleveland, Jamie called to tell me that he now had two on the lot and thought I would really like them. My parents said loyalty is something that is important in a sales person when buying a car. Needless to say, Jamie showed it. We left Cleveland and went straight to Chattanooga to see him. He met us on the lot right away and provided every answer that we had. Absolutely awesome! My dad is hard to impress, but admitted when we left, that he has never seen such an great guy. I left in a car I love and had the best experience. My husband and I both now drive Kia's, and as long as I can work with Jamie again, we will continue to drive Kia's. The best thing is that his service didn't stop once we had signed the papers. I called with some questions after I got home, and he was even great then. So to whoever the sales guy was that didn't help my dad and left him standing in the lot, you need to learn from Jamie Ryan. Let him show you how it is done! Great experience and we will be back!

Terry Flatt was in the parking lot when we drove in and waved at us. We felt an immediate connection to him and the rest is history. My husband does not particularly like sales people so Karen had a real challenge and never even knew it. We had been searching for a 2012 Rio SX in white. It had been extremely hard to find. We live an hour and a half away and found the car in Chatt. but it was 3:30 central time and 4:30 at the dealership and they close at 6 or 6:30. I had been researching the Kia Soul automobile for quite a few months and had been waiting for a salesperson at another dealership to contact me for a test drive of that particular model of Kia. After approximately one month of waiting and being contacted a few times to come to the dealership to test drive other models and even used cars I gave up on this salesperson. My wife and I traveled from our area to Kia of Chattanooga and what a pleasant surprise we had when we arrived and met with Mr. Allen Miller in new sales. There were several new Kia Souls to choose from and we test drove several of them in varying colors and accessories. Mr. Miller could not have been more patient and accomodating with us and more helpful than many of the sales people I had had previous dealings with during my life. When we finally decided on one particular model and color and went into the showroom to his office I spotted another one in the showroom. He asked if we wanted to take it out and test drive it also (I couldn't believe it)but we decided that we had spent enough of his time with the ones we had been deciding on and told him we would pass. We ended up purchasing the one we had decided on and the one in the showroom also. We made arrangements to take one home and return for the other one later so we could take our car home along with one we purchased. We later returned and picked up the other car. I might add that not only was Mr. Miller most accomodating but everyone, Charles the General Manager and Clyde Dempsey in finance to name a few, we dealt with at the dealership was helpful. I would definately reccommend this dealership to everyone who is in the market for a new or used Kia. Hopefully this explains why my wife and I are happy campers!

The salesman was great, professional, friendly and not pushy. This is our first Kia and I LOVE IT. The experience at the dealership made a difference as well, we have never owned anthing besides GMC/Chevy not anymore... I have been KIAFIED :0)

I am a busy business woman and was interested in a new Sorento, but didn't have time to go to a dealer and spend a lot of time so I did my research online, and then contacted Kia of Chattanooga via email to inquire about a vehicle that interested me. Ginger Kirchmyer contacted me back and provided me with a lot of valuable information. After hearing her voicemail and reading her email, I was interested enough to call her back to pursue a new vehicle a little further. Ginger and I really clicked on the phone and she really did an excellent job matching me up with Karen Cross, salesperson. I came into the dealer where Karen greeted me and was respectful of my time so she had everything lined up for me to test drive the vehicle, and immediately began working with her Sales Manager to see if the payments for this 2013 Sorento was within my price range. Upon my acceptance of the Sorento, Karen matched me up with Jennifer, Finance Manager, who finished up my sales experience by handling all of the financial paperwork. A couple of hours after walking into the dealer, I was on my way home in my beautiful Titanium 2013 Sorento. I really appreciated Ginger for being perceptive to my personality and for listening to me to the degree that she was able to explain my busy schedule to the other wonderful ladies I had the pleasure of working with this week. I will strongly recommend this dealer especailly to all of my female friends. I had the opportunity to work with intelligent business women throughout my entire buying process and I thoroughly appreciated this experience. Ginger, Karen and Jennifer were great! All were helpful to find me a car with the options I wanted and in my price range. Also they were able keep the payments to my desired and needed amount. They, in addition gave me a very good amount for my trade in. Richard was very helpful to show me all the features of the car I bought and offered to let me drive it. Jennifer was quick and efficient with the paper work and all were very friendly.Thank you. I have already referred a potential customer to this dealership.

Wow! I can't say enough about our experience at Kia of Chattanooga! The salesman, Richard, was terrific. He's definitely our go to guy from now on. The service was great, quick and professional. It wasn't one of those all day spent at the dealership kind of deals. We were in and out within a couple of hours or less which made it even better. They have our business from now on!

Started working with Jamie Ryan on a Friday night. He was very helpful, not pushy. Allowed me to drive the vehicle home, which helped me make a crucial decision regarding running boards, back up cameras and other add-ons. Brought back the car the next day - explained this was not the vehicle I wanted and I really wanted to think about it. He did leave a couple of message during the week, again not pushy, just letting me know they did have a few new vehicles in and he would still like to work with us. When we went back on the next weekend (Saturday) the lot was very crowded with people. Jamie was working with another family and had a coworker (Trooper) work with us answering any questions my husband had. We then made a decision and Jamie and Trooper were very attentive to us and also the other customers they already had. Although we were there a little longer than we anticipated, the area we waited in was very nice we had soft drinks and coffee, and everyone was very concerned with our well being. It also spoke highly of Kia that there were that many people there actually buying Kia's. The finance manager, Ms. Wyckoff, explained all of our warranty options very plainly and was very thorough. It was a very good experience.

How can you go wrong with a dealership where 90%+ of the employees know you by name when you come in? Super-friendly bunch. The dealers here in the Atlanta area could lean a lot from them!

I was very surprized at the friendly (no pressure) presentation given me. The salesman really appeared to be honest and answer my concerns and needs. The overall atmospher at this Dealership was very pleasant and everyone seemed to work together and went out of their way to be courteous. I had never experienced this before. The price was in line with what I expected and I was given a very fair price for my trade-in. After a week or so and one small problem with the radio I have absolutely no buyers remorse - thats a relief! I look forward to working with these people and hope they maintain thier persona......

Our salesperson,Jamie Ryan,was extreemly knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. He, I believe, could sense my wife and I were pretty sure the Sorento met the criteria we were looking for. Jamie made tho whole experience verv pleasant. My wife and I both plan to recommend Jamie, and the Sorento, to anyone we know who is in the market for this type of vehicle.Clyde, The finance manager, was also very pleasant to work with. Clyde did a great job explaining the benefits of the extended warrenty we purchased.I hope our service visits are as satisfying as our purchase!

Sales lady was very knowledgable, she was friendly and made us feel special. We were never pressured by her or the staff. After our purchase was complete, they didn't just rush us out the door and say "figure it out for yourself" like the Ford dealer did two years ago. We recieved a great rate from Clyde. I decided to rate this dealer as OK for the following reasons: Upon emailing their internet sales dept to specifically set-up a test drive and ask for a call-back ok'ing my time to come in I got a call stating that I should call and set up a time to come in and would hopefully take the vehicle home with me. When I arrived at the dealership the man who left me a message was not there and had passed along to his partner that I was coming in to get financed. I felt this was a bit pushy and that I had not really been listened to. The morning after my test-drive (I told the salesman I was comparing several vehicles) I received a message from the original salesman saying he had heard I liked the vehicle and when could I come in to see about financing. On my way home from work that evening he called again and was a bit upset to learn I had decided to go with a different vehicle. When I told him what vehicle I had chosen his response was a bit snide and he was upset because their dealership had better warranties than the Jeep I had decided on. All in all I found my experience with this dealership to be somewhat pushy and felt as if they were only interested in selling me a vehicle as soon as possible and not interested in helping me decide which car was right for me. Even if the Kia had been my choice I probably would have gone to another dealership because of this experience. It isn't a bad dealership you just have to remember your game plan and not let the salespeople throw you off track.
