He’s so patient so understanding very informative and not to mention a cutie! This was my first time financing a vehicle and even though my mother was there I had very little knowledge of what really goes into it. Steven K. really made the experience so pleasant. He’s very knowledgeable, worked with my budget and preferences, and wasn't pushy at all like some car salesmen can be. He also went above and beyond to make the registering and insuring process go a lot smoother. I went in to inquire about a vehicle Saturday and had my new car Tues/Wednesday. I’m very happy with my purchase and will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and especially anyone who is a first time buyer ! 10/10

Kia of Stamford was the best car buying experience I have ever had. “B” was no pressure, very factual and super pleasant. She was knowledgeable and made my purchase easy. When I picked up my car she was outside wiping it down with a cloth and made sure all the finishing touches were done. She showed she cared and that went a long way with me, thank you for terrific service above and beyond!

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Steven K was the best. Transparent, to the point, answered all of my questions. Pricing was clear and easy to understand. Would highly recommend going here to get a Kia and would definitely work with Steven again

Steven and the Stamford Kia, were awesome! Steven listened, he paid attention and if he didn’t have the answer he asked and got me all of the information. Steven made this purchase so easy and smooth. He went above and beyond, he helped communicate with other work I needed to do for this purchase. I asked him for water he got me water, I asked him for a bow to take a photo with my car…he got me a bow lol! He polished the car to the very end when I arrived. I highly recommend this Steven or anyone in the Stamford Kia team. It looks like they are a leading family of helping each other. Check them out!

I have already purchaded two cars from this dealer. Both times I've had nothing short of a great experience. Ernesto is amazing and very knowledgeable. He's very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend you ask for him when you go into the dealer. The service department is also very friendly and professional. You ask anyone in this dealer to help you out and there is absolutely no hesitation. I will continue to give them my service for years to come.

This team was great. When someone was unclear of the answer to a question, another team member seamlessly came to assist. They were honest about pricing, worked with me to find the best deal, and even convinced me to avoid adding any non-necessities. Great experience all around and they beat all competitors prices.

I emailed the dealership through the cars.com website because I had just returned from overseas and did not have phone service activated. They took over 24hrs to email back with a confirmation that I had contacted them, the first email contained nothing useful. After I acknowledged that I had contacted them it took a full business day for them to email again, this email contained none of the information I had requested. I replied with all the questions I had from the original request and have not received any response to date. I have however received two subsequent emails from the dealership asking about my experience. One email was from the owner/general manager asking again about my experience with their dealership to which I responded with a full explanation of their complete inattention to my requests. Again, I have never received a response. Perhaps they are great in person, but their internet service it horrible.

I just lease my 2nd new car from Kia Stamford, on both occasions I was treated great, I had nothing but excellent service from Ernesto and the entire sales staff and service dept. on both occasions Ernesto was my sales person, he made it easy, and followed up promptly on all things. It was great experience and my Kia Sportage is awesome. The entire team was very pleasant and the staff went above the overall Customer satisfaction. On both occasions I have to say it was the most comfortable lease transaction I've ever experienced and I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a new or used car. Would not recommend this dealership. The manager and sales associates were rude, unfriendly and somewhat condescending. Happy with the car but find another Kia dealership if you want a positive customer service experience.

Kia of Stamford is a no pressure, no hassle buying experience. I starting searching for a car and Sergio was very accommodating. He was patient in finding me the right car (2 month search) and kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle for Kia of Stamford. Sergio, Ernesto, and John in the service department are great.

After searching for a new Hyundai my husband and I decided to do some comparative shopping. Our experience at Kia of Stamford was a great one from the get-go. We started our search on line and got a prompt contact by phone from Mike. We set up an appointment for the next day. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car in which I had expressed interest, the Kia Sorento. I wanted the fully loaded top of the line version that had all the features I desired. Mike and Ernesto the general manager, found it for me so quickly and then worked with me to get me the best price and best discounts. Jay Wright walked us through the purchase paperwork quickly and it was all hassel free. I love my beautiful Sorento and I've never experienced such a pleasant car buying experience...and I've purchased many vehicles. What a great treasure of a dealership Kia of Stamford is and what a phenomenal car the Sorento is in both style and performance. We were so impressed with the vehicle, the service and dealership, the managerial leadership and the collegial way the staff worked with us and with each other that we left having purchased not one new vehicle but two! Way to go Mike, Ernesto and Jay!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Kia of Stamford. They had the vehicle we wanted and they made the transaction so smooth. Ernesto and Mike were wonderful, Mike took us on a test drive, he explained all of the features and how to use them. We have dealt with a half dozen dealerships in the past few years, whether I purchased or not, and I must say that Kia of Stamford stands above them all, they didnt pressure us at all and treated us like we were longtime friends. Not to mention KIA is putting out a great product!! Thanks KIA of Stamford!

I have never had a better experience when leasing a car. The Sales and Finance departments bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied with not only the car but with the lease details. If that were not enough, I had to bring the car in due to a pothole induced flat tire. Rob in the service department got all the details regarding the tire and ordered the tire before I even got to the dealership. This is a truly exceptional dealership in all regards.
