I was having an issue ( covered by warranty ) and my service advisor , Krystal , took the time to explain what was involved and called me back to advise that they did have the part in stock and could effect the repair while performing the scheduled maintenance that was needed .

I didn't have to wait long to have my car service. Vincent was the best. He's sweet, kind, friendly, and very helpful. I felt so comfortable being there. I will definitely be returning there for service. My only regret...is that I didn't purchase my vehicle from Kia from Kia of West Nyack.

When I attended the service counter, Vinny took care of me right away. I needed a routine oil change and they found other things wrong with the car. He immediately came to me and showed me what was wrong. Vinny was a caring person and didn't take advantage of me with the expense of it. He made me feel comfortable not like some of the mechanics out there. I am very satisfied and will return with confidence.

They were very helpful and Selma was professional and courteous. Made the leasing process very easy. My only criticism is that the dealership could use a little tlc. I saw a desk falling apart and carpet that could use replacing.

Leased this vehicle 3 years ago and came into the dealership to complete a "simple" option of buying out the same car and financing it. The buyout agreement states that there is a $150.00 dealer fee. Once the financing was in place, we came in to sign the paperwork and were advised by the finance manager, Kyle Brown that the dealership has added a $1000.00 for "handling financing" and would waive the $150.00 fee. This was outrageous, so when we disputed the "fee", Mr. Brown offered to cancel the $1000.00 and charge us the original $150.00 fee as stated in contract. It was a frustrating experience and "fraudulent" business practice. We thought we were done, but Mr. Brown advised us that we have to come back the next day to inspect the vehicle. Again, sounds simple, but is wasn't. Next day, my wife brought the car for an "inspection". Keep in mind that this car was inspected by NYS within the past month. Once the vehicle was inside the shop for almost an hour, the inspection sticker was removed and my wife was advised that most of the lights do not work and a tire needs to be replaced even though all the tires were replace within a year. The service manager, Tony Pomo stated that he would not release this vehicle until all this work is completed. You would think that some lightbulbs and a tire for a Kia is around $100.00, but no. After being extorted by this dealership, the total cost of "inspecting" this car was $424.00...I spoke to the dealerships general manager, Tony DeNivo, who insulted my intelligence and denied any wrongdoing by the staff in sales or service. Very sad to see this kind of business practice in 2016 by a local new car dealership towards a returning customer. Would never come back and would warn everyone to stay away.

The sales dept was totally inadequate ( Tito). After going thru the sales nonsense, I dealt with the finance person. Eddie Vega the finance man, was rude, irritating and completely incompetent. He became argumentative, aggressive, and down right nasty/unprofessional. I walked out, will never go back, will advise my contacts not to ever do business with them. I have since notified regional office of my dissatisfaction.

I am a customer of Kia of West Nyack in NY and I decided to give them more of my business recently UNTIL they disrespected me in the most unprofessional & crulest way when their employee Eddie Vega angrily got kurt with me as he used profanity which was unwarranted & unprovoked by me. In my dealings with Eddie Vega I was being spoken to with a short tempered tone & attitude and it had gotten to the point that I was fed up with his behavior. finger pointing tone, ineptnes & excuses.Apparently Mr Eddie Vega lacks the maturity, professonalism & decorum and he doesn't comprehend the number one rule in customer service THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, especially when the customer has valid reason in expressing his dissatisfacation with the attitude & lack of service being exhibited. No customer deserves for any salesman to get unhinged like Eddie Vega did with me. Being in the retail business myself, I know the value of superior customer service and a merchant will ALWAYS come out on the loosing end when they argue with a customer. I now took my business elsewhere.

My husband and I just leased our 2nd Optima Kia. John and Tony were the best! They took their time, explaining our options with no pressure. My husband doesn't like salesmen but he actually liked John and Tony!!! John Monahan was so friendly and patient and would answer any questions we had. It was the easiest and fastest that I've ever had with a car dealer. Usually my husband walks out and goes to the next guy till he's satisfied. But this was a one stop easy service. we purchased a 2016 Sorento from the West Nyack dealership. The sales people were excellent. we talked about the Sorento for about 20 mins. answering all our questions.We then took a 20 min. test drive and was showed all the different features. In the showroom we were told all the different packages and the cost. Financing and leasing were also touched upon.Everything was simply explained to us. We also talked about the Highlander, Pilot and Pathfinder.We were very surprised that they did not badmouth any of them but pointed out the difference between each one. They also explained the warranty details. We then told them we were still checkingout other SUV's. And on that note they said we had all the information on the Sorento and we knowwe will be seeing you again.VERY LITTLE PRESSURE AND A LOT OF INFORMATION.Thanks to Tony, John and Dudley. They were also right the Sorento has the most features and gives you the most bang for the buck.Triple A and Consumers were right about the Sorento.

I am late in sending this review in but better later than never. I bought a new Kia Optima in January of this year from John Monahan at Kia of West Nyack. My old car - a 21 year old Saturn finally gave in! We could not have been happier from start to finish. This is actually the 2nd Kia we have purchased here - the first one from Mike Davis. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. Low pressure - high energy. Took their time with us and really made the whole experience enjoyable. I am really disappointed at this dealership. I went to buy a kia sorrento and I was given a sort of sweet deal on an EX model. They wanted me to pay 589 and I stated that I was able to pay 550. They counteroffer me for 565 a month. That was on a Friday. I contacted them monday 2/1 to basically get the deal and pick up the vehicle. When I get in to the dealership they told me NO....we can give it to you for 575 a month because Friday was the end of the month and we needed to meet our numbers and we met them and the best we can do now is 575....it's a shame that dealerships work this way. Strong advise never go there. John was courteous all the way but I really feel bad about this experience.

I was in the market for a new Kia Forte Sedan after my beloved 2001 Toyota finally gave up after 15 years. Kia of West Nyack certainly had the best deals compared to other dealerships. I did a lot of research, found all the rebates and incentives I could find and came prepared to make a good deal with Kia. I was very impressed and happy with the salesperson who helped us at West Nyack. His name was John Monahan. An upright, friendly and helpful salesperson, John helped me find the Kia in my price range. I do highly recommend coming prepared with True Car estimates and any valid incentives you find because it makes all the difference on pricing. I did my own work beforehand and was thrilled that Kia of West Nyack acknowledged and applied the discounts and incentives I mentioned. The finance manager was helpful in explaining the breakdown of my 0% finance plan. So far I am loving the 2016 Kia Forte itself. I feel safe and stylish in it as well. I look forward to working with Kia of West Nyack in the future

I bought a vehicle from Kia Of West Nyack, West Nyack, NY. I was so disappointed that I was a bit ripped off by them. I tried to discuss with them about this but they were not willing to do much for me, regarding, reduction in price and monthly payments. This same vehicle that I had bought from them, after a month I found the same exact year, trim and model vehicle with lower mileage (when I purchased/financed it) than mine for $15,500.00, Kia of West Nyack over charged me by $2,000.00. I had purchased before also from these owners when they were Saturn and that time too they took care of me quiet well but this time these same owner(s), owned dealership ripped me off by $2,000.00, I was very disappointed and I just could not keep it to myself any longer, so I decided to write the review on dealer rater and let everybody else know the truth about this dealership, which they hide very well.Additionally, I was lied to, by their account manager (Juan) that I could come there to re-finance the vehicle after six months of purchase but when I went back there to see him after six months, 1) he was not working there any more and there was a new account manager (Eddie) and, 2) I was told by him (Eddie) that they don't re-finance vehicles there. Just imagine, as a customer how you would feel after all this? I guess they like to lie a bit to make any sale.All I can advice to the rest of you vehicle shoppers is do your comparison, read review(s) of the dealership that you want to buy your vehicle from and then only buy from them. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY TRUSTING THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I KNEW PEOPLE THERE, they don't do much to help returning customers!!!

After leasing a 2013 Kia Soul from another Kia Dealer , I was amazed when the same dealer presented me with a less than satisfactory deal for a new lease on a 2016 Kia Sportage and never followed up with me. I decided to try Kia of West Nyack and my experience there was 100 % better. The Sales Rep ( Christian Berruecos ) was tremendously helpful and courteous. He listened to me and then presented me with a deal that was fair and then worked with me to make it even a better deal . I would recommend him to any friends or family members that are in the market for a new vehicle.I was also treated very well by the Finance Manager , Eddie Vega. He was very courteous and I appreciated how quickly he worked through the new lease paperwork with me ( since I was on my lunch hour).Having brought my prior Kia vehicle to this dealership for service, I already knew that their service department was also top-notch .

Classic example of shady used car deal. Settled on terms on Friday, returned to pick up car on Saturday as instructed and it was not ready for delivery. OK, no problem. Come back on Monday morning as arranged again to find the terms of the deal completely changed. First of all the warranty promised first by the salesman and then offered again by the 'Business Director' to make up for the missed pick up date on Saturday, it was absent from the final deal unless I wanted to buy it. The 'Business Director' repeatedly told me that he wasn't going to make any money on the extended warranty, yet continued to try to sell it long after I said no. That was just the beginning...Not only did 'Business Director' try to get me to sign a contract with an interest rate two points higher than the original deal, he did not even give warning, just tried to slip it in hoping I wouldn't notice. I got pre-approved at my bank and told them if they could match the rate, I'd give them the loan to make a couple of bucks on the deal because I don't care which bank carries the loan. Turns out they couldn't match the rate, but tried to keep the deal in-house without telling the me, the customer who would be making the payments. After being called on it, the 'Business Director' gave me the great option of keeping my payments the same as long as I extended the loan by three months on the end. Perfect, the payments were the same only there would be three more of them. What kind of math is that?If you are a rookie car buyer, I'd suggest a less shady dealership or prepare to be fleeced. Although they will do it with a smile and tell you you got a good deal.

I bought a Kia Optima last week. I called Diane after getting an email from her. I started this process via the Internet. I was introduced to Johan Dalton by Diane and he was amazing. He was friendly, very thorough, and a true professional from the moment I walked in there to the moment I left with my brand new vehicle. No hassle, no time wasting whatsoever. Best part is, he genuinely seemed to do everything in his power to make the whole experience a pleasure for me, from timely communication to explaining everything step-by-step. This is my second KIA purchase and My first buying at KIA of Nyack. I called in and made my appointment with Diane on 10/30/15. She made me an appointment with Calvin. I checked their inventory and knew they had the car I wanted so I let them know the stock number. They had the car prepped and ready for me to look at. I showed up around 11 and they had the car and paperwork ready by 4pm for pick up. Dealing with car salesman can sometimes get your stress level up though the stratosphere but Calvin and his manager made my experience easy and quick from the second I walked through the door. I have already recommended them to a friend and felt that I should write a review letting everyone know how pleased I was with my purchase. First year service was included and they really made me feel like my time and business was highly valued. I left with the white Sorento EX I wanted with a price that was beyond fair. The sales manager walked out asked how far off we were in price and said if that what it takes to get you into the car you want we will do it and he did. I highly recommend you stop in and see Diane, Calvin, and the staff at KIA of Nyack if you are looking for a great deal and no pressure buying environment.

I went with hi hopes for an amazing car. I was sent to a guy named JR. he got me into a 2010 Nissan sentra. I asked for the car fax, he Told me he will send it in the mail. He said hell help with anything wrong. Within a month of having the car I ended up putting front end work into it, the car was not safe to drive in. I called the dealership and was told JR does not work there anymore. I've put thousands of dollars into this car. And still am. After I signed the papers, JR told me there's a 3,000 fee because I have no credit. He told me that's the only car that's in my price range and it only has minor issues with the interior (cigarette burns) and I was getting the best deal I'll every get. I will never go back to this place, now I'm going into debt and this is the first car I've owned.

At Kia of West Nyack, my terms were met and my satisfaction was guaranteed. It's probably the best car I've owned. And the finance department worked miracles to get me a low interest great rate. Coming back next year for my wife's New car. Friendly would recommend over the Toyota dealership down the street that used a bait car to get us down there and being the end of the day when we looking as if we were putting them out our something oh, and the cars online all had deposits on them and never got call back. A few weeks ago my husband and I went to KIA of West Nyack to check out the Cadenza. My husband was in the market for a new vehicle and hed been test driving other brands. He has very high standards and wants to feel like hes getting better than the best deal available, which I know everyone wants, but he will walk away if he doesnt get it. The sales person we were introduced to is Kyle Brown. I knew in an instant this guy had the best personality for working with my husband. He was personable, funny, relaxed and knowledgeable about the cars. He was honest about the Cadenza and how it compared to the other cars we were already looking at. My husband took the Cadenza for a test drive, loved it, and then went to battle on the price. Its worth mentioning now that Kyle has the patience of a saint. Back and forth they went on price until finally my husband felt comfortable enough to put a deposit down on the car. I was secretly doing a happy dance and excited that we got through this process. Well, little did I know that due to some family circumstances (long story) my husband ended up canceling the purchase of the car! Nooo! I felt terrible because I knew Kyle had really put in a ton of effort to get the deal done. Kyle still remained professional throughout the entire process. He was helpful and friendly even when we backed out of the deal. As fate would have it, we ended up returning to the dealership a short time after all of this to pick up the new car. Its unfortunate we were delayed and probably tortured poor Kyle, but we went back to him and finally bought the Cadenza. We are so happy with the decision the car is beautiful and were happy everything worked out for Kyle too. Everyone at the dealership from the front desk to the sales team to the finance team and beyond have been so wonderful. I specifically want to call out Eddie Vega, the Business Director, as well. Even though we picked up the car at the end of what was most likely a very long day for him, he still answered all of our questions and was great to work with. Buying a car can be complicated but Kyle and Eddie made the process seamless from beginning to end. We highly recommend KIA of West Nyack and especially our new friend Kyle, who really deserves a medal.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. There were no games, no squabbling about $, no good cop, bad cop. They were really nice people who gave good fair prices. I leased a Sorrento a month ago. Last week my husband's car broke down and we went right back and bought a soul. What a pleasant experience! I have been to many dealerships and always come away feeling as if I were bamboozled. Not this time. We worked with Kyle....he is GREAT! Not only a nice guy but wants you to leave happy. And we did....twice! I highly recommend kia of west nyack! This will be the only place I will shop for cars. Eddie in finance is great also. Personable and straightforward. If you happen to go on a Saturday its pizza day for everyone!

I bought a new optima from this dealership and the service was impeccable. The sales associate, Vlad, made the entire process easy and stress free. Both Vlad and his manager, Fabio, were very straightforward with me and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. I will most definitely be coming back to Vlad for future purchases for myself, family, and friends. A quality salesman is hard to find; with these guys, there's no monkey business, just good deals.

When i ordered my car (leased) i asked for specific things which they said no problem, everything was in the book the salesman showed me. The car arrives and its missing several things i asked for. They said this was as close as they could get , kind of a take it or leave it thing. Plus i was still paying the same price for the car they promised me. They said oh it wouldve been the same if youd gotten the lesser package which was bull. This dealership changes management every couple of years and now i know why. I wouldnt recommend this dealership. The one thing this dealership has going for it is the maintenance/service department is great. The staff down there is fantastic, fast and helpful.

I'm from Bergen County NJ and when I decided to go the Kia of West Nyack I thought it would be a bit of a hike. Turns out I was very wrong. It was very easy to get to from The GSP and took me about 20 minutes of pleasant highway driving. Glad I went because I got to meet some fantastic people there! Diane was terrific as was my sales rep Jose! Jose was such a polite, well mannered, educated sales rep that I will absolutely be going back to him next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. This is my 5th Kia and 3rd in NJ and my new GO-TO Kia dealership. I always thought I would have to pay NY Sales tax but that's not true...I live in NJ so I paid NJ sales tax and their dealer fees are far less than what I paid at my old Kia dealer. The sales manager (Philippe?) REALLY worked hard to get me into a new vehicle, even without the perfect credit score and I appreciate all his efforts too as with the finance manager too! (Eddy). I really, really liked this dealership and that's saying a lot considering I HATE the whole haggling about price and all. We settled on an agreed amount very quickly...not too bad with the back and forth a hundred times. Jose was telling me it is family owned which I also really like and they threw in a free year of maintenance!! Highly recommend!

The salesman and the manager were accommodating with the process of trading my car and getting good value and getting a good price on a new Kia. I told the salesmen I wanted to test drive two cars and they were both ready for a test drive when I arrived at the dealer. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

John Monahan answered all of our questions from start to finish, with RJ Arditti providing support when needed. The fallout of pushy salesman continues to dominate the debate regarding the car purchasing experience. The inexorable advance and the abundance of car search engines, and the use of social network continues to disintermediate the traditional model of car selling. The differential is excellent customer service, of which both John and RJ not only met the challenge, but went above and beyond for both the dealership and the customer, thus creating a win-win situation. What is clear is that status quo ante is not an option.

I purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra for my daughter in December. She flew home for Christmas break and we drove the car back to New York, where she attends school at Nyack College. Her car got stuck in park, so she took it to Kia and they adjusted a cable, it worked for a few days then got stuck again. Her car was up a hill behind her dorm and it got snowed in for 2 weeks. She called AAA but they couldn't get a truck up the hill to tow it. She called Kia and they sent a couple guys out to her school. They adjusted the cable then shoveled snow and scraped ice off her car so she could drive it back to Kia where they repaired it. She said Devin was extremely helpful throughout the situation going above and beyond in her opinion. I live far away in Florida, and am glad to know there are service centers and mechanics that so helpful can be trusted. I will certainly consider Kia as an option for my next vehicle, or service appt.

Very good experience. We went in just to take a test drive and came out with a new Sorrento!! Our salesman Johan was so helpful and not pushy. The other salesman helped out also when they had down time. That was a first. Johan made sure that every-thing from start to finish was taken care of without any hesitation. We all know that buying a new car is a big thing, so going into dealerships and looking can be intimidating, since we are not all educated in the make up of cars. WE came out more excited about buying the car, than being wound-up and nervous. We are enjoying the Sorrento . It rides beautifully, even as a 4 Cylinder. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Ive never written a review for anything before but after this awesome experience I feel like everyone should know how different this place is compared to other dealers! I was shopping with my girlfriend for about a week;went to rockland nissan and Toyota, Honda of Nanuet and the volvo/mazda dealer in nyack before our last stop at Kia. Our experience was different from the moment we arrived! Unlike other places we were so pleased with the whole atmosphere of the joint. Other places would either hound us from the start or ignore us completely but our guy was John and he was great. Guy new his product inside and out, pointed out advantages (and even some disadvantages) of each model and packages and really coached us to find the perfect suv. After all our stops we went in there expecting the worst and we really got the best! Ron was the fella that appraised my jeep and he was more than fair: combine that with the amazing service and a really great deal it was a no brainer! This place is different you owe it to yourself to check it out!

I just picked up my 2015 Kia Sorento and have to say this was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The whole experience can be very intimidating but dealing with Bobby (GM) and Kyle made it so much easier. Bobby & Kyle went above and beyond in answering all questions and not making you feel like you were just another sale to them. There was never any pressure and they kept you up to date every step of the process. Kyle takes the time to explain every inch of your vehicle and will go over it until you feel comfortable and is always there for any questions even after you leave the lot with your new car. I was very pleased with my purchase. The salesman Johan was very helpful and made the purchase very easy and uncomplicated. There were several issues on some body parts which had to be replaced and this was done at no cost to me and the car looks great. Bobby the sales manager was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone made the experience a very enjoyable without being pushy at all. I love my new Sportage. It is a great car - rides so smoothy and great on gas on long trips.

My husband and I went into Kia on a whim, Bobby and Johan were amazing to work with. They were very honest and not your "typical" cars salesmen. They made us want to buy a car from them. They made sure we understood everything about the car before we left the lot. Melissa also helped us in finance, she was super friendly and smiled the entire time we talked, she made sure we understood the agreements. Any time we passed anyone that worked at the dealership they made sure to smile and say hello. We never felt forced or pushed into our car choice.

I dealt with Bob the sales manager directly and I'm so glad I did. This is not your typical "used car" salesman tactics. It is a very professional and polished experience that is very consultative. Today, no one at this dealership seems happy. Long faces galore and surly attitudes. I went to drive a Kia Soul and consider if I liked the revised model for 2014. Melissa McKnight was the sales person. We test drove two cars. She didn't ask about colors, or features or trim lines or credit score for lease calculations. Just talked about the really basic details. After the drives she wrote down the price on a post it note and handed it to me as if negotiation was a very dirty word. The price was a starting point, not a deal maker. But to her it was clear there was nothing else to discuss. In fact, she never even asked for the sale. This morning April 16, I went to the Kia of West Nyack website to look up their location and saw that the dealer site said "Drive any new Kia and get a $25 Visa gift card." After the drives I asked Ms. McKnight about this offer and she seemed to know nothing about it. She asked and there was some discussion with a sales person about maybe that offer expired in March, or maybe the customer has to print out a coupon (none of that is listed on the website). She fiddled with her compute for several minutes, and then said, "I'll have to talk to the GM, who has gone, and let you know tomorrow if we can honor this offer. Are you kidding me? This woman is trying to sell $20,000 Kias, but doesn't know about a measly $25 offer on the dealer's website to get people into the showroom? Think about it: if this minimalist sales person doesn't have the flexibility to extend a paltry $25 offer on the public website, how in the world would anyone waste their time talking with her about a $20,000 vehicle?Bottom line: this dealership and its anti customer attitude is to be avoided.

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at West Nyack Kia with salesman Kyle after having a horrible experience at my local Kia Dealership here on Long Island. They honored the well priced offer given on True Car with no gimmicks or hidden charges. They also gave me a very fair offer (for a dealership) on my trade in. The Finance guy worked hard to match the rate I had received from Bank of America and was not overly pushy in trying to sell me extras. Overall, if you come prepared and informed, you can get a good deal here from an honest dealership.

I went in looking for a Sorrento met with the manager Don Chittum I was told he was from the area and I just felt more comfortable. We went through a couple different option packages and made me feel very comfortable he did not push the sale but made me feel at ease with hisapproach. It turns out we know the same people. I asked him to give me a day or so. I did go visit another Kia dealership there price was a few hundred cheaper but like he warned me they added a whole bunch of fees at the end. Went back the next day and gave me the deal we discussed and took delivery that same day and he gave my daughter a tablet as a gift. I want to recommend everyone to go see him and him only he makes you feel like family.

My initial experience was quite good. I met with John and was going to purchase a Toyota Rav 4.I put down $500, which I was told was completely refundable.I was unable to complete the deal and then asked to have my money refunded.I have asked 7 times to both John and then the General Manager. In each instancemy pleas have been ignored or met with silence.So I would not trust this place.

We needed a new car. I was thinking Hyundai Sonata. Years ago, we bought a Saturn Vue from Saturn of West Nyack which is now KIA so we also went there. The experience at West Nyack Kia was unlike anything else we encountered. The hated stereotypical car dealer tricks aren't how its done at West Nyack Kia. They know they sell good cars for good value and provide great service so we didn't get a whiff of hard sell 'let me talk to my manager if you are ready to make a deal today' crap. Mike Davis gave us all the room and time needed. He didn't try to 'sell' us a car but chose to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The test drive was just my wife and myself. Mike Davis just told us the best route to take to try out the vehicle. He let us discuss it while we drove the car without hovering over us. They beat everybody else on the trade-in for my old car and gave me a great price for the new Optima SX we drove off the lot. This is an overdue review as I bought mine in 12/2012 but this allows me the perspective of dealing with their service team, as well. Service has been professional, quick and courteous. I hope they keep selling Kia's because the cars are really a tremendous value but I think I'm going to stick with this dealership whatever car they sell.

To who it may concern. My name is Wayne Hicks and I just bought a Saturn 2008 for 10,000. I walked into your store and was greeted with open arms. Anthony shoed me one car and i fell in love with it right ther. I promiased him im bringing a check the next working day which was Monday. I gave him the check as promised. He then asked his father Tony about my old car. Tony told me he would give me 250 for it. I told him ok even though I know I could have gotten 500 dollars for it. I just wanted to have some money in my pocket. Anthony promised me i would have a check in two days. I wanted cash but they said they dont do cash. I was a litle sad but hey thats your rule I had to accept it. Today makes two weeks that im still waiting for a check. I went there Tuesday to find out whats taking that little bit of money so long to reach me when i even live 5 miles away. They told me to come in today so they can stop the check they sent out to me and re issue me one today. Well I WAS A LITTLE HAPPY THAT AFTER TWO WEEKS I WILL FINALLY GET MY MONEY TODAY. Wrong..... I called to let them both know that I was on my way there to pick up the check because Tony promised me he will cut one for me. Now to my surprise Tony and his son is off. I feel they dont care about me since I put a check in his hands now. Im so sad and broke that I have been calling every kia dealership that I could find to tell some Big Manager about how they are treating me. I dont have money for gas or lunch and neither one of them cares after they have my money now. I even just called your pther store that told me what to do. Their number is 845-462-1400. I was so pleased after buying this car and Anthony saw it and told me to tell my friends about Kia. John Monahan, at Kia of West Nyack NY, is by far the best salesperson I have dealt with since I began purchasing vehicles in 1971 !!!!! His professionalism and caring mannerism were evident form the moment my fiancee and I walked into the showroom. John greeted us cordially and it was clear that this was not going to be a "hard selling" salesman. He took as much time as we needed to allow us to find the cars we desired. Taking the cars out for a test drive was never a problem and we were not restricted to certain roads or predetermined routes that some dealerships set in order to highlight their cars. As time progressed, we developed a positive feeling that we had found the right cars and the right person to do business with. The day before we came in to purchase two new cars, I had a change of heart and asked if I could switch to a different model. There was no hesitation on John's part. He just asked what I wanted and made it available to me. He arranged for personnel at the dealership to give us a ride home and promised to take as much time as was needed, and as often as it was needed, to explain all the technological packages included in our purchases. If you are considering a KIA and live within the NY Tri-State area, I would highly recommend asking for John Monahan at KIA of West Nyack and, whether you purchase there or not, you will not be disappointed with the quality of service and courtesy shown to you by this young, dedicated salesperson.

Within 15 min I knew I wanted to deal with the fellas at Kia of West Nyack! Went in exhausted from 2 days of car shopping at your typical pressure filled dealerships with my husband and as soon as we sat with John, Internet manager who first contacted me about the sportage, and Tony (sales manager) it was so different! So sweet and patient with me as I test drive every variation of the vehicle (at least 5!) and when it came to make a deal there was no pressure at all (not that I was a hard sell, they gave us a great deal!!) I'm going to leave raving reviews everywhere and anywhere! These guys deserve to be rewarded for doing business the right way and making it an actually pleasure filled experience!! I just bought my Kia optima 5 months ago brand new 2013 to now find out that there is a antifreeze leak. I brought my car in for service today and when I got there asked for a larger car because I have a son and he comes with alot of baggage to always brig along the service desk told me no this was all they had and got back to what he was doing not offering any help or trying to get me another car probably because he had to stay past 5pm. He brought the car upfront to me and said have a good night leaving me in the parking lot with my 19 month old son alone to put all his stuff in the car. When I was finally able to inspect the car it had a very bad alcohol smell and had stains all over the seats. Nothing like my own car that is in good condition I understand they are loaners cars but you should have better cars for how much I pay for my own. After I got all my sons things in the car and began to drive away I turned on the heat which was unbearable and smelt like burning so I was unable to run it on my 15 minute ride home. When I was finally able to call and speak to someone they told me I would have to wait for sales at 8am when asked to speak with a manager the women was rude and didnt put him on the phone!! I had my husband call as well and they were just as rude to him and didnt put a manager on for him as well!!!! This is very poor costumer service and I will not use Kia when my lease is up now will I use west nyack Kia for any repairs in the future.

On May 12, 2012 I went to look at the Sorento or Sportage.. I met with the Sales Person - Jose Diaz he was very pleasant wasn't pushy or fast talking. At that time he took basic information what I would like in a vehicle. 2 weeks later I called him and asked could I test drive a vehicle. Hubby and I went on May 26, 2012 he had a car ready and waiting for myself and hubby to test drive. Since I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood Jose came along with me and tween/teenager. Anyway general conversation about the vehicle.(2013 Sorento). So we go in and discuss numbers hubby and met I with Sean the finance Guy. He was cool and right to the point. I was more impressed with the low tone honesty atmosphere of the dealership. I traded in my old 2003 Kia Sedona for a 2013 Kia Sorento. I was floored I had the car for 4 days I love it... supposed to bring it in today to have a sunroof added I asked could we schedule for next week. They even had breakfast-donuts and coffee and lunch time pizza and hot wings... Again it was the atmosphere was very pleasing.

They were both very helpful, answered all my questions, were not pushy and very friendly down to earth people. After the car show, I decided that the Kia Optima was number one on my list and on January 31, 2012 I took the drive to the dealership (from Bergen County NJ) to test drive the car. Amelia brought the Omtima up front for me to test drive. Before and after the purchase she showed me the features, how to use them and even set up my wireless connection for my cell phone. The paperwork for the sale and loan took little time and we sailed through it with ease. Two hours later I drove off in my new Optima (I ended up leaving my truck and picking it up later that week). They were fair with the price they presented to me (below the MSRP), so there was no need to haggle back and forth.I highly recommend them if you are looking for HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAIR and FRIENDLY peolple. I hate going to Dealerships to negotiate buying or leasing, However we were treat very cordially and every thing went smoothly. Perhaps I paid more than necessary?. Overall the people we dealt with knew what they were doing and on a busy Saturday had us into and driving away in our new Optima. They did offer us coffee and bagels etc. Altogether a decent experience for a change.

Of all the years of buying cars I have never come across two wonderful sales people like these guys. I was comfortable as soon as we started talking. I had been to another dealer closer to home did not feel like the man really cared (the manager I guess) That's when I started looking elsewhere and this was the second dealer I went to and did not need to go any further.They went through great lengths to get me the car I wanted. Mike Weiss and Mike Davis are not the typical pushy salesmen they treated us as friends. If they were unable to locate the car I wanted I would not have gone anywhere else to find it. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again for me or my family.

I purchased a car from another dealer earlier this month and two weeks later decided it just wasn't the car for me. I have had my eye on the KIA Optima for quite some time and after going to KIA of West Nyack I found the exact car I wanted. Jose Diaz was my salesman. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with; not at all your typical pushy car salesman. Mike and Sean worked with me on the finance piece. They too were easy to work with and helped make my experience as painless as possible. All three helped me transition from my impulse purchase into the car of my dreams. Mike and Sean gave me an incredible price and did everything possible to help get me into the ballpark of monthly payments that I was most able to afford. I absolutely love my Optima and I am so thankful to Mike W., Sean, and Jose for getting me out of my previous situation and into my new Optima. I had been to two other KIA dealers (in New Jersey) and neither one could beat the price or service I received from KIA of West Nyack. Felt comfortable walking into showroom...No one was pushy or made me feel like I just had to lease from them...Sat down with Mike Davis....He took his time with me and never rushed me..When I went back to pick up car he came in on his day off never getting mad because I had to change the time for pick up to 1 1/2 hours later...Would highly recommend to anyone mainly because buying or leasing can be stressful but not with these guys...Diane Cornwell

Jose was awesome as our sales man. He was professional and courteous at all times. Never pushy and was always eager to answer our questions. We purchased two vehicles at the same time b.c of the great deal Mike was able to get us. We walked in at 1:30 and were out by 4:00 with a pick up of our new vehicles at 6:00. I cant tell you how pleasant of an experience this was. Very different than the one we experienced two years ago at a local Nissan dealer. Thanks so much Jose and Mike.

After about two months and many interactions with numerous Kia (and other) car dealerships in the NYC area we discovered that there is a reason car salespeople are always portrayed as sleazy/cheesy. Thanks to all our experiences (including a horrible one with the sales manager at Riverhead Kia) we felt like we couldn't trust any of the people we were speaking with at any dealership wherever we went. We were so grateful to have found both Mikes (Weiss and Davis) at Kia of West Nyack. It was remarkable what a difference there is between how they do business at Kia of West Nyack versus everywhere else in the area. Both Mikes are very direct and don't "b--s" you. When they discuss prices and everything else you feel like you can trust them. And you can! What they tell you over the phone (or in-person) is what you get. No bait and switch (which we experienced at a couple of other dealerships). And when we went to pick up our car, there were no surprises. The dealership was clean and comfortable and our car was waiting for us, with a full tank of gas. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our experience at Kia of West Nyack (thanks to both Mikes!). And we are loving our new Kia Sportage!

In the market for a new car for my daughter. Called and spoke to Sean,who was very helpful over the phone. Went to the dealership to see a car they had. Was greeted by Mike, the salesman. Took the car for a test drive, car was the perfect color and style.Returned to talk price. Price was great. This was the first car we had actually seen in person, since we did most of our research online .My daughter and I left went to lunch, discussed it and within 2 hours went back to finalize the deal with Mike Weiss and three days later picked up the car. This was the most pleasant experience, I had every had buying a car. Never any pressure. Hats off to Mike, Sean and Mike they really know how to treat their customers. Thank you.

When the transmission went on my main family car I was in a rush to find a lease or used car. My husband and I planned a day to go to many dealers. KIA was our first and final stop. Greated by Mike Davis, offered coffee and water and he showed us around then had us take the Sorrento for a ride. He was very friendly and not pushy. Loved the ride. Mike Weiss then assisted with the Financials. He was very outgoing and what I liked was he kept in touch the whole way with what he was working on and the best options. They found a used 2011 with low mileage. My overall Experience rating did not get a 5 because there was cosmetic damage that was not brought to our attention. Mike Davis showed concern but a passing employee interrupted with "that is cosmetic, it is as is, nothing we can do about it." Overall happy with the 2 Mike's and the price was good for all we got.

Mike was fantastic. Friendly, informative, and helpful through the whole process. He made it clear that he wanted to help us however he could to get to our price point, and he didn't disappoint. He also was not at all overbearing or remotely pushy as some salespeople at other dealerships have been with us, and I really appreciated that. He was genuine and honest.

My daughter and I were shopping for my daughter's first car. We walked into Kia of West Nyack and were greeted by Mike. He took some information, chatted with us and let us test drive a car. While we waited for the car, we were greeted by the Manager, Mike. Very nice and personable and offered a generous trade in for our 1994 Saturn. Mike the sales person asked my daughter if she liked the Kia Soal. Her first response was no. He told her a little about the car while still providing us with the test drives of the other vehicles. Long story short - he was right and she loved, and bought, the Soul. We ended our experience with Sean. Sean was funny and had a great sense of humor! We ended up at his desk at 4:30 to discuss numbers. My daughter wanted to drive the new car off the lot that night. He said - no problem!! We drove off the lot with the new car 1 1/2 hours later. My daughter is estatic. After having "not so pleasant" experiences at Nissan and Hyundai, Kia of West Nyack was a pleasant surprise. They were all friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with my daughter's first car. They were not pushy and wished us luck when we told them we needed to test drive other cars just to be sure this was the one. THey said "see you later" and yes they did see us later that same day. They are a family owned company and it shows. I felt like I knew them forever and look forward to a long relationship with them between maintenance and repair for the Kia Soul and future car purchases. I would recommend them highly!!

This our second purchase from this dealership in six months. Having to get two new vehicles in such a short time was not planned and could have been very stressful, but this dealership made it relatively painless. KIA of West Nyack has knowledgeable, friendly, easy going employees who never made us feel pressured. On both occasions, they got us exactly what we wanted at the price they promised. No bait and switch, no "you don't qualify for that rate", no nonsense. We've dealt with a minimum of eight car dealerships over the years, and KIA of West Nyack was by far the best experience we've had. Not your "typical car dealership", and that's meant in the best possible way.

Fantastic experience. Best price. No hassle. Let me explain. After shopping every KIA dealership around for the best price, I knew what was doable by the dealer. I called KIA of West Nyack and Mike Weiss gave me a good price. When I told him he needed to do better, he asked me what number he needed to beat to get my business. I told him and he beat it, hassle free. Deal. I came in the next day to test drive the car and meet him, but while there saw yet another car and worked an excellent trade-in for the other. He gave me a great price for that one too. 1-2-3, we bought 2 cars. He had neither on the lot, but located the exact ones we wanted and got them in a few days. We picked them up this morning. Minimal paper work, his tream did everything, no surprises. Mike is a man of his word and very professional. Mike Davis was also great, explaining all the features of the cars. No pressure, just informative and helpful. And even though they were busy, they did not make us feel rushed. They just let the cars sell themselves and minimized the typical hassle. On top of that they buy pizza around lunch time for whoever is in the showroom, so you get lunch too! A nice touch. Other dealerships who say they have hassle-free pricing don't. These guys truly do.Great cars, great deals, great guys. What more can you ask for?

I did my homework online and visited many sites and compared many makes and models. I decided on test driving the 2012 KIA Soul. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up purchasing one from KIA of West Nyack. I went to the dealership on the defensive, based solely on my past experiences with car dealerships. I was throughly surprised at the friendliness of both the receptionist and the saleswoman Amela that assisted me. She was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who was interested in checking out a KIA. I also worked with Shaun in the financing department. He was straight forward and friendly as well. They did not call me or push me into purchasing. I called several times with questions, I spoke to both Amela, Shaun and Mike. They answered my questions right away and were very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership and especially Amela.

The owner as well as the salesperson was truly looking to make the sales process easy for the customer. No I have to go to my manager and the rest of the back and forth routine. My wife and I were in the market for a new compact SUV,so we visited many dealerships in New York and New Jersey. I can say without hesitation that our experience at Kia of Wesy Nyack was by far the best. At this dealership there was no b.s. and no games. We had done our HW and knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We relayed this information to Mike Davis, the salesman, and he gave us a price; we countered, then he brought over Mike Weiss the sales manager, who gave us his lowest possible number. That number was very fair, so we closed the deal after less than 30 minutes. Within a week our car had arrived and when we went to pick it up, there were no surpises or extra fees. That was refreshing! I would encourage any potential buyer to visit this dealership and experience their straightforward, helpful sales team.

My search for a new car ended at Kia of West Nyack. I had researched the model and options I wanted prior to stepping into the dealership. This helped as buying a new car can be a confusing process.I visited the showroom with my family to test out (seating arrangements, size, test drive, etc.) the Sorento. We were greeted by Kyle, new car sales, within a few moments of entering. He was very professional and did not pressure us into a hasty decision. We spent about 1/2 hour looking through and test driving the vehicle. Several questions were answered by Kyle, who is very helpful and knowledgeable.After a swifty negotiation process, we were all set. A few days later, we came to pick up our new car. Everything was handled for us (insurance, DMV, etc) perfectly and without error. After the new car orientation process, we were on our way. The experience was a great one (not what you expect when you visit a car dealer).I recommend you visit this dealer if you are in the market for a new car.

First, let me say that I love my new Kia Soul! I was really dreading going into another dealership to purchase a new car as my husband and I had been shopping around (we weren't sure which make/model we wanted to buy), only to be pressured by salesmen looking to close a deal. I was directed to Kia by a family member, mainly for the fantastic warrantee the company offers. When we first visited the lot, we were not approached or pressured by anyone, which I was happy about. After looking around for 15 minutes or so, Kyle offered his help if we needed any. At that point we were ready to talk about the Soul or the Rio. The negotiation was smooth and with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Kyle was extremely informative about the ins and outs of the vehicles and let us test drive both models (alone), again with no pressure. We decided the Soul was the car for us and we closed the deal with Mike Weiss after a very relaxing meeting. I must emphasize the lack of pressure on this negotiation - we did not feel pushed at all and that made this (what usually is a stressful) purchase a very pleasant experience. I picked up my car tonight and Kyle was a genius with all the gadgets. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership, in fact, we may be back for another car soon! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I have never written a review, but the service my husband and I received was so bad that I felt compelled. When we first arrived Anthony met with us we told him we wanted to see the Toyota we had seen on-line; his response..."it's out there on the lot somewhere, why don't you see if you can find it. It will be 20 minutes before we can get to you." Somewhere on the lot??? Why don't you see if you can find it....really. We did look through the lot, but could not find the car. We went back inside and told Anthony we could not find it. He suddenly remembered that the car had been sold. My husband asked why the car was still on the website; the response was "the guy who does the website is on vacation."Then Charles, who was sitting in his office, yells to us in the waiting area (we were never invited into his office) "how much can you afford." We just asked to see a car in the same price range as the Toyota. Eventually we were shown a car, however, it had a dead battery; he never got someone to jump the car (which I found odd). Instead he wanted us to test drive a car that was almost 4,000.00 more than we had wanted to spend.The only words that come to mind are bait and switch. Their lack of professionalism was astounding to me, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The car advertised on the Internet was not the car on the lot. The car was a used 2010 Kia Soul. I called and spoke to Curtis and made an offer by phone, as I did not want to travel 80 miles to be told "no". He called me back stating they would accept my offer. My husband and I drove the 80 miles to the dealership to find the car did not have a sunroof or fog lights as indicated in the ad. Mike went with us on the test drive - he was unaware of the ad listing. (I brought a printout with me) He confirmed it was on the website, and said he would let Curtis know. Curtis apologized and offered to put one in for dealer cost...$980. That was totally not acceptable to me, as my offer was made on a vehicle with a sunroof - I'm not paying more for one. He didn't want to offer me anything, other than a full tank of gas. (I had already assumed it would have one) I suggested taking $500 off the price of the vehicle (1/2 the expense to put one in). He went into his office, came back with the best he could do....$250 off. I thanked them for their time and left with all my money in hand. The car I was going to purchase had been on the lot for 6 months. Do you think they didn't know the listing was incorrect? They know it now, yet the listing has not been taken down or revised. Does the phrase "Bait and Switch" come to mind? Not only would I not recommend this dealership, but I would advise my friends to stay away.

I went to purchase a new car from an ad in the newspaper. I spoke with Anthony for some time and even test drove a Forte, which I loved. I told Anthony I was going to come back the next day with my son, his car for a trade in, and a friend who was interested in a car. When I came back the next day with everyone, Anthony changed the price of the lease on me and increased the down payment. His excuse was that they sold the car at that price yesterday so they could not sell another one at that price today, even though I saw the car I had test driven on the lot.
