I have been coming to Kincheloe's for years. The mechanics have always been friendly, professional and honest. I have my autos taken in at my appointment time instead of 2 hours later as your competition does. You explain what needs done and cost before work is done. I have recommended your service dept to others without hesitation. I am glad I todays world a garage such as yours still exists where you are not a number but an individual. Thank you for your not good but great service

I just purchased a truck from Kincheloe Motors. I had some issues I wanted checked, I had heard a noise. Instead of putting me off, they sent it to their service department. They found it needed a repair and they did it........and I didn't pay a dime. Some dealers would have said you bought it, repairs are your problem. I will recommend this dealer to everyone. They really showed me that they stand behind their vehicles. I had heard this about them in the past, but now I have experienced it for myself. You can't trust much these days, but I learned you can trust Kincheloe Motors.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kincheloe's and after shopping all day, I stopped there. I'm a retired technician and I work on my own vehicles. I immediately noticed how much cleaner their vehicles are. The one I purchased is extra clean, especially underneath and I found out that the owner purchases every vehicle and is very picky about the condition. I enjoyed the low-pressure buying experience. They don't put pressure on you because their vehicles sell themselves. I really feel I got more for my money here and will shop here again.

Thank you each and every one of you for 10 years of terrific care and service. Competent automotive sales, repair and maintenance provided with honesty and generosity of spirit is a combination that can't be beat. Today, you all restored my sanity. I'd been driving over three months with horrible low frequency noise due to broken motor mounts. Today, you fixed the issue and I have peace of mind behind the wheel. Also, thank you for inflating my tires today. That was a grace note delivered with a smile. This company is the best.

Kincheloe got our truck, which we purchased there, in for repair very quickly. We really needed it done fast and they were glad to accommodate us. They are smaller than other stores and are great.....very personal service and we value that.

Thank you for a service department that can be trusted to do the right thing! Remembering a conversation with mechanics months ago, I recently made an appointment, cam in, and approved brake repair which I thought needed done. To my surprise and embarrassment, the work had already been done 5000 miles ago by your team. I had already been in! I was gently informed that the work had been done on the front brakes and that the back ones were ok. This is after all four wheels had needlessly been removed and now needed to be put back on. So sorry. So glad that they told me instead of installing new brakes and costing money. We've been a customer for approximately 40 years.

It was a really nice experience getting a truck. I usually hate to shop for vehicles but they really mad it enjoyable. I truely recommend them for your vehicle shopping needs.
