I haven't purchased a new truck in a very long time , so I was getting that pit in my stomach just thinking about going to a dealer. I found a couple of trucks online at Kindle and stopped for test drive. Found the truck that I liked then My salesperson Denise found some very nice ford rebates . Then Fran came in and helped with the final numbers and I bought my truck! Both very nice and no pressure. Thanks guys

They had five ST models in stock, which was surprising since these tend to be absent from many of the Ford dealerships in the area. After we decided on the car we wanted, the following financial process was quick and pressure-free. It was a pleasure to make my purchase there.

I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ yesterday. Denise Kennedy-Watson located this vehicle, and the staff worked quickly to get it ready for me. I needed this vehicle immediately so I could return to Florida where I reside. Denise worked overtime and spent late night hours and vacation time to find exactly the model I wanted. I buy all my Lincolns from Kindle in Stone Harbor because of Denise and the superior service department -- especially Aaron Morrell, a licensed Lincoln service employee, who takes special care of my cars. Stay away from this car dealership. There was terrible communication and poor organization across the board. Mark is a liar. He tried to get me in with a classic bait and switch. We went to Sport Hyundai Dodge which was further away but found a much better deal on a much better car.

An expensive repair on our 11 year old car forced us to look for a new one more quickly than anticipated - obviously we don't buy cars very often... We called Denise Kennedy-Watson at Kindle who we have worked with to buy other family vehicles. Denise scheduled an appointment for us immediately, at our convenience. She made the entire process painless! She showed us exactly what we wanted to see and asked the right questions to help us find the car that was perfect for us. Unfortunately I was forced to look into buying a new car immediately when my car suddenly died on me after 10 years. I have been to a number of dealers but none of them gave me the quick and efficient service the way Kindle did, I walked into Kindle a little flustered since I was on a time constraint and I was quickly created by Mark Hampton. Even though it looked like he was in the middle of something he dropped everything and told me to sit down and he started asking me what I was looking for. We found a car that intrigued me so he got the keys and we went for a drive. I fell in love with the car and Mark was quick to get all the paper work started right away, I went in on a Saturday late afternoon and Mark stayed after hours to make sure the service I was getting was the best. From the sales rep to Jeff in finance it was a breeze, I had the my vehicle by Tuesday morning. Ultimately the customer service was a big part in the purchase of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer. Kindle goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfaction is 100%!

Our salesman, Mark Hampton was exceptional. My husband and I came into the dealership to see an F-150 XLT that I saw and liked on line. After comparing the XLT with the Lariat I decided to go with the Lariat. The only problem was that Kindle didn't have one in silver. Mark found one in Pennsylvania and in less than one week a trade was made and my silver Lariat was on your property. Mark went over and above to make sure that I purchased the truck I wanted. After owning only GMC vehicles for the last 10 years I was not familiar with any of Ford's options or interior setup. Mark did a great job helping me to get familiar with the different features. My husband and I were really impressed with Mark. We plan on returning to Kindle Ford for future vehicle purchases.

Yesterday we stopped at Kindle Auto Plaza to look at a couple of used cars that they had for our sons first vehicle. We were looking for something reliable, nothing to high end and something that wasn't used and abused. When I saw the car I liked online and inquired about it, I was contacted the next day by Brian who let me know that the vehicle was still there and when we could come down to see it. We decided Saturday was best, We arrived and immediately searched for Brian to which he introduced himself and was already ready with the keys. Then we went out there and he was the most down to earth, respectable car salesperson that we had ever met. He took his time with us, didn't rush us and was helpful throughout the whole process. We took it out for a spin and knew the car was in great shape and there was only minor dings and scratches on it, but for a teenagers first car it was a dream. The car only had one owner and less than 100,000 miles. We went inside and spoke to Brian about what the car needed new tires and some surface rust on the bottom corner panel and that we were interested in it but the price had to move. He never once said no and instead made sure we got the price we were looking for, because they weren't just getting my business they were getting my families business. We worked everything out and he even had them take the car back, detail it, buff the headlights, and once that was finished he even took our teenager son to the gas station and filled the car up for him, that is something you don't see with most dealerships or sales people. The added time he spent with us to ensure we had a great experience is why I will go back there to purchase my next vehicle and why I suggest you do the same.

I saw the car in the lot on a early morning Sunday drive. The description and price was the same at the location as advertised. So there was no wondering what the next pitch would be that I would not be ready for. The price was the price and I received what I thought I should have gotten on my trade. We received very personal service, and ended up with just the car we wanted. There was no pressure to buy "up" which is a very annoying sales tactic, and was never a problem at Kindle. We felt that our trade-in offer was fair, and our salesperson, Denise Kennedy Watson, helped find rebates for us which was greatly appreciated. Buying your first car is not an easy feat, especially when you're a young woman. Denise gave us a car buying experience that greatly surpassed any other dealerships we casually visited. She was friendly, helpful, down to earth and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Where other dealers directed their sales to my dad, Denise recognized that I was the one paying for my new car so she really put it in my hands. (That was something small but it was awesome!!) I went to Kindle Ford because of the proximity to my residence. Always had gone to Medford Ford since the 1970's. I met with a salesman, Mark Hampton, on three different occasions who seemed, at the time informative. On the last visit, I emphatically told him that I needed a payoff for my 2013 lease vehicle, which entailed the over mileage and scrapped wheels. He spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Fran (Adelizzi). The bottom line was a payment of $3076.. When I spoke to Fran, he stated that's it, car is turned in and paid for. "" No additional" charges. This was paid and shortly thereafter, received a bill from Ford Credit indicating an additional 561.+ for the wheels. I inquired with Mark and he seemed upset, stating I thought that was included. I called Ford and they stated, I should have been advised that the wheels would have been extra. On two ocassions, Kindle Ford looked at this vehicle and never stated or acknowledged the problem with the wheels. Secondly, I told Mark Hampton that I had a great deal with my credit union for financing and he stated "We can beat it." I then told him, I only wanted Ford Credit Fibancing to run my credit since I have dealt with Fords all my life, financing, leasing and buying.!! He went to the finance officer and told him what I wanted(according to him). Mark relayed that the finance person, Geoff Heap, who said it would only be a "soft" hit. Three days later, I received letters from 4 other financial institutions stating I was denied. In addition, I received information that my credit score had 4 "hard" hits, reducing my credit score. substantially Now these inquiries will remain on my credit for 2 years. I called Mark and he stated "No way" . Bottom line, I was misinformed throughout the process. It is apparent that, with Mark's statement, "We will get this done today." was his only concern. In fact, several times, he had to ask other people something and the whole process took over 3 1/2 hours! Being an investigator with the NJ Motor Vehicles for 13 years, I spoke to other dealerships and they stated what was told and what was done seemed conflicting. In summary, very bad information, if not misleading was given to me, if I had been told upfront what they were doing, would not have purchased from Kindle Ford. BEWARE

Our Sales Consultant Denise Kennedy Watson was outstanding, we told her what we were looking for and after going through several options with vehicles with her help we got the vehicle that we could afford and loved. Well, it is always about the sales person. 12 years ago I went to Kindle Auto Plaza to buy my 2004 F150 FX4 and I had a horrible experience. The woman sales person was not pleasant and when I told her I wanted a silver truck, she told me they didn't have silver and they couldn't get it. So I drove 20 minutes to the next dealer who also didn't have silver, but had one delivered the next day. So I never went back to Kindle and bought my next three new Fords from that dealer.Jump to 2015 and I start looking for a new F150. This time I get the reverse experience. My trusty dealerships salesperson didn't seem too enthusiastic to make a sale so I thought I would give Kindle a shot since it had been 12 years. Glad I did. I met Brian Losch at Kindle and had a great experience and he worked harder than anyone to get me in the truck I wanted. We originally were trying to get a left over 2015 but had trouble with the limited stock at the end of the year. I was about to pull the trigger on one and it seemed like Brian could sense it and told me not to buy it if I had any reservations. He said, "Hey man, I want you to leave here in the truck you truly wanted and not regretting it later. If this truck isn't exactly what you want, lets wait and see what deals come out with the 2016's". I agreed and held off. Brian called me a month later and said, "Hey buddy, a 2016 F150 just came in exactly how you wanted and we can get this at the price you want." I stopped by the next day and he was right. It was exactly the truck I was picturing in my head ever since I started looking. I could have visited other dealers in the area but Brian's straight talk, commitment to finding the truck I truly wanted, and his "Non-pushy" style made me committed to give him the sale. We lost our 2015 F250 during the flooding from winter storm Jonas. I contacted Brian Losch at Kindle Ford and within 2 days Brian found us a F350 configured perfectly for towing our 5th Wheel RV. Not only did Kindle have the exact vehicle with options in stock that I was looking for but they also offered it at a great sales price. Roger Bergeron provided exceptional sales service from our initial conversation, through the completion of the purchase process and afterwards Roger and Kevin Perry (Manager) addressed all of my questions and even requested the Service Department to double check the steering alignment prior to my signing the papers. There was never any pressure to complete the purchase until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend contacting Roger at Kindle if you are looking to purchase a new Dodge or Ford automobile.

I did find him, but to my dismay he informed me it was his day off and he was catching up on some paperwork then he was going to "Deliver" a car to a customer, literally deliver, bring it to the person's home!! I've known Denise Kennedy-Watson for close to 30 years.We met when my parents bought a car from her back in the mid 1980's.I haven't bought a new car from anyone else since then.She always goes out of her way to help me and this time she out did herself. I was looking for a specific package and color on a new 2016 Escape,and she went right to work.She couldn't find any locally, so she broadened her search. Well, within about 15 minutes,she had located the one I was looking for. It was located in Va.,so getting it to me wouldn't be easy.She had her crew on it,and the very next day they were on the way to pick up my new car and get it to me.They got it and 2 days later after they made sure everything was in tip top condition,I drive home in my brand new Escape.Denise is a true gem and I don't know what I'd do without her help. My experience there was excellent, I did not purchase there but went there to get my lincoln mkz repaired. Unexpectedly my car battery went bad. I pulled up asked if they could help told them the car was literally broke down outside the garage. The service guy (I forgot his name) got up got a box that jumps the car and told me to pull in. It was very busy. He wrote me up and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. The wait time was 1.5 hours. A little longer than I would want but the attitude from anyone that worked there was extremely friendly and nice. So that was worth so much. The waiting room was clean and comfortable too.

I was a long time jeep owner and last year decided to purchase a toyota pickup. After some time i realized it was not the vehicle for me and wanted a jeep again yet was nervous due to the amount i still had on my pickup loan. She was very professional and was straight forward with regard to the vehicles i was looking at. There was zero pressure and she did the numbers right in front of me. Unfortunately at that moment we were unable to work a deal yet she stated she would she what she could do any possibly get back to me.The next morning i received a call from manager kevin perry who stated they would be able to work the deal we spoke about the previous day and even took off an additional amount that i feel was fair for both me and the dealership.During my entire buying experience i never once felt pressured. I received a very fair deal on my trade and a very fair deal on my new jeep which i already love. Stefanie Dipeppe and Kevin Perry are great assets to the company and the Kindle corporation should be very proud to have people like this working for them.

Stopped in to see a specific used car we saw online and the salesman, Rob Walker, went out of his way to locate the car - rather than make us walk to the far lot. A deal was made within the hour. Totally unrelated to the transaction - we picked up the car the next day and as I am highly allergic to fragrances and Rob was kind enough to forgo his use of aftershave and instructed the car detailers to not spray the interior with the usual product. To me, this consideration was way over and above what one expects from a salesman.

My "Sales Master" Denise Kennedy-Watson was just that. With her many years experience she knew not to be pushy, but keep the experience on a car lot relaxed. She answered all questions and found answers if she needed to. During the sit down to talk pricing, she knew not to exclude the potential buyer from the process. She made her computer screen with discounts, rebates, and calculating viewable to both her and me.She worked with me,with numerous calculations, to determine financing using varied percentage rates, loan totals, and payments to provide a better option than my pre-approved loan I already had.The day I completed sale and loan paperwork, she and the finance manager were very clear to explain process and what to expect. I appreciated the clear explanations and answers to questions. I am not a person to make a major decision unless I feel I am fully informed to do so. I will say this was the easiest 'non-teeth-pulling experience' out of the 5 car buying experiences I have had to date.

We were about to purchase a 2006 Town & Country Touring Van from Kindle Auto Plaza. While on the test drive we noticed the 3rd seat A/C was not working. We told the salesman and he immediately had the service department take it for a drive and in one day the rear A/C was cold, so we bought the van. During the entire process, our salesman, Mark Hampton was kind, considerate and very helpful with our thoughts. The accounting department was speedy and helpful. We will be in the market to purchase another vehicle in 6 months to a year and we will go back to Kindle for the prompt service we just experienced. We arrived on the lot late, really only checking to see if they had the model I wanted. Once we found the vehicle a salesman came out to help us and we went from there. The staff was extremely friendly and will to make the sale even though the dealership had closed. They were able to work with my not so great credit and made the deal happen with a great interest rate. The only caution I would mention is the after-the-deal sales of extended warranty, etc. I was not prepared for this step and may have purchased more then I really wanted to buy / could afford. My fault really as I could have said no and not purchased anything additional but the sales person for this was good and as I said I was not prepared for it. Had I know this was part of the sale I would have research more about what is recommended for the extended warranty, service plans, and gap insurance. In the end I am extremely satisfied and will be well covered for as long as I own my Jeep. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealer.

I had a meeting scheduled for the first of July with a salesman at another dealership sand I wanted a second estimate My neighbor Joe talk me about how helpful Albert Thalheimer was when he got his ford truck so what the heck I went to Kindle and asked for him people went out of their way to find him. I told him what I wanted and to my surprise he got right to work then he asked if I had anything in mind which I did so I took him to the Cherokee That I look over earlier that Sunday, He said let me see what he could do after 3 time working with the numbers with Kevin Cerry they hit the mark I was looking for. I said lets do it.Albert got the keys and we went to the car, mind you Albert sales fords he open the door and to my surprise he pointed out all the features of the Cherokee.

We visited the dealership 3 times before we took possession of the car. We wanted a Lincoln MKX. The color we wanted was not available on the lot. Bill Rodgers was the salesperson that we dealt with. He did a stellar job in locating the car and interior that we wanted. Bill never pressured us and let us take our time in choosing what we wanted. When we picked up the car he went over many of the features of the car. We drove an MKX for 3 years and didnt know some of these features existed. (The previous dealership didnt show us any of this.) Bill then made up a quick-reference sheet for us to keep handy. We highly recommend Bill Rogers to deal with if you are planning to shop at Kindle. Check-out with all of the paper work was swift and easy. Everything was explained well.

My wife and I headed 50 miles south to Kindle auto plaza to meet Denise on an 2006 mustang gt, it had 25k miles mint condition except for a couple of dings and scratches, my wife asked if would could get a lower price, Denise said they would fix them, we were shocked, since we come from North Jersey before moving to the jersey Shore we were not used to this type of treatment, they were very nice and easy going, did not try to sell us, we knew we wanted this car, picked it up 3 days later all scratches and dings are gone, car is mint and we could not be happier, I have a Ford dealer 1 mile from my home and they could not shine Kindle's shoes, I travelled down there in a torrential rain storm because of the type of people you are dealing with at Kindle, I would highly recommend this dealership and Denise kennedy- Watson, they even put 20 dollars of gas in the tank to fill it.

A recent accident involving my former work vehicle, a 2003 Ford Econoline van, put me in need of a replacement vehicle. I once again turned to Ford due to the superior quality of the commercial vehicles that Ford produces. I drove to Kindle Ford to discuss my options with Kindle's Number 1 salesman, Mr. Robbie Walker. I have purchased several vehicles, for my family, from Kindle but this was the first commercial vehicle I have needed since 2003. My old van was a workhorse and I will sadly miss her! With the Ford Econoline van being now discontinued Robbie directed me toward the new Ford Transit. Robbie showed me the vast amount of handy options that the new Transit features. He took his time explaining features to me and made me feel that I was the only person that mattered to him at that moment. That is a truly admirable trait to find in a car salesperson! We then went for a test drive of the Transit and I was sold by the quiet ride, the performance from the V6 engine and the cavernous feel of the large interior. I had to stop several times to have Robbie explain features to me and each time I would remark more strongly "I LIKE this truck!!" I thought that I had kept Robbie Walker out on my test drive too long and was pleasantly told by Robbie "you take as much time as you need to feel right at home with this truck. Kindle has other salesmen to handle other clients but right now I am all yours, my friend!" This is what no-pressure car sales are all about!!! Robbie Walker has NEVER pushed me into the wrong vehicle, or rushed me to just make a sale, or treated me like I was a faceless number who was just there to help him make his commission!!!! Robbie, in my book, is Kindle Ford's second greatest asset with their best asset being that they sell the hardest working commercial vehicles this planet has to offer. Ford Trucks!! The new Ford Transit and Robbie Walker. THE winning combination and there is nowhere else on earth to have this Four Star combination but at Kindle Ford at Exit 10 on the Garden State Parkway. Always wanted to buy local, lived on same street in wildwood as Kindle my entire life until they moved to court house. Worked hard and became successful enough to buy brand new 51K F150. GREAT TRUCK, GREAT EXPERIENCE! got help when I needed it, got 5 mins of alone time to think as well. Perfect way to do business. Brain Losch had sold my sister a car a few months earlier and I was already sold to him from her experience. Besides she got to spin the "wheel of referrals" and won a $100. I have owned cars before but I have never financed one and I was very scared because how do you talk to dealers, how do you get the best price and how do I know I am not get ripped off. Were just some of my concerns. So I walked into Kindle and was treated with nothing but respect, kindness and professionalism. I was referred to Kindle by a friend and was told to ask for Denise and I am so thankful for that referral. We told her what we could afford, we told her what our credit was like and I told her what I was looking for in a car and she "said with total confidence that she would put us in a car that we could afford and she would not stop until she did. And guess what she did. It was painless, quick and easy. Denise really took the fear of buying a car away and I am so grateful for her. She was warm, friendly and never felt like a car dealer. It was liking buying a car from your neighbor and that is how it should be. She was honest, upfront and never once made us feel bad that we were not buying a brand new car. You can tell she treats all her customers the same way regardless if they are buying a 5000.00 car or a 50,000 car. We are not dealership lovers. After being swindled and left car-less once we were done with the dealings. on a whim took trip to Atlantic City. Googled best dealership in the area and Kindle Auto Plaza was number one...HUGE INVENTORY. Found two cars I was thinking about but wasn't set on. decided to give them a call and came across Mr. Robbie Walker and even through the phone you can feel his energy. super knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my question about both vehicles. even in 10 degree weather going to check every problem I have had from pass cars. figured we would think it over and call tomorrow we decide to go check them out. without even a notice that we might stop he already had it detailed and ready to check out. such a bargain this car was immaculate. his attention to our details showed instantly. it drove awesome. he gave us coffee to brave the cold and when you walk in his office you understand why he is the best. awards every where. it felt good to talk to someone who isn't trying to pitch you a punch line or gimmick just to get your name on a line. he cares because he is human and doesn't want you to walk away unhappy. with or without a car. Coming all the way from the EHT/Absecon area, you have to pass by a lot of car dealerships to get down to the Parkway to Kindle. Trust me, it's WELL worth the trip once you arrive. Being totally dissatisfied with the typical "circus act" dealerships and "special price" mirages, I took a recommendation to go to Kindle. I test drove 2 vehicles, made an honest and straightforward negotiation on price, and closed the deal and left with an AMAZING vehicle within 2 hours time. That is simply unbeatable. Go see Joe, Denise, and the whole team at Kindle, you won't be disappointed. From top to bottom everyone did a terrific job getting everything together with the new vehicle and I couldn't be happier.

Luckily I made it down the same day I found it. He had the car already pulled up waiting for me to get there. We hopped in it for a test drive; perfect. Once we got back to the dealership, Brian immediately tried helping me out. He knew how bad I wanted that truck and wanted to make sure that I got a good deal. I cannot remember the finance worker's name, but the two of them together, along with the used car manager worked diligently to get me the price I wanted. The first person I had contact with was Stephanie. She was loud and inappropriate with her language. She used the "F" word when describing the attitude of customers that have traded in their Cadillac for cars from their lot. Her exact words were " take this F'ing car, I don't want a GM anymore". I find this not only unprofessional but rude, not language that I want to hear. She also referred to the dealership as "stupid" for having this elaborate process to obtain keys for test drives, stating that her last job in Atlantic county Ford was much better. If she is unhappy there, she should leave. I did not wish to hear of her troubles or her personal life throughout my test drive. While waiting for her to find the keys to the car I wished to test drive, I had the opportunity to talk with another customer ( he was dropping off his trade-in and picking up his new car), he told me that the dealer had given him $15,000 for his trade-in and when I asked Stephanie about it, she said they were going to inspect and sell for "at least $30,000". I am sure that she was unaware of my conversation, only moments before, with the former owner. When I remarked that a 100% mark up was a bit much she became flustered and began to make excuses as to why the price would double. I understand making money, but that is extreme. I also found her to be deceptive in so many ways regarding pricing of a new car. I have direct knowledge of invoice prices from the manufacturer and when I told her of my knowledge, she began to double talk. I feel that the deception and attitude of this particular person was enough for me to question the honesty and credibility of the dealership for hiring such an individual. I do not recommend anyone go there if they are an educated consumer. They want to deal only with persons of little to no knowledge of car buying.

Bought many cars over the years. Wife wanted an Escape. Kindle spent time with us tailoring the car her needs. Patience, concern,and a real desire to please. We looked elsewhere but Brian stuck in our minds because he took the time and effort to get wife into the right car. Just enough technology at a reasonable price. The detailing team stinks but Brian is meticulous and actually did the detailing of the vehicle himself to ensure that I was happy (it is spring, pollen season, and the vehicle was a mess from sitting on the lot). Kindle does some great things for the community as well such as donating to a local charity (Marine Mammal Stranding Center) in my name which I thought was outstanding.Great dealership, great sales process, and the service guys I met were very nice as well when I took the tour. I was looking for a new truck did not know if I wanted a Ford or a Dodge Ram. So I went to check out kindle auto plaza. Pulled in to the lot and just started walking around looking at the trucks both fords and rams. No salesman came sweeping down on me and asking a lot of questions like how much do you want to spend, what are you looking for, etc. (which I like because it gave me a chance to "just look FIRST".When I was done looking I walked in the Ford show room, the manager was sitting at his desk, gave a real friendly HI how you doing!!!Then asked me if I needed some help? I told him I wanted to see some Fords and Ram trucks and go for a few test drives, and fine me someone who can do both. He made a page and the greatest car salesman I have ever dealt with came out and introduced himself. Mr. Albert Thalheimer. I told him want I wanted to do, and he said ok lets get started. Its a long story, the bottom line was Mr. Albert Thalheimer did what I asked of him got the keys to the vehicle I wanted to test drive, and knew the workings inside and out of both Fords and Dodge rams. And the features on both vehicles. After all the years of buying cars, (which is right up there with dealing with the motor vehicle people, post offices, etc) I can not believe how much pleasure it was to buy my new 2014 F-150 pick-up. I have never met so many people who could not do enough for me to make sure I was happy with my salesman and the vehicle. Would I recommend this deal ship? I was looking for a car for about 3 weeks already. No dealer would approve me because of me having bad credit, and my boyfriend having no credit. I came across a beautiful 2006 honda civic coupe with quite some miles, but I figured the price was reasonable so I would give it a look. I applied online for a auto loan and received a call from Joe, the manager not even an hour later telling me my boyfriend was approved with a low monthly payment at that ! I was so excited; finally a dealer was willing to work with me. I live about 2 hours away , and Ill admit I was a little scared about driving all the way over there and me finding something wrong with the car. I was speaking with the Robbie before I left and he assured me the car was in excellent conditions for its year and mileage. As soon as I got there Robbie and Joe were both there to greet me. They gave me the keys and told me to go check it out. I immediately fell in love with the car. It was in great condition and beautiful. 20 minutes later were sitting down to do the paperwork. We had a bit of a problem during this time, but Robbie and Joe both helped us get over that hill. About an hour later, Im driving off in my vehicle, so excited! It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Robbie is so enthusiastic, outgoing and most of all helpful. He even called me 2 days later to see how I was enjoying the car. I went to Kindle Auto Plaza to purchase a used SUV. Having never purchased a vehicle before, I was a little nervous about being taken advantage of. Once at the dealership I was met by Tony Canesso, who offered to let me test drive the two vehicles I'd been considering. Tony was very helpful and explained the basics of the two models without overwhelming me with a lot of information.Once we returned to the dealership, Tony had a scheduled appointment he had to attend to, so he had Mark Mentzer help me the rest of the way. Mark was the answer to my prayers! He made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. I have lived in the area most of my life. I have always started my car shopping at Kindle Ford, but have never been able to make a deal until now. Scott Baxter was able to put a deal together for me that no other dealer was able to come close to. I got more for my trade, a better price on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and a friendly hassle free sales experience. I had stopped in the dealership in the summer and told Scott what I was looking for and gave him a time frame on when I wanted to purchase. He never tried to rush me or sell me anything I wasn't interested in. Whenever he took in a vehicle on trade that fit my needs and wants he would call and let me know about it. I can honestly say this has been my favorite experience in purchasing a vehicle.

We had been searching for a particular car for some time. Each time we found one, it would sell before we could make it to the dealership. When my husband found one online at Kindle, he called and spoke with Mark Mentzer. Mark told him that the car had just been traded in the afternoon before and that it was a one owner car in excellent condition. They allowed us to put a deposit down on the car via credit card (which a previous dealer would not allow) and we made the 7.5 hour trip from Virginia several days later to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go. The car was just as described. We couldn't be happier with our Jetta TDI. Mark even called a couple of days later to make sure we made it home safely and that we were pleased with the car. I highly recommend Mark and Kindle Auto!

Inquired many times over a 3 week period, was updated but car was still not repaired. Let it sit for a couple weeks, inquired on the car, was told that it was finally repaired and available by email. The next day I emailed to make an appointment, got a email response that the car was sold. I had been very specific in my requests and was ready to purchase this vehicle had they honored my requests to be contacted.

The whole experience of buying a car at Kindle Auto Plaza was wonderful. When I got to the dealership, I was not hassled by sales people. They did come out and ask if we needed any help and when we said we were just looking for now they told us to take our time and if we had any questions or wanted to take a car on a test run to come ask. Later we took two cars out for a test run and wasn't hassled then either. I wanted the 2013 Dodge Dart in Laguna blue but they didn't have it on the lot. They were willing to have the car delivered from 200 miles away. Tom, the sales person, was very friendly, helpful and understanding. He knew his job and everything went smoothly. Tom had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained since buying a car is a big process. He even offered us lunch. Thank you for the great experience...I would tell everyone I know about Kindle.

I have avoided purchasing another vehichle for two years because of the usual pressure of salespeople.Just by chance I saw a Certified 2011 Lincoln MKX for sale at Kindle Auto Plaza and decided to test drive this vehicle.As I entered the showroom I was met with a friendly smiling man, introducing himself as Brian Losch.Brian turned out to be the most NON PRESSURING SALESMAN I have ever met.Brian suggested I test drive several vehicles and permitted me to take two vehicles home on different nights so that my husband and I I could get the "feel" of the vehicles. As a result a purchase was made.Brian Losch is an asset to the Kindle Auto Plaza and I would highly recommend this salesman to any of my friends.My one concern and this has no reflection on Brian was before purchasing this certified vehicle I found two machanical problems: one was the brakes and the other the front seats not heating properly. The Service Dept. kept my vehicle an extra day to correct the problems and when I came to the dealership to purchase the car I was told by th e Service Dept.the problems were corrected. Believing this statement, I didn't test drive this vehicle before purchasing and since then I have been dealing with the fact that the front seats barely heat up! I have had it back to Kindle's Service Dept. and have not had an adiquate response to this problem. December 10th I had it in for service and at that time Paul Stadnicar, Service Manager, was supposed to research this issue and promised to call me the next day. As of today, December 18th I have had no message from him! So much for SERVICEIn Rating the Dealership I responded with my ratings of Brian Losch only. He is a shining asset to your organization.

I went in to have my Mercury Milan serviced and to check the check engine light on the vehicle. I explained to the person who checked me in, we are in Kindle Care and the check engine light is on. I also explained to him my husband and I both work for the Government and were on a tight budget at the moment and can only afford a certain amount could he please call for the repair cost before they make any. He assured me they always do. I explained the problem was the fuel gage when the check engine light came on that is what the panel said. I had the car looked at previously about this and they fixed it, however it didn't take long for the same thing to happen. We left the center and an hour later I received a call from the attendant explaining my tires a low tread and I need new tires. I told him there is no way I can afford that I just told you before I left I was more concerned with the check engine light. He said you really need new tires I suggest that, I again had to tell him no. I also reiterated the check engine light and fuel gage problem. He said there was not check engine light on when they received the car. I my husband showed him before we left. Well when I arrived on site to pick up the car, I was greeted by Blain Paynter which at this point took the time to explain about the check engine light and they tried to find the issue with a full diagnostic on the car with no charge. I was under the assumption with Kindle Care and the extra $2500.00 I paid for the extended service plan with Kindle a full diagnostic was covered anyway for the premium cost. I did look at the Multi-Point Inspection Checklist provided and noticed the first check was green for, "Operation of horn, interior lights, exterior lamps, turn signals, hazard and brake lamps" I notated quietly to Blain Paynter the driver side head lamp blew out two nights ago. He seemed to be upset, not with me, however grabbed the keys to retrieve the car to bring it back in to check. I was ready to go, the car has been there for 3-4 hrs and I will have to get it fixed later. Over all this service center may have a few flaws but the people are nice and welcoming, I trust them with my vehicles and service. I have only dealt with Blain Paynter when I have taken my work and private vehicles in there in the past. I can say he is very assertive and polite. I find him to care about customer service and never does he show a bad attitude, for that I thank him. The only thing I wish different of this service department is to update your program to show when your profile is brought up that you have purchased the extended service plan so the attendant can better direct the service. The others never see this until I have to remind them, then when they look deeper they see it in my profile on the computer. I would 100% recommend Kindle Auto Care Service Department for your vehicle needs.

I contacted Kindle Auto Plaza for a vehicle that I found using the Jeep site's "Build your vehicle". I called and spoke with Brian Losch. I set up an appointment, test drove the vehicle and loved it. However, my list of demands for the lease could not be met, so I left the dealership in search of another vehicle. The next day, Brian called and said he and Kevin Perry worked closely and were able to offer me a deal that we both could agree upon. I agreed and went back the next day. All the employees at Kindle auto plaza were very friendly and helpful. Salesman Roger Bereron helped me decide on a vehicle that would suit my needs and one that I would be comfortable with. I needed a very fuel efficient vehicle for my daily work commute. To me fuel efficiency was more important than anything else. Mr. Bergeron reasoned with me that since I would be driving so much comfort should also be a consideration. And since I am on a budget price and value are also very important. He helped me consider details that I hadn't thought of. Mr. Bergeron had me test drive a Ford Fiesta SE. The sticker stated that it gets 23 MPG city and 39 MPG highway. I liked that. When I got in the car I felt very comfortable, not cramped like I thought I would in a sub-compact. The vehicle drove beautifully. I was very comfortable driving this car. When we got back after the test drive and discussed vehicle price Mr. Bergeron pointed out all the rebates and incentives on this model, I found that the cost was within my budget. Mr. Bergeron also worked very hard to get the best financing available for me, you'd have thought he was buying the car for himself trying to get the best deal possible. I decided to buy the car and after all the papers were signed and it was time to leave I found that Mr. Bergeron did not just leave me to take care of the next car buyer. He had the car cleaned and then spent almost an hour with me going over all the features of the Fiesta, even helping me Sync my cell phone to the hands free system. I had a wonderful experience at Kindle Auto Plaza. The salesman helped me find the perfect car for my circumstances: high fuel efficiency, very comfortable drive and within my budget. Thank you, Mr. Bergeron, I will recommend you and Kindle Auto Plaza to all my friends and neighbors.

My son purchased a Ford Escape and returned to Tennasee with it. The Salesman was very helpful in getting the car bought and paid for (same day service) however, after the sale is a nightmare. The dealership said that they would take care of the motor vehicle tag transfer and mail overnight to my son. His temporary tags were good until the 20th of August, as of the 25 he has not received his new motor vehicle information. He was given the option of a rental (He can't afford the up front money to rent) at no cost(HA HA) or don't drive the car. This is quite unexceptible!!!! Purchase an $18,800. SUV to sit in the driveway because of inefficency of your office staff. I have purchased many vehicles and sent numerous people to you for automobiles/trucks but this is not sitting well. It will be difficult for me to recommend your agency with this recent dealings. If you are unable to accommodate out of state purchasers, you should be up front with this information and NOT PROMISE WHAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER........... I am very unhappy with this whole incident......

We asked about an extended warranty and we were given all of the options and we were able to make an informed decision. I have bought dozens of vehicles over the years. Never have a had such a pleasant transaction, from start to finish. This week I purchased a Durango and a Dart from this dealership, due to the professionalism of the staff. I advised them upon my arrival that I did not like the "haggle game". They gave me their best prices right up front. I had done my homework for three weeks prior to driving to Kindle. The prices they offered for the vehicles right up front, were indeed the best prices out there. I had also researched the best financing offers available. Once again, I was pleased as I felt they matched these rates. Over all, a very good experience. I will shop at this dealership again!

We purchased our 4th vehicle from Kindle and Denise Kennedy-Watson today. We purchased a certified used 2011 Ford Edge. Denise was fantastic; and more than helpful as always. However we were disappointed in the finance manager Karyn she was abrupt and a bit rude during the paperwork. When it came time for her to try and sell us something her attitude immediately changed. She warmed up a little but did not explain any of the warranty or service packages. When we asked to see the book we were told "no". We did not purchase a service or extended package. After all of the documents were signed we went back into Denise's office, she explained the service package and gave us all the reading information we need to make an educated decision. It appears Kindle Care is a great package to purchase. Had Karyn taken the time to explain the package we would have purchased it. We will purchase many future vehicles with Denise. However, we will request a different finance manager.

I normally don't write these types of reviews but I must give credit where credit is due. I have used Kindle Ford for service and one other purchase of a Ford Explorer in the past and as recently as last week. In all cases, the staff (Ed in service, Brian in sales, Fran in sales, Peter in finance) were HONEST and upfront about cost, timetable, and follow thru. I believe the focus of the team was ABOVE my expectation from the initial consultation to vehicle delivery. Brian especially when out of his way to secure my car of choice. I would highly recommend this dealership.....after all, the cars are the same everywhere, but "the people" make an otherwise mundane task pleasant.

We had been in Cape May for a vacation and had some issues with our Jeep needing service. Loretta was wonderful to "squeeze" us into her schedule to get our Jeep back to us as quickly as possible. We had to utilize a rental car and Blaine had helped to place us in one. Not only do we love our new ford, we received excellent customer service from Albert Thalheimer. Albert worked tirelessly to find the vehicle with our exact specifications. He invested the time to find the vehicle we wanted, instead of just trying to sell us a vehicle he had. Over a several month span, we had many questions and concerns. Bobby answered all of the questions I asked, and explained all of the features of the new purchase.Bobby also followed up with a phone call a day or two later, to see if I had any questions. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!I have to warn you about this dealership for your own safety. I have been going there the last few years and experienced problems almost everytime. I took one car in to be looked at to pass inspection. After spending lots of money, it failed inspection. I was surprised when the same thing happened with a different car. Every time I call them, I have to speak with at least two people to ask for the service department...inefficient. Then when I actually get thru...Linda sounds annoyed like I am bothering her. It was not just my family either, apparently it is her personality. Hey Kindle, how about a direct phone line dedicated to the service department? I took it across the street to the other dealer and my experience was so amazingly positive and professional I was shocked I had been putting up with Kindle for so long. I am more than annoyed that they have the Chrysler dealership for the area. They do not deserve it. Recently, our third car went in for service to Kindle and a few weeks later we broke down an hour north because they had not properly installed the brakes and smoke was pouring out of the car. The very last time we dealt with them, this week, they replaced two tires. They lowered the spare under the car and never raised it back up properly. We were driving up to AC last night and we heard a noise under the car every time we went over a bridge. Sounded like a scraping or a weird clank right under my feet. I was scared. Once off the garden state parkway, we got to a safe location, parked the car and noticed the tire dangling a mere four inches from the road. Who does this? How can you miss a detail like that? You are supposed to be a flippin mechanic. Double, triple check, HELLO? We had to drive five miles like that to get to a sunoco garage which was closed. Thank God there was a Pep Boys opened late who raised the spare for us and felt sorry for us enough to not charge us a dime. The icing on the cake is the mechanic at Pep Boys (45 minutes north) said he heard "horror stories" about Kindle Ford. He also admitted it could happen anywhere. But three strikes Kindle, you are out. My family will not be returning for repairs. You can't make this stuff up. This is a true story. These are issues of personal safety. They have put our lives in danger. Do you want that for your family?

I have known Roger since he first started working at Kindle Ford. I used to deal with Tom Popanak but once Tom moved from the area it was a very easy transition dealing with Roger. I have purchased a Scion, Ford Focus and F-350 Super Duty pick-up truck from Roger for family or personal use. On each occasion Roger made the purchase very easy and accommodating. I will not hesitate to return to Roger when I need a vehicle in the future. I highly recommend Roger to anybody who wants to purchase/lease a vehicle with little or no hassle.

This is the 4th truck purchased at Kindle. Presented parameters for a specific deal for trade-in, rebates and pricing on a pre-selected stock truck and in 10 minutes was happy with the cooperation and eagerness to satisfy our needs. Traded-in a 2003 F-150 and drove away with a 2013 F-150. All within 2 hours.

After being dissatisfied at a Toyota dealer due to poor customer service and less than honest sales tactics, I paid a visit to Kindle. Lucky for me I had the pleasure of meeting Roger Bergeron. Roger was very helpful, honest and up front with the numbers. I didn't need to haggle over price or trade value, therefore having a sense of trust through the sales process. I was very satisfied with his professional and honest approach towards customer service. I was in desperate need of a vehicle because of hurricane Sandy. My wife and I lost our home and two cars. I went on google one night and found the Ford Ranger that I had been looking for. I live in Toms River so I drove 78 Miles to Kindle Auto Plaza to find the Ranger I wanted. I had a very good experience there and Bobby Lind was very compassionate about my situation. Albert Thaiheimer greeted my husband and I on the lot with a warm smile and hello and handshake.I was impressed by his good manners,helfulness,careing,and making sure we got what we wanted in the car and financially could afford it.He could not do enough for us. We thought the overall experience was wonderful. Our sales person was warm, funny and knowledgable. She made our time with her a joy and the process less stress full.I would highly recommend the dealership as well as the sales staff. It was nice being able to look over the inventory with out someone breathing down our necks and then once we decided, to have someone there more than capable to answer all our questions and break down the numbers simply without all the smoke and mirrors. I recently financed a used Ford Escape from Kindle. The overall experience was great. I had been to another local dealer the previous day and wasn't treated with respect or courtesy after which I ended up walking away without even looking at a vehicle. The following day I went to Kindle and was greeted by Robbie Walker, who showed a ton of enthusiasm and knowledge about the vehicles. He was more than accommodating and worked with me to test drive several vehicles, decide on the right one for me and get to the monthly payment that I desired. As a first time independent buyer Robbie and the staff at Kindle made everything easy and far less intimidating than I had thought the process would be. Everyone at kindle was extremely helpful. It was refreshing not to be bombarded by salesmen. We didnt think we would be approved for the loan but we were. Bobby was extremely helpful in explaining the process of the loan application. He answered all my questions I had from the loan to every detail about the car we had wanted purchase. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car as my most recent with Robbie Walker. I was hesitant when i walked in because of previous experiences with other car dealerships. The minute I sat down with Robbie he put me at ease and his attentiveness exceeded my expectations. He became more of consultant than a car salesman. He listened to my needs and overcame the challenges I came in with, "shakey" credit and a previous loan on my existing car at the time. Despite the credit and previous loan Robbie still got my in a respectable vehicle with affordable payments. Now I have someone I can always go to for help that I trust and I live over an hour away but I cant see going anywhere else but Kindle. Bobby Lind was a professional in every way from the initial visit to the check-out. Buying a vehicle is very frustrating for me. It used to be fun and I will say that Bobby was a perfect insulator in that he brought back some of the fun that I used to have when buying a vehicle. He diligently searched all dealers to get the exact soecifications that I required. He never made me feel like taking a vehicle that was outfitted with accessories that I didn't want or need. I have known Albert Thalheimer for several years. Whenever I would have questions about trading in my 2000 Ford Focus Wagon, he was very helpful, friendly and has had a vast knowlege about his work product. When my husband and I finally felt ready for a new vehicle, Albert Thalheimer was the "go to" ales person we wanted for our new car experience.On June 2, 2012, my husband and I stopped to see Albert about a new car. While we were waiting to begin, my husband went to the lot and picked out a Red Ford 2012 Escape. Albert went over all the key points of the Escape and its many accessories with us. The last thing I expected on my visit to Kindle, to "look around", was to drive away in a beautiful new used car. My whole experience at Kindle centered around Roger Bergeron who listened to what I was looking for, advised me as to each vehicle, and ultimately helped me to select a car I'd never have found on my own...and for a great price. He and Gregory Southward, Financial Manager, worked together to finalize the transaction,which included financing for a person with less then stellar credit. They were amazing and focused on keeping my payments within my desired price range. Even while servicing other customers at the same time, they made me feel that I was the most important person at Kindle that day. As I drove home in my new car all I could think was: "What just happened?" and "I'll never buy a car anywhere else but at Kindle!".

I love the Kindle Staff except Greg Southward. Greg was my only negative dealing with Kindle. Greg was a high pressure Finance Manager who keep pushing to sell me a extend warrenty along with other service options on me. He continue to mail those items to my house for almost a year until I call and demanded that they stop. When I took signed the final papers for my wrangler he kept pushing several sales choice on me even after I told him no. There is nothing worse then a high pressure finace manager when your trying to fix a new car that is under warrenty. The Kindle staff as a whole is dedicate to there customer and will work until the problem is solve.

Our family has purchased many vehicles from Kindle Ford, this is not by chance... This is my first purchase from Kindle and I am very delighted and satisfied with the entire process. When I walked through the door, I knew exactly which vehicle I wished to purchase. I was introduced to salesman Patrick Franklin who was very courteous and away we went for the test drive. I was accustomed to the vehicle as my mother has the same "Mercury Mariner" except mine is newer and better.. Once in Pat's office he began the paperwork phase, which for some reason didn't take very long as we were engaged in a nice conversation. Then I was whisked away to Karyn Lehmann's office for the finanial portion... Again, the process was not as painful as I last remembered. Karyn was very knowledgeable, informing me of all particulars regarding the warranty and extended maintenance coverage available to me. Once my insurance company wrote a new policy for me, I began removing my belongings from my "Old Girl", who was very good to me during the years. This car has come full circle, as my mother was the original owner who purchased it brand new in 2003 from Kindle Ford; then I purchased it from her when she bought her new Mercury Mariner from Kindle Ford... Joe can really sell a car! He knows and demonstrates all of the features. When we went to Kindle we were trying to decide between a Honda van and a Town and Country, Joe's knowledge and technique sold the car. He's very easy to deal with. There is none of the usual pressure to buy. It is a very comfortable sales experience and we would go back to deal with Joe again. We should have sent these comments sooner!

This is the first time I have purchased a car from Kindle, but it will not be my last! Dealing with Denise (and Kindle) has been such a pleasure that it has completely changed my view on buying a car. I had been looking to replace one of our cars for over three years, but every time I would go for a test drive of a car I was interested in, the high pressure sales tactics of other dealerships trying to push me into buying what ever they had on the lot would completely turn me away. My parents have purchased their last few cars from Kindle and have all of their service work done there also. When my father passed away last year I began to take my moms vehicle in for service. I have found that the service personnel are extremely helpful, courteous and accomodating. This includes the courtesy van drivers, the payment counter personnel and of course Luke Wilson. May I also comment that the waiting area and rest room is very clean and the Keurig coffee maker helps you get thru the wait.

I would like to take a moment to let Kindle Ford know what a fantastic asset they have in Albert Thalheimer. Any apprehension or anxiety usually associated wih buying a new car dissapeared moments after meeting Albert. His friendly domeaner was absolutly genuine,we found many things in common people,organizations etc. We were totally put at ease,he was patient and we never felt rushed. We let him know what we had in mind and he gently guided us in the right direction,answering our questions and making suggestions without ever giving us the hard sell. I have to travel with an oxygen tank so managing my time is very important. There was no need to walk the lot as Albert brought the cars right to the front door for our convenience.When we were absolutly satisfied and had made our decision Albert could see I was tiring. With that, Albert made an additional appointment for us to come back so he could take his time explaining the more technical aspects of our new car(talk about patient)he even programed our phones. We had researched a new truck for several months, and on the advise of a family memeber and a good neighbor, we went to Kindle. No one pressured us. We worked with Denise Kennedy Watson, who could not have been more helpful,in spite of injuries sustaned in a recent accident. First we looked at a "used" truck (300 miles) and liked nothing about it, Denise had said it was big and it was, a+ for her honesty and no pressure push for a new truck. We did find a new truck we liked and the price was right. We wanted to take it that evening. She explained before we could take the vehicle it needed to be prepped, and she had to go over all the terrific details about the truck. I asked if it came with a manual, it did of course, so we wanted to leave with it. She put the rush on to get gas in it and over to sign paperwork. This all took place as they were closing, but they kept the lights on for us. The truck was new and needed no prep work in our opinion, we live and hour-plus away and didn't want to drive back down. We are very happy with the proffesional, and personable staff at Kindle, an unusal find these days. On a side note, the finance manager was waiting for his spouse and said he had the same truck and loved it, said we would too, we do. It was a surprise to have him jump in with excitement to talk and show me about all the cool things the truck had!! When it comes time for another new vehicle, we will go to Kindle and ask for Denise. She made every effort to get everything in order so we could take the truck that night. What a positive experience, just sorry we waited so long after our friends told us about it.

My experience was far above expectations, I have been leasing/purchasing vehicles for over 30 years, and normally have an aversion to the "process" of buying/leasing. Albert was very patient with us as we changed our vehicles of choice quite often in the 2 months reviewing our options. Albert never once made us feel we were a bother, regardless of new or used, he showed us each vehicle with the same enthusiasm, even though his "commission" would clearly be better on certain vehicles, he never steered us in his direction.

We just moved to this area last February and we own two explorers and a mustang. We have been in for service for all three vehicles. Blaine checks us in and runs the quick lane. If he was the first face people were seeing at my business I would be very pleased. He is always pleasant, dependable and kind. My dealings with him have been impeccable. Please be sure that he gets the credit he deserves.The only negative experience we had with Kindle was with a serviceman named Luke or Lucas. We brought our old Explorer in for major service as our teenage daughter just got her liscence and this will be her car. We had it serviced for a brake problem last year by our mechanic in CT who commented on what good shape it was in for it's age. Lucas told us that he would not work on the car because it was in dangerous condition but that he would give us a good deal on a trade in. A third mechanic just confirmed the opinion of the first mechanic stating that the car is in good shape for it's age (95). I'll leave this matter in your hands but have requested that he not go near any of our vehicles. This is not how I would treat a loyal customer.Sincerely,Kelly Bomd

Never have I encountered a salesman with so much love for his job. These things come natural to Mr. Walker and I believe anyone/everyone would be privileged to work with him.

The Sales Consultant Albert Thalheimer went out of his way to make sure both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the purchase of a car for my wife which in turn made me go back to Albert to purchase a car for myself. Blaine Paynter is an asset to your Kindle Auto Plaza Team. I was greeted promptly and with a smile from Blaine. He treated me as if we were old friends and knew each other for years. He set my expectations from the beginning and assured me that my vehicle would taken care of. He periodically checked on my vehicle to give me updates and how much longer until it was completed. Blaine is the reason why I will keep coming to Kindle for my service needs (even though I didn't buy my car there) and future vehicle purchases. When I received the invoice for the work done, he explained everything in detail of what was done, and why it was needed. There was nothing left unturned. This gentleman needs to be seriously considered for upper management due to his extreme customer service.

My wife and I are long time Ford buyers. This was our first visit to Kindle Auto Plaza and were very impressed. It was such a great experience working with our salesman Albert Thalheimer. Albert spent a lot of time with us in building a relationship and trying to satisfy our needs in a new vehicle. My salesperson, Ms. Karen Lehmann, was knowledgeable and thorough. She followed through with e-mails and phone calls regarding my purchase almost instantly. Karen was by far the best auto salesperson I have ever had. I had a maintenance issue after the purchase, and Kindle came through to cover the cost of repair. We first purchased a Ford Taurus at Kindle in 1991. Our salesman was Rob Walker. He was happy, enthusiastic and knowledgable about all the products on sale. We have since purchased a 1995 Ford Aerostar, 1998 Ford Taurus, 2005 Dodge Caravan and 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. Each time requesting & working only with Rob Walker. We have used the service center for at least the first four years of ownership of the '91 Taurus, '95 Aerostar, '98 Taurus. I will not bring the '05 Dodge ot 2010 Chrysler anywhere else for servicing. We even bought a new set of tires from Kindle service center. I highly recommend Kindle Ford and Albert. The customer service and courteous treatment throughout is great. It does not change. If I call the service department or my great salesperson I am always treated well. This is the 5th car I have leased from them. The attention to detail is amazing. I am contacted in advance to remind me of any updates and or sevice needs. During the term of the lease Albert contacts me to make sure everything is working properly and I am satisfied with the car. When the lease is coming due Albert calls to make sure I have everything inplace. When I arrive at the dealership to pickup my new car Albert takes the time to review new items in the car and answers any questions. I am encouraged to bring the car back for any additional help. As a realtor I need to have a reliable car at all times. I recently took one of my F-250's to Kindle Ford for a nagging front end steering issue that another local Ford dealer had told me they had "repaired 100%" while still under my manufacturers warranty. Come to find out the lower and upper ball joints had gone bad and needed to be replaced, but now my original warranty is expired and I am left hanging in the breeze with a repair that will cost thousands of dollars. I explained to Luke Wilson and Paul Stadnicar my situation with having taken my vehicle to another dealer first while under warranty. They contacted Ford Motor Company and were issued the proper documents to cover the work under my original expired warranty. I cannot be more in debt to these two gentlemen. The staff at Kindle Ford went above and beyond to help me. I brought my car in for service, but discovered it was beyond economical repair. Rob helped me choose the right new car to fit my needs and my budget. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars. He made sure I knew exactly what was happening with each stage of the buying process. Once it was time to get down to finance, Greg was absolutely wonderful. He too was very friendly and he was able to get me financing and at a price I could afford. He also made sure I understood all my options and explained the warranties and gap insurance available. Throughout my entire experience, I always felt that I was being treated fairly and with respect, and that my ultimate satisfaction was Kindle Ford's goal. We are very pleased with how efficiently our recent purchase of a used Ford Edge went with Denise's help. A leaking tire problem the next day was handled quickly by Blaine's crew in Service. An "emergency" service visit to remove a difficult license plate from the car we replaced was handled quickly and satisfactorily. We saw a Mercury Mariner on the lot & decided that was "the car". After getting a price quote, we decided to sleep on it. We arrived the next morning to find it sold. Our disappointment was short-lived. Denise compared the Mariner to the Ford Escape, and we found that the Escape had the features we were looking for! She took the time to show us how the sync features worked and even set it up for us. I couldn't have done it without her knowledge & sales expertise. Way to go Denise!

When I brought my old car in for routine service, which is when I was advised that my best bet would be to look into a new vehicle. My immediate reaction was to walk into Denises office and see what she recommended. After a bit more research and a few test drives her initial car was the one I drove off the lot with. I know when I walk into Denises office I dont have to haggle for a price or question if I could have purchased it for less somewhere else. Thats the dealership I can feel good about sending friends and family to. Denise makes Kindle an easy place to purchase a car from as well as to refer a friend. My husband is in hospice at home. I told him I couldnt be away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I was a bit upset as I had had bad news from the hospice nurse and had to leave him and get lots done. I may not be able to leave home for a while without someone there due to his downward spiraling condition. He was so sympathetic and understanding. He efficiently handled my requirements. He showed me how to get the refund on the special and went over the bill etc. He was very friendly and comforting. He explained all charges. I hope he stays. He is new to the service dept. I have only been going there for a few visits and last time I was treated nicely but this time it was royally, by Blaine. When I come back it will be because of Blaine AND the specials, in that order!!!

We had test drove a few and whet back the next day to test drive another.We chose a 2007 MkX Lincoln and it was detailed and waiting for us the next day. Would highly recommend this dearship. This cars makes at least 8 cars/trucks from Denise. She goes the full road to get everything done & everything done right! She also makes it feel like family or friends. I've been a Kindle Ford customer since 1997 when I purchased my first brand new car from salesman, Robbie Walker. Robbie was courteous and answered all my questions. He really knew all the features of each car on the lot. Robbie even followed up with phone calls each time to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I have since moved to New York but still buy all my cars from Kindle Ford. The customer service at Kindle is the best. You have a customer for life!

I had gone to Benney Chevy in Mayslanding to look into buying a used SUV. They were very unfriendly and said they couldnt sell me a car. so my boyfriend recommended we call Albert, who he has been using for many years and has purchased 3 vehicles threw him, to see if there was anything he could do to help me. Albert was very friendly and got me driving a 2005 ford escape. The suv bennet wouldnt help me with. I will continue to use Albert and would recomend him to anyone. Very knowledgable. Thanks Albert

Recently I purchased a New Ford Focus from Kindle Ford. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a Salesman that seemed as though he really liked his job! I had been pricing the Focus at two competitors and just felt as though the salespeople at those dealerships were "too busy" or seem to be preoccupied. One even answered his personal phone while we were in his office! The salesperson at Kindle Ford was very attentive to my needs and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting me a good deal. I left Kindle with a renewed feeling there are good people in this world that care about you! Oh, that Salesman's name was Robbie Walker and he should be commended for doing a great job because i had a good time during the purchase. He has even called me twice since I purchased it! Thank you Kindle Ford and Robbie walker!!!

wonderful people and great dealership. this is the second vehicle i bought from them and they are just great. i give them 5+. i would recommend them highly. my salesman and service people are both terrific. everyone is very nice and friendly. my first ford dealership was awful. this dealership is just great. no problems whatsoever.

I have been going to Kindle Auto Plaza for 8 1/2 years. Albert Thalheimer has sold my family many vehicles. He has always been helpful and got us the car we wanted. He always calls us at home to check on how we are doing. If we call him, he always helps us with anything at all. The service department is also very helpful, especially Ed Rohrer, who helped me with a one day repair in May 1, 2010, during an emergency/family crisis when my car broke down.

I had been looking for a new Mustang GT Convertible back in 2005. Despite contacts with all of the local Central Pennsylvania Ford Dealers, where I work and reside, over the entire Summer none of them had still been able to locate or obtain an available one for me, other than one which was off white, the only color which I did not want. On top of that, one of the larger local Central Pennsylvania dealers advised me that if they were able to locate one for me, it would be subject to their $3,000-4,000 ADM (Added dealer markup to the MFRP)Although initially believing it would be best to deal locally, after getting frustrated, and having known one of Kindle' Staff, Ms.Denise Kennedy, for quite a few years, my wife and I decided to advise her as to my interests. Within approximately a month I was driving a new Red 2006 Mustang GT Convertible, with all the bells and whistles, at a great price, with good financing, and NO ADM. I am still driving it, with no problems, other than anxiously awaiting the opportunity to buy a new 2011, and give this one to my College bound son.Thanks
