Kings Kia is the place to go! My daughter and I visited many dealerships while searching for a new car for her. We met our sales person, Zack Miller, at Kings Kia. Zack treated us with respect, was quite courteous, and never pushy. He helped us figure out which car would best suit our needs, and then found the exact car we wanted! Running through the finance department with Ms Rhonda was a breeze and we ended up saving money on a monthly basis because of her due diligence in searching out the best possible lease. Two thumbs way up and 5 stars! We are most pleased indeed, and Kings Kia made it all happen hassle free!!!

I was fortunate enough to work with Tyler and he was wonderful!! I had looked online and found a car I had liked. When I got to the dealership, Tyler had it up front and waiting for my test drive. We quickly went over details and exchanged information and that Kia Sorento came home with me that night! It was an easy process and completing the paperwork remotely was a really nice way to avoid sitting in the dealership for hours upon hours. This is now the third Kia in our family. I think it's safe to say that we will be back for more!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked through the doors. This was after inquiring about a Kia Telluride online, even that was pleasant! I received an almost immediate response and was told they could help. Jason Hardin was my sales rep and he was very friendly and helpful. He was very accommodating when we came to pick up the vehicle and showed me many of the features of the car. It was nice to be able to pick the vehicle up, sign a few forms and then do the financing over the phone on Saturday (the next day). Rhonda was very helpful with this process. Thank you Kings Kia!

I bought a 2022 Carnival recently from Kings Kia. Tyler helped me with my initial test drive all the through purchasing and I really appreciated his service. He was courteous and never pushy. The price was straightforward without any ambiguous fees. The virtual Delivery (with Rhonda) was also a breeze. I'm happy with the purchase overall.

Received call from Tom Skeen called asking if I was interested in trading my current car for a new one. Who doesn't want a new car. We discussed inventory and price. Stopped in over the weekend and leased a new Kia Optima Turbo. Tom was very personable, not pushy or overbearing. Hope Tom is still there when this lease ends. This is my 3rd consecutive lease through Kings Kia. Highly recommend Kings Kia.

My overall experience was great. The sales team was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Alec Conway, our sales rep, was conversational & showed low sales pressure. He made the entire process comfortable, seamless, and definitely one that would encourage me to come back for future car purchases. Tim, the finance guy, called us back because he found us a better payment plan lowering our monthly payment substantially. Great work!

Drew Hollman was a great representative of Kings Kia. He is knowledgeable, very pleasant and presented information in a low-key fashion that took away any pressure we would feel to buy. He allowed us time to think about our purchase without a push and answered all of our questions totally. This is definitely the best approach to making a prospective customer feel comfortable. We also felt very good about the other members of the staff that we met. We are very pleased with our Optima and it was clean and ready for us to take home. We would definitely return to this dealership and work with Drew in the future.

I just bought a brand spankin' NEW Caribbean Blue Kia Soul this weekend from Kings Kia! Rachel, Larry, Eric, and Tim did such a great job. My car unexpectedly broke down. The engine was done and I finally had to bite the bullet and buy a new car. I went to Jessica Smith, explained that this is all unexpected and I couldn't do a whole lot. She was excellent, found a car that was a perfect fit for me and my family AND fit perfectly into my budget! I'm in love with my new car and she worked her tail off to make sure I got what I needed!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced buying a car. Floor sales making promises without coordination with management and when I complained the manger told me he did not want to sale me a car. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As a veteran I would recommend that my fellow vets take their business elsewhere.

Salesmen are very respectful, as to be expected. By the time we got to financing, the finance guru tended to be very pushy on things like additional service plans and GAP insurance. As someone who doesn't like to be told how to spend my own money, this process was not pleasant. Very few details are provided as to what is covered and what is not covered.

Having bought/sold many cars over the past 35 years, we generally have dreaded buying cars. Not with Eric Keaney at Kings Kia. Thank you Eric! Eric's honesty, integrity and true desire to do the right thing and keep customer service first was like a breath of fresh air...not normally what you find in a car dealership; comfortable; friendly; very pleasant and respectful. At the end of a long day for all of us, Jason helped make the closing experience less painful; even a little fun. Kings Kia was recommended to us by family that are repeat customers and we will continue to grow that tree of recommendations. Everyone there was really nice and friendly, but I would recommend asking specifically for Eric.

The car I received was good over all. And the buying process was quick and easy. Getting the Accessories that were to come with the car took forever. Had to ask for each one off the sticker. I have yet to receive one of them and no updates either after weeks of calling. The wheel locks did not come installed on the car and again had to be asked for when I bought the car. The floor mats were not in the car either and the cargo net is missing to this day. Overall the experience was positive but the post sale service so far has been lacking.

I am so pleased with the service I received. Jay Schnieders was fantastic in getting everything set up for us prior to us even getting to the dealership via email. Once we did arrive, Tom Skeen made the experience welcoming and enjoyable. Tom was very pleasant to talk with and courteous to offer drinks. He did a great job going over all the van features and was even available for questions via cell phone the next day. Whitney Lambert made the financial part easy, understandable, and quick. I am so very pleased with Kings Kia and when it is time to get another vehicle I will definitely be going back and requesting Tom Skeen.

I had to choose an employee to submit but I have never worked with andy.My husband and I went in today to look at buying out his lease. My husband talked to Sean previously so we worked with him. Sean was cold and arrogant. He asked 2 questions, printed off a piece of paper to show our payments, provided no explanation, then played on his phone while we reviewed. My husband had to ask Sean for clarification because he provided no information. I understand that buying a lease is not your money maker, however, bad customer service will make you way less in the long run. Sean needs to grow and mature quite a bit.

These guys are always the best. This is my second lease and it was as good as the first. The only thing I can feel anything negative about is the wait for the finance department to sign the papers. I think I came on a busy day and as such, there was many people in front of me that also had purchased cars. I have bought 3 Kia's in the past 2 years. I love the brand and I love how KIA backs up their product. I bought my first and 3rd KIA from King's KIA and I will never buy another one from anywhere else. The General Manager and his staff are amazing. No pressure, gives you all they can off on the car and treat me like family. The Finance Team are clear, precise, explain everything to a T and helped me get back my GAP Insurance from one of their competitors when I traded in a sedan for my SUV. Oil changes for life is another great perk. Plus, I have a hectic schedule and King's KIA always gets me in and out of the service Department when I am in for SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I also bought a used car from them back in 2014 and that was a very pleasant experience as well...

The people were great! I was disappointed that communicated via email for 4 hrs before my first visit, giving all the necessary financial information. Then spent an hour at the first visit also going over the terms and price and it still took over 2 hrs for the paperwork to be ready to sign when I came in to pick up the car. The people were great!

We bought a used 2013 Kia Sorento in November 2015 and they were very nice during the purchasing process which makes sense. The problem is that soon as we informed them, 3 months later that the car's left blinker stopped working they charged us to take a look at it. Apparently the car had the intermittent issue when we purchased it but we were not informed and they told us that it would cost us approximately $800 to fix, utterly ridiculous. Now on Father's Day (Yesterday) we were pulled over because our window tint was too dark (only letting 18% light through the tint) on our front windows and windshield. We told the officer that we bought the car with the tint already on it from the dealership. After he printed off a $130.00 SITATION they we have to pay for, he also told us that since we bought the car like that the dealer, the dealership should pay for it because it is ILLEGAL for a car to be sold with ILLEGAL TINT and he printed a document as reference to the dealer. I went to the dealership and the sales manager told me that it was not their problem and they are not responsible for that. I have called Kia and left a voicemail for the GM of Kings Kia and I am waiting for a call back. This is unbelievable that they put people in these types of situations!

Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. My husband and I made an appointment with our dealer Tom Skeen, and he let us know ahead of time he had some drop in clients, and asked if we wanted to reschedule, or if he could find someone else to help us. We chose the second option, so he set us up with Drew Hallman. Drew took several hours to show us different options and when we finally landed on the best one, stayed after closing time to finish the deal. A man from service and finance both complimented me on my choice, and were very nice and friendly. Of course, we had to talk to Rob since he helped on our purchase the last time! Overall great experience. My new car is fantastic!

Could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end! The vultures didn't swoop in for the kill when they saw me on the lot.I was able to walk around and look at the cars, then I went towardsthe showroom to speak with someone .... perfect! (I actually left another dealership because I had two salesman heading for me before I had parked my car, so I kept rolling). I was greeted by Drew Hallman - Friendly, easy to talk to and actually listened to what I was saying. I wanted to buy a car .... not lease a car. I needed car payments that worked with my budget. However, theSportage I liked was the top of the line and beyond my budget. Drew educated me on the benefits of leasing & answered all of my questions. Then he got Rob Bello, General Sales Manager, involved. Rob wasn't in a back office that Drew would slip to in order to get approval to wiggle on pricing. Rob came out & sat down to chat. He also listened to me. In the end, we all got what we wanted .... they wanted to sell a car and I leased the high-end Sportage with the mileage I needed at a price that worked with my budget - It was a win-win! Now THAT's what I'm talking about ... that is how it should be!I needed a car person ... someone I can call when I need something & know they will take care of me. Someone I can recommend to my sister or best friend - now I have 2 ... Drew & Rob! Thanks, guys!!

Drew provided me with all the information I needed to comfortably lease my new Kia Sportage. Being a young female I often feel I am overlooked or taken advantage of in the car industry but that was not the case at Kings Kia. So far two GREAT experiences at Kings Kia. I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from these folks approx a year ago. Then my wife needed to get another car so after shopping around I decided to give them another try. I'm so glad I did. My wife wanted to lease a new SUV but we did not think we could afford it. So I showed up there to ask to see what used SUVs they had. Drew Hallman and Jay Schnieders worked with getting me a good deal. Then Drew knew something was up and asked, "Jeff, what do you really want, because it seems like your not really happy yet?" Well I told him my wife really wanted to lease but we did not think we could afford it. Then I saw a team of people work VERY, VERY hard to get me the deal I needed. Both Drew and Jay worked and worked and worked. Their work allowed me to leave there that day with a 2016 Kia Sportage which my wife and I LOVE! Whitney Lambert was great with my paperwork and explained all about the lease and was very quick and helpful. This car dealership is amazing. Two cars purchased/leased and could not be happier! Since I have a 15 year old who will soon need a car, I will still shop around, but I know I will give this dealership the final option, because they will impress me again. Thanks so much!

During my car buying experience I asked many questions and received very good answers and a lot of patience from this dealership. The used car manager, Brian, was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Alec Conway was my salesman and he did a great job answering my questions, making me feel comfortable (no pressure at all) and assuring me he was not out to sell me a bad car. He even drove the car up to me from Cincinnati to Columbus so that I could take it for a test drive! Although, I am still unsure how their mechanics did not notice the exhaust or power steering leaks (which I noticed the night I got home from the dealership) during their 180 point inspection. But, I did contact Brian and he paid the bill for my exhaust part replacement at the Midas in Maineville. The power steering issue is covered by my warranty, which Brian also gave me a very good deal on. ($500 for 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on most major issues, minus the exhaust system). So, while I will be paying a $100 deductible for each power steering part, I am still a very happy customer and glad that the exhaust problem was handled very quickly and free of charge. Overall, I am extremely happy with my 2008 Subaru outback. Other than the 2 issues mentioned, my vehicle is in great condition, drives nice, was sold to me with brand new tires, and is exactly what I was looking for.

Drew Hallman helped us lease a 2016 Kia Sorento SX. He was friendly, knowledge, and took his time working with us. We felt welcomed, not rushed, and he made us feel like "old friends". My husband and I appreciated the time he took to walk us through the lease vs. buying process, and we really appreciated that he showed us five models (colors, trim levels, interior colors, etc.), in order to get the one what we really wanted. We also worked with Whitney Lambert, who was also very friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We ended up spending a very long time at the dealership, with our 3 month old in tow, and all members of the Kia family were welcoming of our visit. I appreciated the time Drew and Whitney spent with us, and the fact that our 3 month old was also welcomed, and will gladly refer them to friends and family.

Jay Schnieders, Jason Levy and Whitney Lambert were the "best"! I went in for an oil change. My lease would be up in December so I went into the showroom to start to try to figure out my options. Everyone was very nice and no pressure. They asked to appraise my car and I agreed. I went in for my free oil change and left with a new car It was a great experience! ( I hate buying or leasing a new car)

I called the dealership about the car I was interested in, and spoke with Mario Hood. He had the car ready for me when I arrived, and came with me on the test drive. I loved the car and Mario was very helpful explaining everything to me. There were two things, owners manual and floor mats that were missing, but Mario took care sending the manual to me, and ordered new floor mats for it. I started my application process online. Someone contacted me shortly after. I scheduled an appointment and visited the dealership the next day. The entire process was smooth, and convenient. I explained to the salesmen what I wanted and they made it all happen within a hour or two. I was happy with my choice and most importantly my monthly payments were less than what I had asked for. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I will visit them again when I am ready to upgrade.

Do not shop here for a vehicle unless you want more stress. Trust me you would be better off walking, than buying from them.We bought a used 2006 passat.The minute we drove it off the lot on 1/17/16 the service engine now light was flashing.Next day husband went to use it to go to work. It wouldn't start. We contacted kia that morning. They were less than helpful. Brian the used sales manager is very rude, condescending, and unprofessional.He first told us it was sold as is. Even though I have the buyers guide that says 4 months, plus We bought a service contact.So after much fight, they fixed it.Picked it back up 1/21.Drove it home. Did some errands 1/22 morning. That evening got in it to go to target. It was shaking uncontrollably.Contacted that night and let them know we needed the deal cancelled. Brian already wanted to cancelled it without our consent anyways.So they called back Monday agreeing. 1/25. We exchanged the cars back. I got my paid In full used car I traded With them back. And they got the passat back. Now, we are still waiting on our $1000 down payment and the title for the car. We can't ever get a hold of anyone. The GM doesn't ever return any messages left on phone. Bob Hauser. So we cancelled the deal 1/25.They told us about a week that night for our refund and title. Now everytime we talk to them it's different. They "finally" showed "proof" of refunding the money. But it didn't have our name. Or card number on slip. That was Thursday. Today is Tuesday. We still don't have this "refund". They will play games. And they will make sure you know your legal rights. Do your research

Our car buying process was relatively smooth and I found a car I loved. We finalized the deal and drove off. We had a few red flags when they contacted me three times to send in paperwork that I had already given them and then they finally realized they were looking at the wrong file and were trying to get the documents from someone else. Today, i'm in Columbus getting my first free oil change...yippee! Except, that free oil change is costing me $69.99 because despite the fact that my salesperson and the finance person told us multiple times about Kias amazing free oil change program and reassured me multiple times that I could use it at any dealership it is only valid at Kings Kia....two hours from my home. In a month i've gone from super excited, sending friends to shop at Kings and intending to purchase two more new vehicles in the next year (cash!) to being infuriated that I was lied to multiple times and we almost feel like we're waiting to see what else they lied about. What a let down. I feel like I just made a $45,000 mistake. Oh, and our salesperson? He's no longer with the dealership. When I called they couldn't even be bothered to apologize for being a dealership without integrity. Just what essentially boils down to a 'Sorry about your luck sucker!" Buyer beware.

We have just now purchased our 4th vehicle. We have dealt with Andy Breitenbach each time. I had told Andy that I will be back to buy a truck. I had called him, we sat down and looked over trucks within there dealership. Andy had got a transfer in from another lot so that we could purchase truck through Kings Kia and have Andy as our sales rep, and I out like to give a shout out to Sam Began (finance manger) he made financing made easy and understandable. We will be back for another purchase as we have a beginner driver that will be needing a car. Thanks for understanding Andy, for looking out and understanding we we are looking for each time.

Went here to purchase a new Kia Sportage. Andy Breitenbach was very helpful and the process went by quickly and without the normal high-pressure sales tactics. He was very knowledgeable, presented several great options for a car, and Whitney in financing was also very helpful. Kia has great deals and I am very happy with my purchase.

I loved the service i got from kings kia! If you do go to kings kia to purchase a car i recommend asking for ANDRE RODRIGS! he was very straight up with me and helped me tremendously! When i first went to kings kia i only test drove one car a 2009 kia spectra which me and my boyfriend both fell in love with thought before i could make a commitment on anything i had to have my father approval he is very smart with cars and i wasn't comfortable making the decision without him. Andre first offered that i could take the car to him thought he woks in ky so i did not. But i would not be back with my father till Sunday which was 5 days away and not being able to put a deposit on the car i was nervous that it would sell before then. so andre scheduled me for 10am on Sunday and assured me that i wold be his first apt for that day. when sunday came we went in and was greeted by andre who then explained that he also has 4 other kia spectras within my price range as well and that the kia i was looking at WAS still on the lot he explained that he has not shown anyone else this car so it would be here for me when i got back. so since i have already drove the car i let my dad drive it this time and look at it which he agreed it was also a very good car. THE BUYING PROCESS!Andre also made this go very smoothly for me and my dad the 2009 kia spectra was priced at $6,900 andre managed to get it down to $6,500 which if i had the money the car was worth 7000 it was in AMAZING condition with low mileage. i also but a 1500 down payment on it and the first estimate was $198/mo for 36 months which i was ok with then we went in to figure out all the last details of the financing and Whitney who was handling that aspect ended up getting us a MUCH better rate and got my monthly payment down to $175/mo 36 month which i was VERY pleased with! after that i signed the papers and left VERY happy.AFTER the next day i got a voicemail from andre explaining that they are currently trying to get a second pair of keys from the last owner for me and also explained that he looked into the car i purchased some more and found that right before i bought the car they put all new brakes on the car and changed about 4 different belts. overall i was very pleased even AFTER i purchased the car he called to follow up with a update which he didn't need to do THANK YOU ANDRE WHITNEY AND KINGS KIA FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I purchased my suv 11/30/2014, brought my vehicle in to get an oil change 01/30/2015. I asked the man if he can put the rearview window blade in the correct way. it was put on the opposite side, so when I would turn it on, the blade would go downward on the car, instead of upward across the window. They told me it would cost $35.99 fee to fix the wiper because they would have to take it apart. which I knew was a lie and did not make any sense. I brought it home, my boyfriend unscrewed it and just turned the blade the right direction. I could not believe they lied to me and wanted to make me spend unnecessary money. They came up with other charges that was ridiculous, since I only had my car for 2 months. I really believe they are about the money only and think because you are a women that they can just tell you whatever.

I am trying to get a tow for my car that is under warranty and will not start. I bought it in September and is now sitting in my drive-way not able to start. I have been on hold with Kia Roadside Assistance for at least 25 minutes and out of desperation, decided to use this dealerships chat function on their website. I wait for a bit, and finally Leah enters the conversation. I tell her I need help and she says she will get with the service department. As I wait, for around 10 minutes, I see that the agent has let the conversation without helping me. This is terrible customer service. If this were a life and death situation, like my car burning or exploding, I suppose I would be out of luck. I guess I am lucky that it just won't start.

I drove 3 hours to look at a car Kings Kia had for sale. Scott was very professional and easy to work with. After striking up a conversation with him I was most impressed by his former service to his country as a veteran. After striking a great deal, we arranged to have the car delivered at a meeting place that took Scott more than an hour to get to. Thus Scott goes this distance to make the deal work showing his exceptional customer service. I highly recommend you look up Scott in person at Kings Kia in Cincinnati. He will go the distance to make sure you are happy with the car you want.

Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Performance Kings Kia, they did everything possible to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and I have never had a sales rep more knowledgeable or more customer-minded than Scott Peeler. He answered every question we had and did everything in his power to accommodate us. We never felt pressured just the opposite Scott made the process informative and enjoyable. The next time we need a vehicle, he will be the first person I contact. The only reason we did not purchase a vehicle there was that our budget didnt quite meet the price of the vehicle we wanted. My wife brought the car to this dealer since we bought it there.First we had to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment, not as I would have expected.My wife brought the car in as scheduled and told the service rep about all the problems and demonstrated the issues.The service rep called back and said the car was ready. Number of issues corrected 1 out of 5.Please draw your own conclusions!

Brandon made an arduous process of buying a car more enjoyable and less stressful. I didnt feel pressured or rushed during the process and his effort to find me what I wanted was apparent. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Initially, I didnt think I would like a Kia, but after test driving a Kia Soul with Brandon my attitude changed. I canceled a deposit at another dealership because of Brandons customer service. After purchasing my car, he continued to provide me with excellent customer service when an issue arose with one of my tires. He immediately resolved the problem. Im glad I came to Kings Kia and plan on being a returning customer.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a "car person." Don't have a dream car, didn't tack pictures of hot rods on the walls when I was a kid, and have no freaking clue what language those dudes on "Car Talk"speak. That said, I bought a Kia Soul several years ago and it satisfactorily covered my automotive needs at a price point I could live with.I purchased my 2nd Kia Soul yesterday from Brandon at Kings Kia and couldn't be happier with the experience. I've had superlative customer service since I bought from Kia (oil changes for life, personal touches like birthday messages, etc). Brandon knows his product and well and his enthusiasm was genuine and infectious. He found a way to get the cost in the sweet spot and talked me through every number in a clear, concise way. I liken the customer service at Kia to Apple, and I get the impression that the culture at Kia matches the marketing - there is so much product support after purchase that disingenuousness would only backfire.I'm happy with my Soul and think Brandon sincerely put my needs first.

i found a car on the internet at kings kia they have a personal sales staff and no pressure sales i have walked off other auto lots do too hi pressure sales but at kings kia you dont get that you can talk and browse without all the bull they have a large selection of new and used cars with affordable pricing to fit almost any budget. just go and see for yourself it wont be a wasted trip.

I was looking for a car that would be affordable and also fit my needs. My original plans was to find a cheap car that would last for 5 years until I was finished with collage. That plan changed in a good way when I met Mr. Andy Breitenbach . Not only did he find me a newer car that will last me more than 5 year but he found me a price that was affordable. Now I feel great about the KIA I'm driving, it fits my needs, it's a 2013, and also low miles. I showed up this morning just thinking that I would test drive a certified 2012 Kia Soul. My budget was very specific and tight. Sam met me with a smile and was great the entire time I was there. No one ever made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. Sam reminded me a few times that "He worked for me." Not in a weird way, but in a thoughtful way that reminded me he was there to help. They not only gave be great service but helped me stay within my budget. HIGHLY recommend. You will not feel taken, or used. I had an amazing experience!!!

When I sat down with Andy last Sunday, I told him I equated the car buying experience to being in a dentist's chair! When I left driving my new 2015 Kia Sorento, Andy had single-handily managed to change my view of this process! He gave us his best from the moment we walked in to the dealership and shook hands with him! I would highly recommend doing business with Andy! Bought my kia in 2011, very happy with it. Received free oil changes with my purchase, some say every 3000 miles, some say every 6000 miles. Apparently no one knows. Scheduled an oil change, took an hour and a half for an oil change, when I complained about the time it took I had a very large man chase me to my car and corner me with my toddler standing there with me, it terrified me. Supposedly that was taken care of so the service manager convinced me to return. Wait over an hour ( has been 2 hours a time or two) for an oil change. I call to schedule and the people are rude. Disappointing and upsetting. Will not return.

My fiance and I walked in to Kings Kia not really knowing what we were looking for other than a SUV type vehicle. We arrived shortly before closing and never felt rushed or like we were holding anyone up. Andy approached us and started asking what we wanted in a vehicle. He quickly had us narrowed down to a few options. We decided to go with the Sorento over the Sportage after Andy explained we'd be getting more out of our money with the Sorento. He had us sit in the front and back seats to make sure it was comfortable for us. The back seats reclined which was awesome! We test drove the Sorento and Andy went over every single possible option he could think of that the Sorento had. He even took the time to set up the UVO system to my phone that synced with the Sorento. I also wasn't sold on the red color of the Sorento we test drove but Andy was able to find us a perfect silvery white. Needless to say we drove away that night with the Sorento and we absolutely love it! Thanks for the awesome experience and service. We will definitely be back!

Me and wife are upper middle class Afro American people who work hard. We decided to trade in our fully paid off Ford Explorer limited edition with all the bells and whistles. When we arrived there the sales man was nice to help us, but that was the end. When test driving the car the over head lighting was coming off the ceiling. Now mind me this is a car with less than 50 miles on it. So we were promised that they would fix it and the price would be different. The car is listed 27000 and our trade according to kelly blue book is 25000. So we understand that they going to tried to low ball us but the tactics were profoundly insulting. Like most dealership after you say no to the first number they bring over the manager to persuade you in buying the car. But this manager was rude and told us that they don't negotiate and if we find a better price we should go there and buy it. I never never felt so insulted in my life and would never recommend this place to anyone. I guess they thought we didn't have money so we went to another dealer and bought another vehicle that cost slightly more because there honesty and friendly attitude.

This is my 4th car buying experience within the last 5 years and it was by far my most pleasurable experience. Whitney wasn't pushy, she was very polite, professional and courteous, she help me pick out the best car that fit my needs. I was so pleased by my experience here I took my parents there a week later and they each bought new cars as well, Cadenza and Kia Optima. Within two months off purchasing my car, I took two friends their to buy their new cars as well, Sorento and Optima. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! They are amazing quick and professional! So very thankful!

I stopped in to Kings Kia to just look with my 85 year old mother. I wanted to make sure she could comfortably get in and out of the car. I wound up so happy with the Soul I bought it that night. It was getting lat, they were very busy and my mother was getting a bit shaky. I asked if I could come back the next evening to sign the papers and pick up the car. I had to work the next day and it is about a 30 minute drive with no traffic from where I work. The sales manager and my salesman offered to deliver the car to my work the following day and let me sign the paperwork there so I could get my mother home. That was above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend the dealership and could not have had a better salesman in Jamie Southwick. Thanks for making it an easy purchase and being so accommodating. BTW I love my Soul.

I bought a 2014 Kia Soul. My sales man was Jamie Colst on. He was a great salesman. He treated us like family. I traded in my kia koup and was looking for a 4 door vehicle but nothing too big. He mentioned the new brand new soul. We ended up test driving a manual and he bared with me as I figured out how to drive a stick again. I fell in love with it. The entire time I had my 4 month old baby with us. He was very helpful and patient with us. He got us something to drink, while getting the paperwork together. He made use feel at home. Great atmosphere everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean. Thank you very much Kings Kia, I love my new 2014 Soul.

I have a 2011 Kia Rio. Every time I call or go online for service it's been great. After a major mileage service, I smelled oil. I called and was told to bring it right in. They had it fixed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Whether I've waited or left my car, the service department was professional, courteous and VERY timely. Kings Kia has been one of my best experiences and when anyone asks me about where to look for a car I always tell them, "Go to Kings Kia"!!

I have been looking at the new optima and drove onto the lot just to take a look. I work in sales and the last thing I wanted was a pushy sales rep breathing down my neck... Scott Peeler approached me to ask if he could help me find what I was looking for and he was the nicest person I have ever dealt with. I wasn't confident that I was going to be able to finance a brand new car and was hesitant to even have them take a look to see what they were able to do. Scott assured me that they had one of the best accountants and that she would do whatever she could to get my in the car I wanted. He was very patient with me which speaks volumes because I am the most indecisive person ever. After I purchased my Kia optima I called Scott on several occasions with questions and he was there to help me whenever needed. I have recommended Scott to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I came in for service work and a quote. I spoke to Jeff on the phone and he made me feel very good about the situation and assured me that they would do their best. When I got to Kings Kia, I worked with Norm. He greeted me and made me feel very welcome. He helped me and answered all my questions, no matter how small or silly they were. He made me feel sure that he would take good care of my car and give it the best service. Norm not only gave amazing service, but he also took the initiative to look up if I qualified for any other additional deals or discounts. He also was prompt and timely. I went to Kings Kia with the intention of purchasing a new car, having test driven my step-son's car he had just purchased a week prior. From the time we walked into the dealership, Whitney Lambert made my wife and I feel very welcomed. There were no high pressure sales tactics and she was very attentive to our needs. All costs and incentives were explained to us and nothing was hidden. We purchased two cars and both my wife and I were very pleased with the service and attention received from start to finish. Ohello, my name is Sherhonda and my experience with buying a car from kings kia was fabulous. When I walked into kia, I was shown great hospitality. The sales person said ohello and may I help you. I stated that I would like to apply for a kia autima. The sales person was very friendly, invited me to sit down and offered me a beverage with a smile. I thought to myself, they're going to try to put me in something I don't want but that was not the case. I sat with my sales person [Greg Neftzer] and to my surprise I got a 2014 Kia Autima with a great price, free oil changes and free car wash. I was surprise but very happy. It was refreshing to see a salesperson like Greg Neftzer giving me the kind of car I wanted and not limiting me to something I didn't want and that my friends is something that's hard to find when going on other car lots. Kings Kia is awesome, they are the only place you can go and get as much as you get for as little as you pay. I would refer everyone to go and check out Kings Kia, you will be happy you did.

I'm going to be honest with good faith. I got in a 2008 dodge nitro with 148,000 miles they had for sale and upon me starting up the vehicle it wouldn't start up for the TEST DRIVE .....so then the service guy brought out something to jump start the battery.(red flag#1) It started at that point and me and the ride along sales person took the SUV for a test drive. Upon further inspection as I'm driving I noticed that the WINDSHIELD glass was cracked.(red flag #2) then we came back to the dealership. So the sales lady said they would take care of them 2 issues. I had a trade-in 2004 ford ecape with 182,000 miles on it with a rebuilt transmission & fairly new snow tires on it.I was willing to accept a trade In value of aleast $5,000 knowing the going market is $7,000 the dealer only wanted to give me $857.00 a major insult. I was gonna put the value of 5,000 with additional 4,000 to pay in full for the dodge. The dealer(manager) never introduced himself to me and kept sending the sales lady to me to give me a false sense of hope that made me more upset when I was ready to leave she kept telling me what number was i thinking about. I was going to give them my business on one of the COLDEST days here in Cincinnati temperatures below freezing and they had me come there for no reason other than to waste my time. And I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

John is an experienced salesman that understood our situation and helped me select a car that I had previously overlooked. I was blowing away by how great the service and friendliness was from both Rhonda and Jeff. Jeff was a no pressure but yet great salesman. Jeff was by far the best person to work with in my 26 years of buying cars. Rhonda made the finance experience awesome and easy. I plan on living in Cincinnati the rest of my life and will NEVER go to another dealership beside Kings Kia.

My wife and I had a great experience beginning to end! We came in looking for a small sized SUV (Kia Sportage). Andy showed us a Sportage and suggested that we get more car for our money and go with a Certified Preowned (CPO) Sorrento. Andy showed us three 2011-2013 Kia Sorrentos, all with low miles and a lot of extra features that we weren't necessarily looking for, however after test driving a 2011 Sorrento, hearing about the 150 point CPO inspection, the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty and the free oil changes we couldn't pass up the car. He told us a lot about the vehicle and even told us to call his cell phone if we had any questions about any of the features or warranty. Andy was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. Rhonda was also great! She didn't just hustle us in and out of her office to get to the next person. She took the time to talk with us and get to know us. She explained everything and made the process as painless as possible. She was able to get us a better interest rate than our regular bank that we have been with for almost 10 years. So far so good with Kings Kia of Cincinnati. I am scheduled to go there in May for my first free oil change. If something terrible happens I will post it on here. We came in to buy a 2014 Sedona. We had previously visited another dealership and had a competitive deal. We asked if Kings could match it. That was all, just match it. After crunching numbers, our salesman did just that. We asked if this was the best they could offer us and put in a counter number. He talked to the sales manager. The sales manager came out to speak with us, he was very unprofessional and rude. He was apparently told that if the deal was matched, we were going to buy the car. This was not something my husband or I ever said. We came in asking if they could at least match, that is all we said when we arrived. So at this point, we had two identical deals. I asked why we should go with Kings. All the manager did was yell at us saying, you said you would buy from us if we could match. He then said he no longer could work with those numbers and told our salesman to give us our keys back and asked us to leave. My husband and I bought a 2010 Forte from Kings 3 years ago. Although our experience was questionable back then too, we wanted to stay loyal to them and give them our business again. Since we've bought that car, we've had communication issues with the service department and the maintenance of our car. After today, I do not believe we will even consider purchasing our next vehicle from Kings. We are very pleased with Kia vehicles and will continue driving them, but we no longer feel comfortable or welcome at their dealership. I feel there is a more professional way to speak with customers and communicating that the offer is firm without yelling and being rude about it.

I learned a lot about vehicles that I did not know; information that will definitely be helpful. And customer service? Well, since that is something that I, personally, deal with every day with my job then I feel somewhat of an expert. My wife and I went to look for a new car after hers was totaled in an accident. We met Jeff Bowser as soon as we started looking at the new cars. What we liked about his service is he didn't try to push us into anything, He just listened to us and answered all of questions. He found out that I was retired from the Navy and a full-time student about to graduate. He let me know about both discounts and how they could help me in buying our new Kia. We were just looking and did not come prepared to buy a car. In other words I left my check book at home. We decided on a 2014 Kia Optima thinking we would come back and finalize the deal if we found something. Jeff was able to work everything out for us on a saturday and we drove the new Kia home. Great job.

I love this dealership! I had spent the day checking out different dealers and brands but I bought at Kings Kia and here's why. Scott Peeler was the most patient sales person I dealt with all day. I say that because I think I drove half the inventory at the store before I made a buying decision and he never seemed to tire of my questions while helping me to narrow my choice. Then I had the pleasure of interacting with his manager, Rob Bello for pricing. He is a very straight forward guy and was able to quickly point me to the vehicle that gave me the most bang for by budget buck. Between the two of them I ended up with a vehicle that I couldn't be happier with. Heck, even Rhonda in finance was great. She had me financed and out the door in record time! To sum it up, I got the right car at the right price and would gladly recommend these guys to any of my friends and family with no hesitation.

By far this was the most pleasant car buying experience that I've had in over 50+ years. Scott Peeler's infectious enthusiasm and his extensive product knowledge, together with some outrageous KIA incentives, made this deal too good to pass on. I had done my research on three different brands. Scott worked diligently to put together a sale for the exact vehicle that I wanted. He carefully walked me through every step and provided the pros and cons of each financial option. Just as important has been Scott's post-sale help. He's always ready to answer any questions regarding my new purchase. I fully expect to be coming back to Scott when I'm ready for my next car.

My experience at Kings Kia with Scott Peeler was excellent. This was pretty much the first time I had ever legitimately stepped into a car dealership so I wasn't really familiar with the procedure or the tricks of the trade. Scott explained everything fully to me, explained all of my options, and was completely honest. I got my new 2013 Kia Optima for less than $19,000. On top of that, Scott threw in a car that had the UVO Infotainment system and a bunch of power controls for free because that was the only one on the lot. He could have have easily tacked on some money for that or not told me about some of the deals but he didn't. If you want an honest and straightforward car salesman, find Scott Peeler at Kings Kia.

After viewing an add online and finding what I thought was the right car, and after talking to our salesman "Dave" 4 different times on the phone. We made a decision to test drive and purchase this vehicle as long as the test drive went well. I worked that night so had to send my wife who had just got off working all day. A one hour trip one way to drive this vehicle, upon arriving to KIA and looking at vehicle was texted by my wife that on the window was a sticker that read drive belt needs replaced and steering rack needed repaired. With full knowledge that we intended on driving this vehicle home (as our old car was totaled in accident), no mention of these problems with vehicle or even the fact it was set to go to auction on the 23rd was mentioned in any of our 4 phone conversations!!! Also with "Dave" being aware of the fact we would be traveling 1 hour one way, this to me is totally unacceptable and not to mention that most questions asked by my wife was dealt with the answer " you owned one you should know" being completely unprofessional!! This being our first time dealing with the dealership it will be our last.

I came to Kings kia knowing exactly which car i wanted to buy because i looked it up in the online catalog the night before, Scott took me for a test drive right away and wasnt very pushy trying to talk me out of it and into a kia which i was extremely happy about. it took no time at all for him to get all the paper work together and he did everything he could to get me a great deal on the car i wanted. Scott and the finance people helped me find the best loan and since i'm currently in the marine corps they let me sign for some great incentives. I've contacted scott a few times since i've had the car with questions or concerns and everytime i've talked to him he's been a great help going out of his way to make sure im satisfied and happy.

Found a used car thru their web site. Was contacted by the internet department the next morning and was asked if I wanted to take the car for a test drive that evening. Since they asked if I wanted to take the car for a drive I assumed the car was on the lot. So I left the house and went to the dealership to check out the car. I was met by a salesmen and he told me to hold on to go get the keys. I walked over to the used car area and waited for the salesmen to meet me. He came out and told me the car had been sent to auction the day before. I know that inventory gets rotated/sold but the least you can do is take a few minutes of your time to walk out and see if the car is there. If you sold it no big deal, but to send it off for auction the day before and send me a message the next day to take it for a test drive,, really?? ?? I was contacted later the same day by another internet salesmen who asked how my experience was. I called him back and left a message with my dissatisfaction. Surprise no call back no apology. At least man up on you mistake. Poor customer service!

Well I purchased the f150 4x4 that I always wanted on 6/16/13. Truck came with a warranty that I thought was going to give me piece of mind and security in buying the truck used. After 2 weeks of owning the truck I started hearing noise coming from the engine and took it back to their service department. There I was told they couldn't handle the diagnostic and refereed my to their sister store. Now I'm faced with a truck that I can't use due to them wanting me to authorize work so that their warranty company can decide whether or not they are going to do the repairs. If they decide not to do the repairs I'm responsible for all the costs incurred. What good did it do me to buy this vehicle with a warranty if the dealer isn't going to honor it unless someone else is paying for it? I'm now looking at $2000 in repairs.... 7/6/13....Well now 3 weeks later I finally get some answers and getting some things fixed. After a short dispute and a long time waiting on the warranty company to make a decision they are going to replace the cam phasers on the engine. At this point the dealer is starting to help more now that management has stepped in. They are paying for the tear down of the engine that was required by the warranty company that wasn't covered by them even though they wouldn't make a decision without it being done. There is still one more repair that needs to be done that the warranty company won't cover being the rear main seal. I think that the dealer thought they had fixed the oil leak when they replaced the oil pan gasket and cleaned everything up but the rear main seal was the cause of the oil leak. With the fact that after the repairs the truck sat on the lot, it took a while for it to expose its self again. So after waiting another week (total 4 weeks) the dealer is going to look into it after finishing the warranty repair....8/6/13....Well I waited and again the dealer is not willing to admitted they made a mistake when they overlooked the rear main seal leak upon their used car intake inspection. Now they want me to foot half the bill to make the repairs. Once again another $500 that they want. I guess half is better than nothing but when you look at the trade in value and what I paid for the truck there is still plenty of room for them to eat the cost. As they well know if they would have diagnosed the rear main seal leak in the beginning they wouldn't even be in this position. They would have wholesaled or auctioned the truck and never would have put it on their lot. But now its my problem and my fault that I bought a broken truck which was supposed to be a certified used vehicle from what I thought would be a reputable dealer.

When we arrrived at the dealership, we immediately began looking at the Sorentos, which is what we had been wanting. A young man approached us (Andy), and began assisting us. He was far from pushy, but did all the right things. He started asking us what features we wanted so that we could begin narrowing down our choices. We discussed things such as color, price, extras, etc. Within a short time, we agreed on one of the models that we wanted to test drive. We loved the new 2014 Kia that we test drove, and that's actually the one we ended up purchasing. I would have to say the fact that the one we test-drove, is the same one we purchased, speaks highly of the fact that Andy did ask all the right questions. Those questions were what helped us make our decision, even though we had so many vehicles to choose from. The dealership was past closing time, but not one person there indicated that they were in a hurry to finish up. We returned the next day to complete the purchase. The Sorento was detailed and ready to go. We were shown the features and how to use them. Everyone was very helpful, and friendly. Again, due to my husband's work schedule, it was past closing time, but none of the staff made us seem rushed. There was some minor damage due to hail from earlier in the week before we purchased our Sorento, and, as promised, the necessary repairs were done the following week. We would return to this same dealership in the future, and also recommend them to our friends and family that are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Jamie was excellent. We told him our price range, our needs, and choice of cars we were considering. Jamie did not try tosell us a different car or increase our price range. He listened and showed us the cars. He pointed out the best of each and what to consider. Rhonda was great. She too listened, explained in detail, and got us in our new car.The dealership was fair in our trade in and everyone we talked to was excellent. As a father taking his daughter to buy her first new car...I will soon be taking my other daughter to Kings Kia to buy her new car. For the record, I had purchased two new cars from Castrucci Ford but left them because of their poor service. His no preasure approach put my wife and I at ease, and throughout the whole process he took the time to answer all our questions. I completed Kings Kia's financing application online and within minutes received a call from Sam. I explained exactly what my husband and I were looking for and he provided the financing information we were eligible for. I let him know that we would be in within the next two days for a test drive. The next day I called the dealership an hour before closing to see if I could swing by on short notice. I spoke with Cody. He let me know that it wasn't a problem at all for us to stop over. I let him know what I wanted exactly. He was very friendly and professional on the phone. Once we arrived, Cody had the vehicle pulled up and ready for the test drive. Cody had an appointment arrive at the same time my husband and I did. Cody was very apologetic that he couldn't ride along with us for the test drive but asked Dave to assist us. Dave was also very friendly and helpful. He told us all of the features and rode along with us for the drive. When we were done, we wanted to start the financing process. Dave helped us get the best deal with no hassle, fuss, or haggling. Cody popped in and also helped us with questions and discussed additional plans that would help elongate the life of the vehicle. Laura assisted with all of the final financing and signing. She was friendly, efficient, and had us in and out of the office in no time. The entire process was hassle free, simple, and all-in-all the best car buying experience we've ever had. Steve went out of his way to find the exact, specific car my wife wanted.....we had numerous conversations, as he did his very best to exceed all customer expectations.....he worked with us on details such as color, equipment, and service issues, which he has since followed up on with us......At first we were a bit apart on price but Steve made it happen by negotiating in good faith and enabling us to reach a deal.....the entire process was completed in an efficient and professional manner and now (2 1/2 years later) we have never regretted buying the vehicle....I would highly recommend Steve Pedicone and the professionals at Kings Kia to anyone looking to buy a great vehicle at a fair price and expecting honest, courteous treatment and customer service.........................................Philip Domski

I recently had an awesome experience with Kings Kia which I'd like to share. A few months ago I purchased a used vehicle from them and unfortunately, not long after the purchase, I encountered some unforeseen and fairly serious mechanical problems. Because the vehicle was older, it was out of warranty and I had limited options outside of incurring the costs for the repairs. Obviously, I was a little frustrated. But believing Kings Kia would not intentionally sell me a car that had a bunch of problems, and because I had my eye on a new Kia Optima, I decided to see if they were willing to work another deal. And I am overwhelming pleased to report that not only did they take the original car back with no additional costs to me, but also they gave me a fantastic deal on my brand new Optima. Working with Rob Bello (sales manager), Katy Metz (sales) and Laura (finance) was a pleasure. They all went over and above to make sure I was happy and that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of. I know taking back a used vehicle and redoing the financing in such a short amount of time can be painful for a dealer. But everyone was simply focused on making sure I was happy. I would absolutely recommend Kings Kia. They definitely have a "customer first" mentality. They took an unfortunate situation, completely turned it around and I got a great car at a great price. And of course, Kings Kia gets a new loyal customer (me).

Nic Castrucci is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Between him and the sales manager Rob I had the best experience ever in a car dealership. If anyone looks at this site to find a salesman to see at Kings Kia they need to deal with Nic Castrucci. He was so friendly, was never pushy and did everything he could to get us a great deal! Nic was awesome during the whole process including after our purchase. He has followed up with us by email, regular mail and by phone to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and to make sure we understood all our features. Thanks again Nic for such a great experience!!!

We have bought 4 Kias from this dealership, the last 2 from Kathy Metz. She is AWESOME! Easy to work with, and gets you a great deal! No pressure, but she works to get you a deal you are very happy with. After the sale, Scott and Sarah in service ROCK! They are always there to help us and keep our cars/SUVs in top shape! How could anyone go anywhere else???

The worst experience I have ever had. This is the second car I have bought in past 12 months from Kings Kia. The first sale went perfect but the second was horrible from the beginning. It was so bad that I wish I could give all zeros. The only thing this dealership is concerned about is the sale...as long as they get your money they are happy. They could care less about the xxxx they put you through. So now let me explain my horrible experience I experienced with Kings Kia.I went into dealership not to buy the second car but to obtain paperwork on the first car. Unfortunately the first car was in an accident and was totalled. The insurance company needed additional paperwork. After talking to Greg he started working a deal on second car. While working the deal he became loud, rude and offensive. He raised his voice and slammed the paperwork down on desk and said You have bought your last car here. I stood up and walked out. I didn't even get to my car and he came back out. You don't know how much I regret going back into dealership and finalizing the deal. I should of walked. No one should have to take unprofessional behavior and sales tactics. Why would a salesman say when you get your survey about your experience rate them a 10 that is how I get paid? Another example of how the dealership is only concerned about their needs not yours. Unfortunately I signed the paperwork. The car could not be delivered for several days to install the upgrades and I was okay with that.This is where more problems occured and continued for over a month. Part of the deal was to was to remove the wheel rims and put the wheel rims from 1st Kia to the second. I even had to go home pick them up and return them to Kia which I did. I even have paperwork stating this was to be done. Guess what ? They never did. When I went to pick up the car it was agreed on by the salesman, service department and myself that the window rain guards were installed wrong. I was told to go ahead and take the car and they would order new rain guards and call me to schedule the rain guards to be removed and new ones installed. The service department wrote my name and phone number on a small piece of white scratch paper and said they would call. Guess what? I never received a call. I called Greg for 3 days and left messages for him to call me back. Guess what? Greg never returned the calls. I finally kept calling and Greg finally took the call. He had the service department call me. So I schedule the appointment and was told they would be able to remove the rain guards and I could wait for work to be done and take the car home that day. So I show up for the appointment and they looked at me like I was crazy. The could not find the work order in their computer. Here they sheduled the appointment under the first Kia that was totalled. They then want me to point out how the rain guards were installed improperly and how should they be installed. So they start working on the car and I waited in waiting room for about one hour. Then they came out to me and said we aren't going to complete the work today. They said they did not have the adhesive to install the guards. Which later I found out was a lie. They said I would have to leave the car and they gave me a loaner car. They said the adhesive would be overnighted to them and the work would be completed the next day and they would call me the next day. Guess what? Never received a call the next day so I called them. This is when I found out there was another problem. If I never called they would not of communicated the new problem. When they went to remove the rain guard they damaged the molding on car and that now needed to be replaced. Thats where I lost all confidence, faith and trust in the dealership. So I then got the General Manager involved. I spoke with him on the phone and I thought he understood. I went up there to see the car and to speak to him further. When I arrived at dealership I found out my car wasn't there. I wanted to see the further damage they had done. So now I'm in the show room with General Manager and Greg. This is where they wanted to bully me them 2 against me. After all I went through they show once again their unprofessional behavior. I'm standing in showroom and they couldn't understand why I was upset and the General Manager allows Greg to call me a liar. Why would I lie. I have paperwork to back up what I was saying. For a General Manger to allow his salesman to display unprofessional behavior and to call a customer names shows you how the dealership is only for themselves and not the customer. My friend now walks in. Then the General Manager and Greg's attitude change. My friend could confirm everything I said. Greg then walks away. The General Manager then confirms everything I said but 10 minutes ago was allowing his employee to treat me that way. So Greg you are right I have bought my last car from Kings Kia. You got your wish.

This trip to Kings Kia was the 3rd in a year. I bought a 2012 Sorrento last year and my father and mother in law liked so much they bought one, and now my wife wanted one. Tim Burton came highly recommended by my father in law. Which he is very hard to impress. I've been married to his daughter for 5 years and he still don't like me. Lol. Besides another sales man trying to steal the sale from Tim Burton ( which we asked for by name) everything went very smooth. I will definitely recommend Kings Kia and Tim Burton to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks Tim Burton for a pleasurable car buying experience.

I truly made the rounds at Kings Auto Mall. I'm at the end of a lease on a Toyota Camry LE 4-cyl and was left fairly unimpressed over the past 36mos. While the Camry was a dependable, and affordable ride, I was interested in having a more exciting driving experience going forward. I was on the fence about staying in a sedan or switching to an SUV. I test-drove the Sorrento which was beautiful (!), but once I was shown the Optima 4-cyl SXL Turbo, I was easily won over. I believe that the salesperson (Greg) truly listened to what I was looking for and properly matched me with the Optima. Greg and the Manager (Rob), negotiated and worked to get me into this beautifully equipped vehicle at an affordable monthly payment, while Toyota wasn't willing to work at all for my repeat business and Nissan never followed up on anything they said they would! I believe I got ALOT of car; great amenities/features and the road handling and responsiveness that I was desperately seeking. Rhonda walked me through the paperwork with great proficiency. I think some of the other car manufacturers have a lot of consumer loyalty working in their favor, and have gotten lazy about offering the features that drivers are looking for and actually exercising some level of salesmanship. The folks at Kings Kia seem to know why they're there... match people with cars at a good price in a friendly atmosphere. All in all this was a great car-buying (leasing) experience :)

This dealer was recommended by my insurance agent, and it was a great recommendation! From my first entry into the dealership I was greated by my sales person John Jacobs, and everything was handled in a casual, friendly, and knowledgable manner. At age 66, I have purchased many new cars (including another Kia from another dealer), and John's professionalism, and his handling of the sales and delivery process was leagues above my previous experiences. John has also followed up after the sale to make certain that everything was perfect.I highly recommend John, the sales and finance departments, and Kings Kia for their absolute attention to detail.

Greg could tell from the start that I was very interested in a new car after looking at my clunker! While I immediately told him the Optima Turbo was my preference, he patiently listened to my sob story about price and not wanting a second car payment (we had a van we were paying on). Greg got right to the deal, no wasting time. He knew that we needed to find a way to "afford" a new car, before he could sell me on one. With his manager, the got creative and found ways to get into a new car, with only one car payment, near what we were paying on the van, BUT PAYING OFF THE VAN! That's when Greg got really helpful. He really listened to what was important to me. Put up with my wishy-washiness when my wife wanted to look at a Sorrento instead of the Optima, answered all my questions. Gave me quotes at will, without ever pressuring me to buy. Then finally found and delivered the car I chose. The research I did on my own told me the prices quotes they gave me were very competitive, and the information on the cars were spot on...regardless of how much I disagreed, he turned out to be right, and never made me feel the the idiot he could have! Bottom line: if you even think you might want a Kia, go to Kings and specifically go to Greg...you won't be disappointed. If we are still in Ohio, we will be back for that Sorrento when we are ready to move on from the van.

Buying a car at Kings Kia was a great experience. The salesman, Dave, was very helpful without being pushy, or misleading. I had gone to other dealerships and had the negative experience of feeling like a fish being reeled in. Other places acted like they had one 15 minute shot to get me to buy. Show a little hesitation toward the one car they show, and the dealer would hand me his card and look for an easier catch. This was not the case with Dave. The car wasn't on the lot in the color I wanted, but he was able to track one down, and get it there.

I was looking for a specific car and found it at Kings Kia. I was so lucky to get with Steve, you have to ask for this guy, he was amazing. I am 130 miles away and contacted 4 dealers about an Infiniti QX4. Steve was the first guy to get back to me and get me financed 1of only 2 dealers to do this. I always felt he was working for me. Here's why 1. I test drove car, while it looked great I had a couple concerns, so I drove back home and he took it to Infiniti down the block for me the next day. Turns out my concerns were nothing. While I paid for the independent inspection he did all the running for me. 2. I had some trouble getting back up to Cincinnati, so he delivered the car....incredible! Who does that anymore. Way beyond expectation. The paper work was done and ready, I signed a few pages and everything else was done by mail. By far the best car buying experience I ever had. Also one of the easiest. Ask for Steve you will be happy you did.

I purchased a vehicle at King's Kia earlier this year. I returned 7 months later with the hopes of trading it in on another vehicle at the dealership that I trusted. However, I was told that the car that I purchased for approx $15,000 had dropped significantly in value and was offered $7,000 for the car. It had been very well maintained and had only a limited amount of use/miles during the 7 months but, still it was worth less than 50% of the value only 7 months prior. I have done my own research and have spoken with other professionals in the industry only to find that the car I purchased did not have the value that I was led to believe. Obviously, I made a poor financial decision and allowed myself to be overcharged for the car. I am now happily shopping at another dealership.

Went to this dealership to buy car ended up buying one at Wyler The sales mgr called me names acted like a complete idiot.ive never been treated like this at any dealership as long as I've been buying cars. What a unprofessional operation. Never ever would i buy or recommend anybody to buy from this dealership!! He called me back after i did not choose him to purchase the car from and called me names and hung the phone up on me I am in sales myself and never have I treated my customers like this This dealership is totally unprofessional Do not even wasted your time Look at the reviews they say it all Look at Wylers reviews ..Go there and you will be treated like a value customer

I went and visited Kings Kia because i found on Cars.com a car that looked very appealing to me. Right when i pulled in i was helped on finding the exact car i saw on the website. It was not in nearly as good of condition as they described it to be. The experience was helpful and i will continue to look back at the dealership for other cars they could possibly be selling. No purchase yet.

Could not be more disappointed with a Sales experience!I explained my driving habits. I explained IN GREAT DETAIL why I was choosing a Sorento. I asked TONS of questions about the Sorento's performance, specifically the 32mpg motor. And what did I get? A car that only gets 24mpg highway! All they focused on was the final sale, Cha-Ching!Had to sell the car after only 5 months and took a $5,000 loss. But, I could not afford to keep a car that only gets 24mpg even though the sticker says 32. Could not be more infuriated with this dealership!But, if you want a glimmering hope, if you have a KIA and need service, Scott and Sarah in the service center are the people you want working on your car. Just don't buy the car from Kings KIA!!!!

My wife and I went to Jeff Wyler Kia and spent 3 hours there. We ended up leaving without a new car and frustrated. We went to Kings Kia and spoke with Rob Bello. We were driving home in our new Optima in about 45-50 mins! Great experience! Would recommend this dealer and Rob to anyone.

I am very disappointed, I purchased a new 2011 Kia forte, after three days the back tire went flat, I also notice flakking paint around tire area, I calledl my sales man Neal Dicky and told him my tire was flat, not revealing that it was the back tire, he said" your back tire is flat", this all seems very fishy to me, I talked to the used car manager Rob Broughton, he was also very disrespectful to me saying I was a very anger young lady and surprised I had made it this far in life, which is all hog wash, how would you feel if you just purchased your second Kia being a loyal customer to them, and not having a ride to work! This is very sad for Kings Kia

I would (and have) recommended Kings Kia to ANYONE I know that is looking for a new car. At first, we were very hesitant about buying another Kia; In 2008, we had a HORRIBLE experience with JEFF WYLER KIA. We were immediately greeted by Justin, who made us feel at ease and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible. This was in October of 2010, and my wife purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento. A couple of weeks later, we took my brother and sister-in-law there, and they bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento. A couple of weeks after that, I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento (yes...we now have two!). Shortly after that, I took my nephew and his wife to the dealership, and they purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento AND a 2011 Kia Forte...on the same day! Shortly after that, friends of ours purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento....that's a total of six in a three-month period!!Awesome sales team, awesome service department, awesome management....you can't go wrong!!!!
