Working with Don was a breeze. Every question i had was met with an answer. I was able to negotiate the deal and Klaben worked with me every step of the way. This purchase was 5 years in the making for me and is truly a dream come true. I never thought a 17 RAM 1500 Sport was possible but it sure was thanks to Don and the Klaben team! I am so excited to be the new proud owner of a jeep renegade! Although I could not own just any jeep renegade, I had my heart set on the justice league limited edition. Several of my family members have bought jeeps from Klaben in Kent and highly recommended their services. Klaben in Kent worked with me to locate my car from an outside city. The process was easy and surprisingly fast! Since I am a first time car buyer, the whole process seemed intimidating. But John was patient, explained details and eased my stress. He went out of his way to make sure my car was equipped with all of my needs. John was great to work with and I'm glad I decided to buy from Klaben.

Just wrapped up our 6th new vehicle purchase today with Gilbert Perrin within the last 4 years. Our last purchase was as easy as our first.Gilbert was able to obtain the Jeep that we wanted within two days of our inquiry. Shipped in exactly what we were looking for. Gilbert really goes above and beyond. Just one hour before picking up our new Jeep I wanted to surprise my wife with a small addition to her new Jeep Wrangler by adding running boards to her new Jeep Unlimited. To my surprise he obtained the parts and had the new parts installed prior to our arrival. I can't express my graditude for the level of service received.Upon arriving to Klaben Gilbert immediately greeted us as we pulled in. All of our paperwork was completed and ready for our arrival. Gilbert even took the time to contact our insurance company prior to our arrival to ensure that we completed all paperwork quickly.Upon entering Klaben, Gilbert had her freshly prepped Jeep ready which looked amazing. The finance manager Brian Franklin immediately assisted us with completing all of the paperwork which was ready prior to our arrival. Dealing with past dealers this process took hours Brian took less than 10 minutes.Although we were ready to drive away Gilbert took the time to setup our new Jeep and explain all of the options to us prior to our departure. Lastly Gilbert.....well salesmen will be salesmen... He had a brand new RAM shined up sitting next to the Jeep tempting me to trade mine in. I really did not plan on a new truck but after seeing it and talking to Gilbert he sold me on making the deal. Again Gilbert made buying a new car an awesome experience. Thank you also to Steve Stevenson General Manager for the support given which provided us with obtaining the best level of service anyone could ask for.

I had no intention on buying/leasing a car when I walked into Klaben. I had been leasing a Jeep Patriot for the past 30 months and was possibly interested in buying it. My salesman, Carl Esker, was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He pointed out the advantages of leasing another new vehicle with all the wonderful incentives that Chrysler was offering on the Jeep Compass. He was even able to lower my current car payment! Well, needless to say, 2 hours later I was driving home in my beautiful new Jeep Compass! Thanks again to Carl and Kim, in the finance department for making my buying experience so easy! I met Carl Eskers as soon as I arrived. He was really helpful in helping me to come to a decision. I loved my 200 but wanted a change, and thought I might like the Jeep Patriot. You do not have to haggle. We bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Gary and Gilbert. We came back several times and were welcomed to test drive the car each time. We especially appreciate the research that Gary did on recalls for one of the cars we looked at. Gilbert assisted through the entire process beginning with negotiating the sale, ushering us through finance and getting the car ready to go out the door. Overall a great buying experience. We received good advice without any pressure. We are very happy with the car we purchased. Financing the car went smoothly. Brian was organized and moved through the paperwork at a good pace. We worked through a couple options and it worked out well. We appreciated being offered the extended maintenance option with a discount, and felt it was a good deal.

The staff was very friendly and Justin was so knowledgeable about every vehicle he showed us. Justin made the experience hassle free and brought personality and honesty to a deal, that quite frankly, my husband and I were not looking forward to. We brought our three children into the dealership and they had a play room that kept them occupied as well. We walked out of there satisfied with the knowledge of the car we were buying and very happy with the price that we got it for.. The entire team has been very professional and handled issues in a timely manner. His style of relating to the customer is so natural and comfortable yet businesslike. The reason we continued in our discussions with him was because he was "no pressure" but we felt he was trying his best to help us decide on whether the Klaben Chrysler vehicle was best for us while allowing us to talk about the competitor's model.The sales manager John Coco was also wonderful at helping to seal the deal at the end of our discussion, offering to assist us in some ways that went the "extra mile".I am very excited to own our Chrysler Pacifica after driving a Honda Odyssey for 3 years and thinking we would never drive anything but a Honda. I am a first time purchaser who went from a 2005 Honda Accord to a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I worked with Steve Stephens (GM) and Justin Bolen who made the entire process a wonderful experience. They were very informative and worked diligently to accommodate my needs. They made sure that I was well aware of the purchase and lease options I was considering. They gave me paperwork and details to consider for a couple days so that I could make an informed decision. After purchasing, Justin walked me through every step of setting up my new car tailored and customized to my liking. He even followed up with me via text the evening of making my purchase by sending me pictures of me with my new car and wishing me well and thanking me for working with him. The next day he sent me tutorial emails making sure that I was having a seamless transition with the vehicle and new technology I was not accustomed to. This is the 4th vehicle my husband and I have purchased and/or leased from Klaben with Caleb and Don Jacobs. Every time the experience has been more than I could ask for. They are knowledgeable and professional and couldn't be more pleasant to deal with. They always encourage me to drive all the models that interest me, never pushing me one direction or another. They worked up a few deals on a couple of different models without hesitation and I felt confident that what they put in front of me was a great deal. They always make sure I am in the vehicle I love before I leave the lot. Carl Esker, Lease Renewal Manager was very helpful when I had questions prior to going into the dealership to look since I was turning in my leased vehicle a little early. When I finally went into the dealership, Carl made sure to introduce himself to my husband and I and thanked us for our return business. Brian Franklin in Finance could not have made the finance process any easier. He was quick, efficient and great to work with, answering any questions I had. I received an email informing me of a tire sale at Klaben Dodge. I call Justin to see if I could buy tires for two of my vehicles for the sale price without having them installed. My daughter's away at college and I took the insurance off of her vehicle while she is away at OSU. My F150 didn't need tires for another couple of months. Justine checked and gave me the sale price on two sets of tires. All I had to do was pay for the labor at the time of purchase. I took the tires with me in my truck and will bring both vehicles back for installation of the tires when appropriate with a "we owe" statement from Klaben Dodge.

I had been car shopping with Justin for the the last couple of months, and he was more than helpful during all stages of the experience. From the first time I walked into the sales floor, until I signed the paperwork he was respectful and inviting. We priced out a couple of different cars over the course of a few months (during which Justin remained promptly available,) and just had not found the "perfect" car for me. No matter how long I took to make the decision, he was always willing to help with any questions and set up multiple test driving sessions for me. I was the first person that he called, when the price dropped on a vehicle that I looked at in the past, and never thought I would own. I was given an awesome value on my trade in, and Justin helped find my best rate. Overall he was honest, trustworthy, and supportive through the entire process. Brian in finance was lightning fast, efficient, and comforting. There was absolutely no pressure at any given time, and I got the deal of a lifetime! Going into my first major purchase I felt nervous, but that was quickly negated by the reassuring staff at Klaben. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

Needed a few things looked at and had an appt. had an oil change and tire rotation done. After 2 1/2 hrs was only able to get the oil change and tire rotation done. So now I'm going into winter months with a side mirror that doesn't work and squeaky brakes. Corey was nice I just wish I knew. Didn't even get me reminder sticker for my next oil change.

I have had experience from both the sales and service side of Klaben customer service, and have been able to see behind the curtain and see how Richard Klaben and Steve Stephens operates as a company, how well the service department works to take care of you after the sale with maintenance and repair as well as a great experience with the body shop (Damn Deer)For real, even if the Dodge dealer down the road is a few bucks a month less it's the difference between going to Target vs Wal-Mart. It's worth the few bucks. ESPECIALLY if your buying Certified pre owned or Used.

My Ram truck was not starting. Engine would turn over but not start. I was informed that I needed a new fuel pump. The fuel pump was installed and after $550 my issue was not resolved. My truck is still current in the shop with Klaben and evidently the mechanics need to call Chrysler to discuss the issues. Needless to say my confidence level is not high. I am hoping this issue can be resolved but I am not going to pay any more money given the I have already paid enough and my problems are not resolved.

Don Jacobs took a difficult situation and got us approved. Then they put us in a brand new jeep that we could definitely afford at a great monthly price. Don advised us of many different scenarios and helped us decide on the right way to go. We are now planning to trade in our other car in the next special they have. Don even took time to educate my wife on how to program the car with the Bluetooth and the radio. But he wasn't done there. He also scheduled our first oil change with an email reminder set up in the Klaben system. We had also shopped at Fred Martin Jeep in Barberton and were treated like we did not matter. As a matter of fact they told my wife there was "no way you're getting that car". She made sure they were aware of our purchase afterwards. Don went over and above with what could have been a very stressful day. Thank you Don! And Brain was very efficient and really easy to work with.

I had my 2015 Ram 1500 CrewCab Limited in for warranty work to adjust the factory alignment on one of the rear passenger doors and to correct a factory paint defect on the same door. A few other minor warranty issues were addressed as well during the same visit. Corey did a great job of listening to all my concerns and never once made me feel as I was being overly picky, which I admittedly tend to be. I was quite impressed with Corey's "can do" attitude when it came to fixing what I thought needed fixed and I genuinely feel he was acting in my best interest, which I think is a rarity these days. Also, had a positive similar interaction with Artie down at Klaben's Body Shop. Great job to Corey, Artie, and the rest of the Klaben team!

The Patriot fit my needs as well as the Compass had. They seem very similar in operation and interior comfort. I prefer the body style of the Patriot over the Compass as well (looks more like a traditional Jeep). John was very patient with me explaining how leasing worked. I was a little apprehensive, but once he explained it to me in simple terms, I was comfortable with the deal. I traded in my old pickup and Klaben gave me a fair price for my trade. In all, I was very pleased with the lease purchase and would recommend Klaben and John Coco if you are interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee had a recall on sun visors. The original estimate for this repair was 2 hours.After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I was told it would be 30 minutes more. Those 30 minutes turned into 50 minutes, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to bring me the paperwork; it wasn't even my service adviser.

I have made several used/new car purchases and to be perfectly honest I would rather have a tooth pulled than shop for a car. However, my experience at Klaben Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kent, Ohio was refreshingly honest and professional. The first thing that drew me to this dealer was their amazing prices. Many of their cars were the best market value within 200 miles and that's about how far I drove to reach the dealer. So now that I had the best prices to look at, I was concerned the dealer would be full of sharks- to my surprise I was not looked at as potential sale but a unique individual. I had the pleasure of working with Carl Esker when I arrived and he made my car shopping experience completely stress free. Carl was really a blessing to me since I get anxiety just thinking about buying a car! I was also extremely impressed with the extended warranty service that Kim Devlin helped me with. Normally fun and car dealerships don't go together. However this is the second car I have purchased through Gilbert Perrin at Klaben and have nothing but positive things to say! To make sure I was getting the best deal I could get I visited another local dealership. Not only was it the "typical" car dealership experience I walked out because of the salespeople were overly aggressive (and that's being kind). To love the Compass, owning a Riviera since 2004, says a lot about the Compass in general. Got my first Compass somewhere else, second, at Klaben.. And, now my third Compass, also at Klaben. Dealt again, with Gilbert Perrin, now Leasing Manager. Gilbert delivers customer service. Period. He gets it. He is great and a pleasure to work with as far as the not so pleasant business of car finance entails. I brought my vehicle and because at the time of purchase one month ago my radio was malfunctioning as noted by my salesman. The service department wasn't formed of the malfunctioning radio and supposedly ordered me a new one. After having to contact the service department and ask them is my part in yet since no one has bothered to call me, I was finally told yes it's here and I set up and up The appointment. But instead of replacing the radio with a brand-new part I got to use part installed in my bran new 1000 m The appointment. But instead of replacing the radio what a brand-new part I got to use part installed in my bran new vehicle. The face of the radio is scratched up and damaged and the service advisor didn't even bother to look at the repair that was done but then again he Geneva know why I was there. He kept thinking I wanted a service on my vehicle after owning it for only a month.

I took my car in for a grinding noise in the front end, felt like transmission was slipping and a musty smell from my sunroof (which it was also in for in 2015)-no issues with the transmission was found. front end issue addressed and taken care but car was there over night and no offer for a loner car- so I was stuck at home. the sunroof issue was not addressed at all and when I picked up my car the next day Justin was off and I was told by Joe that I would get a call the following day. well, 3 weeks later and still no call!

Friends told me about Don Jacobs all good things and boy were they right! Don's son (who also was so professional) helped us pick a car to test drive, once we found our car Don sat down with us and gave us both options to buy or lease and the whole process took no longer than 60 minutes. Very disappointed with my vistit today...I am a three time returning customer and have bought two new Ram's in the past four years (2012 & 2014). I thought that buying a third Ram ($47,465) would have been an easy process - NOT! First, I would NEVER do business with Justin Bolan again. I called him three times in the past without receiving a return call. I then showed up in person to discuss a trade a while ago and have never heard from him again. In fact, when I was buying my wife her 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, I walked out on him and bought it at a competitor - saving over $2000 (Note: I did meet a new salesman today, Jeffery Phillips, who was very nice and appeard to be honest with me). Second, in selecting my new (3rd) Ram the numbers didnt jive. The sales manager (unknown name) somehow came up with an extra $1,527.71 and $30.67 less in payment...Dealer Games!Third, there was an advertised Ram to lease for $369.00/mo. that cost $50,300 yet the payment for the $47,465 Ram was $467.67...CRAZY! I can't imagine that the upper leadership at Klaben would agree with the way that I was treated as a three time returning customer. In fareness to Jeffery Phillips, I did offer him my number if somehow "the numbers" worked out...Time will tell and if not, then I will continue my quest elsewhere.R/SB.R.

I was a bit apprehensive with having to take a brand new vehicle in for recall axel service, but Corey eased by concerns and the overall experience was quite positive. Yes, recalls are always a hassle for the customer, but Corey and the rest of the Klaben team were quite accommodating and I feel my truck was treated with care and now I can rest assured that it is safe to drive once again. I had a few other possible warranty concerns to discuss with Corey and I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and making sure I was a happy customer. Took van in for service. Needed 4 new tires per Klaben. No problem . Bought top of line tires $260+ eaThey did not check alignment . When asked about it it was not needed. First time ever I boutght tires and didn't need alignment or at least pt on machine and checked. Usally end up paying $120 for 4 wheel alignment. get a phone call 15 min after leaving and they say bring it back in and we will give you free alignment. Not easy getting to dealership but again I drop it off for the day get rides etc. Forgot to mention they offered wash was never done either time So I look at the paper work and they did do a check of alighment and alighment on front, Some how I guess the back is good.

I went into Klaben on 7/6/16 because my jeep was giving me a few service issues. I walked in, was greeted, and spoke to the guy at the front desk about my jeep. Carl assisted me with my lease, he immediately said we can get you out of this lease and into a new one since I was having issues. Mind you, I was there without my husband so making a big decision like this had me very nervous, I was very indecisive on what I wanted and what color. Carl was so helpful with walking around the dealership trying to narrow down my search. Finally, I selected a black Jeep Cherokee, leasing process was super easy and left with a new car. We had what may be the easiest car buying process ever. We came in knowing the select few vehicles we wanted to look at, and our salesman, Justin Bolen, had already helped to narrow it to cars within our range before we walked through the doors. Justin honestly listened to our needs and walked us through all the features of each vehicle to see what fit our family best. He also helped to find what I know to be the best deal on our minivan. With the Town & Country being replaced by the new Pacifica, stock of the T&C was almost gone. They had two left, one which really fit our budget. And while we went home to think about the decision to lease the van, Justin made sure the van wasn't bought out from under us, and even texted when someone else was interested in our van. So not only did he personalize the car buying experience to our needs, he also made himself personally available. I felt absolutely no pressure from him or Klaben during this process. Everything went pretty smoothly. The only real complaint I have is that, when I traded my car in, they never contacted the loan company. Now the loan company for my old car has taken out a payment when the car is payed off. The salesman told me they would contact the loan company the next business day but it, apparently, never happened.

This was the third attempt at correcting the faulty 9 speed transmission in my 2014 Cherokee. Service rep was very friendly and explained the problems with this transmission. Klaben in Kent, OH deserves a 5 star rating. Shane Lindon is a very professional, knowledgeable, great sales consultant. Every question we had he answered and if he was unsure he took the time to clarify things before telling us. We just got a brand new 2016 truck and could not be happier. We love how Mr. Lindon is a very honest trustworthy person and didn't steer me wrong. He mentioned that the truck we were looking at was a hot commodity and that we needed to act fast if I planned on getting it. He was right the next day 3 of the sister trucks (same and different colors) were being shipped off to Michigan. We were lucky they still have my truck on the lot. We also would like to thank Chuck Lindon for everything you did. I had no idea that the person selling us the truck was your son. You guys show true professionalism. Couple little bumps but Chuck Linden Shane's father Shane Linden reassured me that everything was going to be OK . I took his word for it because we had a little bit of history together . I always wait at the facility while my car is being serviced, and they have made a special effort to create a clean and comfortable waiting area. Every issue that I had with my 2015 Jeep Cerokee Trailhawk was met with the response, " we couldn't duplicate the problem". This happened with minor concerns regarding the button lock on the door handle to major things like my rpms pegging out at 8000 but unable to travel faster than 20 mph! I even had issues with my clock losing time or just stopping altogether. I would receive warnings on my radio screen that there was something wrong with the phone and to take it in for service. I did in fact take it in and was told that it couldn't be fixed because Chrysler hadn't wrote the program to fix this issue and wouldn't be out until later in 2016!!!! The final straw was when I had concerns with the stop and go technology that #1 didn't go and in fact rolled backwards and #2 shifted really hard causing the occupants to slam back against the seat and was told that this is normal!!!!! My vehicle was unsafe to drive and many electronic things didn't work properly. I was told that there are known concerns with the transmission but Chrysler isn't acknowledging this issue . I felt like they didn't care. So I sold it! Lost out big time on this lemon but now I'm driving a safe Chevy and Sarchione's is who I'll recommend from now on!

If going to take awhile (have service contract so rent a car is free) and do not need a car they have a driver that will give you a lift to where you are going and pick you up when car is done. It's not often today that you can brag on a Used Car/Vehicle Salesperson. This is the second vehicle in less than two months which I have been involved in a purchase from Klaben Ford. I have been to a lot of dealerships, and I have never seen very high outstanding performance, and they make you feel welcome, and the kindness of every single person there as well.. I will never go any place else, ever.. After what I have experienced with other dealerships, I had always hope to find this one.. I would have never thought to find a dealership I can say very high outstanding from all the others.. There is no other dealership that meets up to there standards.. Not one.. And I can't tell you how many dealerships I have went through that made me sad. It was a lot of them, and that's really sad. I also meeting John Coco, he is outstanding on what he does.. He works hard for you to make it happen, to take home the vehicle you have always wanted.. If you have some credit issues they will work hard for you.. John takes the time with you to make it happen. He takes an interest in what you are searching for, and after you have leased or purchased, he contacts you, to see how you are doing with your new vehicle.. You will never be disappointed if you choose Klaben, and meet John Coco.. You will miss out if you go anyplace else.. Trust me.. I have went door to door to other dealerships.. It's not worth your time.. My only regret that I wasted all of that time going from one dealership to another all over Ohio, and the gas, one after another. And findinga car was not even fun anymore, because the customer service I found every where I went seems common.. Until I finally made it to a dealership that's different, and the standards are far beyond what you would have ever expected.. We stopped in after hearing an almost "too good to be true" auto show lease deal on a 2016 Jeep on the radio! Upon arrival we were quickly off on our own to test drive the model advertised- (just my husband and I). We were asked to be back before they closed. We intended to go to dinner and take our time getting back- but I loved the Jeep and wanted to see about leasing it, so we skipped dinner and got back to the dealership a half an hour before close on a Saturday night. Shane was fantastic! He offered us the exact deal advertised, no extra hidden fees, etc.... that jeep was on the lot in 3 colors, and he cheerfully drove each one over, one at a time, to let me see which one I liked best. Of course I preferred another color. So 4 trips later- out to the lot and back with a different jeep each time, we sat down to work out a lease on the color I wanted (this jeep had added features not included in the radio add). Shane was friendly, cheerful and patient with us the entire time. We drove out of the dealership in our new Jeep 2 1/2 hours after closing (Sat night) comparing previous car sales experiences to this one. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. We were very pleased with the great deal we got and our salesman, Shane. We highly recommend Shane Lindon for you next vehicle!!!

After 3 weeks of dealing with Falls Motor City they were dishonest. Called Klaben and spoke to Caleb he helped me over the phone with prices and set up an appoint. They were able to give me a price for my care immediately, I was able to test drive the car on my own, with out a sales person, which I like. I am nervous driving with strangers. The finance guy was able to get my lease lower than he first thought. He tried it with several different finance company and worked it in my favor even after I agreed to the higher payment.. I greatly appreciate the extra effort.

I told him that I was going to be turning in my 2013 Dodge Dart soon since the end of it's lease was coming up and that I had been interested in a Renegade for my next vehicle. I told Caleb that I needed to make some cosmetic repairs before turning the Dart in and he recommended having someone at the dealership taking a look at the Dart to see what they would charge me. Not only was it going to be about $200 cheaper than what I was going to be charged at a body shop, but that also included the last payment that I had for the Dart. My mom and I decided to do a lease for my new Renegade because of all the great discounts Klaben offered. Overall Caleb was very knowledgeable and friendly and I look forward to doing more business with him.

I leased my JEEP from Klaben several years ago and have always taken it there for oil changes. This last time Justin questioned a noise coming from the back. I told him I was aware of it, but didn't think to ask about it. Several repairs later I am happy to report that my JEEP runs like new again. But that is not the reason I am writing. I am writing to compliment Justin Stinnett for exemplary service. Not only is he always smiling and so pleasant to work with, but he is conscientious, responsible and thorough. Justin always kept me abreast of what was going on and always had the work completed when he said it would be done. He even remembered to put my backpack in my vehicle as I had left it in a rental car the first time I was there.So often, people dont take the time to compliment a good job. On Friday (5:00 pm), the minute I drove into Klaben I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile by Nick Brandt. I told him exactly what my needs were. He worked on getting what I wanted with success, in very little time.I left at 6:00. I told him I usually go through Justin Bolin. It was Justin's day off. Nick took care of my lease. The next day when I came in I was greeted in the same matter as I was the day before by both Nick and Justin. Justin finished the deal. He handled the deal with great professionalism and enthusiasm. He was very courteous and kind. He made sure I understood all the features on my jeep. I always go through Justin whenever I purchase or lease because I know I am getting the best of the best. Brian, the finance person, also worked with me and he also worked in a professional matter as well. He greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. Very efficient. I literally hate car shopping and being a woman, I've always felt that I was not given the proper respect or treatment when trying to shop for a car. That sure was not the case here at all. I was greeted immediately and never once felt the usual high pressure sales pitch that I've become used to when buying a car. Don is more than patient, friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are a true human being (not just another sale). After spending time with him and getting closer to the end of the process, he asked if it was acceptable to work with Caleb, his son. I purchased a Town & Country (Limited) with an extended warranty. Last spring, the A/C failed. I took the vehicle to Klaben to be repaired. My warranty has a $50 deductible but Klaben charged a $100 deductible. I went as high as Matt King to complain but rec'd only "I'll have to look into it" Apparently he didn't as there was no follow-up. The repair was done, but when it was time to replace my other Chrysler.......well, after 45 years of owning Chrysler, I bought other.

All the service writers that I have dealt with at Klaben have been very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. Joe is very good about informing you regarding what services should be performed. He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair.

I have to start off by saying that I just moved to Medina from Toledo almost a year ago. I was having some issues with my Jeep back in May. I called around to the closest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships (Medina and Brunswick) and both dealerships told me that they couldn't get me in for at least two weeks. TWO WEEKS! That is insanity to me! I continued to try to find a dealer that could take care of me and I thankfully got in touch with Justin Stinnett at Klaben. He got me in that very same day....the VERY SAME DAY! I have also had some issues with the dealership in Medina regarding oil changes. Whenever I needed an oil change back home in Toledo I would just drive up to the dealership and they would see you right then and there. I tried doing this in Medina (because this is what I was used to) and I did not feel welcomed at all. I was told that "We might be able to squeeze you in. Come back in an hour." After my oil change in Medina I was told that service is by appointment only because they are understaffed. After the holidays I found myself in need of another oil change. I called Medina to set up an appointment (only because it is 5 minutes away from my home). I was in the middle of trying to make an appointment (that was scheduled 10 days out because that was the best they could do), when I was disconnected. I immediately called back, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. No one answered. I became so frustrated with the dealership in Medina that I called Justin at Klaben. Can you guess when he got me in for my oil change? THE VERY NEXT DAY! He is extremely professional. You see, I am a 27 year old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I am the kind of person who could easily be taken advantage of in situations like this, but Justin makes my entire experience go seamlessly from beginning to end. He makes me feel comfortable in a situation where I am unfamiliar. He is extremely personable, he remembers details about his clients, he is just an extremely genuine person. The level of professionalism from Justin and the entire staff at Klaben is honestly the reason why I drive 45 just to get an oil change. I will be a Klaben customer for as long as I live in this area. Justin Stinnett is to thank for that.

After we purchased our Ram he even sat in the vehicle with us to go over everything, A-Z even on a busy Saturday he did this! Really shows the care he has. Returning to Klablen Chrysler was an easy decision for me. In 2012 I leased my first car and it was an easy and satisfying experience. Justin Bolen assisted me for this adventure. This was the first new car I had purchased since 1969. Justin was very professional, not pushy and did not treat me (a woman) as if I didn't have any knowledge in this area. So when returning in 2015 to return my lease, Justin once again seemed to know just what vehicle would suit me. There was no haggling over price which I appreciated. I'm a very honest person and expect this in someone else. The offer was made up front, I was told what I could expect in compensation for my 2012 and the sale was made. Fast easy transaction. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to buying a vehicle. Justin Bolen did 99% of the transaction over the phone and was very clear and low pressure. He helped find me the lowest price in the area and I walked away paying $2600 less than I would have at Ford Chrysler in the Falls. Our long drive to visit Klaben Chrysler was worth the trip. We met John CoCo at the Auto Show and were impressed with his knowledge of the car and the quality of the automobile itself. We were prepared to buy a car in the short term and checked out all of the competition. The Chrysler display was the last area visited before leaving the show. John was helpful in showing us the various options on the automobile and invited us to visit the Klaben dealership. His parting words "Visit us, you won't be disappointed". Very little haggling was needed before purchasing the vehicle. In all it was a very rewarding experience of buying a vehicle. Brian Franklin, also provided financial and extended warranty services in an efficient and understandable manner.
