Mr king is good or should I Sai great sales preson. He never made us uncomfortable but made it very enjoyable experience. We were looking for a car all week. And it has been like pulling teeth. Mr king came threw. In a major way. Thanks Mr Tony King . In love with the car.

Worst experience for used vehicle, they lied about the condition of the vehicle, it showed it had 33,000 miles on it, we took it to a mechanic, he said it wasn't even the right engine for the vehicle and the engine was older than the vehicle. Nothing but trouble.

Donnie Youmans was my salesman. I want you to know that Donnie was great! He was very respectful and was so diligent in taking care of me. I was expecting not only to spend hours there but to end up walking away with nothing. He was upfront and honest with me. Some years ago I was a credit manager that financed used cars. I know how uncaring some salesman can be and Donnie was a refreshing change.In this day and age I am sure you get you fair share of complaints and very few compliments. Not because your folks do a bad job, but because we are a society of complainers. We rarely ever say good words when they are deserved. I sincerely hope that you will take a moment to pull Donnie aside and say Good job, keep up the good work!.I will certainly recommend your dealership and Donnie to anyone I speak to that is in the market for a car.

I purchased a vehicle which needed some minor repairs; JC, the salesman, filled out a "we owe" sheet accordingly. Sometime during the financing process, the document disappeared and I was later told that I'd have to pay 50% of the promised repairs. They lied at every turn, and even bungled the registration process. I later found out that two other friends purchased damage vehicles from this dealership. Please disregard the FAKE positive reviews and notice carefully that of all of the unhappy customers have strikingly similar experiences. I PROMISE TO REGRET DEALING WITH THESE xxxxxxxx!

Koons was our literal last hope in finding someone to be able to get a vehicle through. We were a bit apprehensive when we first went, because we live a good hour away, and we spent 80% of that day at Koons, getting everything worked out. The people there were friendly, understanding, and went out of their way to make sure we were able to leave in SOMETHING we could afford. by the end of the day, I wanted to cry at how great of an experience it was.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. My credit wasn't the best, but I was able to get financed. My monthly paymet was also something that I can afford. My daughter, who had no credit history, was also able to purchase a car. J. C. was AWESOME!! Very professional. I left there very happy. I would definitely recommend Koons and J. C. to my friends and family.

I am highly disappointed with the service that I received at this dealership. I went to see the car that I wanted to purchase for a second time after being told by my salesman, Dean that the vehicle was clean, all repairs (scratches buffed out, interior cleaned, etc.) were complete. When I arrived the car wasn't clean. There was a strong cigar smell. There were gashes in 3 tires, mix match tires, and the interior had not been cleaned. There was damage to the rear that my salesman Dean had previously advised me would be fixed. Dean tried to convenience me that the tires were fine. He was also not knowledgable of the vehicle. Dean advised that he did not think that I was going to purchase the vehicle because we could not agree on a price. He stated that since his customer wasn't buying the vehicle he just let it go. (Let another sales person deal with it.) He advise that most of the customers that they dealt with had bad credit and did not have demands. They would accept anything, they just wanted to "ride". Afterwards, I spoke with the manger, John. He agreed to fix everything and we agreed on a price. I was elated. Once I sat down with the finance person, Steven (who was great) I discovered that the price that John and I agreed on was not what was on the purchase agreement. I went back to speak with the manager, John with a very nonchalant attitude advised that he was giving me the Internet price, which made no sense to me. I found the vehicle on the Internet, (CarGurus)therefore I was already entitled to the Internet price. I was disturbed because I couldn't believe that he would blatantly lie to me. I left the dealership. I do not recommend this dealership. In my opinion, they lack honesty and integrity.

We purchased a used Nissan through Koons of Fredericksburg through Sabrina Antosh in 2013. Our credit was not perfect, and she worked tirelessly to find a financing company not only to finance the new (used) car, but to include funds we were upside down in our current vehicle. We paid every payment on time and were able to reduce our rate by 2% in the 1.5 years we had our Nissan. There was an accident and it was totaled, no one was injured (the main thing), but because of Sabrina's help and suggestions for gap insurance - our vehicle was paid off in full! We were then able to purchase a little larger vehicle for 11.5% less on our finance rate. We would recommend Koons of Fredericksburg to anyone looking to find a good quality used car! They treated us like royalty and if there was ever something that didn't go as planned (they are human), they always more than made up for it and accommodated us completely! The entire team took their time to get me the best deal. Not only did I get the SUV that I wanted, but the loan I received came at a lower rate than I expected. My sales agent, Herb was very attentive and went the extra mile to respect my wishes. Not only did they give me a decent trade-in value for my old car, but Sabrina continued to search for a better loan until the interest rate was cut in half! I would recommend it to a friend.

I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both experiences have been horrible. You'll spend a minimum 6 hours until you are finally financed. They would rather smoke then get your paperwork all set and ready. You'll be pressured into buying a vehicle you don't want. They'll try to show you a vehicle with great selling price but when you are ready to sign the price suddenly changes. Don't settle for their outrageous interests they try to provide you. Trust me. STAY AWAY. Cars are very unriable. Youll recieve your first major check engine light come on in the first 4 or 6 days. I thought it was just one bad day with them but two experiences proves plenty. You'll see aggravated customers walk out on the spot. So if you still don't take heed to my warning you'll soon see for yourself.
