been at Koons Ford of Falls church only 2 times for service. The first time like 8 months ago was not good, but I though everyone deserves a 2nd chance. The 2nd time around it was not less disappointing that the 1sr. They kept my truck for a whole wknd (I left it not because they needed, but because Sun they are close and I couldn't pick up on Sat evening ) and then called me to let me know it was ready. I went on Mon and even my vehicle was ready last Sat. ...they made me wait there for another 1hr...just to bring my car. My car had a light on indicating tire pressure was low ...the light was still there, they kept it all that time and not even bother to put some air??? Then I had to come back a week after to replace a side mirror they had to order. I asked if it was possible to have my car wash from outside. The service person (Kevin) said "sure, if it's only outside we can do it" 2 hrs later they called me again to let me know it was ready...I getc to the dealer 1hr later (just to save me waiting time...my car was there and they didn't wash it and they said "oh! We can take it now!" I said no thxs. ..I already wast too much time here. Btw, again ...after $412 the tire pressure light was still there... I had many cars, I always used the brand dealer for services, but Koons in Falls Church it is by far the worst I've been in. I feel they didn't take my business seriously and offers poor service with very poor time management.

They charged me the wrong price for the car I bought. Since I was rushed through the paperwork during my first car-buying experience, I didn't notice this until I got home. I live in PA, so I tried to call about getting this fixed. It was hard to reach them over the phone because they rarely answered or were busy when I called. When I emailed them, they basically just told me that I was wrong. When I proved how I was right, they would stop responding to my emails until I asked for someone else to talk to about the issue. They lied to me about the price of the ResistAll, which I wouldn't have bought if I knew the true price. They also charged me $1,000 more for the car than what we agreed on. Part of the $1,000 was a $500 rebate (recent college graduate) which they never sent. I was told multiple times that the rebate was taken care of. Once, I was even told that I would receive it in about six weeks. Many months later, I still have not even received the rebate check. I have been lied to over and over again by this dealership, and I would not recommend going here.

Recent experience with both service and leasing new. Took my daughters '13 Fusion in for 20K service. From the minute you pull up to the new service facility-greeted by name-everything fully explained-work preformed as promised and on time-this was an exceptional service experience. Shawn Murch is great. Russell Walker (salesman who sold us the Fusions) then showed me the new Ford Edge SUV-fabulous vehicle-took me through a number of options/possibilities and we settled on a beautiful dark blue '15. Russell is easy to work with and very professional-knowledgeable. Had it done in less than an hour. Came back later that day and picked up the car. Jeff Ottenberg handled the paperwork/lease. My second experience with Jeff as well-makes the complicated process seem easy. And finally, Mike Bancroft spent about 45 minutes sitting in the vehicle with me-walking me through all the new technology/features that I otherwise may have spent hours trying to figure out on my own. The entire service/lease experience at Koons was great.

David Mast was wonderful from the start. Not pushy very open and such a great personality. I was wondering will the charm leave me with the only smile? Absolutely NOT. My purchase through David was fantastic. He worked magic with the process given that I needed a slight delay with arranging things with my credit union and my down payment. Everything went smooth because David kept in touch. I even forgot my Chevy documents and David secured them for me and FedX them. Who does that? DAVID! Not only did I buy a great second car turns out the retrofits were revealed that it was once a COP car. How awesome is that? I loved everything about the search with David, the patience with my own financing, the follow-up and the beautiful picture he showed me of his lovely grand daughter. Reach out to David when you want to look at your next purchase or tell someone else they will be in good hands. I would never write the review if the experience was anything less than awesome! I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Koons of Falls Church and worked with Vanessa Wick. Vanessa's service over exceeded my expectations. I came to the showroom with an idea of what car I wanted and the price range I was willing to pay. Vanessa was able to find the car I wanted, in the right color, but she was able to quote a price within my budget. Vanessa's calm and polite demeanor contrasted sharply with the stereotype of aggressive and tricky car salesmen. I have been driving the car now for a couple weeks and am really satisfied with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa to family or friends who are interested in buying a car.

Called 3 times and was promised every time a call back by a sales rep, and never was called within 2 weeks! Finally I demanded to speak to one and argued for 25 minutes until I spoke to a sales rep, who was not eager to speak. I was ready to drive (5 hours) but there lack of customer service brought me to another dealer. Also, no negotiating what so ever! Finally, be prepared for hidden fees. Was not aware of this until I was about to drive down, when they finally gave me a quote which was way more than the listed price online!

2000 Ford F-150I had to have my air conditioner fixed. The broken part was in the dash board. The whole dash board had to be disassembled to replace the part. This was costly. The mechanic recommended another part be replaced since the dash board was already disassembled. This I had done. Hopefully this will same me money in the future. This brings up a question: Why does the dash board have to be disassembled to replace a single part?

F-150 front brakes receive a lot of wear associated with towing a boat and potentially needed new rotors and pads during scheduled service. Service staff assessed and found brakes in good condition and renewal not needed at this service. Sincd truck doesn't get many miles and us serviced on time intervals, service agent recommended transmission and differential fluid change at next service due age of fluids. Appreciate that work items were not pushed for current service. Koons will get the work next go round. New waiting areas very nice. Thanks for great service.

2015 Mustang GT with performance package. I stopped in early for a scheduled oil change. The service department was very busy but I was out in just under an hour from my scheduled time. I have had only been to the Koons Ford service department twice and both times I was very happy with the results.

Hard to make an appointment -- tried using the internet to make a service appointment, but got a response instead from used car salesman trying to sell me my model year Ford. And then started getting emails from other used care dealers, including Hyundai. Went to the phone, and took three phone calls to reach a live person.Hard to know when my car was going to be ready. Dropped it at 7:45, heard nothing until I called at 3:00 and it took a while for the service agent to track down what was happening and call me back. Luckily, it was ready by the end of the day.Other than that, everything seemed good.

All of Koons Associates made feel comfortable with the final outcome, getting a great car for a price i could afford. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive advertised bonus like the WoW promotion even though I was trading in a 2011 Ford Edge with new brakes and battery in fair condition

Wow me they do - even beat the prices my Banks car buying service can arrange. Purchased 2015 Escape over Memorial Day weekend - no hassles - no humming or hawing - superb price and wonderful sales staff - ready for my arrival - on the road in almost no time. Koons Ford Falls Church first wowed me when my insurance company directed to them for repairs after a failed attempt to steal a Ford F-150. Started having my service at Koons and purchased an Escape Hybrid using the F-150 as trade in. Got a great deal and sort of adopted Koons Ford as my dealership. Escape Hybrid was followed by Fusion Hybrid which lead to the new Escape. Really appreciate their attention to details like remembering my preferences for warranty and service so we can expedite the sale - no wasted time in Wowing me! Have to start saying that this is the worst experience dealing with car dearlers. Bought a ford escape 13 last February, salesman let you test drive around their parking lot. Everything were good at the beginning and and I was excited about. My credit wasn't that good but they said they will take care of and find me the better rate. From price "X" plus processing fees, tag n registration, they add a 1000$ wich they said was for service, inspection, emission on the car, and show me others sales contracts with the same extra fee, But the price still good. They got me an auto loan through ford credit company and after couple of hours later signed the contract and drove home. It's been more than 30 days and now I realize that the beginning financing company is different than the one on the contract. The APR is lower by 2 points but I'm not happy with them. Financing department said that my application was turned down by ford credit company and they found me a different one, guess what? I was never told about it until i was trying to do my first payment to ford credit company and they didn't have any information about me. Then company 2 send a bill. For my surprise this cars comes with MYKEY system, wich I wasn't told was activated and ill need the master key to disable it. The key they gave me was a secondary key not the admin or master key. Now that Im dealing with them for a week trying to get this fixed, the used car sales manager is telling me that the car was sold as is and asking 250$ for master Key"someone have to pay for it, he said". All I need is thaT system unlock so you can play music as laud as I want, at sOme Point drive it more thAn 75/h or dont having radio turned off if you don't wear seat belt. I know its security system but I want it unlocK . Bunch of wasted time with them if you call be lucky to have Someone picking up the phone. IF you go there be ready to wait long hours aNd of Course your salesman won't even look at you, the car was sold end of the story for them. I'll Never come back with them. Pardon my English Thanks

After shopping around at 4 other dealers over the course of 2 weeks, honestly, I was fed up with the old bait and hook process; all the sales persons would say they could get me approved if just filled out the credit app. So I would, and each time they would come back sad faced and say "sorry we couldnt get you approved". Omar told me straight....you have some credit challenges so keep your expectations realistic. He helped me pick a truck that would help me out of my negative equity situation with my trade. Omar was awesome!!! Joe in finance helped get my interest rate down 2 percentage points to get me a payment that I could afford.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the second time I have dealt with Osman Aberra. I am 48 and of all the years I have been purchasing vehicles I have never had a salesperson like Osman! He was incredible from start to finish. If he said he was going to do something, he did it. He would do things that most salesman wouldn't do without being asked first. He just took the initiative in all aspects of my dealings with him. Very reliable and you know that every I is dotted and every T is crossed. As long as he is in the car business I will use no other. And this dealership always has a good selection of trucks when some other dealerships didn't have what I was looking for. So, if you are looking for a good dealership and more importantly salesperson look no further then Osman Aberra. You won't go wrong with dealing with him!

I rolled my old Escape down an embankment in the snow. Insurance settled and I needed a new Escape. Talked to MIke Bancroft and the rest was easy! Got a loaded White Escape Titanium with all the bells and whole lot of whistles. Did my financing papers with Jeff Ottenberg and again so easy it was silly. I can talk to the car and ask it for directions, I can push a button and it steers me into a parking space. Only thing is it doesn't do windows or wash the dishes for me. I had a late Friday Appointment for a 40,000 mile service on my Edge. TaDarryl Smith greeting me and was clear that there would be a wait, setting my expectations. I asked if it would be possible to get into the queue and leave the dealership to get the salt and dirt off my car. It took me an hour to get through the car wash line. But when I returned,, my car was taken in and finished within the normal repair time, saving me from an extended wait in the car wash after the service. The cost of the service was exactly as estimated and there were no additional services that needed to be performed. I appreciated TaDarryl's flexibility and communication. It was a pleasant experience.

I just bought a Ford Fiesta from Koon's Ford in Falls Church, VA. I was fortunate to have Pedro Andrade as my Sales Consultant. He went over every option that was available on the exact color car that I wanted. The car is perfect, inside and out. Everyone at Koon's Ford was pleasant and did not push me into making a deal that I was uncomfortable about. I felt that I bought the car for the price I wanted. I received a good price for my trade-in cars, and a very reasonable price on the Fiesta I was buying. I really liked the fact that no one tried to sell me anything that I did not want. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received from Pedro. He drove me home from the dealership, then brought the mats that were included in my purchase a couple of days later. Pedro and all the staff had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely go to Koon's Ford for service and to purchase my next car.

I was able to communicate / negotiate completely online for my lease, which was a huge plus for me. My only minor complaint: I stood around a bit at my APPOINTMENT, but not a big deal; they were negotiating my trade in. Speaking of which, I would take the trade in to CarMax for a quote just for a frame of reference. I think they were mostly fair among used care dealerships, but might have gotten more elsewwhere if I planned ahead. Overall, very happy because of line one and experience with Jeff in the leasing department. I did not have direct contact with there sales associates, so can't speak to that.

I called Koons to ask about a particular vehicle in their inventory. Omar Shawish (my awesome sales consultant) setup an appointment for me to come out and take a look the next day. When I arrived, the vehicle was right out in front, detailed, washed, and ready for me to take a test drive. When I came back, I had some questions about the vehicle, and realized that there were a few things that I would like in addition to what was included. Not a problem for Omar. He searched around and found the exact vehicle I was looking for! He offered a fair price and we closed the deal. Very happy with Omar and Koons!

I went to KOONS Falls Church Ford to buy a used car. Honestly, I liked their professionalism and their perseverance to get me a car. I was finally approved with 2009 KIA Rondo. Of course, I made great reviews for the salesperson who helped me a lot during the purchase process. However, a day after, my car would not start. I called and emailed Koons and somehow there is a change of attitude. I do not received email reply promptly liked before. If I call, they will say they are busy. The promise of calling me back never happened until I called the next day, and was advise that I should bring the car to autozone and have it checked since there repair and maintenance service is closed on Sunday. I ended up calling my insurance company to have the car started and bring it to autozone, where I purchase a new battery since the current battery has a bad report already. another issues were my radio, it does not work, and they gave me a broken keyless entry pin covered with scotch tape. I was being told that they are supposed to throw it away, but decided to give it to me. If I remember, when I saw the 2009 KIA Rondo at the Koons website, it was clear that it has features like AM/FM CD radio and keyless entry pin, but somehow I did not expect I will be given a non working radio and a broken keyless entry pin. I believed I may not have some warranty that is why they are reluctant to help, but how I wish they disclosed all these problems before I actually purchased it. I commend their professionalism before and during the selling process, but definitely not a good people to contact after the selling process.

Buyer beware if purchasing a car at this dealership. They offer a no interest loan and then when the time comes to pay they first say it will be $1500 more added to the loan and then upped it to $3500. They would not talk specifics regarding financing details so there was no way to know what the final cost would be until the very end. I ended up buying a car out of state and saving between $3500 to $4000 less.

I truly had a wow experience. I purchased my 2013 ford escape for a business venture. Adelmoneim Osman was my salesperson and he did a tremendous job. I know that I am a challenge when it comes to credit worthiness. Mr Osman did went over and above the call of duty...he really advocated for me as I had explained to him that I really needed the vehicle to paunch my business. For years Koons Ford Falls Church has been my Ford Dealer. The Body Shop was my first experience and terrific with repairs after a failed attempt to steal my Ford Pickup. My insurance company recommended Koons even though I reside in the District. Service Department became my second experience and sold me on Koons as a Dealership. When I was ready for my next car, I bought it at Koons as well as the one after it. Explained to the Salesman and New Car Sales Manager no matter how great they were on my purchases their real secret was the Service Department and Randy Gabler, who always delivers exceptional on time service. Sales sees me about every four years while Randy takes care of my car three or four times a year. As my Father taught me from his days as the attorney for a Ford Dealership back home in Colorado - the Service Department is the real source of loyal and repeat customers.

All the horror stories you hear about a large dealership exists here at Koons Ford. After 3 days of phone calls, I was finally given a price quote for what the Used Car Department at Koons Ford would be willing give me to buy my older model car. I made sure they explained SLOWLY the price for trading it in and also the price for buying it outright which Koons Ford said would be the same dollar amount. I told them I accepted their price and to prepare the paperwork for Koons Ford to buy the car and I would leave with a check. Again, this took a couple days and then I finally receive an email from the Used Car Manager at Koons Ford who stated the price I was given was to trade the car and if I wanted to sell it to them, then their lowball (WOW) price would be reduced by another 33%. Keep all your wits about you if you decide to walk into Koons Ford.

Koons Ford in Falls Church has some verry Outstanding employees, and a couple who just don't belong in such a Great place. Carl Leckner General Manager is very helpful and kind as a Manager he is Outstanding, Jeff Ottenberg in Sales is just Great at his job, he makes the process go smoothly and gets you the best deal possible. Thats why we bought a 2014 leftover Ford Escape and a 2015 Ford Fusion SE. I really enjoyed the team work I saw in the short time we was there. Mike Bancroft who is also a salesman helped us with the technology of both cars, we didn't know he was a salesman until a few days later, he was kind and helpful and it really meant alot to us to understand how to use the devices in such a short time. We thought he was Tech support. He's a great person and we wish him lots of good luck in selling cars also. Rebecca Laplante, from cutomer service was very kind and helpful and made us feel appreciated as customers. Mike Connell shop Foreman gets the job done he is very professional and really knows his job, he almost makes it look easy. Sean Kramer in the service department is also and outstanding mechanic. Susan Larken is friendly and kind and very understanding. She has a great big smile and makes a person feel comfortable. Theres also Mike Groff Service supervisor very kind and seems to be a good person. Thjere are a couple bad mechanics working there that really should not be there I find them harmful to Koons customers, but I will leave that up to the GM to decide there faitht think with so many Outstanding people working in one place which is hard to find, I think the bad people should not have the privelidge to work in such a good place.

I had a great experience at Koons Ford Falls Church, mostly thanks to Azeez Yinusa. Prior to going to Koons Falls Church, I spent most of the day with a different Ford dealership in MD which ended up being a big waste of time. The sales person at this other dealership didn't seem interested in selling me car (he never said anything about the car, just stood around while I asked questions and even left me with a trainee that knew nothing about the vehicle) and kept for me waiting only to make an offer that was laughable (for both my trade-in and the one they were selling). So, my next stop was Koons Ford Falls Church to check out a car I had seen on their website. I went through a car buying service provided by my credit union, and once Koons saw that I was interested in their vehicle, I received an email to set up an appointment to see it. From the minute I got there, my interaction with Azeez was very pleasant. He has obviously taken the time to familiarize himself with the car and cited the perks of the car while I was checking it out, never skipping a beat when I fired off questions during my inspection. After the test drive, we went back into the office to start the the old song-and-dance that takes place when buying a car. I had a set amount that I wanted to pay, and after some back-and-forth, the manager Cris came in with a number over my desired amount but still a really good deal. I had to get my pre-approved amount increased, so it took two days to come back and I came in looking to purchase at the amount that I was quoted. I initially met some resistance with a different manager on staff that evening, Ruben. After some more back-and-forth, Ruben honored the quote from my last visit and I drove away a happy customer. I really don't enjoy the whole process with buying cars, but the Azeez absolutely made the experience painless and the managers were very fajr with their pricing.I would go to Koons Falls Church again for another car, and I definitely recommend asking for Azeez Yinusa.

I needed a newer truck for my business and I see one at Koons when I was driving by, it was parked at the front next to the road so I went in to see it. I meet a salesman name is Yaz, he is a great guy and help me to get the best deal on the truck I like. I only had one hour because I was on lunch break but Yaz finish everything fast so I can go back to work. After I buy the truck I took to my mechanic to see if everything is good for engine and transmission, he said everything great and they even already put new brake pads on truck! I ask him if truck was good deal and told him the price, he say I get very good deal so I'm happy with everything and very happy with Yaz, he is so good guy I send all my friends!

I bought a 2011 Buick Enclave on September 24, 2014. I had quite a horrible experience! The sales representative left before the deal was concluded. At the final signing of the paper works, it was discovered that the odometer was about 3,000 more than the advertised and initially disclosed odometer by Sales Rep! Though one of the Pre-Owned Sales Manager gave $500 for this indiscretion, it left a bad taste in the mouth. Worst yet, in spite of the pricey dealer processing fees, the vehicle was delivered without being cleaned. When I noted this, I was told that this would be done when I come back for the DVD installation. Regrettably however, upon the DVD installation the vehicle was still left uncleaned! I had to wait for almost three hours before this could be done and this was after so much hassles and insistence. Most of the staff were very dismissive and condescending! I felt really terrible coming all the way from Maryland to get such a shoddy treatment at this Koons Ford dealership in Falls Church, Virginia. I'll never recommend them to anyone. Period!

I needed a new car so I went over to Koons Ford Falls Church because I bought a car there almost fifteen years ago and had a decently good experience. I really liked the Escape, my neighbor purchased one a few months ago and I have been in it a few times. I worked with Yaz, my salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken and friendly, and I really enjoyed working with him. I went to this dealership trying to see what kind of car I could get for my husband and and he was very helpful in showing me many cars and their features, even discussing some pricing with me while trying to make a decision. I consider myself to be an above average educated car buyer. I read reviews. I watch the market trends and prices. I service my family fleet. I know cars and trucks well. I have owned many vehicles in my 55 years including several used and new Ford trucks. I never thought I would be writing a GREAT review of a new car dealership. I am a skeptic. Everything changed when I made contact with Koons of Falls Church VA. From my initial contact with the salesperson, Jeff Ottenberg, I was amazed at their commitment to giving me the best deal possible on my vehicle of choice. Usually the dealer will steer you into the vehicle of their choice in order to maintain your budget price-in other words they offer you a cheaper vehicle. Koons worked to get me the best possible price and the most available incentives on the vehicle I selected. I live in Chesapeake VA which is over 200 miles and 10 Ford dealerships away from Falls Church. I searched and negotiated with dealers from Raleigh NC to Baltimore MD and no other dealer could compete on a comparable truck. The closest price was in Raleigh which is also over 200 miles from my home and that was $$$ more than Koons for an identical truck (amount equivalent to 5 extra payments).. My 4 local dealers were not competitive in price by thousands of dollars. With Koons we handled 90% of the deal via email. I rented a one way vehicle and made the drive to Koons. Always the skeptic I expected to find hidden fees and dealer add ons when I arrived. Not at Koons. Jeff was especially courteous, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. There were no sales pitches or hidden agendas. The price they quoted is the price I paid. That is what they advertise as the WOW price. I am very happy with the new F 150 and with the sales staff at Koons. Many dealers try to sell you on their service. I am a price buyer. It is a new Ford with a new car warranty that is good at any Ford dealership. I wish I was close enough to let Koons service my truck but am so glad I made the drive. Please take my advice. Shop around. Get price quotes. When you select your new Ford go directly to the Koons of Falls Church website and compare their WOW price to your best negotiated price. Then call Jeff and set your GPS for Falls Church 22044. If you have a trade in vehicle you may get a better deal than I did. Without a trade I missed out on another huge cash incentive. I still wake up in the middle of the night dreading the knock on my door regarding the truck I stole from Falls Church. My new 2014 Koons F 150 was a fantastic deal. I would drive 500 miles for the same savings on my next new vehicle. A great new vehicle buying experience. Strongly recommend to all friends and family.

We had very pleasant experience choosing the car, which we found online. The sales consultant, George, was very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle, as we had many questions regarding some high tech functions, which we are not particularly good at. One day as luck would have it I ended up at Koons Ford to just browse, there I met Howard Hubbard the most amazing and most helpful sales person. I came all the way from Richmond to Falls Church to purchase my Explorer after finding it on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership, found that it was still available but didn't think I would be able to get the price that I required. I had gone to dealerships in the Richmond area and they wouldn't work with me at all on the price and trade-in of my car. I basically worked with FC Koons via email, giving them the price that I could afford. When I arrived, the SUV they showed me was not the one that I thought I had seen on-line..that was a hiccup. I looked at a similar one but it was over my price point. I was willing to go back home to Richmond..disappointed and empty handed..but they said wait..let us work to see what we can do. And, that's what they did. We kept going back and forth until a deal was acceptable for the both of us. I drove away in the Explorer that I needed for my family. Now, I have to admit that I was there for 6 hours and I didn't like that. The other issue that I ran into was that I didn't test drive the Explorer at a highway speed..just a bit of town driving. That was my mistake because when I left the lot and picked up speed, I noticed a bad shaking in one of the tires. Took it back, it needed rotors..they fixed it and I was on my way. They had the repair completed in an hour and I was on my way back to Richmond. So, overall it was a good experience. In the future, if I need to purchase another car, I will probably make the drive again to do so.

Two weeks ago we went to Koons Ford in Falls Church, in attempt to just test drive a Ford Focus. When we walked into the dealership, we were approached by a very friendly and welcoming sales consultant, Tony Anzo. Tony was very engaging and knowledgeable with the Ford products. We were there with our daughter who is 16 and is in need of a dependable and reliable car. Tony made our daughter feel very comfortable and answered all of her questions. He was very funny and made the process very easy. After the test drive, Tony asked us questions about our expectations with monthly payments. We told him what we were looking for and he actually came back with a better monthly payment than what we were anticipating. He made the process very smooth with an anti "car dealership" feeling. Staff was friendly without being overbearing, a must for me. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle with a very specific list of options. Every time I found one, the dealership let it slip to another buyer because they were not responsive to my emails or other online chats. Since I work the same hours as most dealerships and the vehicles only seemed to be available in a dealership far away from me, it was my intent to work out a deal before traveling all the way in to see the car. On 7/30/14, I had an online chat with Reza Kabir. After ironing out a few details, I traveled to the dealership because I did not want to lose out on yet another vehicle that fit everything I was looking for. I met with Reza at our appointment time, and the conversation(s) about financing options and other incentives were friendly and straightforward. On the financing side, I worked with Joshua Jones, who was also friendly and helpful. I ended up driving off the lot with the car I had spent months searching for within 3 1/2 hours of getting there. Reza and Josh were great - I do not hesitate recommending this dealership or these gentlemen to work with if you are in the market for a Ford vehicle. It's only been a day, but I'm very happy with my purchase and have every confidence in Koons that if anything (under warranty) were to happen with my vehicle, they would rectify it immediately. I will update and/or post a new review as to the qualify of repairs when and if I require their service.

First off I don't write reviews... but since the car buying experience can be so horrible (pushy sales people), I figure I should share how great mines was. I like to do a lot of research before I go to dealerships so that I am prepared. And even when I go to the dealership, I don't purchase a car immediately even if I like it a lot. I always sleep on it. I came across the Koons Ford Falls Church dealership in my internet search for the cheapest 2014 Ford Escape S. I visited 2 and called 2 other Ford dealerships as well to see if I really needed to drive all the way to Falls Church to get a car (about a 2 hour public trans commute). I shared with the other dealerships what Koons Ford was offering me as far as pricing and they told me to go back and purchase the car with Koons. I was so surprised that the dealerships weren't even able to compete with Koons pricing and they actually told me to go back to Koons Falls church and purchase the car! Osman Aberra was the gentleman that helped me with the purchase. He picked me up from the metro station (which I thought was a nice touch) and started going over car specs with me. He wasn't pushy and he tired to make sure I was extra comfortable with the car. He even helped with the voice commands and set up the Bluetooth in the car after the purchase! I just purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer from Jeff this past Friday. It's the 5th vehicle I have purchased from him (and Koons) and I can't say enough good things about him. He's professional, pleasant, and always does his best to get you a great deal that you'll be satisfied with. I trust his advice and look to him for suggestions. With this particular purchase, he went out of his way to find the Explorer I wanted and even had it brought to Koons for me. I will definitely be back to see him in a couple of years when I'm ready to trade this one in!

My fiancee and I came to Koons of Falls Church Ford looking to potentially trade-in our old 2011 Focus and get a new car. We were torn between a more fuel efficient car or a larger car as we start a family. Our sales representative Reza was incredibly helpful. He was ready to answer all of our questions and was able to anticipate our needs as he showed us each of the cars. Reza made the whole process easy as he guided us toward the car that fit our needs and wants perfectly. It was getting late and other staff members were leaving, but Reza didn't show any signs of fatigue (we'd been talking and test driving for three hours). He helped us narrow down the features we wanted and made sure that were all set with Ford Credit. His dedication to our needs is the sole reason we left that day with a brand new Ford Escape. We love the car and couldn't be more thankful for the Koons team, especially Reza, for helping us get our new car!

I have worked with Jeff Ottenberg of Koons to lease 2 trucks now and he is always going above and beyond for my husband and me. He finds exactly the truck I want at the price I want. He stays in touch to make sure all loose ends are tied up. We currently were in the middle of a long distance move while finalizing our 2nd lease with him and Jeff overnighted all of our paperwork, tags etc. He would call or email me and my husband to check in and see that everything arrived when he said it would. Koons has a pleasure...even with the move we will go back to Jeff again!

I came to the Koons Falls Church Ford VA dealership with an Escape SE in mind. I wanted to check subjective considerations like seat feel and how well the rear camera worked. I did not plan to purchase! Salesman Russel Walker quickly identified some units that met my requirements. A test drive pleasantly satisfied my questions. I ok'd moving forward, so while a couple of staff joined Russell in evaluating my trade-in, yet other staff pulled together financial propositions. Two hours after arrival I exited with a new Escape SE. I liked how finance guy Joe Blanco, when I chose the low-end maintenance plan, had a spreadsheet ready to plug in typical ad hoc maintenance versus the pay-ahead plans. Doing at the dealer's what I would have calculated at home saved us all time. I stuck with the low-end plan. The nearest to disappointment I had in the process was that my low-mileage trade-in wasn't credited as much as I expected. The most pleasing aspect of the experience was seeing how apparently around seven staff worked smoothly as a team to efficiently resolve my concerns and assure quality.

I purchased my 2011 Ford Mustang at Koons Ford, Falls Church Virginia & decided to try out their service department. Prior this, I'd had bad experiences at dealerships when it came to service. Well, was I shocked to see a friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional Service Advisor to coordinate my service at Koons Ford! This has been the case for a couple of years. No complaints. My Service Advisor was re-assigned to another location so Mr. Randy Gabler was my Service Advisor this past week. Same outstanding attitude, helpfulness, professionalism. I cannot say enough for Koons Ford Service Department. Everyone is cheerful, helpful, and does their best to make it a positive experience. The waiting room is well-lit, spotless, with a TV that works (!!) and also a computer for Internet use. There is also coffee and the restrooms and ultra clean and well-lit. Try it out!

This was actually amazing from the moment clicked more info on the cars.com selection - for a specific car. Moments later the dealership called - to let me know that car was still in stock and a salesman would be calling me shortly to answer my questions. A few minutes later Osman Aberra called me - answered my questions and when I wanted a breakdown - said give me a little time and I will e-mail that t o you. And sure enough he did - a spreadsheet that gave me the information that really helped and I made an appointment to see the car. . And once I got there - he met me at the door, was ready to show me the car I inquired about. No hassle finding the car or the keys. He explained all the bells whistles and had me try them myself. He synced my phone up. Amazing! In comparison to the other dealer I saw and the other e-mail inquiries I made - they genuinely seemed interested in helping me. The whole team was great but Osman stood out because he went the extra mile over the phone - rather than just saying come in.

I knew exactly what I wanted and had done my inquiries via cars.com. After a weeks worth of people not answering my questions, and a very disappointing test drive with my previous Ford dealer, I tried once again. Wow, no sooner had I sent the request about the car - than the phone rang and a lovely lady - let me know they had that car available still and on the lot. I explained my situation and she said a salesman would call shortly. Osman Aberra called a few minutes later with the price - when I wanted additional information he said he needed a few minutes and then would e-mail me the information. I received the e-mail from him with a short time with a spreadsheet type break down of what I had asked. I made an appointment with him for that evening. He was outside waiting when we drove up. We drove over to the lot where the car was. I was able to see it and Osman was wonderful when I ask him to demo some of the bells and whistles. He went the extra mile so I could get this car. His follow up was wonderful. He even sent a thank you note. The whole buying experience was great. I highly recommend both Osman and Koons Ford.

I've neither written reviews nor planned on ever doing so, but upon purchasing a new truck from Koons, Victor asked if I felt comfortable doing so and here I am. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I called Koons Falls Church and set up a test drive with David Mason. First impression upon walking in was great- everyone stood up and asked who and what I was looking for and how they could help. I take it because Georgia David is fairly new, Victor came over to assist me as well. The two of them were more than appreciative of my business. Again, knowing exactly what I wanted, I came in with a price in mind and Victor/David worked to get down as close as possible to that number. Bottom line, I went to a few dealerships and Victor/David beat those others on price of a new F-150 by $1,000 with all fees, taxes, tags etc. included. I even walked out my first day after some negotiating and David said he "knew" I was going to come back, so he put the truck in the back of the lot to save it. Doesn't get much better than that. Koons Falls Church, David, and Victor, want your business and are willing to do whatever it takes to make your time there pleasurable and up to all expectations. Well done to Koons. I have bought about 15 cars since 1966. I just got home from driving 650 miles in my new Fusion Hybrid. I would like to say this was by far the most pleasant, stress free purchase I have made. Even though I had to fly 650 miles to take possession and a 650 mile to drive it home, it could have been a disaster. I talked to about 10 different salesman in the weeks before purchasing from your dealership. My salesman was Osman Aberra, he was an extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasant person to deal with. I purchased from your dealership because he was diligent on following up with calls and emails without being pushy. No other salesman from here, Jacksonville Fla, Maryland or Detroit that I talked to did. I spent almost 2 weeks with a salesman in Columbia Maryland that couldn't seem to get the out of state purchase right, and now I'm glad he didn't. There are not many Fusions Hybrids here in south Alabama to pick from. I felt totally non hassled and at ease with Osman. Its the first time I can say, I didn't feel weary after negotiating for a car. He treated me like family and with respect and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I did not feel any phoniness about him. Older, old school salesman can learn a thing or two from him. Things have changed in the car sales business and its because of the Internet, and Osman knows how to deal with it. Some dealers do not accept it and still try the high pressure tactics, back and forth with the manager, calculating with a calculator etc, I'm sure you know the drill. I got what I wanted at the price I was happy with, without all the headaches. I would not hesitate to purchase again from him and your dealership over a local one here in Alabama or any place else.

I came to Koons to look at cars, and I was immediately met by Nate, a fine young salesman, Nate proved to be professional, hard working and so nice. I must say he was the very best salesman I have ever come into contact with. He did not push he worked hard to find me what I was interested in and was so professional. I think Koons should be proud to have such a wonderful young man working for them. Believe me I was not prepared to meet such a fine person, I was very apprehensive about looking for a car but he made it a very nice experience.

Been shopping for a Mustang for some time.... Koons has always had the best prices online, and I chose Falls Church to test drive. I live closer to another dealer, but I heard too many horror stories about them, so passed and chose 7 corners. From the salesperson, to the management... they were all very polite, and made the process best I've had so far when buying a car. Kudos to you guys. I'll be sending more people to Koons!

Another fabulous streamline experience with Jeff! We have been buying cars from Jeff for 14 years now. Just purchased our 15th vehicle from him. Jeff goes out of his way to make buying a car an great experience and he has become part of our family. With two of our four kids driving now, Jeff sold them their first cars as well!! The next two will be purchasing their cars from him when the time comes for them. We will never buy a car from anyone else so hopefully Jeff doesn't have plans on retiring anytime soon!

Nate was by far the best person I've ever dealt with in regards to sales. He was very accessible, always returned calls promptly, and was very honest and straight to the point in regards to my purchase. There were no "surprises" when i showed up to buy the vehicle. It went very smoothly and exactly how Nate said it would go. I could have purchased the same vehicle for the same price(in some cases a little cheaper) at a variety of different dealerships but chose to buy from Koons Falls Church Ford strictly because of Nate. I have recommended all my friends to visit Nate when their time comes to purchase a new vehicle.

I looked at the reviews before going in, and I was concerned....But they had a Certified Edge I was looking for and it was priced better than any others I could find. I called first to see if it was available, and the salesman was very polite (to my suprise according to what I've read here on cars.com). He told me it was still available, and that he would have it ready when I arrived. When I got there, he was busy with another customer, but he still had it pulled up waiting for me. After a short wait, we test drove, he told me everything about the truck, wasn't pushy like most, gave me close to what I wanted for my trade... and 2 hours later, walked out with the car I came to look for! After the sale, the Manager came out to make sure I was happy, and gave me his to card if I needed anything. That usually ONLY happens when I buy new cars, so it was refreshing. I told him about the reviews, and I also told him that this experience would be duly noted. If they were as bad as the older reviews say....Those people have to be gone. Because my experience was great and will recommend my friends and family to go buy from them everytime I have a chance to!

I had a great experience at Koons of Falls Church Ford. I arrived a bit late for my scheduled test drive, but everyone there was very accommodating. We went on the test drive and the car was in great shape. We made friendly conversation in the car. They offered us coffee and we got down to business. They explained everything carefully and were not pushy. They offered several financing options. They were hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. They didn't talk down to us at all. I was wary of going here because of other reviews, but I really wanted to check out this car. It was worth it. We found a minor issue with the car (lights didn't turn on on gear shifter) and they fixed it right then and there. The rear wiper is gone, so they are going to replace that too. We signed the papers and they said if they need anything else from us they will give us a call, and we can call them if we need anything. And the car is great. I couldn't be happier. We got a great deal too. The buying process took a while, but they were making us very comfortable and we actually had some great conversation. I am overall impressed!

Real bad experience. They told me the car went through a 160 point inpsection and everything checked out or replaced. On the test drive, the brakes were making noise. The salesman continued to tell me it is nothing, may be just water between the brake pads. In the price negotiations, they kept adding thigs like dealer added options, dealer prep fees etc. Also, they had a service package included in the sticker price which they kept saying is not included. My recent car buying experiences are better than what it used to be 15 years ago. At that time, the Car sales people were sometimes found to be underestimating the intelligence of the buyer and treated them with disrespect. I have seen that sort of treatment is rare now-a-days as buyers have more resources to research on the car and the price. Most of the dealer recognize that today. Seems like Koons of Fallschurch have not changed their treatment of the customers at all and gave me pretty much the same treatment I received from them 18 years ago at the same dealership.

I have been looking for an escape hybrid. saw a 2011 white one that they had listed over 2 weeks ago. I contacted them to ask about pictures, and was told they would be emailed that same afternoon. after 3 days I called again and was told the vehicle "wasn't on the ground yet" and they were expecting in a day or so. i called again over a week ago on a sunday when i was in there area to see if the escape was there and was told "i will check and call you right back" over a week later they still haven't called and they haven't added photos to the ad on here! this place is a joke!

it was bad, however they had a car I was looking for. So I bought the car but it was a big mistake because their customer service is horrible. Once I am done with the deal a salesperson has became a jerk. No further help and responsibilty. Never go back there!

I received a good price on my Focus, which the Harrisburg area dealers could not come close to. The staff was friendly & professional. My only complaint was that it took so long at the dealership to complete the paperwork. They try too hard to get you to take the extended warranty which I told them early on I was not interested in. Then I had to wait a long time for my meeting with the financial services mgr. Maurice was very accomodating & made the experience pleasant. If I had known I was going to be waiting around so long I could have had more time to go over the cars features instead of winging it on the long drive back to Harrisburg. I also was surprised to see that the car had over 500 miles on it, since it was a "new" car.

It was our worst experience buying a car in our life. My husband and I are so disappointed the way that the dealer treated us after we signed the contract. We had reported concerns about the car and they were very unfriendly at all and did not demonstrade any willing to repair the car or help us.

Don get too WOW about Koons Ford in Falls Church. In a recent car purchase and trade, we were told the OWprice was the lowest possible sale price for the used vehicle we purchased so no give on the WOW price. On the trade a luxury vehicle in excellent condition we were low-balled (below the blue book rade-invalue) on a claim that the arket for the car was real bad and they likely would have to sell it to dealer of that make car and would lose money So imagine our surprise when the very next week, we see the car we traded in on the Koons Ford web site with a OWprice that was $4,000 above what we were given in the trade! And it doesn stop there! When we took the newly purchased used car back for the few items that needed repair (that were agreed to at the time of sale), the level of service we experienced was a complete fiasco ranging from completely incorrect service log in, to total non responsiveness from every part of the dealership when we tried to find out what was actually being done to the car, to incomplete and faulty repairs on the few items that needed to be fixed. Only after sending a detailed letter of complaint to Koons corporate headquarters were we ultimately able to work through most of the repairs (one was and remains completely botched, however) to the newly purchased used car. Moral of the story, Buyer Beware don get WOW about Koons Ford in Falls Church.
