The best time I had buying a Car. The Honest, Friendly, Professional, service received was outstanding. They overextended themselves above and beyond what seem to be the norm. My service crew was exceptional. Not to exclude the man with a plan that had me laughing as I signed all the documents. I was referred here by a friend of mine to buy a New Jeep which I loved the style and features but was unable to afford the monthly payment even with the low interest rate I was approved for. So the salesmen suggested looking at their certified used lot and I was able to find a few models I feel in love with. The salesman was helpful and pushy, providing the details I needed to make the right selection based on features and price range I needed.

My one comment was that the car did not arrive on the date originally agreed, as Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge cannot always guarantee the delivery date. That said, the service was extremely helpful and I got the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Pleased with the service and will continue to lease cars from now on.

Krebs CJD and specifically Crystal Spreng, is the most accomodating, honest and customer oriented dealership I have ever done business with. Krebs is a place you can really feel comfortable at without worry of pressure tactics or shady dealing. They are up front and can be trusted for fairness. I had the special pleasure of initailly dealing online with Crystal and then the greater pleasure of meeting her in person. She was so personable I felt like I was purchasing my vehicle from a close family friend and she made sure that any concerns I may have had were taken care of and completlely resolved before I left. Crystal took on the challenge of matching a very good interest rate from my home bank and met the challenge finding a significantly lower offer. I am very pleased with my purchase and to say the experience of buying at Krebs was enjoyable would be a huge understatement. I would return to Krebs in a minute if I was in need of another vehicle.
