This is the epitome of a no hassle dealership. Larry was very easy to work with and very helpful, having a quick answer to any questions we had. Made a deal in an hour that everyone was happy with. Have had my 2013 Ram back to this dealers service department SIX times to find a squealing noise. It still isn't fixed. They have replaced numerous parts without success. This last time they replaced the front differential and not only is the squeal still there but the truck now had a vibration. I made yet another appointment to now have TWO problems looked into. I decided to look under the truck myself to see if I could tell what was vibrating and found that the service department had installed the crossmember backwards and it was touching the differential. It even had a stamp on it to show which way it was suppose to face and they still put it in wrong!!. I took it off and turned it around myself. No more vibration. I will not be bringing my truck back to Krystal dodge for anything.

I did not buy from this dealer. The only reason I didn't was because I am looking for a specific vehicle and they did not have one. They did however try to locate one and were unable to do so. They also told me they will continue to try to locate one and notify me if and when they do. I trust them to keep their word and do just that. When the vehicle is located, I will buy from them.

Unlike jeeperson, I had a great purchasing experience at Krystal. Carmen was straight forward and honest about everything. I especially liked how all of my finance options were presented up front and were clearly spelled out. Real compromises were made to get the deal done - on BOTH sides. And everyone had a smile and hello. Truly a fine experience. I have no problem sending anyone I know their way. Thank you Krystal!

Sales person was not honest. I would not buy again here. I purchased because I WANTED the particular vehical they had on their lot. I felt very "nickel and dimed" at the end. I guess I make up for this one by steering two persons away from this place. Albany area is much more willing to deal.
