Needed a cargo van for our delivery business and found a Ram Promaster that fit the bill at Kunes. Chad did a great job of getting it ready to show us, since it had just been posted on the website. After a inspection with my business partner, and a test drive, we knew it would work for us. The financing and customer service was great... Can't say enough about how pleased I was. Looking forward to another vehicle in the near future with Kunes Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I was looking for a used truck and found one I liked at this dealer. Sent an email requesting some more info and got a quick response from Ryan Goebel. I work third shift and lived about 50 minutes from there. Got there truck was waitin for me to check out and test drive. Loved it and wanted to buy it but not without my wife's approval. The dealership allowed me to take it home, and I told him where I needed to be on a price. Took it home and talked to Ryan the next day and said they could do the deal. Drove it back done there with my two year old and was in and out. Overall I'd say it was one of my top car buying experiences. Would definitely recommend Ryan and his crew.

Luis, Jason, and Zak did a great job with my recent purchase. I came in looking for a used Jeep and left with a Toyota FJ Cruiser. No sales pressure, smooth negotiations and great service. My husband and I went to Kunes in Delevan to trade in my old car and purchase a new Journey. Eduardo was extremely helpful with any questions we had and making sure we were comfortable while the buying process was taking place. JJ, who helped us with financing, was also extremely helpful to ensure we had the best rate and options for us. It was a great experience, and we will be using them again for any future purchases.

Devon worked very hard over a couple of weeks to find the car I wanted. I wanted a certain car at a certain price with less that 30,000 miles. After going back and forth I almost ended up with Ryan Braun's car but Deveon found something even better! I was looking for a used car but ended up with a brand new car! It costs less than the used cars I was looking at with a boat load of feature including a car the parks itself! WOW! Bill put together a deal that was very fair and Zack was a terrific to deal with on the paper work. KUDOS to Kune!

About two weeks ago I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude Edition through Eduardo. I was very satisfied with his customer service and knowledge of the Jeep brand. I had to take my Jeep back a week later for a minor cosmetic repair and he again was awesome to deal with- made it a very easy experience. I also have to say that the management & loan officer (Jason & Zak) that I met and worked with were also so very nice and made my new car purchase experience 1,000x's better than my first one :)

After having some bad experiences at previous dealers I'm so happy I came across this dealership! Mike was nice enough to go over numbers with me over the phone before I made the 45 minute drive to come up. Once I was there everyone was very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured or felt like I was being given the run around. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone!!

Found my Dodge Ram 1500 on the Kunes Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram website. Called and spoke with Mike Oberthaler in sales and got all my questions regarding the vehicle answered clearly and honestly. He walked me through a simply per-qualification for financing over the phone. My wife and I picked the best offer from the bank, drove up to the dealership, saw and dove the vehicle and made the purchase all in less then 2 hours. Wonderful service throughout the process and I am absolutely satisfied with my new truck!!!!

ALWAYS HAVE BEEN A BIT LEARY OF CAR DEALERSHIPS AND THEIR SALES PEOPLE. HOWEVER THIS DEALERSHIP SEEMS TO BE CHANGING THINGS SIGNIFICANTLY. THE SALES PERSON WE WORKED WITH (JOE) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND JUST REALLY NICE TO TALK TO. THE FINANCIAL PERSON (ART) WAS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE. THEY CERTAINLY HAD AN INFLUENCE ON ME BUYING THE VEHICLE I DID I'M FROM THE AREA THIS DEALSHIP IS IN AND I'VE ALWAYS HEARD POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THEM. I really had no idea what I wanted just knew it had to be a jeep. My Salesperson Ryan Jones was amazing and very patient with me. I test drove several jeeps several times over before I could decide and must of asked a million questions. If you want a friendly, professional car shopping experience, go to Kunes. I had a terrific experience with everyone at Kunes Chrysler. I live in Chicago, but went to Elkhorn looking for a Dodge Charger Super Bee after a terrible shopping experience at Marino Dodge, located roughly 5 miles from my house. Elkhorn is about 1 hours from home, but worth the trip. Mike Oberthaler is a consummate professional, answered all my questions and put me at ease. There were no pressure tactics from Mike or his co workers. They located a Super Bee for me and I purchased the car after consideration. Again, there was no pressure to make the sale, they gave me ample opportunity to make up my mind. The Super Bee was spotless when I picked her up, and Mike's co worker Eduardo assisted me in linking my cell phone to the auto via Bluetooth. This is a good company!

Shopping for a new SUV and decided to stop at Kunes to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Joe the salesman was very helpful in showing the various options available and the inventory available. We went for a test drive and he provided me the purchase price for the selected vehicle. There was no pressure sales. I contemplated the purchase of this vehicle and a day later went back and purchased the selected vehicle. the sale and trade in of my existing car was quick and problem free. I would recommend Kunes for a purchase of a new vehicle.

I went online looking for a jeep rubicon. Kunes county jeeps had the one I had been looking for. I called and set everything up over the phone, was a bit nerves cause I never purchased a big ticket item over the phone. I drove 70 miles to pick up the jeep. Joe, my sales rep had all the paper work ready. Love my new rubicon. Thanks kunes jeep for making this purchase as painless as possible.

My husband and I had been shopping around for a used Jeep Wrangler ever since we lost our very old Jeep to "cash for clunkers". I found a description of the perfect Jeep for us online at Kunes Country. I called prior to making the trip to test drive the vehicle because we lived a distance away. I talked on the phone with Mike Oberthaler and he was extremely helpful to make sure I would indeed see the Jeep I was looking for. The trip was well worth the drive. I took a test drive, had my trade in appraised and made a comfortable deal in the span of an hour. Mike was no pressure, understood what I was looking for and the whole "It's a Jeep Thing" mentality. I happily drove away shifting gears and blasting the radio. Mike and the entire team at Kunes were so easy to deal with (and we had been to several other dealers). I would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future and will likely do so when this Jeep has seen it's better days....many years from now! Thanks again to the Kunes team.

Very poor. Contact thru cars.com. Set time to see car 2 days after call. Traveled 200 miles. Arrived on time only to find car sent to another of their dealerships only hours before I arrived. Could have accepted an apology but instead got contradictory excuses: "in a meeting so could not interfere, first served first come". Promise to get it back as soon as that customer's test drive completed--"plenty drivers to get car back" "Sorry, it will be several hours since drivers were sent someplace else". No sense that there was a business attitude of "we will find a way to work this out" and certainly began to believe we will not be told the truth. Eventually we suggested we try to negotiate a deal and complete it if car was as good as advertised. Ended with an offer lower than my expectation and unable to to negotiate a further used car allowance. Perhaps 3 hours earlier would have been willing to work it out, but by then too frustrated and angry to have patience with attempt at further dealing. Needed to get home for a prior arrangement so left, never having seen the car. Seemed as if sales people were just trying to avoid us, and perhaps they were, embarrassed by what was happening.

My wife and I have been watching the new SUV market namely the Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee since November of 2013. We actually walked away from one other local dealer due to their shady sales practices in 2013. We made the drive out to Kunes in Elkhorn Wi which is approximately 45 minutes each way from our house and Im glad we did. Not just for the fairness of the purchase vehicle price but also the honest appraisal of our trade in. From vehicle price to trade to finance the numbers were what we had initially expected 7 months ago. There are good quality people here who treat you as you want to be treated. I will definitely do business with the Kunes group in the future. I wish we visited your dealer years ago. Thanks for everything!

I drove 4 hours to get to the dealership. Before I left I had great contact with Peter the salesman. He even secured me a good loan despite my poor credit. When I got to the dealership the car was better than I imagined. The staff was beyond the best I have ever dealt with. They genuinely care about their customers and it definitely shows. It was a quick and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are simply amazing. Also they are very Veteran friendly. They are just too notch all the way around and really showed me the t options without pressuring me for the highest cost warranty. The only negative could find out of the situation is the car didnt come with a free super model. Thank you for leading me to such a great dealership. I wish i could rate them on here. Definitely 5 out of 5!

Live market pricing is a joke, it is way over what anyone should pay for a car. It says updates pricing every hour but the price on this car has not moved in about 2 months, seems "live" to me. The salesman wasn't even able to tell me much about it or what the name of this "cutting edge software" is. Be warned.

I recently purchased a used jeep wrangler from the Kunes dealership. I found the whole experience to be a positive one. I live in Illinois, about 60 miles from the dealership and the actually delivered the car to my front door. This was very much unexpected, but very appreciated. Also once i received the car and took it for its first drive as the owner, it was making a noise that i hadnt noticed during the test drive. I called my salesman and told him about the issue. I had purchased an extended warranty when i bought the jeep so i took it to a dealership closer to my home to find out what the problem was. Well just my luck the reoair wasnt covered by the warranty. I then called Kunes to tell them that the repair hadnt been covered and much to my surprise they said they would reimburse me the cost of the repair This was very unexpected but very appreciated. In the past after purchasing a used car from a dealership they were done with me as a customer. Kunes did not treat me this way.They listened and did me right and in this day and age, in my experiences, this is rare. Needless to say i would recommend the Kunes dealership very highly when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.

I drove two hours each way to look a vehicle that was not in working order; but was on the lot for sale. There were several issues with the truck that I was not informed about including: Dash Lights were out Service Engine Soon Light was on Brake line was hanging down Ac blew warm (which was listed but would have been nice to know before driving 2 hours down) Parking brake listed as not legal. It is not legal to sell this vehicle without a working parking brake Very disappointing experience overall. Pete was very pleasant however this does not make up for the condition of the truck.
