My mom had a heart attack. I traveled from Boston to WV. MY OIL NEEDED CHANGED MY TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW AND I was having a bad week. Me Kevin Trzicak treated me with respect. He was very kind when I needed it and I had my car worked on without delay. The Toyota dealership was one of the best I've seen and I've lived several places. Kudos to L&S Toyota! They take my car in for service on time. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating, making sure I am comfortable while I wait. Service personnel come in to let me know just what is going on and if I need any other work done take the time to tell me what is needed, why, and ask permission to due work before starting any repairs. I was also glad to be able to get everything taken care of the same day within a reasonable time frame. My salesman (Chad) was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he was willing to do whatever he could to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Everyone was very attentive and informative. Also, Garrett really worked to get me the deal with which I would be comfortable. I did not care for the interior colors in a couple of the cars--especially the Amber color. But having owned a Toyota, the quality of the vehicle, the appearance (normally I prefer an Hyundai but not this year), the mileage, and the price could not be beat. I LOVE THIS CAR!!!! I especially love the two tone interior. Makes it a little more interesting and gives it class without the added expense of leather seats.

I had an appointment for 11 am, got to L&S Toyota City at about 5 of 11. Warren greeted me, got my information on the RAV4 2010 that I brought in for service from the computer. I also asked that they check the cabin filter area where I found a dead mouse and tried to clean it all up. Warren told me that was no problem and they would check it out as well as changing the oil and do a multi point inspection. My car was taken in for service a little after 11, and I was finished by noon. Warren was polite, courteous, and friendly. The people who worked on my car were very careful to keep my car clean and neat as they changed the oil and checked the filter area. I am very pleased with the service I receive and will recommend they to anyone.

I have two Toyotas that I purchased used and the people at L&S have always treated me as a valued customer. They are very prompt and efficient when setting me up with a service appointment. The people at L&S are trustworthy, personable, and are always willing to help. My wife usually takes the vehicles for service and everyone at the dealership has always been courteous and has treated her with respect and not as a dumb female as she has experienced at other dealerships. The dealership is clean with plenty of seating and cold drinks are available if you become thirsty during your wait. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Its hard to tell what your looking at when the trucks are covered in snow during a blizzard. Ron took the truck I wanted to see back into the shop and washed it so I could study it. Took 03 Tacoma in for an aligment. 3 1/2 hours later they said all my tie rods were bad and they could not break them loose. Wanted 961.00 for alignment. Took to different mechanic and tie rods are fine. They also destroyed an eccentric cam bushing in the process on the righ a-arm. All the truck needed was a minor toe in adjustment on the left side only. I drove the truck for two years after changing an inner tie rod that was not set back 100%. It was barely noticable. I don't know why they were trying to move anything on the right side. The tire wear is perfect on that side. If they can't break the tie rods loose to adjust them, how are they going to break them loose to change them? Major rip off artists at work at this dealership.They did manage to move everythiing on my truck to really get it out of alignment. It's very bad now. Called Toyota and filed complaint.

I love the L&S Service Department. I used to make the round trip from Beckley to Charleston each day and would frequently visit them once a month. Each time they were always friendly and tried to give me quality service at each visit. The service department is clean and very inviting. Also they are usually very quick and to top it off.. Christmas Eve.. my car broke down due to a computer malfunction that had been sent out on the wire from Toyota. Not only did they take my car and get it fixed. But it was fixed that day and to top it off they didn't just have a temp in the service department they had a regular employee. All that for warranty work. They are just a great staff and even if I don't buy my next Toyota from L&S it will get a visit to thier service department even though I live in Charleston now.
