Excellant teamwork.Knowledgeable and well informed staff who are low key and very helpful. Kudos to Mike,Egron and the saleswoman who helped us.Jin was an excellent teacher and had the patience to spend 90 min with us which provided all the information we needed to make us feel comfortable with the operation of our new S90! Brought the car in for its first check-up at 5,000 miles. Brandon greeted me promptly, checked me in, and called as promised when the car was ready. They even vacuumed the interior! Nice touch - again. Great dealership!

All the employees at LaFontaine Volvo are awesome! They treat you like family. Our oldest Volvo is 15 years old and needed quite a bit of work. They really took the time and explained everything that needed to be done. They completed the job way before I thought they could. We took the car in during our vacation time thinking they would probably need a few days to fix it. They were able to get us back on the road the same day! We live over an hour away from LaFontaine Volvo but I definitely will use them exclusively!

I like that service appointments are available on Saturday morning, I was welcomed very friendly and loaner car was ready as well as paperwork for the scheduled service. I got helped by the responsible technician right away (Don). Overall he was very knowledgeable about my car and Volvo cars in general. I got updates via phone and car was clean and flawless serviced by time promised. I think Pricing for a OEM Dealership is fair and service is very good.

I have been looking for a used Jaguar convertible for a while and have had several Volvo. I wanted to drive an C70 and they had a Certified used one. I called late in the day for an appointment. Joe Pytel answered the phone and set up the test drive for the following AM. He was on crutches from an fall, but took great car of us. The car had not gone through the Certification inspection. we talked about pricing, but wanted to think about it. On the way out the Sales Manager Scott Tarwacki, came over and we made a deal. Everything went smoothly and they delivered the car to my house as promised. They did a great job of preparing the car. It looked new.

LaFontaine Volvo was able to see me on a days notice to help my family deal with this sudden service need to keep us on the road for a safe return home. They were very professional and able to complete the repair while I waited in the time frame provided.I will rely on them in the future for any services needed while out of state.

They could have just replaced my fan motor and it would have cost $1400. Instead they went ahead and fixed the existing motor. The final bill was $430. They saved me almost $1000. The previous work on our Volvo has always been great and I will continue to bring our car here.

When I came in, I explained to the maintenance coordinator, that I had an appointment I had forgotten about and would have to take the car. He said that he would put two techs on the job and get it down for me, so I would not have to return. He was as good as his word and the car was done in time.

I came in for a oil change, which should have taken 45 minutes to an hour. It took an hour and half, in the end I was not charged for the service. It was an incovience to wait so long & watch a sports channel on top of all that. Not very female friendly.

The service team at LaFontaine are top notch. I brought my Volvo in for the 75,000 "check up" knowing that I also had a very suspicious rattling sound in the front of the car. Brian kept me informed about the required repairs and the car was ready that day. The service center is always clean and the waiting area is also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this facility.

Brian in the Service Department was so professional in the handling of my repair issue (due to the "Check Engine" light) from putting me in a loaner, keeping me apprised of the work time estimate, making sure the problem was fixed before releasing the car and my car was cleaned with a full tank of gas when I arrived to pick it up. I highly recommend this dealership from purchase to maintenance to repairs of Volvo vehicles.
