We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. Everything from trading in our 2013 Compass to being handed the keys was GREAT. Dianne is excellent at what she does. We never felt pressured. She helped us get the best deal possible, including a great company discount from my work. This was our 2nd car we purchased from Lahti's and Dianne. We will be back.

Our son bought a jeep from Lahti's after a horrible accident in January. He wanted a SUV and tried a few out in NH. However, he came home to MA to tried out a Jeep on a cold, snowy, and slushy day. I couldn't believe Lahti's would even let us test drive a Jeep, but Dianne said: "No Problem". Well, a week later after all kinds of hold ups with insurance, he was driving his new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Diane was patient and so helpful. So, when mom and dad needed a new car, guess who we went to see? Dianne. Yet, when she was not there, Markeis helped us with test drives and was truly helpful .After letting us try several cars he let us know when Dianne would be available. That's teamwork! Two days later we took our 2016 Jeep Cherokee home. We enjoy every minute driving our new Jeep. We are finally looking forward to a New England winter this year. 4x4ever!

I started with another dealer, trying to locate a vehicle for me. After weeks of back and forth I stopped into Lahti's. Within 1 day they had determined we would need to order my new Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock. They immediately offered me a better trade value and discount on the new vehicle without all the typical "Let me check with my manager". Made a promise to me, that I didn't remind them of again, and it was upheld in the end.....astonishing! My Jeep arrived ahead of their estimated deliver in perfect shape. Brian was kind, courteous and listened to exactly what I wanted. And the best part, I never heard the typical "What do I have to do to get you to but this today". Also no pushy warranty or extras after the sale. Couldn't be happier.

My new 2016 Jeep Cherokee is amazing. I have always loved Jeep and this is my third one. I switched back to a Jeep after having a Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier. Lahti's Jeep made the difference in making the switch. I went to another Jeep dealer in my home town and the sales department was very lacking, but not at Lahti's. Dianne Lozeau went through every detail and step with efficiency and enthusiasm. She made sure every question I had was answered in full. I would recommend Lahti's Jeep to everyone that is interested in a Jeep. Great place and really great people.

I absolutely would recommend Lahti's Jeep to anyone looking to buy a jeep and avoid the cliche dealership experience. I came in and had a JKUR custom ordered within an hour or so with a better price than anyone else was able to offer me and without the cliche confrontational car buying experience. I have purchased 8-10 cars in recent years for friends and family and Lahti's is one of two dealerships that I can say I left in a good mood. I worked with Jay who did an excellent job, was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything from the vehicles to the financing. He also endured probably close to 100 back and fourth emails as we discussed getting all our ducks in a row to execute the financing, insurance, etc. Lahti's was also able to get me the best financing by far from one of their partner banks.I'd highly recommend Lahti's to anyone looking to buy a jeep and have a good experience doing so. I also can't say enough good things about working with Jay.

I went to Fred after having dealt with another dealership that just wanted me to continuously take things off of my dream Wrangler, I knew what i wanted and i was not willing to compromise. I was told to go to Lahti's from the start but the other dealership happened to be just a little bit closer, after dealing with them for a few weeks i came home crushed because my dream Jeep was not within my price range through that dealership. My Dad called Fred over at Lahti's and we went down that same day to see if we could reach a deal, Fred was awesome with my trade, gave me an Awesome deal on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon HardRock and even though he wasn't sure when it was going to come in he gave me an estimate and it came in right on time. I had a lot of help while i was there and everyone in the show room was so nice and everyone was always smiling. Every question i had was answered, and eagerly awaiting my jeep i was in there once a week to check on its progress in the factory. I could not be happier with my new Jeep and i will be recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Jeep. Fred was awesome to deal with and all the guys in that showroom dealt with my excitement very well, I regret not going to Lahti's first.

So, we wanted a Grand Cherokee. We really didn't think we could afford it but Brian Long and Lahti's made it work. No pressure, no hassle. Brian dug for every incentive and discount that he could find for us. We really felt as though he was the one buying the Jeep--he was great. We took two weeks in our decision process but Brian was super patient and let us think. We got the vehicle we wanted quickly, easily, with zero drama or pressure. I have rated my purchasing experience as excellent. My salesperson was Fred Perla. He did a thorough job, handled all of the details and everything was done on schedule. I live approximately 25 miles distance from Lahti's, and it was important to me to minimize the number of trips, Fred managed this with skill. I would also like to note that several times I communicated with Brian Long, and he was able to assist me as well. It was clear to me that the sales team is actually a team that works well together.

I have bought a lot of new cars in my life. But Fred made this the easiest one. I walked in not knowing to much about the Jeep except I liked the look. Fred told me a lot about the car before we even took itout for a ride. I was sold before I was back at his desk. He knew that was was worried about selling mycar but he gave me a fair trade. I got up one recent Saturday morning & said I'm buying a new Jeep today. I went to my favorite dealership to see Dianne at Lahti's Jeep in Leominster and within 1/2 hour I was filling out paperwork for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I was hesitant on sealing the deal wondering if I should shop a bit more. Well it took me four hours later and a lot of hassle to know that Dianne was doing the best she could for me. I reached out to Lahti's online as I was interested in one of the last Willys Wheelers available in New England -- and Dianne set me up with a great deal on the purchase, trade-in, and financing (with a local credit union, which is a bonus!). She's obviously a Wrangler lover, too, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Really, a quick, clean, and easy purchase -- never would have hoped for this from a car dealer, but it was amazing!

I had a 2012 Jeep JKU. Loved it until one day I took it for a ride in my back yard. And it got stuck in the snow. I had to get a tow truck to get me out. I traded it for a Dodge Avenger. Two months after driving it around I wanted my Jeep back. I tried to trade it in everywhere. I took it to Lahti's and I wanted a Jeep JK Willy's. I wasn't able to get into what I wanted due to what I owed on the Avenger. But they was able to get me into a 2014 Trailhawk. Cherokee. I picked it up last Thursday. So happy to get out of a car and back into a Jeep.

As a dealership novice, I did a ton of research. I knew I had always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and found what I thought was 'the one' at Lahti's. I met Andrew over a brief email exchange and phone conversation. I visited the dealership, met Andrew and drove the Wrangler I found online. I loved it, but it fell just outside of my budget. Also, it had a soft top as opposed to the hardtop I was ultimately after. I mentioned this and all of my concerns to Andrew. We couldn't meet at a figure that I could swing so we parted ways. In the meantime, I had visited several more dealerships. Having no experience, I assumed that all dealerships would be very similar. I was wrong. Nobody met the standard that Lahti's and Andrew himself set.I called and checked in with Andrew a week after our initial meeting to ask again about the Wrangler I had test driven. After another brief chat, we still couldn't meet at a price I was comfortable with.A day later, Andrew called me with a creative solution to what I was looking for. He was very attentive to my needs, met every question head on and was incredibly patient while I made a deliberate decision. He remembered and considered little details that were central to my decision making process. Buying a new car is easy. Using Consumer reports Buying Service, I come up with a price and the first dealer to agree to that price gets my business. It has always worked. Buying a used car is different. Each used car is unique: mileage, year, condition, color, accessories, etc. The dealer knows this, and that's why the margin on used cars is so much higher than on new. I was looking for a specific car, a used Honda Accord coupe with a V6. They were out there, but I had to travel to find them. One day a new listing from Lahti's (30 miles from where I live) appeared on Edmunds.com, so I called and spoke to Andrew, arranging a test drive. The car was in terrific condition. The asking price (plus taxes, doc fees, etc.) was a bit higher than my budget, so I made an offer. They made a very reasonable counter offer, but still higher than I wanted to pay. I thanked Andrew and left. On the way home I called the missus and we decided to take their offer, pending an independent inspection. When I showed up to take the car to a local Honda dealer for the inspection, they were working on the brakes. Unfortunately, the work couldn't be completed within my time frame, so Andrew offered to take the car for the inspection himself. He did so, providing me with the written report. A couple of minor things were found which Lahti took care off. They also gave me 2 new Michelins without my asking. I picked up the car the next day. In all, an excellent experience.

I first found my new car online at www.cars.com and met Brian Long. He was brilliant and sincere as well as incredibly friendly and nice. He was very thorough about the car giving me detailed explanations of the car, its performance, etc...We took a nice long test drive around the area, and I knew that this car was right for me! We rocked to WAAF and it was a blast. He even took down my favorite stations and programmed them in! He explained all the warranties, and that this car I have is a Certified Pre-Owned and how special that made it. I've never thought that buying a car can be an awesome experience. Most dealership now changed the way they do business compared a decade ago. Although there are some dealership who still practice the old style of pressuring there customers to buy a car from them. You have to meet all of them, they refer them to you as their manager, offer you another car or anything that will keep you in their lot. With most people who now search the internet before going out to buy a car, this old trick no longer works. My experienced with LAHTI's Jeep is excellent. Transaction is very smooth and prompt from start to finish. Brian Long is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he will go the extra mile to please his customers. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si the cheapest price we found on the internet. The car was cleaned and polished when we came and ready for the test drive. When we came home after 43 miles drive, we noticed that one of the fog light is hanging out. We contact Brian and he answer right away and promise us to bring the car back for them to fix. Overall the experience is phenomenal. I will highly recommend Lahti's Jeep in Leominster.

I recently purchased a jeep, (my second) through Lahtis. I did not have the greatest experience my first time around, and was determined not to return. I don't like to be taken advantage of because I wasn't a frequent buyer, and didn't ask the right questions. I was referred to Brian Long by a friend. His infectious personality made it easy to not only purchase my 3rd jeep, but to purchase a brand new one. This is also a note to all sales persons as well as a W.T.G. Brian. My advice to all: Treat your customers the same, whether they are browsing or purchasing We may want to shop around but a great sales person will bring us back to their establishment. I am always going to be a jeep owner, and if I feel unwelcome, I am not buying.

She by far is the best sales.person I have had the experience of dealing with. I'm relatively new to the area and was looking to trade in my 2007 Chrysler Sebring for a Jeep Cherokee. Did some research and discovered that Lahti's was the closet dealer so I paid them a visit and met with Sales Consultant Brian Long. Worked with Brian on a number of different options and we determined that a used Compass was probably the best fit for me in terms of price and the type of vehicle that I was looking for. Discovered the next day, however, that purchasing the vehicle wasn't viable because of an unforeseen credit issue so Brian was able to put together an even better deal leasing a brand new 2015 Compass which I qualified for.I found Brian to be a very knowledgeable and personable professional and decided to stay with Lahti's and not look anywhere else because they are one of the very few if not only dealer in the area that specializes only in new and late model Jeep's. The last time I purchased a brand new vehicle was 25 years ago so it really felt good driving my 2015 Jeep Compass off the lot on New Year's Eve with that new car smell. Happy with the deal and so far very happy with the vehicle. What a great way to ring in the New Year! Thanks to Brian and company for working with me on putting this deal together.

After extensive research into several vehicles, I made the decision to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke with my local dealer and negotiated a price and trade-in that I was satisfied with. They didn't have the color or model I wanted and showed little interest accommodating my request. I found the vehicle I wanted at Lahti's and decided to work with them directly. Lahti's honored the price and trade-in from my local dealer, pending an inspection of my vehicle. I drove over 500 miles round trip to complete the transaction and came away completely satisfied. I was skeptical about traveling this far and being disappointed with the outcome. My sales rep, Diane, kept her word, as did I, and I drove away in the vehicle I wanted. Without revealing my numbers, they hit the trade right in the middle and was a little lower on what I thought I should pay for the Wrangler. After securing a great finance rate, and going over the minimal fee's they charge, I was wrapping up the sale by the end of my visit. Throughout the entire process I dealt with Dianne Lozeau. We recently bought Jeep Wrangler from Lahti's (we also had bought a vehicle from them in 2000). We had been searching for one with certain options already added in, but also slightly used. We happened to drive by Lahti's and there it was! It was a Sunday, so they were closed because they still believe in Sundays being family days :) I went home, emailed to inquire, and by early Monday morning received an email reply from Dianne Lozeau, who was so friendly, helpful and down to earth. We went for a test drive and were welcomed as if we were a part of the family by all the employees that day making the experience stress free. The employees are so nice, no one is pushy....just friendly! Dianne was more than happy to take us out to the car and show us all the details, even removing the roof panels to open the sunroof! They all pitch in and help each other out, it's nice to see that. Yesterday, I called with a question and got Jay, he was more than willing to listen to my concern and once that was done, we talked for 20 minutes about our families and life. No one makes time for the small stuff like that anymore, I find it very sweet that they show interest in getting to know their customers. You will not be disappointed if you visit Lahtis, and you won't be made to feel guilty if you don't buy anything. Go for a great buying experience and some friendly faces! Oh...I also found out that one of the ladies in the office is my neighbor, so we had a lot to talk about too!

We abandoned the idea of a used car and didn't go back to the other dealership. My husband called Lahti's Jeep the next day and spoke to the General Manager, Jason Fournier. He had a great conversation with him and liked him very much. My husband made an appointment for us for that night and told him we wanted to deal with him directly. He was happy to accommodate us. We test drove a Cherokee and I loved It! Jason was so great to work with. He gave us a little history of the dealership and made our unplanned car buying experience the best it could have been. He was very thorough in explaining the benefits of having a Jeep and all of the different options available. He took the time to get to know us so that he could make recommendations based on what made sense for us. It turns out they didn't have the color I wanted and Jason explained that they could find the car in the color and with the options we wanted. Within no time he had located and acquired the car. Jason also respected the fact that we had busy schedules and arranged for everything to be done in one visit rather than requiring us to make several trips to the dealership. While we were there we met a sales rep named Brian who was able to answer questions about features and options. A couple of times I had to call with a question and Brian has been fabulous as well, eager and willing to help in any way he can. Jason has followed up with me since I picked up my car 2 weeks ago just to check how I am enjoying my Cherokee. The dealership has a reputation of being a family owned and oriented business. We feel like we are part of the family. We have been treated very well and have every confidence that we will continue to be treated that way. I can't recommend Lahti's Jeep highly enough. They are professional, warm, caring and very respectful. Jason and Brian are two of the nicest people and I know I can count on them to do right by us. I have purchase 45 "brand new" cars; the last 5 from Lahti's Jeep in Leominster. From the time of purchase thru to service you can not find a better dealership. Locally owned everyone goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service. Even after your service you always get a follow-up call a day or so later to make sure you are satisfied. With all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have never received the service that Lahti's provides. Sales is friendly, not aggressive. The depth of knowledge in the service department is unbelievable. Lahti's Jeep in Leominster truly understands "great customer service" and realizes that every customer is important and deserves the best experience they can offer. Everyone is treated like family. Purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Lahti's Jeep in Leominster MA. This is a family owned business that has been around since 1928, and I can see why. My salesperson, Fred Perla's years of experience made the entire process fast, painless and personal. Test drove on Monday, took delivery on Wednesday. Fred was my single point of contact for the sale, financing and delivery. This differs from my previous vehicle buying encounters where you were passed from sales to finance to someone else at delivery time.The price given for my trade-in was more than fair based on my research of KBB and NADA values.I had previously purchased a Jeep here in 2003, and this is the way Lahti's does business. When I walked into the dealership I was met by a warm and friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there. I came in after i saw a vehicle on the website and she brought me right to it and explained the car in terms that were not over my head and that i could understand. she answered any and all questions or concerns that i came up with. The test drive was awesome and she was waiting for me when I returned. I signed on the dotted line right then. Diane explained in great detail the service contract and warranty that I was eligible for and I purchased both. Since leaving the business in 2002 my wife and I have bought for ourselves and relatives at least 10 cars and this was the nicest experience we've had. I went to Lahti's on the recommendation of a family member. I was looking to replace my 2003 GMC Yukon XL, but wanted something a bit smaller. I had planned on getting a used Yukon or Tahoe, but decided to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee anyway. Fred Perla was just terrific, He listened to what I was interested in and brought out two used Grand Cherokees that fit the bill. He had me test drive both of them, as one was a V8 and the other a V6. There was lots of information provided, the test drives were at least 20 minutes each, and he answered every question I had. I fell in love with the V8 Grand Cherokee Limited. Fred made everything very easy, from the purchase to the financing to the trade-in to registration, inspection and delivery. I had been very happy with my previous GMC dealer, which was part of the reason I was initially hesitant to go to another brand; however, I feel as comfortable with the staff I've met so far at Lahti's as I did with my GMC dealer, which was another big selling point on the Jeep. First time buyer with Lahti's and didn't know what to expect. I met Dianne who was patient and listened towhat I was looking for and what I had to spend. When she showed me the used Jeep Compass, I was a bitskeptical at first since I had not heard of it before and I was trading in my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Laredo.She showed me the car and I decided to test drive it. It handled well, was in my price range and, even better, it was a 4 cylinder which I had not considered as an option. Overall, I am very pleased with how I was treated.A few days after I picked up the car, it developed a leak in the ceiling the day it rained. I took it back to Dianne andshe immediately gave me a loaner for the next couple of days. Lathi's took care of the problem promptly and made sure I was not inconvenienced. With this recent rain there has been no further leaks.Many thanks for their support and I would definitely recommend Lathi's to my friends.

ive been looking for car for 7 months starting in late October because my younger brother needed a car so i gave him my 2005 chevy cobalt so he can use it for school and it free me up to look for a new car! i went everywhere from northboro to springfield and newport RI and also nashua! but i couldnt find the right car i was looking for a ford fusion between 2010-2012 i really liked the model style of the car and ford has always been my favorite brand! so to my surprise after driving everywhere i find a 2010 ford fusion here in my city in leominster ma lahtis jeep had the car i was looking for so i send a email to see it and that's when i met Brian long he was amazing a good guy who really cared! we talked about it and let me take the car out for a spin by myself which was nice. no pressure at all! after 3 days and some confusion with the bank we got what we wanted and i got the car i wanted!! the whole thing was a pleasant experience and i thank brian for all the things he did! the only downs was the price which wasnt so bad i just wanted a little lower but i was good with it since the car was in great shape and low low mileage! and my other gripe was the cleaning of the car for final delivery it was still a little dirty and had some cat hair in it also the smoke smell was really annoying..... but other than that that dealership was great!!!! and brian was excellent! so i defenity reconmend this dealership and Brian long

I recently had been looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee online and came across a great deal on their website. I headed down on a Saturday morning to get a look at it. I was approached by Brian Long, who showed me the Jeep I was looking for and set me up with a test drive and answered all the questions I had about it. Needless to say within maybe 45 minutes of walking in, I looked, test drove, got a trade in appraisal for my own vehicle, and a deposit on my new (used) Jeep was made.I worked with Brian & Jason on Saturday, got the loan on Monday when the banks were open, signed and dove away on Tuesday afternoon. Brian and I played phone tag for a bit, but he was very helpful and made me feel appreciated and not forced to buy this vehicle. What I got was a 2007 Grand Cherokee with low miles and a also a nice 50K mile warranty to set me at ease.This is a nice & friendly dealership with a lot of awesome vehicles to look at. Lahit's it by far provided the best and easiest car buying experience i had ever seen. Everything was very smooth, simply, and quick. I can honestly say that i felt like i was buying a car from friends, rather than other dealerships i have been to where i was just another number and the sales man only cared about commisson and trying to talk me into things i did not want. Not only is Lahti's service best in class, but so were their prices and service. They will do anything to try to get you in the car YOU want, and dont even think for a second that once you drive your new or used car off the lot that you are left by youself because that is not true at all here. They have an awesome warrenty program even on used cars you buy and they never give you any trouble. Your problem is their problem. I will tell you my sales rep was Brian Long and he is simply the best. He is by no means pushy and he really cares and wants to get you in the car you want to be in, no forced sale here. Walking away from Lahti's i can say i honestly made some new friends. I was so happy with the service i brought my girlfriend to Lahti's and she also bought a car there. I cant say enough about this dealership and especially Brian and Jason.

I have owned 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees in the past and have been to Lahti's parts dept.on several occasion to purchase parts to service my vehicles. The parts manager Brian has always been very knowlegable and very helpful. When I decided to purchase a 2013 Grand Cherokee I visited Lahti's and was greeted by Brian Long in the sales department. Brian is one of Lahti's newer team members but was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Brian then introduced me to the Sales Manager Ron Booth and the General Manager Jason Fournier who both took the time to answer any additional questions that I had about purchasing a vehicle from Laht's without making me feel pressured to make my purchase on the spot. Excellent experience!!!I live in southern Connecticut, about 5 minutes from a huge Jeep dealership. Because I've always had a pleasant and honest experience at Lahti's, when it came time to buy a new car, I went significantly out of my way to purchase my next Jeep from Lahti's. The staff is just terrific - everyone in both sales and service is a pleasure to work with and they're always accommodating and helpful. At the dealership I live near in Connecticut, I always felt like they did work on my car that was unnecessary - it seemed like they found problems or issues that really didn't exist. One time, I brought a list of all of the repairs this CT dealer identified to Lahti's (and note the alleged repairs were going to cost several thousand dollars) and Lahti's figured out what was really needed (and what was complete nonsense). Needless to say, I haven't visited the CT dealer in quite some time and I certainly was not going to buy my next car from them!!!So, I just bought a new Cherokee from Lahti's and everything was just great. Fred Perla and the sales team was great to work with and I recommend Lahti's most highly to all.

My experience with Lahtis goes back as far as my Grandparents. I've bought 3 new Wranglers here and have never had a problem whatsoever. They are kind and courteous, with a real family vibe. You know you can trust them to take care of you in any way they can. I would absolutely recommend Lahtis to anyone, not just for New purchase, but also for servicing, advice, and anything else. This recent purchase was my 4th Jeep from Lahti's. The Service and Sales Dept., are Best in Class!! I love dealing with Jason for he has always finds the right Jeep for me :) His mannerism is professional, and friendly which makes the overall buying experience enjoyable. I love my new Jeep!! Had a great experience buying a car from Lahti's. Very personable and FAMILY oriented. Dianne made it very easy to do business with them even going in with 2 little kids. They worked very hard and fast to get my vehicle financed and registered and in my possession. No phony sales tactics here, quality customer service. My new Jeep Commander was handed over very clean, on time, and with great service. Definitely going back in a few years for a second vehicle.

This was the first place that I started looking for my new Jeep Wrangler. My salesman Fred Perla was very good as they did not have the exact features I was looking for. Fred took down what I wanted (soft top, manual transmission and color) and said he would find one and call me. By Monday mid-morning Fred had a vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, Fred called me and we set up a good time to pick up the Jeep. It was close to closing time but Fred was willing to stay a little late to make sure I was situated and knew where all the operating featureds were. Power windows in the middle of the dash, how to turn on the heated mirrors, etc. Good experience all around.

I have recently purchased my second Jeep. I went back to Jason and Lahti's because they have never let me down. I was treated with respect, dignity, warmth and honesty. I will always buy Jeep, I will always buy Lahti's and I will always be satisfied. I feel that Jason has built relationships with people the way we build our families: treat others the way you wish to he treated, be honest, be loyal, be genuine and always be yourself. Lahti's will always be my go to place, and while the entire Lahti's family is wonderful, Jason will always be my go to guy.

We were going to buy a 2003 Jeep Wrangler with 70,000 miles, but the monthly payment would have been too expensive. Dianne was able to put us into a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport for less money per month then the 2003 would have been.

First let me say that I am a very hard person to please. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy. I have owned many exotic cars in my lifetime and had service from some of the finest dealerships in New England. In all of that time, there has always been one thing that has been missing, sincerity. It was intended, but never truly felt by me by the servicing dealership. I never felt like the salesperson and or the dealership for that matter had my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough good things about Dianne. She really knows her business and she was very good to me. She helped me trade in my 2010 Wrangler for a beautiful new 2012 Wrangler. I would highly recommend that you ask for her when you go to Lahti's. This small family-run dealership will provide you with better service than any larger outfit could ever do. Their dedication to Jeep gives them the ability to do a much better job than other multi-brand dealers can do.

I can honestly say that I'm a very indecisive and at times difficult to please. That being said, Dianne made it so nice to work with. She listened to everything we had to say, showed us our options, wasn't at all pushy with anything, and very personable. She was so nice to even go over everything I still didn't understand about transitioning from a small car, to a larger four wheel drive SUV. They truly do want what's best for you, your goals and budget. I have never been happy with any dealership, but I am beyond happy with lahti's. They have definately just gained two lifelong customers. Happy ones too.

Fred was the salesman I dealth with from start to finish. He was reccomended by a coworker and that is who I went with when I visited Lahti's. I test drove the Jeep Patriot and liked it, but I wanted the color silver which I got 3 days later as promised. Fred came in on his vaxcation to deliver me my car. I never owned a Jeep before, I wish I went to Lahti's six years ago when I got my last used car from another dealer (which gave me issues from the start). I am very happy with my Jeep Patriot. Fred Perla was helpful, sincere, honest and reasonable. He truly works hard to ensure that the buyer is comfortable. In a week long spam of test driving, discussion, inspection, etc...Fred contacted me daily to check in. When I called the dealer to ask my many questions ( which he answered helpfully). I was always put through to him immediately. Overall, Fred is a pleasure to work with. Also, his personal appearance was quite impressive. Fred is old school.

Whether going to Lahti's to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle,or to maintain my Jeep, the service is always courteous, friendly, and timely, without exception. It is not unusual for the staff (and even the owner!) to stop by the customer waiting area to chat a bit and to check on the comfort of the customers. The quality of their maintenance and repair work is excellent and the cost is reasonable. Because of my high level of satisfaction, (after first purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, and then a new vehicle) I just traded my last Jeep for an upgrade to a newer Jeep model, which is my third purchase from Lahti's. The trade-in value of my previous Jeep was fair and the cost of the new Jeep was very reasonable. I give my highest recommendation to anyone who is considering the maintenance or purchase of a Jeep vehicle. The staff is delightful, and you will not be disappointed!

The experience of purchasing my Jeep at Lahti's was great. Due to my previous experience purchasing a vehicle at another dealership I was very apprehensive going into the process. The service and support I received at Lahti's put that completely to rest. The experience was easy and completely transparent. All of my questions were answered clearly throughout the process. It was completely open and the numbers were discussed in detail and were in my opinion very good. I enjoyed constant communication with the Sales Manager and everything was done in the order and timeframe that was promised. Friendly and courteous service. I was referred to Lahti's by a family member as they themselves purchased a vehicle here. They also experienced the same outstanding level of service and could not have been happier.
