well bought a car for cash...two months later tranny dropped. admittedly don't have the best credit...just went back trying to finance another vehicle from them and they told me they couldn't help. all good when I handed cash over for vehicle but when their vehicle pooped the bed 2 months later...they couldn't help. left bad taste in my mouth.

Our first encounter at Lakeview Ford was to have some recall work done on our Edge, brought in from AZ when we moved back to the area. They were awesome. Since then we considered trading up and had an eye out for a later model vehicle and saw one of our choices on the lot when driving by one Sunday.The next day my wife stopped in and talked to Jason in "ballpark" figures, and I then returned with her to talk further. Jason was awesome in showing us the latest technology the of the vehicle. We worked a great deal with George'e help, and are very happy with the purchase. After a week we had a minor functional issue; we weren't sure if it was "operator error" or a malfunction and stopped by with that as a question. We didn't expect it but the car was taken in and diagnosed immediately in an effort to resolve the issue, but that is exactly what was done. Kudo's to ALL at Lakeview Ford for your attention to customer care.

Just purchased my first vehicle from Lakeview Ford. Not one time was I pressured into coming in to look at vehicles. Not one time was I pressured into a vehicle, when I said no we moved on to the next one. It was pouring down rain and my salesman and I walked around the lot looking at different vehicles. My salesman told me they had just took in a vehicle but it was at their body shop getting waxed, I told him I wanted to see it and drive it. He immediately went and got the vehicle, it was still covered in wax.... THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! any other place iv been to says come back tomorrow, or we will let you know when it's ready but not here at Lakeview Ford. I was greeted by everyone in the building as if I had known them for years. I took my two young kids ages 5 and 3 with me to pick up my new vehicle today, the staff took it upon them selves to put cartoons on TV and treated them as if they were family. Excellent excellent excellent is all I can say! Fair trade offers, fair prices, and will work with you no matter what type of credit you have. To the Lakeview Ford staff, thank you, we will enjoy our new vehicle for a long time, and will be back again when it's time to get our next one! To those reading this, if you don't see it on their website, if you don't see it on their lot, that don't mean they don't have it. Call them, or stop by. You won't be disappointed! !!!!! I hope there is nothing I forgot to mention, just over all hassle free, great vehicle buying experience.

I bought a 2015 king ranch it is without a doubt the best truck I ever had and I have owned a lot of gm trucks in my life and ford has really come around I hope they only get better the sales and service team and I have also used the body shop in the past I have to say they are all top notch. it is nice to have lakeview ford in my backyard I hope to buy many more from them and you owe it to yourself to stop and buy used or new I recommend this dealership highly

Had my rear window blow out from the defrosters burning. George Baird made sure I had a car to get to work and they were so friendly and did the repair of the window in a timely manner and gave me the utmost quality service. Thank you guys!

Everyone was very nice and worked with all my needs. When I needed a repair they were there to ensure the process went smoothly and ensured I had transportation to get back and forth to work.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE from Lake View Ford in Conneaut Lake, PA. Right from the beginning of the process, both George Baird and Paul Minetti, were professional, courteous and, above all NO pressure. We got a excellent vehicle for a good price. When it came to the final stages of the process, Johnny Mac was also very professional. Financing, title, plate transfer, etc. was done with ease. We will definitely keep Lake View Ford in mind when we are ready for a new vehicle. Keep up the great work guys!

I have had my vehicles serviced here for many years. Always find a friendly and customer oriented dealership. Lakeview Ford goes out of their way to make each and every a pleasant experience.I have a truck and a car and am at this dealership a minimum of six times a year - oil changes - repairs - inspections. The service department details any work that may need done and explains this before any work is begun. I tell my family and friends that they should have this Dealership as their one they can depend on.When I am ready to trade my 2004 F150 in it will be at this dealership.PS - it is still in great shape as I really take care of my vehicles. pardon the little lapse of modesty.

I've been dealing with Mark, George, and Paul for over 12 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Not only have I dealt exclusivley with LVF but have sent many friends and family there as well. These guys treat you like family ( the ones you like). From the sales to the service I leave LVF every time feeling confident I got the best deal.

We have dealt with LVF for more the 12 years, even though there is a FORD dealer much closer. Their service is friendly and timely. We have worked with the salespeople, finance people and the service department. They all know their job and how to please the customer. We recently had our F150 in for brake repairs and our Escape in for service. Both were handled promptly and professionally. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Its always a pleasure to work with Mark, Bonnie (the new Sam), Johnnie Mac, Bill H. and the LVF group.

Eight vehicles later, there is no where else I would ever go. Mark Bonnie and Root are always attentive to my needs and my schedule when I need maintenance.. Frank has always put my priorities first and knows exactly what I need in a vehicle. George is a great leader, so very hands on and always gives me a deal I feel is fair. The staff there is friendly and efficient. When you find a business that exceeds your expectations, consistently, you stick with it.

We have been working with LVF for many years. Their service staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure your car gets what it needs without pushing to sell you more or do something that isn't necessary. They get your car in and out. We use them and our children now go to them for their vehicles and repairs. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

This dealer does not stand behind its customers. My 2012 f-150 has paint peeling from roof pictures sent to Ford. Ford says it is from bird droppings. Lakeview Ford agreed with their findings and refused to repair. They have no proof of when this happened.(Could have come from factory like this). This is my 9th new Ford truck in 40 years of which at least 4 have never been back to dealer for warranty service. I feel a longtime customer like myself and a person that doesn't complain about every little thing as seen by not taking vehicles back for every little squeak or rattle should be treated better by ford and Lakeview should stand by their customers better. Will not buy from Lakeview ever again and probably will never own a Ford again. all my friends and family will hear about this as well as the social media applications.

I made contact with this dealer through the internet first. When I visited this dealer, I was immediately offered a test drive and was able to take the car out by myself which I liked. However, I told the salesman that I was not ready to have them look at my car regarding using it for a trade in, and the salesman looked at it anyway and gave me a very low estimate. The salesman went out and was helping other customers while he left me sitting at his desk. The salesman did not ask me if I had any questions, or offer me any information on the vehicle other than what the Cars.com review said. I did not feel like a valued customer at this dealership.

We just bought our second used Mercedes from George. This is the only car dealer we have ever met that is so straight forward and does exactly what they say they will do. Had a few little things that needed fixed on used car and there was not an issue. Fixed immediately . No charge. I will buymy next New car from them . Just because of the service we received on a used car.

Our salesman and sales manager were no pressurem,easy to deal with. Were up front with us that the vehicle had been run in a local advertisement prior to our visit with a price lower than the internet listing and offered us that price. We beleive we made a good deal and are very happy with the car. Had a minor mechanical problem soon after purchase and they handled it with no problem even though we live 2 hrs away. They worked it out with a dealer near us. Great experience, would buy there again and highly recommend.
