By far the most dissatisfied i have ever been. I leased a 2016 genesis 3 months ago today. I have been getting blown off for months regarding payoff of my trade in. First they put me in a new lease without confirming the amount of payments left on my existing lease which is going to cost me $1,800.00. They are supposed to be paying $2,800.00 to Infinity which still hasn't happened. Do not. I repeat do not do business with this company. I have never been so blown off and run around in my life. I have followed up over 12 times with no resolutions. And now the return calls have stopped.

Ellis is a warm and caring person. He was concerned about my needs and hesitation on purchasing a new or preowned vehicle. When I did decide to go with a preowned he showed me several options. He worked with my scheduling needs and stayed late. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After my purchase he helped me set up the Bluetooth feature with my phone. Please BEWARE of this dealership. As a senior on a fixed income I thought I could trust a large dealership such as this, but boy was I wrong!!!I want to keep this short, bur essentially I bought a car that did not suit my needs and when I returned it 5 (thats right 5) days later they charged me a depreciation of over 5k on a 20k vehicle.I am so upset and distraught be their actions, suffice it to say, I can only warn others.

A good purchase experience with just a few minor quibbles - car was delivered without floor mats (salesman immediately ordered a replacement set), I didn't get my financial paperwork right away, and I have yet to receive a gift card for the test drive. These are minor issues and overall, the purchase experience was enjoyable. Good company to deal with.

It was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and the salesman Lu Santacruz made it so easy for me. I thought I'd be there for hours like what happened to me when I went to KIA dealership. You can tell they were just desperate to get a sale as to Hyundai and Lu Santacruz, were more focus on my needs and if I was able to afford the car. That's the reason why I decided to go to Hyundai. Besides the fact that with Hyundai I got a way better deal than what KIA was offering me, which that was GREAT!!!! Love how they worked with me with no pressure. I just told the salesman what I needed and wanted and he got it for me at a way better deal! I'm very satisfied with his customer service and sales experience.

I bought my first car in 1949, a 20 year old very used Chevrolet. As you might expect at my age I have dealt with many dealers and many sales people. Because at 85 my memory is not as good as it used to be, I cannot say with certainty that my recent experience buying an Elantra Limited from Pierre St. Cyr at Lakeland Hyundai was my best such experience but if it wasn't I don't know what was. Pierre was polite, professional and totally knowledgeable about his product. Our negotiations were done in a way that made me certain I got the best price possible. There was no pressure, only encouragement to buy at Lakeland Hyundai. Everyone at the dealership did their best to make the buying experience not a good one but a great one. If you are interested in a Hyundai, don't hesitate to contact Pierre and start tht car buying experience of your life. And I'm telling you the truth!

I chose this vehicle mainly because of the excellent warranty, and also on the recommendation of my daughter who also drives a Hyundai Elantra. I am retired, living on a fixed income, and do not drive long distances very often, so did not require all of the bells and whistles. I've purchased or lease 15+ cars since I became a licensed driver. I always felt on guard and uptight when looking for a car. I always felt a struggle between me and the salesman, i wanted to lowest price, they wanted the biggest commission. But none have gotten repeat business from me until I met Billy Atshan at Lakeland Hyundai... I since gotten 4 cars from Billy and will likely continue to get my cars from him for the foreseeable future. Hyundai has a great lineup of cars and crossovers. I don't feel like I need to be guarded while transacting with this dealership. I feel like Billy is my trusted advisor when it comes to car shopping. And the dealership is reliable, courteous and work with a sense of urgency to service you. My last car purchase experience took about an hour. That's a record in my book. Lakeland Automall is the place to shop for a car. Making car buying carefree and easy. After searching for over 2weeks with little to no useful results. I was reluctant to pick up the phone anymore because I was just being bothered by salesmen that couldn't really help me out. Finally I decided to try out Lakeland Automall and immediately I was greeted by a Pierre telling me he will get me the deal and car I wanted. Two days later, I was driving away in a new Veloster thanks to the speed and dedication he gave me. Yet it didn't end there, Pierre assured me that Lakeland Automall and himself will continue to assist me with the Lifetime Warranty and car care going forward. I would recommend any car buyers to stop here first so they don't waste any time going anywhere else.

We bought a new Hyundai from Lakeland Hyundai and Pierre our salesman really listened to us and what we were looking for. He took in our situation and showed us what we could afford. He did not show us the most expensive cars first and therefore we would not be disappointed when we were shown the vehicle styles we could afford and not jump into payments out of our budget. This shows that Pierre is a caring person and not just out to make a sale. He showed us all aspects of our new car and even after we bought the car he answered my questions when I called or sent him a text. After test driving several cars we settled on a Santa Fe and Pierre helped make it happen staying late and walking us through everything and the finance dept was also a huge help making sure we understood everything and also staying late with us to get the deal done. The next day we went back and Pierre was again such a huge help with showing us different features on our Santa Fe, he even synced our Phones for us. All in all it was a great experience.

Pricing is always questionable, addendums are obviously ridiculous! The vehicle was not ready for delivery, as described, and I should have left it for a thourough inspection. I LOVE my car!!! It's an excellent car (2017 Elantra); I had a 2008 prior to this and loved it too, so I figured why not continue the tradition? Red met me when I came in to get my 2008 serviced. I was in the market for a new one. Red was very friendly and professional, helping me determine the best purchase for my situation. I had not made up my mind until I took the test drive, and was absolutely amazed at what the base model + simple tech package had to offer. Secretly, the tinted windows was the feature that was over the top for me. I had been wanting to get my 2008's windows tinted and never did. The 2017 feels like I am in a Star Wars movie...it envelops the driver and the techy feel of the control center make me feel like I am in a cockpit. All allegories aside, I am thrilled with the gas mileage. I've had the car for a month and have only filled up the tank twice. WOW. Red and Woody are true professionals and worked with me every step of the way to get me this car. I am grateful and have recommended this dynamic duo to my friends and family. They may not be in the market for a new car now, but will be reminding them when they are. :) The dealership in general works like a well-oiled machine, the environment is classy and clean. I came to the dealership at the recommendation of my parents. I have NEVER owned a new car and didn't know where to start, but knew I wanted something that would last, not break down, and maintenance would be covered because my dad only taught me how to call AAA (which, according to Pierre, I no longer need!), They told me to talk to Pierre and they couldn't "sing his praises enough"! I'm so grateful for their recommendation!When Pierre came out and introduced himself, I started to tell him what I was looking for (which wasn't all that clear). Praise God he knew what questions to ask! Yes, I wanted an SUV, no, I didn't want to sit on the ground! Lol! But I did need the gas mileage as I drive back and forth to Tampa stores a lot for work! I knew I wanted electric blue and all leather, as well as other features. Pierre was extremely patient and kind to this 1st time buyer! He showed me a 2016 Tucson he had just pulled off the showroom. Pierre showed me some basic features, and then we took a test drive. I loved it! It as more than I had prayed for! The rest is history.... He took his time answering all my 1st timer questions about rates, loans, etc. very patiently. I had Miss Daisy with me, my companion pet, and he even brought her water! I'm so grateful for his kind spirit. In the end, I walked out with my 1st car ever and have been singing Pierre's and the dealerships praises to anyone that will listen! I know now why my parents think so highly of him and the dealership. Kudos to the dealership for hiring such exceptional talent, and for developing it. I went into Lakeland Hyundai for an oil change. Red greeted me with a smile and very pleasant demeanor. Through chit chat I revealed that I was looking for a new car even though I was just there for an oil change, but I was not buying 'today.' My husband was working and we'd have to wait until he was available. No problem, no pressure. I had already done a lot of research. I already have an Elantra, but not trading that one in. I was in the market for a Sonata Hybrid or an Elantra. Long story short, I went with the new 2017 Elantra with tech package. My current 2008 is still in excellent condition and a great ride. The new one is beyond anything I could have imagined. Red worked with me on the price - who doesn't have a tight budget? He was able to get it to a price range that worked for me. As for working with Red, I couldn't be happier. What a genuine, friendly person. I don't like pressuring sales tactics, and he is definitely not one of those types. He simply presents all the options and lets the buyer make their decision. It truly was a pleasure working with him, and it goes to say Red is very knowledgeable about his product. Our finance manager Woody was Johnny on the Spot. Everything was all ready to go when we went in to close the deal, and what a pleasant and professional man. He even got us a better rate than originally discussed. Needless to say I did end up buying the car that day, and was very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Red and Woody (Anthony Givens) to anyone looking for a new purchase.

My wife and I were on a small weekend vacation from Tampa to Daytona beach and began talking about trading in her car. We went to several dealerships between Daytona and Orlando but nobody was willing to give us a fair trade or a good deal on the car we were looking to buy. It was late on Sunday night and our last stop was Lakeland Hyundai. They guaranteed a deal over the phone (which most dealerships will do but never stick to). We met with Jason and immediately began picking out a car. A test drive wasn't necessary due to having already driven a few throughout the day. The selection was wonderful, every package with every color. Jason was very knowledgable about each package and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. He was not pushy at all and only wanted what was best for us. To sum it all up, our trade in value was very fair and they discounted the car far more than any dealer would even consider. Our buying experience was incredible and the finance team did a great job finding us a good rate that was close to the same as our bank would've given. This dealer also offers the LIFETIME WARRANTY as long as you own the car which no other dealer had that we visited. I would highly recommend this dealer for all of your Hyundai and Ford purchases! Jason Knecht was our salesman and was incredibly kind, listened to us and worked an amazing deal. We had just left a tent sale where they were offering us a fairly decent deal but we had reservations about it. My love called Lakeland Hyundai and spoke with John Melto in internet dales who was incredibly knowledgeable and asked us to stop in. When we arrived they were expecting us and knew exactly what we wanted and needed because of the great communication between Jason Knecht and John Melto. While we test drove a Hyundai Veloster, they appraised my current car and worked on a trade in quote. Once we were sitting down ready to talk numbers, Jason Knecht really listened to my needs; they were pretty significant since I am a single mom and a teacher. While they worked their magic with the numbers Jason and I spoke at length about our faith and families. I knew right then that it was a divine appointment, God was in this deal. Jason not only met my requirements for car payment budget with no money down but went the extra mile to find that funky vitamin c orange veloster he knew I really wanted. When it was time to sign the papers all I could do was cry tears of joy because this has never happened for me before. God is so good and I know Jason had my best interest at heart. I had purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Sport used vehicle with 42,000 miles. Since it didn't have a manual we went to Lakeland Hyundai. We spoke with Jason Knecht to see if they had one or if they could order one. He asked what our monthly payments were. When we told him he asked if we would be interested in the same vehicle except a 2016. We couldn't believe that would be possible with no money down. Thanks to Jason he got us into a new vehicle and we had a grace period to return the used vehicle. We appreciate everything Jason did for us and you will too.

Im going to tell my little story about Lakeland Hyundai. We were in the market for a new car. Something that will last awhile. We started out at jeep and being we don't have the best credit we were willing to get what we could and they were advertising new cars for people with bad credit. We got to pick out the car. They had us going in circles for three days. Finally I gave up, this is the reason I hate going to dealerships period!! On our way home that evening we stopped at Lakeland Hyundai. Jason Knecht greeted us at the door. My thoughts were, here we go again..... (Sorry Jason if your reading this). Anyhow we were straight to the point "I have bad credit, I need a reliable car to get from point A to B". Jason quickly took my information before anything else. At this point I was ready to go home. Already been let down once. Didn't feel like doing it again. But we waited. Within 39 minutes Jason had me out in the parking lot picking out the color I wanted, test driving and very knowledgeable of the cars features. He was very professional. And answered any questions he had. If something he wasn't clear on, he got the answers and made sure we understood everything. Within 2 hours total we were on our way home with a brand new Elantra. Hardly any money down. It had 66 miles on it. I absolutely love it. Went back the next day had it detailed. I have sent all my friends and family. Many have walked away with a brand new vehicle. I strongly recommend Jason to help you. He knows his stuff and does everything in his power to get you in a vehicle. Jason if your reading this. I absolutely love my car!!!! Jason Knecht was very friendly and helped us compare the Santa Fe Sport and the Santa Fe Sport 2.0 T. We decided on the 2.0 T so we went for a test drive. During our drive he explained some of the important features of the car and we had a great conversation about surfing. While doing the paper work Jason was honest, explained the numbers to us, worked with us on our trade in, and he even got us some water to drink while we waited. This is our second car purchase from Lakeland Hyundai and we're extremely pleased with our new Santa Fe Sport. We would recommend Lakeland Automall and Jason for your next car purchase. My wife and I felt from the beginning that our Salesman, Duane, was a Christian. After the deal was made, I asked him if my impression of him was correct and he affirmed that he was. We are both Christians and are always glad when the people we are dealing with are also. I have since then gotten information from my Grandson that the owner of the dealership is also a Christian! Now I know why I was led from Orlando to Lakeland to buy a car!! I knew I wanted a Hyundai, but in Orlando I did not feel comfortable with the dealerships I had visited. I had just about decided to keep my old car when we happened to park next to a Hyundai Santa Fe. My wife talked with the owner and received good news about the deal she got in Lakeland Auto Mall. I just recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at Lakeland Hyundai (Lakeland Automall), and the experience was phenomenal. I worked with Kevin Bryan who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and just down right the best salesperson I've worked with thus far. Everyone in the building was kind and spoke to me and my family while we were there and they even had a kids room, with toys, game and a TV for my niece and nephew to play with. This experience was the greatest because Kevin did not allow me to settle for anything, but made sure I ended up getting the car that I loved.

Beware of the finance department. Don't get hooked into things you don't want. I put in an application for finance thru Hyundai since my car is threw them and they ran my credit 9 times thru different companies and caused my fico score to drop. I did not approve of this. I was sent home to wait on an answer from them but never to this date heard back. NEVER again will I deal with this dealership. Check elsewhere before buying.

Elvis made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time I was at the dealership. I was felt a little pressured and talked down to when I was with the financial staff member. I felt as though he were trying to make me add features I was adamant I did not want. When I told him no and he took it off, he proceeded through the conversation with a monotone voice and no eye contact, as if he was mad that I did not get the add ons.

As much as I've hated having a rental car for 3 days.... I'm so excited that my car is finally getting the care she needs! I average about 16-22mpg in my car even on the highway and I was told "oh it's how you drive it" and no one has ever taken the time to figure it out.... The rental car they gave me is an exact duplicate of my car (white) and around the city, driving normally, it averages 30mpg!! Usually I go to the dealer (Delaney Hyundai Indiana, Pennsylvania) , get the run around, and no solutions! Without hesitation Lakeland Automall took the most simple complaints I've had and have spent so many hours on it... 3 days worth! To figure out the problems I was having! I would move back here just to know their service department has my back!!! Tomorrow I pick up my baby and I can't wait! As of tomorrow I will finally have the car I paid for! Once again, great job!!

Went to Lakeland Hyundai to just look at what they had to offer. I didn't go there planning on buying a vehicle because my current vehicle loan was upside down by alot. I had visited a different hyundai dealership the day before in another nearby town but felt neglected there.Lakeland Hyundai treated me with respect and understood my needs. They gave me $1500 more for my trade in and lowered the price substantially of the new vehicle than the other dealer that I visited the day before.It was hard to turn this deal down considering I was upside down with the car loan and the 60k mile warranty was about to expire in a few months.The deal they offered me was more that fair and most importantly the deal made sense. I have a brand new 2016 santa fe with a LIFETIME warranty on the powertrain, yes LIFETIME.

Much nicer and helpful than the Ford dealership next door, its the same company but Hyundai sold me a car because they act like they wanted my business and the terns were what I needed. The only problem I have is that my salesman that I dealt with and bought the car pushed me off on another salesman and that salesman pushed me off on another salesman when I had to go back to the dealership the next day to clean out my trade, get my manual and extra key to my new 2016 Sonata. Still never heard from my original salesman till this day.

Their on-line "best price" with no trade was $14,100 for the base model and $14,800 for the SE (automatic) version. Did the paperwork and he went out of his way to give us a good deal. We did not purchase the original car we test drove. I commute to work so I needed a vehicle with good gas mileage. My Lakeland Hyundai salesman, Pierre St Cyr, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I had inquired about and He was very friendly. He was not pushy or aggressive. He listened to what I needed (vehicle wise, and what I could afford) and he did everything he could to make it work for me. Pierre has even called me to make sure I am happy with my new purchase. I love my new car! I have gotten up to 41.1 MPG in the Elantra on some days.

Excellent job by our sales staff. First day we talked with Pierre St.Cyr, who analyzed our wants & needs in a new Hyundai. Did a test drive in several Santa Fe's but could not make up are minds over a 4 vs. 6 cylinder engine. Went home to talk about our wants & needs. Evaluated several other vehicle options, but came back to Hyundai. Arrive at Lakeland Auto Mall a day or two later to find our salesman was off. Dealership said that since we were looking between a Ford Escape or a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, they would get us a salesman to assist in the matter. We were able to meet up with Damon Nielsen who could show us both lines. He did a very professional job on evaluating our needs & desired options. Took us two different cars to evaluate. Once we decided on what we wanted, he did research on units available. He drove up in the exact car we were looking for & told us it just had come off the delivery truck this morning. Unit had 8 miles & we able to take for a test drive plus add fuel. Very honest & professional sales consultant. He made the purchase much easier than we had anticipated~~~We will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Damon & Lakeland Auto Mall!!

My daughter spoke to a salesman (Ery Carvalho) about purchasing a car from Lakeland Hyundai. She was very specific about the car (which was in stock) and the price she was willing to pay. Ery swore to her he could get her the car for that price and to be sure, my daughter repeated the question several times and Ery confirmed the price. The sales man did everything in his power to ensure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted in my price range and he gave me a great deal on my trade; he crunched numbers and we texted back an forth for days to ensure that no one's time was wasted. However, I was disappointed that the sales man did not review all of the vehicle package options with me that would have been in my price range; I guess I should have done that myself. My overall experience was good and I love my Hyundai Tucson, I just wish I would have known that better features were available in my price range.

My buddy took his car to get it repainted because of sap and road damage. His insurance paid for it. After having the car for 14 days, there were still pits in the paint and scratches. They took the car back for a day and gave him a rental. Still had pits on the front bumper when he went to pick it up. One of the managers of the body shop had a really bad attitude and wasn't professional. We then went to talk to the head service manager. After him refusing to pay for another rental until the car was done, he stood up and tried to intimidate my friend. He also was very unprofessional. After arguing about it, he finally agreed to pay for another rental on Tuesday for one day. Never take your vehicles to this dealership. They don't care about the customer and can't be professional when a situation arises.

I was in the market for a used car and I came and visited Lakeland Hyundai's used car lot after seeing an 07 hyundai accent online that I really liked. I met with Eric Walker who showed me the car that I had found and after test driving it and talking numbers, I decided to think about it overnight as this was going to be my first car with a payment and I wanted to think things over. I went back the next day and the staff was busy preparing for a big sale they were having that weekend and I was still given 5 star customer service by Eric. He even pulled money out of his wallet and offered to buy me a soda while I waited for paperwork to go through, which was very sweet. I purchased the car, and on top of it being immaculate, it is a GREAT car that I am proud to say I got from their dealership. I will definitely be referring friends and family who are looking for new cars! :)

I drove past 73 Hyundai dealerships from Destin, Florida to get my 2013 Hyundai Sonata at Lakeland Automall. I knew this was the car I wanted so I called atleast 5 dealerships before I called Lakeland Automall. None of them were very helpful and they were not willing to go out of their way to meet my needs. When i finally called Lakeland Automall, Daniel (Zippy) Simon was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted for a great price. He also threw in a couple accessories that were not originally part of the deal. He was by far one of the best car salesman I've ever come in contact with. I would definitely recommend this car dealership, their customer service was wonderful.

This place is a joke and so is this Daniel Simon. I don't even know where to start...he LIED to get us to come in, knowing quite well we had a family situation that was making hard for us to take the time to drive 45 minutes to see the car that he supposedly had in stock ready to sell. Yes he LIED because the car was evidently a figment of his imagination, not only did he not have it there, it was not even ordered! As if that wasn't bad enough when we arrived he did not even introduce himself to us and left me hanging when I went to try to shake his hand. He walked away mumbling something and told us to sit that he needed to talk to his manager to see if he could beat the deal we had been offered by another deal...this is after he texted me the evening before, insulting the other dealership saying they were a joke and that he could beat anyone's price.So when he came back I proceeded to comfront him with the fact that he had told us he had the car we wanted in stock, his response with a very typical sleazy car salesman grin was oh no that one we sold yesterday...I said, really? why didn't you tell us that so we didn't waste our time coming here. What he did next left me in shock, as he realized we knew he was lying all along, he did not say a word and simply turned around and walked away...and so did we of course!As if that was not enough...a couple of hours later I receive a text from this loser as if nothing had happened saying that the other dealer were liars because he had called hyundai usa and nobody had that car in stock so the deal they were offering had to be a lie (like his?!) and that he had gone ahead and ordered what we wanted for such price +++ and that if we wanted it to let him know. Can you believe the nerve of this jerk?!Needless to say I wrote a letter to the owner this morning, still waiting to hear from him. I am only writing this review to spare other nice, educated consumers from dealing with this loser who can't even tuck his shirt in and is totally classless.The bright side is the other dealer was awesome we called him when we left lakeland and they even had the REAL car they had quoted us parked out front for us to check out. Three hours later we walked out of there with the car and at the exact price we had negotiated with them.So, BEWARE of this place....definitely not a reputable dealership.

I visited this dealership with my brother-in-law, who was actively shopping for an Elantra over the memorial day weekend. When we arrived at the dealer (early afternoon) we both made it clear exactly what he was looking for. We suspected that they did not have this model in stock and asked directly; however, the salesman was evasive. We also explained that the deal we made was dependent on a fair drive away price based on both the new car price and the offer made on the trade-in vehicle.First problem: The dealership showroom is old, musty, and ugly; it appears to have been decades since the last remodel, and there was little space and no comfortable areas.Second problem: The appraisal process took an hour or more, and we were left at a table, alone for extended periods of time (not a good sales technique).Third problem: After brother-in-law made it clear the price range he was seeking, salesman wasted our time bringing back multiple offers, always 1k or more over MSRP, as if we were unaware of what a reasonable price for this car is. Fourth problem: After we made it clear that the offers were patently unacceptable, the salesman appeared to try the "hold the key" stall. Brother-in-law had to ask politely three times to obtain his key after the appraisal. I think this is particularly absurd since we are both middle-aged, college-educated men who are experienced automotive shoppers, a fact which should have been observed easily by our demeanor, product, and price knowledge.Personally, while this was not even close to the worst car buying experience I have observed, it was amateurish and insulting to the point of absurdity. I am offended that this salesman would so blatantly waste his time and ours after we so clearly articulated our desired model and price. I shudder to think of how badly some shoppers are suckered and abused after dealing with this organization.In contrast to this offensively amateur effort at car sales, wasting the better part of two hours, our next stop, Red Hoagland Hyundai, Winter Haven, took only one hour for appraisal and a reasonable, though not acceptable, price negotiation.As evidence of our reasonableness and seriousness, brother-in-law did purchase an Elantra the next day for an even better price than he had initially sought from Lakeland Hyundai, making the purchase from Wesley Chapel Hyundai.Finally, while this was not the worst car shopping experience with which I have ever been involved, it was amateurish, distasteful, and disreaspectful of us as potential customers. Though this could be an acceptable place to begin shopping for a Hyundai, I would urge you to be very careful in your dealings with Lakeland Hyundai; if you are not an experienced, knowledgeable, and sophisticated shopper, you could be taken for $1,000.00 or perhaps more, especially if you do not know the value of your trade-in vehicle, and financing options and have not done good pre-purchase car price research on the Hyundai model you desire. My hope is that this was an experience unique to our salesman, but I do wonder how such blatant incompetence and lack of sales skill could be tolerated in a successful dealership.

Awful experience this afternoon. Classic bait and switch using the Ledger newspaper add to get the customer in to look at the Hyundai Elantra for a price in the mid $14k range, with a trade of about $3k (that's what I was told by the sales rep) and then not even have one on the lot to look at except one being prepped after a sale. Then used every typical sales tactic and trick in the book to make a sale that day, which makes it utterly distasteful to deal with dealerships, including, but not limited to, failing to disclose dealer invoice (I simply asked to be informed what the car cost the dealership), trying to convince me with monthly payments instead of what the car actually costs, making endless trips to see the "manager," trying to coerce me to make a decision that day. And then, to top it off, the sales rep (actually a very nice young man who is brand new to this dealership) brought in another rep who tried to make me feel bad because I had taken up so much of their time that Sunday afternoon. Oh, I almost forgot, they include in the price the usual sales gimmicks - include in the price mind you! - things like nitrogen in the tires, undercoating, etc. This is why I hate, absolutely hate, visiting a dealership to shop for a car. They truly think the customer is a stupid fool.
